The food was ok, the fries were lukewarm at best and my wifes burger was burnt. It wasn't up to par with the slogan that's for sure. When I moved to the area it was hard to get seated at this location, but now, the place had maybe 6 people in it after 5 PM.

My wife and I are from dickson,tn so when we went to nashville west shopping mall - red Robin's for the first time it was more delicious then I imagined . we have wanted to go for a long time but didn't remember to go when going to Nashville because we don't go a lot , but really if you never been I highly recommend going it was so good a we will be going next time we are in the vicinity!!! Great service as well!!!

The burger was so delicious! I got the bacon, avocado cheeseburger. It had jalapeños on it and they were spicy so it made it a perfect combo.

Had an okay experience, service was great and we didn't have to wait no where near as long as the host said the wait time was. Our server Emily was great but my food was wasn't nothing to brag about. I had the cod with fries and the fish had absolutely no flavor! There was three of us dining in and the other two enjoyed their meals. So I just wouldn't suggest ordering the cod.

Red robin is always a pleasant experience. Our waitress was attentive and helpful. The food is decent but quality is variable. Portion sizes of entrees are generous but often need to request additional sides of dressings etc. Bottomless fries were a bit disappointing. We had to flag down staff to request additional fries and each time they only gave us 8-10 fries which was a bit odd. Overall a good experience and would return.

Went here for lunch today thinking it would be quick in and out as there weren’t many people in the restaurant. Unfortunately, like everyone else they were short staffed with only a couple of girls working the floor. We had to wait about 15 minutes before getting seated. The one girl who seated us was apologetic due to short staff but she was a bright spot in the visit. Not only was she the hostess seating people but also took our order, brought our drinks, and even saw her in the kitchen helping prepare food and she brought our food to us. This young girl should be commended for her hard work where others don’t show up to do the job. I got the Tavern Burger with fries and my wife got the cheeseburger. Both were excellent tasting burgers. While the shortage of staff was an issue, I’m giving 4 stars for the taste of the burger but mainly for the two wait staff working their tails off to do the best they could do given limited resources. I hope the owner of this location commends and rewards these two for a job well done.

I'd never eaten here before, it wasn't the best experience. My burger wasn't cooked all the way. Our waitress was nice but she was doing to many things and was hard to get her attention. But she did good under the circumstances. Food could be better. It was just ok for me. But prob won't be back.

Red Robins burgers are always delicious no matter which one I choose to enjoy. On this evening was the black and blue. I also tried something a little different and went with the cauliflower wings as an appetizer. Not what I expected, but they were tasty.

Ordered a burger & shake for pick up. No host, nor hostess on duty to greet me (staffing issues?) I had to wait almost 10 minutes after promise time before food was available. Male staff member, who was not attired as a host, was communicative and apologetic.

I love Red Robin but this location is lacking! Like how do you make a Banzai burger taste bad? Oh I know try this location. Burger had a bad Burger King taste at best. Asked for fries in baskets so 5 of us could try the Steak fries, sweet potato fries, and garlic fries with the different sauces (besides its endless fries). Well waitress makes us order fries per person and guess what? No baskets! Also no sauces, had to ask then. At that point waitress acted like had she had no clue we wanted dipping sauces. The tomatoes, and lettice on my wifes burger was wilted and shouldn't of been served. Had to ask 3 times for lemons for the drinks. Had to ask to get 1 refill for the table for drinks. Then had to wait nearly 15 minutes for a table scanner so we could leave. Sorry but this location needs a remodel, and some knowledgeable staff.

First off the waiter was very prompt. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We tried the new chicki cado or whatever they call it. It wasnt the best but all the rest of the food was good and my drink glass never was empty long. If I could remember his name i'd tag in him this. When i find the receipt i'll update! Red Robin has always catered to my groups needs and requests that's why i will continue to go there. For that...and the prickly pear drink....it's bottomless. :)

The service was great, and the place was clean. However I wasnt happy that I paid $3 for fries and they gave me a SMALL amount of fries that I protested against. After asking for more fries OR my money back they gave me more fries. But the fact that I had to ask was frustrating for me!! Be sure that when you order you get what you paid for.

It was my very first time to dine in at Red Robin's. The server was very attentive. The Black & Blue hamburger was gourmet! Compliments to the Chef! And my hubby's hamburger was just as good. We sampled each others. YUMMY! If you want a delicious hamburger w/o having to cook at home, this is where to go!!! Very nice atmosphere which we enjoyed walking around reading the history on the walls.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. This was a second visit and both times the food was excellent. The service however could leave something to be desired. Both times it seems like only one server was working, however, the second time she was clearly overwhelmed. The poor service led to the lower score.

Always delicious. Plenty of gluten-free options and the staff is always kind. I also love that they put how many calories are in a meal on the menu so you can base things off of that if on a diet. The fries are heavenly, and that bite into a nice, veggie filled, juicy burger is always the best feeling ever, haha. This is the best burger place by far.

Never been here and it was SO good. Love that you can get unlimited sides. Their fries were great… highly recommend just keeping the free side of fries instead of paying extra for the garlic fries because you can put seasoning on them (it’s free and on every table). I got their limited time western brisket burger on a lettuce wrap (LOVE that that’s an option) and it was great. Just about everything is customizable for none extra. Also tried the yucca(?) chips, which were okay except a little soggy. The reason I gave it 4 starts was because the bathroom smells like pee so bad.

Would of been 5 but one of the employees gave one of the people I was a FULL platter mostly with sharp knives and and almost cut herself trying to get a fork which was underneath the sharp knives and in doing so accidentally knocked the tray of sharp knives onto the floor and almost cut another person. Other than that the food was amazing even though there was only 1 person practically serving everyone and she deserves extra pay for the hard work she did

Good experience this evening! Had a great server and the food was tasty. Had the Tavern Double with regular fries. Everything was fresh and hot. Tried the Pickle Nickels for an appetizer and they were great.

Had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get seated in a nearly empty restaurant. I can only assume it is due to under staffing issues. Over all service was actually pretty good considering the size of our group. All food was delicious and delivered hot and fresh. Every meal was prepared correctly, and we needed to order twice due to late arrival of the rest of our family. The waitress handled it perfectly. She also ensured that drinks and fries were kept filled while we waited on our entrees were being prepared. Thank you Red Robin for feeding our hungry family and doing it well!

Let me start by saying the place is severely understaffed. I think I only saw two employees in the front of the house. There were also almost no customers. I am a member of the Red Robin Loyalty program, so I get a free burger during my birthday month. We decided to go today because we got emails that it was $2 milkshakes today. When we sat down our server asked us what we wanted to drink. We said we were there for the $2 milkshakes. She told us the milkshake machine was broken. We told her that was the reason we went there. No apology, no option B. If we weren't there to get my free birthday burger, we would have walked out. Hey, a free burger is a free burger. I think it would have been more professional to tell us up front that they could not honor the $2 milkshakes promotion. It would have been good customer service to have an alternative promotion. Felt disappointed and let down.

The food was good. Typical Red Robin fare. The server wasn't very helpful. Never asked if we wanted a refill on fries. I'm going to assume they were short staffed, but they weren't very busy. It was good enough we will go back and I'll change my review if better.

I believe his name was Zach, hope I did not get it wrong because he was so very courteous and although they were understaffed and had a lot of people he did not once lose his cool. Now that is a good employee.

Everything was great other than our waitress. She stopped by twice our entire meal. Which would be understandable if they were busy, but we were there at an off-hour, and there were only two other tables that had guests... The food was good enough to almost completely compensate for the poor service.

Other than the fries sitting under the heat lamp too long And stale the Burger was cooked to perfection!!! Nice and pink in the middle. The cook knew what he was doing. The waitress was awesome!! Very friendly. The waitress did bring me out some fresh fries. On a side note. I don't know if it's because of covid but or what but,The restaurant was half full And we had a 10 minute wait and couldn't Sit inside the restaurant. We had to Sit outside where it was 90ﾟ.. All in all I do recommend Red Robin awesome burgers

Our order took long to be served at our table even with VERY FEW customers seated in the large area where we were seated! The meal-side sweet potatoes served were barely warm & not appetizing. The 2nd round of SP fries requested took a long time to be served and they, too, arrived were colder than the 1st batch--2 of us had ordered them as our side--even tho' the added fries were double in size to the side SP fries initially ordered w/our meal. And many of the SP fries were over-fried/too crunchy to chew, not crispy. Servers were lean in # &, considering that, our server was busy in serving others & our family of 6--3 adults. She was pleasant, but another server/male/ from the "kitchen" served our supposedly "hot" foods. We were warned when we arrived about the lean staffing! We didn't mind & were willing to stay & enjoy our time altogether b/c we were celebrating my grandson's 12th b'day AND RR was his request of where to enjoy our special meal. In closing, we were very disappointed in our experience@RR. Thx for hearing me out!

Had a great time. We started with appetizers, pretzels bits, onion rings, and fried pickles? My sister tried them she was isn't a fan but the other two people in our party enjoy them. Then we had impossible burgers which my sister loves, I had the chicken sandwich and our two guest heads hamburgers ...we all had a great meal.

It was one of those I was supposed to take pictures, but tasted the garlic aioli sauce and was like maybe next time moments...lol they practice social distancing and are very cautious when handling your food. Our server was a lot of fun! The food came promptly and tasted wonderful. I have Celiac and our server made sure everything was put in correctly and accommodations were made to make sure I didn't get gluten. My only complaint was that the booth had sauce on the seat from the previous customer and the menu was sticky. Other than that it was a great experience!

Bad experience, the Fish I ordered with broccoli was not good at all, it tasted old, and was very greasy (dripping with grease)and parts of the broccoli was already turning yellow, not good no flavor. The manager was great and took care of us.

I had the teriyaki grilled chicken with pineapple, and it may have been the best tasting, most properly cooked chicken breast that I've ever had in a restaurant. It wasn't a bit over done and tough, like so many places I've tried. It was tender, juicy and so flavorful! My husband had one of their burgers, he said the same thing...cooked right and very tasty. He had the garlic fries too, and said he'd definitely order them again. Our server was super nice, friendly and eager to please. We'll be back!

The waiter was great, he knew when to check for refills, dessert and your check. There menu has not changed much over the past 10 years. The portions are very over stuffed. The side items selection was good. If you ordered a burger you have it cooked your way. The atmosfear in the restaurant was very low key. It was a Friday night, usual wait time in Belle Meade would be 45 minutes. We walked right in and seated. We were in and out in one hour. Not sure why their business was not over flowing for a Friday night I would recommend this business to my family and friends.

I feel like the food is always pretty good. But, where they fall short is timely service. From your drink order to getting your bill it's just slow. Of course, you can use the kiosk at the table if you're a millennial and don't mind killing social interaction. Personally I enjoy interacting with new people but that's just me. I'd recommend the smoke and pepper burger with sweet potato fries.

This seems like a hidden gem in Nashville West. We went on a Saturday evening and there was no wait! The food was good, the prices were comparable, and the service was great. Mary was kind enough to bring my daughters some extra fries to make sure they had enough to eat. She also added whipped cream to the top of their chocolate milk, making my daddy daughter date a success! We will be visiting here again.

Good burgers. Wait staff was friendly and helpful without hovering. On-table paying with cards at the end was convenient and easy. Wish we could order medium-rare or rare burgers but medium is closest they'd do, which seems odd for a burger place. Music is LOUD, which means everyone at all the tables is having to shout over it, so conversation across our individual table was difficult much of the time. (Management - you really don't need blaring music for the lunch crowd.)

Although usually the food and service is very good, today was an off day... At least, I hope that's all it was. After waiting 25+ minutes for a second serving of fries or each of the 3 of us (they never arrived), we had to ask for the manager just to get our bill and leave (the machine on the table did not function). This was after taking 3 times to get my wife's order correct and my having to go to the bar for a soda refill that had been sitting empty for over 10 minutes. And, yes, I checked my watch for the time delays. The manager did take off half price on the bill and brought out a handful of fries to go, but the damage was already done. My wife and I were taking one of our children out for a special time and... it wasn't.

Went at peak time on Sunday at 1P.M. The place was packed as expected. Seated in about 14 min. Drink order taken and delivered in about 4. Min. Food delivered in about 15 minutes after we were seated. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger I thought it was great! My wife had a mushroom burger and she loved it! I went into Red Robin expecting good food and decent service, I was not disappointed!

We had a birthday party for a 7 yr old (who requested Red Robin) with a party of 12 people. The restaurant was very accommodating for our party. Our waiter was great, very attentive and he had other tables to wait on as well. The food was great and very tasty. Every one had an enjoyable time!!

So here's the thing. Our server, must of been having a bad day, something was not right. The manager even came over and asked if we thought something was off. It took 25 minutes to get milkshakes. It was bizarre. Honestly, hard to describe waitress behavior. But the food was great. We're all allowed to have off days. I hope the server is ok.

Our server was Jacob; he was super friendly and took great care of us. It was Sunday lunchtime and even though it was pouring outside and we stayed until it let up, nobody made us feel like we're being kicked out to make room for more customers. The food was great and we did end up ordering dessert because we were there awhile. The Fruffles were amazing! And the raspberry sauce served with them was a perfect touch.

While this place is in a great location and during peak times the service and speed of the place is terrible. Fifteen to twenty minute wait the door as I walked in so I sat at the bar, the bartender was nice. Speed of the location between the orders and the kitchen was terrible. It was double the wait time at the door. The place slightly dirty and could have been better. Overall decent place, but speed and cleanliness are the big issues here.

This wasn't great, but also was completely terrible. I give 2.5 stars. The service was mediocre. Server was great but always ignored us and never checked on us. I wish they could just take our cards instead of using the things on the table. I feel like that complicates things a lot. Our burgers weren't cooked very well or the meat wasn't Blended well, I Could have done better at home. Sorry Red Robin, you're trying too hard. I miss the way you used to be.

I had a mushroom, swiss burger and my partner had a chicken salad. They both were excellent and fresh. The service was OK but no bells and whistles went off. He was young and still needs to learn to ask if the people would like extra napkins or go get us more drinks so, as far as service we were not impressed. All in all it was ok.

I loved my food! My wife.... Not so much. Her food was apparently dry and that's no bueno. I'll also be honest about our server, he seemed quite annoyed to work with us. I'm not sure if it was our skin color or just a bad day for him but he seemed very disinterested and annoyed. Campfire sauce with their bottomless baskets of fries is a must. If you stop by here you should definitely signal petition to bring back the caprese sandwich cause it was definitely top ten items on their menu before they took it away.

Hadn't been to Red Robin in a while and figured I'd stop by and order. Was expecting just normal service as always, but the bartenders Amber and Mary made my experience one to remember. If you're gonna come to this location, make sure they're the ones helping you and you'll have a great experience!

We used to love this place. Last time we ate there the host acted like her job was a chore. Then we waited for our food forever. The waitress kept saying it's coming out. It was cold when we got it. Short staffed? I don't know. Probably not going back. For the price, it just wasn't great.

They took my claw machine away. I order the Mushroom Swiss burger and paid extra for the Angus beef. I wasn't impressed with it. It looks like they changed their bottomless french fries Two thinner smaller ones which were not all that great. I ordered a monster chocolate milkshake and my children's beverages were larger. I would go back again eventually it's a family friendly fast food restaurant but after my recent experience it won't be anytime soon.

Just the facts. 20+ minutes to get a table where one server and one hostess were working. Only 6 tables occupied in the entire restaurant-20+ minutes to get food. It was lukewarm at best. This is in a huge shopping center. Maybe they have hiring problems?

Bottomless fries, well yes but the portion they bring isn't huge so you will need more for sure and you have to ask for it. Not a biggie unless you hate asking for more food lol. Quality wise all of our food was wonderful. Definitely so many options here I was overwhelmed but loved my choice of veggie burger.

I had the black and blue burger with the endless fries and my mother in law had a blt on a croissant (I believe it was a BLT) either way the portion was huge and she said it was really good. Zach was such a great worker, we came 10 mins before closing and one of the workers informed us the kitchen was closed and that was understandable, so when we got in our cars Zach came out and called us back in ensuring we would get served , this meant so much to us because nowhere else was opened. Lots of different burgers to try here ranging for basic (Keep it Simple) to unconventional (Banzai with pineapples and Taco Tavern with guacamole, tortillas, and salsa). I went with the Whiskey River and it was very tasty, but a little heavy on the BBQ sauce for me. The tower of onion rings is fun to share with a table, or get a half tower for two.
