Simply delicious. The pasta quality is top notch. The veggies are sautéed perfectly. They also had a banana chocolate cake I had never tried before and I can’t stop thinking about it. It’s not even on the menu. What is this mysterious cake - I could eat it every day.

Nicoletto's is one of our absolute favorites for quick, delicious, fresh meals in east Nashville. My four year devours a kid's bowl, and my husband and I never tire of all the possible combinations. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and in the many (many, many, many) times we've ordered, we've not had a single issue. Do yourself a favor and grab a couple slices of cheesecake.

I ordered off of Uber eats... I had spinach fettuccine in walnut pesto with rosemary chicken and mushrooms. Very tasty! I recommend extra sauce. However the star of the show was really the arugula salad with their lemon dressing. It was so super fresh and honestly, I could drink the dressing. In the past I've had the vegan meatballs and they are also good, overall, highly recommend!

I got the build your own pasta, and the portion size is very small. It looks like a side dish but it definitely wasn't presented or priced that way. It was definitely good just so small I had to get another dinner :(

I’ve been to Nicoletto’s a few times now, and honestly it is phenomenal! I’ve gotten both the chicken Parmesan and spaghetti bolognese and they were exceptional - the flavor, the pasta quality and the portion size were all absolutely amazing !!!

Great little place for some fresh pasta. You get to custom build your meal by picking the pasta, sauce and meat and veggies. Good concept that gets you fresh cooked to order food quickly. When you get the food it's hot. Their garlic bread is pretty good too. They do have some stools in the restaurant you can eat at, or it's a perfect pick up and take home place too. The food will still be hot when you get home.

Great food! Extremely hard to make an initial choice at first visit with the great variety. I opted for a pasta dish with chicken bits. Food is really good but the prices seem a bit steep for the amount you get. Over $30 with tip for 2 people, with one getting a small bowl of pasta and the other a small meatball sub, which isn't really too bad of a price but there are so many other nice Italian places to go for that price where quantity and quality is combined. Dine in, limited to stools at a bar type concept. (See pic) restroom extremely filthy. I think the single $ sign reflected on my search made me expect better pricing.

7 stars but I took two off because indoor dining is still unavailable because of the covid boogeyman going into 2023. In all seriousness, best Italian beef since Jonnies or Al’s in Chicago. Everyone around here thinks a weak, fake French dip is what passes for a Chicago beef except Nicoletto’s. Do yourself a favor, get it baptized in drippings!!! This sandwich is god tier. End.

When I travel from Portland OR. to Nashville I never miss an opportunity to enjoy something, anything, from Nicoletto's. I am always completely blown away with the absolutely mouth watering, multi-sensory goodness found in their fresh pastas, sauces, sandwiches etc. My favorite go to is bow tie pasta + pink-sauce + meatballs. I can't believe it is made so fresh AND so fast. If you have been wanting to try it, don't waste another second.Go, eat and be merry. You won't be disappointed. Tell 'em Aaron from Portland sent ya! In a nut shell it is an Italian cuisine “fast food” in the best meaning of a term. They offer “choose your own” pasta bowls and subs. For the pasta bowl one needs to pick one of the 8-10 varieties of in-house made pasta, add one of 5-6 sauces and then add protein/veggies for additional charge. Then your order is prepped. You can eat it right there is a small corner (and we did). The majority customers, however, were picking up to-go orders. I picked radiatori with walnut pesto and sautéed cremini mushrooms. The pasta tasted great, but maybe wasn’t the right shape for the sauce. The mushrooms taste great too and pleased me with fresh basil shreds. There is also sweets: cookies, cheesecakes and cannolis. Since we are on the Nashville Sugar Hunt, we picked a banana - chocolate cheesecake and the cannoli. Cheesecake was rich and very sugary, but not violently as it can be in Nashville. The cannoli shell tasted as if it was 2-3 days old, the filling, however, was smooth and not overwhelming sweet.

My husband and I order out from here 2-3 times a month. When our relatives come to visit they always request a visit as well. Our current favorite dish is the Buffalo mac and cheese but we also love the chicken parm and so many combinations of the build your own. Ordering online and picking up has always been very easy/reliable and the food is always fresh. The pasta is house made and you can really taste the difference from box pasta you would make at home - it is better than $25+ dishes I have had at sit down restaurants. I’ve noticed some people complain about the wait or order at the window model in other reviews— I would suggest ordering online in advance and parking in the back to avoid the busy road for the best experience.

I love how beyond efficient this establishment is. They pivoted well during the pandemic with outdoor pickup accommodations and now have pickup windows that makes it much easier to grab and go rather it's delivery service pickup options such as DoorDash, Uber Eats and other, or your own personal order. I love their online ordering system which allows me to order what I want without waiting in line. I love how knowledgeable the staff is about the different noodles and sauces they serve. The fact that their noodles are freshly made is amazing. I truly appreciate the kind staff and the options they have available. The bread is so good! I'd highly recommend eating at Nicoletto's for a pasta night. Oh and their chicken sandwich is DELICIOUS, too! 😉

I had the chili Mac and cheese was ok good spice not a lot of flavor. Wife had the Italian Salad fresh ingredients but not a lot ingredients in the salad but was packed with fresh lettuce. Naked meatballs were good. Should serve more bread with entree and bread with the meatballs. The cannoli tasted store bought not a lot of ricotta flavor. Ganache brownie ok the ganache over powdered the brownie which for some might be a good thing. The music in the joint was great and the service was also. Would buy meatballs again based on size flavor and cost everything else probably not. Good spot for some quick clean food

Good Caesar Salad, Good Italian Beef Sandwich, Good Fries. They don’t short you on the quantity of food, which is appreciated. Our food was ready to go when we arrived (ordered ahead), in and out in 30 seconds. First time trying this place was very good and I would recommend.

I love their marinara sauce. I usually get the gnocchi bolognese with a salad. It's devine! I believe there is seating in the back of the building, but I've always ordered to go, so I'm not really sure. However, the food is lovely, and the staff are nice and professional. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Parking is terrible! I love ordering here, but I hate it at the same time because if there is traffic...it's a yikes getting out of the streetfacing parking.

This place has a eclectic vibe and the food is simply delightful! They've put their own stamp or twist on every dish, even down to the hand cut fries. (A must try). My husband LOVES anything Mac & Cheese but when he got their Mac & Cheese topped with their hand made meatballs... needless to say we've driven 35 minutes to get there... three days in a row because he was that blown away. I've tried the meatball sub and the Italian Beef, and they are on this special roll that turned these sandwiches into superstars! It was just that freaking awesome! They get 10 stars.

My husband and I ordered takeout from here and are blown away by the quality and service. We're both vegan and ordered pasta with veg & vegan meatballs. We receieved a call shortly after placing our online order. We included mushrooms which are cooked in butter (we didn't know) but they noticed the rest of our order was vegan and we were able to change it. Never have I had service like that and many times I've mistakenly ordered something that didn't fit our diets. On top of the great service the food is also great. The pasta is fresh and the garlic bread is so satisfying. The servings are huge! I'd 100% recommend this place to anyone and we'll be back during our week long trip to Nashville!

Check your order before you leave because they forget things like adding chicken to a salad. Also a parking nightmare. I used to like this place but it’s turned into a huge hassle, my order is usually wrong, and the free bread is hard as a rock.

My husband and I stumbled upon Nicoletto’s Italian Kitchen as it was a close restaurant to our Airbnb and so glad we did! What an amazing meal! Food came out fresh and fast. I ordered a few days ago , the customer service was nice ....my issue was with the food . The noodles were between al dente and uncooked. They still had a lot of bite to them making them harder to eat . The meatball was good and the pasta as well. They messed up my order and I called to fix it and it was still incorrect.

The food is always made to perfection!! The pick up process is amazing & always runs so smoothly with little to no wait times even when it’s super busy. The only issue with this location is the parking - BUT there is extra parking in the back of the building & also accessible from Trinity Lane if you find yourself struggling to get in. You may have to walk a little bit, but the food is definitely worth the walk :)

Food was pretty good but seemed overpriced for it being order at the window. Prices were more what I would expect at a sit down restaurant. Customers aren't allowed inside and it was a cold night so we had to go wait at a bar next door to stay warm while we waited for our food and then had to check back in 15 minutes to see if our order was ready.

Definitely one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had in Nashville! I usually get the rigatoni noodles with their signature "pink" sauce and beef meatballs and it is to die for. I can usually make it last two servings too!

First of all, let me get to the important stuff. The food was great. I'm kind of a traditionalist and when I go to a new restaurant I go for the standard. If they do the standard well then I'll come back for something else. Let me tell you, they have really good meatballs and marinara. Other than my mom's, it's the best I've had in this town. But what helps make this restaurant special is the people. It was a busy Friday night and they were behind getting meatballs out. This was understandable considering everything is made fresh. However, they were very apologetic, asked if there was anything they could do, and even took my daughter around and explained to her what each dessert was and let her pick out one. A really good bunch of guys who serve great food.

The food is pretty good. I wish the vegan options were a little better, I appreciate that they have them. I think it'd be great if they did an impossible meat meatball instead of seitan. I love seitan I just don't think there meatballs are that good and impossible meat is great the eastside bahn mi impossible meat bahn mi -- is really good. It'd also be dope if they had a vegan cheese option, vegan desert option, and if they ever did a vegan pesto that would suppper dope :) But yeah good food I look forward to trying the gnocci.

I had the Italian and Peppers Sandwich on the recommendation of a staff member. Sliced chunks of sausage in a red sauce covered with melted cheese on a hoagie. A wee bit light on the peppers, but a large serving of meat. Very tasty. 4.5 stars.

This is the only place in town to get an Italian Beef Sandwich, and it's good. Meatball sub is legit, with meatballs the size of baseballs, only need 3 to fill that sandwich. I'd like to try other stuff on the menu but I can't because I have to have the Italian beef again like, every time.

Awesome pasta. Skip the sandwich. My sandwich was a wet soggy mess. And it's a takeout place so you gotta get that right. It was wrapped tightly in foil so it was like soaked wet bread. Take a lesson from Mitchell and see what they do.

Unfortunately I don’t have photos of our food but it tasted so good!! I ordered a meatball sub, meatballs and sauce were really god along with the bread that was toasted perfectly. My gf ordered basil angel hair pasta with eggplant and a couple other toppings and she loved it as well. In her words: it’s like gourmet food but in ‘fast food’ speed. We highly recommend.

Disclaimer: Only had experience with restaurant via uber eats. Everytime I've ordered an item has been missing. From something small like garlic bread (which does not come with, there is a cost) to the entire sandwich I ordered. The spinach fettuccine with rosemary garlic is fabulous, but the bolognese over gnocchi just tasted off to me. Gnocchi good, sauce wasnt for me and the portion in it for $16 is Also, I felt like the items they serve should be accompanied by some additional sauce on the side, because I've noticed they tend to be a touch dry and they are very skimpy when it comes to the cheese. Overall though, high quality ingredients, and good food!

The food is delicious!! Who doesn't like fresh pasta!?!? The seating is very limited and so is parking but the food is worth it! I got the garlic linguini with rosemary chicken. The chicken was so tender and had the perfect amount of rosemary without it being overpowering. I also recommend the red velvet chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Stopped in to Nicoletto's on a whim. Genius concept. Love that you can customize your pasta (pick your pasta, sauce, meat). Its definitely not a place you want to sit and enjoy a meal (minimal bar style seating and plastic cutlery) , better if you're on the go. Perfect if you want to take it and get a drink next door at Mickey's!! Everything I had was exceptional quality...but I left hungry. A bowl of pasta and a drink was 12 dollars for what I considered to be quite a small portion. I decided to add an entree salad after I got my pasta. It was also half the size of what I was expecting (for 9 bucks). However, the arugula salad was delicious and I got the lemon basil vinaigrette which was incredible. The pasta was absolutely delicious also with some hearty meatballs. For 21 bucks I could have eaten at a full service dine- in restaurant and had maybe even had some leftovers to bring home so I probably won't be back unfortunately. If you're not a budget definitely check this place out.

Omg is this place good! The food has so much flavor and the pasta that they use doesn’t taste like something that you buy at the store. The food is definitely 5 Stars, but the parking and seating gives this place a 4. There’s very limited parking so if you’re going at a busy time it might be hard to find parking. Also their seating inside is limited they only have a few bar stools to sit on inside. I will say I went at Night on Valentine’s Day so I figured it would be both packed and busy which it was. Very much worth the wait. I would for sure recommend this to anyone, but for like an Order to go kinda thing rather than eat in. Can’t wait to go back.

It was good, a bit pricey without being as large portioned as buccadebeppo or maggianos. You can customize a pasta bowl, which is a cool design but Id rather pay a couple less bucks and have a pre made template. All around a good meal though, just not worth 18 bucks for a bowl of pasta really.

We ordered two entrees, the chicken parm sandwich was great but the gnocchi was way past over cooked. We also got the Caesar salad (which is our all time favorite salad to have anywhere) and we were given creamy Italian dressing with it instead. The next day we ordered the salad again to have with an entree from a different restaurant thinking the creamy Italian dressing was a mistake but when we confirmed with the staff they said creamy Italian is Caesar dressing. That is far from true so we stopped at Publix to get Caesar dressing and then the salad was perfect.

Great little hole in the wall Italian restaurant. I had the sausage, pepper, and onion hoagie. I can't describe how good it was. Customer service was awesome. They make their own pasta fresh daily and sell it in 1/2 pound increments. I would definitely say it's a place you want to try. They stay open late too, for your late night trips home.

I love concepts that pick something simple and say "we are going to try to perfect this one thing". Ordering here is super simple just pasta, sauce and protein. Everything I've tried here has been superb. Well worth the trip. I will say this though, hardly any seating is available to enjoy the pasta. They definitely need to expand.

Husband and I stopped in on a whim. We were not disappointed. I had tomato focaccia with a side of marinara and caprese sale and my husband had a naked balls with meat balls, peppers and onions. Everything was fresh and tasty. The music was great too. Good value!

The selection of pastas was awesome. I had the spinach-fettuccini with chicken and it was both hot and delicious. There was a fair amount of drink selections, as well. The restaurant itself was clean and looked new. Give it a try.

I tried their radiatori pasta with alfredo, roasted chicken, and cremini mushrooms and it was fantastic. Pasta was perfectly al dente, the alfredo had a really good flavor, and the chicken and mushrooms were cooked to perfection. Add in the small bit of very soft and tasty garlic bread, and the fact that their portions are VERY generous and filling, and I will definitely be going back many many times.

I love the pink sauce on ANY of their pasta! And you can’t lose with their protein choices. The taste is nothing shy of taste bud tantalizing! And if you know me by my reviews then you know how much I am obsessed with desserts right??? They have the most scrumptious lemon cookie drops (I’m sure that’s not the actual name of the cookie... but you get the idea). I’m not sure if they always have those on the menu but they’re good! I drive uber eats, and a customer told me they made a fantastic meatball sub. (I love a good meatball sub) I decided to see for myself, and was NOT disappointed! It was absolutely delicious! The chips served with it could have been better. (Not a fan of "kettle fried" chips) I would absolutely go for another sub though.

This was comparable to an Italian Chipotle, except instead of burritos, it was make your own pasta. You got to customize your pasta bowl by picking your pasta type, sauce, and protein! Cool concept. My boyfriend added basil and the cheese drizzle to his. I myself chose to get a meatball sub since I do enjoy a good meatball sub. With my sandwich, the boyfriends pasta bowl + drink, the total was a little over $30, which was surprising because I did not expect to spend that much at this joint. Though it was good, I can't justify the price point. I'm glad we tried it once though. And the food was good. Things to note: -Sandwiches come with a free bag of chips! They take card

This place is so delicious! Such good, fresh, and original! This is one of my places to eat out in Nashville! Prices are very reasonable. Only problem is seating isn’t great, it’s only bar stools so only a couple of people can sit inside.

For travelers looking for an awesome place to chill with jazz and fresh pasta made to order, this place is very worth the short trek from the interstate. It was a pleasant, atmospheric little place that even had something our son with texture issues could eat. You get a lot of high-end, actually al dente pasta for the price, too. So happy we found them and will definitely stop by again when we're that way!

Place was nice and clean, staff was good, menu was clear and easy to understand. Payment processing was quick, service time was reasonable. Setting expectations on how long it would take would have been nice. Noodle shapes were cool, nice quality pasta. I was unimpressed with the food flavor (i had marinara and reccomend staying away). Price would have been fair if the sauce wasnt terrible. Would have given 4 stars with double the bread. Would have given 5 stars if: wait time expectations were set, staff smiled, and the sauce wasnt terrible. In conclusion: I wont be back but I could see how someone else might genuinely enjoy the place and the food. My 3 star rating is arguably subjective and/or a food quality fluke.

We had a large group of 5 adults and 2 kids that ate everything from 3 different pastas, Italian beef, focaccia bread and desserts. All the food was excellent! The bite that I tried of the Italian beef topped with giardiniera was too spicy for me, but I know that you can order it without the the extra heat. (sorry, I’m a whimp) They do not skimp on the beef and my boys left very satisfied. The pasta bowl with extra toppings was my choice and was well worth the wait. This is not your cardboard box variety pasta but honest to goodness fresh tasting, can’t wait to come back for another visit to try the other varieties, “oh, can I have another bite of yours” kind of pasta. These Italian boys know their stuff and I am thankful that we stopped in to enjoy their creations! Finally, splurge and get the tiramisu. It is THE BEST that I have had! Not that too sweet, soggy knock off kind, but just simple perfection.

The Italian roast beef sandwich here remains 1 of the best sandwiches available in the region! I have always liked the assortment of Italian soda's and the variety of choices on pastas and topping. There is a legend about this place sort of struggling in the beginning, and a customer coming in and shouting at the staff, the staff took the customers shouting into consideration , and Nicoletto's continues and will remain a loved staple of East Nashville, because thats Amore❤ yes sometimes shouting is love😄

On our first visit I had the eggplant parmesan, and my husband had the spinach linguine with alfredo and rosemary chicken. He loved his. Mine was mediocre in terms of flavor. Second trip I got the fusilli with vegan meatballs and pink sauce. He got the spinach linguine with regular meatballs and pink sauce. Both kinds of meatballs were dry. Not enough sauce on either pasta. The bread was good both trips. I like that there are options for vegetarians and vegans. Good restaurant concept. Great staff. You can see them cook while you wait, and they were nice to my kid. The spinach linguine seems to be the way to go. I wish there was a bit more sauce, fresh herbs, and freshly grated cheese.

Nicolettos is one of those places that makes you go "dang I should have thought of that" they take such a simple premise of making a fast food style assembly line pasta dish but execute it so perfectly that you feel you are taking home a dish from your favorite white table cloth joint in downtown. All the pasta is home made and you start your selection from their rotating case of pasta creations. Recent examples include red pepper fettuccine, basil angle hair, spinach and kale penne, and my favorite any type of gnocchi. Add your sauce, Alfredo and red sauce is always on tap the Alfredo in particular is thick creamy and delicious. You will also find specialty sauces like walnut pesto. Finally add your protein rosemary chicken or Italian sausage and peppers are two favorites of mine. And there you have it. Your pasta dish will be ready in a few minutes. Get some delicious thick crusty bread with it and it's probably the only meal you need for the day. As a bonus you can take your pasta next door to Mickeys for a drink, or trek home lay out a table cloth and wine transfer the pasta to a plate and no one will ever know you got this delicious meal for 12 or 13 bucks and in just a few minutes. They also now carry sandwiches, but really at least give those delicious homemade noodles a try before going off script you will not regret it.

This has become our go-to Italian market now that lazarrolis is out of business. Their pasta is great but I wish it offered so much more, like fresh mozzarella / burrata, Italian wines, etc. Their desserts really don't look as good as the Italians do. But their pasta is pretty great.
