Robert Pomerville
Had live music which was a bit loud to have a conversation, but was enjoyable. Someone was shucking oysters at what looked like hostess stand which was very odd. Everyone who entered tried to check in there. Staff greeted and was average friendly, nothing special. Food took about 30 min from order to table. Seafood chowder was very hot, a bit too salty, but was good. Tacos were small and needed cream of sorts but also good. Seafood poutine was also hot and a bit too salty. 15% mandatory gratuity. Overall decent, we would return.
Gary Jelks
Stumbled across this restaurant on our way back to our hotel.
The food was delicious.
The burger was beautifully cooked and the way it was presented allowed me to put in the filling that I wanted and not overload it as other places do. The fish was well cooked and tasty too.
The jury is out on the desert though.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
In a city where you can wait over 2 hours for a table in one restaurant, this is definitely a good place to go.

We are staying in the hotel in the same building and came down for happy hour. Seafood was pretty good. Oysters on happy hour menu were half price. Seafood chowder was really creamy. Oyster tacos were so-so. Fish and chips were great, but French fries were so small.
JonnyBeoulve
This is an absolutely stellar restaurant located in the first level of Hyatt at Olive 8. The service during my first visit was fantastic. The waitress was attentive and knowledgeable with the menu. I was very happy with the halibut, clams, fries, and beef tacos. The white Russian (cocktail) had room for improvement, but other cocktails were good.
The general quality and atmosphere of TIDAL is beautiful which makes it a perfect spot for date nights. I'll be back.

A group of us were looking forward to grabbing some appetizers and dessert after a long day attending a conference in a nearby hotel. The food and service was great, but were disappointed when a few of us wanted to order the flan martini and they were out. That’s my only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.
Jo Silverwood
Happy hour small plates were amazingly tasty! Beer and cocktail good value too. Service was very friendly and quick.
Will definitely be back, not least for the seafood poutine and oysters!

Urbane has a nice, modern vibe. After eating tons of delicious seafood during my Seattle trip, I was ready for a good burger and Urbane did not disappoint! I started with the Ceviche Duo (halibut and shrimp) which was delicious and tasted the Crab dip which was awesome. The burger was cooked med-rare to my request and served with white cheddar, bacon tomato jam and a generous portion of really good fries. Others in my group ordered the desserts and said they were good.

Stopped in this local bar for some late night local beers and also it was the only place open at 9pm you could get oysters. Was very impressed with food drinks and price. Would recommend this place. Environment is friendly and able to see the local night life.
T
My SeaGarita was very good. The crab dip is freaking fantastic. Halibut dinner was my favorite, but my clams had grit. Salmon dish was good as well, but the fish was dry. Felt over priced due to the gritty clams and dry Salmon, but other wise very good meal. The staff is wonderful, but it was cold in the restaurant.
J Miller
The food was delicious. They are gluten/dairy allergy friendly. Chris our server was very kind. I loved the wine selection. The oyster tacos were phenomenal. The chocolate cake was delicious.
Lisa Nardi
While staying at the awesome Hyatt at Olive 8, I came for dinner and a cocktail. The Divers Revive was awesome, the service at my table was absolutely perfect, and the ceviche duo was amazing, as were the oysters on the half shell. I finished with the dark chocolate cake with raspberry and enjoyed myself immensely! A+++++ Thank you! Top notch and great prices! 💖

Late night snack desires turned into full on dinner and cocktails and oh boy, we floated off to Dreamland with happy bellies!

Came in for our 7 pm reservation, and were sat immediately. Overall- mediocre food, cool space, and good customer service.
Ashley Fix
Alright so listen, you have 2 weeks left to eat the best cooked halibut Ive ever eaten in Seattle.
Chef is from Hawaii and I couldn't give him any more praise. Its hard to cook a fish like this and he had the pan sear, while keeping the filet soft and tender.
Moved me to tears, and Im a pretty picky fish eater as I've grown up in the PNW and like my seafood and fish a certain way.
Eat here. Eat here. Eat here. Your tastebuds will thank you!
Shayla Pruett
Workers are so amazing! They served me a surprise drink and made it even better! All of us enjoyed it so much!
Don Shipp
Excellent fish & chips - some of the best I've ever had (texture, temperature, plating - all spot on). The price is very high, then they add an 18% LivingWage surcharge. If you don't know this about Seattle, you should - most will slap you with this as a bonus when you get your bill - so ask questions first and don't assume the outrageous menu price includes cost of living adjustments. You get to add a tip after that, and your server probably needs it, so be nice. So...if you can afford 36-40% gratuity on top of high prices, this is a great spot! Staff is top notch, and the location/ambiance is very good.

I was able to get a delicious vegan taco meal at this restaurant and wash it down with a local brewed craft beer. The staff were friendly and the food was fantastic.
Matt Slinger
We were able to sneak in before Hamilton without reservations even though the place was hopping. The food, service and drinks were great. We spent a small fortune at Palisades last weekend. This was honestly way better, and less expensive.
David Dawes
Stopped in during Seattle Restaurant Week. Excellent seared scallops & oysters & salmon. All seafood perfectly cooked. Blad squid ink pasta was rich with mushrooms & clams & wonderful. Tieton barrel aged cider was excellent & good beer selection. Friendly service & not too busy Thursday night. Recommended!
Jessica Smith
No pictures but oysters of the day appetizer, salmon cakes, crab dip, the tidal burger, seafood chowder, fish and chips, and smokey salmon salad were all great. But everything on the menu is as well.
The gem of here is actually the bartender named Alex. He is why we keep going back. The love for his craft shows in everything he makes. Definitely go off menu and let him create you drinks!
Mark A.
Great place, cool and informal but with fine culinary choices. Server Mark is excellent. Oysters with raspberry mixture, hamburger and salmon were delicious, as was the Malbec. Enjoy and relax!
D Jackson
Seriously some of the best chowder I've ever had, and yes I went to pikes peak chowder.. Note: Had it on a Friday 9/2 evening and thought about ordering a 2nd bowl togo. Went back that Saturday and it was still really delicious just not as good as Friday.. Whomever made it in 9/2 Should make it the rest of the week..Just saying..
Sav H
The three cheese bacon omelette is the best omelette I've ever had. So much flavour! The potatoes are fantastic as well: crunchy yummy skin and super soft insides. The tomato chutney is refreshing and light. Lovely service as well. Definitely going to eat here again! Great place.
BJ Jablonski
Stephanie was our server. Spot on! Our crab appetizer was dee-lish and the clam chowder was PERFECTION. Cudos to the chef. My only slightest of inconvenience was our Malbec wasn't a shining star as everything else was. We are definitely going back!
Kent Wright
The experience was exceptionally wonderful and the food incredible - especially the surf and turf. Such a relaxed atmosphere, great service from the team, and sublime eats and drinks - such a treat!
Sean Cohen
This place is a hidden gem. Because it's inside of a hotel this place does not get the attention it deserves. Still have yet to try the dinner, but this may very well be the best brunch I've had in Seattle. A super innovative, upcoming Seattle chef that makes everything in-house. From the ingredients, to the service, and the reasonable prices, you are certain to have an enjoyable experience. Strongly recommend the bacon-hazelnut-banana pancakes...
Bo Turner
Very good poutine! Came in for a late night snack and this hit the spot. Fries were crispy, and the chicken gravy was delicious. They didn't skimp out on the cheese which is much appreciated. Friendly staff and clean area. Hotel restaurant did not disappoint. There is an automatic service charge added as a heads up
Felipe Amarante
Good food and place. Not the best benedict I had, but was quite good. Eggs were a bit too raw to the point that the whites were runny, which is a bit weird. Crab meat was not so generous, but it was quite tasty and elevated the dish very well. I didn't adventure myself in the coffee since they use starbucks automatic espresso machines which are kinda weird.
Konyi D
Good ambience, great servers. I had the fish and chips, fish batter could have been a little crunchier, otherwise the fish was delicious with their tartar sauce.
Divers Revive was👍🏾.
Katekeaw Krishnamra
Oysters are superb! The servers very friendly advised. I will definitely come back:)
pragnesh “z space”
It’s an amazing bar and restaurant facing street corner part of Hyatt in downtown Seattle. Since we only stopped by for a quick Georgetown Pilsner, one of the best in Seattle, I won’t comment on food nor have images to share.
I have had meals in the restaurant before and food is terrific. Beer selection was pretty good, happy hour appetizers looked great as well. It’s a nice interior decor that is still holding up after all these years. Server and service were prompt and courteous. Trying various menu item, soon, I hope. Relax and enjoy the experience when you have time.
Alicia Jackson
I ordered the tofu dish off of the menu. It was delicious and I would definitly get it again. I also ordered a bloody mary, it was good but could have been better. It needed more flavour. Our waiter was very friendly and accomodating.
Dale Clough
Mid morning breakfast on a Sunday and seated immediately. Greeted and served with promptness. Food.... amazing! Very flavorful and the dishes were so filling. Will return when in Seattle.
Apple Ungpao
Happy Hour food and drink were fantastic. The staffs are very attentive. Would recommend for anyone visiting downtown Seattle.
Jonathan Gennick
Great for breakfast. I chose here because of another review raving over the breakfast potatoes. And they are really good! My eggs today we're cooked to perfection. The spinach and mushroom omelette yesterday is made with locally sourced cheese. The coffee is delicious and hits the spot on an early morning.
Brian Marsh
Generally, I avoid restaurants in the hotel I'm staying - not only because the food tends towards the least common denominator for travelers, but also because there are so many other local places that offer an opportunity for local tastes.
Urbane is an exception to the rule, offering reasonably priced, delicious breakfast food. Service was a little slow, but the food was hot and delicious. I had the Olympus Omlette with with Dungeness crab and cheese that balanced the meal quite well.
Daniel H.
Happy hour oysters!!
The cocktail list was well curated and the Divers Revive was balanced and delicious.
Beeta Z
The French toast was delicious. Just as a FYI, they already add the tip to the check (required 20percent) so don't fret if you see an additional charge. Overall experience was great and you can reserve on open table to get points!
Elizabeth “Beth” Martin
Outstanding dinner from the wine and adult beverage selection to the halibut, scallops, fried oysters and tuna. Yummy! Service was great as well.
Sean Patchen
Went for happy hour during PAX and it was shockingly good. Immediately snapped photos to show my wife and sent her a link for the brunch menu to plan a second trip.
Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Ambiance was clean and represented the mood of the establishment well.
Anthony Gioia
Good food and nice drinks. Low key environment.
Gary Meldrum Music
I was staying at Hyatt Olive 8, so went to Urbane each morning for breakfast, the 2 eggs breakfast and steel cut oats, and was very impressed with the food and service. Jennell was our best server - a smiling happy person!
Rosemarie Peters
We were there for over 2 hours because the service was extremely slow. Food was great though.
Raleigh Morris
Fantastic food and the service was really good too. Nice mood laid back. Great date night stop.
Tina Sharma
I like the ambience. It’s classy. And a little upscale next to the downtown offices. We ordered the long island iced tea and the summer mule and the bubbles sparkling wine. All were good cocktails. I especially recommend the long island iced tea.
Peggy Bair
Simply delicious! Aliso and Alex behind the bar were amazing to watch! The apps and the entrées were awesome!
Highway 88 Hiking
I have to start by saying the wait staff here are all top notch. However I was truly disappointed with the food versus the cost. A small salad, bowl of chowder, two glasses of wine and dessert for one person and it was $95. I spent less for more just across the street the night before. The chowder was awesome, the salad ok. However if you're going to charge $18 for a glass of wine could it be more than a 3 or 4 ounces? A bottle of Chalem Mountain Pinot retails for $31.99. Restaurant cost has to be 20 % lower. If not you're getting screwed. Seriously. The dessert was ok. I ordered the Gluten free Brownie. It was basically rich chocolate mousse. It was good with a great presentation but it tasted like it had spent too much time in the fridge.
Ashley
Great lowkey atmosphere, food was Delicious, oysters were clean and fresh.
Beth
Tidal is great! Alex makes the most amazing cocktails you could ever ask for, and is SO knowledgeable of the menu.
The food is suberp as well, I love the oyster variety!
Adam Austad
Ordered: Macaroni Lobster
Pretty good. A nice intimate date spot.
Frank Allara
It was a bit difficult finding the restaurant because we were looking for Urbane, not Tidal, but that was a minor issue. We were immediately seated and served by Stephanie, who did an outstanding job, so kudos to her. The menu was extremely limited and printed rather cheaply and unprofessionally for a restaurant from which I was expecting more. It just did not match the upscale decor and image they attempt to project. Food was a bit above average, but the halibut was overcooked and dry. Presentation was awesome! I gave three stars because of the automatic 15% taxable service charge. Where am I? Europe? I can understand if it's a table of 6, but 2 people? I saw the service charge caveat printed at the bottom of the check AFTER I had already added a hefty tip. How about the servers explain the automatic service charge when the bill is presented as this is somewhat unusual in an American restaurant. It may save you some headache. Bottom line -- tere are far better restaurants down on the water. Would not waste my time here.
Faye Comer
Food was great. Good size breakfast portions. Crab Benedict, nice! Only 4 stars because of the wait time.
Antika
Lovely service and atmosphere :)
Carrie Prout
Wonderful breakfast. Ate breakfast here for four days...each day tried something different
Raymond Rodgers
A bit on the pricy side but the food and service were excellent.
Rita Rodriguez
Food was amazing and the service was outstanding! I highly recommend this restaurant.
Emilien WILD
Great experience. The food was simple yet tasty, with a few tactful additions to classic dishes. Service was excellent, discreet yet friendly and proactive, even if I would have enjoyed a refill a bit sooner. As a foreigner, I appreciated that service was added for me to the bill. Prices are on the expensive side yet affordable.
Jonathan Eckstein
Very good breakfast, better than one usually expects in a hotel restaurant. The breakfast potatoes in my dish were really good, which is rare. There might have been a few too many of them in relation to the eggs, but they were actually tasty, which is often not the case even at pretty good breakfast places.
Blaise Vitale
We ate here while staying at the attached Hyatt. Both my wife and I were disappointed. My wife's fish tacos (an option for the oyster tacos) were among the worst she's had. I had the fish and chips which were okay but nothing special. The bartender seemed nice. Even our Pepsi had an off taste to it. The decor was very nice. But, overall this was not worth the considerable expense.
Richard Beasimer
The cocktails were great and staff were friendly and helpful. The food, however, was not nearly as impressive as it's price point. I had a perfectly dense but otherwise unremarkable late night dessert of strawberry something, definately not a shortcake, that tasted like something I would expect to get from a grocery store. Breakfast on my departure day was well presented but boring.
I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Ooive 8 hotel and will most definitely stay there again. I will also, most definitely, drink at the Urbane but done there.
O W
Had a really delicious Easter morning brunch here. The service was awesome and fun. The server had a great attitude and was very light-hearted. The waffles were delicious as was the eggs benedict. Everything on the menu looked like some good food, well thought of and items I would like to eat regularly. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely visit urbane for breakfast or even lunch again. The fascinating thing that I liked the most though, was the beads they have hanging Their actually made of steel and they were super cool to feel and touch. Nowadays they call that, "oddly satisfying."
Maggie Turnbull
Very friendly and accommodating service, coffee not great, long wait even with things being very quiet. My omelette also tasted strange, like plastic or stove fuel or something — I know, weird, but that’s what I tasted! The waiter was very nice and they made exactly what I ordered, down to the “berries only” in my fruit bowl. I appreciate that. The coffee was very weak, though — for that, I’d say stop at anchorhead first!
Amber Nicholson
Easily the best brunch in Seattle. Middle range prices, delicious food. The roasted potatoes are to die for. Great eggs benedict, scrambles, bagels, you name it. They have a really awesome homemade ketchup too. You can tell it's all fresh ingredients and made with care. We miss it, come back to us Urbane!!
Kristin Miller
Stopped in for breakfast while traveling. Service was pretty slow - but with a 20% automatic gratuity, I guess it's not like there's too much pressure to go above and beyond with service.
Also a little pricey for the quality. Two orders of eggs benedict and one coffee came out to about $50 with the enforced gratuity. It was tasty - but definitely not worth that price.
Morgan McDonald
Good food, but pricey. Atmosphere is a bit stuffy. Service was good. Biscuits and gravy were underwhelming.
We came here because Glo's had a wait of almost 2 hours. Shows you the value of substance over style.
Jerry Peterson
This is a very nice restaurant with a classy atmosphere and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend the Salmon, beet salad, and don't forget the Sticky Toffee Cake with ice cream. And a very nice selection of Spirits; I was glad to see Basil Hayden's on the menu. The wait staff were pleasant and attentive...a must stop when roaming Seattle.
Nikia Washington
Lobster Mac & Cheese was pretty bland when I dined during post-lunch, pre-dinner (via an abbreviated menu).
Tommy Pearl
Nice venue. Good service. Portions aren't overwhelming, but depending who you are a little more on the pasta dishes would be nice especially if your built like a linebacker. However it's a decent and popular spot for lunch.
Ali French
Read the reviews before going and they’re mixed. I was pleasantly surprised! Our server was bright and quirky. Maybe a little odd, but so sweet and attentive. The food was soOOoO good. Especially the crab cakes. Yes 20% gratuity is mandatory, but it’s good food and service so shush.
G Santos
This is a nice breakfast spot definety on the higher end. Their mushroom and spinach omelette was good and the potatoes that came with it were amazing with the salsa provided. Their blueberry pancakes were also good but went pretty heavy on the blueberries leaving a big blue soggy spot in the middle of the top pancake.
D'Andre Pritchett
We were looking for a nice place near the Paramount for a birthday date night. Unfortunately, the show was postponed, but the birthday wouldn't budge, so we spent a little more time in the bar and the room. Our time was pleasantly spent. Our room was beautiful. We had a gorgeous City view, from an angle that I had never had the opportunity to to appreciate before. The room had ample USB charging ports, for our phones and other devices. The bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant, Urbane, has a good happy hour menu. The bartender was not stingy with the alcohol, either. For dinner, we had scallops, which were perfectly cooked and the pork tenderloin, which was good, but not awe inspiring. For breakfast, the Ellenos yogurt bowl is a yummy way to start a day.
Laurance Choate
Service was good. Pricey for food I could get from Denny's. I had the classic Benedict . Hollandaise was bland. Eggs a little overdone but there was some yolks. 2 eggs benedict with OJ and coffee shouldn't cost $60. If it does it should be remarkable.
5 stars for service
But truck stop for food
Katharine Durkee Cappo
The bar here is nice for happy hour, but for dinner in the dining room, the prices seem a bit high for what you get. Also, I think there's only one vegetarian entree option, which is a bit surprising. I do recommend the bar seating area though - lots of good, reasonably priced share plates.
Keva Wessol
I have eaten here a few times. Theis time I had the avocado toast. As all the food, it was delicious. The service is always good. Our waiter was funny and quick. Especially with the coffee!
Angie Scheie (Chasing My Halo)
I LOVE Urbane. It's been a few weeks since my last brunch there and it's still fresh in my memory because it was THAT good! The food choices for brunch are plentiful and they are deliciously made using local ingredients. Everything from the yogurt parfait to the french toast with (an awesome) coffee syrup, to mac n cheese that will make your mouth water. I will be coming here for brunch again I can assure you! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was sophisticated yet welcoming. If you are downtown, hungry, and want high-quality delicious food. Head here!!!
Trina Miller
My colleague and I had dinner here one evening during our week long stay in Seattle. The food and service were awesome. After reading the menu online I was a little hesitant because I am a picky eater. However, we decided to check it out. I am so glad we did! I only wished we had been in town longer so we could have dined here again.
George Rodriguez
We went to the restaurant and used their Room Service options. The staff was courteous at both locations. At the restaurant, the desert and drinks we had were simply amazing. Room service dining was far better than what I expect from usual room service. Definitely a worth trying either for the restaurant or room service.
Deborah Rainey
Ate Sunday breakfast here with the family. Wonderful, friendly, courteous wait staff. The food was splendid! We ate and shared the French toast, steel rolled oatmeal with marionberry jam, breakfast tacos, sides of Greek yogurt with blueberries and breakfast potatoes. Everything was perfect! If only it is not bad manners to lick the plates and bowls... This is a must eat here place!
rohit vachher
The food was alright. For the price point, we were expecting something more. Flavors were a bit underwhelming. The catch of the day (seabass) was more on the bland side.
The service and staff were fantastic!
Martin Calsyn
Great breakfast and attentive service. Had a classic Eggs Benedict and accompaniments and it was perfectly done. Nice street-level view and a quiet space that is good for that first meeting of the day.
Newfdog
Food was good and prices not bad for Seattle. There is a 20% service charge added automatically to your bill. We saw our server only when he was taking our order, bringing our food and of course the check. The rub was he only had two tables. I guess when your tips are mandatory there is no need to go above and beyond.
Melissa Quinn
I went to the bar area after a concert. The food and drinks were not bad, but nothing special. I was annoyed to realize that they added a mandatory gratuity of 20%. I typically tip at least that, but I disliked not having an option. Even more annoying was the fact that it was mandatory is printed on the regular menu, but not on the bar menu, which was the only part I looked at because I was told that was all I could order at that time of night. Service was adequate, but it was the bare minimum.
Bruce
The place had several bad reviews. But all of these were based on poor service. I suspect the reason for poor service was caused by the restaurant always adding a 20% service fee. I suspect the waiter did not have any interest in providing a good service since they were guarantee a tip. Food was great and our service was excellent too. I will go back.
Chelsea Snodgrass
Have been here a few times for happy hour and had a great time. The food is quite good and has changed some with the seasons/trends, which I appreciate. Their service is very good and the prices are pretty reasonable for the quality of the food. I would love to come in for lunch some time because I have heard some very good things about it.
Carie Woods
Nice place ,great appetizers, staff is friendly, professional and prompt. Make sure to make a reservation if planning on sitting in restaurant area, we sat in the bar. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. Will definitely go there again.
J. G
Had breakfast here . It was ok. Pricey 48.00 for two coffees a omelette and two eggs with bacon / potatoes. What caught us by surprise was the 20% service fee that was automatically included with the bill. I prefer to tip as I please.
Lacey
Migas came out cold. Not happy about spending $15 on a cold plate of food. Biscuits and gravy were pretty good, good biscuit and a nice mild gravy in a good portion. Convenient if you stay at the attached hotel but not worth a meal otherwise.
Justen Britain
I liked this place. We choose it because it was one of the only places open at the time we wanted to eat breakfast. The food was good but not great but the service was top notch. I would for sure eat here again.
Jinny Gunn
Nice spot close to the convention center for a place to grab breakfast. Prices a little over average for an average meal, but not terribly so. Wait staff was friendly but seemed a bit stretched thin, maybe someone called in sick.
Jacob Colley
The food was pretty bland for how expensive it was. The fact that the ingredients used are local and organic doesn't matter when the end result lacks flavor.
The atmosphere was pleasant, as was the service. The furniture and decorations have a modern look.
Nathan Jones
The appetizers and drinks were delicious and the bartender was fast and polite. The atmosphere was modern and well executed. Overall, a great place to stop by, especially if you stay at the Olive 8.
Myra Freeman
Only giving three stars because service was excellent. Food, ugh really awful. We had bagel with Gradlox, which was fine, except took over 45 minutes to come out. Which explains our other order sort of cold runny omelette not cooked?? Would not go back.
Gary Gibson
I was in the bar area of the restaurant located in this Hyatt, but I went back every night. Great and fun staff with good appetizers. Always like a place when the servers have a sense of humor and as well great service.
Melanie King
I went on a weekday at 1pm. Their lunch menu is soup, salads and sandwiches...and a burger. I was disappointed in the selection. The grilled cheese was good...but then again I got a grilled cheese in the cafeteria of a local airplane manufacturer the other day and that was good, too. Server was spot on (but I was the only customer for half my stay). It did not impress me enough to add to my "go there for dinner" list.
Dustin Campbell
We liked it! The benedicts were very good, and the selection of hot sauces were yummy. Note that a service charge is already included, but the menu is very clear on that point.
Rachel Rose Rotz
Nice ambiance but the service staff forgot a part of my order and served me with someone else's, which was also wrong. As a result, I ate crab cakes instead of fried cheese. I'm a vegetarian and my friend never got his candied salmon. Eh.
Debra McQueen
Out of this world breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. I had the mushroom kale scramble, mom had the bacon and egg scramble, dad the biscuits and gravy. Eggs were perfect and a unique blend of flavors made simple dishes extra special. Janelle, our server, especially classy.
Ruth Soto
Nice dinner with food of good quality and taste and although not a rapid service if you are not hurry this is not a big issue. There is small menu but have several types of dishes that allow for choice between the menu. The wines menu is ok and the waiters are friendly.
Hong Lou
It was good, but not great. The fried cheese curd is amazing, but the wings are too dry. The fish part of my fish and chips is good, but the fries are a little too soft.
Stephen Murray
A fantastic spot for breakfast. We had the Crab Benedict and French toast and both were superb. The server was really great too. We would highly recommend this place!
K Al
+ Food was good.
- Prices were in the high end
+ Service was ok.
- - A 20% mandatory service charge is added to bill; something I never seen in any restaurant across US!
Ken Jones
This is no longer Urbane, but Tidal+. It has a seafood leaning. The food is quite good, and service is too. It's a bit loud for my taste.
Tom Petersen
Service was very good. Food was perfectly mediocre. Fish and chips consisted of one piece of large fried fish. I did not figure out how to deal with it. The food was nothing to write home about.
Bonnie
Decent hotel breakfast. Fair amount of choice if not a huge menu. Staff was friendly and chatty. Service wasn't the fastest but nice ambiance.
Eric L.
Waited 20 minutes for water, 30 minutes to give order, and almost an hour to have food, drinks were forgotten. Restaurant was a little busy but far from packed. Staff were apologetic but terribly inefficient.
Update: staff were quite sweet and made it up, and the food was unexpectedly good after the wait.
David Huynh
I come here at least once or twice a week. Great place for drinks and happy hour. Food is not incredible, but still pretty good. They used to have this whole dungeness crab that they took off the menu, so I'm pretty bummed about that.
Charles Douglas III
The interior feels high end and exclusive, but the staff was approachable and friendly. Food was delicious and adult beverages were a pleasant surprise; original and unique. Easy walk to movies and shopping (and Starbucks!) downtown.
Blue Maculagh
Very accommodating staff for my vegan partner and my vegetarian needs, staff was also friendly throughout the whole process of finding a vegan option and the food was amazing! Definitely happy we stumbled in here during our Seattle trip.
Hunter Foote
The burger is out of this world. Crab mac and cheese was also really good. Service was super helpful. Prices reflect the quality, so don't come if you're on a budget.
Catie Cowden
Food here was pretty good and filling after a morning of walking around. We stopped by after visiting the Starbucks roastery up the street. The server was nice and the restaurant wasnt too crowded.
joey tsai
Pretty fantastic restaurant when you're staying at the Olive 8. We got breakfast and nobody left hungry. I easily devoured the steak and eggs and the benedicts and the mac+cheeses were also outstanding. A clean, beautiful place!
Matthew Fisher
Really great lunch option for Downtown Seattle. Their menu covers a nice spectrum of options (from vegetarian to Cheeseburgers with Beechers cheese) for a quick, or long, lunch.
Only 3 stars because they change their menu so often. Both a pro and con, but when looking for consistency among lunch stops this can be a bit frustrating.
Ry An
Really great food and nice location. Servers were great. Ok for kids but a little fancy. 4 people with drinks will spend around $150.
Mark Cheeseman
Cool place super efficient and friendly staff. I tried the apple cider they had on tap and wasn't disappointed! A great cozy place to drop in on a cold and wet Seattle evening.
Panda McRoberts
Waited forever, with seemingly nothing happening. Took more than an hour to get anything, but it's okay because they left a bunch of stuff off our tab (seemingly by accident but I'm not mad). The food was pretty good though
Zack S
Friendly staff and a great manhattan.
Byron Wilson
Excellent hotel breakfast! Try the crab Benedict- you won't regret it. Yummmm!
The pancakes, biscuits, scrambled eggs, omelets, EVERYTHING was awesome.
Ewan Tinitali
Urbane has consistently good food. I go there for brunch a few Sundays a month. Sit in Tina's section. She is amazing.
Joshua Czajkowski
Good food. A bit on the pricey side for the portions you get but very quality! However milk is only $3 for a glass and you don't get charged for refills.
NeilFred Picciotto (NF)
Great hotel restaurant/bar, tasty cocktails. Also a delicious mexican chocolate ice cream! Accepts room charges for both the Hyatt Olive 8 and the Grand Hyatt up the block.
Michael Coppola (prenetic)
Lengthy happy hour with discounts on some great items. Be sure to try the crab cakes and mac & cheese. Good location if spending time downtown for a convention.
Tony Mangefeste
Outstanding service. Outstanding dinner. Fresh food, I'd share a photo but I ate the food before I could care to take a photo. I'm afraid you'd see a clean plate.
Geoff Stedman
Good service, well-prepared and very delicious dishes. And good-sized portions too! Would visit again.
Ryan Cruse
This place is a little too pricey for a restaurant, but that tends to be the case with places attached to hotels. I was staying in a near by hotel from the same company and they let me put the breakfast on my room which was nice. Service was good.
J Summer Westman
Terrific food and service; nice people. Huge portions - some of the "starters" are entree-size. Great location for theatre-goers.
Derya Turker
I just had a breakfast and coffee this morning. Food was very delicious and plentiful. Service was awesome and very fast. I was a happy camper and ready to take on the day. Thanks
Stella Traveler

Shashank Gupta
Great food and ambience but a bit slow service
John Togno
Very good meal. Emphasis on locally sourced produce, well prepared and presented. Good service too. Wine a bit pricey but good quality.
Luyao Wang
A good place to grab food downtown if you are near the Regal Cinema or ACT theatre (that's what we did). Manhattan is quite a drinky drink here 😉, the kale Caesar salad is very tasty, and very good job on the chicharrónes ! …
Jared “Cabrill” Bagley
Great food, great service, reasonable an prices. I didn't appreciate the auto-tip surcharge, however, as charges in which I have no say should be included in the prices on the menu, otherwise the practice is deceptive.
Michelle Castillo
The bread was cold and old, the Shirley temple was nothing like a Shirley temple, the food was mediocre+ and on top of everything they automatically charge 20% tip as a house policy. NO.
Ryan Martin
Get the fresh cod in their fish and chips or the steak frites for a great meal. Classy setting for a hotel restaurant that offers more of an upscale dining experience.
Carol Cooper
Very slow service. Only one server for a long time.
John Yu
Great food. The soups were great as well.
Michael Sinitsa
This place is sublime. Amazing breakfast place with awesome views of the bustling city. Very upscale and attracts a trendy crowd, so I would suggest to dress for the location.
Kara Eastridge
Good food and service but very pricey. Breakfast for two was $50.00, one Egg's Benedict and one Bacon, egg and fried potatoes with O.J. and a Coke.
Jon Mendoza
Good food and drinks. Not too trendy.
Tim Mitchell
Very good food, affordable considering its in a hotel and Good portions for Seattle.x Friendly service and timely kitchen. Would be 5 but small size can cause long waits.
Brian Morenze
Good food and great service !
Jason Broughton
Visited the space for an author celebration. Trendy, busy but just below packed. Pleasantly crowded. Good bar and food scene with different selections.
Mark Bensadon
Amazing service and excellent drink selection. We came in for some food and drink before a show at the Paramount and were really delighted with the bartender and level of service.

Great food and all locally grown or made. Their commitment to being green aligns with my values and supporting them feels as good as their food tastes!
Eric Haney
Food was good, but not worth the price. Service was average. I can't think of more accurate way to describe the experience than 3 stars. Wasn't bad,, but wasn't good.
Bob Crisan
Breakfast was incredible. They had two of my wife's favorites so she order both! Loved it.
Teresa McCafferty
The atmosphere, food and service were superb. What a nice way to start our evening before seeing a show.

Food is decent for the price. Easy place to get dinner before a Paramount show, since it's not usually crowded.
Donna Strater
Great menu selections. Coffee was hot and full of flavor. Nice views of the city as you dine.
C Saites
Love the late night happy hour and the Mac and Cheese is fantastic. Brunch is great, but seating outside can be limited when it is sunny!

Pretty mediocre for the price. Had the New York Strip special, pretty much just a steak without much flavor. I would not return.
Liz Borromeo
Best fish and chips that my husband has ever had. Beautiful setting and a wonderful experience!
C G
Service was great: kind, helpful, intuitive. Alas, the Mac n Cheese would benefit from having some, well, cheese.
Nick Helseth
Described as family restaurant; prices and swankiness suggest otherwise. Still, pretty good brunch. 6/10 bloody mary.
Aaron Brown
Good cocktails and great small plates. Arrive early since it's popular for happy hour.
Andrew Schepers
Excellent place to grab a bite and a cheap local brew before a show at the Paramount. The cheese plate was perfect.
