Reviews of Fassler Hall
Mister F
A great space with indoor and outdoor seating. Food was good. There was every NFL football game on different TVs. Beer prices are a touch high. Nice draft selection. Parking is on street or paid at a ramp.
David Little
Love coming here. Great atmosphere, love the outdoor seating area with beautiful sweeping views of the skyline. Lots of games and activities, they even had trivia night going on while there! Got the jalapeño chicken sausage with sauerkraut, veeerry very good. Packed full of flavor, the sausage casing was crisp and tight, the inside was spicy and juicy, and the sauerkraut was the perfect addition. For dessert I had a slice of peanut butter chocolate pie, and it was something to remember. Overall a great place, love coming here any time I visit.

We come to Fassler Hall all the time because the customer service is always top notch and the food is incredible. It is great for large groups because of the long tables. Their brats are amazing and so are there burgers. There are usually beer specials going on. This place is a must for anyone in the OKC area!

I visited Fassler Hall for the second time ever last night to celebrate a colleague's retirement..
I enjoyed a liter of Hefeweizen, the appetizer pretzels with mustard and cheese, and a beer braised cheddar wurst..
The beer was cold and had a fantastic flavor. The pretzels were served hot and had a slightly crisp exterior and soft interior, and the cheddar wurst was hot, juicy, and full of flavor..
If you want to enjoy the very best of a German pub vibe, Fassler Hall is your place.. The service was on point, considering the number of folks in our party.. Our server, Cassie, didn't miss a beat!!

I was initially excited to order the duck fat fries along with the hunter sausage. Sadly the fries were fairly bland with no special flavor to write home about. The hunter sausage is fine but didn't make up for the mediocre fries. It was my first time trying the duck fat fries and maybe I relied too much on the name thinking it indicated flavor.

I celebrated my best friends birthday here. It was my first time going, such a great place with spectacular food. The prices are quite affordable for the quality of the food. Can't wait for my next visit. I suggest if more than 3 are dining to get the "feed the table" deal, y'all won't be disappointed.

Incredible atmosphere for watching a game, soooooo many TV’s. Outdoor patio was neat as well with a Saturday night DJ and lots of yard games and TV’s. Had wonderful service both from our waiter and bar staff. Drinks were all superb and VERY reasonably priced for a place like this. Food was good, but nothing to write home about besides the Duck Fries, those things were incredible. Great location for large parties because their tables are massive, can easily hold twenty plus people.
Kaysi Hursey
Delicious! I recommend the potato cakes and the schnitzel dinner 🍽 they have fans outside to try to beat the summer heat with games like ping pong and jenga. Take the elevator up! …
Zachary Allegretti
I came here with some friends for some drinks. I tried their German tart cocktail, but I didn't really like it all that much. The sausages were really good though. They have cornhole on the patio, so it's a good spot to hangout.

For months I’ve been hearing about Fassler Hall and I mistakenly placed its location in the stinky old cafeteria that used to be in the Midtown area. Thank God I was wrong! Fassler Hall is a new build construction project that houses a few different businesses. The food and beer were amazing and so is Emma, the bar-goddess!

I had a good time here, drinks were good and it's in a cool little area. Food was alright, I had the schnitzel sandwich and for what it was It was kind of expensive. Also the meat was really thin quite a bit tough, but the fries were really good. I believe fries are extra though. Overall cool little spot.

I believe their beer list has shrunk since I last been here but it's also been over like 2 years since I've been here. The food was really good but the service was really slow. we had to go up to the bar to order anything as the servers ignored our table. It definitely looked like there was sadly a staffing shortage here too.
That being said I would still come back to try other items or just hang out

Dog friendly place. Kind server, fun games and amazing food. I can’t wait to visit again.
Greg
Great beer, food and games indoor or outdoor seating with great views of downtown OKC. Right above Dustbowl Bowling.
Deniz Mirik
Very busy place during week they didn’t try food but looks good. Drink was good too wasn’t pricey at all
Angela Nowell
We had a great dinner. Duck fat fries. Sausage sampler. A really fun place to hang out. My Cowboy got an enormous beer. The staff are super nice. Check it out!

I've been here twice now. This last time it was for a friend's birthday. It was so much fun!! We got there around 8 at night on a Saturday, and it was packed! Not uncomfortably so but like there was no seating inside yet. The bar tender was super nice and the food was amazing too!!! The only thing I didn't like was the music after a while. It became so loud that we had to yell to hear one another. But other than that it's a great place to hang out, drink and eat good food 😁
OnmyojiRock
I've been here a few times, each time trying something new. The blue moon with orange I got here years ago was amazing. The regular schnitzel sandwich and chicken schnitzel sandwich are very good. Most recently, I got the sausage sampler and I'm glad I tried the various sausages on the menu. I got the chicken habanero, lamb sausage, and cheddar bratwurst. I tried the pretzel cherry, never had one before but I am a fan now. The staff were all attentive and polite.
Adam Figuracion
Good place for happy hour until 7 PM or German beer/food. Singo (song bingo) on Sundays is no longer happening.
Manxie
Wait staff was very friendly and the food was hot and delicious. My only issue with this place is that there aren't any drink choices (other than water) for people who don't drink. There are many great German beverages that are nonalcoholic and I'd love to see them incorporate a few.
Jon wallingford
Excellent sausage made in house. The duck fat fries are perfect every time. Huge selection of German beer. Big wooden tables and very noisy. Authentic beer hall atmosphere. 21 to enter after 8pm.
Mendy Schmerer
We chose Fassler Hall as our off-site conference evening event location. Jamie reserved tables for us and we had the south patio side to ourselves, I ordered from the catering menu for 150 of us, and we all had a spectacular time! The food was delicious and plentiful, Cassie and Shelly, our servers, worked their tails off for us, and we all had a phenomenal time. Thank you for making our evening wonderful!
Irish Danielson
The food and beer are fantastic! I love the games area and the fact that they allow dogs!!! The only reason service isn't 5* is the fact that they staff their outside area very slim. With such a large area for outdoor activities, they need more than one server. That being said, a slightly longer await for a beer is an easy price to pay for such a great place to hang out! We have been here several times now, and I would definitely come back in the future.
La'Toya D.R.
It’s giving college vibes… if I was still
in college, this is the place I would come to every weekend. So, I’ll give it a pass, it’s a no for me.
Joel Hendershott
We had a large group on a Sunday evening and our server Zoe did such an incredible job serving and accommodating our group of about 30 folks. The hatch and Gouda sausages were so incredible. Beer selection was great and service was incredible. Thanks for hosting OK Bar Citizen!
Bryan Detwiller
Fassler Hall has a fantastic space. There is abundant outdoor seating and plenty of lawn games to play, like giant Jenga blocks. Inside is also open and airy. You are encouraged by signs to seat yourself. Staff was friendly and attentive, though a bit busy. There were some times when I had to wait to order food or another round, but it wasn't to the point that it was a problem. The beer selection was fantastic and included a great assortment of German beers that are usually hard to find on tap. The food was ok. I was excited to try the pretzels, but they were obviously the microwave variety. The stone ground house mustard in large squeeze bottles is ok, but it has an almost salad dressing note to it, like honey mustard dressing was mixed with stone ground mustard, so a little weird...
I managed to order a Belgian waffle right before brunch ended at 3 pm. It was a pretty decent toaster-type belgian waffle. I also tried the sausage sampler. The sausages were a little bit dry, but they were good overall.
If I'm ever in the neighborhood again I'd likely return, but I'd probably order some other food that was made in-house, to get a feeling for their capabilities. Again, all of the staff was very helpful, attentive, and friendly.
Einar Rathgeber
We ventured into downtown on the recommendation of a family member who enticed us to Fassler Hall with the "Kraut Burger." A fan of good kraut, and of unique burgers, I had my mind made up long before we even arrived. Luckily, we were a large party, so I had the opportunity to sample a variety of Fassler food. Maybe it's because I love sauerkraut so completely that left me sour over the much-hyped Kraut Burger. The tiny patty barely had any kraut and was dry and rather bland. I tried dressing it up with every mustard, sauce, and condiment on the table, but the last bite was no more tasty or juicy than the first. A side of potato pancakes (more hash-brown medallions, perhaps) were fried nicely, and had a good flavor. It would have been nice to have an option of sour cream and chives OR applesauce with these, but they were a good choice overall and most of the table enjoyed at least one. The best park of the pork rind appetizer was the French dip that we ended up smearing on everything on the table -- just for a little flavor. Even the cheddar jalepeno brat was dry and short on spice. We chose from a thin mix of beers, but again, Fassler fizzled, with several out of stock, and limited variety. Our server was fun and friendly and nailed every order, and we were tempted to just stay quiet on everything else another server kept trying to drop off at our table!

Kids had the best time ever and the staff was really friendly

Delicious German food. I don’t have a lot of this where I live so this was a welcome treat. Fassler Hall has a great beer selection and really tasty food. The schnitzel was perfect. The space is large, clean and with a really good vibe. Contemporary urban German. Thaw layout is simple, we ordered at the bar, took a number and the food showed up pretty quickly. We were there on a Saturday night and there was a really large crowd of people but we had no trouble finding seating. The view from the back patio is great as well. I would definitely eat here again.
Lance Smith
The food and service are excellent. The atmosphere I ranked at 3 stars because of the crowd and the music the last time that I went. The crowd did not detract from the quality of the food or the service. You can tell that they know what they are doing.

Seat yourself at this German style hall! The smoked venison sausage was SO GOOD! On a separate visit got the chicken salad and it was huge and also delicious. The duck fat fried fries are also divine.
Greg Bennett
Great draft beer selection, food choices
Paulisha Townson
Delicious food, fast service, and a great city skyline view! They have cornhole, jumbo jenga, and connect 4.
BigMattyCrits
The food is absolutely excellent, but the service is 10/10. Make sure you ask for my guy Elijah, he gets bonus points for surviving my step-mom--just imagine Miranda Priestly from The Devil Wears Prada. He's green, but he's a sweetie pie, so come see him and tip him well!
Timothy Neighbors
The sausages are incredibly good. I have the sampler that comes with your choice of three. I opted for a bratwurst since it is a traditional selection, the lamb, and the hunter, which is made from venison. Ask three were fantastic with the hunter being my favorite.
Lisa Philpot
Delicious food and so nice to have in OKC. We don't have to go all the way to Tulsa for duck fat fries or pretzels. Amazing brats. Worth every penny and worth the drive.
Laura Spriggs
I tried out Fassler Hall last night for the first time. Nice view Of downtown OKC. Cool venue, good German food, great live music & met some new friends 👍🏻 I sampled the schnitzel sandwich & pretzel 🥨 …
Gregory Kuhn
I had forgotten about this place honestly. I had lunch with a friend here a couple of years back and loved it. Brought my wife one time and loved it...then got life distracted. Got it “to go” this evening and still love it. Have always had great service here and the atmosphere is great. Not much of a bar guy but their selection looks pretty legit.
Mel C
Love the open dining and patio. Beers are amazing. Had the hatch chile and gouda sausage and it was delicious. Waitress was super sweet. Great atmosphere!
Amanda
Was caught in the rain during a walk from capitals ice cream and ran into fassler hall! I had been a few times before, but much later at night, where I found out the crowd and atmosphere is COMPLETELY different. I enjoyed the afternoon crowd much more! They had a band playing, the rain made for a great view, the service was great, and the drinks were awesome! I highly suggest visiting in the afternoon or early evening, it made for a perfect and unexpected Sunday funday!
John
It was a little hard finding as its above the bowling alley. Food was sooo good. We got feed the table and didn't need to order more food. They have a great Dunkel on tap.
Tom Heron
We had a team team builder event here in the spirit of Oktoberfest playing giant connect four and jenga, ping pong, and corn hole while having some great beer. We ordered two of table boards for our group of 10 which was more than enough and great food. Love this place.
M. R. (Ladymayala)
Decent German food, although a little bland. My tastebuds may be a bit biased however, considering I've had the honor of eating the real thing due to having friends born and raised in Germany. I ordered the chicken schnitzel. Came with duck fat fries. Sat at the bar with a friend who ordered the regular schnitzel. I also ordered a blueberry cocktail from the menu, and it tasted a bit like cough syrup or cold medicine. The dessert options were pretty decent. We had slices of banana cream and key lime pies from Pie Junkie.
Emma, the bartender, provided good service during the busy time of day we went to visit. And the manager made us smile when he sang along to the music playing in the restaurant. ;-) we were given complimentary pretzels. They come with gouda cheese sauce and mustard. Awesome pretzels! I could probably make those my entree if I come back.
Hunter Unkefer
Delicious food all around. The 3 sausage plate was amazing. I had the pork shank. It was really good as well. Slightly overcooked but still amazing. The pretzel was also good and the queso it came with tasted great
Will return again for sure
Michael Teicheira
Absolutely love Fassler’s! Great food, ice cold beers, and a fun atmosphere.
If you’re in the area, stop in and try the hot pretzels. They’re the best in town by far!
DJ BiggRich Johnson
Very nice bar! Outside heated patio, good food, Spacious, great view of downtown from the balcony
Angela Smangela
Rating based off of the dish mainly. I do like Fasslers, it’s actually a very fun plce with a lot to do from games to the bowling alley called Dust Bowl below. The dish I’m posting about is their Jagerschnitzel w/ potato salad, which they just changed the recipe and it’s amazing!
Out of the 3 German specific restaurants I’ve been to with a few of my friends from Germany, We all agree that Fasslers has the best tasting Jagerschnitzel! 1 plate is big enough for a few meals. Absolutely delicious!
Taylor Gardner
If you need a good beer and some pub food, this is the place! I recently visited my brother in OKC and he recommended this place for a late night stop. It was excellent. My German is lacking but the bartenders were happy to help me find an equivalent drink to what I normally drink. Also, after 9, the bratwursts are half price. It was a great place for a delicious snack and a good drink. The atmosphere attracts a younger crowd, but the open seating makes it easy to find space to catch up and hang out.
Derrick
A fun place to hangout with friends or have a party. They have bowling downstairs and table top style games upstairs. They also have a large selection of beer on tap and a nice view of the city. The crowd here is casual and the upstairs patio is pet friendly.
Tylar
Amazing food in a place I never would have imagined. Big portions of food and so many choices of brats it was hard to chose. We got the chedderbrat, lamb brat and hunter and loved all of them. The potato salad was also very good. Great service and loved the atmosphere
Alexis Chacón
It's a great place to spend a night full of fun in Oklahoma City, perfect to drink beer with no limits, watch and enjoy all kind of TV sports, play some table games with your friends and some other games in the outside. With a little stage where a dj makes you dance all night. Perfect to go with all your friends and to see some of the night life in the big city.
Blake Masters
Great atmosphere. Dog friendly. Family friendly. Get-together friendly. Friendly staff. And great food.
Shawn
Good atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Drinks always on point. Great place to bring the kids and pets during the day. They do have a rule after 8 pm only adults. If your bringing kids during the day they do have a bowling alley on the 1st floor.
Mike Hicks
Great place to hang out. The Guinness was perfect. I had the schnitzel Sandwich, Fantastic. The hunter sausage is delicious. Emily was very helpful.
Butch Newell
Stopped by for something to drink and ended up getting a couple of pretzels with the upgraded Gouda Cheese.
I’m so glad I did!
Definitely will be stopping by again before I leave the state.
Jerry Fahrni
If you're looking for a great place to grab a beer and watch a game, this is the place. Great selection of beer. Good food. The atmosphere could use a bit of work and the service wasn't the best, but overall, I would recommend it.
bypolar 22
Love this place. Great beer selection and the food is amazing. It's always busy and loud but it's worth it.
Kathryn O'Donnell
The sausages! Get the sausages.
I am a huge fan.
The atmosphere is 100% German beer hall.
Awesome beer selection.
Fantastic staff.
Shirin May
The atmosphere is great for a laid back, open bar, loud crowd, live music vibe. The outdoor seating is well spaced for social distancing, and there's heaters that keep the area super warm, even in the 40s windy Oklahoma. The food was ok. The beer was better. The brat was awful. It smelled way better than it tasted. Smelled like a fresh tailgate grill, tasted like a 2 days later dog. Everything else was good. The Oktoberfest was a good wheat beer, light and not bitter. The pretzel was fresh, but Really salty. The staff was friendly and laid back. Overall, a great place to unwind, have a beer, listen to music and play cornhole.
杨倡
Super cool places! The environment is definitely 6 stars. Food is also great.
Kerra Unal
I can’t believe this place is crowded as I expect. Cool sport bar in town. I love their blubbery special cocktail!
Brandi Vera
The layout and design of Fassler Hall is so inviting and comfortable. I felt at ease and Skyler the bartender was on point and so sweet. Dj Reni put on an awesome set the first night I went and I'm going back tonight to see DJ Litebrite! Patron for life!
S+(well above an A+)

First time coming here. I am from Germany and was excited to try a German themed restaurant in America... The "German potato salad" wasnt at all what was expected and was a bit disappointed. The "pork schnitzel"was overcooked and dry like it was frozen too long the fried. Tough to bite and eat.
The duck fat fries were good.
Sandy White
Fun atmosphere. Sat outside on a nice morning. Had brunch. Love the games to keep kids occupied while they wait to eat. Keeps the adults happy too. Brunch was delicious. Definitely recommend this place.
poltergejst
The atmosphere here is BEAUTIFUL. Lovely open air when it’s nice out, and good AC when it’s too hot or rainy. Their schnitzel and spaetzel are a must have. I one hundred percent recommend this place to anyone in town. Even if this food genre isn’t your thing, or seems intimidating, give it a try. (they have good drinks too!)
Israel Chavez
Wanna go out for a great beer, get good food and enjoy an awesome environment? Well this is your place! Good selection of German Beers and great food! I would recommend the cheddar brats!
Ryan Wood
I have been here a lot and really enjoy the many things offered. I went for lunch on a Saturday and it was not packed. I got a hatch green chili and Gouda bratwurst for $8 and it was a 10/10. Staff are friendly and the patio seating is dog friendly. Very nice German food and beer selections. They regularly have DJs come in the evenings to get the place a lot more lively and excited. There's a ping pong table outside along with Cornhole and other outdoor games. The indoor area is really nice with wooden furniture. The walls are large glass window garage doors that open up to the patio outside with fans in summer and heaters in winter. Easily recommend coming here for beer, brats, music, and a fun environment.
Nabeel Jamal
The Habanero Chicken sausage was good. Great flavor with the right amount of kick. The duck fat fries left more to be desired. I've had better batches here in the past, so hoping this was an anomaly. For beer lovers there is always great selection of German beers on tap.
Irma Rodriguez
I went to visit Fassler Hall for a Boeing event. There were many people socializing, happy and enjoying the event. It’s a great place to hold a social.
Jon
This place has a (large) great beer selection at affordable prices (especially during that happy hour - very nice!). The menu was great and also very affordable. Not your typical German restaurant though, so if that's what you are looking for check the menu before hand. The brats and sausages all looked amazing - mine was very good!
Morgan Pierce
I went to Fassler Hall for the first time a few weeks ago. It’s a very cool place atmosphere-wise, and they have a nice selection of beer. I do wish the beer was a better deal though. For instance, you can order a full pint or a whole pint, but there is no pice discount for ordering the larger pint size.
Still this definitely seems like a fun place to hang out in the summer on a Friday night. If you want a place to go out in a big group, this is your place!
Suzanne Keene
Excellent food great Brauts of course. We sat outside. Outdoor atmosphere was very family friendly with corn hole, and games for adults and kids.
The Hunter Braut was excellent. Lamb was as well, I just regretted not getting "true Braut" after tasting my hubby's with the great kraut!
Cathy Strategier
Brunch was tasty on Sunday. Waffles were cooked just right and served with a nice raspberry jam along with syrup. The sausage breakfast taco had a great bold flavor and the pile driver was delicious! Vanilla vodka with orange juice tasted like a dream(sicle). Server was nice but didn't seem to have much of a sense of urgency-took a while to get menus and drinks.
CHCR
Atmosphere was great, bartender was amazing, beer was cold & food was ok! Would revisit for location, beer and atmosphere but food wasn’t that impressive.
Sarrah Baca
Delicious food! I went in blindly and was really impressed. I'm not usually into pretzels and cheese, but the smoked gouda cheese sauce was amazing. Even for coming in at 11pm the chicken was very juicy, the brussel sprouts and the duck fat fries were wonderful. We sat at the bar and I ordered one drink, in total spent $25 for one appetizer ($7) and a half bird ($12 w 2 sides) and I believe $5 for my drink.
Katherine Juden
Great selection of beer both bottle and tap. Food menu feels a bit limited but the sausage made in house had good flavour.
Richard Nixon
Food was good, restrooms were giving 80s bully is gonna give you a swirly vibes anyways I left you guys a postcard about the Prost. exam you were having hope your exam goes well and you studied hard xoxo 💋 …
Chris Howard
Great location, even better atmoshere, and the food is very good. Drinks are fairly inexpensive. I
Victor Perez
Food was delicious. Plenty of games and tvs. Great place to go hang out. They have corn hole and giant Jenga. They have sports on the tvs. Service was pretty good
Douglas Layer
Incredible place. Huge. Great vibes. Good beers on top. The food is stunningly good and authentic. If you have non-beer drinkers, the bar is stocked full of liquors and the bar tenders k ow how to mix. Truly a great place.
JD
Great service and delicious food! We enjoyed the half priced sausages for lunch. :-)
Taylor R
This place has a great atmosphere! Great place to hang out with friends or family. I recommend the chicken and waffle or the spicy chicken biscuit.
Amanda Hoddy
Fassler Hall is always a good time!! Weekends are a large and boisterous crowd, while weeknights are more chilled out. I enjoy coming to trivia nights and meetups with the Oklahoma Board Game Community at Fassler. The food selection is always delicious, and it's really nice that you can order a larger selection of food from the bowling alley downstairs as well. I can strongly recommend the soft pretzels and mini hot dogs (wrapped in bacon and covered in chili) in particular, but I've also enjoyed their duck fat fries, schnitzel sandwich, and a burger from Dust Bowl Lanes. The beer selection is quite large, but the wine and cocktails are also fantastic. I enjoy the atmosphere, being partially outdoors - you get a patio vibe with the weather-proofness of a roof. In winter months they have large heaters over the outdoor area, so you're not too cold. There is also a stage area, presumably for live musicians, but I've never been there for a live show. There is a collection of oversize games for the outdoor area, like Jenga and ConnectFour that are fun to play. The crowd is a varied demographic, but generally 20-40. I will always come back to Fassler!!
hugo hernandez
This Thursday dj should play all weekend. Love the food and atmosphere
Jack Fuller
I was here for NBA Draft night and had the time of my life. 3 Bars total, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs next to the bowling ally's. The Lines to get a drink were a little long but the place was packed! The Employees treated people with respect and carried a smile everywhere they went. I really enjoyed the opportunity to meet so many awesome people and cant wait for the next visit!!
trudi roland
Today was my first time here. I had the Schnitzel dinner with the sweet potato Spätzle and red cabbage. The Schnitzel was huge and very tasty. The Spätzle was good too. The red cabbage was ok, to me it was to crisp. I will be back. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and I'm sure the outside sitting is great in the spring
Alice Lee
Bingo nights on Monday are always a good time, but they no longer do half off bratwursts on Mondays unfortunately. Beer is always good, service can be a bit slow at times but they seem to be doing their best with limited staff at times.
Food is generally good. Great place to hangout with friends!
Courtney Radke
While understandably limited in the German beer selection right now, they are still the go to for a pint (or litre) of the good stuff. Food is good as always, great outdoor space, and pet friendly. Drinks (Beer) A+ | Food A | Service A | Atmosphere A
Amy Durst
Wow! Fassler Hall, Jamie, Lexie, Emma, and Cassidy bent over backwards to make my daughter's graduation party a success!!! Thirty-five people, drinks, buffet, and multiple orders, and they handled it professionally, capably, and their smiles never left their faces! Bravo!!! The *only* thing I could say that might bear improvement from owners (certainly not staff!) is that a glass room gets a little warm on a hot day. That's it!! Food was great, drinks were great, prices were great, and service was OUTSTANDING. I would give ten stars if I could. Thank you, Fassler Hall!
Michael Gilbert
Great selection of German fare. Cool venue with plenty of seating and standing room. Not to mention authentic Oktoberfest benches! (Minus the back to back crowded seating)
Lisa Bailey
The food and beer here!!! 😀 We had amazing big, soft pretzels with smoked gouda cheese and mustards, beer cheese in a bread bowl, 3 kinds of bratwurst, and huge, delicious German beers. Food and service were excellent!!! …
David Craig
Great food, good atmosphere, really nice place in midtown.
Paul Thompson
This place has good food and pretty good service. Was disappointed that out of the seven or eight pies that they have advertised, they only had two available.
David Meillier
German Hall out of all draft Hefeweizen. Beers we got were good. The mustard and beer cheese for the pretzel made up for 86'd beers.
Cameron Thomas
I visited Fassler Hall for a late lunch with a small group. The service was good. The food was generally very good. I got a sausage sampler with bratwurst, cheddarwurst, and lamb sausage. The lamb sausage was too dry to eat it, the others were very good. I liked their sauerkraut. It was slightly peppery. The restaurant was generally clean, but you can see signs of wear. The men's room was not good. It stunk, badly. Needs a deep cleaning...badly, and needs repairs. Neither stall door would close. One of the toilet paper dispensers was broken and would not stay shut.
I would come back to try the food, but be very hesitant based on the men's room. It makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like.
Debbie Preissler
Great view from the outdoor balcony. Weather was wonderful no smoke . A guy was playing music and it was just right not really loud. Would go again.
Gabriel Hicks
This place is a great place to eat lunch. It's quiet and I have never had to wait. The food is delicious, I really enjoyed the kraut burger and the sausage sampler.
Bill Utasi
Our teams met up here for an introductory happy hour and had a blast, Boeing fully supports Fassler Hall!
Catherine Cobb
TLDR: Nice place, nice people, okay food. Needs daily brunch menu for 4 stars.
I have been here a few times now and have decided that three stars is fair enough.
The wait staff is great, always attentive and kind. The atmosphere is nice, I love that I can sit wherever I want, inside or outside.
The food is what caused me to remove two stars.
My first visit was super good, I came on a weekend and had the chicken and waffle and it was really good. If they had the brunch menu served everyday instead of just in Sunday and Saturday, I would have given 4 stars. The food was freshly cooked, crispy where needed and just salty and sweet enough for the dish.
.. Unfortunately their other food is mediocre at best in my opinion. I have had two different sandwiches and neither were great.
The chicken schnitzel was OK but halfway through the sandwich it started to taste really gross and underdone.
The eggplant sandwich tasted fine, but the eggplant was so tough I couldn't bite through and it came off the sandwich.
The pretzel appetizer tastes good, but it's not much different from a frozen pretzel you can warm up from the frozen section in a grocery store, you're just paying way too much for it here. You get two small pretzels for about 7 dollars, maybe 3 or 4 would make it more reasonable for an appetizer, this would work better as a side for 2 or 3 dollars.
The duck fries are pretty good, no complaints there.
Cindy Whitfield
Love this place, happy vibe, lots of beer choices & great German food. We went for brunch, delicious!
Kevin O'Sullivan
Fassler has three big things going for it- the huge amount of quality outdoor seating, the nice location, and literally the giant selection of beers. It's probably the outdoor seating and the novelty of the large beer steins that keeps most folks coming back, but they also have a fun selection of sausages on the menu. In the Spring and Fall it's a wonderful place to sit after work outside and enjoy the weather. It makes for a great meet up spot thanks to the large tables and amount of seating as well. There are outdoor games (cornhole) scattered about typically.
Drinks and food are pretty cheap, although you won't be happy drinking here unless you are into beer. My only real criticism is that sometimes the crowd can be a bit much in terms of fratty millennials but hey, nothing is perfect and it is sort of to be expected at a place selling itself as a giant beer hall.
S S
The atmosphere later in the night is the college crowd, but still a very good time. I would recommend trying some of their house/local beers. The prices are pretty average and bar service was pretty good. If my wife and I are in the area again we will probably stop back by for a few drinks.
Brian Beller
Brunch is always good. Mimosas by the bottle is a great deal.
Chris Terrill
I agree with previous reviews about the schnitzel being dry and hard to eat. Definitely was not worth the $11 or $12 I paid for it. The staff itself is eh 50/50. They just acted like they were bothered when asking them questions but when they saw what I tipped. Then it was a different story. Will I go back probably not. I can find other establishments to spend my money at.
Ryan George
Awesome beers and food. Great location.
Nicole Chilton
Great friendly staff. The food was very good.
Zach Cook
Great atmosphere. Lots of German beers. I drank a full liter of a great Octoberfest. No smoking. You will be IDed to get in. They serve bar food as well. They had a DJ and a dance for as well.
Hunter
Always a good time at Fassler. My company put on a small event here and had food catered from fassler and it was good. The brats are always good and their fries are good as well and lots of selections of drinks. Outdoor seating and games plenty of space. It's also usually not extremely loud so you can actually carry on a conversation. They will sometimes have DJs come at night but they usually doesn't pick up until around 10:00 or 11:00.
Brandi Renae Meeks
The bartenders on Thursday night r amazing! Super observant, friendly and fun to watch!
Deborah Bowles
Way bigger than I tought. The waitresses were really good at keeping our large group fed and glasses full. The meatloaf was amazing, no lies. So was the pretzels! Lots of beers on tap.
Samuel Clemens IV
Sausages and Duck Fat Fries! Talk to Mallory she has your beer selection on lock. Just go!
Michael Maloney
This is our favorite place in OKC. Awesome view of downtown, plenty of seating, diverse crowd, great 1 lt and .5 lt draught beer selection, the food is good and reasonably priced, the staff is always on point, super clean and cool ambient. We recently moved to Tulsa, but stopped in this morning for brunch. The waffle and chicken was fair and my wifes chicken schnitzel was good.
Patty Santino
Delicious 😋 So good...This was 1st visit and we will be back for sure! …
StephAnie Stuckert
Cool place to celebrate Oktoberfest I bet. Food was pretty good and the beers looked excellent.
Sharon V
Big beer selection including local brews. The sausages are so good and high quality. Get the loaded duck fat fries. Trust me.
Michael Yancy
Great food and atmosphere. Love it. Definitely going back
Jerry D. Voss
This place is great if you want to sit back relax and enjoy good food. I recommend the pork rinds!
Stephen Michael
Fantastic beer selection. Good authentic food. Great atmosphere, fun spot, have good live music now n then. Great place for groups parties eat with friends
Vick Figcreek
Pretty chill Dj was having issues when we went but good place to hang out.
Jenn Moran
Great food and drinks - big space for large groups!
Dova Rossi
Duck Fried skins w/onion dip is really good! Waffles are large and cooked perfect. Great atmosphere.

This place is a classic, fun, open, German beer hall. There's a ton of seating inside and out, plus at the giant bar, so we've never had to wait for a table. The service is usually pretty quick and they have some great appetizer and drink specials for happy hour. The patio has cornhole, jenga and other games plus big fans to keep you cool in the hot summer nights. We have brought friends from out of town on occasion because of it's fun vibe and inexpensive--but delicious-- food. Get the pretzels and gouda cheese dip--SO good! And you can never go wrong with the three sausage sampler. Last time we were there we tried the hatch green chili and gouda sausage, which was a monthly feature, and it was the best one we've had! They make all their own brats and sausages so of course it's fresh and just tastes so much better than anything you could buy in a store. We love the Hunter too, and of course the classic Cheddarwurst is an easy favorite, mild flavor with gooey cheese in it. We also love the big beer selections and that it's served in giant beer steins! Great experience and highly recommended.
the9vsgirl
Fun place to eat and drink in the city! Bingo nights and trivia nights are a highlight!
thecheezygirl
Fun outdoor German bar! Lots of outdoor games and space to sit with a good view. Yummy beer, pretzels, and dog-friendly (outside only)!
Erik Valentine
Got the German Nachos and the Sausage Sampler and was very impressed. Definitely a great choice to watch a game or event and just hang out.
Vivian Campbell
First if all I love that we can take our dog with us in the patio area. Second the food is fantastic, large variety of beer...sooo good!..... a year later and still as great as ever!!!
Erik J
Mmmmm, good. I had the duck fat fries. They are amazing. The schnitzel sandwich is delicious. I've been here a couple times. Have a very good selection of German beer. Their sausages are absolutely delicious. If you go and you're not sure which one to get try the sampler plate. You can pick three different sausages. The lamb sausage cheddarwurst are definitely one's to try.
They also have some games outside. It's a good place to take a party because they have some very long tables which you can pick probably 12 more people. We haven't been here this is definitely a place to try out.
Alpha 86
Fun environment laid back nice drinks and nit to expensive!
Natalie Johnson
The fish and chips were amazing. Staff was friendly and attentive OH and the artichoke dip was so so good!
Sophia Beattie
Good beer, great food and plenty of room for large groups.
Drica Drica
Do yourself a favor and try their pretzel bread pudding.
Matthew Cavanaugh
This place has a great German beer selection, in addition to some really great sausages. It's not really a place, in my opinion, where you get an entree and have a quiet meal. It is the sort of place you go with some friends for some beers and a platter of pretzels and sausage.
Miranda Emard
We got the feed the table (6 sausages of your choice, a full roasted chicken, fries, saurkruat, 3 or 4 soft pretzels with beer cheese, 2 types of mustard) for 4 adults and 2 kids. It comes out on a long cutting board and cardstock paper serving bowls/trays. It was absolutely enough food and the food was delicious.
I don't like sausage, typically, but this was not like bratwurst you buy at the store. There are several sausages to choose from; hatch chili, bratwurst, hunters (mix of meats like venison, buffalo, pork), lamb, cheddarwurst, habanero, to name a few. The fries are called duck fries because they are fried in duck fat, so they are very flavorful. The pretzels are soft, a little too salty for me, but yummy, and the cheese dip is good as well. Chicken was Chicken 🤷🏻♀️
They have a decent selection of German beer served in liter and half liters.
I think the feed the table is about $60. I don't recall the drink prices. The service is ok. They aren't bugging you every two seconds which is nice, but if you need anything extra sometimes it is hard to flag down a waitress. I'm going to say that is due to the times where most restaurants are understafged. They have all been very nice (we go monthly).
Josh Mosburg
The food foe the table option was totally worth it. Food was really good and filled up a table of 6 adults. Service was a young lady with a good smile and willingness to get things right. Would go back.
Dee VanCuren (LetterAfterC)
This place is awesome. They carry my favorite stiegl beer and the food is delicious and the place is pretty big so there is tons of room, plenty of tv's to watch games and it's in the heart of midtown.
Lenzy Gilles
This place has not only really good food, lots of beer choices but it also is the perfect place for gathering with friends for a night out as when the weather is warm. they have an indoor section to eat at or you can sit outside at one of the tables and they have Hakki-sack and ping pong that people can play while they're waiting for their food. LOTS of beer choices. I usually get their schnitzel sandwich and duck fries.
The atmosphere there was also a lot of fun.
Timothy T
Awesome desiged and vibes. Laid out for open socialization, large benches, every wall has a ledge for drinks. Cool view of the area and a long bar. Their food was great too. Duck fat fries are super tasty with their house made mustard, great for sharing. Bratwursts and schnitzels were both great too, easy enough to eat and not hinder conversation. Bar tender was super friendly too. Live music and dog friendly.
The Snider Group
Awesome Brat, duck fat fries, and Octoberfest
LadyLiza Ellis
Our server was awesome, the food was delicious, the drink selection was enormous. I knocked a star for the laziest & rudest food runner who literally tossed a slice of pie on our table and just kept walking. The DJ/Trivia guy had the weirdest Playlist that just didn't mesh well. It was kinda funny actually.
Jeff Clark (Neolist)
Best pretzel I've had in some time. You should try it!
April Kyle
Great beer and food. Great service. Plenty of seating both indoor and out. Free parking about 1 block east.
brittanie zaloudik
Friendly staff, great drinks and snacks! Love that it's dog friendly, our pup had a blast!
Tim Bishop
Beer and food okay. Wait staff was marginal at best. Hard to find them and order from. Very quick on presenting tabs however.
Daniel Stone
I love this place. The sausages and German beers are great. However, they put sugar on their French fries. I wish they had listed that somewhere as I am trying to limit my daily sugar intake.
KBr
Went in with a friend; we split the duck fat fries appetizer with beer cheese and gouda. The fries on their own were hands-down the best I've ever had, but paired with the beer cheese and smokey gouda they were out-of-this-world good! The beers were great, as was the Berry Collins, and the portion size on the duck fat fries app was also really good. The bar keeps were awesome too, both of ours were very friendly. Atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for, not too quiet, not too loud, but lots of fun. Will definitely be back soon to try the Smokehouse and one of the Belgian waffles.
Caleb Newville
Great socializing spot with a view of downtown, great beer selection and house made sausage.
Aaron Walsh
Very delicious, definitely recommend coming. Very open and lots of choices for food and alcohol
Kay
Food and service was very good. Location is nice, patio seemed awesome, too. My only "but" is that they had the patio heaters on when it was more than 70 degrees outside making it just hot and gross, so I moved inside. TO BE FAIR, this is more of a reflection of Okies than Fassler Hall lol
Thanks for the great food!
Samuel Cooper
My favorite bar in OKC. Far more enjoyable on a slow Sunday morning than a booming Friday or Saturday night.
Pretty good food and great authentic Bavarian beer selection. Great atmosphere
John Vincent
Great food, recommend the "feed the table" tons of food for four, could comfortably feed 6, sausage(recommend the hunter) chicken, pretzels, and duck fat fries,
Sydney Brown
The food is always so good and the service is amazing! Also, they have really good cold beer!
D. Dansby
Great food, good atmosphere and excellent beer if you’re into European brews.
Sydnie Montgomery
This place feels like an American version of a German Bier Haus. There is ample space for groups and plenty of space to hangout outside. It's very noisy on the inside though so if you're looking for a quiet place to have a drink and dinner, this isn't it. The servers were attentive and quick. The food, I had a grilled chicken salad, was delicious. The beer is served in half liter and liter glasses unless you specify otherwise. A liter of beer is a lot to drink in one sitting, just fyi.
I came here alone and it was an okay experience. I would have rather been here with friends.
Janet Wolfe
I was craving a pretzel with cheese. The pretzel was good, but the Gouda cheese was like water and didn’t have the Gouda flavor. Craving not fulfilled. 😟. Need a good pretzel with good cheese. Even told the staff the cheese wasn’t good and is as thin as my drink. …
Michael Daniel
I'm going to start this review with this: I like beer. Fassler Hall has plenty to choose from, not to mention their fantastic menu of German-inspired cuisine. Parking isn't too bad in this part of downtown if you don't mind a short walk. The wait staff is attentive and friendly, and there must be something on the menu for children because I saw several families on my visit. If you enjoy bratwurst, schnitzel, pretzels, and beer, you will find plenty to like here.
Angela Balcer
Fun laid-back restaurant. Low key and the food is delicious. They accommodated our large work party of about 20 people. The long table style setup is great for large gatherings. Pretzels, french fries, and whole chicken was tasty. Craft beer pale ale was highly complimented by the group. Sorry, I didn't have one so I don't know the name of the beer, just a general description. Service was great as well, we had a few different servers who made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!
Calcifer 302
Awesome place to hang out. It is dog friendly and has a really cool dog park next to it. They have really awesome sausages and bratwurst and German beer they sell by the liter. Downstairs they even have bowling. Awesome place to just hang and chill with friends.
Joshua Carter
Went here for a friends retirement ceremony. The service was great. The food was tasty and served fairly quick given our big group size. The beer selection was good, especially the German beers. I got a dunkel and it was really tasty and surprisingly light. And very importantly, they didn't mess up our checks at the end, which is always nice! And while we didn't get the chance to utilize them, there are several tables outside with big jenga games set up, and corn hole, and a big connect four board. Looks pretty fun and can't wait to go back!!
Jennie Strader
This was my first time at Fassler Hall. What a great place! Staff was great, very friendly. Our food & drinks were on point. The all around atmosphere was fun & festive.
My only complaint, sorry I do have one 🤷🏻♀️
We were there for a business meeting & the DJ was so loud & obnoxious.
Wish I had pics of our fabulous food...but you must try the feed four tray. So very yummy 😋
Dyllan B
I'm not a clubbing person at all. But I did like this place. The atmosphere is really good. The DJ is pretty good as well. The food and drinks are really good. It is very crowded but on the dance floor usually. There's also a bowling alley which is a plus. This is my second time going just to hang out with friends. You don't have to go just for dancing and clubbing. I'll probably go again.
Kathy Smith
Waaay too noisy...food was great but we couldn't hear each other across the table!!
Michael Thomas
COOP F5, lamb sausage. Good beer and good food. Looking forward to Oktoberfest!
Rod Puentes
Always great to go with the family. I am
Partial to the sausages and the German beer. Wife gets the schnitzel and the kids, burgers. Great atmosphere if you like the openness. Kids go out to play corn-hole or ping pong. I can kick back and watch a game on the tube while I enjoy a beer.
C C
Great German food and beer. Fun atmosphere and open seating inside and out. They have games and darts. Staff are nice and quick with large groups of people. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone!
Aaron Laubhan
Been here twice and had a lot of fun on each visit. Good brews and great atmosphere.
John Baldridge
Excellent beer and sausages! Fassler is a special place to us, as we have been coming here almost every Monday for several years. On Mondays, the sausages are half-price—a great deal! I celebrated my 30th birthday here. Great environment! I recommend the cheddarwurst and lamb sausage with the duck fat fries appetizer with Gouda cheese and mushroom gravy. You’ll not be disappointed! Bonus—the Biergarten is dog-friendly!
Carl G
Great atmosphere and service but man, you guys got to do something about the red cabbage. It has a pail color, its over cooked and NO taste at all. Really!!! That is not German red cabbage. I had to ask if I could have some potato salad, which I got.
The staff was really good. They were very attentive.
Cassandra
I like the majority of their food, and I enjoy their beer. The worst part is the service when they are busy, don't expect to get served often. You may have to get you own menu and it'll take awhile before someone takes your order. Then be prepared to wait, seriously it's not short at all. I really enjoy the atmosphere and games here but it's not one of a kind. I can get what this place offers somewhere else and with faster service.
Danny Shak
Casual bar during the week nights. Very lively on the weekends. Big selection of German beer along. Large area with indoor and outdoor seating. mid 20's to mid 30's age range. Food is decent for the price.
Bonnie Johnston
Had Grandsons 18th Birthday Party here. Great place for a party if adults want to drink. They had the newest beers out. Food was good. Waitress was fantastic took great care of use. Park out front to climb stairs or park in back. Handicap parking and ramp. We had 12 people in our group. On expensive side.
Christy Wimer
This is a great place to eat during lunch. The food is a decent price for being German, but don't expect the same portion sizes as Germany. The cheap beer in Germany is one of the most expensive here, understably due to logistics. Otherwise, I really enjoy the small piece of Germany I can get here and the food is really good. I've made this one of my go to places. Definitely recommend.
Nikki N
The crowd at fassler hall is very lively and boisterous! The bar staff is friendly and attentive. I had a soft pretzel with bacon cheddar sauce and it was amazing! There are bar games and plenty of tables and outdoor seating available. I would recommend this place for a casual fun time!
Coleen Christian
Large selections of beers on tap & bottled. Great food! Professional, friendly staff. Casual, comfortable environment.
Jess Plays Xbox
Duck fat fries were good as always and the selection of beer was very nice. Would recommend Fassler to anyone who wants some good sausages, delicious drinks, and even bingo on monday nights. The service was great, even with our large group of people. Many thanks to our waitress who dealt with all of our orders and the credit cards at the end lol. Will definitely be back!
Dayton Moore
Great tasting food. Friendly service
James Craig
My friends and I came for Trivia hosted by The Lost Ogle. That was lots of fun and we'll be playing more often.
The servers and bartenders were very friendly and helpful, and restaurant is clean. Plus, the prices seem reasonable.
Sean Williams
Perfect atmosphere, open and large. Great imports on tap. Best mustard (the bottle stuff, not the stuff in a cup) I have ever had!! Sausages come with bun when ordered individually. Schnitzel is very tasty. Limited smoking area on outside patio.
Jordan Mulchan
Fantastic place to get a bite, beer, or both! Nice outdoor area with cornhole and giant jenga, and their sausages are great.
Dallas Scott
Nice atmosphere and the staff was pretty quick considering a packed house inside and out. Cheddarwurst was okay - at least it was warm. They did mess up an order or two, but it was packed when I went. I'll have to go back when I'm not DD to try the beer selection. Only downside is that it's super loud. Like this is not an intimate, cozy setting. This is a beer hall and everything that description brings to mind (Stein smashing Thor not included)
Angel M
The food was great, and the prices super affordable!! I had a sausage hot dog that was super tasty. I am not a beer drinker so I am no help there, but the mimosas were really good and I loved the price even more. The only issues I have is with the seating. The tables are looonggg.... meaning that several groups of people had to share one. People kept stepping on the table to get to a seat (gross, but not really a better way to do it unless you ask a bunch of people to get up to let you get to an empty area). After 10:00 pm the place was packed!! The music was pretty good but it was hard to have a conversation with all of the loud noises. We were literally shouting at each other lol. We left shortly after. We still enjoyed our dinner!! I'm sure we'll be back.
AC Liles III
Fun time experiencing German food and beer with a group of friends!!!
Joshua Adkisson
The seating is incredibly uncomfortable, it's echoey and loud almost all the time... But, hey ... It's a German dining hall and the beer is good and freely flowing... Glad this exists in OKC
Kari Cope
Recently went here for a friends birthday party. We don’t usually go out because I outgrew the party scene years ago. This place was nice, roomy, and the drinks were decent, though a little overpriced. Everything was going well until about 10pm... that’s when the drones of young people showed up. It was so packed you could barely move, let alone get a drink. I’d say if you want a nice place to chill and have a drink, do it here before 10.
Daniel Blackwood
Great atmosphere and great drink selection but their food always leaves me disappointed. For example their fries are not crispy at all and their sausages are usually pretty dry. Maybe that's the German way 🤷🏽♂️ …
Alyssa Highley
Love the food and environment. It's a lot of fun to visit.
I'm personally not a fan it the weekend night DJs though. Too loud and I can't hear anyone I'm with. I could literally hear the music clearly from two blocks away where I parked because parking can be a hassle.
Weekdays and weekend afternoons are best time to get the quality food without all the noise if you are like me.
Plenty of people liked the DJ, it just isn't in my taste.
Other downside is that it's very open so if you get a lot of smokers you can't avoid their smoke so it's REALLY hazardous to people with severe asthma. But if we are being honest that's just how Oklahoma is in general since no one respects the smoke 25 feet away from the doors anywhere in this state an no one enforces it.
Beer selection and food are great and it's still one of my favorite places to go.
Marnie Wilson
Visiting to set up for event and nice people work there
Lena B
We went there for my niece's birthday around 11:30 at night to buy some drinks and the music it was awesome the vibe the music the people everybody had positive energy very friendly great crowd
Stellar Kruize
Still some fantastic in-house sausages anywhere in the metro! That stoneground mustard is superb with the brats and kraut. Great beer selection as well. Love me a tasty hefeweizen with the sausage sampler. That habanero sausage ain't no joke either! One of my favorite German spots to hit up.
Stellar Kennels
Great patio, atmosphere and good service. Good selection of beers. However, the food leaves much to be desired. Skip the Schnitzel. It was dry and very tough. Nearly inedible. The brats were tasty but one was not very well cooked. All in all the food was nothing too special.
Charles Lee
Definitely a very busy restaurant, but the service is very friendly and knowledgeable. The food is good (duck fat fries and pretzels are a MUST). The main attraction is the huge selection of German beers available in liter mugs. If you enjoy good beer and brats, no place better in OKC.
Eric Gutenhagen
Went for a quick beer and bite on a Monday evening. At 6 PM we were almost the only ones in the restaurant. Very quiet but I can definitely see the place being packed on the weekend. I had the weissbier and bratwurst and both were excellent. We split the duck fat fries, and while I couldn't quite taste the duck fat, they were tasty. I'll have to go back on a weekend sometime and order something else to get the full experience, but based off my first visit I highly recommend.
Kristen Mozaffari
Fun, interesting place. Decidedly not vegetarian friendly. Lol I heard many people remark about the beer selection, but no one talked about their food and whether or not it was any good. We had a large group. The seating did not accommodate it in a way where people could easily talk to each other, but it wasn't bad (long benches). Seemed like a popular place, though.
Campernut
I feel like this visit wasn't good enough for me to make any kind of actual comment. I was with a large party and didn't really pay much attention to things like service or what the food was really like. But at first impressions I can say that I'm not really impressed. Before I say anymore I will visit again and update my comment after that.
Dawn Sayre
They were amazing. Service was quick despite a mistake on my part in ordering. This was the first time I had ever gone to a beer garden. I am not a beer fan, but hubby is. I had a honey cider, eggplant sandwich, duck fat fries, and potato pancakes with applesauce. Hubby had the jalapeno sausage dog and beer. It was all amazing. The sausage is made in house, too. I loved that I could eat vegetarian and hubby could carnivore. Would definitely go back when are in town again.
Phillip Sproul
Great place to eat and hang out with friends. The wait staff are top notch. They have an awesome beer selection.
Daniel Brue
Open, relaxing place during the day, and a busy weekend night life with life music. Good selection of German and other imported beer. The best kept secret here is the weekend brunch served until 3pm.
Dubs Media
I liked the venue. A little smaller but that was refreshing. The concept of an older classic bowling alley is neat. I was able to watch the Sooners on the big screen on the back wall of the lanes while I played. Note that there are not tons of options for the beer on tap.
Taylor
Really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. I would say that this is not a place for a quick bite. I was there with four people and it took us about 30-45 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered. The wait staff was not super attentive, but I feel like that is due to the laid back atmosphere. It seemed like it was more a hang out place where you start a tab and just chill for a couple of hours.
jayson lundt
For a simple menu the food is surprisingly good. Great food for when you're out drinking and want a snack or become suddenly ravenous. I love the beers at a good price for the selection. The atmosphere is unique, thanks to the community seating. Crowded on weekends but there's always somewhere to stand or sit. Patio is huge, with a nice view. Heated patio lights during winter.
Paul Bell
If all you want to do is drink, this would be a great place for you. However, if your interested in eating, I would recommend you definitely go someplace else. Great beer, but over priced, poor food. If Burger King had beer they would be ranked higher. Not much you can say that was positive, except the paper plates were clean.
Oscar P
Beers & Brats were excellent..
Jane Doe
Visited tonight and it was Octoberfest so the staff was dressed up, which was fun. The live band was terrible. They didn’t even sing-literally just played music that no one knew. The drinks were great like always and restrooms were clean even when busy. The wooden bench seats outside at the picnic tables are scary and almost make you fall if you sit down cause they are wobbly. Being pet friendly is neat though!
Jason Close
This place was a lot of fun. The beer selection was great. The servers and bartenders were really helpful and courteous. We had a great time. I can say that it gets crowded quickly in the evenings, so getting here early is a good idea. My only real ding against the place is that they need a few more appetizers to choose from.
Charles Richardson
Good selection of German beer and food. Venison sausage and duck fat fries were tasty. Can get a bit crowded depending what time you go but they have alot of seating both indoor and outdoor.
Samuel Serpent
My my isn't this a fun place. I love how they sell beer by the half liter, just like Europe! We take everyone that comes into town here. The atmosphere, drinks, games, and food is all perfect.
Carizma Shyne
Perfect place to have fun with family n friends. The drinks are delicious, the music is always on point for every ethnic background. Never too crowded. The openings in the ceiling helps the crowd get a breath fresh air while still looking amazing not swearing off any makeup or ruining outfits
Lindsey Helter
honestly everything was too salty and just a little disappointing. We got the schnitzel sandwich, the bratwurst and an order of pretzels with cheese. The brat was good but the schnitzel sandwich was too much bread and salty. The pretzels were fine but the cheese literally had a ton of salt in it too. I was looking for a good German restaurant and instead got a brewery that serves themed food.
TC Cooper
Definitely more for the college students in my opinion or at least that's what the crowd was when I went. Very busy definitely a hot spot for night life. I liked the beer selection. Clean open environment. We sat out on the patio area. Staff was nice. I will probably go back and check it on during the week. Weekends seem pretty crowded.
Austin Plank
Cool spot. Nice patio. Laid back. Not much more you could ask for to have a beer, pretzel and chat.
Faith Carson
I really like the atmosphere here. It's a very cool place and I like most of the drinks they serve at the bar. The Stigler is my favorite. It can definitely get crowded but there are plenty of seats and places to hang out. I have yet to try their food but it looks delicious! There is also a wonderful view of the city here as well.
Mercury Griffin
This place was PACKED for Oktoberfest! Service was slow, but I flagged down the waiter and got moved up the queue. Food was great, staff was courteous, and the patio was amazing. Not for people who hate crowds! I had to sit at a table with strangers, which certainly doesn't bother me, but it could be awkward so watch out!

So the beer is great.. the selection is great.. the huge beers are even better.. but the food.. extremely lacking. I decided to try the schnitzel. It was dry and overcooked. I'm guessing it was around 200 degrees when removed from the fryer. I had an amazing schnitzel at Republic Gastro Pub as a special. I'd rate 3.5 if I could. 5 for the beer and 2 for the food. So go here to drink but not to eat.
Anna
Great beer selection and the food is rather tasty. The draft selection is really nice. The seating is self serve. A waiter will come to your table to serve beer and food, but on busy nights sometimes you will have to track down a waiter. They have some game tables, and events throughout the week.
Gwindalon Gillion
I wasn't impressed with this place its over crowded and needs more seating. They have a patio but needs to be enhanced to draw on the customer's. Over priced but staff was nice.

Sausage Sampler $13 Cheddarwurst and Lamb Sausage...

I'm from Tulsa and have been to Germany many times and can speak German pretty well. That being said, this is the most authentic German restaurant I have been to West if the Atlantic, particularly the atmosphere. You get a phenomenal view of okc and there is plenty to do while you are there. Good selection of beers and all the food my group had was very good.
Melinda Brown
First...of many visits to Fassler Hall. We were meeting friends to celebrate a birthday, and who knew it would be such an awesome experience. We had the most fabulous server SHELLY!!!! HE MADE IT ALL PERFECT! Not only was he nice, but his personality was adorable. He made the best recommendations for beer, appetizers and dinner. The pork rinds and onion dip, the pork shank, and of course the bread pudding. Thank you Fassler Hall for choosing only the finest server to represent your establishment, and who knows your menu like he wrote it himself. The food was DELICIOUS and the server FABULOUS!!
Matthew Doxey
The beer is cold, and comes often. I've been here a few times now, and I feel like I can leave an accurate review. The sausages, sadly, vary from visit to visit. Sometimes they're cooked right, sometimes they're overcooked and dry. The duck fat fries have barely any duck fat to them, and I'm not sure how you can continue to call them that, when they clearly are not. The half chicken is exactly what you order, juicy, and good but no real seasoning or anything to set it apart.
All in all, the beers, and openness make this place relatively unique, but you won't be writing home about the food.
Steve Jensen
So loud you have to shout at the top of your lungs, even when ordering a drink. If super loud deafening music is your thing then go here. The drinks were pretty good and reasonably priced. The bartenders were polite, courteous and fast. Mostly a young crowd, definitely not a place to relax and share conversation. It is not very spacious so people are packed in like cattle. The outside area has seating, heaters and offered some relief from the noise.
In all fairness, I went here with some co-workers and wasn't sure what I was getting into. It certainly isn't a place I'll return to.
Doug E
Good place to meet a small group for brats and good food and beer. The sound can get really loud in here so make sure that your group is small enough to be close together. Talking down the table is difficult. But still a fun place to hangout.
Clay Baker
Most people probably think of drinks when they go to Fassler Hall. However, I think of delicious food and a great environment!
It's an open environment with large tables and a come and go feel. It's usually loud and has a lot going on all at once. It can be a sensory overload, but it's fun. I mainly go for the food, but I stick around for the fun people watching opportunities! (Is that creepy?)
Austin Martin
Split the party platter amongst 7 hungry adults and it managed to feed all of us pretty well! The fries were the only thing lackluster, the chicken, sausage and pretzels were absolutely incredible! Really potent flavors. A huge selection of beers as well!
Michael Hast
This is one of my favorite restaurants in town. Very good German food all made in house. Thre duck fat fries and brats are my favorites! Plus, lots of great beer on tap.
Nick Clarke
If you go to this beer hall, don't go alone. It's an excellent experience to sit at the giant benches and devour the incredible pork shoulder or the wonderful pretzels. The beer selection is massive and expansice and they have liquor available as well. Would definitely recommend for parties or big get-togethers. Downside is service can be a bit long and as with all places that serve alcohol it can sometimes draw a rather obnoxious sort of crowd.
David Kassis
A great place for a meal and drink! Equally well suited for adults and families, with an expansive outdoor seating area. The menu is large and the food is all very good.
lebert robinson
Good time. Beer selection is good. The security guards should make up their minds on where people can congregate. We were told to move to an area, then told we couldn't stay there and move to another section. That part of the night sucked!
Stephany Hernandez
Fun atmosphere and great place for groups. Cocktails are good, I didn’t try the food but it looked good.
Z Long
Fassler Hall-OKC is usually a good time. We tend to go when they have Bingo so it is fun and not just loud. We can take our son if we enter before 8 pm. The staff is great and accommodating. Half price Sausage Day is the best time to visit. They have a good selection of beers.
Kyla Frazier
The food isn't bad. The heat makes the dining experience not so joyful. I think they should offer more juice with the mimosa deal. It's a whole bottle of champagne and a tiny glass of OJ.
Jeff Moore
Went here after an event downtown at about 11:30. We were able to find space for about 40-50 people. Great beer selection. The pretzels were a great snake later in the night. Service was pretty good for the number
Scott Williams
Such a great, unique place. One of my favorite places in the OKC metro. Good food, great beer and lots of room for a big party.
I like the outdoor areas when you have kids with you so they can kind of roam and play big connect four or play table tennis etc... great place for lunch dinner or late night. On weekends they usually have a DJ or you can go downstairs and bowl too.
Robert
There are plenty of draft beer selections as well as bottled beer and mixed drinks. The focus of the business seems to be on the young folks who come in to socialize and drink. The food is OK. I had a bratwurst sandwich that was good and well made. The duck fries are overrated and, in my opinion, just expensive fries. But experience Fassler for yourself and see what you think!
Katrina Harrelson
They have really good brats and pretzels with beer cheese, yum!
John Garrett
Went with a large group of people and while there was no seating inside we were able to find a table outside. The beer selection is good with German beers taking up most of the taps, as it should be in a place like this. I had their Chicago dog and it was fantastic.
Jack
The server was quick and attentive. Great beer and food. Solid place. Idk what else you'd want.
Austin Williams
Always a great place to get a drink and enjoy a meal.
clayton lucas
Great Bratwurst and selection of beers. But $33 for 2 beers, ouch
Nick_Picky
This place is amazing. The service was great, everyone was nice and welcoming. This is gonna sound bad but probably the best German sausage I have had and I try different places in every city I travel to. Great beer selection as well. Definitely a must if you're in the area.
Tony Lee
Well here's the deal, I went here after a bday party with the rest of the peeps and being 48 years old, I am too old to be hanging here after hours with the younger crowd. Drinks were over priced in my opinion, bathrooms needed attention, and way too crowded for my taste. This is strictly speaking for the after dinner crowd that likes to party into the evening. I did not eat the food here. If you are young, say 20's and 30's, might work out to find that someone special.
Richard Beam
Fassler only gets 3 stars because of the atmosphere. I like the food, and they have a really nice bar situation. This is one of the few places where one can purchase Franziskaner by the liter, and the food really is pretty good (especially the bratwurst). The biggest hit on this review is that the place is just ridiculously loud! At least in Germany when they have these long tables they seem to be outside where the sound doesn't bounce off of the ceiling. I think I would like it much better if there were smaller tables, and people weren't competing to talk over each other.
Matthew Stewart
First time here and was pleasantly surprised. I love the food and the way the place is set up. The prices are perfect as well. If you want good German food come here for sure. Their bratwursts are all made in house.
Brandon Wess
Went with a buddy for a beer and a brat. Everything was delicious and pretty cheap too.
I had a Chicago dog and the beer cheese appetizer. I liked them both quite a bit! Their tap beers were solid also.
Justin Patterson
Amazing food, staff is usually always nice. I normally go here for lunch, I've heard their weekend brunch is awesome. They have great beer selections and the brats, well, they are the best brats I've had around here.
Kenny Rogers
Both dog and kid friendly although the wait staff could have been more attentive. It took a while for service as we sat with empty glasses/cups. It left enough of impression to make us decide to leave when we were on the fence about it. Friendly yes but frequency not so much.
Brayden Gulliver
Awesome atmosphere, even on a near freezing night. Relatively quiet during the thunder game, then a live band started right after. Made it a little hard to carry on a conversation so we left shortly after. Overall a great place to hang out. I'll be back!
Joshua Overton
This place is really cool. It's a very laid back atmosphere with good food and drinks. I would have given it 5 stars but the service was only okay during our visit. Other than that it was a good time. We will be going back again.
Brian Dietz
First time here from Buffalo New York. Always looking for a good bar. This was the spot. Tons of different menu items. Lots of different drink options. Enjoy sitting in with the doors/windows open or on the outside. Play some big jenga or connect four. Grab some delicious duck fries, or my brother had the pork grinds with French onion dip. Those were just appetizers. I can say my party of 7 all enjoyed ourselves with reasonable prices.
Steve B
Very tasty. Went for the nostalgia, will go again for the great food and drink. The atmosphere is laid back with a community vibe much like a small town pub and grill. I can't wait to get into the rest of the menu. Thank you Fassler Hall for the trip down memory lane.
Tom Parash
Had a great time with friends. The service was good and their German food is quite delicious. Plus they have a wonderful selection of German beer in tap. You can order a liter or half liter. Would go again.
Matt Hoss
Amazing selection of German beer and homemade sausages. Excellent food and some of the best views of the downtown in the city! Large outdoor patio/Deck with plenty of TV's too, great place to watch a thunder game.
Cole Nesbitt
Trivia Tuesday's and half price sausages! They have a great selection of sausages and beer. I would avoid it if you're looking for a quiet place on the weekends. They have bar games and a great patio to end your late night.
J C
The beer is too expensive, but its the best restaurant to get real german beer in OKC. The food is good. This is one of the more reasonably joints in the downtown area (believe it or not).
Tere S
I go here for mimosas and potatoe pancakes.
Andrew Glover
German style restaurant/beer hall. Wide variety of German beer (and yes, they have Mass glasses). The food is ok, I think a little over priced for what you get ($8 for a brat). I got the half chicken, and it was good. The outdoor atmosphere is very cool though, and it doesn't get much better than sharing a drink and playing ping pong with friends.
Brian Day
It was just ok. The schnitzel I ordered was very hard to eat, as it was very dry & tough. The beer wasn't very cold & the place is pretty noisy & a little hectic. Service was ok. It's sorta hidden, as it sets back off the main streets, so a little hard to find at first(esp. at night). I prefer Old Germany / Turk's Tavern to this place.
Chris Clack
like it, games and several bars, nice enviornment
Ryan Bishop
Went for lunch during weekday. Place was basically empty. They were out of some menu items. Had several bratwurst and sausage items. Price was a little higher than I wanted to spend. Had some different German beers. Maybe I need to try again during a busier time, but the whole experience came off as bland.
Jack Barrett
Amazing selection of beer and spirits. Great food as well. Staff is pleasant and skilled.
Danielle Ciccaglione
Fassler Hall is such a wonderful place to have a good time. I have heard the food is great, but haven't tried it myself. The bartenders are top notch and the prices are even better. If you want a fun night out this is the place to go and they do also have trivia nights.
Patrick McInerney
Extensive beer selection, nice-ified bar food done german style, large venue, and quick, knowledgeable service. Bonus: large parties are not only welcome, but are encouraged. If your group of friends want to know where to head to, go here and you'll have a good time.
Dani Beutler
Had so much fun with my people!! Great music/DJ , love the garage doors and openness to the outdoors!!! Only problem, the security/bouncer people standing on chairs. I personally think, if they REALLY need to see from above, they should have tall chairs to watch all the crazies!! Kinda like a lifeguard chair!! 😉 …
joe Rothenbuhler
Good beer great sausage the hunter and Italian were my favorites. And the schnitzel was awesome as well as the duck fat fries.
ash ley
My (now) Fiance proposed to me here on New Year's Eve! We love this place. The atmosphere is fantastic from outdoor games, to bowling downstairs. The 🍺 are cold and excellent choices. I LOVE the brussel sprouts and snitzel (probably spelling this wrong) chicken. All around great place in OK. …
Jose Briz
Fun night with friends is what this place is all about. If you’ve been to a traditional German beer garden in Bavaria, it will look a bit modern but will bring back memories. So remember, you’re in OKC out to have a good time! If the size of the beer glass doesn’t do it for you, best you just go home and watch a movie.
Travis Hatfield
It's hard not to love this place as they've got everything you need for an evening out. The food is amazing and reasonably priced and they have a massive beer selection. I haven't had everything on the menu but the brats and pretzel's are both excellent.
Todd Meacham
The food was definitively authentic... but unfortunately so was the price and plating. The food tasted wonderful but for those accustomed to American food plating there were no extras included and all sides were extra. This drastically increased the price if the food... even the condiments came at extra charge.
This restaurant is worth the squeeze but be prepared to pray dearly for the experience.
Eric Cloninger
Visited on a warm Friday afternoon. The place was hopping with a mixture from young professionals and families to greybeard bikers and a man having a retirement party. Lots of servers moving about quickly with platters of beer and sausages. Food was good, beer was good, life is good at Fassler.
Walker Hays
This place was crazy fun. Visited as a NYer and the hospitality was great as was the beer and pretzels. Mustard to die for, salivating as I write this. DJ was on point so you could dance or go inside and have a more chill vibe. Perfect blend of "club" and bar.
Ardyth Cochran
Great atmosphere. Good beer selection and the food was very good. Staff was super friendly.
Brad Watkins
Brats are consistent and great as always. Have always loved the duck fat fries, but quality was off from previous visits - over fried and “bottom of basket” pieces, for two people.
Bryan Lewis
Good food!!! Great atmosphere highly recommended
James Howard
The food is quite good. Do keep in mind it can get quite busy during the weekend .
The atmosphere is a mix of part bar, part sport bar, and part outdoor restaurant. I usually came here on the request of friends, but if you don't like large gatherings of people this place won't change your mind.
Overall, a good place. Give it a look if you are in the area.
C S
Check this place out.
Fantastic food, even better atmosphere.
Customer service is always great — the place is always busy— and your glass and heart will always be full.
Atmosphere is especially great when football(soccer) is on, or it’s a Thursday or weekend night.
Bobby S
Our girl Bailey was AWESOME!! Top Notch service!!
Ryan Goll
Good food. Great beer.
Vivek Vijay
Really liked the simplicity of the place and the staff especially the waiters are working hard co.operating with all the different customers and the crowd that comes in.
Not much aesthetics is there but yet feels like a place to just go with a group and sit and chat for hours.
Food is also good and they do have nice and rare drinks!!!
D West
Great food and beer. They were out of a lot of the beers we tried to order and our server seemed to be working way too many tables that night. But on previous visits service has been great.
J. Polliard
Fassler Hall is a fun spot for food, friends, beer and games. There is indoor and outdoor seating but if you sit outdoors, order at the bar first. The pretzels and gouda cheese were definitely good enough to bring us back again. There are ping pong tables and corn hole games. The place was fairly crowded on a Thursday night. Food choices include a variety of sausages, schnitzel and more.
Brandt Davis
You cant really get beer in a bigger glass anywhere else in okc.
Food is decent a bit pricey for what you get at dinner so lunch is better.
They have a fun area to play outdoorsy games, corn hole, giant connect four, etc...
Ian Holbrook
Half priced weiners on Mondays. Can't beat that. Also liter sized beers. Overall good atmosphere. Couple things on the menu are below par but they are not interesting to me anyway. Also there are pie junky pies that my wife loves. Open seating. Sports. Boisterous yelling. This place had so much good going for it.
Christopher Kennedy
Awesome food. I've been all over Germany alot multiple times. Their food is great. Friendly and quick service. 👍 And again is visit every time I fly into Oklahoma and they never let me down. Those Brats are awesome, grab a good pint with some kraut and mustard. My favorite is the chedder wurst and Hunterwurst but you have to ask for the kraut and mustard with it. Their regular brat naturally comes with it. Amazing food and beer. Bravo Zulu gentlmen. 👍
Angela Welliver
Great bratwurst.. from someone who is not all that into bratwurst. The duck fat fries are a favorite. The bratwurst sampler is great to share. Good atmosphere, with an outside area, bowling place downstairs and is usually pretty busy on Fridays or Saturdays.
Joshua Hicks
I got schnitzel sandwich. Not impressed with it but the bacon brussel sprouts made up for the sandwich
Kyle D. Farnham
Yet another restaurant that makes me jealous of all those who live or work in the midtown area! After a little bit of a mystery, we figured out that Fassler Hall was located on top of the bowling alley and headed up to this Teutonic wonderland.
First off...Beer, liters of beer...And not just large quantities, but good quality German beer, too. As for sides and appetizers, I REALLY enjoyed the pretzels with the spicy honey mustard and smoked Gouda cheese sauce, while the duck fat fries were tasty but not spectacular. Now for the main attractions: sausages! The 9+ options are all available on a bun with sauerkraut or as a part of a pick three sampler. The wife and I went with the samplers so we could cover a larger swath of the menu. This also included a pile of sauerkraut on the side that is delicious in its own right. Of the sausages, the Hunter, Lamb, Jalapeño Cheddar, and Habanero Chicken were easily our favorites.
The place has plenty of room, especially as the weather is warming. On one visit, the Hall seemed to be hosting a large alumni meet-up, and there was still plenty of room for more customers. Fassler Hall has easily jumped into my top 5 favorite places to eat in the Metro. So simple, but sooo good!
Jenn Clore
I love the atmosphere and the sausages are amazing. Perfect place to go any time of the week. Except late night Saturday when they bring in a dj an play club music. I don't know if it was a one time thing last Saturday, but it felt weird and out of place.
Travis Nance
Lots of space, good beer list, decent sausages, and Pie Junkies pies. Dust Bowl Lanes downstairs for a quick & easy change of scenery. It gets a little crowded on weekends, so you're better off outside peak hours.
OKC Black Eats
Fassler's open air concept is great for small or large group gatherings. We enjoy the selection of beers, pretzels, and sausages. Definitely a staple in Downtown OKC/Midtown.
Ebony
I had a blast here and it was my 1st time I'll definitely be going back soon. The place is really big and spacious. There are tables to relax. And there is a dance floor to turn up. I love how diversed with people there are.
Chris Palmer
Fassler hall is a great outdoor/indoor German beer hall. Outdoor games like cornhole and giant connect 4, make it great place to spend a summer evenings. Often there is live music, and it is even dog friendly, which is awesome because there is a dog park near by as well.
Cheryl Morgan
We had my 60th bday party here. I was told, we may be too old for the crowd. Food was great, service was great and us old farts were gone by 10 p.m. so I dont think we got in the young crowds way at all, lol. Love the mid century modern bowling alley!!!
Wesley Brown
Pretty decent slightly Americanized German food. If you are trying to introduce some one to German food it would be a good place to start. We will eat there again
Tom Drury
It was great. It is a horrible place to fly a kite because of the ceilings, but the food and drink is really good and reasonably priced. And you can go bowling downstairs!
Joseph Schmitt (JoSchmo77)
As a restaurant this place has awesome German food during the day. The "night life" scene can be alot of fun too, but is prone to overcrowding with not as many things to do. They often have live music of some kind (often a dj) with a few games and good beer (but it can get pretty expensive).
Jones S
I've been to Fassler hall a few times and am normally very pleased with my visit. This time was a little different. While my service and food was fantastic, my group was overall displeased. We chose Fassler because it is usually a great place to have a beer, some pretzels, conversations, and play some corn hole / giant Jenga. This time, we could not have conversations without shouting at each other because the venue decided to triple book and one of the events booked was a loud party that **brought their own DJ and sound system.** The DJ played music way too loud. We were the furthest from the speakers and still couldn't hear each other without shouting. I wish Fassler had either stepped in or just not booked so many things happening at once.
Nichole Clegg
Greatest!!! From Service.. front to back and side to side... To Awesome D.J.s great venue(s)... For family to friends.. & Bowling!!! I Followed up with a Double bard up and downdoor stairs... it's my German home away from home... Love this spot.
Great choice of people... Brew, Brats Food(s) Choice Pies by PIE JUNKY and more diverse awesome loving peoples... keep it coming and going with great times for all kinds.!!!. Most welcoming club in OKC I have been to yet!!!...
. With Safety first in mind. Yes Please.
Nick Powers
Great BEER! Cool atmosphere that made it awesome for a night out but the service was distracted and pretty inattentive it was pretty obvious they were spending more time flirting for tips at tables of men and ignored the table with 2 couples and a baby because they figured we were a lost cause for tips. I get it, but that is why it only got 4 stars the food was great and affordable and the beers were great but didnt have a good waitress.
Kade Calico
It was ok. The beers are giant, and I love that. All the food is basically one type of sausage or another, so meh....but for the beer, yes!!!
The outdoor seating area is great as well!
Lynette Gohl
The Beer is great, parking is hard to find, the schnitzel sucks & so does the red cabbage. However the sausages are fabulous.
Christina Childers
First time here. OMG everything was so incredible. The Belgian waffle was YUM. Ordered the schnitzel sandwich and entree. A small mishap on the entree and was taken care of immediately without incident. Bradley our server was amazing and Chad the manager cannot say enough. Our first time.... definitely not our last. Already planning our next trip here.
Steven Farley
Wife and I tried Fassler Hall for lunch. We tried bratwurst, hunter, lamb and habenero chicken sausages as well as the saurkraut and duck fat fries. Hunter sausage was by far the best followed by the bratwurst then habeneto chicken then lamb. The saurkraut was awesome. The duck fat fries with Mediterranean seasoning were amazing. You get 3 sauces with the fries. Gouda cheese, curry ketchup and chipole ailoli all were awesome. We will be back.
Dustin Gwin
Very good atmosphere and friendly staff. They were very helpful with food suggestions and beer suggestions. This restaurant is unique in seating and setup. Definitely worth check out!
Rhett Pigg
Salads, sausages, & burgers are so good! The brat is worthy of a 10 perfect score!
Wolf Gugler
Environment is upbeat, lots of game choices in the patio...Cornhole, Connect Four and more. Our server Konrad was great. Lots of beer choices, but I wouldn’t go there just for the food.
Derek Hefley
Always enjoy this place. One of the few locations in the state that brings to the table what I'd consider a full-on beergarten. Their whiskey and beer selections are on point, and very approriately german draft preference. And their food is handmade and superb.
gregory ennis
This place is great for an after work drink. It is huge and has a great selection, especially if you like German beers. We regularly go to brunch here as well. Parking can be a challenge, but no more so than any other place in the midtown area.
Nicholas Toscani
Fassler hall is a great place in midtown to grab great beer and delicious German food. It’s not too loud and they have live music nights which are great. They also have pie from pie junkie which is a great addition.
TheDeckerdude
Always such a great time. Good food, good beer, great service. It is a regular place for me when in the OKC area
Jordan Hicks
This place has pretty good food and beer the atmosphere is lively and there's plenty of seating, but that's not why I gave it five stars. I gave this restaurant five stars because I just had a piece of pie that was so good I cried. I genuinely couldn't handle how good that pie was. I know it seems expensive at 5 dollars a slice but I swear on all that is good and right in this world that it is worth it.
Jason Moreno
Great food and a very fun open atmosphere. My wife and I had a great time and met tons of new people. We will definitely be back! Ps the beer of th month is outstanding!
kevin b
Have had MANY events here whether it's for Sunday brunch with my FB social group or Bingo on Mondays. Always a blast.
Giovanni DelPrince
THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS! Enjoy the outdoor experience that you want with the traditional indoor experience you need! Beautiful overall layout and since it's connected to The Dust Bowl, you can beat the line and get your drinks downstairs ;)
Annie McIntosh
The atmosphere and food here is beyond amazing. Whether you're wanting to enjoy some time with those friends or show Out of Towners Midtown, you can't go wrong here. Be sure to try the pork rinds and pretzels.
Nick Thompson
Great place! Took the team out to here for a Friday get together and everyone had a great time! Beer and cocktail menus are extensive and the food is great! Try the habanero sausage if you like spicy food!
Peter Breninger
If you enjoy beer and brats, Fassler Hall is your place. I am not the biggest fan of brats, so I tried their rotisserie chicken salad. It was good and filling as was the duck fat fries that I had.
Carmen Frazier
Love this place! Love the beer, the food and the atmosphere. One of me and my boyfriend's favorite places to go on a date night!
C R
A really fun place with good food and great drinks. I have had a good time here both with my family and as a bar patron. I recommend.
Jedidiah Walker
If you're not upscale oil and gas you will not fit in however they have some great homemade brats that can't be beat. The German beer selection is good too. Hit them up during Octoberfest!
Clayton Trammell
Great food and beer options. Please post your updated hours so people don't show up when you're closed.
Amanda Parker
Love the pretzels with cheese! A nice chill atmosphere to relax and have a good drink. Also pie junkies pies. Bit loud indoors so I prefer to go when it's nice and sit outside
Greg Jennings
Loud inside but good service and great menu.
David Love
Great food nice staff, could add fries or chips with the burgers , all they bought was a burger I felt a little shorted on my order , l have over 200,000 people who watch my post hope helps them order
mayday
This place has delicious food that's German style. What I love about this place is the atmosphere. They have board games, foosball, monopoly, corn hole. They have a great heated outdoor patio. It's a really fun place to be.
Matt Cook
Food could be better, especially the sausages. The roasted chicken and duck fat fries are good though. They do allow dogs outside and will bring them water. Over the weekends it tends to be very crowded with a fratboy vibe. Weeknights aren't like that though.
Matt Podelnyk
Good spot. I was recommended by some locals and it was fun. I went on a Thursday night and I would say it may have been only 10% occupied, but in that small crowd we all had a really good time. As little as I know OKC, this felt like one of the top mainstream places.
Josh Hilliard
Service is very dependent on how packed the place is. Typically pretty on par though. Lots of seating with plenty of TV's. Live bands. Ping pong tables. Great food and awesome beer selection that is served by the litter. Very friendly staff.
David
This is one of my favorite places to go!!! The beer selection so so good! The food is always good and the outdoor area is huge and dog friendly! The is something here for everyone.
Natasha Barnard
Went for a birthday party. Drinks were good and for being super busy it didnt take long to get them. Excited to visit when the weather is better.... so we can enjoy the patio/outside area.
Blake Manuel
Try this place! Great German draft beer. Try the pork shank! The purple cabbage is seasoned well. This is a must visit if you have never tried German food. My wife had the falafel which I thought was overly filled with herbs.
Dale Spoonemore
This is one of my favorite places to meet for a few drinks at happy hour. I tend to get claustrophobic in closed-in environments and the open atmosphere and large tables make me feel relaxed. The beer selection is great also.
Scott Wilkins
Come for the bratwursts, stay for the pork rinds. This beer hall has excellent sausages (made on the premises) and you can even order uncooked brats to take home and try on your own grill. There's something in their sour cream and onion dip that I haven't found anywhere else (my wife swears the ingredient is "distilled happiness").
There are plenty of screens to catch the game and outdoor games (ping-pong, corn-hole etc.) to turn this into a go-to hangout.
Matt “Whatasize”
Absolutely amazing, couldn't ask for better food and an excellent beer selection. Definitely get the brautwurst but also had a roasted chicken salad and it was perfect. Will be back!
Jesse Pandes
Good selection of beers. Food isnpretty quick. Poutine needs cheese curds instead of shredded cheese. All the place needs is curry wurst and curry fries and the menu would be complete. Servers are good and this olace gets pretty busy on the weekends.
Garrett VanHorn
Very nice, heated outdoor patio, lil pricey but every bar in the area is I guess
Austin Mayden
Good beer selection and large space to drink. Not the best acoustics, so if you are looking to have a conversation and it's about half full, there may be a few times where it seems you may need to elevate the volume of your voice to get the message through.
Andrea Gomez
I think it's like a big school cafeteria. Hard to have a conversation with all the noise. The sausage we ordered was dry and the service was a solid three. If that's your thing, then, it is a cool place.
David Chunn
Had a pretzel and a beer. The beer was excellent but the pretzel was gross. For a place that markets itself as offering "German Food", the pretzel was definitely an afterthought and intended for people that have no idea was a decent German pretzel is supposed to taste like.
Jarred Logan
This place has a wonderful selection of beer. Their sausages are great and their schnitzel is awesome. The patio is great and if it's raining the indoors are nice as well.

Great when you want to go with a big group out drinking. Also Tuesday night is trivia! With half priced sausage. Several beer options and you can get most of them in a half litter or full litter mug. It’s the top floor of the building.
Matthew Hoover
The staff was great and the food was awesome. Wonderful atmosphere and you can bring your dog!!
J C
Great schnitzel, potato pancakes, and Köstritzer!

I am not a big fan of the food here, but they do have a pretty decent selection of beer. I would probably prefer to go to McNellie's over Fassler, but they do have an awesome patio!

Fassler's is in a cool expansive building located in Midtown. It definitely has a German biergarten vibe inside and boasts some nice views of downtown. Their large outdoor seating area is a big plus. I have been to Fassler's a couple of times and I have gotten the same thing both times because it hit the spot.
I get the Hunter sausage and an order of pretzels. The Hunter is a single smoked venison, buffalo & pork sausage. I comes on a plain bun. It doesn't need any fancying up because it is full flavored and juicy. An order of pretzels gets you three pretzels, which is great for sharing. Their house mustard is basic, so make sure and get the smoked Gouda along with your pretzels for a small additional cost. It makes everything better. They have a decent beer selection. There were many German beers on tap. I was happy to see Ayinger on tap, but a little disappointed that Ayinger Celebrator was no where to be found. However it was a nice surprise to see they carried Unibroue La Fin Du Monde, which is a favorite of mine.
Service was ok. The staff was nice but could have been a little more attentive. Even though I didn't get dessert, I saw that they carry Pie Junkie pie and that is always a plus. I will say that what I ordered was affordable and worth every penny. Truthfully, overall Fassler's probably deserves 3.5 stars, but I couldn't justify giving them a 4 just yet. Still a great place to go to hangout or grab some grub in a casual atmosphere.

Lunch was pricey and bland. Fries in duck fat hmmm tasted like normal fries. Sandwich almost needed a chainsaw to cut through meat. Review might be higher if I would have boozed up before eating

Loud, so very loud. These restaurants that choose esthetics over practicality. So the open ventilation ceiling looks cool but I could even carry on a conversation. Foods not that good to compensate for the noise. If ou go to a bar at 8pm I expect this not at 4:30 on a Thursday.

What an awesome place! Good food! Good drinks! They have bags outside to play. Very cool place. Plan on going often.
Justa Man
I asked the bartender for some random drinks and he gave me some really good beers! He said they were his favorites. Definitely coming back. Great vibes, all around.

AMAZING SUGGESTION FROM THE HOTEL FRONT DESK WHERE WE STAYED. Stop in if your in the area very authentic German food and drink.
Tom Kuriakose
Had a really great time. Good atmosphere, great staff, awesome food, and great beer. Really fun place to hangout and the plenty of patio activities to keep you entertained.
Sarah Plainandsmall
This is a great place to be rain or shine with the large outdoor patio. They have a large detection of beverages to choose from. You can't go wrong with homemade biscuits and gravy for brunch!
Derek Halley
Fun place to hangout. Good selection of German beer and food. Usually a live DJ on the weekends. Can get very loud late at night though so don't expect to have a meaningful conversation with anyone after the sun goes down.
Miranda Holland
It is always a party in here! It's loud and the service can be very slow. So don't come here when you are so hungry you want to bite somebody's arm right off. Come here to have fun, there is plenty to see here. I am so glad Fassler's is here in town, it is a great night out.

Had the Breakfast Burrito, packed full of flavor. Loved the atmosphere, we sat outside. Waiter was nice. Kitchen got our food out fast.
Anthony Akers
Always enjoy going there and haven't ever been disappointed.
David
Good food. Good beer. When it is busy the service can be a little slow but you can't blame the servers as they are running around everywhere trying to take care of everyone.

We started off with the Warsteiner Dunkel and Franziskaner Hefeweisse. Both were very good beers. As an appetizer, we tried the pretzel and smoked gouda cheese sauce. Very good and recommended. For our meal, we had the schnitzel with Brussels sprouts and sweet potato spaetzle. This was quite tasty and the triple mushroom sauce served with it was delicious. This was our first trip here and we will definitely be nack.

This is a fun hang out place. Many different entertainment options: bowling, ping pong, and others. Indoor and outdoor seatings available. Food was decent but drinks were great. Love their pint beers!
bradley fowler
The food was good, drinks not too expensive. Ordering was a bit difficult and space was cramped and hard to initially find a table. Food did come out quickly.
Jennifer K. Bailey Williams
Good bloody Marys and mimosas. Good beer selection. Great family-friendly atmosphere. I love their chicken biscuit and the falafel sandwich is decent too.
Adam Miller
They have some of the best beer that I've been able to find state side. Totally helps my Germany beer and food fix every time I go now if they would just carry pork knuckle life would be perfect.
RM
Great food, great staff, awesome beer!, and the atmosphere itself is just an experience on its own. You can go for a night out with friends or go during the day with family. I highly recommend Octoberfest at Fasslers.
Lauryn Carver
Beer variety is great but the food is less so—the schnitzel was rubbery/overcooked and the fries were underseasoned. Not worth the cost at the very least
N Sakib
Great place to enjoy food with city skyline view. Try any of their sausages, you'll be amazed. So many beers on tap to choose from. A little loud but lively!
Taylor Jones
I like the amount of patio space. There's a bowling alley downstairs with a bar and a bar upstairs, so plenty of alcohol available. Its usually pretty crowded on weekends, but is a lively spot.
Greg Blakely
Good place to meet friends for a drink.
Robert Lyon
Food was good and the Old Pup atmosphere was great! The Staff was fun and they knew the menu. I’ve been back several times now and recommend this place all the time!
Samuel Castles
There’s nothing like the feeling of sitting with friends holding a huge glass mug of a German beer to make you feel that everything is going to be alright. They also have a great selection outside of that! Great pies and brauts too!
LJ Hill
They have two of the best DJs in town here. They know what they are doing. The mixes are dope and they keep the party hype ( FYI I'm referring to Friday nights and Saturday nights). The food and drinks are good as well
Marshall Koch
Beer was pretty great, and so was the atmosphere. Unfortunately the food was bad. Sausages decent, German potato salad was a complete disappointment, red cabbage salad not good, fries mediocre.
Dustin Bean
I can say the food has always been great and you can order it from the bowling alley, bonus points! Drinks are cold and come often. What more do you need?
Yona Garlit
The restaurant was very clean and the service was great. I had the tuaca lemon drop cocktail that was quite delicious!!
Eric Foxworth
Great food. Very crowded fun atmosphere if that's your scene. Truly more of a hipsters place. Had a great time all in all.
Desirie
The beer and food taste great. Only complaint is the cost of food. For the price of a meal, you get a snack. Some beers are unusually expensive, but most draft beers are reasonable. Very fresh and cold.
Cat Hileman
This place is quiet amazing and I love it. The food is delicious and the staff are SUPER sweet. 10/10 will be going again. 😊
Aaron Phillips
Great place, great food, and great beer. Lots of fun here everytime we go. There is outside seating as well as inside seating. Outside games area available to occupy your time. And a dog friendly establishment.
Howard Blankenship
Half price sausages on Mondays. You'll find something you like. Great beer selection. TVs everywhere. Live music. And they stock Pie Junkie.
Jessica Conaway
I'm sad that they don't offer the falafel "sausage" anymore. Please bring in a vegan option! Otherwise, Fassler has an amazing beer selection, great drinks and fun games.
