We visited Tampa for a golfing trip and had an amazing dinner here. Every bite was perfectly seasoned. I had the blackened salmon AMAZING!! The drinks were buzz worthy too!! Love the art aspect. Amazing pieces and the service was good. Our waitress was sweet and on point. Great place we'd come again!!

Sooo Rose Bar is a repeat hitter for me. I've eaten here a few times and sadly am just now reviewing. I truly truly enjoy each time I have come. My favorite was when my friend and I came for our b-days and the staff showered us with flowers with a song. We felt very special. The owners are always friendly and you can tell they are passionate about their restaurant menu and ambiance. I love the artwork showcasing black artists. The bartenders never mess up my drinks and always have something new for me to try. Most of all the food is always on point. I've almost tried everything on the menu but in this review, I'll do the last I had. I just love the restaurant overall and hope they stick around for a long time. What was ordered: Lamb Lollipops / Soho Wings / Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls Lamb Lollipops = repeat order Soho Wings = ok bourbon I taste you Philly Cheesesteak Egg = super filling and packed with flavor

Went here for a meet up/networking group. The layout is very well done. Ample space, decor is local artist work. Very clean and attentive staff. Can’t speak of the food, I had wings. And those taste typically the same from place to place. Same with the drinks. About average price for the area. Compared to others nearby. The presentation is well done. All in all. A solid place for drinks and food.

I really enjoyed the vibe and the drinks I got but some of the Philly cheese egg roll crusts were crunchy and doughy (almost kind of raw) at the same time, maybe the oil and food weren't at agreeable temperatures? The filling on the other hand was delicious. Waitress and service was good!

Recently tried the Rose bar for the first time and all I can say is I had an exceptional from the time I entered the establishment to end. We ordered the shrimp and waffles and the salmon egg rolls. It’s great to find a waffle and egg roll with an alternative other than chicken or pork. I left feeling satisfied. I forgot to get a picture of the complimentary cornbread (that alone is worth coming back for). They went above and beyond with their customer service. I would like to thank them for a great dining experience ❤️.

A little late with my review however here we are… I did not want to leave a review initially because I do not want anyone else to find out about this place. Not sure where to start but let’s start off with the drinks… although they were unlimited and super yummy they were also super weak. I had about 5 margaritas and my sister had about 5 mimosa’s and did not get the slightest buzz. The food: is there a better word for amazing? Delicious? So darn good I had to send my compliments to the chef… TWICE! Now I will say that the only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the chicken and waffles because they were a bit sweet (for me) however it was packed with so much flavor omg. THE SERVICE… if nothing else I will be back for the service. From walking in and being greeted by that black boy magic to seating and being taken care of by that black girl magic. I can honestly tell that the owners of this establishment is set on making a difference in the youth’s life. ANHAI, is one of the best hostess I have ever encountered and I dine at some pretty upscale places (just for context) she was very attentive, very caring, very welcoming, super sweet and very patient. I honestly need whoever trained Anhai to give her a raise and have her train every new person who come through those doors to work… she was the sweetest person ever who’s big beautiful smile let’s you know that you’re in GREAT hands. CEEEECEEEEEE she is the quality control manager and quality control she did! No words for Cece, none can describe how important her role is within this establishment. Aside from the drinks I am still leaving a 5 star because those bourbon wings touched a place in my soul that I did not know exist. I will be back and I may not tell anyone else about this place, it is a gem and I want to be selfish and keep it hidden but I really shouldn’t. These were the only pics I was able to get because the food was too good to keep waiting. Again please give my compliments to the chef (date of visit 7/16 for brunch)

This place is absolutely AMAZING. Originally from NC and came across this place trying to find a parking spot. SO GLAD we came here! Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is ideal for positive, happy and fun people. Best part, all food and beverages are from local sources and made in house. Best experience in Tampa so far. If you're looking for authentic and delicious food with wonderful staff, COME HERE! You won't regret it.

Went to Rose Bar for a girls night out. Its definitely a nice place for a date night or even just drinks. The food is a bit on the pricey side but its amazing. Everyone realy enjoyed their meal and the service was great too. Will definitely be going back for date night.

I went to the Rose bar with a few girlfriends for a Galentine’s dinner they took very good care of us ! the food & drinks were perfection ( I loved the Chef’s vegan Compositions ). The waitress and staff provided a 5 star experience and we loved the vibe . Music was definitely on point. I definitely recommend this Black Owned Business ✨.

it was actually my very first time experiencing The Rose bar. It was my cousin's Birthday brunch. The staff and the manager, Brandon, were extremely nice, friendly and professional. Brandon was very informative about the cuisine that was served there. It's a beautiful place to come if you just want to have a nice mellow vibe. It was clean and staff dressed appropriately. The only complaint that I really have and it's not necessarily a complaint but more of a note. The poor lady outside who had the hookah area, it was too hot out there for her really and the fan that she had which wasn't a fan it was a wind blowing machine blowing warm that was already outside. The bathrooms were nice just needed a little sprucing up from time to time as there was paper on the floor. The pictures within the establishment were just beautiful. Other than that, the Rose bar it's a good place. It really is has a flavor all it's own. so I wouldn't invite anyone to try the wonderful food there I had the shrimp and waffles that wonderful syrup is off the chain off the chain so come on by The Rose bar and enjoy yourself you will be glad you did!

Enjoyed brunch here. Beautiful restaurant with large patio and 2 bars. Shrimp & waffles was a new twist on a classic. Portion sizes were standard, wait staff was super nice & professional. Venue has a partially visible kitchen and everything seemed clean and efficient. The restaurant does have kinda stringent reservation expectations (i.e. You confirm your reservation prior, you have 15min from your reservation time to claim or it's cancelled and your visit can only last 2 hrs) but they are sent during your text confirmation. Also, parking is EXTREMELY limited but I used the city parking app to pay for my parking across the street. I would definitely go again.

Hey listen if you looking for good food, great service,awesome atmosphere, and staff on point. Just go check out the brunch. The chicken and waffles trust me you want need to go to Krispy Kream after eating these they are so damn good. The burger wow stacked nice right long with the Caesar salad. Appreciate cha. Did my sister birthday here it was her first time she stays in Atlanta you brought tears to her eyes Shawn thanks fame. Always honor and pleasure when I see ya much ❤️. Like I said from the start the PLACE IS AWSOME if you haven't tried it you missing out. 😉

Hands down best black owned restaurant. The food is great. The staff and host are all wonderful and professional. They are also very accommodating. I made reservations over the phone and they didn’t have it in the system when I arrived and they said not to worry the would accommodate my party and I and they absolutely did. Nothing less than great service! Will be going back for a 3rd time.

Hard to Park.. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ Celebrated my Birthday-the atmosphere wasn’t what I expected at all!! It felt more like a Pub/hamburger joint-with garage doors sharing outside heat inside.. Workers wear cut-offs/T shirts!! The menu was limited for a nice dinner date choices!! Our waitress was exceptional!! The Chef was very accommodating -and made sure we were taken care.. Food was ok nothing to write home about-nor to make me return again.. If it’s a new place- there’s always room for growth/BETTER.. Good Luck!!

The Rose Bar was fantastic! I was there for all the vibes and great food. I order the shrimp and grits and was not disappointed. My friend ordered the steak rolls and she loved them as well. We also ordered there famous seafood fries which almost made me pass out from excitement lol. What made the experience even better was the fact that the head cook came out and spoke to us. Talk about customer service 🙌🏽

Came on a Sunday night to watch the game and get some grub. Got an average mojito and ordered the seafood dip and the salmon sliders. Nothing about it made me want to come back in the future but it wasn't disappointing entirely. Seafood dip was good enough to be its own soup. Pita chips might've been a tad over fried but still very good. The sliders were a suggestion from the bartender (who steared me away from the bbq sliders). Price was *22 dollars* for 3 small bao sliders, and was far from worth it (I only ate one of them). It tasted like a philly cheese steak with pieces of salmon. Wish I had gotten the pasta instead. Their tv stream was buffering on occasion, but the place itself is well lit, clean, but not over the top or flashy. Music was great though. Gave a 4 instead of 3 because the bartender had great service (just an underwhelming food suggestion).

I can see this being a nice happy hour place or just to go and mingle. I mean they had BARS all over the place, two inside bars and two outside bars. The food was decent I had fries, chicken voodoo pasta, and mangonada. I know they just open so I’ll be back for brunch next time but other than that I enjoyed myself at the Rose Bar.

The food and cocktails were amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed the music playing. The service was outstanding and ambiance was on point! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars (tried to give 4.5) is because the parking was horrible with no signs to suggest overflow parking locations. I ended up parking at the gas station and was nervous the entire time thinking I would be towed. I'll definitely be going back though! The food was delicious.

Last night, I sat on the patio and had a drink and watched the US Open. It was nice to see a crowd of all ages enjoying the Rose Bar. The owners are really nice. They, and their staff greet guests. I like that they are welcoming. My favorite drink is Call Me Peach (or something like that). It was a nice evening out to just relax with my husband.

This place was awesome. Had 2 fantastic bartender. That made my first visit a fantastic experience. I love a good mojito. An everyone cannot make a good mojito. So, I'm understanding when it's not what I'm use to. But the lady bartender, forgive me, I forgot her name. She nailed it. Just the perfect amount of sweetness that did not over powered the mint. An the Salmon with Asparagus tips was absolutely perfect. The chutney sauce just setoff the salmon. Absolutely a great find. The R&B vibe combines with the great food an friendliness of the staff. I found me a new spot that is giving my old favorite 7th & Groove a run for the title of which will be my favorite new dining experience. I made a short video 📹 but can't share it on this website. But check this place out. YOU WILL LOVE IT 💘 UPDATE: Got caught in Thunderstorms so decided to stop by. This is my second time here an it was as good or better. Tried the VOODOO PASTA. It was awesome. I thought it was a small portion. But couldn't finish it. The chicken shrimp and crab combination was perfect just extremely heavy. Put me in a food coma 😄. You cannot go wrong with this place.

While searching for a restaurant with good music for Lady's Night out this restaurant came up. All the reviews said great ambience and I have to agree. Nice music and decor. Also a lot of the reviews said the Celebrity Crab Fries we're delicious I unfortunately didn't think so. Lacked seasoning. I also had the Calamari which was not good. Bang Bang shrimp and wings very good. The Blackberry Margherita was good. My friends had the Voodoo Pasta and the Steak, good. Salmon just ok. Shared a slice of Red Velvet Cake, frosting was good but cake was dry. I would return for the appetizers drinks and the ambiance.

The food is amazing, their celebrity fries might be my favorite dish so far. Definitely check out a couple of the unique cocktails. The inside is very open and full of art. It's a classic art gallery, day party vibes with 2 nice bars and a chill patio.

The atmosphere for brunch is nice. The inside of the restaurant had a weird funky smell. It wasn’t the bathrooms or anything, it was just in the air as soon as you walked in the restaurant. Maybe it was the products they use to clean the floor or something idk. So I decided to be seated outside. There was a dj and the music was great. However, the food was not good. I ordered the crab fries and had to immediately send them back. The smell of the crab meat was HORRIBLE. I believe if I would have eaten it, I would have been sick. I have never smelled anything so repulsive in my life and I love seafood, so I know what crab meat is supposed to smell like. I will say though, the service was great and they took back the dish without any issues. This was my first experience eating at the Rose Bar, so I may go back again for Brunch and see if that was just a hiccup for them.

Dinelle. She was the best server i would ask for her. I came here from Miami for my best friends birthday and it didn't disappoint. The service, food and atmosphere was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I ordered the chicken and waffles, food came out in a good manner and was extremely good. I've never had it taste like that!! 10/10. Rose Bar deserves 10 stars. We visited this establishment for my birthday and they showed me nothing but love. The food was amazing. Our waitress Alyia was the absolute best! To my surprise I was serenaded from head to toe with Gold and Red rose pedales. I was also given an individual Red rose. They made this chick feel sooooo special.

This place has an amazing vibe. I enjoyed the music and a nice cigar out on the patio. The staff was great very attentive. The food was great for the most part. The only complaint I have is that the shrimp cocktail was a little warm. It seems like it wasn't chilled properly and I can tell when seafood isn't fresh. You guys should maybe serve the shrimp on ice to help with that issue. other than that the voodoo shrimp and crab pasta that I had was amazing. I will go back just wont be ordering the shrimp cocktail again. Thank you for a great experience.

I had my birthday celebration here this past Sunday, 12/12, and when I tell you that Rose Bar Tampa is one of THE BEST restaurants in the city, it is true! For starters, the venue itself is beautiful! Nice, urban-eclectic setting with colorful art, decor, lighting, and beautiful gray velvet chairs that made for stylish and comfortable seating. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The food is impeccable! I ordered the shrimp & grits, some of my guests ordered lamb chops, salmon egg rolls and other stuff and all meals were tasty. Drinks were nice and strong too. I would definitely recommend this place for small gatherings or just dining out. The only drawback is parking; the lot is small and fills up fast, but there is a public parking lot across the street for customers to park. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars!

This was my first time eating here and it was wonderful! I got the truffle fries and seafood dip for the appetizer, voodoo pasta (their take on a spicy/savory Alfredo), and peach cobbler cheesecake. Everything tasted like it was straight from Food Network and had a short wait time. My waitress, Ansley, helped us decide our orders and even brought out one of the meat sauces so we could make sure it wasn’t too spicy before ordering.The staff tag teams and helps each other attend to tables which means we never had to wait with a request. Honestly such a great vibe with music and a youthful atmosphere even though people of all ages were present. 10/10 would recommend and would come here again.

The evening was eventful to say the least. Hostess was fantastic. Seated us without a reservation quickly. The only draw back was my wife and I has a new waitress that was horrible. Once we brought the service issue to the Manager and Owner, they took care of us with great passion and quickness. The place is very beautiful and the music was great. While we had a bad experience with our waitress, I did notice the other waitresses doing a fantastic job serving their customers. I enjoyed the experience. I will definitely stop back when I come to Tampa again. I recommend this place to any newcomer to the city

I recently visited this trendy restaurant on a Sunday afternoon with 3 other friends. Immediately upon entering I was greeted and asked if I had a reservation of which we did. I was immediately shown my table even though 2 more guests had not arrived yet. The restaurant has ample outdoor covered seating. There are only a few tables inside but there is a bar area for guests as well. It is upbeat, trendy and quite busy at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. At this time was a brunch menu. I larger menu is used for dinner, I believe. The food was wonderful, tasty, and very reasonably priced especially given the large portion. I had the salmon egg rolls. YUM! The service was top notch. The atmosphere is predominantly a 20s-30s crowd, but as a group of ladies in their 40s-70s, we thoroughly enjoyed. It was somewhat louder inside than I’m accustomed to in an inside setting, but again I and my friends thoroughly enjoyed. Parking is somewhat limited given the SoHo area, but there are some paid lots in a short walking distance. I look forward to returning again.

Dined here with my husband while in the area on vacation. Let me start by saying the establishment is beautiful, I loved the decor and art. The food was amazing. I'm leaving a five star review despite the poor service my husband and I received from a novice waitress. The accommodating nature of the owner and his staff turned our experience completely around. I would definitely visit again; the food was absolutely delicious.

Went here for my daughter's birthday dinner. Very nice restaurant and lounge atmosphere in the Soho district. The food was just okay! I had the jerk rack of lamb and my mother had the Salmon, nothing to write home about. But the service was great. Our Waitress was very attentive. I would definitely give this place another try.

We went to Rose Bar for the first time recently for Sunday brunch. First, we were waiting for the rest of our party to show up for our reservation but couldn’t order bottomless mimosas until we we were seated. We were only 10 minutes early but Ok, no problem, we ordered a round of drinks. I realized they add a 20% gratuity on your bill, no matter what party size. That seems a little sneaky. Second, it took a ridiculously long amount of time to get any drinks that weren’t mimosas. And our food took forever. Our reservation was for 3 pm, we were seated shortly after 3 pm, and we didn’t have food until 5 pm. We had to rush out at 5:30 to get home for the babysitter because we didn’t anticipate 2+ hours for brunch. Our food was brought out at different times. Some appetizers arrived, some came later. It took upwards of 15 minutes to get drinks. The decor and atmosphere is fun. They had a DJ. But with so many brunch options in Tampa and specifically Soho, we don’t want to spend 2.5 hours waiting for brunch food that was a little above average.

Vibes! Drinks! Hookah! Food! Bomb Music!! Most importantly, BLACK OWNED. I went to this spot on my birthday (03/17) for the first time for a birthday dinner, and I was swept off of my feet. I'll definitely return. I tried to do brunch, but they were so busy. You need a reservation I believe. A must if you are in the Tampa Bay Area, specifically the Soho area downtown.

The ambiance was nice and the staff was attentive and friendly. They were busy but still accommodated our party of 6. Justin and the other manager Brandon checked on us frequently to make sure we were taken care of. Did I mention the food was delicious? I had the chicken and waffles and I must admit, that was the best waffle I have ever had!! The Hennessy sauce/syrup almost made me lick the plate!! My friends all agreed that this place will be on repeat. It is so refreshing to have options other than chain restaurants. Keep up the good work guys!!

I'd been hearing about the Rose Bar and how amazing the food was and couldn't wait to try it. We went for my friends birthday and we were not disappointed. We ordered the steak and cheese egg rolls which they were out of however my friend explained to the owner that it was her 2nd visit there and the 2nd time they were out of egg rolls. She also explained that it was her birthday and how she was looking forward to trying them because everyone had been raving about them. Well the next thing we know a plate of freshly prepared egg rolls was placed in front of her along with a glass of wine and they sung happy birthday to her. All on the house! The owner went out of his way to make sure she had a wonderful experience, how awesome is that! Oh and I would be remiss if I didn't stress how amazing the Voodoo pasta is! Omg It was delicious! As a matter of fact everything we tried tasted amazing. From the food to the drinks to the overall vibe, this is a place where a good time is pretty much guaranteed! Can't wait to return!

This new addition to the North Hyde Park area is much needed and happily received. With spacious high ceilings, local artwork adorning the walls, 2 beautiful bars, an open kitchen concept and plentiful outdoor seating-the eye is pleased wherever it looks. As for the palette- creative and crafty drinks that go down suspiciously easy & a well mixed assortment of starters and mains that are perfectly proportioned for family style sharing. LaLa, Mariah, & Leslie are a force behind the bar. New addition, Jason- is clearly right at home. Hats off to Baye Perry & Sean Wood and the rest of the team for a successful opening and blessings for the future!

Very nice environment. Service was poor. The waiter didn’t let us know they us know the foods they were out of until we tried to order. He did not not know the wine selection. He told us the chicken was breaded and it wasn’t. Maybe he needed more training. The service was extremely SLOW, but I would give it another chance.

We had a fantastic time @Rose Bar Tampa! The atmosphere upon entering, was welcoming and refreshing! I absolutely loved all of the local artists artwork displayed around the rooms! Our waitress smiled from beginning to end, and was very pleasant. The complete staff wore masks and gloves, and there was seating inside and out. The food was unbelievable! The combinations that the chef prepared were delicious. Who ever heard of “celebrity crab fries with cheese!?” The serving was so big, I had to take it home! It was a nice touch, when the chef came around and asked how we enjoyed our dinner, and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and can not wait to come back with my friends to enjoy also.

The waitress Nadine was amazing and offered great suggestions and subs for my 8 year old. I had the shrimp and grits and she ordered the chicken and waffles! The food was deeeeeeeeeeelicious! As we continued to enjoy our food while drinking , I noticed a young lady next to us enjoying a nice dish it must have been delicious because it was like she was in love, so I asked the waitress what was the idea , needless say I ordered the deep fried cheesecake and it was the BOMB! Considering that this restaurant just opened, we ran into a minor delay with our food due to how busy it was (which is a good thing). Excellent service! Waitress took her time and did a great job. Food was delicious and great music vibes for brunch. Inside was beautifully set up, aesthetically pleasing. The only thing I would say I didn’t like about this place was the location and how close it is the the main road. If you’re eating outside it may be a deal breaker for you as cars constantly roam up and down, dust and wind blowing in your face/food. Horns honking, engines raving and the smell of gasoline in the air. There was also a stranger/homeless person walking back and forth looking under the table sneaking a peek through women’s skirts.

I was showered with golden rose petals, given a beautiful rose, and champagne while they played HBD over the speaker. It's a very nice bar , staff was friendly but limited parking. You'll have to pay to park which isn't to big of an issue to me. But, the food was a big disappointment. It's over priced for what you get in my opinion as far as options, taste and portion size. It would be nice to have more food selections on the menu. Food took a while to come out. The salmon was not cooked all the way and the voodoo pasta although initially tasty was so greasy after taking it home to eat later, there was more grease than sauce after warming up....I can't speak on the drinks or hookahs I saw, I'll probably return just for a vibe with friends to have drinks and conversation but not for the food.

After hearing all the rave reviews I really wanted to love Rose Bar, unfortunately my experience compared to others who I know who have gone was completely subpar. Upon arrival I was a little deterred that their opening time was at 1pm and at 12:58 they were still setting up and not prepared for the arrival of patrons. Myself and the party I was with decided to take advantage of the Bottomless Mimosa and Margarita special that is offered with Brunch. To our server, Emma, this must of meant one drink per customer because we had to keep asking her to bring more drinks. Our glasses sat empty until we asked her to refill our Bottomless orders. It was not until around 3pm that she finally got the hint on how bottomless orders should go and began to fill them on a more regular basis. Mind you this was already 2 hours into our party being there. We arrived and were seated when they opened at 1pm. Also after we placed our food orders we waited almost an hour just for one of our party guests to receive an appetizer...which was truffle fries. That is completely ridiculous to take so long for fries especially when we were the 2nd party seated in the establishment for the day; they had just opened. After that everyone else's meals came about 30 minutes later and although the food was flavorful, the pricing for many things did not correlate with the amount of food received. Many of the portions are tapas size and require you to order multiple items just to have some feeling of fulfillment with the menu. The shrimp and grits had 2 shrimp ONLY and the lamb chops were just 2 lamb chops; nothing else! If attending brunch know that you are coming for the drinks and the atmosphere not the service or the food.

I spent nearly 25 years of my life as a professional jazz musician. I have performed all over the entire US many times over. So, you can probably imagine that I have performed and eaten at my fair share of fine restaurants over the years. This is one of a just a small handful that stand out to me in all of my experience. I had the voodoo pasta with chicken as an entrée and my appetizer was the fried Brussel Sprouts. I HATE Brussel Sprouts but the 2 friends I was with convinced me to get them. Well, now I like Brussel Sprouts, or at least I like them from Rose Bar Tampa! I read a couple of reviews that said the food was pricey. My take is that this is an upscale restaurant, which they clearly say on their website. If one wants McDonald's prices, then one should go to McDonald's. I, on the other hand, would rather spend the money on superior food, superior service, and an overall superior experience. Needless to say, I will DEFINITELY be returning to Rose Bar Tampa!

I've visited twice. The atmosphere is great, the staff is very friendly, but the drinks are not very good and the parking is inconvenient (lots of double parking/blocking people in). I paid $16 for an awful mojito, so the drinks are definitely overpriced. I had a mojito the first time I went and it wasn't great then, either. I thought maybe it was the simple syrup, so I tried it again without it tonight, and it was like a bitter, spiked limonade without the mint/yerba buena in the drink. I haven't tried the food yet, so not sure how that is. I don't think I'll visit again, unfortunately.

10/10! I had the celebrity crab fries, voodoo pasta, salmon egg rolls. They were all amazing. I do wish there was a little more salmon in the eggroll but the flavor packed into it and the sauce made up for that. The crab fries had huge pieces of lump crab meat and the sauce was fireeee! The pasta was great as well, it taste like a home cooked REAL pasta. The vibe and atmosphere was 10/10 as well, hats off to the DJ. The only thing I feel could be better is directions on where to park.

After hearing multiple people hype this place up, I knew I had to try it! Stopped in last week to finish up some work while having dinner. I was immediately greeted by a friendly host and she showed me to a table where I could set up my work. Before I arrived I took a look at the menu and had a good idea of what I wanted to order, but my server really sealed the meal with her wine recommendation. I had the voodoo pasta that was perfectly seasoned (it has a little kick to it which I loved). I also ordered the calamari and it was equally delicious. Bonus points for my favorite flower decorating the plate. All in all I had an amazing experience, I can’t recommend it enough and I will absolutely be dining in again soon! 10/10.

Rosebar, Please consider telling guests to avoid the public parking lot adjacent from the restaurant that makes you download and pay. This lot can potentially cause you to lose buisness because they're hitting people over the head with their steep prices during brunch. All of my friends, and family I invited to the restaurant for brunch couldn't find parking in the rosebar parking lot. So they were told to park in the other parking lot which you have to download an app and pay for. The app charges you 10 for an hour and doesn't allow you to add time until the hour runs out. When the time runs out it only gave my friends and family 30 mins and charged them an addiotinaly 14 dollars. So They paid over 20 to park for an hour and a half, when we had atleast 2 hours reserved for brunch table. All of my friends and family paid over 20 dollars to park and received tickets. Other than the parking situation, rosebar I enjoyed my time there and the food was great. Please have a better solution of parking during brunch hours for guests with large parties.
