Reviews of The White Swan Public House

The place is pricey but it was expected since the seafood was caught locally. We ordered the oysters with champagne, crab hush puppies, and salmon dip and chips. The appetizers actually looked more appealing than the main dishes which was why we went with these orders. In the end, we were satisfied and full. We sat outside by the heaters which was really nice and our server was very friendly.

Super yummy seafood with nice views of the water. We came at a busy time and didn’t have to wait very long. The host and our server were both awesome. We can’t recommend their oysters and the poutine of the sea enough!

The place was great. My family thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the staff was fantastic. We had the Cannellini Bean Hummus, crab hushpuppies, Seared Alaskan Halibut, Seafood Stew, Poutine of the Sea & Fish & Chips. Everyone enjoyed each item. Came on a rainy day but on a nice day I am sur ethe patio would have been spectacular.

Buzzy waterside gastro-pub with outdoor (dog-friendly) patio seating. Service was prompt and friendly but food was uninspiring. If you want a fun spot with a view and a cold beer and don't have your expectations too high for the food, this is the place.

I was visiting Seattle, and locals recommended this place. Also, it was nearby where I was staying, so I decided to have dinner here. I went on a weeknight and wanted to get a table outside with a water view (Lake Union). But the wait was over an hour, so I decided to dine inside. I heard that seafood stew (cioppino) is a great dish to try in Seattle, so that's what I ordered. I have to say the food was terrific! The stew had an ample amount of seafood (clams, mussels, shrimp, fish), and the tomato-based broth was delicious. Also, the toasted focaccia bread went very well with the stew. The atmosphere was casual, the service was quick, and the staff was friendly.

Great happy hour, beautiful menu with an incredible cocktail list to pair. The oysters were fantastic, the octopus was perfect, the crab hush puppies with smoked honey butter- enough said.

You can not beat $7 draft beers! The onion dip is a must order. It's addictive, and you can't eat just one bite. We ordered seafood stew and short ribs. Great tomato broth for the stew! The farro with the short ribs was not our favorite it would have been better with a creamier risotto or mash. Quaint local vibe with great views of the lake.

Amazing amazing amazing. We topped off our paddle boarding day with this sea food and it was amazing. The salmon spread with the toasted bread was 🤌. Everything was tasty, big portions, and worth the cost. …

A pleasant evening for all. Excellent, professional and sincere hostess who greeted us warmly and proceeded to seat us immediately. We were given a lovely table at the waters edge where we could watch the sunset and enjoy the boats coming in and out of the marina. The Seafood platter was increíble, the seafood chowder bowl was enough to share between the two of us. The cocktails were very good : The Youngblood which features two single malt shots and the Stiggin To Mai Guns was also excellent. Entrees were nice and filling. Definitely worth the dollar .

Hands down the best restaurant in Seattle, maybe even Washington. I have never had a more perfectly cooked octopus, all the drinks are hilarious and delicious. If I could take back the 100+ restaurants I've been to in the PNW and go here 100+ times I would. Incomparable to anything in the region
