This was our first time going to Bamboozle. We went to the Channelside location. It was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Arleen ordered the Pho Noodles (Seafood) and I ordered the vegan version. She ordered the shrimp sushi and I ordered the vegan lemongrass tofu. Both of our drinks were made vegan, she had the Hawaiian smoothie and I had the one with lychee, jackfruit and passion fruit in it. (I forgot the name of mine.) We will definitely return!

It's actually a popular lunch spot at the corner of 12th and Washington in the Channelside District. You'd never really know it's there unless you live in the neighborhood. It's walking distance from many nearby attractions. There is limited street parking but there is also paid parking nearby. It's an easy walk from Sparkman Wharf. There's indoor and outdoor seating. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. The interior isn't as decorated as it used to be when looking back at pictures posted prior to 2020. I'm guessing they were making room for more takeout orders since there aren't as many tables. I realize that atmosphere makes an impact to most restaurant diners, but that was easily overlooked because of the great service that was received. I was blown away by the different variations of fresh rolls, pho, salads, sandwiches, and noodles. They also have a build your own Boozle bowl with plenty of different house made sauces. I ended up getting their signature shrimp lo mein based on the menu description and picture. The food delivered had a nicer presentation with the noodles on top of bamboo leaves. It was simple and refreshing. The noodles were light, and the zest nuoc cham brought out the flavors along with the shrimp. There was plenty of shrimp in and around the noodles. My friend's crispy duck fresh roll looked equally as good, which is why I definitely want to try that next time. You can customize your own roll which is something I want to do. I kind of wish they still had the seared tuna as a protein option. I've seen pictures of it but didn't see it on the current menu. They have plenty of other protein options which is great. I also got a dessert. I was eating with my eyes again. I definitely did not have room for it but had to taste the matcha sugar cookie. They had other flavors but that one jumped out at me. It was soft, sweet, and huge. I shared it with my friend who seemed to like it too. There will be more visits. I need to try the fresh rolls and the vegan iced Viet coffee that is made with homemade coconut condensed milk. Coconut and coffee is really good together! The BYO bowl also sounds wonderful.

Been here many times. The lemongrass tofu is amazing. I love their tiger shrimp summer roll as well and their beef pho. If you like spicy ask for dragon fire sauce 🔥 The workers are very helpful and kind

Bamboozle makes some pretty decent Vietnamese fusion type food. Fresh avocado wrap is an all time favorite of mine. The pho is ok at best, but the wraps are quite decent. Parking is located in the back of the restaurant but you need to pay.

Walked in and was warmly greeted by two helpful employees. They helped me pick out a lavender smoothie with lychee poppers and it was delicious and refreshing. Pictures included. The boba was fresh and cooked perfectly no hard middle - soft and chewy. We didn’t try the food, but everything looked clean and cared for.

I saw people at the sparkman wharf with boba and I was craving one. I found this place which is walking distance. They didn't have enough boba when we arrived but staff was friendly enough to let us know that they were making a fresh batch. We waited around and had more than enough time to view the rest of the menu. I love thai food so everything looked good and I wanted to eat again but I was still stuffed from just eating. I ordered the tropical boba smoothie and my bf ordered the hawaiin boba. Both were amazing and really good! We ended up ordering pho to go which we ate for dinner and it was also fantastic! Will definitely be back again when we're around the area!

My Partner & I went for our first time on the last day of operation at the Downtown location. We throughly enjoyed our experience. The Sparkilng Saki was such a pleasant surprise! The fresh spring rolls are rolled like a flippin burrito. I had the meat-free fresh Spring Rolls, they were yummy. The Saigon Salad, excellent. My Partner had the Seafood Pho, he loved it. He was impressed on how many different kinds of seafood was included. Everything was so farm to table. The owner was so personable. The service overall was phenomenal. We stayed for over 2 hours. I personally over ate a drank too much. No regrets. So do yourself a favor and get your own experience today!

This was my first experience here while on vacation here. The place itself was very clean and had great lighting. Staff was very friendly. I was looking for something light but filling and this place was perfect. I ordered the Tiger Shrimp & Poke Fresh Rolls. Both were very filling (probably should have ordered just one but couldn't decide). I also ordered a small chicken pho soup. I loved it! It had a unique veggie broth flavor that was fresh and GF. I also had the Berry Banana smoothie which was very refreshing. All Natural ingredients with dairy free options. Great place if you have a sensitive stomach like me! Would Totally come here again.

Stopped by on a hot day for a Boba smoothie, and it was absolute perfection 🥰 service was quick and friendly. I couldn't decide what to get and the cashier offered a very helpful description of the different choices. They recommended the tropical fruit smoothie and I'm glad I went with that choice!

So yummy! Very vegan friendly with a whole vegan menu with plenty of options. We got all four vegan spring rolls and a small cup of pho. It was a fresh and light lunch. The spring rolls were made to order. We’ll be back!

Undoubtedly bamboozle cafe ample menu and all items in it, are a delight. Moreover, it's a personal favorite for I can enjoy several plantbase dishes and drinks as there are plenty of. The channelside restaurant crew's service is Great in spite of them having to deal with a long line of orders, and limited seating while on a winter 🥶 day.

In Tampa for conference went here for 3 days in a row for lunch. Nice options sandwiches, salads, rolls, and pho. Good options for vegetarians and lactose intolerant. Depending on time of day that you come service can be slow if we were there mid lunch time the first time service okay the next day we were the first ones there and service great. Dogs allowed outside full-service outside. Nice interior setup, same-sex bathroom. Smitty's also available as well as beer and wine.

Delicious!! They have options for Vegans, but i had their BBQ Beef and it was DELICIOUS! Tender and flavorful, not spicy or bland. Perfect!! Also the thai iced tea, and the Taro boba were both amazing!!

Update to the original post: I received a phone call shortly after from a staff member (I believe manager) and she apologized for the experience. In addition, she refunded the order and advised she would speak with the staff member I spoke with over the phone about the situation. This turned out to be a positive situation where the issue was ultimately remedied. Unfortunately my experience with this location was not very good. I ordered two beef pho Togo and was told it would be 20 minutes to prepare. It took a little longer because they needed to heat/make more broth, which I have no problem with. After, took the food home and ate mine, which was very good. Mine happened to be the newly heated batch of broth. My wife took one sip of her soup broth and had to spit it out. She described the broth, which looked very concentrated, to be not edible because it was so salty. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the staff who stated there was nothing they could do and just suggested we add hot water to the broth. We entertained their idea to see if it would help because after all, we are out $14 for her meal. Unfortunately, their suggestion only made the broth taste like salty water with little to no bone broth flavor because it was now diluted. Moral of the story is to taste all of your Togo order before you leave (even if it’s someone else’s food), because adding water didn’t help, just like the restaurant.

There are two Bamboozle locations, one here in Channelside and one Downtown. They both have different interiors which convey a different atmosphere. Channelside location is laidback with wooden tables that remind me of restaurants in Asia. The food is excellent in both locations. I ordered the Banh Mi and the bread was fresh, warm and soft. Whatever filling you get, you don’t be disappointed. Give them a try!

Amazing teas and food. We have done some events for our company here and its always such a pleasant experience. The owner Lynn and her staff always go above and beyond to make our visit to Bamboozle Tea Lounge unforgettable. If you have never been to this place, we recommend to come by and try their Citron Green iced tea and their Banh Mi sandwich. You wont be disappointed!

The service was excellent, they guided us through the menu since it was are first time and were extremely friendly. The pho was some of the best I have had. Their summer roll selection is extensive and they are really good. We tried the traditional roll and my favorite part was the peanut sauce, most places it is usually too sweet but theirs is perfect. Finally their milk teas are perfect I got the matcha and my fiance got the almond. Great experience, would definitely return regularly if I didn't live in Orlando!

My pho was pretty good. I finished it. A touch too sweet and did not have much of the fresh sprouts and greens taste some pho has. Like the downtown branch it was not quite as comfortable as I would have liked, ambiance-wise. It was ok though.

Great bah mi, pho, and fresh salads. A word of warning when ordering online during lunch hours: the 20 wait is a bit optimistic. It's usually 40-50 minutes before your food will be ready. It's still worth the wait though!

Went on Martin Luther King 2022. Wanted some Vietnamese food and it was only a 8 minute walk from FL Aquarium. Great service Fresh food Vegan & vegetarian friendly Clean atmosphere And.... THE BAMBOOZLE VIETNAMESE COFFEE WAS DEFINITELY DELICIOUS. PHO was good and the Vietnamese Papaya salad was perfect. -rated by a 100% traditional Vietnamese person who knows about Vietnamese cuisine.

Our daughter who is vegetarian brought us to this cafe type downtown restaurant. We all ordered a variety of the rolls (small) including chicken, tofu lemongrass and avocado. We each had two rolls. I personally could have used a third. One orders at the counter and then they bring the rolls to your table. The ingredients were fresh and the rolls made as they are ordered. We enjoyed our meals. We just had water so we can't comment on the milk drinks or smoothies. They say that they are gluten free and do not use MSG. The no MSG is important to us since my wife adversely reacts to it. It was dog friendly with several dogs in the outside area. It was a pleasant place to have lunch.

A group of four of us stopped in before a mid-afternoon trip to the aquarium. We had high expectations and found ourselves a little disappointed. All of our food and drinks were okay but each item left us thinking it could've/should've been just a bit better. The chicken bahn mi and strawberry pineapple smoothie got highest marks — probably 4 stars. The strawberry smoothie and taro bubble tea were just okay. The BBQ pork was very good but the spring roll was larger than I'm used to, wasn't well wrapped, and the lettuce had a number of brown pieces. The beef and pork on the noodle salads were similarly very good, as was the fresh mango, but the proportions seemed off and the pickled ginger wasn't a great surprise. The peanut sauce also seemed a little off. Service was okay — not overly friendly or motivated but okay. Everything came out at different times, so our meal together was a little awkward. But it's a nice and interesting atmosphere (dog friendly!) and we'd probably try it again.

The Iced Tea changed my life! It's the best tea experience ever. Yum sip wow! Please make sure the broth is always served HOT at safe temperature for fresh vegetables to be added for safety please! Awesome vegan pho. Not too salty. Great flavor. Good tofu.

I love their chicken pho soup. The portions are enough for dinner and to have leftovers for the next day. The quality of the soup never disappoints. I always ask for jalapeños on the side and extra bean sprouts. I love this place!

Great find! The fruit smoothies are full of flavor and you can really taste the fruit. The food is very delicious although a bit dry so use the sauces at the table and the pho tasted pretty authentic. However it is a little more expensive than other places but definitely worth it!

Wow! Every woman in this restaurant was super friendly. The food bright, fresh and delicious and reasonably priced. They have a buffet of vegs, meats, herbs and sauces. So you can create your own dish. And... I love that you can have a short bowl of Pho and Ban Mi or roll. Superb!

My mom and I visited for the first time for the Mother's Day brunch that we had heard from the owners at the downtown location was going on. However, the staff at this location knew nothing of the event, did not know how to sell us the bulk tea that was listed, and were overall a bit confounded at many of our requests that were listed on their menus. However, the staff were all easy-going laughing and were excellent through out the visit doing their best to help. The food was excellent and the atmosphere cozy. I would definitely recommend the tea lounge on Channelside but maybe call ahead if your interested in bulk tea purchases!

Awesome staff and great food. Smoothies are delicious too. I have uncommon food allergies, and it makes eating out difficult. When I spoke to staff about them, they went above and beyond. Asked about all of my allergies, how severe they are, explained which sauces are safe for me, et cetera. Best restaurant experience I've ever had with staff.

After taking my toddler to the aquarium we were looking for food options nearby. I couldn’t be happier that Bamboozle Tea Lounge showed up. The chicken pho had such depth of flavor, we’re still talking about it. We also had the beef and avocado rolls which were perfect for a light lunch. Extremely baby/toddler friendly. Lovely staff.

I hosted my best friends bridal shower here this past Sunday. Let me tell you, this is the place to have a small get together! The food was super fresh and delicious! The Tea and Sangria were very refreshing. From coordinating with Lynn for this special day to arriving and having the help of Robin, Noel and Tommie was great! Tommie was a HUGE help with hanging my decorations and taking them down for me. Thank you ALL so very much!

I knew as soon as I called Lynn at Bamboozle Tea Lounge to set up our Baby Shower, things were going to be great! This charming tea eatery in the Channelside locale is hard to beat. There were numerous tea flavors hot or iced. Several specialty drink choices added flare, as well . And the wonderfully fresh and edgy Asian fare was appealing to all. There were even yummy dessert options . Beautiful presentation and delicious choices for everyone's tastes. The atmosphere was charming and relaxing and just perfect for a get together or a luncheon party. The efficient service, helpfulness and etiquette of the manager and staff were beyond expectations. My guests and "mommy to be" (who became a mommy now) were thrilled with our day at Bamboozle and would highly recommend this charming cafe. Thank you so much again to all at Bamboozle Tea Lounge !

I’ve only been to Bamboozle a few times since I no longer live in Florida, but every time I visit it’s a must stop! The atmosphere is always happy and welcoming, and the food is immaculate. Definitely worth the stop, and I highly recommend the beef pho!

The food is ok, decent price, slow service, and inconsistent product. I suggest retraining staff to improve ticket times. I have been coming here for 3 years and the first year I loved it and slowly the employees and their attention to detail have changed and it's clear they don't always properly follow the recipe. My biggest complaint is with the drinks. Employees don't follow the same recipe making the boba smooties. Sometimes the drinks are perfect and other times they are too sweet. So I asked then to make it less sweet and then it wasn't sweet at all. The boba is often under boiled and hard in the middle, however the last time it was way too soft and dissolved in the drink and was barely chewy. It has been a month since my last visit. I do plan to come back but haven't had a good experience my last 5 visits. I hope this business will become more consistent because I do love their concept.

Great little Vietnamese cafe in the heart of Channelside. The fresh rolls were packed with fresh veg and tasty proteins, in our case chicken and shrimp. The beef pho was warm and flavorful and the pork bahn mi was spicy.

First time today and the food was amazing!!! I got the BBQ jackfruit Banh Mi sandwich which was so JUICY!!! You haven’t lived until you have this amazing sandwich! Also the Boozle coffee with honeycomb crunch was delightful. Check this place out!!! You won’t be sorry!

A fantastic Asian-Fusion cafe. Had the Traditional Banh Mi, and the Taro Milk drink. The Banh Mi wasn't technically using a chicken pate, but it still tasted delicious, as did the Taro Milk Drink. The interior was very well optimized, and had a lot of character to it. Staff was very good as well, very friendly and attentive

This used to be a gem but quality has unfortunately gone downhill, my last three sittings left to desire. Pho soup has repeatedly been bland w very little chicken or shrimp portions. The presentation of the side veggies for soup seemed careless. Regardless I might have been unlucky but feel I wont give another shot here. Location and decoration are super cool.

Again, everything about Bamboozle is great; the price and portions of the food to the cozy atmosphere. I had the kickin chicken vermicelli noodles, and although $8.50 was a dollar more than I would have liked (only item I'll criticize), it was tasty. The pho comes in a great portion at a great price, and the place in general puts a creative twist on Vietnamese food.

We come here Almost weekly since we live near by. Love, love the rolls and the boba tea smoothies. Only complaint is the service is hit or miss... sometimes our order comes out perfectly but I would say 50% of the time they mess it up. It depends who's working that day but we sometimes become hesitant as to whether or not get dinner there as we risk our order being wrong :/

Amazing veggie Pho. A top 3 contender in all of Florida. The soup alone is worth the trip. Order the tofu rice rolls with it. Wash it down with a cool fruit smoothie or take home a bottle of wine. You won't be disappointed.

My friend Patsy likes to come here and so I go along. I have to get used to smaller lighter portions of food I guess. This type of food is all new to me but I am willing to open myself up to a new experience like this. I do like the Baby Noodle Salads and the teas are interesting. As long as Patsy likes to come here I will be with her. ;-) p.s. I wish they had free refills on the tea!

Food was ok. We ordered a banh mi, pho, noodle salad, and spring rolls. A lot of the food left us wishing there was more flavor to it. The best thing we got were the spring rolls, which were a bit overpriced.

The food is good but today the service was terrible. It took an extra 30min after I got there for an online order that was placed 30minutes prior to my and my co workers arrival. It also had ingredients on it that I requested not be on it so I ended up not eating it. Better inventory management is nice as well because things seem to always be out when we are there. We enjoy coming here for lunch on the weekend but this makes us hesitant about coming back. Outside of that we usually enjoy coming here.

The food is GREAT! BUT, They can not get an order correct. Something is always wrong or missing. Today my daughter came in with a $35.00 order. Isaid did you check it? She said NO! Good food but service needs improvement. We have been going to both the tea lounge and the cafe for some time and it seems service needs to be improved at both places. The tea lounge stuff specifically seems like is not paying much attention to your needs, you need to ask for everything and they almost seem apathetic to customers.

It was my first time in Tampa and I wanted to check if there were any similarities between the Bay Area and Tampa. Tried the Taiwan. Very interesting and the first time anyone's ever told me to smell the ingredients to get a feel for the taste. I give it a 3/5 because the drink was what I expected. The boba/tapioca was very poor quality, you can chew it and know it was frozen. I also asked for less ice and I got a whole scoop of ice, making up 1/3 of my drink full of ice. Also they don't use real tea, it's all powder.

The genuine positivity was as great start to my day as I could ask for. We chatted a bit (it wasn't a busy morning for either of us), and decided on the iced cappuccino and a thick slice of the tortilla pie.
