Not worth it. Got two cocktails that were so strong I thought I was straight up sipping tequila. Barely had two sips before deciding that it was undrinkable. We also got a Nashville hot chicken sandwich with tasted great! The sauces and crunch on my MVP pizza was good too. There was too much bread and grease on my pizza but I guess that’s how Detroit style/ square pizzas are. Overall me and my stomach were pretty upset later that evening.

We did not get a chance to snap a pic of the cheese bread lol. It was amazing. The pizza was also so good that I almost forgot a pic of it too. If you are a fan of a crispy, but soft crust then this is the spot. We enjoyed the Good Paulie pizza with added pepperoni & it was top tier! Although the food was great, I was turned off by how there were multiple tables that were left with dirty dishes & the staff was walking by them like they weren’t there. It was definitely a pause for me because it’s a nice environment, but seeing the half eaten food sitting out and the dirty napkins on the bar tables was a turn off. I will say this could’ve just been an off day for this location, so I would still give them another try.

Honestly this place is not worth the hype. The pizza is pretty good, but you could find that about anywhere. But $20+ for a pizza that could barely be shared between 2 slightly hungry people is outrageous. The service was pretty poor because we were seated outside. Yes, the pizza was tasty, but in Nashville, good food isn't too hard to find. Go somewhere that is worth the price tag. I would not recommend Emmy Squared... it's just an overpriced pizza place!

I think we got lucky- no wait on NYE. Usually this place is very busy, even with a reservation. Very good pizza and burgers. Really relaxed vibe and friendly staff. Will definitely be returning!

Got take out through uber eats. Great gluten free deep dish crust with amazing toppings. If you do go in to dine, be sure to get reservations for dinner as they fill up quickly. Or perhaps go for lunch when it's less crowded.

Brandy was attentive and friendly. The crispy chicken crunchers and salsa pico chicken sandwich were amazing! The flavors were blended well — they both had a satiating kick to them. The ranch was off the chain! Tony hooked me up with the big to-go ranch! I’m from out of town, so he said he could even ship! 🙏

Overworked bartender was absolutely amazing, whatever manager was running food (assuming since he was dressed up) put the plates down and dipped. Didn’t communicate to the bartender or ask if we needed anything. I can say, the employees were all great and friendly, food was good, but it’s just a bad look to have to hunt someone down when our server (bartender) wasn’t even told we got food.

We ordered a burger and a salad and an appetizer to split. The food was decent. I don't think it's worth $27 for a burger and fries - that feels like I'm paying for the atmosphere. Price aside, we went in the late afternoon. There were a couple other tables sat, and one of them looked like employees. Unfortunately, our server decided it was more fun to hang out in the bar with them than to take our order, so we got to sit aimlessly at the table waiting for 15 minutes for her to come back and actually take our order. I'll overpay for something if the service is great, the atmosphere is great, or the food is great. If everything is just "ok" then you'll not be getting a repeat visit. The cheese sticks were killer. Definitely recommend those. Maybe just get it to go? Not sure we'll be back.

On tonight I went to Emmy Squared after hours of shopping at Green Hills. We were starving. I suggested ES. We went in, seating was easy. When. We arrived we were told that they were short on servers, but let me tell you we never noticed. With almost all tables Sat the severs kept and where ever they could have fallen short, Manager Tony stepped in and made our experience amazing. This was my first time at this location and a first time for one person in our group period. Tony made it a point to check on all the tables and get anything we needed. I had an extra conversation with him to pi k his brain about something and he had no problem helping me. I love ES and if you want to get some great food especially the Detroit style pizza, this is the location. Thank you Tony and the rest of the staff for making our day. Till next time. We were seated quickly and greeted by Brandy. We ordered the crispy chicken crunchers. The app came out warm and paired with a yummy cilantro sauce. The Salsa Pico Chicken sandwich was enormous! It had a nice spice and was crispy. The Le Big Matt burger was tasty with the Sammy sauce and cooked well. The pretzel buns were soft and a nice addition to the sandwich. Brandy checked in on us and was friendly. Tony, the manager, checked in on us as well and was very welcoming. A nice spot to check out by the Mall at Green Hills.

I never knew that Detroit had their own style of Pizza and now I'm in love. There is so much crunch to the crust! We ordered the chicken, burrata, and pepperoni. Each one was delicious. The pizzas are small but so filling. I highly recommend!

Ordered online and estimated pickup time was 8:13. When I went in at 8:10 I was told it wouldn't be ready until 8:40 because it was a large order. I understand that a large order would take longer, but if they already know that, they should give a better estimate. Also, a simple apology for the 25 minute delay would have been welcome. Pizza was good.

Spicy sandwich was amazinggggggggghhh I always come back for more. The first recipe was the best though. Wish they would stop changing it. It was hot and the sauce would drip! Also why they get rid of the quin. It was good too

Lovely food and friendly and efficient host and server - taking two stars away because of the lack of baby changing facilities. If you are a family friendly restaurant a baby changing facility is ESSENTIAL. I had to change my wriggling baby at the sink, which was super hard, and also took up space and was unhygienic for others using the bathroom. Please sort this out!

I had visited this location several months ago and did not have a very good experience but was in the area shopping and decided to give it another try. I was immediately greeted by a man named Vic when I walked in the door. He said he was a new manager at this location and offered to show me around, I had no idea Emmy had a nice bar area and a private dining area! I chose to sit at the bar. I thought it was really cool that Vic introduced me to the chef and suggested a few menu items that I went ahead and tried based on his suggestion. The service team was great, food came out quickly and was hot and delicious! I will be returning!

Update 8/2021 - still amazing! Great gluten free pizza and kassidy was fantastic!! I was so excited to see they opened another location and this one is much larger than the Gulch. The food is still delicious, the drinks are wonderful and the staff is super attentive and nice. Definitely recommend coming by or ordering to go. This is our go-to spot for fancy pizza night.

Emmy Squared is what replaced Table 3. Voted #1 burger by The Tennessean, but not sure why. Nothing stood out that you cant get at the other "best burger in town" joints. Service was up to par, drinks were great. Try the Frozen Negroni next time you're in. Kids menu to appetize the younger crowds. Was not able to try the "notrious" pizza, maybe next time I'm in the area. Would love to treat myself to the patio when the weather warms back up! Also, valet parking is complementary to those patronizing the restaurant. Enjoy!

Greeted by a very nice person who appeared to be happy to be there. Server was on point you can always tell a great server on their ability to home in on the conversation, heard us say chicken crispers to ourselves came right back to confirm and get the order put in. My nephew has been making his own Detroit style at home so he was excited to go here and see how he stacked up, we got the Roni and the dipper. The crispers came and the sauce was a reason to come back in a hurry the ranch though I could go without mint ranch? Tasted like liquified toothpaste the only sour spot in the place. The pizza were great didn't have the cheese skirt we get at home but the crust had that perfect chew and crispiness.

This place being labeled a pizza place is an understatement. It is a high scale dining environment with gourmet pizzas and burgers that are absolutely divine . The Colony pizza And Nashville hot chicken pizza are my favorites. Despite being a la cart for most items, the food coupled with unique drinks plus the ambience of the restaurant is well worth it ,leaving you both full and satisfied. Definitely recommended for date night ,family night or a quick bite! Make sure to reserve a table though!

Went in for dinner and was immediately greeted by a host who was super friendly, he informed us there were only high tops available which was fine but we decided to sit at the bar instead. The bartender Miles or Myles (not sure how it was spelt) was super friendly and fast, even with a full bar! I had a Mule which was great! We ordered an appetizer which came out quickly and was delicious. Two different managers and the bartender checked in frequently throughout our meal to make sure everything was good. This was the best dining experience I’ve had in awhile, the food was amazing but the friendliness of all the staff is what made the experience so great! Will definitely be back soon!

Stopped here for dinner while on vacation. While the food was great, the service left a lot to be desired. They did not have a high-chair for our son, our server never introduced himself, and he had to be reminded several times to bring a cup of water to the table for our son. We also had to go back to the host stand to ask for a children’s menu after we were seated. While waiting for our food we heard of several tables who were sat but never greeted by a server. Once we got our food our son’s meal didn’t come the vegetable side that was listed on the menu. If we are ever back in the area, we will try a different Emmy Squared.

Emmy Squared in Green Hills is one of my favorite places to eat in all of Nashville. The pizza is always phenomenal no matter which one you try, but it's the Shredded Sprouts Salad with Miso Dressing that keeps me coming back over and over (and over) again. I like the Gulch location as well, but going to Green Hills for dinner on the patio at Emmy Squared and a movie at the Regal next door is my idea of a perfect date night.

This place has some seriously good pizza and waffle fries. The pizza is the same style as Jets Pizza, except much better ingredients and bread. The dessert is yummy as well. We had the banana pudding and chocolate pudding, both of which were served in large portions.

We have been to the Green Hills location a number of times and found it consistently very good. The pizza is always special. The sides are also great. We especially like their Caesar salad made in their own style. The eggplant side is also awesome. I do have to say the Green hills experience has been much better than the Gulch. The wait staff at the Gulch has been less friendly and ready for us to be done. We are a quiet couple and friendly so not a bother by any means. Will go out of our way to stick with Green Hills

We came here for our one year anniversary. The food and service were good enough although we thought the restaurant was pretty loud for it being early dinner time. The double stack burger they are very proud of was decent but over salted. The pizza was good but Night Train is better and better priced as well. I will say they had the best waffle fries I've ever had, perfectly crispy which nowhere else can seem to get right!

The best!! Burgers are amazing, brussell sprout salad is delicious, zia fries are a hit for the entire table, and the pizzas are fantastic, too. Our family regularly enjoys the "Family Meal" at home and it makes at least 2 full meals.

I was initially annoyed that they had only one burger option, a double stack...I wasn't really in the mood for some big-mouth monstrosity. Luckily, it was just right. The two patties were very juicy and flavorful, and thin enough that I could still bit into it. The pretzel bun was perfect. Another positive was the gluten free pizza crust, wife was do excited to get a thicker crust for once.

I made the mistake of reviewing this upon delivery. I expected a larger pizza and larger salads but now that I have eaten the incredible dishes I must say the food is incredible! My wife and I are CRAZY about this place. We first ate the Gulch location, and we loved it, but we actually prefer the Green Hills spot, primarily because it's much bigger and has way more seating. Last night we ordered the wings, the burger, and the Roni Supreme and split everything. We weren't able to eat it all since there was so much food. We will definitely be back.

Came to Nashville for the evening with a friend. We walked broadway (didn’t really fit in). Stumbled around for a bit trying to figure out what to do. We came across this place and it looked classy and elegant. Service in the door was amazing...however it didn’t stop there. We sat down and had Reagan As our Server. Hands down the absolute best Server I have ever had...sociable ✔️ Funny ✔️ And just all around an amazing server. We made ourselves right at home. Overall the best experience of my trip and would recommend anyone to go to Nashville just to sit at one of her tables.

Great food all around. Could've gone home happy after fried halloumi and eggplant appetizers. The burger is one of the better ones in Nashville and their Detroit style pizzas are fantastic. One word of warning... New Nashville pricing is in effect. You won't go home hungry as portions are good but it's not a cheap burger and pizza dive; definitely won't forget you're in Green Hills.

I am a huge fan of the Gulch location and was excited to check the new location out. Sadly, I was disappointed. The food was fine - it was the experience that disappointed me. The waiter did not know how to open a bottle of wine so it took a while for her to get help with that. How does one get a server job and not know how to open wine?? And I couldn’t believe the bathrooms. Not one improvement has been made to the existing facilities- not even paint! And it was not clean — lots of dirt and dust. This really surprised me that no improvements has been made to brighten up anything as part of the new location opening. So given how cool the Gulch location is, this one disappoints.....and with North right around the corner - they need to rethink upgrading the place to stand apart.

I came to this place back some where around October in 2019 for my friends birthday party. I order the classic burger and fries was very delicious 🤤 for whoever cooked it in 2019 was doing it right! Anyways the reason I am giving this 3 star is because the waiter.... I gave hime $30 dollars for the $21. And something change right, he just takes the money and never gives me back the change! I was going to tip him anyways but I guess since I looked young he just never gave me my money! White colonizer at it again smh. I am also at fault for not asking but he had a little smirk on his face. Idk if he works there still; however I just had to let this off my chest!

Best burger in town right here. Le Big Matt is a little pricey, but it's totally worth it. Big enough (and rich enough) to split between two folks. However, you likely will *not* want to split it because it's that good. Pizza is delicious, too. Get the Margherita, make it a Big Al. You're welcome.

Delicious pizza and fries in a lovely, quiet space. This location is super convenient to the movie theater as well. My only complaint is that there isn't room on the tables for everyone to order their own pizza. The were three of us at a 4-top table and it was very cramped once our food arrived.
