We have been to the other Coco’s location so we had to try this one too. Absolutely spectacular. We had an amazing server who was taking care of basically half of the restaurant and still doing a great job. The food was delicious, very good explanations of what bubbles would match our tastes. As always we will be back 🤍

I give 10 stars!!! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile. The customer service was superior, And the food left me in a delightful mood. Eujenio, the new manager, does an amazing job and I cannot not thank him and his staff enough. Can’t wait to come back and bring all my friends here!

The service was stellar despite only having two servers and one food runner. Our server, Lexi, never stopped smiling while she was juggling no less then 6 tables while her service partner, JJ, did the same. The food runner, Beth, made sure the hot food got to the guests while the servers kept busy refilling drinks and taking orders. Eric (dishwasher, maybe) also continued to come out of the kitchen to prebus tables and helped keep service flowing. I've never seen four people work so seamlessly together to take care of so many guests. And the food was DELICIOUS to boot! We started with the caprese. It was almost too pretty to eat, but man, it was worth destroying the work of art to enjoy the fresh, robust flavors! My date and I both ordered the Veggie Lasagna as our main dish. The noodles were cooked perfectly. It was absolutely smothered in cheeses and just overall phenomenal. The kitchen staff nailed it. Typically a short staffed restaurant would frustrate me, but this team was an absolute joy to watch. Please, pack your patience and a couple extra dollars for this hard working team and go enjoy a delicious meal.

5 stars isn't even enough, went in and had the lobster ravioli, and got two glasses of wine, words can't even explain how amazing everything was, SO much flavor in the dish, and SUPERB customer service, felt like they genuinely cared about anything and everything you asked for, pricing was on point for the quality of everything around, highly recommended for ANYONE in the Nashville area

The food was extremely bland The server was the only good thing here (Preston) The ravioli looked more like a soup as it was filled with butter/water mixture and the mushrooms tasted as if they came from a can. The blush ravioli reminded me of Chef Boyardee.

I love this place. If I lived on this side of town, I would be here constantly. The food has always been excellent, and the service great. You can tell a place by the way it handles mess ups, and they did it correctly. Always admit and give a little extra. Well done, guys!! Best margaritas I have ever had!

Went here for dinner after visiting Cheekwood with my girlfriend, our waiter, Chris, was phenomenal. Very professional, super polite and attentive. I've never had a waiter come through periodically and pick trash up off the table as we were eating and then shake my hand on the way out, very charismatic gentlemen. The food was stellar as well, definitely made fresh.

This location has been open for 2 months and it lives up to the original location. Just opened for lunch too which is great. Great Keto options and awesome Italian food and desserts.

Excellent food and service. We went with some friends who were visiting from out of town. We found the service and food to be exceptional. One of us had the Manager's special of Lobster Ravioli with a vodka sauce which was outstanding. Others had varied dishes and they finished all of their meals (I took a "to go box"). Bread and wine were very good. The manager came over several times to check to make sure everything was okay and the waiter was very attentive ensuring that water glasses were always filled. We will be back. The only think keeping it from getting 5 stars was that the restaurant lacked a little in ambiance (no white tablecloths for example). Other than that, it's a definite winner.

My friend and I had a fantastic experience here tonight, all thanks to the host Eugenio. He was warm and welcoming and made us feel like family! My friend’s food was quite delayed, so Eugenio made sure we received two cannolis free of charge. We had a lovely conversation with Eugenio and it made our entire evening. We will be returning!!

The food was great! However, our server was not very interested in waiting on us. Once we did not choose to order a drink she didn't offer us anything else to drink( pop, tea etc.) She seemed offended when one person in our party asked for coffee. She did not ever ask us if we would like our water or coffee to be refilled. Only came to check on us when she gave us our bill. When we payed with cash she was really irked that we needed change back. It was a fifty! Umm yes I want my change! Again the food was wonderful.

Excellent service for this evening of leisure. My friend and I met for a coffee and dessert and I suggested Coco's as they have awesome desserts! We ordered Tiramisu and a cannoli - both lived up to the hype! We plan on coming back for brunch after reading the description of Brunch Lasagna. Yummy.

Bland. Bland. Bland. Not authentic Italian as they claim. 8 boast scallops in meals and it looked as if they diced A scallop, maybe 2 scallops up overcooked it and added it to our food. Waitress was nice. Wine was nice. The Manager made us uncomfortable looming around us as if he was ready for us to go.

I posted a review yesterday about our disappointment with the food we ordered for take out. However, I called back today to explain my experience, and the manager was EXTREMELY responsive; epitome of customer service, and "making it right". A full refund of our entire take out order. I was blown away by how friendly, accepting, and non-argumentative she was. I'll be coming back for sure, although I'd like them to consider making some improvements to several main dishes, based on customer feedback, recent reviews, and current trends in the restaurant industry.

Very, very good pizza. Excellent wait staff. I saw a large roach-style insect crawling across the middle of the outside kitchen wall. When I pointed it out to the patrons at my table, a waiter noticed what was going on at that time and quickly brushed it off the Wall. The waiters never mentioned that incident while we were there. Other than that, I had a good time there. No waiting to be seated.

I was having a horrible day and drove up to Coco's to place a to go order because they were not answering the phones. When l arrived, l was told they were not taking to go orders. After telling the man about my horrible day, he decided to take my order after swearing what l said was the truth. I thank him so much for taking pity on me and taking my order. Because of my mother's age, we don't eat out anymore. Thank you for your service and kindness.

I have been here once before and it was just ok, but we like the one in west nashville so thought I would try again. Food was just average to below average. The calamari was bland as can be and probably came from a box...they added fried red peppers I think to make it look like there was more...it was gross. The dining experience was unpleasant because the tables were not clean, we had to send 2 plates back because they were dirty and the waitstaff is very below average both in manners and skill level. I know its hard to find good help in Nashville but they were really a rough bunch who dressed rag tag and were all over the place. I dont need perfect and white colared shirts, just capable friendly and a concern for cleanliness. My kids didn't like it either and its hard to mess up italian with kids.. We won't go back to this location....but will try west nashville again.

The restaurant and staff are pleasant, but I just didn't enjoy the food. The red sauce tasted simply like onions and tomatoes. Very acidic, and no hint of flavors I think of in a good sauce like oregano, basil event red pepper....I probably won't return.

Cara (my wife) and I love the Coco’s in West Nashville so we are ecstatic that they opened a location 2 minutes from our domicile. We came without reservations on a Friday nite and put the staff to the ultimate test, how long would it take to get seated (at the bar) and alcohol in our systems. When we arrived we were second in line from the hostess and the first thing we heard was “the kitchen is running 1 hour behind”. The guy was cool about it, not like a stuffy “matter of fact” response but more of a... we are busy, you will have to wait thing. Anyway... once we were seated (5 minutes) later, we were assigned a waiter (5 minutes) ordered (5 minutes) and drinks arrived (5 minutes) so all considered 4/5 stars so far. Food is going to be predictably awesome or you will see a follow up review.

So very excited this restaurant has a location over here closer to Belle Meade!! We've enjoyed the 51st avenue location for quite some time. The food dislocation is just as good as the other! And the staff is great too!

Was craving Lasagna Italian after all the turkey 🦃🦃 and dressing. Do went to Coco's and had Pizza for appetizer and the Lasagna Bolognese, was gooey baked lots melted Motzarella only needed some chunks of sausage in it the meat was ground fine. But didn't disappoint!! They had a cozy fire going and was greeted w big smiles!! Had small Canolli's to go!! And a jar of homemade Artichokes!! Thank you Coco's

Just as good as the original location! The service is fantastic as well as the food. If you are looking for the Timpano however, they do not serve it here. My boyfriend was quite disappointed. Don't let that stop you from visiting though, there's plenty of amazing dishes on the menu!

We came in very late because the restaurant we went to prior never made our food and we were so hungry. Even though the staff had a long very busy evening they let 7 of us come in and order. They were so nice! Excellent service. Reese was our server and she’s the greatest!!
