Came here with the family, the family did not enjoy the food. Almost all the food was left. I don't think we will be back anytime soon. On the other hand they had entertainment, the guy singing was pretty good and sang some oldies. I would come here just for drinks and entertainment but as far as recommending the food that's a NO.

An authentic mexican place with live music and great variety in the food flavors and the drink menu . However a tad little expensive for the quantity been provided on our plates We got the spicy shrimp with rice and beans along with some sliced jalapeños and the chicken no pales fajita which were delicious. We are also given some fresh chips and salsa which is fresh and tangy . I got a huge bowl of refreshing margarita served in a huge wooden bowl . However the bill came in higher than expected as the no pales was charged extra which wasn’t mentioned to us earlier when we ordered . However, overall this a great place to dine in with friends and family if you are craving some authentic Mexican food . This place could be a little more cleaner too

This was a very nice place to have lunch. I brought my mom here and this was our first visit. Even though would they didn't have shrimp on the quick lunch they fixed it for us. The place was clean and very nice. The employees were nice as well. The bathrooms were clean. The atmosphere was inviting.

Only five tables with customers and I still waited well over five minutes for someone to take my order. Ordered lunch fajitas, bowl of jalapeños, chili Verde con tomotillas, and a virgin daiquiri. Dropped food off and left in a hurry. Less than cordial is being polite. The chili Verde I asked for was some yellow junk. The fajitas are very well portioned though and the free salsa was actually not bad. Came out to $30 but again I was filled and there was still more. I don't get full easily

One of the best in Nashville m! The vibe is amazing, and the live music makes it so much more! Yes they have a live band that comes to serenade at your table for a small fee/tip. Also if you're single their bar is the place to be. I've nrver had to pay for my drinks on the weekend or a holiday thanks to some single men.

The food is your average Tex-Mex, but what they lack in taste, they more than make up for in ambiance. There was a live band with singer and at one point, came and sang to me since it was my birthday. Later during dessert, the staff came and sang Happy. Birthday to me, and gave me a Sombrero to wear. Let me just say I WASN’T disappointed!! This restaurant is very lively engaging and has a “family atmosphere”. I went on Friday and there was a live singer who was EXCELLENT! She even serenade me at my table which was a first for me and welcoming! The food was wonderful seasoned to protection. However, the queso was runny and wasn’t “authentic” for my Tex-Mex taste buds. The desert wasn’t available but I get it due to the supply and cost of things. The drinks where buzz worthy to be singing out the door. Which I did! The restaurant has several days in the week with drink specials, live music, and there is a stage, t.v.’s, and a full bar. Servers where very nice and accommodating plus plus plus! I truly believe if the community supports this restaurant it could become very popular than what it is. A outside siting area that is intimate and faces the street. Live music, authentic Julisco, come support Los Archos, bring a friend or 30! Plenty of space for everyone, Karaoke? Yes! Seriously, I’ve live in the community for I e 5 years and I keep migrating here. For sophisticated, LOCAL, family fun. I truly plan on having my birthday party here on the 4th of July!

I placed a to-go order with the restaurant, specifying that I didn't want cheese with the enchilada platter I ordered. Unfortunately, when I got home, my order did have cheese. I brought the enchiladas back, having asked them ahead of time to redo the order without cheese. When I got to the restaurant, I was given the enchiladas, but then had to separately ask for fresh rice and beans with the enchiladas. Additionally, I asked both the lead server (who was at the register when I returned) and one of the managers for a full or partially refund on the original enchiladas. I knew there was a language barrier between myself and the staff, and I did my best to explain the refund I wanted. Neither, however, seemed to understand either my request, or why I wanted one, and neither looked to get a staff member that would have an easier time translating between us. I didn't want to cause a scene, but I also felt very frustrated, so I gave up on asking for a refund and left. When I then got the food home, I saw that while the enchiladas were made without cheese, the refried beans were served with cheese (I had no idea ahead of time they would, and the first time around, the beans were served without cheese.) Overall, I felt like I had waited a large amount of time trying to correct an order, and wasn't able to really enjoy my meal with my partner and our family here. I'm disappointed in my service, which is frustrating, because I've had since really great dinners here at Los Arcos in the past. The grilled dishes and seafood here are always delicious. I don't know if management changed or how the last year may have hurt the business, but I just feel like this restaurant just isn't what it used to be.

The In dining experience is always good, nice size portions and good happy hour. Ordered pick up for the first time today. No answer until third call, server forgot to put the order in and waited an additional 30 min after arrival. Received food without an apology or amends. Customer service was poor today.

Waiting for a call back from the emergency vet where my dog was, I came across this restaurant. It was amazing. The patio was great, waitress and bartender were fast and friendly, margarita was perfect, food was fabulous, even the coffee was good. I wish I could give a million stars. Food was great. We ordered a seafood platter (don't remember the name, it was shrimp, fish, & squid in a creamy sauce), shrimp chimichanga, & chicken tacos (soft corn tortillas). We sat on the large balcony overlooking the street. A bit loud with the steady traffic, but much preferred since we've been avoiding crowds & enclosed areas for obvious reasons. We were the only ones out there. It was very nice.

Francisco is the BEST Employee this restaurant has! Every single time we have gone to eat here he has taken very great care of us I've had other waitresses but they have never lived up to Francisco's standards! Yesterday evening Francisco proved why he is the best employee there. Long story short, we placed a to go order and at the time that we arrived to pick it up all the lady waitresses ignored us or they would keep telling us that they would keep and come back, which they never did we waited about 20 minutes and NO ONE acknowledged us or even gave us any update on our order. As we were getting ready to leave Francisco asked had we been taken care of I explained the situation and he went back to the kitchen and in less then 10 minutes guess what?!?! He had our order! I mean it was the most simple order ever and worked magic! If you want to enjoy good food and great customer service Francisco is the one!

THE BEST Mexican food I've ever had. And I've been to near a 100. Their enchiladas are like Mexican sushi... they just melt in your mouth. However, HORRIFIC service. The waitresses don't care AT ALL. They leave your drinks empty, take forever to take an order, or fix their mistakes. They can't even be bothered to give you the forks they forgot. It's practically impossible to get them to answer their phone and take an order. We LOVE the food but have to survive the terrible wait staff (and we're NOT mean people). Fire all the waitresses and this place will be one of the best in all of Nashville.

The food and atmosphere was pretty good. I enjoyed a fajita quesadilla with a cup of citrus and rum drink with Cheyenne pepper and salted rim which was pretty potent. I didn't care for the taste. Overall this place had a live karaoke artist that was amazing! I had leftovers of my delicious meal and plan to eat them for breakfast or lunch.😎

The food was AMAZING like the BEST Mexican food that I’ve ever had. The reason for the 4 stars is the service. The service was the WORST I’ve ever had. Took her 10 mins just to greet us and a take a drink order, 15 mins to get the drinks (just 2 waters and an horchata) , 45 min total to get the food. She only gave us refills after we hunted her down in the restaurant and actually had to ask for silverware. This waitress was the epitome of awful. We only gave her $1 and she had the audacity to be surprised and upset. We will probably go again just because the food was that good but definitely getting a different server.

This is my third time coming here. All of my experiences have been different. But this was not a great experience. Our server was rude and slow. Not much was available from the menu. Why have a huge menu if you are not going to have it in stock? 4 of our plates came out wrong or cold. We were almost given a order that was not ours. The food does take a little bit of time to come out but if you read the menu they mention that Mexican food is best served fresh, so it could take a little longer. No complaints whatsoever. My wife and I went tonight and it felt like an upgraded version of our favorite taco spot back home. Margaritas are cheap and delicious. Salsa is solid. Tacos are more expensive than the taco truck but you don't have to stand in the cold, rain, or heat to get them. This place will be a new habit for us.

Google search indicates that this restaurant has a lunch buffet but upon visiting at noon on a Wednesday we found they do not. We went ahead and ate there because we were truly hungry. We waited 25-30 minutes for our food after ordering. Once it arrived my Chicken Enchiladas Suiza was not only cold but served like no other restaurant I've been too as the chicken was to the side, not in the tortillas, and there was no spinach. With no description and the fact that we were being rushed by our server who was too busy placing host, server, cook (perhaps as he disappeared for 10 minutes or so), came back seating folks again, and went to the bar serving drinks right beside us. We couldn't get refills on drinks until after we were finished with our food. And one final note the chips had no salt and they were too greasy ( like they had been double fried) yet cold so adding salt would have done no good. Based on the one experience we will not be returning to this restaurant. There are so many other options in the area.

People often don't realize the regional differences in Mexican cuisine. Los Arcos brings the coastal flavors to Mexican dining in a great variety of seafood dishes, to the point that you almost feel it may be a seafood restaurant! Even have fresh oysters! They do have the Tex-Mex staples, but if you are in the mood for a fresh look at Mexican dining, give them a try. Great service, very reasonable prices, and nice atmosphere.

This is the best mexican I've had in Nashville. The fajitas with chorizo is the way to go. The tortillas are made fresh there. It's the classic chain menu, but made fresh and authentic. No fushion modern non sense, but not the generic taste. This will be your new go to place 100%, it is mine!

Went for a quick dinner at the bar, and as the superb live band played, I met the owner, ordered both a superior mixed seafood cocktail (Campechano) which also includes Octopus among other things and naturally a margarita with proper amounts of Tequila. I happened to drop off someone I work with and found this place unexpectedly. My first time here but I am not disappointed. The fajitas are really good, but I love that they have a bar that has chiles toreados, a great selection of salsas, and some cute little grilled potatoes that are cooked in onions. They're somewhat spicy but cooked to perfection and they're absolutely delicious. (I'm a fan of potatoes if you can't tell) I'm glad I ran across this place. I will definitely be back soon! 💖

Street tacos out of this world... salsa was fab and the salsa bar (no extra charge) was awesome. Best I've had in Tennessee so far. I'm an Arizona kid so ... hitting Nolensville rd looks to be the most authentic to Hispanic foods available. The Mariachi Plaza has plenty of 5 star restaurants too. I'm always looking for more options, this is at the top when I'm in the area.

Nice staff, but took over 40 minutes to get my food, and they were not bery busy at all. In fact, it was so "not busy" that most of the servers were standing around looking bored. Not sure what took so long. I didn't order a well done steak or anything that woukd have justified the wait. The food was very good and the server apologized fornthe delay.

Service is never good here and majority of employees are either wearing their masks as chin diapers or below their nose. Watched the lady at the tortilla station eating at the tortilla station, then going directly back to making tortillas, no gloves, no washing her hands... Never seen a server go to the back long enough to wash their hands either... Food is always about the same, nothing special, sometimes far from good and several items are over priced for what you get.

Los Arcos is an Authentic Mexican restaurant, and the food definitely displays that. They have a wonderful karaoke setup and also have a buffet area, though it wasn't clear when or how much it was. First Mexican restaurant in Nash and it did not disappoint. They have a bar of condiments like pico, cilantro and grilled onions you can get. The chips and salsa and cheese dip are the best we've had. We got the enchiladas and fajita.

OMG AMAZING !!! Holy cow- I feel like I just traveled South 14 hours, or was teleported back to San Antonio !!!! Karaoke, AMAZING authentic food, pretty Hispanic servers, fast friendly service !!!! Clean surroundings too. Awesome salsa bar with fresh accoutrements, HOME MADE corn torts !!! So delicious I couldn't take pics this time. We just found our new go to for great Mexican food- I'm so glad a friend introduced the wife to this place !! Thank you Los Arcos for a truly delightful meal !!!!

I discovered that this place is most likely owned by the same people/group as the La Terezza's in Franklin, TN. Their menu's look the same and offer the same food. While I think the salsa tastes better than their Franklin, TN, their steak fajita nachos still remain consistently awesome. I was disappointed by my seafood molcajete. The cheese wasn't melted at all, and the rest of it didn't quite compare to other establishment. However, the rest of my party enjoyed their food and I liked their other restaurants food in the past to hope that this was just a one time occurrence. However, I would say this is a safe place to recommend to someone.

I read the reviews and thought great a close Mexican place. I am a Salsa lover, and this just did not cut it for me. Dallas has spoiled me. I asked if they had any other options they did, still not flavorful, just hot. The chips were ok, truth be told can get better chips from the super market. I had the Chile Rellenos as this in my onion will show how a restaurants feels about their product. The poblano pepper used must have been frozen it had 0 life. was not seasoned and just was kinda there, also one of the smallest Rellenos I have had. The beef taco was very well seasoned and quite tasty. The decor was atypical. service was poor waited some time (10-15 minutes) for my bill after I finished my meal. To the restaurant: Fresh ingredients are best. The salsa tasted like it came from canned tomatoes. I recommend using fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, roasted peppers etc.. the chips need a real upgrade.

We definitely enjoyed this little Mexican joint a few weeks ago when Momma-in-Law hauled the whole fam. Nice and cool, though I think that AC mighta been drippin' in my coke and lemon all night. Seems pretty busy, and oddly popular with folks who dress like teachers. Maybe they have a school nearby, or maybe there's a Target close. Who knows? Either way, the service is terrific, especially if you can rattle some impressivo Spanglish like Watosh. Those ladies were working in tight quarters, putting up with our band of finicky heathens, and even dealing well with My Ol' Lady tryna celebrate Labor Day early... Hello No. 5! Try that cactus leaf: Yum. And that Whack-a-mole is supah-fresh. Also: diggin' the 90s throwback uppity Italian restaurant vibe. I'll be back.
