Reviews of RoRo BBQ
Jeremey Cornett
Great portion size, amazing pulled pork, I like my macaroni thicker and with some color but their Mac was good. The slaw was one of my favorites of any I've had over the years. It had zest, bite, and plenty of crunch. Their beans... smoky n spicy, just loved it all so much
Allison Reiter
This is hands down one of the best places to get authentic BBQ in the city. Their Brisket is the best I have ever had. What is so great about RoRo is their consistency. You can count on great food all the time. I have been going to RoRo for years now after being introduced to it by a friend, who says it reminds her of the BBQ back home in Missouri. We have eaten there many, many times by all methods possible! At their inside tables, at their outdoor picnic tables, ordered takeout and had it delivered. Each time the food has been top notch. I have tried most of their food but it is the brisket that I crave - literally. My friend's go to is the pulled pork sandwich with their shoestring fries. Their BBQ sauces are so good, it's hard to make a decision. They have it all from tangy to sweet to smoky & spicy. I tend to like spicy, so I typically go with Rob Reserve or RoRo.
This picture is not the best since we were outside and the sun and shadows decided to have their fun, but you can see the nice bark and smoke ring on the Brisket - perfection! This is the 2 meat plate (of course, I got double brisket) with a side of their shoestring fries. You can get 2 sides or fries. I usually get their mac and cheese which is delicious, but yesterday I was feelin' the fries. I also ordered the smoked chicken thighs with baked beans and macaroni salad to go. I just cannot get enough of this place.
The staff is friendly and personable. If it's your first time there, don't worry, they will guide you along the way. It is very clear they know their way around the pit!
Bottom line is, if you are looking for great BBQ, RoRo is the place to go. You will not be disappointed!

Even better than I remembered (from pre-pandemic times)! Such friendly and quick service. Got the pulled pork deluxe (with slaw) sandwich with shoestring fries and beef brisket sandwich deluxe with mac n' cheese and potato salad. Sandwiches were definitely the highlight but sides were good too.
Davi Franca De Oliveira
The staff were very friendly and had great recommendations. Loved the general atmosphere inside. I had brisket, pastrami, and pulled chicken. The brisket was oddly dry, the pastrami was better and the pulled chicken was great. Their sauces are very good and I enjoyed the cornbread.
Stanley L
Nice portion of meat, and with a reasonable price!
For the sandwich, you can select two sides (from the menu) or side french fries, and a side barbecue sauce (you can select the flavor of it).
The sandwich itself has a pretty large portion, and the meat is not too salty or flavored (and thus it’s a good combination with the BBQ sauce).
A recommended BBQ sandwich!
David Striker
This was good BBQ. We ate here twice. Ribs the first time and beef brisket the second time. Reuben's Crikey IPA served in a Mason jar.
Daniel Loften
Excellent BBQ and service. Got the chicken sandwich and the brisket dip. Baked beans and Mac/cheese were amazing too. Service was great.

For PNW BBQ it’s good.
The Rob’s Reserve sauce is the sole reason for 4 stars.
The brisket lacked any smoke and was too dry if it weren’t for the rob’s sauce.
Kurt Abe
Two words…”messy bliss.” Veggie lovers rejoice RoRo’s offers a delicious bbq portobello sandwich with a side of jojos. Get extra napkins and pick your bbq sauce.
Cameron Frew
Been craving some good bbq! Which is hard to find here in the pnw, but my god do they hit the nail on the head at this joint!
Alright y'all, I went back! It's still a 5 star. They offer a snack size menu and holy F*#$ it's more meat than I expected and so delicious. Great for the price also!!
Loryn Young
Absolutely love the place 😍 ❤!!! The food was delicious reminded me of being back home and hands down some of the best food that I have eaten in Seattle!! I will be going back again and again. And not only was the food good but the positive attitude of the staff made it even better!! I love it when great food and great service come together ❤
Nassuel
Amazing. Got the beef brisket sandwich with the sweet ‘n’ Smokey sauce and just 🤤.
They also had a tres leche which I just…love.
Cindy Johnson
This is a hidden gem for BBQ in Seattle! We love the pulled pork sandwich with sides of macaroni and cheese and baked beans. Barbie and her staff are friendly and the food is a great value for the price. Yum!
Justin Malinchak
Phenomenal brisket. Even ordered delivery from Uber Eats. Someone over at RoRo’s cares about good brisket.
Logan Shelagowski
I’ve been living a few blocks from RoRo BBQ for a while now, I regret taking so long to try it. Today I tried the Brisket sandwich with garlic mash and cole slaw for sides. What a killer sandwich. The meat pulls apart nicely and they toss a little fat in the sandwich to keep a great texture. Sauce was great too. Even after sitting in the bag for the walk home everything was good to go!
Chu Chen
I stepped into the restaurant in a cold rainy evening and felt the warmth immediately. The food there was delicious. I highly recommend their unforgettable pull pork sandwiches.Worth the prices.
Alexandria Bodas
Went to Roro's for the third time in the few weeks we have lived in the neighborhood and it is all *chef's kiss*. I prefer the shared bbq plates, but we ordered sandwiches today and they were good too! If you order fries instead of two sides you get what seemed like a massive serving (not complaining!).
R
Without a doubt, the food is THE best BBQ I've ever ordered. The staff are fun and charismatic. The restaurant is well-maintained and welcoming. I highly recommend eating out here!
Alex
Amazing food. Definitely the tastiest food I've ever had in Seattle, and one of the best if not the best burger I've ever had! Better than the bbq I had when in Austin also.
brenna baker
Decent food and service, but over priced. I spent $15 on a burger and was still hungry after. Atmosphere is cute for take out but too cramped to comfortably dine in

This was my first time visiting RoRo’s BBQ and it will not be my last. The food is SO GOOD. My son recommended the BBQ Sundae, but he didn’t mention how it’s served. I ordered the BBQ Sundae made with chicken and jalapeno smashed potatoes and spicy coleslaw. What a GREAT dish (see picture). The two side dishes came with my son’s meal and they were very good also. During my visit the Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding was the desert special, so I got that to go, and it was great. I would recommend RoRo’s to anyone looking for some very good BBQ.
Bobby Axlerod
Great southern style bbq food. If you want a place with soul and to leave a good impression this is the spot to check out. Wait times, eh
Victor Szalvay
BBQ is a personal thing so its tough giving advice. However, my opinion is that there are no better ribs being served in Seattle today. I've heard that the brisket is even meaner. But I can't get past the ribs. The "bark" is thick and on the sweet side, so if you're into savory rubs this may leave you wanting. But I love it as I dislike overly salty ribs. The bark is a heavenly layer of crunchy, sweet, pork rib savoriness. Try it!
This place is small and indoor seating is not awesome. They do have some nice outdoor tables though. On a summer Friday evening I'm sitting here watching the line, lots of pulled pork sandwich orders too.
With the closing of the BBQ Pit on Cherry in the CD, this place is my new favorite ribs BBQ.
Aubra Fly
Loved the place’s atmosphere, and really wanted to like the food, but ... no. We both got pulled pork sandwiches and the meat was dry and not very flavorful. I ate two bites of my sandwich (after dousing it with sauce and slaw because of the dryness) & didn’t finish it. The sauces weren’t that impressive. The slaw is a mayo-based one, which isn’t my thing. The buns were a bad choice for BBQ sandwiches (they’re Kaiser, so the corn/cornmeal dusting gets everywhere!). They have a decent amount of sides and honestly, our sides (jalepeno potatoes, mac n cheese, & cornbread) were better than the BBQ.
Five stars for atmosphere & service, two stars for food, and two stars for pricing (way too expensive for what it is).
James Etherington
This place knows how to make good bbq! Their ribs are Incredibly flavorful with a nice smiley undertone throughout. Their meat is always wonderfully tender and delectable.
I highly recommend the bbq sundae, which has a bottom layer considering of a meat of your choice topped with two sides of your choosing. And it comes in a giant sundae glass!
Their coleslaw is fantastic, containing just enough vinegar to provide great flavor without overpowering the dish. The Mac and cheese is good, and makes for a great comfort food side, but the baked beans truly steal the show. Add in some garlic jalapeño mashed potatoes and you will be in a food coma before you know it.
Each table has their six bbq sauces ready and waiting... right next to your own roll of paper towels. You’re supposed to get messy while you chow down here. And the service is friendly and quick as well.
Christopher Wright
This place was amazing! Went after climbing around the corner and got the double meat plate which was well worth it.
The brisket was almost the best I've had, it was super super tender and tasty without sauce (the way it should be).
Ribs were also great and the portion was enormous so might even suggest splitting one of these between two people unless ya very hungry haha
Luke Allen
Love Roro BBQ, everything is amazing. Would highly recommend the smoked chicken thighs, and the hot link sandwich
Beau Johnson
Everything was awesome: the brisket au jus dip was flavorful and just right, the brisket itself was amazing - all the sides were delicious (and hard to choose 2 when you're ordering btw). They even had massive rice Krispy treats for a great price. The BBQ sauces are pretty varied, so you will find one that's good for whatever you put it on.
Matty B
Delicious barbecue sandwiches. They have both tangy and creamy slaws!! Probably my favorite barbecue in the city.
Anastasia Bekris
Stopped by after yoga just next door and had a brisket slider with coleslaw outside at one of their picnic table in the shade. AMAZING.
Dessie DiMino
Seemed family owned and everyone who works there is super friendly. The BBQ is delicious!
Sam Ranieri
Nice little BBQ place in the PNW. Would definitely come again when I've got a hankering for traditional BBQ flavors
Cullen Brain
We always enjoy our food at RoRos. Very extensive menu for BBQ and you can't go wrong with any one of their six BBQ sauces. I like to buy the Rob's Reserve in a bottle to take home. It's the best!!!
Teara Dady
The lady at the window was the sweetest! & don't forget they have the biggest pulled pork sandwiches. The beans were full o f flavor and the creamy slaw was life. Coming back for sure, thank you🙃 …
Madison
Best bbq restaurant in Seattle!! I had the brisket sandwich, fries and corn bread. Perfectly seasoned, the meat was juicy. Also had the lemonade and that was also exceptional. The service was great too! New go-to for bbq!
Josh K
Small joint. Great portions and great tasting. Got brisket with beans and mac all were 10/10. We hit it at a good time with no one else in there or it would get crowded easily.
Aaron Sullivan
Food wasn’t bad but not the best bbq in the area, portion sizes on the sides was almost offensively small.
Connie Combs
Authentic vibe, nice staff. The BBQ was unmemorable, except for the mushroom option, which tasted terrible. Wouldn't recommend going out of your way to eat here.
Rachel Green
It's been a while since I've been to RoRo's so I thought I would give it another try today. Got my go-to, a pulled pork sammy. It was ok- not terrible, but there's better BBQ in Seattle. Cornbread was quite good and sweet tea was pretty awful. So all in all three stars, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but I wouldn't avoid it either.
C K
Beef brisket sandwich with yummy sauces 🤩 Good cole slaw. Would have liked jalapeno mashed potatoes spicier. Very nice people. I'll be visiting again soon! …
Stuart & Melanie Flesland
Beef Brisket with 2 sides... really great food. Staff super nice... will go here again ☆☆☆☆☆
Caroline Hill
Just tried this place for the first time, and it is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! I particularly recommend the brisket, and the sliders plus sides for those who want an ideal portion for lunch. The slaw is excellent, and the macaroni has the perfect pasta-to-sauce ratio. Highly recommended!
Mary Tappel
Nice little BBQ place with awesome outdoor seating options! Good meats, lots of different sauces to choose from, tasty cornbread, and a great local soda selection. Taking away a star because our waitress really hyped up their honey butter and convinced us to order the cornbread so we could eat it with the honey butter, but when we received our order there was no honey butter; only a sad slab of cold butter and a plastic packet of honey. Honey and butter =/= honey butter! But besides that it was a good experience, would recommend.
Noah Devlin
RoRo BBQ has been a staple of my recommendations for good BBQ in Seattle. Even sent a native Texan there to which he agreed it was damn good BBQ.
Last visit was with my Father on July 27th 2022 at the peak of the heatwave. All the staff were still super pleasant and professional. They even made more Cornbread close to 6:30pm (peak heat).
My dad got the BBQ Sundae with Beef Brisket, Beans, and Creamy Slaw. While my Sundae had Pork, Mac N Cheese, and the Succotash.
It was one of the quietest meals I have eaten with the old man only punctuated by sounds like "mmmm!", "mmhmmm!", and signs of enjoyment. Whomever decided to give him the extra piece of cornbread just know that you made his night.
Stephanie Carson
RoRo is a small BBQ spot located along Stone way. The BBQ is decent, with above average sides. My husband got a pulled pork sandwich, which was good. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and didn't realize when I ordered that it was grilled chicken instead of smoked (my mistake). But the sandwich was pretty lackluster. The macaroni and cheese was delicious, and I highly recommend the broccoli salad.
The dining room is small and can accommodate probably 12 people comfortably, in addition to picnic tables outside. There is no parking lot.
Angela Roy (Travel Tech)
Really good brisket!
We got the pick 3 plate with a double portion of brisket and one portion of portobello. Added 2 sides of Mac and cheese, and 2 sauces. Drinks were Fuzzy IPA (on tap) and a mint lemonade.
The food, customer service and drinks were all 5 stars. Brisket is tender, falls apart, and is great dipped on their sauces. (If you're used to texas brisket that is seasoned, this is not so get the sauces). The mushrooms were delicious. The lemonade had to be handmade with the freshest ingredients because I'm not a lemonade fan and lord that was a full 10 stars. Not super sugary but perfect.
Total was 53 with 18% tip.
Would return!
Ellie Biryuk
We had the Tri tip sandwich with a side of Mac N cheese and moms salad. The tri tip was phenomenal and I am for sure coming back for more of the Mac and cheese, holy Jesus it was amazing!
Sheen Hunter (#SheenTV! #SeattleFreeze)
This food is legit bomb. Take your friends and family for the BBQ experience. They have something for everyone.
Michelle Marks
I ordered from here while I was in the hospital. GrubHub brought it to me. I have to say the food is pretty dang good. I ordered the three piece combo which included ribs, a hotlink, and chicken thigh. They were all delicious and very filling. I also had the potato salad and baked beans. The baked beans were delicious! The potato salad was meh, and I wouldn't order it again. The chicken thigh was huge and delicious except for the skin. It didn't have a hard sear. Totally not a deal breaker though and I will definitely order again. Ribs and hotlink were delicious. They give large portions and I had some left over for the next day. Will definitely order from here again. It was a little pricey, but definitely worth it and not outlandish.
Sarah Sunstrom
Got the pulled chicken sandwich with roro signature sauce, super tasty! I even asked for a second cup of sauce after devouring half the sandwich because it was so good! And there is something really special about the cornbread. Very buttery with a honey touch at the end. Highly recommend this place!
Lesley KS
Management was wonderful. The brisket dip and sweet potato tots were a hit.
Paul Keurian
Visiting from the Carolinas, we were a little hesitant to try. I mean, how could Seattle do barbecue as good as some of the best bah-bah-que places in North Carolina? Well, RoRo did. Really really good brisket sandwich. Garlic jalapeno mashed potatoes? Stop it! So delish. Super friendly service too. We'll be back again!
Frank Lentz
Ribs were great. Thank you Trinity for showing me the beans and cornbread combo!
Mitch Nesset
Great food and service, and reasonable prices. Fast casual atmosphere
tim ob
Delicious BBQ sandwich with your choice of sauce and great cornbread muffins.
Tahmada King
Oh my goodness this is so good I'm from Portland so we have really good barbecue spots down there but being my 1st barbecue spot I tried in Seattle by far one of the best Amen to this sandwich I got the biscuits by the way One of the ladies told me to do mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese and add them together to make eggs them together to make a cheesy mashed potato fire!!!
Cheyenne Tyler
10/10 BBQ, Excellent & easy choice for a picnic at Gas Works Park.
Trinity Jones
Cutest little mom and pop type shop, definitely get the pork/brisket sliders!
Davis Harrison
Good BBQ but the place straight up forgot my order and wasn't very apologetic. Took 40 minutes to get food, and only after I asked. Most other people got food in 15 minutes or less. Dings a star for me and makes me think twice about coming back.
The food: the brisket was quite good. The sauces were decent (spicy and RoRo) though kind of the same. The vinegar slaw was pretty good too. Mac and cheese was fine and the ribs were good bit a little bland and dry.
Nathan Moller
Great example of a traditional "BBQ joint" experience. The rub on the ribs was delicious
Lhorna
Great bbq and great service. We sat outside and the staff was really attentive. Had pulled pork sandwiches which were overflowing with delicious meat. I love this place!
Bret Colebi
Delicious. Lots of good choices on the menu, and service was fast.
Kate Mcmahon
Delicious pulled pork sandwich and sauce! Good BBQ to me and I am a Texas girl. Really nice good service. #locallyowned
Emily Brain
The best BBQ in Seattle! I am a particular fan of of "sundae" with pulled chicken and succatash, this is a unique menu item I've only seen here. The cornbread is also incredible, never had better. The owner/manager is also super nice and works very hard to make sure everyone is 100% happy.
Allen Hincher
I'm a Carolina boy so i know me some BBQ. This place is unequaled as far as BBQ on the Left Coast. I had the ribs and pulled pork platter and the spousal unit had a pulled pork sandwich with garlic mashers and broccoli slaw. Everything was outstanding. Got a bag of pork skins for the late night munchies. You can't go wrong at RoRo!
Larissa Miller
My favorite bbq place in the city. I always get the sundae.
Hudson Reynolds
$17 pulled pork sandwich had me skeptical, but after trying to finish that masterpiece of a meal I can confidently say I would have paid $27 for it. Wow. Melt in your mouth, w amazing sides. You can puck two sides w any sandwich, they have great coleslaw, beans, mac salad, mac and cheese, and fries. Cannot wait till I am back in Seattle to go here again!
Kronan The Konqueror
I haven't had much brisket but WOW this place was good. Sandwich itself was very good, really tender and smokey meat but the sides of garlic jalapeño mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese were quite good. Delicious hot links too.
Try the peanut butter cup bread pudding if they have it, peanut butter Buttercream on the top is absolutely phenomenal 😍
Anthony Mendez
I didn't expect much from RoRo. I was expecting bog standard burgers, pulled pork, and fries from this place. But oh man, it was so much more than that. The pulled pork sandwich was so tender, fatty, and just downright delicious. Paired with the spicy barbecue sauce it was just incredible. Shoestring fries as a side was alright but I would recommend getting a thicker cut of fries. The Cheeseburger is super juicy and great as well. Also recommend getting the sparkling lemonade.
Vanessa Johnson
THE BEST BBQ I’VE EVER HAD!!!! Brisket was tender and flavorful, the ribs had an amazing char to them that melted in my mouth! Chicken thighs were so flavorful and had a killer texture! The sides....ALL OF THEM WERE ON POINT!!! Garlic jalapeño mashed potatoes, Mac & cheese and the Seattle succotash were all executed perfectly, deep flavors and perfect tooth feel on the mac! The sauces also had a complex flavor profile that I just admire so much! Waitstaff was also just as perfect as the food!! I can’t wait to go back! I’m driving from Portland tomorrow to get more!!!!
Dusty Jewett
Awesome smoked meat, great selection of sauces. Had the pastrami last time and enjoyed it, though it's really salty, so you'll want to plan your sides accordingly.
Michael Scholl
Food and sauce were absolutely fantastic. Got orders for 7 friends and myself and everyone loved it. The only knock against it is the online ordering service. I placed the order hours ahead of time, but I got a call from RoRo when I started driving to them: because the order was for 8 people, it wouldn't be ready in time. So I don't take points away from RoRo (the food was fantastic), but to anyone else placing a large order: you might want to call them directly.
Andy McCone
Very nice cashiers the last two times I went. Must be a good work environment. Brisket is a tad dry so make sure to get a sauce.
Aliya Mauch
Had a pastrami and beef tip. My husband said it was best pastrami we ever had (it was so good he didn't even share lol). My sandwich was good too. Plenty of meat! Mac and cheese was ok. They have some outdoor seating, wait time is short. Would come back for pastrami for sure.
Nathan McKay
Great bbq! Make sure to go early as their best sells out fast! Brisket is best in seattle avoid the pork its dry.
William Jackson
I work right around the corner from this place and I order pretty regularly for lunch. It's amazing. They're always so nice, the foods ready really quick and the food is the bees knees! 🐝 Try a mac n chz bowl with brisket.. you won't regret it. Also they have cornbread, so do yourself a favor and snag one of those on the side. …
Joe Rodgers
Whoever RoRo is, thanks for such fresh items. I especially thankful for your customers who want a bbq experience with vege options. The bbq portobello sandwich is THE best I've had, hands down. I received feedback that the ribs option plate was tender and sauce accentuated the easily stand-alone ribs. Keep up the great work. We have a new go-to option when on the left coast😁😋😋😋😋
kevin x
Try everything, nothing on this menu is bad, I promise you. Also, if you're hungry after ordering a meal here you did something wrong because portions are massive and you will be stuffed to the brim with meat.
Pretty much all their sides are amazing, so don't skip those. Also, use lots of napkins, it's a classic messy BBQ experience.
Laura Zeng
I had a brisket sandwich (with coleslaw and pickles) as well as the mac and cheese and the succotash. The sandwich was good, but it was very difficult to handle because it was so large. The brisket was kind of dry (adding the sauce, which was delicious, helped but didn't mask the dryness). Both sides were very good. The staff is very nice, and I liked the outdoor space. Overall, I had a good time, but unfortunately, the BBQ was not as good as I would've liked. I'd consider coming back because the other people at my table liked the non-brisket items that they ordered.
Parker D
Everything I got was exceptionally good with large portions. Mac + Cheese, creamy coleslaw and pulled pork sandwich. As an NC native, I’ve eaten a lot of BBQ but this place was top 5 easily!
Trieu Ngo
Sides are nothing to write home about, but pretty good bbq.
Matthew Oclander
This is the best bbq in the city. Been going for years and they've never let me down. Suggestion: don't have a long care ride ahead of you if you do pick up. The amazing smells in your car will be in bearable.
Liam Newman
Tasty BBQ! Flavorful and well seasoned, without being overpowering. They have a range of sauce options from tangy and smokey to hot. The usual sides and a few less usual, all also excellent. Their desserts weren't to my liking but that may be just my preferences.
Sean Oliver
My favorite place in Seattle. Super friendly folks. Can't go wrong here, and if they have the bread budding while you are there you have to try it. Homemade by a sweet old lady, rotating flavors, huge portions.
Monred Garrett
Was really nice barbecue but it seemed a bit overpriced and they failed to call our order for quite a while and ONLY when we asked... (for reference/context, I heard a friend's order get called but not ours so the problem isn't me!) there were multiple orders in between that had gotten theirs picked up that had ordered after us and was quite disappointed. They had really good cornbread though. Just a bit let down with the lack of customer servive.
Jennifer Barnes
Super tasty food and friendly staff. Tried the brisket sandwich and it was great. My daughter tried the french dip and was very happy. The BBQ sauces were great with the sweet and smokey getting the most use at our table. We also tried the sweet mint lemon tea in the serves recommendation and it did not disappoint.
J M
Great food, love the hot links and the brisket! Sides are all pretty good too. One time we ordered the BBQ Sundae and were surprised with what we got. The description does not explain it well, what it should say is "we combine a meat with two sides in a bowl and serve it to you with a spoon", instead what it says is "BBQ without the bun, items cannot be separated." It was a fun and funny thing to eat, but not really what we'd hoped for.
The place itself is alright, lots of seating, has never been too crowded when we are there. Nice to go to on a spring day, in summer, it's too hot to sit inside and the seating outside is all exposed to the sun.
Ben M Larson
Best barbeque I have ever had! Hands down! Small diner with comfort food and delicious smoked meats. All at an affordable price! I recommend the 3 meats and 2 sides plate shared between 2 people. Brisket and pulled chicken were my faves!
Robyn Albright
We were looking for a good place to eat and came across RoRo BBQ! From the outside we weren't quite sure how the food would be, but we were surprised by first the service and then by the food! My husband and I got the Pulled Pork sandwich, came with your choice of fries or 2 sides. We went for the fries. Shoestring and I got sweet potato fries, but they were actually tots! Great food, Great portions and great service!
Chris Mamales
The best BBQ in the Seatle area! The brisket sandwich is perfectly done with a wonderful smoky flavor and perfect complimenting flavors. The woman at the window is super nice too and had great recommendations!
Mike Schmidt
This is a very simple, small, rustic BBQ joint. We tried the beef brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, yum! You also get six different tasty sauces to choose from table side. Great set of choices for side dishes too, I especially enjoyed and recommend the Seattle Succotash. Friendly service too.
Nikita R.
Very delicious! A few benches and tables out front. And absolutely amazing people working here. Very convenient to be able to order online and then pick up (right away or scheduled). Highly recommend and a repeat customer myself.
Patrick Freeman
Wish this place was near me! Awesome food, great people, cool atmosphere and sidewalk seating for sunny days..so good.
Ashlen Naiko
Proper, delicious, amazing, huge portion, melts in your mouth, amazing again sandwich!! Had a beef sw for lunch with shoe laces fries! What a awesome menu! I was so full! Great sauces to go with dishes. The hottest one was not as spicy as expected though.
Aaron Mack
Walked in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. As a Texan that's lived in Atlanta and Missouri, I thought I'd tasted it all but this is pretty amazing. Savory, tender, and not too saucy. The wedges I have we're divine and the brisket melted in my mouth. On top of it all, my cashier and server we're both excellent and polite. Will def be going back.
Courtney Schneider
This small hole in the wall is the best BBQ I have found in Seattle. Though not everything is traditional southern cuisine, a lot of the menu is. Being from the south, I am very picky about my BBQ. The place is pretty small so if you have a larger party you might want to consider take out or not going during peak hours.
James Brossard
Awesome walk up window, great for stopping for food while on a bicycle ride.
Kate Crandell
The brisket and pulled pork are DELICIOUS but not delicious enough to make up for the pathetic size of the sides. A 4oz portion cup of mashed potatoes for a whole combo platter? An unsharably small cornbread muffin? If you pay sixty dollars (delivery) for a combo platter and a couple extra sides, you shouldn’t have to run to the grocery store for mashed potatoes and greens to have enough to make two dinner plates 🥲
Brett Smithson
Decent, but not great BBQ. Very high prices for what you get. There's better BBQ in Seattle, but I wouldn't say don't try it. Just be aware that the pork can be very dry, and you'll be paying twice as much as you should.
Steven Cole
Roro was an awesome bbq place. Fred was the cashier and was a pleasure to have assist us. I had forgotten my receipt and he saved it for us. I called an hour after I left and he had saved it for me cause he knew I needed it for my work expenses. Great guy and great place.

My friend that spent a year in St. Louis says this is the best barbecue she's tried in Seattle! I don't have quite the same experience with barbecue but this was VERY good! The shoe strings fries were perfect and the pulled pork sandwich juicy and filling. Make sure to read up on a taste test all of their homemade sauces!
Jeff Schrader
This BBQ joint on Stone Way has persevered despite the gentrification of the surrounding neighborhood. Nestled in between newer condos it has held on to its homey atmosphere and good menu. I usually get the BBQ plate (choice of meats plus fries or two sides and sauce on the side, the way it should be). You can get either two or three meats or portabello mushrooms, but the amounts are huge so two will suffice for most. I especially recommend the smoked pastrami, it has a great taste and texture different from most meats.
During the current pandemic they're offering takeout only, but the wait is just 5-10 minutes, and the meals are worth it. Check it out next time you're in the area.
Daniel Ecklor
Just Ok. Live close by and tried a few times now. Ok BBQ. Ok portions. Ok price. Skip the bread pudding and go with the ribs. Also have been put on hold for more than 5 minutes. I don't think they cook their sides or maybe bbq on site either I have seen them unloading all their food out of the back of a sedan in the morning when walking by the place.
Sue Beckman
We each ordered the Works BBQ sandwich, which come with either fries or two sides. My hubby had the sweet potato tots (Excellent) and I had a corn muffin and mom's Mac salad (both really good). We should have only ordered ONE sandwich though. So much sandwich, it would have shared easily. Love the casual atmosphere and the guys behind the counter were so gracious.

I recently had to drop the rating a bit more. We've visited perhaps 6 times and the consistency just isn't there.
In addition, the staff can be, bluntly put, terrible. One visit one of the younger staff was back talking one of the others while she grabbed dishes under her breath. Another time there an employee was smoking right next to the entrance, which filled the small seating area with cigarette stench.
For a grab and go BBQ dinner, it's about a 4 star rating, but dining in experience really was disappointing.
William Linniv
My very first time visiting Ro Ro BBQ.
Excellent Lunch Experience.
I will definitly be back for more bbq.
Friendly Staff.
For me, the Chicken Thigh had the most smoke flavor.
The Beef Bisket was Delicious with tiny ribbons of fat.
For me, a little fat makes the texture better.
The Pulled Pork had a nice soft chew.
The 2 sides of Corn Bread Muffins with butter and honey hit "The Spot" and kept away the "Meat Sweats".
Topped it all off with a DAD'S ROOT BEER.
I Highly Recommend Ro Ro BBQ.
For me, the cost vers quantity and quality was very satisfactory.
I purchased the 3 meat plate with 2 sides and I have a few leftovers for my 2am snack.
Julie Roper
Excellent food, friendly and attentive staff. Took the whole family, everyone tried something different, and all were satisfied, and I didn't go broke. I had never tried sweet potato tater tots, they were fantastic. Staff took such good care of us, it was a fantastic experience. Wish I lived closer, would eat there way too often if I did!
Manuel Gutierrez
I'm from Texas we got BBQ I enjoyed the Mac and cheese bowl with chicken and bacon my friends didn't enjoy the brisket but I'm not gonna trash this establishment the service was great
Bil E
3.5 star, really. I've been traveling a lot lately so I've seen some very good BBQ places. This is decent BBQ for Seattle, perfectly serviceable, with decent portion size for appropriate prices. It's cute enough, there are great variety in sauces if you eat in, but do NOT get a burger here (yawn).
Ryan McDonald
One of the best BBQ spots. And I'm super picky. They do charge more than average for BBQ.
Stephen Evans
Brisket was done well. The sides are crazy good. The smoked chicken was a little dry and hope this was just a fluke. We will go back to see if the brisket is consistent. This is the closes to Texas style brisket I've had in Washington state.
Stephen Supoyo
Highly recommend the Pulled Pork, Tangy Coleslaw, Potato Salad, and corn bread. Staff are super attentive, nice and down to earth.
Russell Schlup
Man have I missed good southern BBQ, best way to find out is by getting the brisket! Soo freaking good
Jake K
Such good BBQ, on the pricey side but to me it's so worth it! Love there pulled pork sandwiches but make sure you get sauce for it! Sweet and smokey is my favorite.
Mionca Tomlinson
This place was too delicious!!! I like to think of myself as a hard critic when it comes to BBQ, and this place did not disappoint. I ordered the sundae thing and was totally surprised. The flavors went perfectly together and the BBQ itself was delicious. I absolutely have no complaints.
Jenny Mae Samson
Some of the best BBQ you could ever hope to find this far North. The meats are tender and tasty, and they have a variety of BBQ sauces (as such a joint should!) to cater to individual tastes. Never have been disappointed from RoRo - they're doing a good service for this niche.
Beth Blankespoor
Got big trays of pulled pork and chicken for a big gathering. The meat and sauces provided were delicious, and the whole process of ordering by phone and picking up the food was very easy. Great option for feeding a crowd.
Alyssa Leivestad
My group had a fair amount of allergies. They were very attentive that we didn't get the wrong menu items- allowing everybody to live. Their shoe string french fries were some of the best french fries I have ever had.
Elizabeth Smith
Food was hot and delicious!
Eyal Yablonka
Good down to earth place, big plates, great sauces, selection of beers, tasty crispy fries.
Regina Conlon
New in the neighborhood so wanted to check out some bbq joints. The bbq was good. Pricey but it’s also the city so probably on par cost wise. Ordered the bbq with three meats and 2 sides. It was enough to feed two. Succotash was good. Only complaint- global pandemic and state requiring masks but the person at the counter did NOT have a mask and was coughed to clear throat several times. Any other time I wouldn’t make a big deal out if it but it’s not likely that I’ll go back since they don’t seem to care about the spread of virus.
Fisher-Lee Stevens
Awesome BBQ, great prices, variety, and wonderful customer service. I'll be back next time I'm in the neighborhood.
Daniel Brown
Buffalo Chop sandwich. This has reigned supreme as my personal favorite sandwich in Seattle for the last couple years. RoRo's delectable brisket and pulled pork smothered with buffalo/ranch sauce and topped with the coleslaw you are already thinking about getting as a side. I've had all the sides. Shoestring fries are the best; wish you could pair that with another side but, alas, not an option.
Small, old building with new biz/apt buildings going up around it. It's obviously stuck around for a reason! Oddly, save for a couple workers there, it seems there is a new staff every time you go there. Worth mentioning because I find the consistency in flavor really good despite this.
corrine gilseth
Adorable location and restaurant and a warm welcome when you walk in! Top choice for comfort food and comfort vibes
Michael Sinitsa
Upon reading reviews on how good the food tasted and how bad the service was, I decided to give it a try and see for myself what the fuss was all about. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly and was recommended the top food dishes available. The service was great,, but the food was exceptional! I can easily say that was the best pulled pork I have ever tasted!
Jeff Woiton
It went downhill a bit during covid, but a recent visit showed me they're back to their former glory.
Stephanie Born
I had the pulled pork sandwich with the Carolina sauce. The Carolina sauce is nice and vinegary just what I expected. Meat is tender and the service was friendly. A little expensive but definitely worth it.
Benj Shasha
Excellent BBQ for the PNW. Still working my way through the menu but enjoyed their loaded sandwich with pork and sweet potato tots. Sweet potato was good but I'd probably opt for 2 sides or regular fries in the future as they weren't for my tastes.
Mariah Gentry
If you are craving BBQ, this is your spot. It's a tiny, itty-bitty hole in the wall location with a gigantic apartment building next to it. The hometown vibe is great. I got the pulled pork sandwich and it was SO good. My favorite side is BY FAR the Mac n' Cheese. It's gooey and so delicious. It's a tiny bit on the pricey side, but it's worth it.
Arren Lenau
The woman behind the counter was friendly and helpful, but the cook was in a terrible mood. It made a bad impression on me. The pulled pork was not what I was expecting. It was just very large hunks of meat without sauce. Maybe this is southern style? I was expecting more shredded meat and sauce. By the sauce on the side was delicious.
Edan Miller
Best brisket I've had in a very long time, asked mine to be chopped and lean with burnt ends added to it. I'm a big fan of this brisket, just eat it with my fingers with no sauce and go crazy for the flavors. Great smoke flavor indeed, though smoke ring isnt the best I've eaten and beef isn't breaking in your fingers and have the best dry/wet ratio. Though there are very few in the world that do that really well and most of them are in TX. It's more juicy fatty and captures the flavors of the wood really well, it melts in your mouth and the taste is a real winner. NO DOUBT the best brisket in the Seattle area and can compete for best in the north west, it's spectacular. FYI I've eaten so much competition grade Q all over the USA, mostly in south and south east, my perspective and depth in Q flavors is legit as can be.
Rachael Huffman
I had the brisket sandwich with Mac N cheese and mashed potatoes. It was, hands down, the best BBQ I have found in Seattle. The brisket ranges from super fatty to super lean, but they will serve you one or the upon request.
George Mann - Photo & Video (George Mann Photo)
I really love this place and would consider a short assignment to Seattle just so I could eat here again. Just beyond fantastic, everything about this place is just right.
Conner Kasten
This is just a simple walkup with not too many seats. It's hot indoors in the summer, but there are picnic tables or front.
Don't go for the experience, go for the brisket, this is the best barbeque I've had in Seattle hands down, with great meats, good sauces, and awesome sides. The also have some pretty good vegetarian offerings, usually barbequed portabellas. Not too be missed!
Cameron Lowell
As a Seattle native I may have once liked RoRo's BBQ, but after tasting real Texas BBQ this place really doesn't impress. The brisket was dry and required a lot of sauce to make it palatable. What was especially weird about this place was that one of their employees was complaining about quitting the restaurant while we were checking out, delaying the delivery our food by about an hour then eventually the person walked out (quit) and started bickering to us about how bad management is. Not really sure if this is the restaurant's fault or not but this was too bizarre to ever return.
Joshua Madsen
Unfortunetly i left Seattle in 2017 but my pregnant wife won't shut up about their sweet potato tots. Best sweet potato tots in the world. Unmatched. Id give them six stars if I could.
tara vandenberg
One of my favorite places for bbq spareribs and pulled pork sandwiches. Even the mild sauce has plenty of flavor (but a mix of spicy & mild is ideal). There cornbread is really good too!
Matthew Kahane
Really good bbq... not just for seattle ... for anywhere. Lots of places seem to have gone downhill during covid. So glad to see this place is keeping it high quality. Employees are awesome as well. They seem to really care which is rare these days.
Melfina Viengsombat
It's pretty good bbq and sides, the prices are high for what it is in my opinion, but I guess thats the price of authenticity. The dining room is kind of small, but it is filled with typical bbq joint decor and it is pleasant and clean. The staff are friendly and on par with most other establishments in Fremont.
Jay Russo
I had the brisket slider and corn bread. Both were delicious. The outdoor seating made lunch feel like a picnic. Definitely check it out if you're in the neighborhood.
Gregory Stanek
Fantastic for vegetarians looking for a BBQ fix. Rowdy and Ro Ro sauces were my personal favorites. Messy, so maybe not great for a first impression or not before a big presentation at work! Nice ambiance in the place for some relaxing, comfort food
Slave to the Frame
Mac and cheese was cold. Pork was dry, not cracklin' but like jerky. The brisket was good, corn bread was ok. I like all potato salad and this was good too. I will eat there again for sure
Marie Barchasch
I ordered from there catering menu. The beef brisket was outstanding . It was nice and moist. There coleslaw was the best that I have ever tasted. The staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place for there barbecue.
Dina D
Pretty great pulled chicken sandwich! The house specialty sauce is excellent. They often have a weird film or reel of cartoons on the tv. Sometimes they run out of food early in the summer during high demand, so go early.
Leonor Martinez
It is like a fast food restaurant but the quality of the meat is fantastic! Normal fries are also great
Kevin Ikuta
I love RoRo's. Their pulled pork sandwich is one of my favorite things to eat on Stone Way. I'm giving them three stars because they are pretty inconsistent with getting the order right, which is frustrating when doing takeaway. About a third of the time they don't add the coleslaw and pickle to make the sandwich 'deluxe' and this makes the sandwich a little too dry.
Gary Fox
The hot pastrami was very good
Jeremy Hawkins
Before coming to RoRo I've had BBQ because I wanted a change of pace and I'll be like "oh, it's been like a year since I've had BBQ, I'll get that today." Now I don't think I'll ever go that long without BBQ again because that was amazing. Not only has Roro fundamentally changed how I feel about bbq, but the buffalo chop is the best buffalo thing I've had in seattle and I love buffalo.
Dana Mauzey
I am from TX and miss BBQ. This is the best BBQ I have found in the PNW.
Rob Miller
Some of the best barbecue in Seattle hands down. Deliciously prepared meats and tasty sides, paired with their range of succulent sauces... I dream about this place sometimes! Always on my radar for recommendations
Jesse Zonnefeld
Great Bbq! Pulled pork was delicious!
rafi
I'm originally from Tallahassee, Florida which, culturally, is basically South Georgia. A lot of barbecue and cheap, humble decadence. Now being in Seattle, I sure do miss that. RoRo's brings me right back home.
Let's start with the ambiance. Really quite perfect for a barbecue place. Small and informal. Kitschy art dresses the walls, checkered parchment paper lines the plates and little plastic baskets, and for some reason, those red (hard) plastic cups that the drinks come in really add to the experience. Very authentic.
Now, the food and that damn good sweet tea. We split the pulled chicken with macaroni and cheese and jalapeño mashed potatoes...and then of course, sweet tea. Everything tasted amazing. The pulled chicken was tender and packed with sweet and smoky taste. The macaroni and cheese was traditional southern style--very very creamy. The mashed potatoes were awesome--mild, but with a hint of that jalapeño flavor. And the sweet tea was spot-on in terms of sweetness (hard to find that out west). All was just so good.
Since that first meal, I've also had their shoe string fries. Oh good lord! These are literally the best fries I've ever had! They are like a fresher, tastier version of McDonalds fries. Really.
You know how a lot of corporate restaurants started out as a mom-and-pop kind of place before they were "discovered" and bought up? I feel like this must have been how Sonny's tasted before their corporate takeover. Similar flavors, but fresh and a more homemade taste.
Love this place! So happy I live nearby. I can smell it from where I live too, so it's an honest struggle to not eat at Roro's all the time.
Ben Strauss
Great food, quick and friendly service, actually pretty cheap when you split a lot of food with your friends and share.
This experience was also at the end of the day when things were hectic and they were mostly out of food—I can imagine they are even better when they are fully stocked!
Can't recommend enough!
Eric David
So good I ate too much. Like waddle-back-home-i-need-a-nap full. Barbecue is excellent, Cole slaw is a solid 8/10 and good outside seating. Would recommend
Ryan Wong
Rating: 3.5 star
The service is good with a friendly staff and the atmosphere is casual and comfortable, but the food isn't amazing.
I had the loaded bbq sandwich, coleslaw, and cornbread.
Loaded BBQ sandwich: The entirety of it is great as the ingredients they put in the sandwich work well. The Jalapenos, melted pepper jack, grilled onions, lettuce, and garlic mayo make each bite satisfying, but the meat was not up to par. I ordered my sandwich with pork, but it was dry. I knew I wasn't going to be able to finish the entire sandwich after the first bite (not because I wasn't hungry enough). They needed some bbq sauce on the pork before building the sandwich, which, I understand most bbq places don't do as they have an assortment of bbq sauces on the table and would rather have you choose (they had bbq sauce on the table.). The alternative to putting bbq sauce in the sandwich before serving would be to have juicier pork.
Cole Slaw: Decent flavor but could've used a bit more vinegar and more mayo (it had none or barely any mayo).
Corn Bread: Pretty tasty.
Lp Gordon
Over priced, understaffed, (although the gal doing all the work was very efficient and friendly), feeling of absentee owner in it for the bucks. Pulled pork was a little dry, beef briscket no better than average. We've eaten here multiple times, living in the hood, but I think we are done.
Justin
Surprisingly good BBQ in a city that needs good BBQ. Recently moved over to Fremont and having this place within walking distance is a blessing and a curse. Would definitely recommend!
Garrett Fuller
Best barbeque in Seattle. Hands down. It's cozy. They have GF buns and sauce, great coleslaw. Amazing. 5 stars with no reservations. It's a new Fremont favorite for me.
Alexander King
Small BBQ joint with a diner-like feel on the inside. The atmosphere is nothing great, but their BBQ tastes great! The combo option is tons of meat for what you pay for. Good spot for BBQ lovers to try!
Tyler Davis
I've lived in North Carolina most of my life, so I've had lots of experience with pulled pork. This place is really good and I would give it 5 stars if they had a proper vinegar based Barbeque Sauce.
Alyssa Kelly
All the food is so, so good. The BBQ sundae with mashed potatoes & veggies is my fave. Also the french fries. The mint sparkling lemonade is very good- basically a virgin mojito!
Justin Huang
We came close to closing time, so they were out of a lot of menu options at the time. But the food we got was good! There are five different sauces at the table, which I'd describe as follows:
Sweet & smokey: what I'd traditionally call barbeque sauce
Rowdy: has a peppery taste
Rob's reserve, Spicy, and RoRo: spicier versions of barbeque sauce
Amber K
Its cozy and has a charmingly redneck feel to it. I got a BBQ burger with cheese and it was AWESOME. Like Arby's but more homegrown. The rasberry lemonade was yummy. The staff were really nice and they had a fresh baked chocolate cake for sale. I took a slice home for my boyfriend but I ate half of it before he got his hands on it! lol.
Dalton Nikitas
Brisket sandwich and sweet potato tots were out of this world. I went with someone from Houston who proclaimed that it was the best brisket he'd had outside of Texas. Unqualified recommendation; go!
Michael
Good selection and service. Brisket was a bit dry. But otherwise pretty decent food.
Amy Parrish
We stumbled across this gem two days ago and I am still thinking about the amazing sandwich! I had the brisket/pulled pork Danny with coleslaw, spicy bbq sauce (not too spicy) and ranch dressing...seriously amazing! I will definately be back!!
Casey S
Wow! Great tasting BBQ that is so fresh and juicy. The cooks know exactly what they are doing and customer service is always genuine. I can't wait for my next pulled pork sandwich!
Evie Allen
Food is good but Caitlin always goes above and beyond for her customers!
Karin C.
Delicious little spot with no line and meaty, satisfying meals. I have had the brisket au jus, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and cheeseburger and like them all. (I suppose I like them in that order.) Delicious sides, too.
Stefan Russell
Had the BBQ Sundae and loved it! Looking forward to going back and trying the various meats and other menu options! The price was very reasonable and I will be back!
makayla smith
Great ribs and brisket! The sides are great as well! The staff was also really awesome.
Brandi Schoolcraft
Hands down the best barbecue I've had in years. Thanks for great food and service. We'll definitely be back soon.
Daniel Tuttle
Tasty, good service.
Portions are fine.
Nice outdoor seating.
Daniel Skaluba
I love ro-ro's. For my money it's the best barbecue joint in the city. Awesome pulled pork and great side items. I did reduce it by one star though because they charge you a buck for carryout.
Jacqueline Daniels
BBQ and the feeling here is super good. I wanted to post a food pic but it looked so good I couldn't stop. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I loved.
Jessica Turner
Brisket sliders are perfection. Love the sweet potato tots too. Staff is really friendly. Nice to sit outside on a sunny day
Blue Bird
Brisket, pork ribs are falling apart. Healthy version of mac and cheese, creamy coleslaw. Staffs are kind and helpful. Deserve 5 stars.
Tom Taylor
Really delicious BBQ and large sandwiches with two side orders included.
Arden Turnbull
If you've been walking by this place forever and have said to yourself..."self, we should go there sometime".....do yourself a favor and GO! Stop putting it off and just go. This is THE spot for great authentic bbq. Get the plate, load up on the sides, try ALL the sauces. I promise you'll be thinking about it tomorrow.
Abhishek Das
Pretty good barbecue for Seattle standards. My friends who have tasted southern BBQ say they are much better. But I haven't tasted it and I think this place is pretty good.
Chris Bocklund
I've gotten bbq a few places in Seattle and they were good, but never good enough to go back. Then there is RoRo, I went twice this weekend. Love this place.
Sean Gordon
This place is unreal! I've had top 5 in Austin and top 5 in Kansas City and this would give them a run for their money. The sauce is delicious from top to bottom. Must try in Fremont!
Jeff Bennett
Super BBQ. best bbq in Fremont for sure. Not every bbq place has enough options for a vegetarian. So as a veghead - enjoyed their portabello sandwich. Sweet array of sauces as well.
Charles K
Nice sized portions and excellent customer services. Waiter even brought my order to me in my truck. I always go here if I crave bbq
Greg McLeod
Delicious for seattle barbecue. Everything's good. I had the BBQ sundae this time with creamy coleslaw and baked beans. Sounds weird, it's tasty.
WesDiz
Don't know about Pat but RoRo's BBq staff is phenomenal! Not only do they try to make every customer feel welcomed, the food is amazing!! If you're looking for a nice, comfy spot to get some great food worth its value, hit up RoRo's. Make sure to say Hi to Barbie!
Nicholas Miles
Decent BBQ, though a little underwhelmed relative to the reviews. I’ve only had the brisket, and have generally found it to be good but not great.
Chris Carley
About as close as you can get to Texas BBQ anywhere on the West coast. Great portions and delicious brisket.
Michael Roberto
Best BBQ you'll find in Seattle, hands down. All the sides are authentic, all the food is delicious, and they even have authentic Southern sweet tea. Doesn't get any better than this.
Ian Mahuika
Delicious food. My top two choices would be between the Buffalo Chop sandwich and the Brisket Dip. The mac-and-cheese here is amazing too!
Bryce Sellers
My favorite bbq in the state. Reminds me of bbq from the south and their various different sauces are amazing. If you like spicy, give the buffalo chop a try, you won't be disappointed.
James Calhoun
Must have the brisket dip sandwich. Fantastic
Jose carrillo
Literally my favorite place to eat in Seattle regardless of the season. Love the BBQ plates and the sauces OH MY GOSH. The first place I'll go when I go back to Seattle.
Johnny Davy
Great BBQ pulled chicken sandwich. Service was very fast. They have nice picnic tables to eat at outside. Mac and cheese side was great... lots of cheese.
Nathaniel Ballard
A nice hole in the wall. Very pretty and delicious. Only 4 starts because my beef was dry, but they had a variety of sauces.
Matthew Baldwin
Dope place, cool people at the front and back in the kitchen. They were almost out of food but had enough for a couple sandwiches. Great place!
Dan Thompson
I'm from Austin TX, and I didn't expect to find BBQ in Seattle. I *really*didn't expect to find *good* BBQ in Seattle. But RoRo surprised me on both counts. This is good BBQ a long way from home.
Harriet Moxey
Hands down best bbq in Seattle. So so delicious. It’s lovely to come here in the summer and sit outside, lovely atmosphere. Such good food!
김구찌
Best BBQ with rib pork.
Especially RoRo sauce is awesome.
Wedge potatoes were fried very well.
If u r in Gaswork Park or watching Fremont Troll, just grab these fooood!
Elizabeth Machmeier
RoRo's is fantastic. Lots of options (including a portabella burger) and the sweet potato tots are tasty. The place gets busy quickly which is a good sign, but can lead to long waits
Stephen Brewster
Good find for a Texan who loves his bbq. Tried the pork ribs, chicken and beef brisket. Recommend them all. Small place but you can be outside in good weather.
Zach Snodgrass
Great BBQ! I feel like the sides were a little lacking, good recipes for the sides just not well executed the day I was there. I will be back for the great bbq for sure.
Nicki Mulidore
Seriously the best BBQ I've ever had. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Cute and clean place. The brisket was to die for.
Shayne Cohen (Talented Katz)
I love how its family owned and the food is a little pricey but very very good!!
Kimberly Nave
Great BBQ! The place is small, but the food was delicious. If there isn't a place to sit they have take away.
Brian Smith
I always love it when i find a new BBQ joint that is actually good! I had the Brisket and it was perfect! Can't wait to try the rest.
Andrew Wagner
Such amazing bbq!
Issac Lo
The burger is over the top amazing and the bbq plate definitely worth the $31.
Chau Huh
Sauces and pulled pork is great. Coleslaw is not. Bread pudding was just ok. Fast friendly service.
Geoff White
These guys do great barbecue and incredible side dishes. It's a nice place to hang out and eat but ordering to go is really impressively fast.
Diana Brandt
Loved that there was a BBQ Place with a Vegetarian option of the Portobello Mushrooms. Mac and Cheese and some of the other sides were a bit bland.
Joe Carrizales
Had the pulled pork. Lots of meat. Was very tasty. The house BBQ sauce was great. Nice location in Fremont.
Spencer Judge
Tasty BBQ, good fries, solid drink selection. Pretty much everything you could want in a quick BBQ joint. A touch pricy, but that's Fremont.
Jennifer Kluge
This place was amazzzing. I ordered the brisket French dip. Best I’ve ever had. Service was also fantastic. Highly recommend
Rochelle Givens
It was a clean place great service an always full when we were there ppl in an out as well as dinning in. Prices were OK considering how much comes with it. You can't please everyone but I found its best to try things for yourself you might be missing out.
jim guy
Great location, easy parking, cool dining room, excellent food, good prices, friendly staff, great variety of beverages, fun music, and something interesting on TV at all times. It's about twice as good as it actually needs to be.
Bill P
I crave good juicy meat. Roro’s delivers just that! Ask for lean or JUICY: Your choice. Oula does the cooking, and it’s guaranteed perfect ALWAYS!!!
Alex Bassard
Has the potential to be really good, it has large portions and decent food but could use improvement in a few areas, for in stance; how to make Coleslaw properly.
Di Qi
I come here a few times a week, the food is great, reasonably priced, and the people are incredibly nice.
Morgan
Nice little place. Pretty decent BBQ and friendly staff. Portion size would be the only thing I would improve on.
jen barben
It was ok.. lots of fat chunks. Mac and cheese was good not great. I got the pulled pork it was dry too and way over priced.
Samantha “Sam” Kolovson
Delicious, but slightly dry and a much bigger portion than I expected - definitely work up an appetite before eating here!
Elizabeth McCollum
Best tasting BBQ that I've had in Seattle, so far.
Joseph N
It's really good for the area but if you're traveling here from somewhere that has good authentic bbq this place may disappoint.
Jason Yee
Tasty, delicious BBQ! Small place but they gives it a nice cozy feeling. Only street parking.
Kellan Begay
This is a great place to fill up ifn yer low on der gas!
Amy Russell-Irving
Other resturaunts in the area will over charge you for the smallest amount of food. Not here, I feel like I get my money's worth. I always leave full and happy.
DJ
Best bbq in seattle, i would put up a pic but it would just be bones lol. You have to try this spot 💪🏿 …
Jeff S
Best BBQ in Seattle. Love the sauce variety. The staff is rude, but it's part of the charm. Go with it.
Robert Groce
I love their parfait it was great it's layers of the sides they have to offer plus some of the meat too
Ritu K. Coleman
The bbq is pretty tasty, not the best, but solid. The wait is never too long and they've got plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors.
Susan F.
Friendly staff, quick take out service. I forgot to ask for extra BBQ sauce though, don't forget that part.
Paul
Amazing bbq, i loved everything I tried there. Special callout for the amazing mac & cheese and the loaded sandwich.
Mason Force
It’s not a cheap meal, but good BBQ like this is worth it. I’ll be returning to treat myself again soon!
Terry Ladd
Best bbq in Fremont/Wallingford. Rob's Reserve is a tasty sauce on the pulled pork!
Alex Johnson
Good food but pricey for what it is. $13 bbq sandwich. The mashed potatoes are very good and the bbq is pretty good too.
John Knopf
A consistent, good BBQ. I favor their pork over the other meats. 5 different sauces, all of which are good.
Beverly Forman
Small place. Just a few tables. Really delicious bbq and sides. Loved it! Will definitely return.
Shaun Danielson
Food came out quick. Pulled pork sandwich was bomb. Good selection of sauces and sides
Theo Tower
In between gasps for air I couldn't help but exclaim how delicious each bite was. I got the BBQ sundae, better than what I expected!
Chas Green
Bought a bricket slider! Delicious...but too small for my big appetite! Ill know better next time.
Blake Stephens
Great food along with friendly and fast service. The BBQ will absolutely satisfy.
Martin Greytak
The brisket was good, and all of the sauces were tasty, although nothing close to spicy. Super expensive.
Vinicius Isola
This place is nice. Not the best ribs but it's good. Don't expect any service nor anything fancy, that's not what they are selling.
Brandon Glenn
Best BBQ I have had in town yet. The brisquet was nice and moist, the pork was greak.
Brandon K
Delicious BBQ. Got the spicy pork deluxe sandwich with garlic mashers and Mac n cheese. Nothing negative I can say.
Lauren C
Deluxe pulled pork sandwich, shoestring fries, and Mac and cheese. Spicy sauce. Quick and tasty.
Charla Martin, RN
OUTSTANDING customer service! Insanely DELICIOUS bbq - tender, juicy, o-sooooo flavourful. You GOTTA go!!! 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 …
jeremy davison
Brisket sandwich with sweet and smokey BBQ sauce. And go ahead and get beans for both of your 2 sides, delicious.
Alcane Clowe
Amazing in-house smoked meat, great selection of house-made BBQ sauces, and wonderful service! 😊 …
Nicholas G
Friendly staff, great food and in the summer during their busy season you still get your food in a timely manner. Love this place so much
Caroline VanHarmelen
