First visit. Had the seafood gumbo to go. Loaded with seafood and the spice/heat level was perfect. Will definitely be back with the family to dine in and taste more. $12 for the Bowl and worth every single penny plus some!

Busy even after lunch. We had to wait a short time to be seated as they were short handed. Once we were waited on the service was attentive and friendly. The food was excellent! We tried several dishes that were recommended to us by the waitress and were we not disappointed. The Fisherman's platter was stuffed full of fish, shrimp, clams and onion rings. The batter was light and crispy and flavorful all by itself. The tartar sauce is homemade with a light dill flavor and not overly sweet. The Seafood Gumbo was excellent with a choice of how spicy you like it. Packed full of fresh seafood. The Blackend Redfish Filet was excellent as well and the side of Broccoli was surprisingly flavorful as well. We also tried the BBQ Shrimp (uniqe BBQ with butter and spices that makes this not an ordinary BBQ shrimp) and Shrimp Alfredo in homemade seafood Alfredo and lots of shrimp . Winner in every bite. The decor is a little tired but if you can overlook the smaller venue, your palet will be pleasantly surprised. As good as any Triple D Restaurant. Don't miss stopping at The Catch Seafood Restaurant.

Gluten free fried onion rings, shrimp and grilled shrimp platter. Delicious! I'm in heaven! And country music too. Reasonably priced traditional seafood meals.

Another great hole in the wall restaurant. Gluten friendly and extremely helpful staff. The food was excellent and we will be back to try more.

First, this was the cleanest restaurant we've been to all week. The waitress was super friendly as she clorox wiped the table off for us. The pan seared red fish was absolutely fantastic. The seafood gumbo was some of the best I've ever had. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Omg. Been in Nola for 4 days. By far the best gumbo,poboy and shrimp pasta. Crab dip and Buffalo shrimp amazing. Highly recommend it.

Excellent seafood platter, shrimp were cooked to perfection which is not easy to do in a fryer. Homemade sauces with fast friendly service and a few wine and beer selections. It's close to the airport so it's a great first or last stop to either get you ready for, or help you recover from a night of drinking in the big easy. Also a dedicated gluten free fryer in case you are in need, plus Sami gives it 5 stars so you know it has to be good.

INCREDIBLE! I have celiac disease which means that I cannot have any gluten and must be careful about possible cross contamination. They do an excellent job of labeling what is gluten free and were able to explain exactly how they take measures to prevent cross contamination. While this place isn't 100% dedicated GF, I believe that all of their fried products are gluten free and they even have a separate fryer just to be extra safe. You also get GREAT value for money. HIGHLY recommend for anyone, and especially for those who have gluten free dietary restrictions like myself.
