Interesting food for those who haven’t tried Pakistani food or not much of it. I’ve had a couple times from a friends house and glad to see a spot in seattle. The food was good, wish I dined instead but we arrived late. My favorite was the sliders! Nice sauce that had lots of flavor. The two rice dishes were on par with each other, the yellow one being more flavorful aftertaste while the red onion one had a stronger initial hit.

Delicious! I've only tried Indian food before, but it's quite similar. It's not as spicy as the street food I'm used to (which is good) but the savory flavors were all there and well done. The aloo sliders were my favorite, followed by the dal rice, followed by the pickle which could have been more intense with the mustard. The prices are high for the portions, but I think it's justified given the location and atmosphere. Lemonade and rooh afza were great additions to the menu for the summer heat.

This was my first time getting to try Nasir’s food at his actual restaurant (rather than at his B-Side pop-ups years ago) and it did not disappoint. My boyfriend and I got the hummus plate, aloo sliders, and kheema, and each dish was flavorful, well-portioned, and perfect as wintertime comfort food. Not only was the meal excellent, but the service was attentive and wine options were well matched with our food. This might honestly be my new favorite restaurant in Seattle.

This place is top notch and one of my favorite places in seattle. The food and the flavors will blow you away, and for the quality and care they put into the dishes the prices feel very fair. My main complaint about this place is that they close so early for dinner on cap-hill, we waited to snag a spot for dinner at 7:35 and weren’t able to be seated due to them closing at 9, after waiting for nearly an hour. I wish they were a little more relaxed on theirs hours & seating customers- it seems they turn a lot away because of this. If you want a seat you nearly have to show up for dinner at 630- you won’t regret it though!

I adore this spot!! It's a wonderful place to go for date night. I always feel like family here. The food is just as good as homemade and the staff is really wonderful. They have an excellent selection of delicious low intervention (natural) wines too! I love Karachi Cowboys!!!

Amazing food and atmosphere~! This restaurant stands for more than just an awesome place to get good eats but as way to introduce you more Pakistani influenced food. The food was soo good, just being in the restaurant felt like I was at home. Also, if you're into some yummy bevvies look no further than here cause they have a great natural wine list and if you don't drink, they have refreshing non-alcoholic drinks that will quench your thirst!

Hands down Seattle’s best new restaurant! The team here brings a unique flair to Capitol Hill, that is truly unmatched. I came here with a few friends and the service start to finish was amazing. We ordered almost every appetizer, & each got a different entree. The most surprising thing we all walked away talking about was how nothing tasted the same. Every dish truly had its own very unique flavors, it would be hard to say which one was the best! Cherry on top? They have wine! Our server recommended the perfect bottle for us. The vibe here left me feeling like it was great with the crew, but could also be the perfect spot for a candle lit date night. I’m a hairstylist in the area, and I’ve been recommending Karachi Cowboys to every client in my chair since! Can’t wait to go back.

One of my favorite restaurants in Seattle! Phenomenal food, exceptional service, and such a lovely atmosphere. I order three entrees every time because I can’t ever choose one. And the snacks! Unreal! And the chocolate Marsala mousse! Such a gem, and a mandatory stop in Capitol Hill!

Really unsure why this place would get anything less than 5 stars. We went late on a Friday and were able to get a table. Everyone went above and beyond for service! We ordered a liter bottle of wine and when I told one of the people helping us that I loved liters, she brought over a taste on the house of another liter bottle! The food was excellent! The service delightful! Most places have forgotten hospitality and are disinterested (this is a Seattle thing for sure!) but not this place! Excellent all around!

Delicious. Portion sizes are on the smaller side but the food is so flavorful. Ordered a combo plate and the sliders. Shared with another person and we left full. Fabulous service.

An amazing food experience, for both lunch and dinner service. The natural wine selection is next level and the food was feel good and very delicious! They made us feel at home and at ease, and staff was very informative. The atmosphere was so inviting that I will definitely be returning for more good food and vibes!

We've been to Karachi Cowboys three times and it's been consistently delicious with super vibrant flavors. It's been great to watch the restaurant grow and have new dishes/beverages. A great spot for vegetarian dining too. Dishes like the pickes and the fruit achar bring bright spicy flavors but then the dal and other mains are complex smoky and comfy flavors all without being too heavy.

The Aloo sliders were delicious! I ordered two (2) so I'd be more full. I ordered the summer in karachi and onion & tomato chutney side to add to the sliders, and I personally enjoyed the summer in karachi side more because I like spice🌶️. My partner, however, got the dal dish & texturally, it felt more watery/thinner than other dal we've had before. I'd still recommend coming here; the service is good & the atmosphere is great!

Dropped in for lunch. Had a delicious meal with the Ranch Hand Salad (add egg), grilled cheese & tomato soup, and the pickle plate. Flavours are really good, and the outstanding chai finishes the meal off perfectly. So glad we found this place.

Absolutely delicious! We dined here for lunch and our server was the kind of person you immediately want to be friends with and was knowledgeable about every dish and the cultural significance behind each. To that point, nothing we ordered was a miss. The curried chicken sandwich was fantastic and paired nicely with a side of raita; perfectly described as a “cooling yogurt sauce.” The rice bowl and ranch hand salad were equally impressive but the star of the show was the grilled cheese with tomato soup. What flavors! The chef was accommodating enough to cut the grilled cheese into thirds to create a starter for our group and it is all I’ve been able to think about the past 24 hours. Definitely order a rose soda (made with Rooh-Afza) or one of the many natural wines to wash everything down. We can’t wait to be back to enjoy the small but hip, casual, and cozy dining area and friendly service again!

My wife and I have known about Karachi Cowboys for a while, but put off going. I have no idea why. This place is wonderful. The food is delicious, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the experience is not one to pass up. We look forward to our next trip to Karachi Cowboys.

Karachi never fails to make my day! Every snack, dish, and drink on the menu is exciting and comforting at the same time, and I can never decide whether to try something new or scarf down the smoked eggplant again. I ate there last night and I’m already scheming to go back for more!

Place is small, does have a couple of outdoor tables, reservation was made through email. Food is great, not the meaty Pakistani food I miss from NYC, but really good. My wife had a vegetarian option and she was equally pleased. Only a couple of options for beer. Super friendly and accommodating staff

I picked up lunch take out for 2 on my way into work at noon on the Thursday before xmas. The staff member I spoke to was friendly, and the service was super fast (ready in 8 mins when they quoted 10). My rice bowl (w/chicken salad) had great variety in flavors, textures, colors, and was quite filling. I actually saved some rice & chicken for my lunch the next day. My friend & I split the Savaya Kheer dessert special of the week and it was a really nice finish to a brightly flavored meal.

The staff were insanely helpful and friendly and the food was fast, flavorful, and soooooo good! We had a special with a roller leek pancake and the beef dish, both were stellar. Shout out for the sliced fruit salad which is my new obsession The house made sodas and the funky beer selection paired well with the dishes (I went rogue and made a Radler with the second half of my glass of beer and the last bit of house made hibiscus and lime soda and I recommend that too) We will definitely be back, it was a short menu so it was an easy call, and it was fast, delicious and we were so well taken care of by everyone there. BIG THUMBS UP at our table.

Food was delicious, they made a mistake when asked to bring the meat out on the side for one of the dishes, but immediately offered to replace it (we declined, our vegetarian didn't mind eating around the meaty bits) - we got an extra free snack for the mistake so still 5 stars :D

My partner and I were walking by and spotted this on the street after trying to eat somewhere else that was opening later than expected due to short staffing. So, we ate here during snack time. It was very clean, welcoming and 'good-vibe' atmosphere. We were greeted and offered anywhere seating right away. It was nice that the hostess (q/o owner?) was open to serving me a bubbly alcoholic drink with a splash of rhoo afza (my choice). LOL but it was aiight. The food was pretty good too. I would come here again for dinner. This is even a cute place to possibly have a little party at the community table. :)

Ok..very pretty looking food. But portions are a bit small and it's a little americanzed. Biased opinion, though. Channa Masala - heavy on the tomato, thought it drowned out the other spices. Dal Tadka - Good, little heavy on ginger. Lemon rice - really good!

I have been following along with Karachi Cowboys since the pop-up days and was thrilled when they opened the restaurant. Everything from the vibe to the staff to the food -- OMG the FOOD -- is perfection and unlike anything else you'll experience in Seattle. The Aloo Sliders and the Kheema are to die for. Also don't sleep on the Damiana Lemon Soda. Can't wait to go back!
