Reviews of Rosalia

I have been here a few times and is one of our go-to "fancy" pizza places. I went there recently and they had a few new pizza flavors. I ordered the new spinach pizza and it was so delicious. Definitely recommend it.
Other things we ordered:
- the burrata: it was pretty good, but was overwhelming after a few bits. Will not order again.
- non-alcoholic lemon drink: delicious and refreshing, but it was 90% filled with ice 😑 and pricey
- orange pistachio cake: delicious and not too sweet. Would order this again.
Overall, I'm going to stick with just ordering pizza and nothing else from here.

Ella was a fantastic server; overall the service was terrific. We got two pizzas (fungi and olio); very different from each other but both extremely tasty. (I would recommend getting two pizzas for two people.) We got the Caesar salad with excellent anchovies along with a great dressing. The setting was in the backyard. The beer selection and the pizza variety make this a “must repeat” experience.

Really enjoyed the pizza and atmosphere here, it definitely a 4.5 star, our server was super friendly and made the experience so much better. The pizza was good, not the best Wood Burn I’ve had but it’s certainly top in the area. We sat inside on the top level and it was great. I do recommend this place.

Came to celebrate a birthday dinner. Enjoyed three appetizers (beets, broccoli and cauliflower) we each ordered a pizza with one cocktail each. The apps were the stars of dinner, the pizza was good but no different than other wood fired. A bit on the spendy side for pizza but you’re paying for the trendy atmosphere, in total ~$140

Chef Daniel Del Prado really knows his craft in creating such an exquisite restaurant experience. We ordered the Isaac Becker and the Bresaola. Both pizzas were so unique in flavors! The ambiance was so cozy and welcoming!
Kurt Rolling
I'm not a pizza person but was out voted with our dining venue. Sure am glad that I list out. This place has great wood fire pizza. Much better than punch pizza in my opinion. Great service too! All in all a well worthwhile experience
Jay Shen
A solid pizza place for a good vibe and good decor, especially in the summer! In the winter when it is really cold, the outdoor seating is closed. I had burrata grapes, charred cauliflower, two classic pizzas (marinara and Margherita), and a tiramisu, and I liked them all. The food wasn't oustanding, but the vibe definitely made up for it, and overall it was a great experience!
Christian Shinners
Great place for a nicer wood fire pizza. We got the hummus as an appetizer and each of the hummus flavors were amazing. The pita bread that goes with is outstanding. The pizza dough really make the pizza special
Jonathan Krejci
Great Pizza! Could use a few more apps on the menu but everything was delicious. The Ice bar is amazing, good atmosphere.
Chris Duhaime
I was blown away by this place! First the pizza was awesome, and the service was top notch. But what I loved the most was the patio. If you’re looking for an amazing outdoor experience with a chill vibe and comfortable environment, check this place out.
Also, would be remised if I didn’t mention the awesome order and pay from your phone experience. Don’t worry, you can still order at the counter, but I enjoyed this modern approach to ordering and paying for service.

Loved the pizzas. Got the Ananas, Isaac, and then one with mushroom/Fresno/hot honey. All were amazing. The beets was a colorful and unique dish. The burrata was ok. We had cocktails while waiting and the old fashioned was excellent as well.
Mary-Kate Offenhauser
Fantastic pizza and very good about allergies. We had excellent service!
The ice bar outside, however, is a different story. It is really cool conceptually but the service ain’t it. You could tell the bartenders were cold and miserable. We ordered two cocktails. I got mine within 30-40 seconds. After waiting 5 minutes and seeing other people receive their drinks, my husband asked if he somehow missed his. They had no idea and said it would be right up. Another five minutes pass and we inquire again. We are told it’s a keg issue. We waited 22 minutes for this drink without a single utterance of an apology or acknowledgement of the delay. Sort of wish we didn’t leave a 30% tip (but it was also so cold so a higher tip is fitting). We decided to skip eating outside and headed inside where they immediately accommodated us and we had a fabulous server.

Amazing pizza! Had the margarita and the fungi. Unique and full of flavor. Great atmosphere!
We will be going back

Atmosphere was nice and dishes were also nice. However, besides the atmosphere, I didn’t find much quality difference of the pizzas between punch and this place. Good for date nights to enjoy pizza with wine. Also, wished there were more than vegetarian and pizza (carbohydrate) options. Maybe bring some appetizer dishes ( or have simplified versions) from Martina? Salsiccia which I don’t have a picture of it was the best pizza here. I think it’d be better if they opened for lunch also.

Rosalia is an adorable place, but it was a little cold. We kept our coats on while we ate. The pizza arrived a little too burnt for our liking, but they were fine with making us a new one; in which we greatly appreciate. It was decent. As my boyfriend likes to say: It didn't blow my hair back, but I felt a gentle breeze. Service was good. Overall, not too bad of an experience.
Daniel Picard
Great neighborhood pizza spot.
This is the third or fourth time we have tried to go here, but they have been so busy each time we couldn't get in... But we had reservations this time!
And it was worth it!
We started with the triple dip appetizer and it was wonderful.... The drinks are expensive! So I'm not sure I would grab those again, but the star of the show is definitely and obviously the PIZZA.
Wood-fired and fast!
They are all the same size, about 12", and there are different specialty options or you can build your own.
I don't think you could go wrong with any options they listed.
Jorge Tirado
We went here for the first time the other night, and what a pleasant surprise to find such amazing food and fun summery cocktails! We ordered the tuna crudo and beets as appetizers, both were delicious and beautifully prepared; we shared a pizza that was great (looking around they all looked amazing). Highly recommend!
Dan Motoyoshi
Food was delicious. Love the ice bar and outdoor dining set up for the winter season!
S Chang
Great casual atmosphere.
Friendly faces and service.
Cute little patio that allow dogs.
Tasty cocktails.
Generous toppings with the pizzas.
No parking lot; only street parking.
Attached to Martina restaurant.
Been here a few times and it's a summer favorite so far!
JIPortillo
Great spot for a quick lunch. I went with my girlfriend and we loved the ambience and the food. It is connected to Martina and share a patio with them. We where seated in their upstairs area where you can see out. Really nice view to enjoy the delicious pizza. My girlfriend had the Margherita and I had the Pepperoni. Both Pizzas where delicious! Perfect blend of crisp and chewy. From upstairs you can see the cooks making the pizza that is then cooked in a wood fire oven. Overall really cool new spot!

Nothing quite like coming home from my latest 22-day adventure and swapping stories with my favorite daughter at Rosalia's outdoor patio in Linden Hills. Great pizza, service and atmosphere. For my money, one of the best outdoor patios in Minneapolis. Thanks, Rosalia. Until next time.

Rosalía is amazing!! The interior and very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The food is also spectacular— my friend and i got a classic Margarita Pizza and the Bianca— they were so good. The pizza is made in a wood fired oven so it’s crunchy and chewy— just yum yum yummy haha. If you’re thinking about trying Rosalía I definitely recommend eating here!
Gabriella
I can't believe it took me so long to eat here. The cucumber salad at the beginning was wonderful, their n/a spritz was very tasty, and we ordered two of their pies, the Bianca and Cavolo Nero. Both truly incredible, staff was super nice and can't wait to come try more of their pies. Truly superb.
M O
Best pizza I have EVER tried and believe me I have tried a lot of pizzas! Ingredients are fresh , food is delicious, the servers and people working there are kind and on top of that the atmosphere is just lovely too. Patio is great in the summer
Charles Wiltgen
my wife and i came in on a saturday night and they were smoking busy! the hosts were super friendly and accommodating while we waited for our table. atmosphere is clean, open, and inviting. we were bummed that they were sold out of the fugazza slices but it just gives us a reason to come back. the wood fired pizza we got was so perfect in every way. rosalia is definitely a competitor for best ‘za in minnesota!
Sasha DeMarre
Rosalia did a great job with spacing tables, and the staff all had masks on. Definitely a safe place to bring the family! We shared the dip trio, which is flavorful and fun if you enjoy hummus. The carrot side dish was really tasty and had a great mix of sweet and spicy - a must. Four pizzas: pepperoni/sausage was a classic. Anana is very spicy with the baked-on jalapeños. Salsiccia was a favorite. Finally, Cavolo Nero is a great option for bacon lovers and those that like a little heat. Depending on how you like your pizza crust, this may be a 5-star place. I like a bit of bite and crunch, and this pizza had more chew. The only real downside on patio dining was being below a flight path - perhaps eat inside if you’re concerned about the noise.
Jay Rudq
We ordered and picked up a Salciccio and a Margarita pizza and loved them both. In an area with great pizza, this gives Hello! a run for its money and hands down over Lola and Wagon. As with all of them it is pricey but delish.
Spencer Specht
Dare I say the best pizza in Minneapolis?! Everything is great but I love the Isaac Becker (just trust me) and the three dips is a must for large groups.
Christine Spain
Something underrated about Rosalia is that the can make the most delicious VEGAN pizza. Seriously so good. We get the Margherita pizza with no cheese, add mushrooms, olives, and basil. Better than any other vegan pizza I've had yet :)
Chase Nelson
If you're a fan of the Martina or Colita experience, you'll love this new venture. The same delicious attention to detail, unique drink blending and stellar service make themselves apparent right off the bat.
I stopped in a few weeks after opening and ordered around half the menu. Everything was amazing, from the thick fugazza to the dips and spreads. I was blown away.
I started with the babaganoush, hummus and carrot tahina. The carrot was easily the most unique, I don't believe I've had anything like that before. I also ordered the prosciutto and labneh with the burrata. Needless to say the prosciutto and labneh was my favorite dish, sometimes the simple ones are the sleepers.
I then moved on to the pizza:
From the wood fired I ordered the salsiccia, which was recommended to me by one of the staff. It's a very solid pizza, there's a little zip from the serrano but it's definitely tolerable.
From the fugazza I ordered the prosciutto, tomato, fugazza and provaletta slices. The onions of the fugazza and the thick slices of cheese on the provaletta easily made them my favorites.
I ended with an order of beets, which was also perfect. I wouldn't say they were unique but the execution was flawless.
This entire order took less than 10 minutes to get to my table. So I took it upon myself to order a scoop of pistachio gelato. It was like eating pistachio butter, I'd put it on bread if I could, amazing.
The only downside to eating here?
Not having enough room for all the plates your our table. It's just a risk us foodies have to make.
Now that you know the risks, I highly recommend stopping by.
Nathan Halverson
Amazing pizza, great cocktails, and probably best patio in the city! Best food/experience per dollar in this main Linden Hills cluster of restaurants.
Jennifer S
So good! Pizza was awesome, both the inside and the massive outside patio are amazing. Loved the food and great service. Will be back!
Edna Scott
This was my first visit. The warm ambiance and friendly, prompt service were quite impressive. The pizza was delicious.
Alex Spence
Great pizza. I try and avoid dairy so the marinara pizza is a great choice. Bonus points if you add sausage.

JHC this pizza is AMAZING! Our family will be forced to eat another night of beans and rice so I can BUDGET this into our monthly repertoire.
Fungi Za layered with cheese and mushrooms
Arugula Spicy Delight kept my lovely hot bride of 20yr savoring for more.
Pepperoni madness... make it stop. Cut it out. Too good. Beyond words.
Tried the ArgHentinian Procuscuto .. Yum.
PRO-TIP for Rosalia: steal-beg-borrow Rose Patisserie “Breakfast Pizza” recipe to go from 10/10 to ELEVEN!!!

Hey Rosalia: we will be BACK in 2021!!!
Natalie J
Amazing.
A friend and I went and shared the roasted cauliflower and Bianca pizza! It was delightful, refreshing, and satisfying.
The food was delectable. We each had a couple glasses of wine but all the cocktails ordered around us looked amazing. The atmosphere was great! COVID conscious, the tables were spaced out well and our vaccination cards were checked.
The service was AMAZING. Our servers were quick, attentive and personable. The hostess was so fun and friendly. I loved everyone we interacted with.
I’ll be back and bringing a crew. 10/10
Gary Daigle
What a wonderful variety of pizzas, brought together in a great venue. Excellent service. Then there is dessert!
Jeffery Newville
The pizza here is phenomenal. Our group really enjoyed the Cavolo Nero and the Bianca pizzas. The charred cauliflower appetizer was also exceptionally delicious. I think they may also have my favorite patio in the metro.
Bri Smejkal
Fantastic experience! Deborah made sure we had a wonderful experience. The food and drinks are definitely worth the stop. They even have great gluten free pizza. 10/10 can’t wait to go back.

Visited Rosalia for the fourth times last night, but this time as a group of seven with three kids; they literally went above and beyond to make sure our group gets what it needs; they listened and really did whatever they could to accommodate us, to have our tables together, to bring chairs around to make sure we are comfortable with our setting; food was great –as always, our server, who I didn't catch her name (my bad) was phenomenal, she was kind, and responsive to our many requests as you can imagine a table of seven adults and three kids can get a bit chaotic... really a huge thank to Rosalia team, from the host manager who managed to sit our group together, and from the servers and chefs...THANK YOU!!
Walter Van Dyke
Amazing food. Beautiful restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Service was good but the pizza was better. Close to tons of shops in linden hills and walkable from Lake Harriet. 10/10 would recommend if you’re in the neighborhood.
T G
Meh. Food was good. Outdoor patio was nice. Kitchen was very slow and food came out at different times. Some in our party were almost done eating before others received their order. Ordered more bread that arrived just before we left. Plenty of staff around chatting with each other and checking their phones and not very attentive. A bit over priced for pizza that is a copycat of Punch and Lola.
Adam Janecke
A lot of places have good wood fired pizza, but this restaurant stands out among the pack with its flavors. Truly some of the best pizza places I have ever been to in the cities without being ridiculous over priced. Pizzas are like 12-19 dollar range. Patio space is also amazing!
Tim Athey
Better than expected. Prices are pretty solid when compared to other local pizza joints like Black Sheep. Try the baba ganoush, it was fantastic. The specialty pizzas we tried were both quite spicy and I would recommend.
Wojtek K
Great food in a beautiful patio surrounded by bumble bees.
David Nelson
Beautiful outdoor patio and pizzas were very tasty and unique.
Have been wanting to check this place out for awhile and we will definitely be back.
Peter Goldberg
Celebrated a birthday with a party of 6. The food all tasted very good, with everyone ordering their own pizza and then splitting the roasted vegetable sides. The atmosphere is lovely and this would be a great place to take someone for a fancier night or a date. The broccolini was the biggest disappointment of the night - it was a very tasty plate with a sad amount of food. The cauliflower plate was a lot better in terms of portions, but they were overall difficult to share and not worth the expense. Apparently the portions have been bigger on previous visits by my wife. Everyone enjoyed their pizza, I shared the Spinaci and Fungi pizzas with my wife-both were terrific. Several people even brought a few slices home.
Adam DeWenter
Oh my goodness... just go here. You will be so happy you did! Incredible pizza in such a fun atmosphere. Top-notch service as well.
Jeffrey Alperovich
Incredible wood fired pizzas! Tasty flavor combos with a great atmosphere for date nights or friend nights alike!
grgsprks Sparks
Good food but the addition to the bill of "5% for health and wellness" is annoying enough to keep us from returning. That should be incorporated in the cost of the food.
Elizabeth Bright
Casual but lively atmosphere, especially on the patio. The staff was very warm and friendly but a little uncoordinated with each other. We ordered a Caesar salad and drinks to start, which were impressive without being fussy. Our pizzas were delicious; I am a fan of the wood oven style for sure. I will say one of the pizzas arrived almost cold. All together a great experience and I want to go back! They seemed just a tiny bit disorganized.
Olivia Mirodone
Pizza and salad were delicious. The space is nice and lively. The service was attentive and very quick (space your ordering if you don't want everything right away). The pizza was not cut through and was difficult to serve.
The cocktail collection is short and can not be customized. The cocktails are good but nor impressive (the G&T was very good). Beer was served warm.
Ryan Cummings
We had pizzas, cocktails and dessert. Everything was fantastic. Some of the best wood fire crust I've ever had. Highly recommend.
Lauren Kinnee
Rosalia has a really large patio and a very convenient QR method for ordering and paying. The staff is very pleasant. We have so many excellent pizza places in SW Minneapolis that I wondered if we needed another. It turns out Rosalia is very worthwhile. The white arugula pie was special and the Margarita, always a good test, was excellent. Highly recommend. I also did take-out once and that was very good.
JJ Peterson
Fun cool hip atmosphere, good beer, good service, and good pizza. I think the cheese on the pizza just wasn't quality, it seemed cheap and only semi-melted. We sat in the loft above where they make the pizza and although I can't be 100% sure of the brand name, it really looked like they were using bags of sargento shredded cheese. Fine, but this place isn't cheap and reservations are competitive. I expected better.
Chris
Great pizza, love the broccolini. Strangely not open for lunch anymore.
Update: open for lunch again! Unfortunately the broccolini is not part of the lunch menu. Wonderful food all around. Our new favorite is the beet salad ... even though I don't care for beets.
Travis Barron
Pro tip: order the baba ghanoush, save some to dip your pizza crusts in.
Can’t praise this place enough, some of the best wood fired pizza I’ve had anywhere. Delicious Mediterranean cocktails to-boot. They gave me and my wife a complimentary glass of delicious vermouth to celebrate our anniversary.
Billy G.
Wonderful place! 3 Dip Appetizer is a must. Also had the Salsiccia and Provoletta pizzas and they were great. Can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu.
Evan Ottaviani
Great ambiance. Interesting drink choices. Alright pizza—it would be better without the piled-on cheese. This wouldn’t be my go to pizza place, but I wouldn’t dislike going there for someone else.
Matt Heinrich
Lovely environment, great service and amazing pizza! My new favorite Neapolitan pizza
Michael Kosir
4 stars for the outdoor, back patio vibe. Cocktails get a 3.5. Beer list is 3 stars. Pizza is 2.5 ... as in average to sub-par. Overall 3 stars. I'd expect significantly better from the Martina team.
Brian Stormo
Rosalia is the type of restaurant you come across on Instagram, and it somehow totally lives up to the hype. The outdoor space was fantastic, the 'order as you go' from your phone made the service a breeze, the staff were all super friendly and on top of their game, and most importantly the food was AMAZING!
One of the party had a gluten sensitivity, and spoke very highly of the gluten-free pizza crust. We had a variety of pizzas, all were fantastic. Go for the mushroom!
The cocktails were killer. Our group tried most of them, all successful.
I was in from out of town, and can't wait to go back on my next visit! Don't skip over this one, definitely worth it.
Of note, it's a smaller place, I would definitely recommend grabbing a reservation on Resy.
Michelle Engstrom
Superb pizza and creative cocktails. It's refreshing to have some new flavor combinations for both. The outdoor patio is gorgeous and full of beautiful foliage in a cute neighborhood. The only thing that could be better is more friendly hosts and being able to sit closer to reservation time. We had to wait about 10 minutes to be greeted and when we were it seemed like we were a hassle. We then had to wait another 30 min to be seated. I understand seatings aren't an exact science but also it seems like other similar establishments have it figured out. Our actual table server was great, and we enjoyed being able to order on our phones.
Brandy Churchill
The patio is beautiful and the menu is limited but delightful. The cocktails are colorful and tasty. The staff are friendly.
Shalon Johnson
The pizza was soo good! As stated in previous comments the pizza crust was burnt but I didn’t mind to much. The cocktails were very different but really good! The restaurant gives a chic elegant type of vibe and the food presentation reflects the elegant vibe as well. I would definitely return! It would be nice if the hours were extended but even though they close at 9, if you are outside they don’t make you leave once it hits nine so I’m assuming the kitchen closes at 9. I also really enjoyed the music selection as well as all the plants in the restaurant. Very nice vibe.
Jim Simon
The pizza was excellent, and the service was good. We called ahead for reservations, so the wait was not too bad.
Khushboo
Beautiful outdoor space, perfect for summer and fall evenings. Love the ambience. Pizza was good too!
Betsy Landon
Food was fantastic and served really quickly. I don't like the individual mobile app ordering and pay system. Everybody must order at the same time or the food comes at different times. All the servers do is bus the food, so why tip them? You must use their app to dine there. This is not the dining experience you want.
Valerie Ferris
Very very good! Great service. Awesome pizza! The baba ghanoush dip was ok. Loved all of the cocktails!
kaitlen brennan
Hands down the best gluten free pizza I have had. Delicious cocktails, warm and prompt service and very friendly staff. Look forward to the patio this summer!
Benesh Gillin
My new favorite pizza place. I love their patio. After the first time we went there we went back twice more within a month. Pizza is just so good.
MR.FREDYFAZBEAR
Pizza is delicious although I noticed I got a bit of side eye from one of the employees. I don’t know what I did to you Addison, but whatever it was, it sure it didn’t grant that nasty stare.
Danielle Stein
Exceptionally good food. We especially loved the burrata with grapes and the beet salad. Pizza was very good as well - the crust is wonderful. Sauce was not my favorite as it seemed to be a raw tomato version. Service was good, we liked the ability to order at the table using the qr code. NA drinks were ridiculously over priced and had barely any actual drink in the glass with all the ice.
Roxann Speight
Creative dishes, fast service, great wait staff. An umbrella on the patio would've made it perfect.
amel biscevic
Meh, 4 stars would be reach, experience was nice, we sat outside during the day. Pizza, well, toppings are solid (except burned pepperonis, burned pepperonis never taste good), crust not so much, there's a fine line between burned crust and crispy/fluffy crust. Also, crust is chewy, and not in a good way chewy, it's got a lot of oil on/in it. 2 pies, Cesar salad, 2 bottled sodas (2 kids and I), plus tip, well over 85$. Just not worth another trip.
Dana D'Amico
I tried a pep pizza in my eternal quest for a Twin Cities go-to pie for my east coast preferences -- my first impression is that this pizza is almost Great. The dough was just too dense and chewy. Little less flour would be on the nose for wood-fired style. I'd also like to see the sauce spiced up to make a bigger impression beside the greasy pep. The online order+delivery price point, however, *is* Great and for that reason I will likely be ordering again. I didn't see an option to tip, so I'm not sure if that's built into the delivery fee, but I'd tip if given the chance!
Natia Howard
Awesome pizza and awesome service! Their chopped salad is amazing too. Love the QR code concept, it allows the servers to check in more and not be bogged down by putting in orders.
Kezia Germ
Great pizza and cocktails in a stylish fun atmosphere. Lots of seating, easy to make a reservation online, and contact free ordering through your phone. Highly recommend! Truly, impeccable vibes.
Elite Penguin
Absolutely excellent experience. Everything was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Was great watching The food prepared and seeing the pizzas cooking in the wood fire over
Keroloss “Kero” Honain
Not exactly your typical restaurant experience.
It was a new experience for me. We first made a reservation online for 2 people.
The entrance is a bit tricky to find through a small alley. Google maps led us to a dead end.
We sat on the patio which was not a wise chocie, because you are totally vulnerable to the weather conditions.
To place an order, you need to go online, make an account, and enter your card info.
This was a bit tedious at first but made ordering more stuff later easier.
The table was too small, we had to order drinks and appetizer first, then order the pizza after we are done to make some room for it.
Food and drinks are good, but the selection and the opening hours are much limited
dave l
We had the cheese pizza and it was very good. The only thing I found disconcerting, and in particular post or mid Covid depending on how you look at it, was that the servers were picking up dirty dishes, handling the mouth area of the glasses, forks, napkins and then serving food.
With the automatic 20% tip they charge I would think they could have a dedicated dirty dish person and serving person separately.
Glenn Nuckols
Incredible takeout experience. I placed an order through their website, and the food was ready right on time. Easy to order ahead so you don’t have to wait in your car. I ordered a margherita pizza, two slices of fugazza (onion and prosciutto), and the cucumber salad to split between two people for $43 (tax and service charge included). That price is a dang steal considering how tasty and filling it was!! I even have half a pizza left over. I will definitely be coming back to try more. This place raised the bar for pizza in the twin cities.

Atmosphere: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (4/5 Stars)
Indoors or Outdoors it was super clean and modern. Lit candles at every table and great decor.
Service: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (3/5 Stars)
I would say the service was great but everything is done on your phone so there’s little “service”; however, it was extremely convenient to check out since the check is already on your phone and you pay by mobile.
Drinks: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (3/5 Stars)
I would say this is average. They had a good Old Fashion cocktail but the cocktails on the menu weren’t unique. Definitely recipes you could make at home. They had a good list of wine and could pay per bottle but for $11 a glass, I wasn’t sure how good the wine was going to be to spend the money.
Food: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (5/5 Stars)
- Baba Ganoush was our appetizer that came with a pane carasau (like naan bread) which was really yummy. Perfect for 2 people.
- Funghi Pizza was so good. Had porcini crema topped with gruyere, mushrooms, scallions, and chili flakes. It was like a fancy white pie pizza.
- Cavolo Nero Pizza was incredible. This was my favorite. It had kale, smoked mozzarella, fresno, caramelized bacon chunks, and hot (spicy) honey. I could have had the entire pie to myself.
Overall Recommendation: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (4/5 Stars)
- Pricewise, it wasn’t extremely overpriced. The apps were around $10 and the specialty pizzas were around $18.
- It does get crowded and we overheard that reservations set after 7:00pm are usually late/delayed so if you want to go, try for a reservation at 6:00pm.
- If I had to pick between Rosalia or Martina (restaurant next door) I would pick Martina over Rosalia only because of the service and selection of craft cocktails; however, if you're in the mood for specialty pizza Rosalia is the place to go.
Christopher Scott
This pizza was okay but wasn’t pleased for how much it costs! The overall experience wasn’t my favorite. I had multiple flies attacking my food and I’m personal not a fan of that. Plus it was humid in there space so I’m sure that didn’t help have the air conditioning on but not a fan.
Philip Welch
Yes!!!!! Same gluten free crust as burch pizza! I never thought I would have another pizza on this crust since Burch closed over a year ago. I’ll be driving an hour to get this pizza once a week. The gluten free here might be better than the regular crust. If you take it home pan fry the pizza in butter and salt for the best pizza ever
Ryan C. Van Wyk
Another gem of an eatery cultivated by Daniel del Prado! Looking forward to coming back to sit at the patio or inside! We did take-out and we were delighted with the combination of flavors offered by the pizzas and the vegetable dishes. The charred cauliflower, Roasted beets, and Roasted Broccolini were incredible, the balance of flavors created unique combinations of sweetness, woodiness, and creaminess to complement perfectly prepared vegetables.
The pizzas were fantastic, we shared the Anana, the Salsiccia, and the Cavolo Nero. Perfectly prepared and again, the flavors complement one another. The sweetness of the pineapple balances out the spice of the jalapeno on the Anana. The Cavolo Nero is delicious with the hints of honey mixing with the Fresno pepper and the bacon.
Excellent addition to Minneapolis food scene!

Pizza was an A, atmosphere was an A+. Will be back soon!

You scan a QR code and order from your phone like you’re at an Applebee’s. Our plates weren’t cleared and food/drinks were slow to be served. Decent pizza.

Everything is so we'll executed! The Wood fired pizza was very well done but the argentinian pizza was so pillowy and yummy and something you don't find often. The beets are so so good. Cant wait until it's safe to eat inside again or warm enough to eat outside because the place looks beautiful!

We just got take out and went to the local brewery. Thought cute location. the Pizzas were delicious!! Had the sausage one and the kale bacon one. Both were excellent!

If you have traveled to the other restaurants under this ownership umbrella such as Martina or sanjusan, I promise you will not be disappointed. Rosalia delivers, Not only with the pies but the atmosphere is also fantastic. Highly recommend the Mortadella, sort of avant-garde in the pizza arena but if you love pesto like I do your taste buds will thank you.

As far as toppings go, the combination of flavors they have going on in the pizzas we tried might be tops in Minneapolis. All of the side dishes are similarly excellent. As far as negatives, the crust was middling, a bit doughy and chewy for me, but not enough to knock it down from 5 stars.
J.D. Walker
Great pizza, lovely setting. Music intrusive and too loud, even after we politely asked for it to be turned down. Waitstaff snarky when we returned a glass of cloudy wine.
Rachel Smith
Food was good. I was very dissatisfied with the service. Not only was our server unsure about any allergy limitations with the food she couldn’t even bring over somebody to our table to discuss those. No checking in on how our food was and no managerial presence at all. For 2 people we spent $159.00 and the service DOES NOT measure up at all.

Such an amazing place. The food, the atmosphere, the amazingly friendly and very helpful staff, the outdoor experience all lend to a beautiful experience. It is a very classy but yet casual spot to dine, wine and hang out. The 90 minute experience is definitely worth it. Absolutely would go back to this any day.

Very happy we came here. Salmon crudo was delicious, dips were great, bread was amazing, broccolini perfectly cooked. The space was breezy and welcoming too. Great spot

Some decent dishes can be found at Rosalia. Pizza, a few starters and a few sides.
I will order crudo at the drop of a hat, and Rosalia’s salmon crudo was worth losing my hat over.
The burrata dish was fine, nothing special.
Charred cauliflower was nice.
Marinara pizza was nice but I found the crust and sauce not as accomplished as other places in town.
In the end, Rosalia is a perfectly fine pizza shop. But nothing special.

Really good fungi pizza. They were 32 min. late for p.u. on my order Sat. night. Dining in, make sure to request "Mezanine". Great date night place. Owned by a restaurant group.
Howie Milstein
We had very high expectations due to their reputation, and they were exceeded! Great execution in every aspect of the restaurant business, and the wood fire pizza is nothing short of outstanding.

Good food, quick ‘self service’ ordering to the table, sometimes need to ask for the pizza to be cooked a tad longer otherwise excellent
Sarah Gaertner
The charred onion fugazza and the salsiccia pizza were the two favorites in our group. We ordered takeout and it was a seamless experience. Extremely delicious food and can’t wait to go back!
Patrick Hanlon
The food is inventive and as good as anything in the world and the staff is interesting.
Maggie Poeske
We ordered takeout it had an amazing experience. Online ordering & pickup were seamless. The kale Caesar and baba ganoush were among the best anywhere, and the pizza and fugazza were all fantastic. Can’t wait to go back!

Great service and pizza. The Argentinian Zucchini pizza was fantastic, and only $5!
The atmosphere is also very minimal yet warm. Nice clean bathrooms.
Georgia Zagaros
One of the best pizzas spots in Minnesota. Took my first bite, and immediately thought this is the best pizza I’ve ever had. I’m a die hard Tono fan, but this is equally as delicious.
Emily
Good food, pizza is wonderful. Beautiful space.
Tristan Pollock
Rosalia was incredible. I’m so impressed by the Minneapolis food scene these days. I felt like I was eating dishes in Naples or Buenos Aires with the vibe of Los Angeles. The lemon 🍋 ricotta pizza, orange 🍊 peel burrata, kale 🥬 ceaser, and charred broccoli 🥦 down to the rosemary gin and tonic were all quite fantastic and delicious. We. Will. Be. Back.
Katlyn Abbott
Delicious pizza and the outdoor seating is wonderful! My kid loves this place so much we ordered pizza for his birthday party from here.

Ally Grym
Amazing food! Upstairs dining was a bit loud, hard to hear, but the food more than made up for it. Outside patio looked awesome.

Red Wagon, Hello Pizza and Punch (& Boludo!) have always been on the top of our pizza food pyramid. Rosalia shattered all of this and it is clear they are on a mission to deliver the best pizza and drinks in Minneapolis. I highly recommend grabbing a table outside and giving yourself enough time to enjoy the food and experience!
Mike Gravley
