We came here for lunch and saw that their burgers looked real tasty. Could even choose how you want your burger. The onion rings and fries were real good. The bacon cheeseburger was great as medium rare. Overall great experience.

This place is fast and really good food. It sits in the Casino. We had the 1/4 pound Angus Hot Dog with Onion Rings and Fries. The food is really good onion rings are crispy. The Hot Dog is 5 stars. The fries are wedges, but very good. My only complaint is the pop/Fountain drink was kinda warm or not very cold, and tasted flat. But that's could just have bin bad timing. The the staff where very nice, and it's super fast. The burgers where fresh meat nothing here frozen. You really can't find bad food in this town. I would strongly recommend this place. I went back on our last day. Loved the Casino. Hard to believe it tasted this good since it was just a casino food stand👍👍

This particular location is in the Harrah's casino. As far as quick drunk food goes its pretty good. They come assemble your own style with lettuce, Tomato, onion and pickles. Fine choice for a quick low effort bite to eat when at the casino.

Stopped in here to get a quick bite before doing more sight seeing. So happy that it's just as consistent as the full blown restaurant back home even though it's in a casino. Grilled chicken was cooked perfectly. Chicken breast was huge and not some wimpy size. Building it yourself helps prevent any issues there. One of my favorite things to do is drop tons of cheese and jalapenos on my fries. Glad to know that's available here. Good customer service. Great food quality.

Food is okay but not really worth the price and the wait is ridiculous. I shall say tho if ur out at Harrahs gambling anyhow it is convenient being that the place is located inside the casino. That is the only reason I would eat there again if I’m on a winning streak and don’t want to leave the casino. (which at the Harrahs good luck with winning ever) yeah on that note I’ll never eat there again because of the amount of money I’ve put into that casino to the money I’ve won I will not be spending much time in this place ever again. Over all the place is a rip off casino and the lil restaurants inside!!

I've been to New Orleans at least 5x's and Fuddruckers is my go to spot! I always get the chicken salad! The chili cheese fries and the burgers are just as good but its been awhile since I had either of those.

I ordered the Catfish fish basket. It was seasoned and cooked crispy how I like it. The service is fast and the staff friendly. It is located in the Harrah's casino food court. The other order are the loaded Fudd Fries. It does come with sour cream, but I asked for it on the side.

Great service and what is expected out of fast food. I really have to tip my hat to all the people that work at this establishment. They are open late due the location is inside the Harrahs casino. They give you service with a smile and at a fast pace.

Inside Harrah's just in case you are looking for it. Small fast food and just what you would expect. We had two hamburgers which were ok and the jumbo chili dog that my husband got he enjoyed. It was a lot larger then he thought it would be. We also got the onion rings. Not bad over.

I actually ate there twice while visiting NOLA. The food was simple but fresh, tasty, and quick. You'll wait a little while because your food is cooked when ordered but one of their rich, thick, and creamy milkshakes while you wait will help occupy the wait time. If you're looking for something quick or want a bite in the middle of your casino play they're definitely worth a try.

The burger tasted really fresh. It was flavorful and seasoned well. I have to say this when I walked over to order the guy had his phone in his hand with gloves on.He made someone's food with those same gloves. We said no , don't want to eat here but my friend wanted the burger because he likes them. So I said ok but I'm going to let him know to wash his hand and but on clean GLOVES 🧤 before he makes my sandwich. That's just unsanitary!! Well he must have heard what I said, because he was counting the money and then he washed his hands and put on CLEAN GLOVES 🧤.... Thank you!!! You don't do that .....that's just nasty 🤢🤢🤢

Fudruckers is usually my favorite burger place. But this one is very basic. 1/3 pound burgers only. I just got the cheeseburger. No choices for toppings. They give you some pickles, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and onion. I asked for medium rare and got well done. The meat was fresh like Fudruckers usually is, but small compared to the bun so all I could taste was bun. Really disappointed

Great service! They did a great job compared to the other places in the Casino. Do note that this is inside the casino, and therefore you must be 21 to enter. The menu is also limited compared to normal, but they are quick and do a great job taking care of their customers.

Before coming here I've only been to the one in Miami, so I was excited to see it inside the Harrah's Casino. Keep in mind to park is $40 in their parking lot unless you are a frequent gambler. You also need a vaccination card and ID to get in. They will also take a picture of you. The staff was very nice and you should look at the menu beforehand as they are so many toppings and different sandwiches to choose from. The staff was very nice and helpful. They open at 11 am.

I love that there is a fudruckers in New Orleans. When we first realized there was one in Harrah's it is the whole reason I went to the casino. I hadn't had Fuddruckers since I was a teenager. It is just as good as I remember. Fast and friendly service.

The burger was good! The bun was soft and fresh. I like the fact that you can dress your own burger at the condiment station. I really like extra pickles and I seem to never get a lot at other burger places so that was a plus for me. I also liked that they had cheese dip along with other condiments for your french fries or burger. The cashier was very friendly too! Overall we had a really nice experience!

This was legitimately the best burger I ever had. The bun was crispy but extremely soft and buttery. The patty was crisp but juicy. You could pick your toppings to your licking and it was just all around amazing. I also got the chili cheese fries and they were chunky wedges, but the chili was hot and flavorful and the cheese was gooey from the heat. I could eat a second portion right after I finished the first!

Super convenient, pretty fast, and taste and quality of burgers are on point! Had the Turkey burger because I don't eat beef...was not dry at all. Gets tremendously busy on some nights, but the workers do not fold under pressure. Comes with self-serve condiments and toppings.

The hamburgers are super yummy here. I love how you can add the condiments to the burgers yourself so their exactly how you want them. You do have to wait about ten minutes on your food, but that's because they make the food when you order it...their not premade and sitting under a heating lamp. Delicious, delicious, delicious!!

Food was really good, but this location inside the casino was severely understaffed. The cashier was doing double duty. She stopped taking orders , so she could refill the condiment bar. The lines were extremely long. However the 3 member staff did a good job.

Sometimes, the casino is so full of people that the line to order at Fudruckers is ridiculous, and McAlister too. I'm glad there's a Lucky Dog stand inside, I never wait too long there. Pecan pie and large Chilli cheese fries is my go to.

You get a bigger straw when you get a shake. Stop in for dinner. My daughter got burger and fries and I got a grilled chicken salad and a rich thick chocolate shake. Her burger was juicy and very good-she didn't care for the fries too much, but she ate them all up. My salad was well nothing to get excited about. The salad was well made with chopped tomatoes, cheese and the normal salad fixings; it was arranged very attractively. It didn't seemed to be pre-made so we had to wait a little bit. They put the dressing on the side in 2 little cups-so you can adjust it to your taste. I'd eat here next time I'm in the Casino and need something not too heavy. You have to be 21 in order to enter Harrah's Casino and then get to the restaurant

Severely lacking in comparison to the surrounding restaurants regarding service and overall experience, but I gave it a forgiving extra star because the food was hot and most of it appeared to be fresh. I will not return to this chain though.

This location is inside Harrah's so you can imagine the traffic there. We went there after the fireworks on the 4th so I knew there was goingn to be a wait, no issue with that. There was one lady who worked the register, tried to maintain order at the condiments station and everything else which slowed the line down tremendously! This while one cook went out and took her break with the line reaching the door. I really believe they should move the condiment bar or do like other burger joints and put them on the food. They basically sit in the "lobby" of the casino, next to Starbucks where people just walk by, hundreds of people, walk by daily. People are nasty and trifling and some would find it funny to mess with this food just sittting there. Plus, if you know how onions easily pick up germs, you would see why this is a concern. I watched a grown man old enough to know better walk over and use his hands to pick up a pickle and put it in his mouth! Not what you do in public, maybe at home. Cooks did not have nets on and one had her hair in a ponytail that moved as she moved, and trust me, she was moving this night. Not very sanitary. Food was ok. If you want clean, safe food, you might want to go where there are not hundreds of people passing by your food.

Burger was undercooked per my request. Typical toppings were minimal by Fuddruckers standards. Granted this is more kiosk-y than actual brick and mortar and it's open just about 24 hours. You can find it in the Harrah's casino on Canal Street entrance across from Pinkberry just to the left. Definitely not the greatest Fuddruckers but glad to have my 1am burger fix.
