This was the best burger I have ever had in my entire life. I'm sitting here and I keep looking at the cook (lady wearing a red shirt and glasses) shaking my head like why did you put so much love into this food and I wasn't ready!!! I had the Chula add bacon caramelized onions mushrooms and swiss cheese sides were french fries and onions rings. EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! MY BELLY IS HAPPY!! Why is this place not a 5?!!!Y'all come open up in SC. Great everything even the water cup got props from me. Next time I'm in town I'm coming straight here. Great Job!!! (My visit was 12-17-22)

Very good burger and great price. I got the Black and Bleu meal. The only complaint I have is that they give you way too many fries! I know, I know, that's an odd complaint lol but I threw most of then away. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Today was my first time here but definitely not my last. The employee was extremely nice and patient with me when I had multiple questions about the gluten free bun and if they used peanut oil. All of my questions were answered and the burger I chose was really good.

Wasn't expecting much from the pictures but it was a solid "French onion" burger. Never cared for shoestring fries but I liked these. Hot and crisp but not flimsy. Only complaint is the bun got a little soggy. No one likes soggy buns.

First time here. We received a very warm welcome from the cashier and manager before the door closed behind us. The counter and dining room were spotlessly clean. We'd looked at the menu online so we knew what we wanted already. * Shula burger with American cheese * SOBE Steak sandwich- all the way * French fries * Sweet potato fries * Onion petals * Apple crisp shake The burger was great and the patty was at least 1/2 inch larger than the bun! The French fries are shoestring, crisp and cooked perfectly. My husband really enjoyed the SOBE Steak sandwich. It was surved on a brioche roll. It smelled terrific. Sweet potato fries were pretty standard but were cooked just right, crisp outside and tender inside. The onion petals were outstanding! The batter had a nice seasoning, also crisp outside and tender inside. The Apple crisp shake was the perfect end to this delicious meal. We watched the hockey game on their huge Tv while eating our dinner. The staff came to check on us a few times, they also asked how the Lightning game was going. This is a great spot for a great meal. The staff were super friendly and genuinely nice. This was our first visit but definitely not our last.

My husband and I tried Shula Burger for the first time tonight and loved it. I had the mushroom swish and he had the Shula burger and they were great. We also loved their fries! Very flavorful. Prices were good and certain days they have special deals, like $5 burger night on Wednesday’s. The sweet tea was fresh and the atmosphere was chill. Staff was friendly. We will be back!

Love the staff. This is my Wednesday night 5 dollars Special. Wahooooo! And yes it was delicious! Closed at 11 except on weekends... There is a special on Mondays...and Tuesdays too

Would've gotten 5 stars but.... My order consisted of a double burger and a veggie burger with fries and a drink. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu but a little forgetful when it came to completely fulfilling my order and I had to ask for the fries and my drink cup. This is not a problem and easily fixed. My big problem comes with the physical menu and signage in the store. The Veggie burger is touted as vegan and gluten free along with other things. However, if you order this burger as-is it is neither. The Veggie burger comes with an herb mayo that is not vegan and must be left off. Also, it is served on a regular bun and you must as for a gluten free bun. No where does it say this! Also if you notice the picture of the menu with this post, it only says vegan and gluten free under this one item and does not say that these are merely options. I was also surprised when I asked to add mustard and was told they would give me packets but not put mustard on the buns before assembling the sandwiches. If you are new to Shula's and have food allergies or sensitivities, ask lots of questions. I didn't see the staff change gloves between handling the gluten free burger and the regular one and they were packaged together in the same bag. If you have a severe gluten allergy, please be advised. The veggie burger also has a balsamic vinaigrette as one of the ingredients on the burger but it is not listed on the menu at all! With my first impression being tainted, I will say that the food was tasty. Bonus is they fry the French fries for each order and they are the shoestring variety. If I had known this ahead of time, I would've loved to ask for these without salt as they were overly salted.

Visiting from New Jersey and while on college tour came across Shula Burger. Delicious !! It's a thin patty but it's large and their fries just as good. Definitely visit if you are in the area- yum !!

Very underrated place. I got the grilled chicken sandwich with double patties and this thing was massive. Everything tasted very fresh as well. The bun was very soft, the chicken was cooked perfectly, and the tomatoes tasted fresh. This place is very place solid and well priced. I ordered through uber eats and my food was still hot when it got to me. Additionally, they made all the adjustments I asked for which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend trying this place.

The burger and fries was soooo good!! The only thing was missing was vinager -but they did allow us to get all the condiments that we wanted (we like a lot of ketchup on our fries and sandwich) (unlike other restaurants that give you 2 ketchups for large fries..) The customer service was great too and they made our order fresh!!! Wish Shula Burger was in Cincinnati!! We were at the airport location in Tampa-

Super tasty! The burger was super well made, not just great ingredients, but also structured well so it could be picked up. Lost one star because the fries tasted a little bitter, probably the oil needed to be changed. However, I would definitely return. Portions are also enormous, one large fry was enough for 3 adults.

Oh my goodness, the goodness! The tomato bacon jam was a perfect addition to my shula burger and the hot dog was also amazing. Fries were perfectly salted and crispy. Loved all of it. Happy pregnant woman :)

Great burger. Stopped in for the first time a few nights ago and was really impressed with how good of a burger they were providing. I thought I would miss pita pit being in that location but I was wrong this Shula burger joint is actually incredible. I definitely would advise getting a bacon cheese burger but that's just me. The fries were great as well and they didn't seem to be so fattening. Everything looked like it tasted great.

The burger was excellent, distinct flavors in the cheese and mushrooms, the burger patty it self tasted like quality meat itself. I went when it was nice and slow and had great service and was fully acknowledged, coming from the service industry myself that's a huge plus. They seemed excited about their new store which is very pleasant to see. This place is worth the stop, and the burger even has their name toasted on it, I loved it

Great staff but the veggie burger is deep fried which left me feeling gross. Put mayo when I asked not to, I told her to wipe it off as I was in a hurry but I'm not the target customer. Drunk people on Howard street seem to love it but if you and your sober date want a great burger experience I recommend burger21 down the street.

Love their burgers, fries AND chicken sandwiches. Sooo delicious. I tried Shula's through an Uber eats deal and have been back 6 times since. If you're in a hurry, order ahead online and your food will be ready fast for pick up.

I love the vegan burger and sweet potato fries but something has to be done about your cookie. It has no taste. The one I got tasted like it had been wrapped up for a couple weeks and kept in a shoe box. It was awful

Excellent burger, good portion... Had the french onion, and for a "fast food" joint, easily puts places like five guys to shame, and a step above smashburger. They also had a vegan burger (touch of curry and turmeric flavor) that was very tasty, my wife has a dairy and soy intolerance and they were able to accommodate with this burger. Highly recommended, will be back to try the steak burger.

Sorta gimmicky. The burger was very good, as was the bun. But choices were far more limited than I expected. My standard is Burger Monger. Shula's only had three choices of cheese, none of which included pepper jack (BM offers many more options for cheese, including pepper jack). I was not asked how I wanted it cooked (I can specify this at BM). The salad used iceberg lettuce (BM offers Romain, and outstanding croutons). Shula's put the burger in a fancy paper wrapper - that took half the cheese away. The onion rings were crispy but not particularly tasty. Fries were good but the very small size style that I'm not a big fan of (about the same as BM). Shula's offers sweet potatoes tots that were pretty good. And, Shula's is a Pepsi house, which just doesn't work for me. I'll be in no rush to come back, especially when there are two BM locations closer.

Not only is the food amazing in general, but if you have never tried the sweet potato fries with their marshmallow dipping sauce, you are truly missing out. I drive over the bridge sometimes, just for a taste of this place.

The burgers rock! Very flavorful and tasty. Try one with the garlic herb mayo. Fries are thin & crispy. Service was great. Another excellent place in the Shula's tradition. Cheaper than other comparable places. This has become my go to burger place in SoHo.

I came here going for a burger, but they talked me into getting the new steak sandwich. To be honest it was pretty delicious except for the bread. I was not a big fan of the ciabatta bread or whatever style of bread it was. The manager came out and asked me how I was enjoying my steak sandwich. I told him he was delicious but however I was not a big fan of the bread. After hearing that he went back and warmed me up some delicious hamburger buns. Now I can't wait to come back here and try to hamburgers.

New burger joint in SoHo. Burgers start at $4.75 and it's open late which is a major plus considering all the bars in the area. I'm surprised Tampa doesn't have more late night burger options. Burgers are fresh - not frozen. I tried the "Perfect" burger when I went which is actually really filling. The onion rings were good, but I want to try the fries in the future to see how they are. They have veggie burgers and chicken sandwiches too for those who don't like red meat. Looking forward to visiting again next time I'm in South Tampa.

I’ll start by saying that I like the design of the restaurant. However, how about on my very first visit, my to-go order is given to another customer who apparently ordered the “exact same” items. I find this a lame excuse, given the orders were taken by name... Also, my burger, which yeah was good (French onion burger), did not come with all the components it claimed to have; I’m guessing because it was rushed due to the staff giving away my original order. It wasn’t even busy, either.. Anyway, on a lighter note, the fries are pretty good and crispy; I like the thin cut on them! And that sums up my experience.

Decided to try out Shula Burger. I asked which burger do you recommend, was told the French Onion Burger was of the most popular burgers. I ordered that with the sweet potato tots. Food was brought to table. Took my first bite and those that saw Pulp Fiction Jules voice, (“Mm-hmm! This is a tasty burger!”) definitely will go back again!

I stumbled upon Shula Burger today. I was parking to eat somewhere else and saw that they actually had a gluten free veggie burger! This is a RARE find in my world and I simply has to try it. Let me tell you.... it was simply AMAZING!!! I ordered the Veggie burger and fries.... also got a vanilla shake for my nephew too. Everything was delicious and had quality ingredients. We WILL BE BACK!!!! Now I need them to open a location in West St. Pete since that's where we live.

Honestly the Schulz burger wasn’t that bad but a little bit overrated, if your looking for a really good burger I suggest you look elsewhere. Overall the place was pretty clean and the staff there is great but the burgers are not that good. Wouldn’t recommend if your looking for a good burger joint.

I’m giving it 5 stars because I love the food and the service was very friendly. My only question or concern is that I have visited the same location in Delray Beach. They have different types of burgers there, different style fries, and a dessert menu. Are all Shula Burgers different? I tried to email corporate just to find out and never got a response.

Another burger spot in Tampa. Nothing spectacular. Yes it's Shula's, but it doesn't hold up to the standards that are the original steakhouse. The marshmallow for the sweet potato fries is a nice touch but everything else is the same as any burger shop. You may be better off going to Jimmy John's or certainly anywhere else.

From the warm welcome and the the expert introduction and menu explanations, to her friendly parting comments, her customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! On top of that, the food was so incredibly delicious!!!!!! A big thank you to the rest of the crew on shift for their part in making our experience one of a kind! 5 starving kids and 2 exhausted adults who were an hour away from home after spending the day at Adventure Island and burnt to a crisp COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! Shula Burger in SoHo offers the best Burgers in the Bay Area, pared with sweet potato tots!!! Bold statement, but the quality of beef used is unmistakably the difference. Yummmy. Highly recommend you stop by. The sea salt fries are a must have - hence why they named them that.

We loved the water mill patio. I ordered the breakfast hand pies with a side of bacon and they were delicious. I'll definitely be back.

Even tho its fairly a new spot the service was very friendly....i ordered a chicken sandwich no bun...and recieved a very appetizing looking tray with lettuce, tomato, red onion and balsamic dressing it turned out looking like a little salad. Very impressed....the owner came out to get us and ask about our meal....must check out this nice little spot in soho.
