Reviews of Stompin' Grounds Nashville
Autumn
Tried this place for breakfast and thought it was just okay. The atmosphere and plating was very nice but for the price I expected more out of the food. When googling this place I noticed that it only had $$ for the price when it should actually be $$$$-$$$$$. A plate is about $20-30/ person just for breakfast. The food was good but nothing special and there should be no reason biscuits and gravy should cost $18. The wait staff was very friendly and we loved our waitress!!

Had a great brunch here. By far the best coffee we've had in Nashville so far. Friendly and helpful service from Rasha - totally went above and beyond. Thanks from NZ 🇳🇿

Delicious! I very rarely say that the amount of mushrooms is perfect in restaurant dished because I could always use more, but this was perfect! Even used the potatoes at little breakfast crostinis which was awesome

A delightful breakfast. The service was amazing and the food was top notch. Located in the lobby of the JW.

Went to the coffee shop portion of this restaurant for breakfast. It's called "Always Grindin". I had a really good ham and cheese croissant which was light and flaky. Real good flavor but could've used a little more ham. They have excellent coffee and espresso drinks. Being leary of covid the outside seating is a great option. We did a show at Music City Center and this place is right across the street. It's a great little spot for coffee before the Convention.

The food was excellent and flavorful. My waitress was kind and patient with my many menu questions. She offered me coffee to go on my way out the door which I really appreciated. The tables are distanced for Covid and waitresses and hostess’s all wear masks.

Absolutely fantastic experience eating here this morning. My wife and I went for a walk around the block to go get breakfast somewhere else, and the options really weren’t that great, so we grabbed some coffee and walked back to the hotel and thought we would try Stompin Grounds. We were welcomed by Ha, who was so sweet and bubbly and brought a smile to both of our faces. It was fun to watch her in her element taking folks to their tables and watching joy come across everyone’s faces as they interacted with her. Mag was our server and was kind and attentive. I appreciated the fact that no one said a word about the coffee we brought in from the outside. We ordered omelets off the menu and they were fantastic. For what you get we felt like it was a fair value considering you are in the JW in Downtown in a great environment with attentive servers. Don’t expect to come here and spend less than $50 for two, otherwise you will be frustrated. We knew this going in, and the convenience and service absolutely made this a value in our minds. We would highly recommend this breakfast spot to anyone.

The service was great, and I've been here multiple times because of it. The burger is really good along with the boozy milkshake. The desserts are also fun, and there should be something for everybody. The gelato is also very good!

Excellent breakfast spot. Their breakfast buffet is good, but I recommend NOT going for the buffet and doing one of their specialty dishes instead. The Avacado Toast is pretty damn amazing.

Fresh, homemade, & local restaurant and coffee bar located in the Marriott in downtown Nashville. There is also a grab-n-go market to get something to eat on the fly. The restaurant has great holiday dinners, so be sure to check their website!
