What a cool place! Order your broth and start adding food self-serve style, I like it! I ordered their spiciest broth and it was a decently hot broth. Be aware that the hot pot is hot, and I mean ridiculously hot while boiling. Make sure to keep some of the ingredient bowls so that you can dish out some of the soup in smaller portions to cool, because you will not be able to cool it sufficiently. Don't burn your mouth on the stuff, just portion out what you're going to eat and let it cool. Another thing, after your food is cooked in the hotpot, make sure to turn the temperature down on the burner controls (inlaid on the side of the table) otherwise you can run the risk of burning your soup as the meal wears on. As for making your own soup, it is best in my opinion to take some lettuce and greens and put it into the hot pot, then add your thin cut meats from the cooler, and some noodles from the conveyor belts. The best meat for my money was the thin cut beef. SO good to put that in the soup. Go for a cool drink. You'll need it. Recommended!

All you can eat Adult buffet is $32 for both hot pot and grill. This is a reasonable price considering what you are getting. Come hungry and stay late. It’s getting really busy so make sure you have time to wait. It’s really cramp inside the restaurant. Stay safe my friend. I am not disappointed at all. The only think I wish for is better ventilation because it was so much smoke.

LOVE this place. It's one of the only places I've been able to find all you can eat galbi. The Hot Pot is amazing on its own though, and I highly recommend the Curry Broth. I drive an hour and a half just to eat here a couple times a year, and it's always the highlight of Nashville. If you haven't been here, you should.

Great experience and loved the rolling plates! With covid, we felt comfortable that hot pot ingredients were wrapped in plastic wraps and food came in small portions. We had the hot pot (spicy one) and it was truly delicious and SPICY 🥵

Not a great picture I know. But wow. I'd eat here every day if I could. For the price, nothing competes. The Tom Yum hot pot broth was so flavorful. The meat selection was amazing. 10 stars. It's sinful to be this good.

I consider myself a Shabu a holic. I go to them all over the USA as a benefit of work. This one is right up there as one of my favorites. Prices are good and the selection is YUGE. Love it! Friendly staff and to be able to grill and hotpot at the same setting is truly a first that I’ve run into. One of my new local favorites!

Shabu Shabu is such a fun, unique, and tasty experience. It’s part Melting Pot, part sushi train, and part Ramen shop. It was sensory overload with all the sights, sounds, and smells. A hot pot of broth (several flavors are available) is placed before you and kept at a consistent hot temperature to which you can add all sorts of meats, veggies, and noodles. All the refrigerated ingredients are kept at a buffet-style counter where you can also grab fresh fruit, sweets, pre-made sushi, and make your own sauces. All carbs and veggies can be grabbed off of a conveyer belt that runs all through the restaurant. On this occasion, we had the miso and tonkatsu broth. The tonkatsu broth was a bit bland but the miso broth was great. Additionally, we enjoyed Shabu Shabu (thin slices of meat grilled at your table). Well worth the extra few bucks. It was a great experience. We will definitely be back.

I was looking for a hotspot style restaurant and happened upon this one. It wasn't too far from me so I definitely gave it a shot. I liked the selection of broths they had, but unfortunately they didn't have the one I used to get back in Florida - Lemongrass. I ended up getting the tonkotsu while my wife got the teriyaki flavored one which was called sukiyaki. I should have gotten that one instead. I feel like the tonkotsu was a bit lacking. We opted to get both the hotpot and grill dinner (you can choose one, or both). The meat selection wasn't terribly large but it was good. The ingredients for the hotpot were fine as well although I was looking for egg noodles and couldn't find any. All in all a good experience, will probably go again or try another hotpot place if I find one.

Fantastic experience. We had never tried hot pot or shabu but the waitress explained everything to us and was very patient. Compared to similar restaurants, this place was so affordable! We did the grill and hot pot and it was only $32 or so. There was a very large selection of meat, veggies and even sushi. The sauce bar was great too. We went on a Sunday night and the place was pretty packed. We sat in the back and it was pretty hot which is understandable. I’ve heard you should try to get a table in the front. Even still, it was delicious and a great time. Family friendly as well. We lucked out on parking in the back but just a block up the street there’s a pretty safe lot that’s only $4 for the day so there’s plenty of parking options. Location is in the middle of everything as well. I’m contemplating a drive back to Nashville just to have it again!

Hubby and I love A.Y.C.E Korean BBQ and Shabu Shabu does not disappoint. This was our first time trying hot pot and loved it too. Restaurant is clean. Meat, noodles sushi, veggies and sauces are plentiful and fresh. If you're a sista, keep your silk press tied up or your hair won't survive. Totally worth it though! Can't wait to go back.

All you can eat Korean bbq and hot pot. We did just the bbq for $30 a person. We really enjoyed the marinated short ribs! The sushi is also really good and fresh! They have a pretty good boba selection and it pairs well with bbq! Make sure you come hungry!

All you can eat. A robot takes you to your table. Huge selection of fresh seafood and meat. Amazing broth. Wear something breathable, it’s HOT in there with the food cooking. Only 1 waitress for all the tables so we waited 20 minutes for the check. But the wait and sweat was well worth the experience. Would’ve been even more fun with more people.

Phenomenal service, the ingredients are amazing and I have yet to be disappointed! As others have said, come hungry and be prepared to stay awhile. I highly recommend the "Szechaun Spicy" broth and if you like a bit of heat, I promise you will not be disappointed with this one. This is easily one of my new favorite places to frequent since it opened and I cannot wait to come back!

Incredible place - if you love Asian style hotpot or grill, then you are sure to love this place. Tons of meat & broth options. Also love the sauce bar - allows to customize your dipping experience. My top favorites were the fattier meat cuts (slices) and the short ribs. Pork dumplings were also very good (preferred them grilled/fried to get the crispness). The conveyor system brining around the extras gave it a nice touch of uniqueness & ambience.

I had the all-you-can-eat shabu shabu and grill experience and I left very satisfied with the authenticity and quality of this restaurant! Whether you're craving Japanese, Chinese, Korean, or Singaporean food, you can craft your broth and sauces to your preference with a wide assortment of ingredients. I got the Tom Yum broth which I highly recommend if you plan on eating a lot of seafood. The sour and spicy soup helps neutralize any fishiness. I also tried the tonkatsu broth which went very well with meat. It was mild, savory, and simmered with goji berries. Overview of shabu shabu selection 🍲 🍥 Fish balls: I'm quite impressed with the assortment of fish balls (crab sticks, prawn balls, squid balls, Fuzhou fish balls) -- there were 8+ types of fish balls from different Asian countries. 🦞 Seafood: There were crawfish, fish fillet, shrimp, mussels, clams, octopus, squid, etc. 🥓 Grill/BBQ: Beef bulgogi, chicken slices, pork belly, etc. were plentiful if you want a KBBQ experience! Meat was pretty high quality and very juicy. 🥩 Hot pot meat: There was beef, chicken, pork, and lamb, all very thinly sliced to cook quickly in broth. 🥬 Vegetables: Bowls of taro, seaweed/kelp knots, spinach, bok choy, broccoli, cauliflower, corn, napa cabbage, mushrooms, woodyear fungus, etc. made its way around the tables on conveyor belts. 🍜 Starches: Ramen, udon noodles, shirataki noodles, rice noodles, and rice cakes come on conveyor belts. There were also tofu, yuba wrappers, and fried soy sticks which helps soak up the broth. 🧄 Sauces: At least 16 different sauces available -- sacha sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, sesame paste, Chinese vinegar, sesame oil, Korean soybean paste, wasabi, ponzu, and more. 🍣: Sushi was alright. Not the best but I didn't come here to eat sushi.

Looooove this place! I’m a big hot pot fan and this place checks all my boxes. Great quality, service, and massive selection! My only complaint is that you can’t call ahead to reserve a spot and the wait is usually long but so worth it. Also I always see a little robot in there but I’ve never seen it used, I wish they would utilize him! But otherwise it’s always an incredible time and my favorite date night spot.

The excitement and joy in everyone at our table was extraordinary. It was hands down one of the best nights out I've ever had going to dinner. We had a group of 4 and while the table was a little crowded it was so much fun poking around, sharing, and exploring all the different broths at the table and the different options. We went for the hot pot and grill option so the possibilities felt endless. The meat was good quality and it was very well ventilated for how intimate the dinning room felt. I can't wait to go back and try more!

You will enjoy this place if you love your meat and seafood. The food is definitely not the freshest but it is an amazing experience for hot pots and grill. We got the spicy broth as well as the miso broth and used all the meat and seafood options available. They also have a few sushi options along with some side salad like kimchi and dessert. They have a robot which goes to your table to wish you if you have a special request or a special occasion which is pretty cool. It was a little bit expensive for me but I enjoyed the experience and will definitely visit again on an empty stomach.

The best hot pot I've had. The options are great. I wish they'd even take it a little further with the mushroom and veggie varieties. The marinated beef is ridiculously good. The chicken is probably the only thing that could use some more love (seemed like it sat too long in marinade). The place is a bit of a tight squeeze at times, but it's totally manageable.

Our first time in was on a Friday night. The wait time was about an hour and few minutes, but this place was bustling. We got the hotpot portion of food for the night, no grill. But each of us got a GENEROUS amount of soup and we got each flavor. Each flavor was just...FANTASTIC. the service from our waiter Alex was fantastic. Very attentive and dear Lord he was handling 10+ tables. Kudos to him! Typical with hot pot is grabbing your plate and grabbing raw fixings to cook in your broth. And we all had a great time. Staff kept the food on rotation, so we never got anything questionable or spoiled. Seriously one of the best food experiences I've had in a while. Highly recommend. Don't like waiting? Do yourself a favor and wait. It's worth it.

Went here for the first time with my wife. The server was very helpful explaining the works to us. We had a fun experience! We got the grill and the hotpot. It got a bit messy there for a second from a big crowd but they got that under control fast and well! Highly recommend this place if anyone wants to have some fun eats!

Out of all of the Korean BBQ/Hot Pot places I've been to across the country, this one is definitely in my top three! The meat options are great, the broth options for the hotpot varied in flavor and heat level, and the conveyor belt for the veggies and noodles is SO FUN! The food was overall delicious, and our server Matt was amazing and took such great care of us! I can't wait to come back to Nashville just so I can come back here! Thank you!

Place was packed and there was a bit of a wait. Great selection of meats for the grill and hot pot. We each got a different broth, and they were all very tasty. Lots of veggies and such for the hotpot going around on the conveyor as well. There was a nonstick grill mat that I've never seen used at any other places. Very handy as it keeps things from burning and sticking, requiring constant grill changes.

Smell An important sense that was engaged the second I walked in. My nose said “Oh my” as my eyes swept around the conveyer belt system and said “Stomach - check that out”. Fairly busy for lunch with a great couple and their kid sitting next to us who I, the mouth that never stops, had a great convo with. I got the Tom Yum broth and the flat mate got Szechuan Spicy. I think I had five servings of items in my broth. It’s a hot pot joint so they sit a tub of broth in a heater in front of you and you grab meats and veggies to cook in the broth. Had shaved lamb, beef and chicken. Pork gyoza. Pork meatballs. Prawns. Octopus. Broccoli. Noodles. Rice pasta. Sapporo on tap. More beef and lamb. CeeCee (I hope spelling it right) was f**king awesome. Loved her. Loved the robots. Loved the conversation. Here’s the breakdown: Great food +1 star; great company +1 star; cold beer +1 star; great service +1 star; outstanding selection +1 star. Will, for sure, go back.

Buffet style bar with sauces, seafood and meats with veggies and noodles delivered via conveyor belt. Delicious hot pot flavors and not too smoky I side with good ventilation for the grill. Definitely a gem! Does get very hot in the summer especially if the restaurant is full.

The family went last night and had a great time. The wait was longer than desired but worth the experience. We did pot and grill for 4 people. The food was fresh continuously it our server was overwhelmed. He had too many people to be good for any one table. So his service suffered. They definitely need to hire more servers to improve the experience. Over all, we had a really nice meal and family fun. Definitely would recommend ( bring your wallet 😬😊)!

I’ve never been to a hot pot before but I’ve been to a Korean barbecue restaurant in this was very similar to Korean barbecue, except the hot pot was new to me. I will never stop coming back here now. This might be my new favorite spot. The staff was so knowledged and fun and helps me in making decisions about what to order. The selection of different foods along with items to barbecue and add to your hot pot were tremendous. The variety is unmatched.

My only issue was that they refused to let my disabled daughter just sit there without eating and wanted to charge her $32 just to sit there. I tried explaining that she wouldn't eat anything but the lady just kept repeating it's a buffet 1 price over and over. I'm sure there are dishonest people who would lie about just sitting there and not eating so they have to be strict but it was disappointing. My husband ended up just leaving with her and the rest of us stayed behind. I realize I should have called before we went so it's on us as well.

We ate here on a Friday evening at about 5:30 pm and were extremely pleased with our experience. The all you can eat option was well worth it, and the kimchi is probably the best I have ever eaten. Be aware that parking around this area is tricky, but the walk to the restaurant is worth it. Seating is a bit cramped, but that just adds to the overall atmosphere and experience.

My first time at this restaurant and service was amazing! Love the variety of things you can cook and all of it tastes wonderful. Will be back at least once a month! My waiter was so polite and handsome! Such an awesome place to have in Nashville.

This place is one of my favorite places to go! Make sure you make a reservation because they are always busy like very busy! The staff is very nice but the hostess is a little abrupt…. But that might be because she is extremely busy. The parking is a little bit of a nightmare and if you’re waiting to be seated, there’s nowhere really to stand and wait so you might have to stand outside. With all that being said, I love this place, and I will continue to go there!!!

Food- amazing and fresh well priced, great atmosphere. All around five star experience and service. Service- our server was exceptional, helpful and friendly Grills and pots- the equipment at the table was modern a and easy to use. We were able to enjoy BBQ and hot pot at the table with little mess or fuss. The veggies and Raman come by on a conveyer belt and are all individually wrapped and fresh. The meat is kept organized and separated in a clean a nice and fresh manner on the salad bar. You make your own sauces with a plethora of available minutes at the bar. There are robots that sing to you for your birthday and show you to your seat. I can go on and on but we had a fantastic time, an amazing experience, outstanding quality food and ingredients, and a super reasonable price for such an experience!

The perfect place to fill your belly with hearty and delicious hot pot and Korean bbq! The staff is on point and the quality of the food is fresh and yummy! Expect a 30 minute wait during prime time, but we’ll worth it! We will be regulars this winter!

This place is fantastic. The only reason I give 3 stars for service is because it's mostly self serve. The veggie conveyor could move a little faster but helps slow down the meal and make it more of an experience. A couple people in our party were turned off by the idea of cooking our own food at a restaurant, but we explained the concept beforehand. Everyone else loves it. I will go back any time I'm in Nashville!

This place is great. You pick your broth, ingredients, and boil them. Or if you pay a little extra you can get a BBQ grill and grill items as well. A large amount of meat choices, vegetables and noodles on the conveyor that runs around the restaurant. Definitely going back.

My daughter took me here for lunch and I enjoyed this unique experience very much! You do cook your own food at the table, so if this is not something that appeals to you then you may want to sit at the sushi bar. Our server, Matt, was great and really helped guide me through what to do without making me feel like an idiot. The food quality was very good and I enjoyed everything that I had! The wine was very good as well. The only drawback for me is that it is on the pricey side and they do not offer the option of boxing up your leftovers, not even your soup, they just throw it away. I hate wasting food but I am not about to stuff myself to "get my monies worth" either! Maybe bring your big purse and some Tupperware and box your leftovers on the down-low? Next time, Shabu-Shabu, next time.

Staff was super friendly and took time to explain how everything worked. Hotpot and the grill was about $30 for all you can eat for 2 hours. It was a cool experience and the food was great. 10/10 would recommend. The boba was also very good and the little robot that took us to our seats was adorable.

Went to this place Tuesday and the atmosphere was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. We selected the Shabu Shabu + grill option to get the most out of the experience. I tried so many new proteins and everything was perfection. We started out with Soju, which I’ve never had, and it was awesome. The service was great, and our server did an amazing job thoroughly explaining how the restaurant worked. One of the coolest parts of our experience was the conveyor belt of different noodles and vegetables. We also really appreciated the privacy we got even in a crowded restaurant to soak it all in. Already returning back this coming week! 100/10 recommend.

The food was good. Being the first time there I wish the waiter would have explained the broths better. I originally asked for a medium both, but later I found out there was only mild hot and extra hot. So I asked to switch it to miso cause I couldn't eat it. So there was an extra charge. So beware of what you are ordering. Ask questions. Besides that it was ok. Ended up with miso which was very good. I wasn't a fan of how it felt very chaotic. The seat that I sat at made me feel like I was in the way. It was a 2 seater at the end of a booth. My chair was in the walkway. This lead to people hovering over me as they were trying to get to their seats. I got both hot pot and BBQ, but moving forward I will not be getting the bbq. There was only a few items for the BBQ (which were good) but there was so much for the hot pot I don't feel like it was worth it. Now in saying that if you are going for those items obviously it is. I will definitely be going back, but will be better prepared for the next experience.

This place is great. There's an extremely long waiting time on the weekends, so be careful with that. You might want to call ahead but once you sit down for Korean barbecue and hot pot you will not be let down huge crawfish huge shrimp. Everything's fresh. Korean barbecue is the bee's knees highly recommendous place if you're in Nashville parking's limited come early

Food is great, but if you stop service at 9 (1 hour early from time listed) you need to state that or change your hours. Wasted a whole drive and time. (I got there at 9:10) Like me and my gf would have taken 30-40 min to eat and still been out before 10...

Super fun, delicious, and good service! I'm vegetarian and thought it wouldn't be worth it for me to go, but ended up going with some girl friends. I was really surprised at how much I could eat and how good it was. I'm planning on going back with my husband because I know he'll love it Update: took my husband and he is also a fan! We're both throughly stuffed. Definitely a better value for him because he can both eat more and take advantage of all the sea food and meat options. But definitely worth it no matter your dietary restrictions (Apparently the tomato broth is vegan!)

We come to Shabu Shabu every time we’re in Nashville. They have options for hotpot or Korean bbq. There are not a lot of types of meat but lots of other toppings and veggies. Everything is fresh and clean. Staff is very helpful but it can get busy on weekends for dinner (we waited around 40 min on a Sunday evening). Super tasty and we’ll definitely be back again!

My family and I ate dinner here last night and let me tell you, it was really good! We chose the grill and hot pot. The selection was plentiful and drinks were delicious. I ordered the cloudy sake and it was smooth and delightful! Kids don't eat much so I think it's more of a dinner date or ladies & gents kinda restaurant.? The staff were friendly and informative, which is a plus! Overall, great place to dine.

This was my first experience with hot pot and I really enjoyed it. I went with a group of 8 and would highly recommend limiting groups to 6 since that is what the tables - with individual hot plates - are designed for. I would also not recommend coming here if you don't like a hot, smoky environment, because all of the boiling soups and buring grills will definitely leave you sweaty. For those who have never been to a place like this, the idea is to have an individual pot of soup that you use to stew whatever meats, seafood, vegetables and noodles you want. There are also grills built into tables that can be used for the meats. All the vegetables and noodles come around on a conveyor that spans the entire restaurant. There is also a sauce bar that can be used to make a customized sauce to your liking using a plethora of ingredients. It can be a lot of fun with a group, and there are even bar seats for individuals or a few people who are not interested in grilling. I would only come here if you are really hungry though, because the entry cost per person is higher that most restaurant.

I had been there twice so far, I liked the selection of meats they offer and the meats are marinated pretty well. They are pretty under staffed I believe so it’s gonna take longer for someone to come to your table. Might be a given but if you don’t eat meat you probably don’t have much choices there. And lastly it’s very HOT in there so just a heads up.

I brought my family to try Shabu-Shabu. We do not have a hot pot place where we are from so this was our first experience of this type. We had a great time grilling and adding to our broth. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful and the restaurant was clean and pleasant. My children are young so I did have to keep my attention focused so they didn't burn themselves or their food, but they loved it! We'll absolutely visit again on our next trip!

They have a robot.... I mean like do you need to know more? Super cool hotpot (& self grill) place. Good food & great mix of choices of fare. Conveyer belt veggies & noodles, and a cool bar with all sorts of protein (the bulgogi is fantastic)... on top of all this is that for an all you can eat place with pretty high end food stuffs the cost is really really good... definitely put it on your list (P.s. there is metered parking right outside, just bring change)

This place is an amazing Also, you can have a Korean-style BBQ here and some sushi rolls. If you don't know what is hot pot? Hot pot is a Chinese cooking method. You can put various ingredients in a boiling broth and enjoy it with dipping sauce. It's also as known as Shabu-Shabu(Japanese and Korean) and similar to fondue as well. The only real hot pot and Asian BBQ I've found in Nashville, very authentic flavors and choices encompassing most East Asian countries. It's a buffet with pretty good value for the money. The waitstaff were great and the buffet was refilled somewhat frequently. If you're squicked out by raw meat this is not the place for you. They even have a funny robot that sings a happy birthday song!

Although, because you do the cooking yourself, it's possible your neighbors in the cozy seating might let their grill burn dry, causing excessive smoke in your booth. I fly all over the united states and I have to say that this place is a unique gem. At hot pots you cook your own food, but as an event for friends and visitors, you can bring the fam down, make suggestions to try at the dipping sauce station and help them along. There's a whole section of beef, lamb, chicken, Asian meat balls, squid, etc and a conveyor system bringing around noodles and veggies. Its a casual dress, but upper class joint. When I want to impress someone coming to Nashville this is the first stop.

I’ve come here a few times now, and while it’s good there’s a lot to be desired. For hotpot they have good chicken, beef, and lamb, some questionable mushy shrimp, and an assortment of fake & real seafood stuff. The quail eggs are canned, and I suspect most of offerings are similar. For vegetables they have broccoli, cabbage, corn, and mushrooms. The selection for the BBQ is small as well. My digestion is always torn up horribly after eating here too. Last night I got up three times to use the restroom. Sure that could be more a me problem, but I always way overcook everything just to be safe, and I don’t have this issue with other hot pots. It also takes 15-20 minutes to get a drink like the tea or aides. We ordered two to go and had to wait to get them before leaving and when we got them the wonderful waitress said “I’m sorry it took so long, I don’t know why it takes him so effing long to make drinks.” So that’s obviously a consistent issue. Overall you can tell one of the reasons this restaurant survives is because of the location and the steady flow of 1 time passing through customers. The waitress was great, on top of everything and efficient.

Great place for hot pot. It was our first time there. There are several meats to chose from: squid, steak, octopus, chicken, shrimp, even spam just to touch the surface. Noodles and veggies on conveyer belt. Staff was very helpful. Soup ranges from no heat to extreme heat but the ones we tried were full of flavor. Great experience and food was very good. Must try.

We really enjoyed the food and the experience of hot pot and grill. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back. A few draw backs were the time it took to be greeted and seated. I wish there was more attentive service for refills and other needed items. The buffet area is a bit small , not much room to move around. Our waitress did take the time to explain how it all worked. Would recommend the spicy broth if and only if you like heat. Otherwise the pork bone broth is another good choice. The star proteins in my opinion is the beef/lamb... Both meats grill well and soak up the flavor of the broth.

Went with my family this past Sunday. 1st time ever being there. Hot pot and grill was 31.99 per person and children 4-11 was 13.99. Man it was delicious. Amazing experience, but the servers are over sat. We were there before they even opened, and still didn't get greeted until after 3 other tables. Its a little pricey if you get the BBQ and the hot pot. The hot pot is definitely your best value. The miso and the spicy szechuan were fantastic after adding the seasonings that are available. They need to guide first timers a little better and have better instructions on how to cook the slightly more obscure items. Overall a very fun experience!

Absolutely amazing. It’s unlimited hotpot and bbq. They have a conveyor belt with veggies, rice cakes, noodles, etc coming around the tables. The meats, sauces, and fruits are at a bar you go up to self-service style. The quality of everything is super good, never had a disappointing bite of anything. If you want rice you just ask your server a bowl. They have several hotpot options but my favorite has been the tomato because it is mild spice and very flavorful. They have a huge selection of drinks everything from boba teas to soju. The servers are always super friendly and ready answer any questions you may have. The price for unlimited hotpot and bbq per person was $31.99 + tax. Worth every penny. It is very warm in there with all the grills going so come dressed appropriately.

Absolutely wonderful! I've never been to a restaurant like this, the employees explain how everything works for you to cook your own meal, service was great and food was spectacular. Two hours is the limit to stay and eat since it is buffet style, but that's plenty of time to eat, also if you leave any leftovers they do charge a fee. Overall, it's a great experience to share with friends, family, coworkers or just to stop in and eat at the bar.

This is the only all you can eat KBBQ and shabu place that I know of in Nashville. Everything is sparkling clean and all servers wear masks. There's a great selection of KBBQ choices from marinated short ribs, pork belly, bulgogi and more! The soup is rich in flavor - I recommend the pork bone broth. I was really excited for this place, I went in on a saturday at 8:30pm. The food was pretty good but it is burning hot in this restaurant. We walked in and the hostess was literally drenched in sweat, not really an appetizing site, and it made our entire dinner quite uncomfortable. Great atmosphere and food. I know we were there only on their second day and had some observations. The biggest issue we had was the amount of smoke in the restaurant due to people grilling and there was no air flow in the area to keep from the smoke lingering. The staff was amazing for answering questions and getting us additional ingredients. Another potential problem we noticed was the amount of dishes that pile up due to individual container use for items. If it were a busy service time it would be chaotic. We were there on a Monday and was rather busy! All and all great experience! Mochi was the best part if it all, he made it even more fun!

Third, the environment is comfortable and inviting. Beware, they do not like wasted food and you may be charged if you waste food excessively. Me and wife love AYCE Korean BBQ. We've tried about 7-8 different places. Id rank this place towards the bottom. Price was on the lower end compared to some but so was the selection of meats. This place also let's you get AYCE hot pot but I don't eat that so I'm not reviewing their hot pot selection. That is one thing I liked about the restaurant was that they offered both Korean bbq and hot pot. As far as I know this is the only AYCE korean bbq place in Nashville.

I hate that I didn’t get any pictures for our visit but I’m happy to say that I have a new favorite hot pot place. The experience was very enjoyable and my only complaint is maybe getting fans for the bbq since it can a bit smoke. As a cook however, it doesn’t really bother me. The veggies are all fresh the conveyor belt is really sanitary along with them wrapping the bowls for safety. They have gloves for the main buffet station for the meats and the meats are of very good quality as well. They also have a larger variety of sauces and seasonings compared to other hot pot places I know in Tennessee. Yes it can be considered expensive but it’s for a 2HR All-You-Can-Eat experience. If you pace yourself and know your limits, you can have a very nice time. I’ll be going back again and I’m so glad this place in Nashville.

Really amazing experience, maybe the best hot pot I've ever had (and I lived in South Korea)! They have built in grills at the table, and hot pot stations at your table too. My Boyfriend and I have been looking for a Hot Pot place in our city we were about to take a trip to Asia after watching various flood flogs of hot-pots across Asia. Tennessee doesn’t really cater to Hot-pot but Covid stopped that so we were exited they were opening up. Everything was amazing. It was very clean and safe. There was an abundance of anything you wanted. The soup bases were delicious and the grilling was easy and clean, no mess. The price seemed very high at first but then you got up for seconds, thirds and if you can handle it a fourth. The food quality was A+. The service was prompt and overall I had a great experience. This was my first hot pot and boba experience and I was not disappointed. The restaurant was very clean and had loads of food options on a conveyor that traveled around the restaurant. The food was amazing and so was the boba. I ordered a tiramisu boba milk tea and it was to die for. The drink had so much flavor and the size was huge so it was well worth the price. I really enjoyed the Szechuan style hot pot and my friends had the miso base. I recommend get the grill and hot pot. They could have more meat options and leave butter on the table for the grill. It's neat that each individual can have their own flavored hot pot. The little robot that guide you to your table is pretty cool too. This is truly a unique and fun dining in Nashville. Shabu Shabu had an amazing array of selections for meats, vegetables, sushi, fruits, sauces, and soup ingredients. Upon entering, an automated robot leads you to your table! You then start by selecting a broth, which you can add to as you wish. You then add additional meat selections and items that you want to cook on your own personal grill by selecting them from a cold bar. I had the Miso soup, and it was amazing with the soy rolls. Highly recommend a visit, and don't be shy about asking your waiter to recommend ingredients and different approaches to dining here.

First time, we went on a Saturday. First time ever having hot pot and it was great! I would say that I was going to get miso broth but then last min opened for a 4 rating on the spicy broth.... BIG mistake. The 4 was insanely hot and that'd the lowest that they have! 🥺 Other than that it was fun. The table we had was right next to the grill and kind of tight for 2 almost 6 foot tall patrons. Bubble/Boba teas FTW

The service is very poor, Google shows that it closes at 10 o'clock, and customers are not allowed in at 9 o'clock, saying that the kitchen closes at 9 o'clock
