I’m giving 3 stars only because the staff were fast and friendly, and the chocolate shake was good. The kitchen portion however, left me unimpressed. It was my first time trying this place after a few recommendations, so I ordered the ‘shroom burger, sweet potato fries with toasted marshmallow sauce, and a chocolate shake. For having the word “shroom” in the burger’s name, there were only 5 small mushrooms on top of the patty, which was broken and crumbling out of the bun, cheese not melted, just sloppy and not my favorite. I was expecting a decent amount of mushrooms and a hot patty at least. I was really excited to try the marshmallow sauce, only to dip a fry into it and get honey mustard instead. That wasn’t fun, considering I was expecting a totally different taste and I despise honey mustard. Good thing I’m not allergic because I did state specifically “no mustard” on my order. Can’t say I’ll return, but now I want actual sweet potato fries with marshmallow sauce, so I guess I’ll make my own version. Not worth the $20 I could have spent at Five Guys.

I’ve been going to Burger 21 off and on for many years and different locations around the area. This location is generally clean with friendly service. Although it’s not a burger, I really wish they would bring back the Chicken Parm. It was my go-to sandwich when I didn’t want a burger and it was dropped off the menu a year or two ago. For this reason I don’t go much anymore. I tried their “Crispy Chick” which was ok but it’s not the chicken parm. I’d go more a lot often if they brought it back.

My first time trying it out. Ordered a cheeseburger via doordash. The cheeseburger was great. I am not a big fan of sweet potato fries but these ones are really good. I tried the 21 sauce and cajun dipping both were good. Will definitely try it again 👍🏻

I’ve had the luxury of visiting 2 burger 21’s and honestly they left a bad taste in my mouth! (No Pun Intended) However, today I just felt the need to try again. I am sure happy I did! Upon walking in to a CLEAN environment I heard a warm welcome, as the cashier was wiping tables she stopped what she was doing to greet us! We placed our orders sat and everything came to us. The Shroom! Listen to me that garlic aioli is LIFE! So good I wanted to bathe everything in it. It’s really that good I had a perfectly cooked MEDIUM burger the vanilla shake tasted like someone’s granny made it! I’m just so pleased with the service the environment and more importantly the food! I’m never visiting another burger21 again this location will be my go to spot. I recommend making it yours too!

Went to Burger21 for the first time last Sunday 7/19/2020 evening (~5pm) after reading the reviews and was mixed walking away. I’ll start with the good; I ordered a BBQ Bacon Burger and it was cooked perfectly. The sweetness of the onion straws were outstanding. Boss lady ordered a Buffalo Chicken that was definitely soaked in buffalo sauce and while I appreciated the hotness level, she was overwhelmed with the spiciness. Now to the bad; ordered my daughter a Grilled Cheese Sandwich and the pictures are the result of the order. It was a cheeseburger bun, toasted on one side, and some warm cheese in the middle. Needless to say I was more than disappointed and after waiting a long time for the food, I didn’t want to wait any longer for a different kids meal. Another bad was the skinny, not really tasteful, French fries and don’t recommend those if you are on the fence. Ended up stealing the boss lady’s onion straws because they were a perfect balance of onion size and breading. Think half the size of the width of the onions in a Blooming Onion from Outback. I originally was going to leave three stars but I bumped it to four because of the girl that was working the counter was unbelievably polite, professional, and expeditious. I overheard that one of the other employees had to go home temporarily and she was covering the front all alone and she did great. She hustled our food, condiments, and was extremely friendly to our kids too. Definitely made our experience worth it just because of how pleasant she was to deal with. If I was Burger21 owner, I’d want to staff all my restaurants with people just like her.

The place is great, the AC was a little too cold tho, under 70f. I love that I can order from the kioski, but only have one kioski, could have at least 2. Food is amazing, love the side of onions and the sweet potatoes.

Christina and Evan are both wonderful employees extremely nice not only to me but to all their customers very easy going and up bringing the cooks are fast working have food out fresh all the way to my liking within a few minutes great atmosphere to dine in with friends family and or gfs/bfs highly recommended to everyone who hasn’t sat down and tried one of their burgers it is very much worth it the food sits very well in your stomach doesn’t leave you feeling sick after words but yet it’s so filling if you haven’t tried burger21 you really need too quality over quantity.

Great service and food. They have an excellent Burger menu with lots of interesting combinations. Everything is a la carte. You order at the counter and your food is brought out to you at your table. I tried the Cinco burger and it was pretty good. It has fresh jalapenos on it so it's on the spicier side. I also ordered the onion strings and I'm a huge fan! It's battered and fried thin strings of onion. The seasoning of the batter is really tasty and it doesn't start to come off like you experience with normal onion rings. Every bite is crunchy, tender, oniony, and delicious. My daughter ordered a kid's burger, which came with fries and a milkshake. The burger is totally bare bones- it's a patty with a bun. It cost extra to add cheese. The menu says that all kids burgers are cooked well done, but they cooked hers to medium at my request. (She said her burger was great and proudly showed me the pink center of her patty.) I took a little sip of her Oreo cookies and cream milkshake, and it was hard not to drink anymore because it was so delicious! They really capture the "cookie" aspect of cookies and cream. Their sauce bar is really cool, and helps to set them apart. They have a signature sauce that's good. It's a mayo based sauce with a paprika-y flavor. They have a ton of options though, and I got the impression that they switch some of them out. Oh, and they have salt and pepper grinders.

Good burger joint, nothing great. Had a #7 Tex-Mex burger and like I said, it was nothing great. Place was clean, nice layout, and friendly staff, other than that it seemed to be just another burger joint. However I would likely come back to try out their shakes. Price wise, it was neither expensive nor inexpensive. I spent ~$12 for their small burger, fries, and a drink. *No military discount

Been there a couple times the food is always good atmosphere always nice employees always nice I just kind of think that it's a little bit expensive when one person spends $18 on one Burger one burger and a drink I have a hard time with that sometimes so I guess it won't bother me too much but price does pretty steep that's my thought on the matter

Good Burgers. Small in size though. This place is not a bad option to stop for a decent burger. The prices are not in line with the taste. You can get better burgers around for the price.

Partly disappointed, the burger was really good, I ordered #8 witch is the BBQ BACON with onion rings, this onion rings were not even rings, they were fried onions and you could not use the sauces with these onions. The place is nice but they phone rings really loud and because they are busy it just rings and rings and its really annoying. And the burger as I said was really good but not that big for the cost.

This place was amazing! Not a burger fan, I got 2 hotdogs, a cookie, the onion strings, and the featured red velvet cake smoothie. The smoothie looked like something out of a catalog, and is probably the best I’ve ever had. The line was kind of long but the service was quick so it cleared out quickly!

Awesome burger concoctions and the shakes are incredible. Get yourself a side of sweet potato fries and some marshmallow sauce for dipping and you'll feel like you own that place!

Wont be eating here to often I don't think. I really didn't know anything about the place 1st time there. Employees were friendly enough. But after taking a customer's order disappeared into the back and no one was at the front counter to greet other customers or get things that customers need. Hope your not in a hurry either might be best to call your order in before you get there. They weren't busy but service was very slow.I didn't like my food as much as I hoped I would. It was a pinapple.something. I figured I like pinapple pizza so Maybe I like pineapple and a chicken patty.... NOT..... besides to much lettus I didn't like the barbecue sauce combined with the apple hickory bacon. And just take off the onion rings off menu because there only fried thin ... really thin onions. Just not my cup of tea. Everyone else in our party liked what they got when they got it. But we were very hungry so most of it was eaten.

Went there with my wife to get a burger and a shake. My wife is on a gluten-free meatless diet and the menu was able to accommodate her. The milkshake was delicious as usual. I made a comment to the server in jest and he came back with the manager to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Everyone working there was cheerful and helpful. Great experience.

First time here and WOW! Service was fantastic, the whole restaurant was pristine and the food was awesome! Burgers are a meal unto themselves with the size and additional toppings available and can we talk about those FRIES! Omg! Perfectly seasoned shoestring style sweet potatoes in a cup the size of a medium drink! I ordered a milkshake (sea salt caramel and pretzel) it was a bit too sweet (for my taste), but oh so good! Really great meal and all for about the same price as McDonald's.

First time to eat at Burger 21. My cheeseburger was perfectly cooked, very juicy and full of flavor. I had sweet potato fries with mine, my companion had regular fries. Both were great. The fries are quite thin and they offer a good variety of sauces. Highly recommended giving this place a try.

We tried Burger 21 for lunch today. My lunch date had the Cheesy Burger and I had the Impossible Burger on a gluten free bun (because I'm an absolute joy to dine out with); we also ordered sweet potato fries and a peanut butter chocolate shake to share. They have a cool variety of sauces to go with your food. I loved the apple cider sauce on the fries. Avoid the toasted marshmallow sauce - it's grossly sweet. Our burgers and fries came out quickly. I can't say the same for the shake. We were more than halfway through the meal before it made it to the table. The shakes are THICK! It would be nice to have a wider straw or a spoon to be able to consume it. Overall, a solid burger place. They need to learn how to time their food and shakes better so everything comes out together.

Excellent food and service. We ordered two burgers, one gluten free bun and the other regular, they were both excellent. There is a slight premium for the gluten free. The basket of fries was also good without being overly salty. I can’t say enough great things about the shakes! One of the best restaurants to enjoy a great milkshake. The price isn’t bad for what you get and how it tastes. We been back a few times, service and food quality is always the same— in this case, that’s a good thing! You know what to expect.

I don't even have my food yet and I already love this place. Olivia took our order and was absolutely amazing, I can't remember the last time I felt this welcome at a restaurant. I never write reviews but had to write one tomto that. She also brought us various sauces to sample when we expressed interest in them without us even asking! Amazing service. Update- the food was fantastic too!! Definitely eating here again. 11/10, go Olivia and team!

Food was excellent. Burger was juicy and tasty. Salty but I think it’s the bacon. Fries were yum and cooked just right. We had an issue related to service of individuals with disabilities and it was handled after the fact by the manager superbly. I would eat here again.

I have never eaten at Burger 21 before and was told that it was a great place to get a good burger. Being the newbie in town, I had to try it. Well, it truly lived up to the hype! The brioche bun was amazing...even the look was mouth watering! I decided to try one of their vanilla bean shakes. Well, let's just say, I'm glad I tried a small size because that was so filling...and really tasty. Their sweet potatoe fries were so great! They even taste good with their honey mustard sauce... I didn't think the combination would be good...but it was! The employees were polite, but what topped this off as a place to be...to have a great Burger, shake and chill? It was the Manager. He was so friendly. He came over to our table and had a nice friendly conversation. He came over a couple of times just to make sure we were good and satisfied! Hey guys, go there if you want to have great food and great care!

The burgers are a bit on the small side given the cost but they are quite good. Fries are decent and they have a variety of options involving sweet potatoes, chili and cheese. They also have a decent milkshake so you can get a very good burger, fries and shake (so many places fall down on one of the three). The staff are very nice and friendly. The value proposition could be a little better but still it's meal you'll likely want again.

I've been here several times and never disappointed. This time I had the 'smroom burger. So favorful and cooked to order perfect! Beer is overpriced, but went great with medium (lots given) order of fries too! I'll be back for sure. P.S. I love the outside dinning. Not enough places on dm stripe has that. Also not overly crowded is a plus.

We picked up food on the way home. The order was correct so that was a bonus, but the burgers were super salty and overcooked. We ordered before 8:30, which to me is plenty of time before closing for a to go order, but I guess not here. When we come during the day the staff is friendly and food is usually fine.

The BEST burger place hands down!!! My husband and I try to get something different every time we go. The menu has so many choices, it's easy to do, not to mention their "burger of the month" is constantly changing. Not only are their burgers die for, their handcrafted milkshakes and malts are delicious! We were so happy when they opened a Burger 21 on our side of the bay, but it was worth the 21 mile trip over the bridge every month!! If you have not tried Burger 21 yet, you don't know what you're missing!!

I had the Bacon Blue burger and it was amazing, did not stand a chance. My girlfriend had the cheesy burger, she loved it. We got a split order of fries and rings fries were shoe string and yummy. O rings, thin and seasoned perfectly. We will be back for sure. Glad we drove a little further to eat here

These burgers are thick! Great taste,, fresh veggies and bun. Fries are a speck thicker than shoestring and very good. Modern atmosphere. It's more expensive than fast food but worth every penny. Order at the register, get your own drink and they bring your food to you.

The Cinco Burger is really good! The sweet potato fries are as good as any out there too. Especially with the great sauce bar. The bananas foster milk shake might be the best thing on the menu though. It's a game changer and determins where I get my burger

Yesterday we took advantage of the Cinco de Mayo burgers you offered and I want to say that was probably one the best burgers I’ve ever had! This is definitely my favorite burger place in town. I love the variety of options available as far as toppings go. All the Burgers and Fries Are Made fresh to order and you can taste the difference. Also the sauce bar is delicious you must try the creamy Chipotle mayo. They also make delicious shakes there.

Better than average. Not the best burger on the planet but its very good and I would be happy to go anytime. We had the shroom burger and the regular cheese burger, also got the sharing portion of fries which was enough for 2 people. I'd give them an extra .5 star if I could because they have a Coke unlimited machine. Overall a pleasant dining experience and a nice location. There were a lot of families as you'd expect for Carollwood.

So we've in Tampa a little over a year now and just recently tried burger21 which is crazy seeing as it's right down the road but my goodness. The monterey chicken burger is absolutely delicious and the fries and evrhthing are just to good to ignore. Sad I've been missing out the past year but glad we finally discovered this place. Definitely come here , worth every penny.

We go twice a month on Saturday's because that's our movie day. Food is always fresh and very tasty. Cheese fries are great too. Food gets 5 stars but service.... not so much. This past Saturday the lady forgot to charge us for the cheese sauce. When the fries came out bare we mentioned it was suppose to be the cheese fries the manager brought out the sauce with a ticket for $2. and change... Really? I thought that was kind of pettty to charge me for the cheese sauce. I did not complain but after thinking about it, come on.. The young lady at the counter rang it up wrong.. not my fault!

Delicious burgers (beef, seafood, chicken, turkey, vegetarian...) at a reasonable price (5 to 10 bucks). Lots of gluten free stuff. I got an ahi tuna burger, one of the more expensive, and it was one of the most delicious burgers I've ever tasted. Sauce bar is great, staff is friendly and hard working, milkshakes are delicious too. Highly recommend trying it.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Best sweet potato fries I've ever had. Burger was excellent. Cooked correctly, quality ingredients, seemed like it was made with care which is rare these days. Besides having some of the most welcoming staff the food is always spectacular. I tend to modify my turkey burger and it's almost always right. This is my go to lunch spot and they never disappoint. The best turkey burger I've ever had. Keep up the good work.

They have gluten free buns, but the chicken burger and turkey burger both contain wheat. As someone who can't eat red meat or wheat, this was a huge disappointment. The bananas Foster milkshake is amazing, but the service was slow and the workers were very confused by our take-away order and made a big deal about it, rather than just trusting the customer and completing the order (for the record, it was a burger, sweet potato fries and two milk shakes -- nothing complicated). It took twenty minutes to get our simple order, and that was only after getting since rude looks from workers.

It was my husband and I's first time there. The burgers were delicious. Not a fan of shoestring fries. Definitely pricey, $35 for 2 burgers, 2 fries and drinks. I'm used to fries coming with A meal, not a la carte. Plus for that kind of money, can you seat me and take my order? The counter experience felt like fast food. $35 is NOT fast food. I understand the Covid19 concerned. Their restaurant doesn't smell like food, it smells sterile. Not sure we'll be back. Red Robin has a bigger and better burger with endless steak fries. Not THAT's gourmet guys.

This would be a perfect 5 stars if the take out was faster. I am not sure why take out/order ahead takes so long to pick up. At first I thought it was to drop fries; but the fries when I got them were warm-ish, not hot. The shakes they make and put in the freezer until you arrive, so it isn't that. I honestly have no idea what takes them so long. I have gotten 4 take out orders now and waited at least 10 minutes just to be brought my order; and I arrive after my scheduled pick up time. I agree with other posters, the food is really good, lots of options, etc. Just wish they could optimize their take out process.

Bananas foster shake was amazing. Even contained a carmelized banana. So far burgers have been great. The BBQ bacon burger was a little too makes, causing the lettuce and breaded fried onion pieces to fallout. So it was a bit messy, but tasted great. New hires at the front counter forgot about some of the orders from my party, but we were given several $5 discount cards by management without us complaining first. Very respectful customer service.

Burger 21 is my absolute favorite place for burgers. No other burger can compare. They have at least 20 different burger options so there is literally a burger for every person. Their shakes are to die for as well. The only place I've ever seen a banana foster milkshake. It's beyond delicious everytime I eat there. And for a reasonable price too. They also have an extensive sauce bar and the walls are decorated so cool.

Almost didnt stop because of reviews of undercoked burger but decided to stop and try it anyway. Staff was great, happy and extremely helpful. Food was cooked perfectly in my opinion and delivered exactly as ordered and pretty quickly. The sauces were great for the kids. Only complaint was the music was a bit too loud and the fries were good but a little too salty. I would definately eat here again for a quick burger.

I love Burger 21! Picked up dinner after late little league game. Family was thrilled! New "apple" salad with added grilled chicken was great but opted for creamy balsamic dressing. Burgers can be extravagant or basic but always delish! Need to ask for well done if you want cooked through and, if picking up and don't want a longer wait, ask that they drop the fries early so you don't have to wait once you arrive. (Unless you want to wait...they like to serve them to you fresh and hot!!)

A burger simply cannot taste better than this. The beef melts in your mouth and the fresh ingredients are evident. Tampa has so many burger joints, and many are very good. That being said, Burger 21 is at a different level. Even their shakes are tremendous. The only complaint might be the price, but that is arguable based on the quality of the meal you are receiving.

Top Notch burger! I'd love to give them 5 stars, but the fries are just too ordinary. Finally, we have a fast burger that isn't frozen or overcooked. A pink center-line is my goal when I grill my own and these peeps get very close to that mark. Also, the bun is just right...not oversized or over-flavored with silly seeds or other junk. I've been to 2 locations several times because I didn't want to comment too soon. The quality is simply higher than the other "gourmet" chains. If they start using tastier oil for the fries I'll change my review to 5 stars.

I like the Tex-Mex Haystack and some of the other burgers here, but they tend to be a little too undercooked and greasy for my liking. I do generally like my meat to be medium or medium-rare, but that's only if I have plenty of faith in the quality of the meat and the conditions it's cooked in. I have nothing against Burger 21 specifically, but I'm just not as trusting of places that need to churn out a large amount of burgers in a short amount of time... As for the grease, my burgers are generally sopping wet. Maybe I'm just eating here when they are busy and it takes too long to drain it? No clue. Also, get the regular fries rather than the sweet potato fries. I usually forget to do that, myself, and end up regretting it.

This is the best burger place I've been to in Tampa so far. They have amazing milkshakes, the sauce bar has so many amazing sauces for your fries for anyone who's obsessed with condiments, and the burgers themselves are amazing. It's been really hard for me and my boyfriend to find a place that caters to people with gluten allergies and this place does an excellent job of it. Omg I moved to Florida from Chicago, and if you've ever been to Chicago you know we have the best food hands down so it's hard to compete with. However this burger joint absolutely does! The burger was juicy, the bread was mouth watering, and the fries were hott and crispy just like I like them. I had the Turkey Burger on a brioche bun. I will definitely be going back here when I have another burger craving, and would recommend this place to anyone!

They feature different types of fries (sweet potato, regular, etc) and a wide selection of sauce you can dip them in. I had the Black + Bleu Burger (blackened 100% Certified Angus Beef® patty, applewood smoked bacon, bleu cheese crumble sauce, lettuce, vine-ripened tomato, toasted brioche bun) and devoured it so fast..well.. I gotta admit I am a review type of person so I was nervous ordering off of DoorDash from them. I ordered the black and blue burger as well as Bbq bacon cheeseburger also sweet potato fries. And I am so surprised with the freshness and juice of moisture from the patty. It was a monstrous burger that filled me up quick!! Also the sweet potato fries were sooooooo gooooooood I couldn’t believe the perfect texture in my mouth 👄 that it was like I died and went to heaven 😂😂😂 only complaint I don’t eat salt and I couldn’t ask for no salt on DoorDash so my recommendation is not salt but give salt packets. It took away the full flavor of the sweet taste. Other that I will order again from DoorDash great food👏👏👏🤩🤩

Slow food arrival.Good food. Get burger well done otherwise a little pink and rare for me. If you only have a 30min lunch don't go in ..order ahead. Good milkshakes. Sweet potato fries with toasted marshmallow (sauce)is awesome.Staff is always friendly. Not a 5 star due to slowness and due to app. App is good and works however a little inconvenient. They have a fancy kiosk where I sign an iPad device. It asks for tip. Then it says print or email. Well. If you want your points in app you have to print and then you have to take a picture of your receipt. Most places have gone to using a phone number for rewards points. That would be a lot easier or a scan device where I can place my phone up to the device and get the points.

I like B21. We used to come more frequently than we do now but is our go to place for good burgers. And they accommodate me with either the black bean or turkey options. The restaurant is big with plenty of seating. You order at the register, they give you a number and find a seat and they bring your food out to you. They also have a shake bar area where you can sit as well. They used to have napkins on each table but tonight none were delivered with our food so we had to go back up to the register and ask. Seating areas were dirty -- took a bit of time for staff to come clean areas where other diners left. This isn't the first I've seen this -- had to ask before for a table to be cleaned so we could sit. I ordered the Skinny Burger which is a turkey burger served on lettuce rather than a bun. Comes with sundried tomato aïoli. Actually thought the aïoli was going to be on the burger but it was on the side. My husband ordered the BBQ Bacon Burger. Which was juicy and made to order. My daughter ordered the buffalo chicken tenders which were tasty. Fries didn't taste fresh and were too salty. Their vanilla bean shake is one of my favorites. I just wish it was thicker. Seems so milky/watery every time I order. Overall good dinner and satisfied my burger craving.

I had the number 2. It was a great cooked burger(medium well) very 1st customer. Burger was cooked/seared perfectly. The bun was a broche bun seared inside for a added crunch. The burger was dripping from the perfect juoce to meat ratio. Great beef selection was perfect. About 6 oz. I would recommend as a nice sit down not a QSR. They still have a service side, have a sauce station with 8 plus condiments section.

Had the "tex-mex haystack" and was delightfully surprised with how tasty the burger was. Cooked to a flavorful medium-well, the meat blended perfectly with the fresh tasting and "just spicy enough" toppings. The fries don't come with the burger and cost a few dollars extra bringing the total cost up around the $7-$13 range depending on what you order. I'd consider this to be a step above Five Guys Burgers and Fries but a step below a sit down and order type burger joint, which seems to be exactly what this location is going for. Superb friendly service and a very clean location with great music selection at a volume comfortable enough to have a conversation with friends without yelling across the table. I rated at 4 stars rather than 5 as I feel fries should probably be included for a complete experience, but the reality is the burger was VERY good and undoubtedly warrants a a trip to check them out. I will definitely be returning to try the rest of their burgers.

So my experience was actually very good on my visit, food came out pretty quick for a busy as they were, milk shake was awesome and the food order came out as ordered. The reason for the 3 stars is what happened to another customer. A older lady who ordered before us asked the manager as he walked by, where her order was as she still hadn't received her meal as others after her had. She went on to explain that she was hungry. She didn't raise her voice or say anything derogatory. So here is where it all went wrong, his reply was "madam everyone is hungry it should be out soon". Not a reply as a business owner myself was happy to hear. She then proceeded to ask for her money back and he was not happy to do so. Please have this individual go to youtube and watch "The art of hospitality by Danny Meyer, Union Square Hospitality Group" It might do him some good.

They told me the burger was supposed to come out medium well with a little hot pink in the middle, I said ok and when I get the burger it was wrll seared on the outside and rare in the middle and they were kind enough to remake it but it came out well done and they topped it with the wrong cheese and again added lettuce and tomato even though I asked for it plain. The first 2 visits were great today not so much.

More of the same, but different. a step above. You get a wider selection of burgers and some great fries with a pretty clean and friendly environment, but it's just another fast-ish food burger shop. More of a sitdown place, so it's got that in-between a wendy's and a Square1 burger feel. I like the options and the different flavors. Unlike the standard McD's, BK, and Wendy's where it's maybe 4 different ingredients reassembled in different ways -- Burger 21 makes completely different burgers. They've all been fairly good. Their milkshakes are great too!

I'm here for business and know we are getting one of these where I live so decided to give it a try and to see what the hype is about. Wow was I impressed!! I got the Ahi Tuna burger which was phenomenel. I also ordered their fries...not greasy like five guys or the other fast chains..fries r cut like steak n shake but much better. Great flavor of sea salt , cracked pepper and some herb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I wouldnt recommend is the cookie...they are huge in size but lack in softness...way too hard and crunchy for this girl. I would highly recommend to others...great job!

O'man - burger 21 is SO DELICIOUS! I order the large OMG burger. It has lettuce, tomato, you pick your cheese - I pick gouda every time. It comes with burger 21s sauce so I get extra of that because - the wetter the better 😜 Burger 21 is the only place I've found who offers a soft gluten free bun. They started that bit long after opening. Their beef tastes like quality beef. They have a cheese dipping sauce for your fries that is fabulous. I highly recommend it with the bacon on top. They also have milkshakes - real ones. My favorite is the dulce de leche. It comes with a "cookie" on the side that tastes like thin toffee. I ask for extra cookies. They're, 50c each but worth it. The OMG burger I order is around $10 bucks. Enjoy!

Best burger by far! Tex-Mex Haystack blew my mind (and possibly my diet lol). This burger behemoth has lettuce, tomato, applewood-smoked bacon, Gouda, guacamole, onion strings, and chipotle-jalapeño sauce, stuffed inside a toasted brioche bun. Super friendly and fun place with outdoor seating, too! Highly recommended.

Unfortunately this location didn't do it for me. I had an issue with my food but I did not return it as I was long gone from the restaurant before I noticed it. I won't say what the issue was as I did not report to the restaurant because I wasn't driving all the way back there and can't say how they would of handled the issue. I love Bg21 food and charity day on the 21st of each month. However, on May 21st, they hosted Embracing Legacy, a 501C3 which reaches out to youth in the community through music, education and sports. The support for the non-profit was overwhelming, but the staffing by Bg21 management was less than stellar. Kudos to the manager for going entry-level to make it happen.
