AMAZING flavors and such a cute restaurant. Service was great and we couldn’t have asked for a better evening! They were also donating a portion of their proceeds to Nashville CARES the night we went. What a great cause! A great dining experience and highly recommend the mussels and the lamb chops!

A not really short walk(hot and tired, another story) and we walked into Santo. Friendly greeting, hopped in the window seat and watched the sunset. The olives had a taste of rosemary and lemon zest that really worked. Santo Greek salad with grilled shrimp-every bite was perfect. The Chicken Milanese had tasty moments with every bite. And will you look at that grapefruit sorbet?! What a way to end the meal. Made just that day, thank you!!

Made my way back to Santo after coming here for a girlfriends birthday. The mushroom and grains had me back and it was better than ever. I enjoyed a glass of white whine on a beautiful evening with light wind and some sunshine. Isaac was my waiter and he was so pleasant and kind. I truly enjoyed my evening on there outdoor patio this day and will back to try something different the next time.

If you like food with lots of flavor you’re going to love Santo. It’s been several months since our last visit WOW have we been missing out! The zucchini pesto flatbread was really lite and tasty. The muscles have to be some of the best we’ve had in Nashville. The sauce is soooooooo good but get ready for lots of spices and alittle BAM. It’s definitely a party in the mouth sauce. We also had a lovely pesto pasta ending the evening with a delicious chocolate torte with sea salt and olive oil. The service was fantastic and great cocktails too. We will be back !!!

First of all we had the absolute BEST SERVICE ever! We came in on my birthday and were treated like royalty by Rob. He was so kind and courteous, offered delicious recommendations, and sang happy birthday to me with my family. The food was outstanding as well! Highly recommend!

Great service and refreshing dishes! We were there to celebrate Valentine’s Day and had grilled romaine with tahini beef and pasta. Tasty and the portions were just right. The goat cheesecake was divine! Will come back soon.

Beautiful restaurant, amazing menu, delicious food. Beef tartare was one of the best I’ve had in Nashville. Salad had fresh, high quality ingredients. Chicken Milanese was perfect. Even though it was fried, it was still light and delicate. And the Ace of Cups was the best cocktail I’ve had in awhile. The gentleman at the door even opened the door for us as we were leaving, which is such a nice touch that I really appreciate. 10/10, will be back soon.

Fantastic, fresh, and flavorful menu with not only excellent taste, but great presentation. Cocktails are refreshing and the menu and cocktail menu changes frequently depending on fresh food that is in season. Staff are very accommodating and attentive and the owner is very present and kind to guests. The restaurant feels more at home instead of an in and out experience. A reservation is recommended in advance and parking can be found in the garage on lower levels. There is indoor and lovely outdoor seating.

Delicious! We had whipped feta and garlic fries to start and lamb shank and the gnudi pasta in brown butter sauce and the buccatini. Everything was perfect came out hot and timely and our server was excellent. The whole meal was top notch.

My wife and I chose Santo for New Year’s Eve and we couldn’t have been more pleased. You’d think with all of the amazing restaurants in Nashville, we’d have a list of spectacular experiences. While there are some, there aren’t as many as you’d think. Until Santo. Santo was/is a 10! The atmosphere, the food, and the service, we’re all exceptional. We ordered the beef tartare, and whipped feta to start. Both were absolutely out of sight amazing! Our server asked if we needed more fresh pita bread for our whipped feta, which was lovely. We didn’t have to awkwardly ask for more, she was on top of it. For our mains, we had the salmon and chicken Milanese. Again, both were absolutely spectacular! Cooked to perfection, with seasoning, flavors, and presentation to impress anyone. For dessert, we ordered the olive oil cake, goat cheesecake, and an Americano. All were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Santo. We’ll be back and it won’t be soon enough.

One of the best meals I’ve had in Nashville. Amazing herbs and flavors. Good cocktails. Accommodating service. Only knocks were it was noisy, portions were a little small for the price, and the surrounding billboard/strip mall ambiance, but still a 5 star experience overall. Love the decor.

Last night we celebrated a very important birthday with eleven friends at Santo. It took a lot of planning but Brett and his team handled everything beautifully. The food was amazing as was the ambiance. Santo went out of their way to be sure it was special.

This is a hidden gem in Nashville! Loved the food, service, and atmosphere. Allen was our waiter and he was so attentive and helpful since we were all first timers. Everything from our appetizers to entrees were absolutely delicious! We’ll definitely visit again.

Most elements of the meal were delicious, be sure to specify regardless of fast how you would like your proteins cooked... During our evening they tended to come out much more rare than expected. The restaurant fixed this easily but it's always better just specify the first time. The atmosphere is beautiful and they have an extensive wine list with reasonable to expensive prices for everyone. Well worth the visit.

Delicious! The lentil burger was perfection for lunch. Although I imagine the food experience is even better if you dine-in, it was delicious as a takeout meal for dinner, too. It was one of the best meals I have eaten in a long time. The chicken was so perfectly seasoned and cooked. The rutabaga was lights out - I wanted more.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic. The hosts were amazing and our server was very attentive. He gave great eye contact and was fast with the order. On the other hand, the way the food was plated was quite boring. I didn't really enjoy the lamb sticks. The chicken was just ok. For the price I would expect a little more.

We had a fantastic experience. The decor is great, the food amazing, and their wine menu is off the charts. Doss, their general manager, was super helpful with wine recommendations and was a big reason for our fantastic experience. Definitely make the journey over to green hills if you can for this restaurant!

Great to have a new and different restaurant in Green Hills. Convenient location with valet makes it easy to have a local dinner. The ownership is great and the meal was solid. You should make reservations, especially on the weekend. The menu was quite different from the other location by the owners, Epice...Which is tough if you expect similar flavors. The ambiance is a bit stark, but the mix of modern and classic makes it unique. I am likely to try a second time.

Went for lunch Saturday. The Moroccan Chicken was delicious, as was the Ricotta Gnudi. Service was prompt. Wine list looks interesting, as does the dessert menu. Service was good. Not an every week lunch place, but certainly worth a visit.

Guys, the food and service are awesome- the problem is this restaurant seems to have a lot of problems with how they conduct their business. First of all, Monday night they had reservations open until 9PM. We booked for a 9PM and showed up at 8:45. The first thing out of the hostesses mouth was that the restaurant closed at 9 and we needed to put our order in as soon as possible. We were so disgusted by the tone and felt so unwelcome we were going to just walk out the door. Instead we stayed and ordered an appetizer. We talked about how awful we felt like we were treated (and because the restaurant is small, the owner walked over) told us we were welcome and could stay as long as we wanted to. So we did! Ordered four courses, a ton of wine, and stayed until 10PM. Our server was delightful and coursed everything out for us perfectly. Food was delicious. Bottom line? HAVE YOUR STAFF FIX THEIR ATTITUDE. If you’re open until 9, you better be seating customers with open and welcoming arms until 9. You’re gonna lose customers to an awesome place. Just FYI.

Just went to Santo yesterday for a date night. It was FANTASTIC. I literally could not have enough good things to say about it. SMALL PLATES: We had the 1) Sardines - super tasty (has a bit of a spicy kick to it, but we loved it) 2) Pulpo - amazing, tender, loved the sweet sauce it came with. 3) Scallops - tender, wish it came with 3 instead of 2 but overall the flavor and texture were phenomenal 4) Carrots - what a show stopper. i mean out of this world. we joked that we would come back and just get 6 orders of that! SALAD: Grilled romaine - a nice light charred taste, crutons were a nice treat. would have liked it more i think if it were pre chopped instead of the head of lettuce. perhaps they were going for a unique presentation. ATMOSPHERE: We sat outside. The weather was perfect and the ambiance was surprisingly romantic. PRICE RANGE: I think the price matches the quality. In other words, a bit pricey but I think the quality is well worth it for a splurge night. Remember, most of these dishes are SMALL plates so you're not going to get much quantity. Which is to be expected. Overall we loved it and we'll definitely be back!

Got the Mother's Day brunch package for my wife and mom. It was a fantastic way to celebrate them at home during the pandemic. Food was great and the gift basket really impressed. Can't wait to get back to the restaurant for a nice dinner soon. Thanks Santo

Last night was my meal at Santo and all I can say is WOW! Service was excellent and the food was incredible. One of the best dinners in Nashville or anywhere else. Can’t wait to go back. Try the mussels. The mussels as an appetizer were so good I thought about ordering them again for dessert. There are lot of good restaurants in Nashville but add Santo to the top of your list. You will not be sorry.

The chicken will change your life and the ricotta gnudi is the epitome of what dreams are made of. Wedding anniversary dinner planned by husband. Earlier in the day I had gone by and dropped off a inside joke cheese cake with the manager (Josh? I'm bad with names). He was amazing and wonderful, and said "no issue". Even after I disclosed what the cake meant and that Publix basically had me sign my life away saying if anyone thought it was 'offensive' I would take 100% responsibility. Our inside joke is "until death or restraining orders do us part". The space is beautiful. When we arrived for our reservation, Josh had made sure an extra chair at the table was left for me to prop up my broken foot, which he noticed earlier that afternoon when I dropped off the cake! Wine list extremely impressive. Food was amazing, but honestly, I forget what we ordered. When our great server (again, no name, cause I'm blonde) brought out the cake he was laughing and mentioned that a lot of the staff thought it was pretty funny. My husband was surprised and happy. Great service, good food, awesome wine selection.

One word = exceptional! Called last night at 7:30, one ring, Anna answered and we made an 8:30 reservation. Arrived. valet, seated at 8:27. Ben our waiter was not really a waiter, he was more of a manger of our dining experience. Stoic, knowledgeable, attentive. Last time I had bread this good was in New Orleans at Cafe Degas. I had the PANISSE chickpea fries, romesco sauce, aiol. Temperature was perfect. Texture was perfect. Imagine the french fries and ketchup served in heaven..........this was it only better. Wife had the BIBB toasted goat cheese, almonds, apples, garlic-thyme vinaigrette the we had 2 orders of BREAD AND SPREAD herb butter, fig and caramelized onions. Then we went from extraordinary to unbelievable. I had the Halibut and wife had the Moroccan Chicken. Again, amazing. Anyone who reads my reviews knows that I can pick the " fly sh*t out of pepper ". Also my reviews are true reviews and not the niece, nephew, aunt, 11 cousins, mom, dad, cook, dishwasher, neighbors kids, and the family dog and cat writing false reviews. I have never had a better meal in Nashville. Never had a better piece of Halibut even while on vacation in Alaska. We knew it was going to be special when we were seated next to a table of 6 and all we heard was how great their meal was.
