Friendly service at this small pizza joint in Seattle. No reservations so be prepared to line up or go early or late.
We shared the burnt potatoes with labneh for starters (only available for dine-in) and LOVED them. The cheese pizza was good (especially the crust) and fairly light - the wine by the glass was not good though.

Fantastic pizza and love the atmosphere here. Small space, so be prepared that you might not get a table right away. I'm normally more of a beer guy but there's lots of wine options, including a few by the glass. Outdoor seating available, but there's only street parking if you're driving.

Cute place. We went to about 15m after they open, we almost couldn't get seats. If you go here, i recommend go there early or you have to wait long time. They have limited seats also it takes an hour to get pizza. We ordered 2 different pizza, one with white sauce and sausage was so good and juicy and the crust was good seasoned and crispy but the other red sauce pizza was meh. Too salty. Not so good. But worth to try once!

Hold on tight and prepare to be whisked away to flavortown. Stunning pie and great atmosphere. Thin crisp crust reminiscent of new york/philly style pizza. Fresh ingredients that shine through with simple preparation. They let the pizza do the talking here and it shows in quality and flavor.

The flavors and quality of ingredients are out of this world and that crisp is charred to perfection. Hands-down amazing service and great vibes and music inside and outside. We got the asparagus + pistou, which seemed as popular as the spicy n’duja piparra.

Best pizza in Seattle no question. Also just one of the best places to eat, hang and have a delicious wine or beer. I lived in NYC for 5 years and this is up there, only pizza I’ve had since moving back that really excited me. The wine selection is amazing. And the attention to detail on quality, service, space design, everything is just top notch. New favorite place. Also, for the quality and amount of pizza you get, the price is incredibly reasonable - total deal for the customer.

10/10 every time. Two pizzas for two people because it’s that good. You only need one I promise but the flavors are just so good. The cheese hits every time but their specials are always fun and delicious. Plus, now you can call ahead!

Casual spot for pizza and wine! There’s a back patio in case the front patio/indoor seating area is full. Gets very full around 6, but if you stop by beforehand, you’ll likely get a table.

Pretty tasty pizza with EXCELLENT Ceaser salad. The Ceasar salad was sweet, tart, fresh, and just all around amazing. The pizza is very light and airy which I really liked (however, if you are sensitive to spicy food be careful with the pepper one - it does have a strong kick to it). Definitely recommend

Superb! Crazy hip and crazy delicious— salad, potatoes and pizza. Unbelievable flavor in all the dishes, made for a perfect night. Generously answered our nerdy questions about the mysteriously made charred baked potato wedges.

Cool new spot on Cap Hill for Pizza, craft beer, and wine.
Pros: cool ambiance, corner store has interesting finds, eclectic beer / wine selection, friendly staff, solid pizza.
Cons: VERY busy on peak nights - expect a 1 hour wait + if you come later they may have run out of pizza ... And while good the pizza comes out a bit too charred and salty for my preference but many will like it.

This place has great pizza and the beers they had are super tasty. The interior was very cool too. Love to support our local restaurants, especially when they taste great and are of exceptional quality!

Got
- sausage and kale
- pepperoni and peppers
Bread had great texture but the overall flavor for both was pretty subdued
still great option but prefer Cornelly

Crazy cool little pizza spot! No reservations but the wait was worth it. Also got a great glass of orange wine -- would have bought a bottle to take home if we were locals

Love the pizza, best Caesar salad in town, amazing natural wines, and great dessert. Staff is also fantastic. Only downside to this place is that there isn’t enough seating, and the seating they have is a little too warm in the summer and a little too cold in the winter. But the food and service is so good I still consider it 5 stars.

Look I'm no expert but I lived in NYC for five years and ate A LOT of pizza. This is the best damn pizza I've ever had. Seattle or anywhere. Also a vibe. Great beer and wine selection.

Blotto is incredible. A small, but mighty operation, run by folks who put so much care into their craft. Blotto has quickly and easily become a favorite spot in the city.
We ordered the SPICY N’DUJA KALE for $29
Tomato, aged mozzarella , Cloud Cap cheese, Olsen nduja sausage, kale, Calabrian chili oil, and topped with parmesan. Everything about this pie is spot on. The proportions are consistent with each visit. Fed two hungry people, with slices left to take with us.
I am always impressed with their extensive wine collection, and selection of beers and other N/A beverages in their take-away fridge. They really do their homework.
The staff gifted a POLENTA CAKE TREAT $9
An olive oil polenta cake with Collins Family Orchard peach compote, housemade whipped cream and pistachio crumble. This dessert was probably the best thing I've ever had from Blotto. It's everything I've been missing from those Summer months.
I'd recommend a visit to anyone, truly. It's a Seattle-must-try. Get your name on their seating list, hangout, and enjoy their incredible playlists!

Loved this place! The pizza was great and there was an AWESOME selection of wine and beer. We were here for their soft open. So happy to have this spot in our neighborhood! Will definitely be back again.
Brad King
Wow, everything we had here was amazing. Super cute restaurant. Their burnt potatoes were delicious and their Caesar salad was as one of the best I have ever had. They had a pizza with sliced potato and pesto on it which was so flavorful. I can’t wait to go back and try very thing else too because they seem to make everything ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got a half and half Cheese and Pepperoni and Peppers pizza, it was really good! Crust was perfect.
The pepperoni side was not overwhelmingly salty and the peppers gave it a nice kick!
Sukhpreet Poonia
Really good food but you have to be okay waiting 1-2 hours before your food arrives. When we arrived we ordered right away and then waited 1+ hour for a table and then another hour for the food. We were SOOO hungry by the time we actually got our food so that part sucked.

Like all great pizza, recommend eating fresh out of the oven if possible (i.e. minimal time in pizza box). I asked for mine “extra well done”

Edit; Last time I had this there was now more sauce so upgraded to 5 stars!
Got pizzas to-go here a couple times and it always feels like something special. Great, inspired toppings and incredible crust. Only gripe is that, while I admire the dedication to a particular style of pizza, sometimes I wish there were slightly more cheese and sauce cuz both are also soooo good and I'm left wanting more.
Don't wince when you look at the price cuz it's very reasonable once you realize they only have one size pie (large) and one Blotto pizza can easily be dinner for 2.
They're not doing phone orders at the moment , but that's no problem if you're in the neighborhood.
Alex Zhou
Outstanding sourdough pizzas with excellent char. It can be a wait sometimes but you can plan around it. Also they sell some cool stuff in the store!
Eric Stephens
Great pizza and wine. It is not seat yourself however despite what the sign says - order your pizza first and then the staff will help you find a seat. To the owners - please make the system more clear through the signage.
Jordan Cooper
I've had a lot of pizza, both in NYC and now in Seattle after several visits. This is some of the best pizza I have ever had. Absolutely exploding with flavor. The crust was burnt and crispy in the best way. The white slice with pesto was incredible too. Really fun atmosphere too. This place is a must if you are into pizza (as I am) and in the area.
Sam Meier
Blotto rules! I had a wonderful pizza dinner with my family and enjoyed a bottle of amazing natural wine (or two!). Cal took care of us and we left with FULL bellies and BIG smiles. You must swing by for a slice or to bring home a full pie. Tell ‘em Sam sent you ✌️
Amanda “Andie”
Tiny, hip and buzzing spot with a nice selection of wines and yummy food. You'll want to get there early or expect a moderate wait. We tried it out due to all the reviews that stated "best pizza in Seattle." It was good, but I know a place that I think has better. Personally, I cannot return because they sell canned octopus in the back and as a vegetarian, I choose not to spend my money where this intelligent and emotional animal is sold to be eaten.
Eugene Lin
Pizza was very good but very pricey. I had both the pepperoni one and the hot honey one and both were delicious. Four stars because the price is unusually high. It’s like 2x as tasty as Dominos for 4x the price. Parking is tricky since there’s no dedicated lot or space even for pickup but that’s par for the course on cap hill.
Michael Hanulec
I thought I couldn't get good pizza in Seattle. This is great pizza. Zero flop. Great crunch. Delicious.
Eve Gutierrez
The food here is amazing and their pizza is simply delicious. I recommend trying them if you're in the mood for something awesome to eat.
Jong Lee
Food was yummy, staff was nice, wait time was not long at all, however there was a fly in the salad. Outdoor dining is limited.
Nimit Patel
🤤 🍕 Just go. Thank me later. Thin crust. Crispy.

Delicious new York style pizza. You order then seat yourself in one of the multiple cozy seating areas. They sell out of pizza on busy nights, but had no issues on a Wednesday.
Matthew Macfarlane
One of the best pizza places in Seattle! Loved the flavor and the dough is as good as it gets. It reminds me a lot of the style of pizza served at Little Lago which is also amazing. Definitely recommend and will be going back!
Jakub Kaplan
THE Best Pizza in Seattle! My wife is a pizza enthusiast - she spends lot of time experimenting with different types of dough, flour, etc. The pizza in this restaurant is the first one that is truly close to an authentic pizza, with very light crust full of large bubbles, and lot of flavor in the crust. The drink options are great too, but we will be making the regular trips here for the pizza :)
Lukas Kret
Arrive early! Seating is limited, however it is worth it. An excellently curated wine selection and beautifully made pizza make Blotto one of my new favorite restaurants. Service was 10/10 and I could taste the love that went into the pizza.
Alec Hannaford
This is my favorite restaurant in capitol hill. Pizza is incredible but make sure you order some of the sides too. My favorite side was the sweet potatoes. Great beer and wine selection too. Blotto is top notch!
Nathaniel
Some of the best pizza I've had. Highly recommended. They also have a lot of good stuff for sale in their little shop, including a nice selection of wine, craft beer, dry goods like high quality pasta and beans, and more. But the pizza.. it's perfect.
jess mccall
Good pizza with wide array of wine and beer options.
Gabe Scalise
Seriously hidden gem. The best pizza, and amazing selection of wines, and the staff are just incredible people. Go here, you won’t regret it!

Their service can be difficult to work with, but their pizza is phenomenal. Never did I ever think a pickled leek pie would be so delectable..
Michael Levitt
What a gem. The pantry has really hard to find, eclectic stuff like gourmet olive oil and exotic sweets. Beer and wine selection is the best of the northwest, focus on micro and nano producers. But the pizza...incredible. Do yourself a favor and try the best secret in Capitol Hill.
Varun Kumar
One of my favorite pizza places in Seattle (and as a recent New Yorker, that's high praise). Their pickled leek pizza is unique and therefore a must-order
Danielle Vichi
I’ve lived in New York my entire life and I like to think I’ve had some of the most top-notch pizza there is. I’m new to the Seattle area and honestly felt sad at the idea that I wouldn’t find pizza that could live up to what I’ve always known. But then I ate at Blotto. And it is, truly, THE BEST pizza I have ever eaten. We tried 3 pies - Cheese, Pepperizzo + Hatch, and Summer Squash. The Cheese and the Summer Squash were my favorites and I’m certain I’ll be dreaming about them later tonight. The fresh pecorino/parm on the crust, the provolone and lemon cream - oh my god, they were amazing. I also highly recommend their ranch for dipping! The wine selection is incredible, the space is cozy, and the staff is knowledgeable and beyond friendly. I have found my go-to spot for pizza in Seattle. If you haven’t tried Blotto yet, GET TO IT!!
Sophie Newman

I hate to even share a review, because then everyone will know how amazing this place is and I'll never be able to get a table ever again. But seriously, just go here. Amazing staff, down to earth experience, a perfect neighborhood pizza place. Highly recommend.
