Fabulous find!!! We had the breakfast Cuban and croissant (added egg and he didn’t charge me). It was really great and so with going off my typical egg white or oatmeal choice! Don’t let the office building away you. It’s on second floor and it’s clean and cute and “more than a deli”. Owner cares and was attentive! Also has various coffees and other choices like burritos, healthy egg white scramble, French toast and more. He also has lunch

This is a great local spot! We stopped by for breakfast and left with big smiles on our faces. I had the Healthy Start burrito and Wellness smoothie. They were the perfect start to the day — delicious and nutrient-dense 😍. My boyfriend had the Cuban Breakfast sandwich and he was super happy with it. 🤤 The deli is independently owned, and the owner is very friendly and welcoming. 😊 Highly recommended!

Best deli in tampa, have been looking for over a year for a solid deli and this is definitely it. The owner is such a nice and cool dude. He remembered my name the next time I came in, and the food is AMAZING. The cheddar melt King Cuban, and Don CeSar is incredible. 10/10 would recommend going here to anyone. It is hard to find the fist time you get there, it is on the second floor of the Waterford plaza office building.

This is an excellent deli for anyone looking for delicious food at a reasonable price! I am a regular here, and as a self proclaimed foodie have never had a meal that I did not like. My absolute favorite are the soups and smoothies - there are new choices regularly. John and his team do an excellent job and provide great service!

Hidden gem, for sure! We stopped in for breakfast and are glad we did. My husband and I both had omelettes and they were delicious! Highly recommend! Don't be fooled by the location-it's on the 2nd floor in an office building-very clean and cute place with lots of food options to choose from.

Really good food and coffee!! They changed their name from "the Cafe at Waterford" to Rocky Point Deli, so if you see signs for that in the garage it's the same thing. The location on GPS is correct, park in the underground garage, walk around to the front of the building, you will see a sign for the Deli, go inside the front and up the elevator to the second floor, bang a right and there it is. Thanks again for an awesome sandwich.

Food is amazing, would recommend the chipotle breakfast sandwich. Pricing is on point, owner is great to talk to. All in all a great place! When you get to the building go up to the second floor and restaurant is there. Nice seating near windows for a good view while eating.

Fantastic fresh food and great service! Salads are fresh, dressings are homemade, roast pork is juicy and flavorful! Homemade cookies are amazing! I can't say enough. Support local family owned businesses. Daily specials too!
