If you want the best Nashville Hot Chicken then this is your spot! I’ve never had such juicy, delicious chicken. We got hot and the spice was so hot in the best way possible. I will literally be planning a trip back just to eat here again. There’s more stuff I need to try! A bonus to us was they love cats. We had ours with us and they even posted him on their social media!

If you’re on a road trip and have time for just one meal in Nashville, you won’t regret coming here. We had the hot chicken sandwiches - yippee cayenne was the perfect level for us, enough to feel the heat but not so spicy that you can’t taste any other flavors. The chicken was super juicy and the sandwich itself was so filling we had to take our hot tots to go. Hope to be back someday.

This food truck made me the best Nashville Hot Chicken I've ever had!! We roadtripped from Brooklyn NY to Austin TX, and this tiny truck destroyed every other hot chicken joint along the way. Flavor, Heat, and Juicy Fresh Chicken- this one was the best in every category. Order the Hot Chicken Sandwich, extra hot, and add a Picksy Chick Crunch Smash Burger was also great I WILL have this chicken again before I die

This is exceptional food in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The burgers are classic - but with twists - and expertly done. The hot chicken has such depth of flavor, and if you want the good kind of pain he knows how to deliver it. Don’t skip the crunch smash. Happy to see a small business owner build their dream in the perfect location.

Every single thing about Brave Idiot is above-and-beyond amazing. Their food is always high quality, unique, and delicious. First, his hot chicken is some of juiciest, hottest, and most flavorful I've ever had. But his Crunchwrap is what takes the cake, and I honestly crave it every other day. Two smash patties cushioned together with pimento cheese, pickles, red onions, salt-n-vinegar chips, with reaper ranch in a sizable tortilla; it is honestly the best burger I've EVER had.

Dylan’s Brave Idiot food truck is phenomenal! I got the tenders and fries and my partner got the chicken sandwich. Absolutely delicious! We both got medium and it was quite spicy, but perfect heat level for us. We brought our food inside to No Quarter to pair our food with a beer. Awesome spot. Thanks, Dylan!

Seriously, go right now if they are open. Brave Idiot’s smash burger is the best I’ve ever had, hot chicken is all flavor and all heat simultaneously, and the crunchsmash is one of the most creative and nostalgic items I’ve had in a long, long time. The prices are super reasonable and you can taste the quality of the ingredients.

Honestly the best hot chicken you are going to find in Nashville right now. Not only is the chicken outstanding, the burgers are killer and each week there are fun, new specials. Must try if you're local or visiting. Wash it down with a pint at one of the best bars in town, No Quarter.

Perfection. Stalk-worthy. This one time, he ran a special called Oaxaca Flaka Flamed - a smash burger with dual beef, chorizo patties, among other goodness - and these random construction workers nearby followed my lead. They came back to say it was the best burger they'd ever eaten. No lies here. Don't skip any hot chicken creations. Walk, don't run for the Mac-n-ception. Don't think twice about a special; you won't be sad. Get two of the pasta sides. Thank me later. Not only was I not paid to write this, but imma go pay more money for this food literally tomorrow. It's like that. My boy doesn't play around with heat. Start small. If you aren't a native or heat junkie, you aren't ready. You've been warned. The spice is ho-made though, so like I said that not chicken is BOMB. If the hot chicken salad Sammie pops up, 🤤🤤🤤

Simply smashing burgers and chicken! Chicken from no heat to extreme heat was fantastic. Better than mom used to make. Bear Creek farms burgers are also on point. Definitely putting it in my rotation. Thank you Brave Idiot! Great draft beer and Pinball on the premises at No Quarter . And they even have Hamms if that's your thing

Dylan is such a cool guy and his food truck is delicious! I got the hot chicken and it was so crispy and good. He also gives everyone 10% off for showing a picture of their cat. I think that is hilarious and sweet. I absolutely recommend giving him a try!

I’ve been just about everywhere for hot chicken, to include foreign countries. Not only is this the hottest chicken, it’s the best tasting. I had to try the burgers and they’re killer too. Even my picky wife from California loved it! Worth every penny, a true Nashville gem that deserves all the notoriety it can get.

I think you’ll have a hard time finding a better smash burger in Nashville. I can’t say enough great things about this place. From the staff to the quality of their food, they’re 15/10 in my book. They even remembered I loved their pasta salad and included a side of it on the house. Highly, highly recommended!!
