Visited Don's Seafood for a post game meal with my boys. They really wanted Seafood and this seemed like the perfect place. The restaurant was pretty busy when we arrived but we were able to be seated quickly. The service was very fast and the waiter was very attentive. He started us off with delicious buttered bread. We ordered shrimp, fried catfish, and red beans and rice. Everything was prepared well. We enjoyed the meal and would definitely come back for another visit.

We just came for the OYSTERS 😋Hostess didn't speak to us because she was on the phone but she did take us to our table. We had a nice server. He kept our drinks filled. Food was excellent. It's been a few years since our last visit and the food did not disappoint! Highly recommend Don's Jacked Up Oysters!

Mr. Austin was an excellent waiter and provided the best service. We tried the Jacked Up Oysters, Catfish Acadian made special (1 with blackened catfish and 1 with fried catfish on the side), and a brownie a la mode. The food is delicious and we made the clean plate club with our entrees. We’ve had better brownie a la modes so we wouldn’t order that again but everything else was yummy! We will be back to try other dishes.

Had a great anniversary dinner. Service by Lacey was excellent and food was awesome 👌 👏 and served in very timely manner. Surprisingly no wait on a Sunday evening and the atmosphere was quiet. Will be visiting again soon.

Food was excellent! I had the crabmeat au gratin, with the twice baked potato. Wife had the grilled salmon and sweet potato casserole, my son had the Cajun ravioli. We also had the blackened alligator (tasted great!) and seafood spinach dip. All of them were excellent. I’d rank the spinach dip last of all the food items listed above. I’ve personally had better spinach dip, but that doesn’t mean this was not good. I just personally prefer my spinach dip or artichoke dip to contain a sharper cheese flavor like adding parmesan cheese with a touch of garlic. How and why 5 stars? First, our waiter was excellent and cordial. He even offered recommendations. Next, I did read reviews before ordering. So we opted to avoid food that had numerous poor reviews like the oysters and seafood platter. We’re traveling and it’s our first time in Louisiana and didn’t want to mar it with poor food experience if avoidable. We’re happy we took the gamble! Last, we intentionally ordered things that were beyond what was normal for us. Less expectations when trying something new, more to discover and appreciate without massive comparison.

This place has a nice location, good service, and good food. The place looks well themed and very pleasing lighting. The slacking in between tables is nice and helps improve the experience. Service was effective, although not necessarily the best in the area (New Orleans tends to have great service). Seafood and Cajun dishes are amazing. The Catfish Acadiana (pictured below) was amazing. However the other dishes such as pastas and meats suffered a little in quality. If visiting I would recommend getting something marked as a specialty or favorite. Those dishes are the ones that excel. Other than that this place is a nice dinner and lunch experience in the New Orleans area.

Im giving it 4 stars because it is a restaurant that gives you a little food but has huge prices. I know prices have gone up on everything, but these are ridiculous. Maybe if it was an upscale restaurant, but it's not. For two people, the bill was $94. The food was delicious. We also tried the dessert, which was delicious. The order was the seafod platter, blackend redfish, breadpudding with white chocolate rum sauce, one soda, and one sweet tea. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the breadpudding. So all in all, the food had great flavor and the service was beautiful. The prices are just ridiculous, but that's my opinion.

This was such an amazing place, good people, delicious food, and chill vibe. Marcus was our waiter, he was very attentive, nice, and by far the best customer service. We ordered boudin balls as an appetizer that were a burst of flavor with a kick to it.The charbroiled oysters were amazing flavor. All employees were very friendly and attentive to their guests. I’d recommend this place to family and friends. Go see Marcus he’s WONDERFUL!

While visiting visited & THIS PLACE HIT ALL THE MARKS! It was suggested by nearly hotel staff at the La Quinta. Our server Derones, was phenomenal & knowledgeable!!! We had the $5 Margarita (peach & pomegranate) amazing!!! We also had the complementary bread & butter, Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo 🔥, Shrimp PoBoy with Sweet Potatoes, my daughter had the Catfish Acadian & we shared the Bread Pudding. Everything was flavored well & it was so much we had leftovers. Thanks for the pleasant experience after a tough day. Promote Derones‼️‼️

Don's has really improved from maybe 6 to 7 months ago. Still, there is a long way to go for some of the best ratings. So first, our waiter was super slow. He was polite, but it took him forever to bring back service. We waited for 10 minutes as my husband switched out his drink. We waited for 8 minutes for new bread. Our entrees came out somewhat quickly though. The food was great! The crawfish quesidillas and Jacked Shrimp were the highlights of the meal!

My husband and I were having lunch there andy hubby ordered a doz raw oysters and I don't eat raw oysters so the waitress asked if I would like to try a charbroiled oyster and she brought two out for me to try. They were really good. I will be sure to order them when I go again. The waitress was very kind to bring them out for me. Thank you!?

The food was good, and that's hard for us since my hubby cooks like a chef. The margaritas were made with Siera Mist. Different but good and strong. The food was seasoned well and served very hot and the service was fast and friendly. I would definitely go again. In fact I hear they have a great Saturday brunch. I will try it!

My food was very good. It's was also hot & fresh. Our waitress was AWESOME! I had the grilled stuffed catfish. Yummy & hubby had Jacked Up Oysters. He thoroughly enjoyed them. Well be back.

My husband and I decided to stop in for dinner. We had Cookie as our waitress and she was a twelve out of ten. She was quick and friendly. We are both in the industry so it's a habit to just watch she kept up with her whole section. She come around enough to stay on top of her table but not enough to bother you. She was amazing at social cues. She stopped to speak and smile at a child that was seated in her section. She kept her head up and a smile on her face the whole time. I never saw her take a second to look at her phone etc and that's the type of service both my husband and myself like. The food was okay but Cookie will be the reason we return.

It appears that Don's has a consistency problems. I have noticed that if you go to Don's, it depends on which location and what time of day you go you will get different food. The presentation is nearly always spot on but for the price the taste should match the looks.

Loved it here! The jacked up oysters were the BOMB! It was so flavorful! I wish we could have gotten more. The crawfish was really good too. The food came out super fast! Excellent service. The waitress was very friendly and she went check on us regularly. Thank you for making my New Orleans trip better!

Good solid Louisiana style fried seafood! Fish, shrimp and alligator were fried well and tasted good, the red beans were a bit underwhelming but ok. Would return to this establishment.

I always have a great time when I come here. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is always on point. I feel like the portions are really small for the price. I had the platter which was great by the way. Also had the half catfish and red beans. I was like where's the catfish. Things can be better I think

I just ate lunch at Don's Seafood. This was an amazing experience! Food was superb zoom service was prompt and very friendly. Lacey was our server and was fabulous. She was very attentive and provided great service. When I come back into town I will definitely be returning!

Awesome environment fooed was pretty good as well. The waitress and manger were both wonderful. I ordered the clam and it was not at all what I expected (sister loved it though). So the waitress promptly replaced and the manager happily comp'ed.

My server was good really good service the food was delicious and I was excited as I was eating but then I saw a Large Bug and the reason they didn’t get the other two stars is because management was apologetic but either way I didn’t like how it was handled so I had to let it be known that I was leaving without paying..

What a great spot to come across while traveling. These guys had oysters being shucked and thrown on the grill right by the bar. It was quite entertaining. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. I'd gladly stop by again if I'm ever in the area.

Nice drinks, focus is seafood, but my Dad gets that all the time so he went for their hamburger steak. I had fried crawfish tails and crawfish ettouffe. Also side salad with "home-made" Thousand Island dressing. Much bigger than I expected. Side of red beans. All very tasty, reasonably priced for quantity and quality received.

Food was good and plentiful. Ate off 1 plate for 2 days. Service was excellent. Wasn't the cleanest Don's I've been to. Had I seen the little house guest running around on the floor I probably would not have stayed for the meal.

Don's has really shrunken their portion sizes. I have pictured the Seafood platter which came out on this tiny plate, and normally seafood platters are big enough to share; well not this one. The food was okay, nothing spectacular. The shrimp and grits weren't as hot as I liked, it was most likely sitting out while the other orders were being prepared. The grilled oysters were very delicious and my waiter was excellent!

Stopped for late night dinner. Ordered seafood gumbo and chicken/sausage gumbo. Fairly small portion for a $16 dollar bowl of soup. Fair at best.

The service was exceptional. Our server, Tori was friendly and happy. She was very accommodating. Something about her just made you happy. Bartender was awesome. Sorry but I forgot his name. He made me the best Bloody Mary I ever had. The food was a bit of a let down. Raw oysters were not shucked properly. Had alot of shell in them and still attached to the shell. The charbroied were very good. Gumbo was awful. We didn't even finish it. The taste was off putting and bland. Catfish Achafalaya was just ok. The seafood salad was very refreshing and the remolaude dressing was perfect. We probably won't go back. The best thing about the place was Tori, the Bloody Mary and the bartender.

Always come here for the chargrilled oysters. Been to a couple in the chain, Mandeville is really good, as is Metairie. Daily Specials, great seafood, awesome staff... did I mention the chargrilled oysters!? You get them here, you’ll dream about them later.

I'm giving a 4 🌟, I really do like going here for the past 7 years off&on the food are good portions and the flavor is good for the price, my only disappointment was trying the charbroiled oysters for the first time, I had gotten the dozen, 6 reg' 6 jacked up, now mind you the flavor was great but, when they was brought to the table I was like where are the oysters they are small, about the size of a dime, and for the price for them really not a good deal.....

Service wasn't good, good took forever to come out, and they make you give a gratuity tax to them instead of the waiters working for their tip. The greeters were very nice though and the Bourdain balls are fire! The grilled oysters were really good too, they just expensive compared to others.

I had a fabulous experience eating at Don's Seafood. The food was exceptional and so delicious. I have an allergy to black pepper and our waiter, Ro, made sure that the kitchen prepared my food without any black pepper. He went above and beyond to help me, making suggestions on what I could eat without the black and instructing the kitchen to make changes to certain foods that I wanted. I had a great meal. The char-grilled oysters are to die for, my husband just love the seafood platter, and my crab claws were not fried but pan sauteed in garlic butter which were phenomenal. Ro, you are a great waiter!! And the manager, Ariane(sorry if I got that wrong) was so sweet and friendly. I highly recommend Don's Seafood.

I have been to this Don's Seafood location several times over the years and enjoyed it thoroughly every time. I have never had a bad experience with the waitstaff, and I have had a couple waiters who have been exceptionally attentive and friendly. The food has always been great - I particularly enjoy their Boudin Balls and Cajun Ravioli. The last time I went they offered a Brunch With Santa that my kids really enjoyed. The Santa and photographer were both exceptionally friendly and patient.

We dine here abt once a month. The food is so yummy! The fried catfish, stuffed shrimp, and boudin balls are amazing! We went tonight to celebrate our 23rd Anniversary and it was better than ever!! They were out of white chocolate bread pudding though, will have to try it next time!

This was my first visit here, A group of us went for the the half off oysters on Monday. I tryed the seafood spinich dip and it was delicious, now the wait on the oysters was well over 1 1/2 hrs, I dont mind waiting for something I will enjoy but to wait so long to receive fishy oysters is unacceptable! I will try again but not on a Monday during the half off oyster special.

We stopped through for dinner before hitting the hotel so we could catch an AM flight out of Louis Armstrong. I really enjoyed the shrimp special, and the kids were pleased with their catfish. The beer was particularly cold and enjoyable, and our server was very friendly and attentive. What really impressed me was how the management went above and beyond. My special needs boy, Happy (pictured), fell asleep and dropped his favorite Mario stuffed toy on the floor. We didn't realize it until it was too late, and he was beside himself. My wife called a couple days later to ask if they recovered it. Not only were they willing to ship him back to us, but they included a clever, personable note (attached) along with a couple of little green lizards. It's rare to have a place go above the call of duty, and it means a lot to me to see that companies still care about the little things. Cheers to you folks, and we'll be sure to visit again next time we're down!

Don's is one of my family's favorite seafood restaurants. Tonight, we had 10 people in our group. 5 of them are from are from out-of-state. Don's is very popular, so we had to wait a while to have our entire group seated together at one table. The staff was very accommodating... keeping us updated on seating availability. And, oh... the menu is extensive. Don's has a friendly, family atmosphere and the food was delicious.

We love Don's for our private events! Friendly helpful staff and great food. My only complaint-the floor was extremely slippery! Avoid a lawsuit guys-degrease that floor.

The quality of the food here has gone down a lot from years past. Not sure if it is pandemic related or trying to save money on cheap materials. The server and hosts were great, the inside is more like a sports bar now, food did come out in a timely fashion.

But for the 5th time in years we've met in the middle at Don's for lunches and dinners. No fail, great atmosphere, casual dining, great menu. It was a Friday night. We had a reservation for 8pm, but still waited 40 minutes for a table. Servers were good. Food was ok but NOLA has better elsewhere... Bisque, Crab Augratin, grilled shrimp tacos. The chairs were greasy from previous guest so we swapped them out...would go back to appease others who want to go but it wouldn't be my 1st choice.

The menu had New Orleans food, but the restaurant had chain restaurant feel. The food was decent I I tried a couple of dishes. The crab cakes had the right texture, but aromatic heavy flavor. Over powering the crab and the spices. The fried seafood was done wonderfully with a dense Italian style breading. The chargrilled oysters where excellent!

Don's is open post Ida. They have a limited menu but they are at least open and their servers are friendly. The boudin balls are delicious and their fried fish and fries ($18) was good as well... pricey but good. The gumbo was pleasant, both the chicken and sausage and the seafood, however the seafood gumbo was like warm but loaded with crab meat and shrimp. My wife and I decided on Don's Seafood to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. The good was great as was the atmosphere. Our waitress was fresh out of training, as she mentioned to us a couple of times. We enjoyed our visit thoroughly. My only complaint is we were given plastic utensils. Eventually our waitress was able to bring us a regular set of forks and knives. Don's Seafood is a great seafood venue and they offer a modest selection during this pandemic time. I will visit again.

The service was good, but the place was really loud. We were split on the food. Everything was cooked well, and in a reasonable amount of time. The bad part was that everything that had cheese seemed to be swimming in butter or oil. We got the shrimp dinner and the crawfish dinner, and only about a 3rd of each were edible. Neither of us could tell the difference between the etouffee and the gumbo. Both were pretty much rice and gravy.

Great service and the food had great flavor. I ordered the grilled stuffed shrimp with green beans and stuffed potato. My husband ordered the grilled stuffed catfish with green beans and garlic mashedpotatoes. We also split an old fashion. Although the flavor of the stuffing was fabulous, i was disappointed that my four shrimp were some what over cooked and they were kind of small in size. The stuffed catfish was cooked perfectly and delicious. We could not taste the garlic in the garlic mashed potatoes but they were still good. We will definitely go back but I won't get the grilled stuffed shrimp again.

Don's seafood is worth every penny. I spent 75 bucks with no buyers remorse. Me and my family visited the Audubon Zoo ,then after visited dons. I had the jacked up oyster, fried gator, and some crawfish bisque. My significant other had the hamburger steak,smoke green beans(awesomeness in a bowl),and the mash potatoes. My kids ate from the kids meal,which I did not like that they went up on the price.( Every dollar counts people. It's a pandemic.)3 of my kids had the kids cheese burger meal. Also Idk what was wrong with my food bc it tasted ok but I was so so sick starting 15 minutes after I left. Stayed sick to my stomach until 11:00am the next morning. I will say this... this experience has ruined me. I will unfortunately NOT be going back again. *Note that while I was looking through other reviews of this place I also noticed other people saying they got sick. Probably not a good sign. Good luck

We started with hushpuppies and zydeco shrimp. The hushpuppies we undercooked so I sent them back but opted not to get them replaced. The zydeco shrimp were good. I ordered grilled shrimp tacos and chargrilled corn. I did not enjoy my tacos or the corn. The tacos had more coleslaw than shrimp. I counted three medium size shrimp in each taco. The corn was dehydrated (over cooked) thats an understatement. The three stars are because of great customer service and my daughter enjoyed her fried shrimp with fries and salad.

They asked if I wanted bread with my order, I said yes. Of course, no bread. I called and was offered a side when I come back to the restaurant.

The food is very traditional southern Louisiana cuisine. The taste was authentic. The food came quickly, but prepared fresh. The restaurant is wide open and spacious. It feels like a really nice place and a very enjoyable place. I went there during a quiet time, but it seems it could be lively and friendly during the busy hours. Don't take that as certainty though. Try for yourself.

My family and I dined here for Mother’s Day. I was so relived that my husband called and made reservations the day before. Our server name was Zach. He was friendly, upbeat, and slightly overwhelmed. However, he made lots of eye contact and was honest with my family. The establishment was packed! It was also after 6pm. It took 25 minutes to get our appetizer. Then 45 minutes to get our food. We were also a table of 4 with a toddler. Whew! The food was super mediocre. The catfish was also not real catfish. My mother in law pointed it out because she’s a Su Chef. So I’m guessing they had to substitute the fish because of how busy they were. The sweet potato casserole was nasty too. Plus, They were also out of “Fish & Grits!” That I wanted to order. I couldn’t believe how some families waited over an hour to dine while we ate. We decided to go here because my in-laws raved about how much they loved it here. I was disappointed. I’m not excited about returning to this restaurant at all.

Landon, my wait staff attendant was fabulous! He was very helpful and attentive but not overly so. His food suggestions were right on point! I even knocked over my water glass and he didn't miss a beat. Lol. The food was great. I'm looking for my perfect bowl of seafood gumbo and this is the closest I've found. The roux is spectacular, though a little greasy. The seafood in the gumbo was plentiful and delicious. The only complaint was a few very small crab shells, but I am really used to that, growing up in in NOLA. I will be back!!!

Great food and great service. I hate waiting so I went around 4pm. It was after the lunch rush and right before the dinner crowd. I order blackened fish wherever I go and some places just don’t get it right. Don’s got it right. With a price of almost $20, I expected a larger piece of fish and that’s what I got. Well there was a accident which shut down the interstate and traffic was horrible. A young lady from Don’s called (sorry I don’t remember her name)and I advised her of the situation and I was definitely on my way, she was so nice and pleasant that I felt really good now but when I got to Don’s I was greeted by Shane and he advised me the he recooked my order so it would be hot. Dinner for 5 without mixed drinks or appetizers for around 150.00. A local staple for over 50 years, specializing in seafood and fish prepared in a variety of ways. Menu includes shrimp crab, oysters, cooked to order, and served in nice portions with generous sides and bread. Standard variety and house specialty cocktails available from the bar, with a friendly staff and decent service. Deducted 1 star for the bathrooms, and while I should probably take away 2, it was late. Go and dig in!

The crawfish tasted as though they had started to go bad and it overpowered the whole dish. Even made the andouille taste strange. The jacked up shrimp appetizer was amazing though. Skip the brunch options with crawfish and you should be fine!

Atmosphere somewhere between, a dual,and upscale. High and low tables, booths, and bar. A lot of "reclaimed" wood for a trendy upscale rustic look with a bow to the bayou. Good, friendly service.

My primary experience is when dining in special room set aside for meetings. Waiter is professional + did his best to accommodate extra guests that showed up for meeting. I do believe however that mgt should provide more support when it becomes obvious room is filled to capacity... esp when I think that rest of restauant wasnt overcrowded. But then I don't know how big the cooking staff was in the background either. Overall I find food to be great at a reasonable price + certainly great place to bring families + more. Been in Louisiana since May and this is probably my and my fiancé’s favorite place! We’ve went at least a dozen time and have yet to be disappointed by anything! Staff is always friendly, food is always hot and fresh, the whole restaurant is clean, just overall great place and we’ve been to 3 different ones, they’re all great!

I don't know if we were just extremely hungry or this place was extremely good. Either way, I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I had the crab everything meal. I forgot it's real name but you'll know it when you see it on the menu. It was all awesome especially those jacked up oysters I ordered as an appetizer.

How can you not love this place. Friends in town, first stop from the airport is Dons. They went on and on about how good the food was. Being from Ca.they eat seafood and are close to the coast. But, nothing they have at home compair to this. The fried alligator, fried catfish and red beans, the seafood salad, all delicious. Our waitress was fantastic.

Omg..where do I start? Parking was excellent..got a front door park to our surprise. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server came right away and took our drink and appetizer orders. He was friendly and helpful. The food and entrees took a second to come, but not when it got there I realized it was well worth the wait! My jacked up half dozen charbroiled oysters were so good I hate them within minutes. My sweet tea was definitely southern, & I mean this in the best way! My gumbo was full if shrimp and chicken, and delicious..omg! I couldn't stop eating..lol. My entree was the seafood combo.. and I was so satisfied until I bit into the stuffed shrimp. This is the most disappointing part of my experience by far. My stuffed shrimp smelled spoiled and tasted so foul I spit it out! The smell ruined it and it tasted disgusting..mind you I am a crabmeat and seafood lover. My boyfriend tasted it because he thought I was exaggerating, & immediately he spit it out! He said "the smell ruined it for me." Other than that I'd still go back, but I just recommend y'all check the dates on your crabmeat and shrimp because that could have easily been a food poisoning incident

I have been to many seafood/steakhouse restaurants after I moved here looking for a good steak. After searching all over, I found Don's Seafood practically in my back yard. Great atmosphere. A little slow with food at times but great food is worth the wait.

Don's has really good fried seafood sometimes there is a long wait so I would suggest to call ahead. There are better places in the city for fried seafood but Don's does offer a quality fried seafood experience. I know the green beans are liked or hated so proceed with caution.

Food was fine but the service not great. Apparently it was the server's second shift. Had to ask several times for silverware etc. Some items were not ordered by the server which meant that we did not eat at the same time.

Food cold but ok. , service from Nichole? Oh no!! She must be new, she couldn't work her table( tables 2) couldn't work at same time,? Mostly because she was so busy talking and cutting up with other staff members. 20 min. For a glass of tea that sweat all over us due to no napkins. Food took longer than that, it must have sat for a while? Due to the fact that it was barely warm. Silverware came after meal so we had to ask for it, while our food sat in front of us getting even colder. She actually waited on the table behind us first, although we arrived first. She kept saying, if you need anything just let me know,? Then she was nowhere to be found. Again, the food was cold, but eatable. We didn't dare send it back, basically because we weren't sure if we had another 45 min. To wait for her to pick it up?? Basically, I would "NOT" recommend your restaurant to anyone, due to the lack of good service! What an experience of poor judgement in hireing, on someone's decision to do so. Training would be of the utmost necessity for your establishment. Good luck!

Always have to come here whenever I'm in town. Never had a bad expect for this last time. Came in and the hostess I was standing there waiting for her because she was busy coloring so I just went to the bar and sat down. I watched her for at least 3 minutes when she finally turned around. Small shrimp plate was perfect for my elderly mother, my fried shrimp/oyster plate was awesome, oysters were crispy on outside, moist inside. Delicious fried butterfly shrimp. Devon, our waiter, was great, helpful and always nearby.

Meh... I ate here tonight, first time at a Don's since I was a kid, and the first time at this particular location. I ordered the fried shrimp, came with a hushpuppy (I say hushpuppy because there was only one) coleslaw and fries. The Coleslaw was basically just warm cabbage in a bowl. The shrimp was over seasoned, and the meal was overpriced. (if I'm paying $17 bucks for a handful of shrimp and some fries, you would think they would throw in a measly salad). I can't say that all Don's restaurants are the same. I do know that with the one in Hammond, you actually get what you pay for. I rate this 3 stars because the service made up for what the meal was lacking. I doubt very much I'll be back to this one.

Crawfish review: Good overall, but the crawfish definitely had some dead before they hit the pot and the a la carte sides are not boiled in the original boil. So the sides definitely aren't worth it if that's what you're looking for like I was. Also, the head sucking factor/overall juiciness could be improved. Solid efforts and it is good, but not great. Price is about average. Service is on point! Cordial, polite staff.

Visiting from Georgia I went in to get the Don's Seafood Platter to go but was told They were out of the stuffing for the Crabs and Shrimp.... So I orderd the Fried Shrimp, Grilled vegetables, Green beans, Sweet potato Casserole and a Cup of Seafood Gumbo. Fried Shrimp was Great, Grilled Vegetables was Great, Sweet Potato Casserole 3 out of 10 The Green Beans Great, but the Portion was very small and the Seafoood Gumbo 5 out of 10 very little seafood. Maybe just a off day.....

Wow! After having a HORRIBLE experience the night before at Oceana Grill, Don's was just what we needed! My friend had wanted to try boiled crawfish but we couldn't find a place that had them-Don's did. They were yummy! We were also going to order the seafood plate & our waitress, Diana, pointed out that the seafood platter was on sale that night for $1 less. We ordered that & it was fantastic! The shrimp etouffe was the best I've had here. I'm not usually a fan of stuffed crab but it was superb. I highly recommend stopping by for some wonderful, extremely reasonably priced food & atmosphere.

Our food tasted fine. But my portion of Crawfish I would question. 4lbs. on 1 crawfish tray would seem to have a crest over the top of tray,(Kind of like the Superdome look). But it was flat at best! I asked my waitress "Who was Awesome" and she said it was 4lbs. The table on the side of us had a tray could of asked them but didn't, should have. They had two people and we did have four. But at $6.00 a pound you would think they would be a little accurate. $24.00 for what I thought was 2lbs at best is ALOT!.

We had a very lovely meal here at Providence, with dishes were delicious and we'll balanced. The Wagyu beef cigar, as well as the Miyazaki beef with pumpkin were exceptional dishes. This restaurant would ranked favourable versus the Michelin starred restaurants in Europe, and probably a solid 2 star.
