Fabulous cafe atmosphere, great service from great people and the food was delicious! PLUS...this cafe gives back to the world by improving lives one woman at a time. We went for a Reserved Tea and we were not disappointed. The savory bites were fresh and flavorful. The pastries and sweet treats were delectable. And the tea...oh the tea...hot and soothing. The prices were reasonable and each tea is served in a cup from around the world (Today, we had cups from Sweden and France.) We did wish we could purchase some of the tea we sampled, but the airy shop attached to the cafe did not carry the same brand. A great place for a brunch (served all day), a quick bite, fresh tea and coffee beverages, lunch or a long chat over a formal tea. This is the real deal.

Really cool experience from the time you walk in till the time you leave! Busy place but the line moves quickly. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food was outstanding. I got the special which was a chicken pot pie and it was the best one I've ever had. The salads are served with their house dressing and it was truly the best I've ever had. They should bottle it and sell it. Id order it right now by the case. The cake was also some of the best cake I've had. Very fresh and tasted amazing. Ill be back here for sure.

I love everything about this place! The customer service was excellent. It has a real farm to fork feel. All the food was really good. I will say the tea gets really really strong fast as it keeps brewing ( the leaves shed micro grounds into the pot) so my second cup was too strong. You can tell this is a place with a lot of meaning put into it, they have a herb garden out back, and a gift shop. The gift shop is full of hand made goods that support food causes

Love this place! We absolutely adore the blueberry basil panini here, and the apple/goat cheese wrap we got last time was so good too. The coffees/teas are great as well, and the tea is especially cool because it comes in a small pot with sugar and other fixings. The servers and cashiers are so nice and super sweet. You order at the front and then they bring your food to whatever table you sit at. Also the mission is super cool too, which makes this place all the greater. 10/10 recommend !!

I love the food. I love the lavender latte. I love their cheese grits, and their chia pudding with fresh fruit, granola and honey drizzle, and their almond butter on toast. I love their cause. But most of all, I love the kind people who work there.

This was a great choice today for lunch. Had a cappucino and a huge tripple meat BLT (bacon, turkey and ham) - a huge slap of meat between the bread. As side order the soup of the day, a thick delicious tomato basil soup in a cup. I have to say as well the BLT as the Tomato Basil were the best I ever had compared to elsewhere (and I am already 55). Amazing, 5 full stars. Look forward coming back next week!!! 😋😋😋

My neighbor and friend hosted a birthday tea party for me. What a wonderful afternoon - Tammy, our server, was friendly and knowledgeable and downright entertaining with her southern personality. The food and presentation was delicious and delightful and when Miss “Diva” Donna sang Happy Birthday to me that was the icing on the birthday cake, so to speak. Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely, bright cafe in urban west Nashville. The Autumn Bowl salad, a special today, was fresh and delicious. Very pleasant staff. It's not in the typical tourist areas of the city, but well worth going off the beaten path to get here. All proceeds support a good cause too!

How can I say enough about this gem of a place? I have lived in Nashville my entire life and never known about this place. My only regret is not finding it sooner. The staff was so friendly and the food was incredible (butternut squash lasagna). I LOVE what this place stands for. The boutique was a little expensive but it’s for a wonderful cause so I didn’t mind spending some money there. If you’re ever in west Nashville do yourself a favor and stop by. You’ll be glad you did. #loveheals

What a great place for afternoon tea! We throughly enjoyed our visit. The oolong tea was great and the food served was amazing. From the delicious chicken salad croissant sandwich to the mini quiches and scones "satisfied" is an understatement.

The staff, the mission, the food, and the beverages are always spot on! I stop here in between clients and do some computer work and the atmosphere is always bright, warm, and welcoming. My new favorite beverage is the Peppermint Matcha Late. The Avocado Toast is good and I enjoy the Turkey Sandwich as well. Highly recommend!

Love this cafe! Great, healthy selection of foods. Different and delicious. We enjoyed the quiche, vegetable and sausage soup, grilled cheese (brie and blackberry jam!), turkey sandwich, and butternut squash lasagna. Excellent service in a loving atmosphere.

The Cafe at Thistle Farms not only has amazing food but is working towards a much needed cause. They have a small store, some things were a little pricey but all very high quality and all made by women. The food was divine. The chicken pot pie soup was very tasty and the star-shaped puff pastry on top sealed the deal. The pesto in the pesto pasta was extremely fresh and was delightful with the addition of peas. I also enjoyed a golden milk latte with turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla and the secret ingredient black pepper with steamed coconut milk. Loved their ceiling which was covered in bone china tea cups.

We always enjoy visiting Thistle Farms Cafe! The ladies are always so nice & easy to chat with. The store offers cute gifts & quality products for my everyday life. The Cafe menu is always mouthwatering & the food is always delicious! Today we tried the Heirloom Sandwich with side salad. They definitely delivered on taste, quality & presentation! I also ordered the Golden Latte. Which I enjoyed with my meal & loved so much, I ordered one to go for the drive home🤷‍♀️ Highly recommend trying it! One word, LOVE! Everything about this place is magical: From the welcoming staff (Shout out to Tammy, she's absolutely amazing), to the homemade food from scratch, to the house made teas & lattes, to the mission behind it all. There is a giftshop you can shop at after you eat as well.

Great place for groups and the food was delicious! Very family friendly with plenty of high chairs and accommodations for families! Also, the store had a delightful selection of toys and goods. I bought a coffee cup for myself and a couple toys for my children and they are so well made. We are very happy with our purchases and will be back for more food and store goods for sure! We also love that the benefits from our purchases went to a great cause and local women and families.

Love this place. I had the Breakfast Bowl. Wow. Great for a bite to eat or a made to order a beverage. Lovely atmosphere. Plenty of room to sit and meet with a friend on a business associate. The have a large training/meeting room in that can be rented out. There is Audio-visual equipment for presentations. The cafe definitely has more that meets the eye. Most importantly they live their mission.

Stopped by a couple of times when I was traveling through Nashville. LOVE their specialty drinks and sandwiches, specifically the Roast Beef & Horseradish, Herbed Chicken Salad Croissant, Rosemary Brown Sugar Latte and Fireside Cider. The house-made chips are bomb. The customer service is fast and kind, even on a busy afternoon.

A delightful cafe, staffed by delightful people, and run by an organization with an awesome mission. Today was my first time visiting and I could not have been happier with my meal. I had their pimiento BLT, their green goddess gazpacho, and an iced pineapple matcha to drink. Everything came out quickly and tasted amazing. The pineapple matcha was refreshing without being too sweet. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a delicious but light meal. Oh, after I was done eating, I popped over to their store to pick up some skincare/bath products. I'm a big fan of their hand lotion (which I initially found at a store in Des Moines) because it moisturizes without leaving my hands feeling greasy or sticky.

Very cute and chic decor - look up for the teacup display inside the front door. The food was delicious, I got a latte and a cookie that was straight out of the oven. The cookie was so fresh that it fell apart when she tried to transfer it to the plate 😋🍪 Will be returning ASAP - looks like a great place for quiet, casual business meetings and lunches with my daughter.

Parking in the rear. Walk in and grab a menu. Next, walk up to the counter and order. Take your order number and be seated as they will bring it to you. Leave your dirty dishes on the table and they will come get them. This is a large coffee shop with a kitchen serving breakfast and lunch. No tvs. Small outdoor patio with tables in the back.

I can't believe I've lived 10 minutes away from this wonderful place for a whole year and not once has it come up in my searches for restaurants! Now that I finally got to try it I had the best Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich here that I've probably ever had in my life. I was assuming the sandwich would be cold, but it came out with freshly prepared hot, thick-cut bacon. The bread was delicious too and the sprouts were a great addition. I got the pesto pasta salad on the side and it was definitely a great pesto showing, compete with pine nuts. The ambiance here is wonderful too, so it is an ideal place to dine in. It's clean and cozy with the right amount of thoughtful decoration. The staff was also wonderful, and a staff member stopped by to make a quick conversation with me, which made me feel even more welcomed. I can't end this without mentioning one of the best parts of the restaurant, which is that the meal and the items in the attached giftshop help support women survivors. It's not often enough that I get a chance to enjoy such a meaningful meal. I can't wait to go back!

Wow!!! I mean wow! Truly exceptional place!! Place was super cozy, staff was super warm and kind, very hospitable, food was delicious. me and my husband couldn’t be any happier with our breakfast here in Nashville. It was my first time visiting here. We stopped at another breakfast place, waiting line was for 45 minutes. And then we started driving around and found this place randomly. Surprisingly fast service. Highly recommend!

I love this cafe! Beautifully designed & appointed, but the focus is still on the food and staff. You order and pay at the counter, then they deliver to your table. We chose to eat on their nice deck in pack. Lots of rear parking. Food: egg stack is brunchie, scrumptious, and reasonably priced. Hubs loved this salad & scratch tomato bisque soup. This cafe is so special on every level. The staff is warm and welcoming and they take the time to know you. The ambiance is beautiful and clean and bright with fresh flowers on the tables. We enjoyed our visit to the cafe. We sat outside on the porch. The staff were attentive and the food was brought out in a timely manner. I ordered the tomato basil soup as my side item to the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. The soup was creamy, tasty and hot. The turkey sandwich was on a soft bun and had a generous portion of turkey The avocado, sprout and mayo complimented the turkey.

I was at the cafe a couple of years ago. It was really good then. I just ate there yesterday and it was excellent! Cool vibe. They've remodeled and have a great new menu with healthy choices, soups, sandwiches and salads, as well as tasty decadent desserts and specialty coffees. A wonderful establishment with a wonderful mission. I was intrigued by the social outreach and decided to visit for lunch. When you first walk in you’ll notice the beautiful decor with numerous mugs hanging from the ceiling in a wave-like fashion. The tables and chairs give the cafe a rustic feel. The staff is friendly and more than welcoming. The food is fresh and delicious. With such an excellent mission and wonderful food who wouldn’t love such a place?

Thistle Farms is easily one of my favorite places in all of Nashville. The food is delicious, the staff and volunteers are all wonderful, and the atmosphere is cozy and bright. I frequent the store, as well. I always feel so full when I leave -- spiritually and nutritiously. A quick shoutout -- Tammy is the BEST. She always tries to learn everyone's names and has gotten to know me as I've become a regular over time. Recently I asked if they were able to make their London Fog latte iced (I love a London Fog, but Nashville summers call for iced beverages). I was told that they didn't think they could, which I totally understood! The next time I came in (about two weeks later), the specials board had an Iced London Fog as the special drink of the day. I squealed. I asked Tammy about it, and she said that after I asked for it, a few others did too within a few days, so she did the research on how to make one and they put it on the menu as a special. IT IS SO DELICIOUS!!! Please consider keeping it on the menu permanently!!! Anyway -- go, run, immediately. I will continue to come and bring everyone I know. Thistle Farms is AMAZING.

Came to visit family in Nashville and ate here for the first time. It is fresh, healthy food so was unsure if I would find something I liked. Had the half chicken salad sandwich and the tortilla soup. It was delicious. It also came with chips which were amazing too. My son had a kids turkey sandwich with fruit. The fruit was a huge bowl of pineapple, blueberries and cantaloupe. The serving sizes were great for the price and the atmosphere was serene. Highly recommend.

Go early and avoid the crowd. My personal favorites are the yogurt bowl paired with the quiche of the day. Both are reasonable portions own their own, but why have one when I can have both.

I have been here just twice (so far), but I am in love with this place. The café has such a cozy feel, complete with pillows along the bench seating and dark, homey wood furniture. Noise from guests is not so overwhelming, but there’s enough of it that you don’t feel like you have to whisper so as not to disturb anyone. The whole atmosphere is very warm, in general. I am in love with the farmhouse breakfast bowl. I get it with avocado, as I can’t eat pork. I love they even have the option to add avocado. I can’t wait until I’m able to stop by again to try another entree, too. Their pesto chicken wrap and zucchini lasagna sound so good. The honey lavender latte is one of the best coffee drinks I’ve had in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised at how simply sweet it was, not so crazy sweet as I’m used to those drinks being. It’s so good. I’d love to try the London Fog on the next visit, as I’ve never had that, either. And the service here is amazing. Not once have I seen an employee drop their smile or tone. They’re all so sweet and helpful, and you feel so welcome. I love not feeling rushed to finish up and get out. You can work, read, socialize, and not once have I seen an employee try to “push” anyone to leave. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area, and I envy you if you’re in the area more often than myself. I wish I lived closer!

SERVERS :Don't chew gum while waiting on or in front of customers. Secondly, smile, your face won't break. Thirdly, look me directly in the eye. Eye contact is important and no, m'am side eye does not count. Finally, smile at the customers it goes a long way and it brightens and lifts your face. Really good food, potentially good service
