Overall their pizza is pretty good. Not sure why they don’t allow customers into their business though, Covid guidelines ended almost a year ago. Personally I don’t love that they don’t let customers in, not sure we will order from here again.

Sarpinos is one of my go to Pizza spots. Luckily the New Hope location delivers to my new house - they came through on Moving Day and it was a hit. Decided to stop through again tonight for a pick up order. I typically order on the phone and have never had a problem - seems like the online ordering loses details in translation. Staff was friendly and informative when I popped in.

I live in Champlin and there used to be a sarpinos near me. The pizza is so good, I’ll drive down to New Hope for order pick up. Crust is great, always consistent, nice texture. Love the pizza sauce and build your own pizza. And you gotta get extras of the jalapeño ranch dipping sauce!

I absolutely love Sarpino's. This location carries the banner well. As always, it's quite expensive. This is one of the few time I would agree with the statement: You get what you pay for. The ingredients are always excellent resulting in an absolutely perfect pizza. Highly recommended.

It's decent pizza, only had twice. Kinda doughy but I'd try again, not my favorite sauce though,it just wasn't as good as some other sauces like papa John's, or checkerboard pizza or davannis. It needs a little more kick to it. I'll try another pizza sometime

Amazingly delicious pizza I orderd yesterday even better today, Very harty with all the trimings. We will have to make it our regular pizza joint for now on. We use to order from Marcos down the street but they have gone way below the hill these days. As a matter of fact it was even better then they ever were. No comparison actually thank you so much

We had just come home from the hospital with our newborn and this was exactly what we needed. The order was fast, accurate, and delicious. We moved to the area two years ago and haven’t had a better pizza. We also ordered an Italian calzone and it was the best calzone I’ve ever had. After a tough few days, I can’t even describe how happy and satisfied we were with our meal. Thank you Sarpino’s!

This is absolutely our favorite pizza place on the west side of the Twin Cities. They have a varied menu with great salads. The only item we didn't like were the gyros, but they are a pizza place and that isn't their specialty. The food is always good and delivery is almost always faster than the estimated time on the tracker, even on weekends. Highly recommend!

Wow, Sarpinos has really good pizza. Minneapolis has for the most part offered disappointing pizza, but Sarpinos has good quality relative to its price. I have, quite frankly, given up on pizza and Asian food in the twin cities area because it is lacking in quality and too expensive. I was offered some Sarpinos at a clients pizza Friday and was pleasantly surprised by the pesto pizza. Since then my family has purchased several pies from these guys and they were all devoured. The crust is buttery and their cheese mix is spot on.

Literally the best. I crave their food all the time and will always tell everyone I know. Sarpino’s is the only pizza I’ll pay for. They are the best delivery drivers. And the best cooks. I can’t wait to get my next pizza from them. Like honestly. I smile whenever I open the box. Y’all are the best!

5 stars for service I order delivery regularly and the food is always exactly as I order it. They even keep track of your previous order so that it can be duplicated. Food is always hot and the delivery staff are always friendly. There is a longer wait than other pizza chains but the quality of the product is better than most other chains. The best thing is the late night hours and that they are open 365 days per year.

I placed my second order with this establishment and started to read the reviews and wondered if I had made the right choice. I'm glad I ordered, as it was an exceptional experience! The food was so hot that I had to wait for it to cool down for a few minutes before I could take more than one bite, the toppings were more than adequate for what you'd expect on your pizza, and the delivery driver was extremely professional. My food arrived within 30 minutes (mid afternoon order) and I've now established my "go-to" pizzeria when working in this area. Kudos to the staff at Sarpino's New Hope!

The New Hope location, where the employees are always friendly, the store is clean, the pizza is piping hot, there are coupons online and in flyers, and there is a rewards program! We get garlic sauce instead of pizza sauce and it's freaking delicious! I love my Sarpino's pizza!

I like the place, pizza tastes good. #1 Reason I like them more then a usual pizza join is the free delivery. Reason for a 4 star, they will mess up a order sometimes, example no cheese in this gyro sandwich, sometimes no dipping sauce. Otherwise they are better then average, I recommend you try it.

I just had to come write a review - never have I loved a pizza place more than Sarpino's, and the one in New Hope never disappoints. It always tastes amazing - unlike other places where I order the same food all the time, I am always ordering new pizza's from here because I know they will all be delicious. They are constantly sending amazing and new coupons to my email (the only kind of spam I will tolerate). The service is always amazing, and they never fail deliver my pizza either on-time or even earlier than they predict. I have started ordering Sarpino's exclusively for any Board meeting or other important gathering at work, and no lie, EVERY single time multiple people have commented they loved the pizza and asked where they can order it (the Pesto Veggie is a surprising crowd pleaser). I know this sounds like a fake positive review, 100% I never write these but had to for Sarpino's, they have won my heart and my stomach.

I've always ordered online here (which I rarely do anywhere). My Za is almost always perfect - and I'm 'Sally'. ;o The service at my location is GREAT & my order is usually done early. I love the desserts, Za combos & coupons/specials! :D Ciao!

I have ordered from this place on several occasions. The staff has always been helpful and accomodating to my families unique dietary needs. They have many non pork protein items that are not the typical toppings for pizza. The toppings are fresh and the crust is excellent

I love the pizza, prices are reasonable my one and only complaint is that I can NOT seem to get a Pizza to my house without it looking like the box was dropped or carried on its side. It all goes to the same place but presentation is a part in my book still. These are pictures from my last 2 deliveries, to be fair only 1 of the 3 was slid on this order, but it was not the only thin crust so I can’t blame the crust. The pizza in question was the middle Pizza so god only knows. Next time we will pick them up and I think we will live stream it. :)

Haven't ordered pizza in a long while. Been relying on Papa Murphy's for my pizza needs. Had a large group over last night and ordered 4 pizzas from Sarpino's. Excellent pies. All four were delicious, a little pricey, but excellent. Will be very very tempted to skip the take n' bake in the future.

I used to go to toppers for all my pizza needs... but I tried this Sarpinos location and now it’s all I eat. The quality and ingredients are 2nd to none..”You get what you pay for” a quote from the owner and boy was he right. I’ve tried the Gyro which had nice flavor, was nice and full of meat and veggies and I’ve also tried the pizza on many occasions. Thank you guys for the awesome service and amazing food!! My favorite pizza place, the sauce is awesome and I strongly suggest the creamy chipolte dipping sauce for your crust. The Gyro is really good too.

If you want great quality pizza you can get it here! Plus they have a good variety of other options too. Online ordering is simple and easy to follow on the app, they have coupon deals and a rewards program if you sign up. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing margarita pepperoni pizza, and the baked chicken alfredo was literally the best I have had in a while. Best part was that it was piping hot. Exceptional delivery pizza and pasta and all during a pandemic. I'm honestly impressed.

Calzone Night !! My 9 year old girl had basil cheese Canadian bacon. I had the gyro my wife had the Italian ( we split ours ) and we all Loved them! First time ever! We had new Hope location delivery. The online Oder time was way off. They were at my door in under 45 minutes. Online order said 1hr- 1.5hrs. Delivery was great driver ! Regular size is great plenty.filling! Great job ! Will be back !!

I love Sarpinos! I am gluten free & dairy free and it's really hard to find good food, let alone good pizza. Sarpinos nails it. This is the 3rd pizza I've gotten, still great. Love that it's free delivery

Food quality is consistent, but customer service is touch and go. Be sure to check they have your sauces if you get delivery! It's a regular occurrence that one or two sauces, even extras that are purchased separately, do not make it to my door. The one time I tried to call to get the extra sauces I bought was a nightmare (admittedly this was sometime in 2017). I just ended up letting it go. Just ordered again tonight and we have one less sauce than ordered ... again. Not a big deal, it's just sauce and the food's still good, but pretty irritating when you buy something and expect it to be delivered only to have it forgotten on a fairly regular basis. TL;DR - The food's great, but if you get delivery make sure everything you ordered made it.
