Easily the best pizza I’ve had in Seattle so far. I lived in Italy for awhile and became very familiar with traditional Neapolitan pizza. This is a very faithful recreation here at home. Service was great. The restaurant is nice and the staff are awesome. Highly recommended!

We made the mistake of ordering from Pizzeria22 via Seamless tonight and our pizza was delivered TWO hours later to a neighborhood address within walking distance. We paid $80 for three personal pizzas, colder than room temperature, and we couldn't even finish. EDIT: got refunded in full. increasing from 1 star to 3

This place has great pizza. 2 of the most unique things about it is that they give you scissors to cut your own pizza! And they give you spicy oil instead of red pepper flakes, which in my opinion is better. The pizza is thin crust, we got one pizza and it was prefect for 3 people.

Not bad, not great. Casual vibe and passable pizza that don’t quite match up to the excessive prices. When we visited we sat outside, and the employee chaotically dumping unfinished water glasses all over the sidewalk as they bussed tables throughout the evening was honestly hilarious. *splash*

Finding good Neapolitan pizza is always worth noting! Lots of variety on the menu with both traditional and unique pies. Ask for a seat near the oven and watch the magic! Attentive service allow you to enjoy the experience!

This place hands down has the best pizza in Seattle! I always get the pizza bianco and their caprese salad with the buffalo mozzarella. They have a good chianti and their cocktails that I've tried so far are good. Then there is their homemade chili oil that I would drink by itself if I could! This place is great for date nights or family outings!

Great pizza great space. Although it gets filled quickly eating inside is a delight. The pizza itself is very thin crust if that is your kind of thing but has really good sauce and topping options. Trying different items off the menu is what keeps me coming back. The only downside though is the poor parking with no free parking around the restaurant.

Pizzeria 22 has a really nice outdoor covered patio with propane heater towers. They make great drinks and have really friendly staff. Regrettably, I'm all about the low carb life so the menu is obviously limited. Maybe some cheat day I'll get to try their pies!

Love the vibe of this place. We came in on a quiet night so we got to chat with the staff and had a generally great time! The pizza is made right in front of you and they have a legit brick oven. The margarita D.O.C is amazing if you're a fan of buffalo mozzarella. One thing I'd suggest is don't go over 3 toppings since the pizza is very thin crust and will get kinda soggy if there are too many toppings, particularly in the middle.

Neopolitan wood fired pizza in West Seattle is a great spot to stop for lunch or dinner. Pizzas are in the 12-20 dollar range and are 12 inches in size. One pizza is easily shareable between two people. There are salads that are also shareable between two people. During warm weather you can sit outside on shaded benches. The pizza dough in the middle is a little flimsy but overall a good place to get some pizza.

Worth a drive to Alki! The margarita pizza was extremely thin base with amazing burrata style mozzarella cheese. The flavor profile and textures or something I've only found overseas. There's nothing like it in Seattle.

Love this place! Authentic Italian thin crust pizza. Delicious! It is a little pricey for the size you get but it is sooo much better than other pizza places in West Seattle.

My wife and I are regulars at Pizzeria 22. I believe sincerely that the pizza here is the best in Seattle. The crust on these pizzas are thin but substantial. This is probably the main thing that sets this pizza apart in my mind from Mio Posto or any of the other Neapolitan style pizzas I have had around the city. I also think that the quality of the toppings and sauces are superior. I have had other pizzas in Seattle that I definitely liked, but as I said before, I think Pizzeria 22 is the best. The only warning I will give you about this place is that if you come to dine on a weekend either make a reservation or be prepared to wait. The lines can be quite long, but well worth it.

A little pricey, but the best neapolitan-style pizza I've found in Seattle. The crust is perfect with just the right amount of char on it, the sauce has the perfect acidity, and they don't go crazy on toppings. Love it.

Really good pizza. $5 happy hour pizzas, cheese, pepperoni (hormel?), and Margarita. There were equal number of staff to customers when we were there, but maybe they were cleaning up from lunch to set up for dinner? Pleasant atmosphere.

This is not an exaggeration-Pizzeria 22 has the BEST calzone in Washington! I drove an hour today to have the Pesto Pollo ❤️ The oven gives the crust a nice char that cannot be beat. Pizzeria 22 has a great atmosphere. The cherry on top is parking 15 steps away from the door. If you are on the fence, jump off into happiness.

The penultimate trifecta of delicious beer, great food and friendly people. Why wouldn't you want to be there at all times. If they opened earlier all my meals would be sumptuous neapolitan style pizza cooked to unmatched levels of perfection. Also I recommend getting the special. It's seems to always be the best and drink the beer, it's good for you.

The best pizza in West Seattle! Cozy little place that's great for groups, with friendly service and delicious drinks. But the pizza, my god, the pizza! The Prosciutto Primavera is my favourite and never fails to please.

Excellent pizza crust - thin, slightly crisp around the edge, a nice bit of scorch from the wood-fired oven, flavorful. Good sauce with a fresh tomato taste. We've had the margherita, pepperoni, and a garlic chicken (if I remember right). All were delicious. The crust was a little soggy at the center one time, but just the once, and only in the very center. We've also had excellent appetizers here - the steamed clams were outstanding. The caprese salad is both beautiful and delicious. They have a full bar and a knowledgeable and skilled bartender. I've had a couple negronis and they were both excellent with top-shelf ingredients. The house wine was good (though I'm no expert). And they have grappa! 2 kinds! This makes me very, very happy. Service: friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Not sure where the 'pricey' comments come from. We've had really first rate meals and drinks here, and I would say the prices were moderate - not cheap, but if I want cheap I'll go to a chain restaurant and suffer through the awfulness.

The real deal, the solea tomatoes on the caprese salad were amazing, the pizza and calzone are perfectly balanced (not overwhelmed with sauce) and the cannoli is excellent. Go for the food, not the ambience -- noisy, crowded, tiny, no coffee, and the 3 times I've been there my impression is that they're always one server short. But the food is so good that it makes the little negatives worth it, and you can always order to go!

Our group of four stopped in for an impromptu dinner last evening, and WOW--what a pleasant surprise! The pizza was some of the best I've had outside of Italy (wonderful carbonized bubbles on a crispy thin crust populated by wonderfully fresh/spiced ingredients), and accompanying dishes (beautifully-crafted and lightly-dressed fresh salads, as well as a "Friday special" appetizer of fresh same-day harvested clams in a cioppino-like preparation with freshly-baked flatbread) were delectable. What's more, the service was fast & friendly, and our server/chef was obviously so very, very dedicated to his craft. If I could give 6-stars I would! We will absolutely be back...
