The fish was fresh and the variety was good. You pick various toppings after selecting a bowl size/ amount of protein scoops (fish types) you want. The servers are not that friendly but they get the job done and work fast. They lost a star for their impatience as I asked about sauces (since I'd never been there before and they shouldn't expect customers to automatically know how their unique business operates). Taste and portion were what brought the rating up to 4.

Fast casual place where you can pick whatever you want. For being right in the middle of downtown, $14 is a decent price for this fresh food. I got salmon and tuna along with some other tasty choices, and I was not disappointed. If you don’t like this place, it’s your own fault for ordering wrong.

My second time back and you get so much food! Not living in Seattle anymore, it feels a little expensive but you're also paying for freshness and everything is very fresh! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and I feel like because it is fresh seafood, you are getting your value for sure. The tuna looks high quality but I will say I wouldn't be surprised based on the color of the salmon was farmed. Overall, would recommend!

Best poke in town!! This is my go-to poke place - the fish is always super fresh, dash service, TONS of topping options (way more than I've ever seen before) and reasonably priced. There's a few different locations but I've only ever been to the Belltown one. The regular-sized bowl comes with 2 fish options, and large comes with three. I like to do half FOB rice, half spinach as the base, and go from there so it's a little like a salad with lots of veggies!!

I’ve been here at least 3 times this past week! This place is my go-to place for lunch. It’s delicious, consistent and the line moves quick! The staff are pretty friendly and have no complaints. The sashimi is fresh (I get the salmon and yellowtail), serving size is good, flavour is always on point. I can’t fault this place - I took my partner here and he loves it too! I’m glad I decided to try this place. The location feels a bit like a hole in the wall but it’s got dining space if you want to dine in as well.

Fresh and filling. You pick everything that goes in it- great mix and match every visit. Ended up eating it before I took more pictures, so only have one. Chose salmon and tuna for protein over FOB rice base. Mixed bit crunchy with mango salsa, seaweed, spicy mixed crab with sesame. Have options for sauces and other veggies to addon too. The staff is friendly and quick to process down the assembly line. Inside only few areas to sit (when I visited first time was blocked off). Try all sorts of combinations for a lot of food at a reasonable price (little over $10 for option I chose)!

Would return, would recommend. Was pleasantly surprised at the portion and generousity of their toppings. While you do pick up to two proteins, you can load it up with other toppings to make your bowl hearty and filling. Fish was fresh, they also provide refills on miso soup and flavoured citrus water.

Great poké bowls with a lot of different choices for your toppings! You can tell that the business is very efficient as the time it takes to make a bowl isn’t very long. There are often multiple people behind the counter which makes it even faster. There are utensils and soy sauce packets on the side so you can choose how much soy sauce you can put in the bowl which is nice. They also have this miso soup machine which is pretty cool lol. A little pricey but nothing out of the ordinary in the realm of poké.

Great Poke bar with a variety of add-ons and protein. The price is reasonable, but I would recommend to skip Wasabi if you do not like the flavor. The tuna and salmon here are quite fresh give. The price, and the add-ons are delicious. A recommended Poke bar in the area!

They have BOMB poke here, easily the best that I ever had. The portions are really big and I got easily got full even though I eat a lot. There were plenty of options to stack up on. You choose your base like rice then your mix ins like seaweed then your sauce then protein options then toppings (which you can choose any and all of them if you’d like). I recommend just getting the regular size and skipping on the large because it’s plenty of food already. They also provide flavored water which was refreshing. Grilled ahi tuna was top tier and so was the tomagoyaki. Also parking is a slight pain as there was only street parking and it was over a block away.

Great poke bowl that you can customize to your preference! They have a lot of toppings and options and more or less unlimited amount of toppings if you want it. The FOB rice is easily the best base I’ve had in a bowl before. They have a great variety of protein and sauces which makes the many variety of bowls you can have so interesting. They have increased their prices a bit, but relative to other poke bars I think it’s still totally worth it here.

Delicious!! The tuna was really fresh, it is great food, fast! I went in with low expectations due to not knowing this place and was pleasantly surprised. The protein portion could use some work but they are very generous with everything else. Really good ingredients, everything was fresh and tasty. Top ingredients I liked: edamame, tuna and the sesame seasoning.

One of the best poke places so far! It's a Subway style they was you get to choose every single ingredient that gets into your bowl! Everything tasted fresh. Workers there being Indonesian is a plus as well. Only bad thing is the parking, regardless, highly recommend!

This place has the best deal in all of Seattle for a good filling Poke Bowl. The ingredients are fresh, and for $.50 to add avocado, that can't be beat. You can add as many toppings as you would like (usually I add most of them). The value you get is amazing. And the employees are so helpful and friendly.

I love how there so many options here, there’s so much to choose from. The meals are healthy and the bowls are big, enough for 1-2 meals. Everything tasted fresh and they have vegetarian options. I would eat here regularly for a healthy lunch. I only wish they had more sauce options as well as a black bean topping option.

Huge selection of healthy and tasty mix -ins on top of a variety of bases (rice, arugula, etc) and the sauces are delightful! It's set up like a fancier healthier subway. Gluten free and vegan options! Everything is labeled. Reasonable prices too.

One of my favorite pokes spots in Seattle! With super large portions and delicious/fresh tasting toppings, what’s there to hate? They have a super large selection of toppings so come prepared! I’m also very glad they have a cooked meats option as most poke spots do not have that. Parking however is hard to find.

I love this place! My absolute favorite Poke Restaurant. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could! Very generous serving for very affordable price. Lots of variety in the toppings/base, ingredients that I could probably eat here every single day and will not get tired because of all the different mix of flavors. It may be ‘fast food’, but it’s not loaded with chemicals. Depending on your mix, it can be as healthy as you want it to be. Clean, fast, delicious, healthy and affordable! You might have to wait in line though in some cases, as the place is really popular and not too many seats! But all worth it! Highly recommended.

It's not bad, but I was underwhelmed, particularly given all the other reviews. I didn't check out anywhere else in Seattle but I've had better poke in my travels or back on the east coast. It's quick, easy, and highly customizable though.

This is the SPOT for poké! Even though i live 30 min drive from this place now, this is still my go-to spot. The ingredients are always fresh, the salmon is super delicious and the staff is always fast even during busy times. Don't forget to grab hawaiian drink on the way out. Takeout only during the current pandemic, they cleared out the tables & chairs so a lot more room to social distance as you place your order. Staff were all wearing masks & gloves 👍

For $10, you will be very satisfied with the amount of fresh fish and vegetables. The workers are very friendly and offer suggestions to what taste good together, and they are generous with their portions. The tuna and octopus were very fresh tasting. You could honestly get 1 large bowl and share it with someone, it's that much food. No complaints and will definitely be coming back.

Order at the counter, non-fancy kind of place I love so much. Good poke and portions for the price. Large was enough for me and my partner. I liked that they let you mix in everything if you want it. Great poke at a great price! They're very generous with their toppings. In fact, I almost wish they gave me more rice and less of everything else. The area is air conditioned. The staff was fast but were friendly and happy to help me with my indecision. The watermelon radish topping is unusual and visually interesting, but tasted like regular pickled radish. I like that the seaweed and crab salads did not have an extra cost.

One of the best Poke meal I've had in awhile. One of the items that make this place unique is their FOB Rice. It's coconut and green tea infused jasmine rice. If I lived here, I'd eat here often.

Posting both bowls! Price is decent, we got the small bowl, 9.99ea + tax + tip=$25 Parking is challenging though, we parked a few blocks away!

Yum! This place is amazing and great value. Wonderful selection of fresh food, fish, tofu and flavours. The staff will run you through the process. In the toilets there is mouthwash for after! You can sit in or take away. Great value and a small bowl will fill up most.

I’m visiting Seattle from Georgia, and I knew I wanted to try this place. I ordered my poke bowl online, and it was the bomb. The seafood was so fresh, and all the ingredients were fresh and delicious. It was so good that I ordered the second night. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food one gets. In fact, I ordered one bowl for lunch and had enough left to eat dinner too. You can’t beat the price, taste, and amount you get. My only complaint is that this isn’t in Georgia.

Love love love this place. Tired it on recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint. Usually I'm feel super uneasy about ordering from a menu where you make your own bowl because I can't be sure what I concoct would taste good. But have no fear I basically put everything in my bowl and it still tasted amazing. I ordered the large bowl so I could fit more stuff in. It comes with three proteins and I had Salmon, ahi tuna and octopus with half and half and all the toppings except avacado and jalopenos. I seriously love everything. Tasted fresh and was super filling. I really liked the octopus. My husband had the same thing except he had scallops and less toppings. He said he would not get the scallops again though. Overall food is really great I would eat there often if lived around there. The staff were friendly but you can definitely tell that the two people putting the toppings on varied in the amount of stuff they put on ur bowl. One of them is way stingy because I ordered almost every topping and still had less of a pile than my husband's who choose less items and he only had one type of crab meat. You can tell by the lack of furikake (seaweed seasoning) on my bowl compared to his. The girl turned the shaker over and that was it for mine. Lack of consistentcy is my only gripe. Something interesting and silly is that they have four different type of toilet papers in the washroom. For whichever kind you prefer or want to compare I guess. They serve fruit infused water which was a nice touch. Overall good experience. Would definitely come again. Hopefully next time I get the more generous topping person lol

Excellent place to eat!! Choose wisely, as you create your own. I loved the variety of fresh choices. They have edamame, raw fish (like sushi), cooked chicken, crab meat, veggies, and crunchy things like onion crumbles & whatnot. Then you can choose what kind of sauce you want to tie it all together. I chose a mild, soy sauce type. Another bonus is the flavored water! It is ice cold infused w/cucumber, watermelon... I think they change it up. It's very delicious while being much healthier than other places to eat. I love the green tea infused rice! The bowl has a satisfying crunch along soft, fresh ingredients. Since it's warm out, I love eating a chilled bowl of healthy ingredients.

They give you a generous amount of food. The poke bowls are really loaded up. I love how I can pick as many tings as I would like without getting charged extra (except for avocado, which is only 50 cents more I think). Really good value especially for what you get. It gets super busy during lunch hours but they are well staffed, and the staff work quickly without making you feel rushed at all.

I stumbled upon this place by accident and my life is forever changed. A poke bar??? Build your own poke bowl??? 😍😍😍 I got the large bowl which comes with 3 scoops of protein along with a cherry coke. It was $15!!! And it was a TON of food. I ordered half brown rice half salad with cilantro lime dressing. I then got 2 scoops seared ahi and 1 scoop regular ahi. Then, I added every single topping they add. They were all free so I thought, “why not?” My mind was literally blown. I can barley move, I’m so stuffed but I couldn’t stop eating. It was too good!!! Beware though, their wasabi is a whole ‘nother heat level. My sinuses got fully cleaned out 3 times while eating. So, go easy on the wasabi.

Great lunch spot. Choose your rice, sides and proteins. I usually get the large for $13 which comes with 3 scoops of fish (yellowtail, salmon, tuna, et al), scallops, or shrimp. I like getting 1/2 Fob rice which is matcha and coconut flavored and brown rice.

Healthy, fast and fairly cheap. This is really a great place that allows you to customize the contents of your bowl with a really great set of fresh ingredients. Totally loved the bowl of ahi tuna and octopus set on top kale that I had. This is definitely one place that I will be going back to.

Comes with complementary miso soup, about 10 bucks for 2 scoops of protein+good portion of rice+ and unlimited choosing of toppings. I try to avoid lunch since the line is extremely long reaching their front doors although the workers work fast. Highly recommend!! Delicious!!!

The Poke was very delicious however I doubt it was very healthy. They place a lot of the sauce into the mix. I love all of the topping options. I'll definitely be back but I will hold back on the sauce. I poke Bowl cost around $12 for two proteins. There selection of fish was very impressive.

First night in Seattle and coming off a day of travel, I was looking forward to trying this restaurant I'd picked out ahead of time. I was not disappointed. Portions are generous, food is fresh and service is great. I got the white rice base with chicken and beef protein, cilantro sauce, cucumbers, wonton chips, tomatoes, corn and a few other mix-ins. Fresh and delicious! Highly recommend!

If you see a lot of five star reviews, trust them. I'm no expert but I was eating lunch with two people who are. And both of them raved about the range and quality of ingredients and the manner in which everything was freshly prepared and presented. As for me I just enjoyed the heck out of it. Can't wait to go back even if it means going out of my way to pay them another visit. Prices are modest which ensures you're getting more than your fair share. It's the real deal.

COVID-19 delivery. Man the seafood in Seattle is amazing! The poke bowl from here is super fresh and amazing. My partner a and I have tried all sorts of bowl combinations and usually just order our own blend. Keep up the delicious food and we will keep ordering the fresh and delicious bowls =)

Amazing Poke spot right in the heart of Belltown. Reminds me so much of poke's back in Hawaii. Out of all poke places I've tried in Seattle area, this is by far the best. Quick service in & out, their selection of poke and sides is just top notch. My favorite sauce is the spicy mayo amd creamy cilantro. I highly recommend this spot!!!

I don't eat that much poke but this is probably the best I've ever eaten! It's super fresh and tasty especially their FOB poke sauce with the vinaigrette. And the portion was generous. Making a note to myself to come back next time I visit the area. PS. Extra brownie points for them to have their A\C cranked up on a hot August day and for having 3 additional labeled premium toilet paper in their restroom.

Huge servings! You could share one bowl for two people. Fresh and delicious. The health rating gave it “excellent” this month (which is higher than some fancy restaurants in the area). The bathroom has mouthwash (great for a date!) and different brands of toilet paper.

Excellent is an understatement for this place. The food is phenomenal and very fairly priced. It's kind of a chipotle concept for pole bowls. My wife who isn't even the hugest fan of raw fish ate everything. We absolutely loved it - Highly recommend.

BEST POKE PLACE! The food here is really good. So many choices of toppings, all while being really reasonably priced. Always love love love going here!!! Only thing is they really need to fix their miso soup machine because I got my hopes up for it only for it to be broken (no sign indicating this either...). Excellent meal and very friendly service. The line was out the door for lunch on one of the first sunny Fridays of spring but it moved quickly and I had my food in about 10 minutes. The ordering system is very efficient but seems overwhelming when you walk in. The service is friendly and the employees walk you through the process. Do you like salad, sushi, or even just good food at a sweet deal? Well you're in luck— this place has all of that interchangebly. It's only $11 for a regular-sized bowl and even that's fulfilling (at least it was for me— and i hadn't eaten for at least a day!). Like what's on the menu, they let you choose what ya want in your bowl and even the raw fish's good n fresh. There's some sauces, the best infused water i've tasted and tea— free of charge. If that ain't your game, there're some fridges with some generic food products like coke or some fresh, hot miso soup right up the counter. Also the staff are friendly and there's takeout. good stuff, would recommend wholeheartedly :]

My favorite poke place in all of Puget sound. Be yes, it's that good. Huge portions and amazing flavors. The fob rice is rice that was lightly marinated in green tea and coconut milk. Be there flavor is subtle and delicious and I don't typically like coconut. You can't taste that as much. Pro tip... Get all the crunches at the end... So worth it (fried garlic, fried onions, bc wonton strips). You can also get as much as you want for toppings even tofu as a topping off you got fish for your scoops. The watermelon radish it's delicious and by the utensils they have a machine for free miso soup!!! Again I've been to many poke in Seattle, none give probs like these.

There are 4 kinds sauce to mix with the base, 2 of them are gluten-free options. I picked the Orange Miso, citrusy and savory, goes well with the spring mix~ Regular size has 2 scoops of protein Large size has 3 scoops A couple sauces to choose from, and I had the Zesty Mango ahi tuna and scallops. Oh yeah, they have scallops! And seared ahi tuna, octopus, shrimp, regular tuna and salmon. Love their variety of proteins! As for toppings, tamago, edamame, toasted corn, zesty mango salsa, invitation crabmeat, spicy invitation crabmeat, and more! The staff are very friendly and always ask if it’s enough and happy to scoop more, well, other than protein. Hahaa... Our second visit was during the day, so we got to sit down. Other than great choices of drinks, they even have Hawaiian Sun drinks from Hawaii! Awesome~ another cool thing is, instead of a instant coffee machine, they have an instant miso soup machine! Hot and soupy~ is warming!! This poke really has everything! Delicious, with a hint of mix of both Japanese and Hawaiian taste~ totally enjoy our every bite~

Convenient Belltown location of this FOB Poke Bar can serve with an amazing speed. One got to do research and exactly know all the ingredients that is desired in the meal. Before one selects step 1 The Base, the server at 2 Mix In is already ready to serve and do it continues with Steps of Protein, Sauce, Topping, Drink, Soup and method of payment and eat in or takeaway. It could be challenging if it's the first time or unprepared for the order. Next challenge becomes to find a seat. Then the third challenge- one got to manage mixing all ingredients in the bowl with the sauces! It's a great experience in a relatively small restaurant with long line of customers and limited seating. Certainly a great place for a healthy, quick and convenient poke. Reasonably priced as well. Sushi is too expensive. Teriyaki is too heavy. Here is the best place for Japanese who miss Japanese food. They have brown rice too. Awesome fresh protein and a wide variety of mix-in options for a starting price of $10, and they are quite generous with their scoops. I had the scallops and tuna over FOB rice with the wasabi aioli sauce and chose every mix-in (jicama salad, mango salad, imitation crab salad, edamame, watermelon radish, seaweed salad, tamagoyaki, ginger, corn, roe). I would say that every option for the mix-ins were really good and my favorites were the watermelon radish, seaweed salad, and imitation crab. There were also some add-ons like fried wonton skin, fried onion, sesame seed, but I just went with some furikake and had a side of wasabi. I thought it was really delicious and filling and my only complaint is that I can't handle the intensity of the wasabi aioli and will probably stick to the standard FOB poke sauce next time.

Seriously the best poke in Seattle. My go to here is the FOB rice with FOB sauce, everything as an add on, salmon and ahi tuna, and then for toppings I go with tamagoyaki, radish, seaweed, mango, spicy crab, corn, furikake, and onion! I usually take it to go, there's a lot of good places to sit outside nearby especially near the Amazon headquarters rather than sitting inside! It's also a fairly healthy option in the area, if I want to go even healthier I swap out the rice for salad, or do half and half!

Best place ever for poke bowls! So many options and choices... they even have chicken as a protein choices if you're not a fish lover! The staff is fantastic, and makes the bowl at Jimmy John's speed... honestly, only complaint is the anxiety I get in needing to choose each ingredient/preparation at each step. A good problem! I always love the salad base (usually mix 2 options), and the seared ahi. Just recently discovered and tried the scallops, and they were great! Trying the shrimp next time! Definitely worth trying!

This is my new favorite poke spot in the South Sound area! There is no limit to how much sides you want in the bowl. I have yet to test their threshold, but mark my words...I will. It is located on a 1-way street and parking is only free on Sundays; do not know about weekday parking. Workers are nice and very helpful. Menu is somewhat easy to understand for poke bowl veterans, but kind of tricky for new poke foodies. Nice place. Make a visit!

I’ve been eating here about once a week for the last 6 months since moving to the lower Queen Anne area. Open 7 days a week! I love this place because it’s very consistent - the portions are generous, the fish is fresh, there are a ton of mix-ins and toppings to choose from, and the sauces are varied and tasty. Prices are very much reasonable for what you get. Never a line, super quick in and out service. The staff is friendly, although they do often make me feel rushed to make my choices.

Small location. It was packed, probably why it didn't look very nice. I liked that they had multiple menus from the door to the line because it was my first time and I did not know the options. Once I got to the line it was chaos. My friend went first, she's expirenced in ordering poke bowls, so I tried to follow her lead. She even said she was confused but made sure she got everything she wanted. Everybody was talking at once and there was no order to how they were putting in the bowl. I think they had to many workers on the line at once. I mean I got everything I wanted but I was flustered. I also wish I knew the eel was extra, like its not a 2 dollar upcharge as one of the meats. So I picked a large thinking I need to add 3 meats 2×salmon and eel for two dollars extra. But they said I had to pick three meats so I got 2×salmon +octopus and the extra eel. I like meat but it was a little much. The customer service was sad. Since it was my first time I just put stuff that sounded good in my bowl. Even if I didnt know what it tasted like. Everything tasted good to me. A large was more than enough to share. My dad got a whole half of my large (3meat unless you want to add the eel than 4) he will eat anything. And he grew up on seafood and didnt have anything bad to say. I'd go back. Maybe during a slower time to reevaluate the cleanliness and customer service. If you dont care about that. Go eat the yummy food.

Amazing Poke Bowls and very affordable!! A regular bowl is around $10-12 dollars depending on toppings and a large bowl is under $15. Lots of topping options to make your bowl hardy. 100% recommend getting the FOB rice as a base. It is so delicious. I usually mix 1/2 FOB rice & 1/2 spring mix so it isn't as rice heavy.

Best poke in Seattle, hands down. This place is neither gimmicky nor complicated, and poke is the only dish they sell (apart from their side miso soup) - so they do it EXTREMELY well. A problem I have with a lot of the poke in the area is that the fish tastes too fishy and not fresh enough. I have never tasted fresher fish than the fish here (even the seaweed salad is super fresh and doesn't have that weird fishy taste)! They also have a couscous/quinoa blend to substitute the rice, which I found perfect since rice tends to be a bit too filling for me. I 100% recommend this place to EVERYONE, it'll be a place I treat any and all guests who visit me in Seattle to. Please visit.

The poke at FOB is excellent -- most importantly the fish is fresh and doesn't taste overly "fishy" at all. The selection for the toppings is very good, and posted prominently throughout the store, making it easy to decide what you want. Consequently, the line moves very quickly, even when it is very long during the lunch rush. I would recommend to any poke or sushi fan.

As a former chef and 2x restaurant owner, I can be extremely picky with where I spend my money for food. This place is fantastic. All of the staff were fast, friendly, and patient (first time coming for my partner and I), gave generous portions, and the place was clean with just enough seating to make it work. We both got the large option as we hadn't eaten all day, did an intense workout, and it was around 1:30.....so we were starving! We are both good eaters, and though we finished each bowl, we both decided that had it not been for all the circumstances, we would have been fine with the normal size on any regular day. Will definitely be back a least once a month!

Great selection of rice, greens, fish, and toppings! The staff is friendly and are generous with their toppings. I recommend the Fob poke sauce with a mix of rice and greens as your base. You really can't go wrong and you can fully customize your bowl to your liking! There's plenty of sitting room but isn't great for groups bigger than 6.

This place is always packed, so make sure you make a reservation way ahead of time. We were fortunate to be able to make a reservation at the sushi bar while showing up right at opening. Chef was wonderful, the service top notch, and, the food was fantastic--I mean, raving about the food isn't simply enough. You'll just have to eat it to experience it. Be prepare to pay a lot of money for the food quality. It's worth it.

FOB is generally very consistent with the quality of their fish, but I have to say the salmon is usually best. I've been eating here 3 or more times a week, if only they had a punch card. The service is always friendly and they move the lines along quickly. A few notes about them: I make poke at home too, and the cost per bowl is only SLIGHTLY less than going into FOB. I've determined that it's not worth the trouble to make it myself for the most part. The different rice options are all good. One of my favorites is half FOB rice and half white. I go for brown rice if I'm feeling healthy. Don't be shy to ask for whatever toppings or ingredients you want. Sometimes you need to be a little forceful to make sure they understand/hear you. They always accommodate though. Unlike other poke places FOB does not drown your bowl in sauce. I understand that the high ratio of sauce is a style some places, but it's too much for me. This place is a perfect ratio the majority of the time. SO, give FOB a try if you are feeling poke. There are lots of good places in Seattle so it often depends on your proximity to the places as to where you should go. But there is a lot that gives FOB a leg up competitively, especially as a regular eatery.

The poke at FOB is consistently delicious and fresh, with a good variety of toppings and flavors. They have a lot of different bases to pick from--my favorite is FOB rice and spring mix (you can do half and half). The service is quick and there is infused water and tea available, and a decent amount of seating. The prices are reasonable particularly for the area. I go back regularly!

I eat here almost every day. This place far exceeds the expectations of all the other Poke places that I've tried. What I (usually) get: A regular bowl with half Arugula + half FOB Poke Rice. $9.99 + tax. Pros: Portions are big and the fish consistently exceeds my expectations. It sets the new bar for raw fish freshness; I feel like the nearby Sushi restaurants need to work a bit harder now. Cons: FOB Poke Rice has been incredibly inconsistent lately. Sometimes it's a little dry, but sometimes it's a perfect fresh warm filling rich green tea rice. Long lines during 12-1; they go fast (like they do in Potbelly) but it'll be pretty crowded. Tip: You can request some items to be seared. (I've seen another customer ask for it; I've never asked for it myself).

Decent poke shop. Of all those that you find, it does feel that FOB stretches what poke traditionally is more than most. In addition to the standard tuna and salmon varieties, they have several non-seafood options available too. One gripe that I have is that for a couple dollars extra you can get unagi, but unfortunately it’s not worth it. Only one smallish piece. The bigger issue is that it’s served cold and with a skin that isn’t really edible. I get unagi at poke shops elsewhere and never had anything like that.

One of the better Poke places I've been to in the area. The parking sucks, well, there is none (it's in downtown Seattle/belltown area). It's got a really small seating area but since it's Poke, people usually don't stay too long. The fish is fresh, the serving sizes are decent and the flavors are fantastic. I've never experienced a wait here since it takes about 3 minutes to go down the line and choose your meal/toppings. If this place were a little closer to my house I'd probably go much more often but it's pretty far South for me. Still, will definitely continue to go here!

But a note to customers: for sanitary purposes, there's a glass partition separating you from the ingredients & the person preparing your food. Yet, some patrons still feel the need to reach past that partition and point to the various things they want. Even worse, there are others that feel the need to tilt their long haired heads over the glass as well. I can confirm that your bowl will get made properly if you communicate with your mouth, keep your hands at your side, and your hair on your side of the glass. Thanks.

I am having my first salmon poke rice bowl at their grand opening and I'm already planning on going back. It's a Subway/Chipotle style setup where you start with your base, then choose your protein, and then add all the fixins. I got the large bowl, which normally is $12.99. The amount you get is worth the price. I hope they continue to do well and work out the kinks with their squished setup behind the counter, to speed up the process during lunch rushes. It wasn't slow but I imagine it will just get crazy given their location and how crazy Seattle is about poke right now.

Long lines during lunch time but it clears pretty quick. The staff is very fast, unlike many places I've noticed in the west coast. No one's chatting with the staff about the weather while 10 people wait behind you, without a care in the world. (How is this acceptable?) Maybe I'm too used to NY. Portion was large. They didn't skimp on any ingredients. Would skip the FOB poke sauce next time though as it was too salty for me.

My favorite poke bowl in Seattle despite the name. Lots of options which can be overwhelming for first timers. Poke tuna tastes fresh and clean and generous portions. Limited indoor seating but rarely see it full as most people take it to go.

After extensive research I have come to the conclusion FOB Poke is the best poke out there. I have been to many different Poke places and this place is the one. First of all their price. They simply charge $10 for a regular size Poke. Then they jam pack their poke, they don’t charge you extra for add ons like other poke places. That drives me crazy, you can simply put all the toppings on and there is no extra charge, that is when Poke can really add up especially if you are buying for 2+ people. FOB Poke please never change how you charge and the amount of food you serve. Love love love this place

I used to have lunch here once a week. Food is so delicious. I've been told by others that it's the best Poke they've had. It's also a very good value - $11 after tax for a regular sized bowl. They have a multi step process for ordering. I usually get: - Base of spinach and white rice, no dressing. - Mixin of green onions, jalapenos, and arugula with their poke sauce and spicy mayo. - 2 scoops of salmon - Topped off with tamago, edamame, mango salsa and furikake.

Lots of options based on size. Theres regular, large, x large. Cost $10-13 except the additional charges. With lots of rice options, vegetables, protein, sauces, and topping. The employees are nice-can ask for recommendations. Theres water on the side without charge. A single bathroom. Very homey feel. There's tables you can sit in or take to go. Overall a good experience.

My wife got wasabi Mayo on hers and they put way too much on so she couldn't taste her fish. 2. The music kept glitching out. Probably there was a bad connection to the speaker. Maybe this isn't something a lot of people care about, but as a bit of an audiophile, I get really bothered about music quality problems. Update Sept 6, 2017: Came back and the music was fixed! Food was excellent!

This place is right next to my office on 4th and Blanchard. Cannot believe my luck. Incredibly good and affordably priced poke bowls. I always get the spring mix and arugula with orange miso dressing. For poke dressing I get the mango sauce, poke sauce and creamy cilantro. Yummmm They have a ton of toppings to choose from. Expect long lines during lunch hours. I would go there before 12 pm to avoid a wait

Recommend the wasabi one mixed with the house shoyu. - worth the portion size considering how expensive it is to eat out in Seattle Con: - concerned about the big chunks of tuna they use. I kept biting into hard to chew "vein" or something that makes the fish very unpleasant to eat. I had to throw away 50% of the meat because I cant chew it. - meat chunks too big! - the marinated meat like spicy tuna doesnt have much flavor. I like Poke Lover's spicy tuna a lot more

If this is your first time here deffinitely look at all the options BEFORE you get in line because it can be a little daunting at first, especially if you dont get poke that often. The unagi is a little chewy but over all both times I have been here my food was delicious and I plan to return soon.

Fantastic poke bowls with fresh fish and veggies! Try them with the FOB rice! I would avoid the spicy tuna as the fish seems to be whipped rather than chopped, which makes for an odd consistency.

Interesting concept... pick your base (grains, salad, etc), then protein (veg: tofu, egg, edamame, quinoa), then the rest of the fixings (veggies, dressings/sauces, etc)... placed in a bowl (you choose the size). If you've never had poke in your life THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. Just do it, just go now. You will not regret it. Everyone's going totally nuts on Yelp for this place and with good reason- this is some downright delicious poke. FYI, poke (sounds like poh-kay, not hokey pokey) is a bowl of rice or greens with sushi-like toppings of prepared raw fish, some are like ceviche. You can pick as many toppings as you like (plus there are cooked items as well for those of us who are squeamish about raw fish) so it's great for kids as well. FOB Poke Bar is impeccably clean with fast service, but be prepared to wait in a long line during the weekday lunch rush.

Not sure what it is, perhaps their house sauce , but no matter how many other poke places I visit I always come back to this one. Supurb poke, truthfully I don't know how much I spend here so I can't comment on it , I just know it's worth it. They serve free unlimited miso as well which is niceeee.i have to say the team here has to put up with a lot considering how easy the process is but all the same they aren't always feeling it which is human and should be acceptable but at the same time it's a professional setting so just know they might not be smiling but they're going to serve you a solid poke experience.

Fresh ingredients, best meal I've had at a restaurant in the greater Seattle area in over 8 years! Prices are super reasonable, I can't think of anything other than lavish praise for this eatery. It *is* a tad off the beaten path so keep your eyes peeled for the iconic FOB Sign. I absolutely must mention the restroom's mouth-wash dispenser with lil' cups for your Listerine. The lavish restroom also features 3 different brands of TP, each individually labeled with a label maker. These guys spare no expense when it comes to creating a killer dining experience. I have been 4 times already and I plan on returning on a VERY regular basis!

Reminds me of Poke Bros back in Columbus, but with way more options. The Chipotle-style pick your toppings is really good, especially for picky people or first timers. The bathroom is legit, too. Check it out after you eat!
