My food was fast, fresh and hot, I was missing my chicken rings but I called and the manager brought me out hot chicken rings and my missing sauce a few mins later, this White castles is actually my favorite location, I will return in the near future.

Long wait in the drive thru every other car but I noticed the car in front of me got a crave case so maybe that was the theme for a Thursday night. They got mine pretty quickly once I got to the window despite apparently not having it in the system.

Last night I decided to give the impossible slider a second try (first time it was good but not outstanding). It was phenomenal. I got it with no cheese to make it vegan. There was a long wait for preparation but not a problem for how awesome it was. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I want another. Soon.

The new location/design is the best. They seem to have optimized the kitchen a bit and the extra room in the drive thru makes it a lot easier to get in and out. The food is great as always. If you don't like steamed buns, pick something else on the menu or go elsewhere. Try the chicken rings with mustard, try the incredible burger, try the loaded cheese fries! TRY IT ALL, BUT NOT ALL AT ONCE.

Very very nice employees. Food was excellent. An incident happened with the person behind me but the cashier handled it very well. The person had a problem with the cashier wearing a certain color bandana(to promote a sandwich they were selling). I thing cooperate management should take into consideration the area that thier store is in and the safety of the employees when they make a dress code change. Peoples lives are at risk

This was my first visit to white Castle in a couple decades. It was late night I was tired and wanted something hot so I ordered the cheese fries figuring they might be gluten free. I also ordered a medium chocolate shake. Chocolate is the only flavor they have at least at the Lake Street location I visited. The fries were satisfying but not stellar cheese sauce. The shake was gigantic. I'm a big girl... I was hungry... and I could still only finish half of it. But my house mate was happy to find it in the freezer after I left for the week. All in all I probably order this same thing again. I be interested to see if the medium shake really is that big or if that beautiful young man at the drive thru window did me a favor giving me a bigger size.

Went early one morning and picked up 30 cheeseburgers so my teens would have dinner that evening, and I'm pretty sure an order like that, that early was probably strange and even a pain in the you know what. The ladies working were so great, they offered amazing customer service and were so friendly.

If you like onions, many small servings of OK food, and pretty great fries all at a higher price than the McDonald's that's probably closer, this is the place for you. Today was my first White Castle experience, and it wasn't stellar and I probably won't go again any time soon, but it was to a degree of quality that some other restaurants of the fast food variety struggle to live up to, which is to say it's still in business, but just barely.

They were so nice about my semi-high maintenance ordering at 5:30 in the morning. Shoutout to the lovely woman (Alice!) on the drive thru this AM :) Edit: ...that semi-high maintenance order was cheese only on my sliders and just bit into pickle and onion, so.. DANG. Hate to change from 5 stars!!! Edit#2: and I asked for one extra slider on top of my meal and only four came 😭

I have a soft spot in my heart for all White Castles. This location supposedly has apple pay but when we went in 2017, the drive through was only open (it was late at night) and the employees thought we were nuts because we said we could pay with our phones.

While it is probably a pretty small percentage of the population that wakes up in the morning and says, "I can't wait to get me some steamed meat on a soggy bun", there's something special about wolfing down a pack of sliders after bar hopping. If you have not been to a White Castle yet, you should give one a try. This location has strange ingress & egress with only one driveway off of Lake Street.

This place has been getting back into my good graces. I've had some less-than-stellar episodes with them, but, as of late, things have been good. I've figured out a few good procedures to make things easier. First, avoid the drivethrough unless there's no one in front of you. It will end badly if you don't heed this advice. While going inside can be scarry, you do save time in a big way, and the staff has always been nice. Second, download the WC app. You can order ahead if time, and choose when you want to pick up your food. They, so far, have gotten my food ready on time, and I can't fault them for anything lately. With that said, I still keep my guard up.

Made us smile and satisfied, as we witnessed him politely explain to several customers pull in and out through their drive-in window how regretful he was to ask each guest to please return in 2 hours, or further, the computers were down. It's not gourmet, but for fast food it's filling and tasty with surprisingly diverse menu, including fish and veggieburger options. I wouldn't have considered it but they started serving the Impossible burger, aka lab meat, which as a lifetime pescatarian I've tried in full size burger other places and didn't like, but as a slider is delightful. Note that it takes longer for non-beef options because they keep them frozen.

The food here is good, but the restaurant itself tends to be a little bit dirty (especially the bathrooms). The prices are great, there are a bunch of things for $1-$2, and they have the impossible burger sliders which is a huge bonus.
