Fast service! We were kind of in a rush, but our food came out quickly. The inside is clean, and the bathrooms are pretty nice! I appreciate the hands-free bathroom door handle. The food was delicious as well. I normally get take out from here, but it's really so much better fresh out of the kitchen. Focaccia Katerina is definitely a favorite, and it does not skimp on the basil pesto.

So delicious! There are many vegan options to choose from. I had no trouble ordering online. Curbside pickup also went super smoothly. Today I went with the vegan wild mushroom pizza and its amazing.

I would come back. They could not deliver to me so I tried their curbside pick up and it was smooth. Plenty of spots and clear next steps. Starting from the beginning you can either order by calling or using the website. I chose to use the website and it made it very easy even for the pickiest person. The pizza was very good. Ingredients were plentiful and fresh. Dessert Dessert!!! They had so many options and most of it they made at the restaurant.

I have ordered curbside pickup here twice with good success. They do curbside better than most restaurants since the spots are clearly marked with signs that also remind customers what they should do. Their margherita pizza with red onion is the best.

This pizza place in Hopkins is really delicious. We had ordered the fiery Spanish chicken which is a bit bland but with the spices it tasted great and vegan pizza which was really filling and good. The cosmopolitan cocktail was amazing and the chocolate brownie sundae was out of thr world. Overall a good place to hangout with your friends for a bite.

Pizza Luce is a must have if you're from MN or visiting. There original crust is cooked long enough to have some great crisp on the bottom and edges. The center is perfectly chewy. They are super consistent with how they cook their pies. The ingredients are always plentiful and hearty in size. The veggies are fresh and colorful. The meat is bold and juicy. The sauce is rich and covers the whole crust. Fresh mozzarella smothers the top. It's one of the best pizzas joints you can eat from. They also have amazing wings. We got the jerk wings. They were nice sized chicken wings. Gave us a perfect mix of legs and wings. The jerk sauce was not overly spicy but enough. The sweet chili dipping sauce is Killer. It also goes great to dip the perfect crust of your pie into. The delivery drivers are always nice and on time. Enjoy your pie selection as we did.

I ordered a pizza to go that got mistakenly over cooked and boxed up. I got home and saw it, called the store and spoke to Richard. He apologized sincerely, remade the pizza, bigger than what I had ordered, to perfection! This man truly understands and exemplifies what customer service is all about! I had the Ralphie special pizza and it was outstanding. However, the chocolate cake was dry. I even asked before it was ordered if it was super moist or dry and the server said it was super moist. It was not worth the money.

It had been a long time since we ate in the restaurant. We had a party of 10, ordered 2 apps and had a handful of pizzas. Server was super kind but really was forgetful and didn't let us know certain items were out and just had the kitchen make items differently from what was on the menu. For the most part, food tasted good, but was just a frustrating experience all around.

Best Sunday brunch in the Hopkins area by far! Their salon eggs Benedict is my my personal favorite and their mimosas are fantastic. The restaurant is really family friendly and on the whole Pizza Luce is really accommodating towards dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, vegan, etc.)

Luce is my favorite restaurant in the cities. Consistently phenomenal food. They have such an eclectic mix of classics and fun twists on ethnic foods. I'm always ordering something off their season menu to try. This place is spectacular for those with food intolerances, allergies, vegetarian and vegans. Love love love this place.

If there’s one thing you can say about pizza Luce’s pizza is that is certainly, by definition, pizza. Toppings are solid, sauce is good, cheese is good, crust is chewy and tough and sometimes it’s worse that others. Wings are solid here, so are the appetizers and salads. In terms of pizza Luce locations this one is a 4/5

Picked up several pizza’s today that I ordered online for takeout. Unfortunately, I stupidly and mistakenly placed the order for a 7:30pm pickup when I meant 5:30pm. When I arrived at 5:35, my pizza obviously hadn’t even been started yet. I was confused but after speaking with the pickup order counter, we figured out my mistake. Despite being 2 hrs early, they quickly fired my pizzas and had them ready in like 10min. Thank you to the very kind staff for fixing my mistake!

I went to pizza luce in hopkins and had the experience of a lifetime. our server, caleb, was one of the best humans i’ve ever come across. i don’t even like the food that much ,nothing to do with the quality it’s just not my thing but it’s alright not bad, but caleb was so unbelievable i’d go there just to have him be our server again. caleb was so unrelentingly positive and also funny and also very good at his job, didn’t write our orders down, he said he wouldn’t let us down, he gave us “homemade waters” , as well as a “backup coke” as a refill. literally made all of our nights. we didn’t have a ton of time with him, but i know that he’s just an amazing human being. he gave us all a little box of mints and i believe he called them “caleb specials”. when we left he JOGGED TO THE DOOR TO OPEN IT FOR US!!!!! absolutely incredible, i gave a nice tip but if i knew he was gonna do the door thing i would’ve doubled it. if you are lucky enough to get caleb as your server buckle in for the experience of a lifetime. this is a 100% serious review, he was absolutely unbelieve and have never encountered anyone like him. caleb if you see this keep being you dude, you are amazing!!!!

We love this Pizza Luce! They have a great selection of gluten and dairy-free options for our family's various food intolerances. Fair prices, high quality, and we love the free delivery service (although we'd have no problem paying for it either). Everything we've tried here is good, but the wild mushroom and arugula pizza and the Spanish chicken pizza are unique and especially tasty!

Ordered delivery because of a mailer coupon, ended up wishing I hadn't. The biggest plus was the delivery was MUCH faster than I expected, and very friendly. However, even with the free appetizer I can think of half a dozen places nearby off the top of my head where I could have gotten the same amount of similar food at much higher quality and for much better prices. Both the gouda mac n' cheese and the pizza were bone dry and lacking in flavor, and the crust on the pizza is overdone, tough, and flavorless.

Best place around for Vegan and Gluten-Free pizza. Not just talking one or two options, and the 'cheese' to boot. They also have a solar array that handles 15% of the power they use and ample bicycle parking. All that and the food is pretty good as well!

the guy delivered the pizza in like 10 minutes and it was literally the best pizza i've had in my entire life. i got the margherita with roasted garlic and the balance of crunchy and juicy, the basil and tomatoes were so fresh. it was so incredible, i held off on trying luce cause of the price but oh my god is it worth it.

I’ve been ordering pizza from the Hopkins location, since they opened, but only recently started dining in. In the last two weeks I have been here twice and both experiences of dining in was fantastic. First, my review of placing orders for delivery. This is based on a couple dozen or more deliveries. It’s rare to be able to say that in all those deliveries never has a delivery arrived late. It is always on time and the pizza is delicious. Our office loves the The Luce pizza customized with artichokes. So good! The only issue we had was a rice Krispy bar from one order was a bit stale. I’d call that a one time issue and doesn’t affect my rating at all. Now my rating on dining in. You probably can guess...it’s all positive. The servers both times had great, fun personalities. We were served immediately and the food arrived in a timely manner. The pizza and lasagna were delicious, but let me express how much you need to order the Bruschetta. It is amazing. Buy two orders. One for there. One for tomorrow’s lunch. All in all, well worth ordering delivery or dining in. Or do both in one day. Lol

Here's the deal: at lunch get the lasagna (pretty legit). At happy hour get the garlic cheese bread with CREAMY TOMATO SAUCE (it's just a hoagie bun but it's cheap and delicious). Other than that I don't care for this place and I go all the time. The beer selection is entirely IPAs (frowny face for my old man tummy). The pizza has never been good. The other stuff on the menu is all just kind of unfortunate though I'll admit it smells good from the bike path! The most irrationally busy and popular place around. But I'll be back for sure!

Pizza Luce Hopkins MN: a very nice dining experience with many checks to see if we were having a good time. Pizza was hot and yummy and I got one of the many sandwiches they offer and a small Cesar which was covered in perfectly aged parmesan slivered. Very nice!

I've eaten at luce throughout the city, and my experience is always excellent. The staff at Hopkins was friendly and helped me choose food. I normally get the baked potatoes pizza but tried their breakfast pizza this time. Now I have to favorite pizzas!! P.S. The traditional spaghetti is one of the best red sauces out there. It has a nice spice and not too sweet. Good item for pick up. Holds well on the way home.

Like all Pizza Luce restaurants, the food selection is awesome and the atmosphere cozy. Staff are relaxed and friendly. I wish the GF pizza wasn't so expensive for such a small pizza, but I don't know if that is an issue with the cost of ingredients, or just a way to make extra on a "specialty" item. Our waitress was excellent. :)

I've been ordering from this location for awhile and I just want to remind the staff how amazing they are. I've only ever had a couple mistakes with my 50+ orders and never address it because I know that it was probably due to a high demand in orders and I don't want to add on to their workload. Great place for a variety of pizzas, especially gluten free and dairy free options for my wife (dairy allergy and celiac). Pizzas taste great too! Good atmosphere and good service even during the pandemic. We've dined and and gotten takeout. Both positive experiences. Update: Been here a handful of times now. Food is always good, with different specialty pizzas all the time. Servers sometimes make reasonable mistakes, which is expected. Kitchen made a regular pizza once when we ordered gluten free. Server was apologetic and made it right (refund and sent us home with a gluten free pizza; more than was necessary and more than we expected, honestly). Highly recommended.

The appetizers are so good. I always look forward to getting the lucky bird nuggets (vegetarian) and a pizza. Most of the time I do delivery but I went for dine it and our server wasn't very aware of us. They didn't refill our drinks until the food was ready and then hardly ever came back. This doesn't happen a lot at this place.

Great food - my "custom" salad was spectacular. Excellent house wine price - I will come back because of this. The restaurant was cold (bring a sweater), but that's Minnesota in the spring for you (still, it was an icebox). Super friendly server who did a great job with 4 kids and 2 adults. Thanks!

Yum! Always delicious! Their gluten free pizzas are amazing, and the gf buns with the avocado dip are a must! (And of course the regular crust pizzas are too notch too). So many choices and no way to go wrong with whatever you pick! As always, the staff were so kind and did a great job.

Our server Patrick was amazing very informative to all of my questions (which was a lot) and attentively showed us a great time! The man who I call the hostess with the mostess Benjamin was warm and welcoming had a very southern hospitality feel to him and come to find out, that is in fact where he hails from! Between these two awesome individuals my family was able to enjoy a very stress free time also over due for us especially with multiple diet specifications. I wish that my local lyndale ave s store was more like this in that I would feel more encouraged to dine in rather use delivery! Worth the trip even from my neighborhood and will be back again.

Love Pizza Luce and this location is efficient, atmospheric, and have friendly staff. I’ve been getting pickup and delivery since the pandemic started and have loved still being able to do pizza by the slice. The selection of pizza is great but I’m hoping they bring back the meatball pizza soon! Road construction is an unfortunate barrier to this location but it is well worth the detour.

Pizza Luce is so good regardless of what location you choose from. The Hopkins Luce is no exception. I usually go for one of their pizzas (yum) with their amazing spinach salad, but I thought I’d try their Meatball Parmesan Sandwich on their homemade bread this time. They just might be the best meatballs I’ve found in the Twin Cities! I shared a Caesar salad with my wife. It was fresh. I will go back to the Spinach salad next time as it is far tastier. We opted to eat indoors this week as it was so hot outside. It’s a perfect meeting spot for a group of friends.

Pizza Lucé in Hopkins is one of my favorite spots! Always incredible service, great food, clean atmosphere. Tons of gluten free & dairy free options... Which is hard to find, especially for pizza! Our most recent server was Nathan. He was fun, polite and energetic, and made sure our custom orders for allergies were correct!! Plus they have a dog friendly patio! Hosts were a bit scattered, didn't greet us and were not sure which tables were open, but overall great experience. Can't wait to go back!!

They advertise $2 off appetizers during happy hour but bill you regular price even after I brought it to the servers attention he said he couldn't change the bill ? Asked for a tap beer during happy hour but billed regular price , website says $5 tap beer but server did not bother to tell us which beers were discounted to $5 price.

Hands down one of my favorite pizza places ♥️the staff is always friendly, and their pizzas are super delicious. I accidentally left my to go boxes on the table and so they threw them away when I came back to ask for it. They said they would make us another pizza free of charge! Free delivery for the win. After covid, I've really started to step away from Pizza. I think these guys do a good job of managing how greasy the food is well still having plenty of flavor. They also have some toppings that I otherwise would not have considered such as baked potato.

This was my first time actually eating inside the restaurant. The atmosphere is very lively. As someone who is LGBT, you can see they are LGBT friendly and that makes me love them even more. I absolutely love their pizza. I'm a cheese pizza fan, and I would recommend coming here 10/10. Our server was wonderful. Great food, great atmosphere, and a great place to bring the family!

One recommendation— when delivering to a hotel, if a person orders a salad, pasta or dessert, would you please add plastic utensils? Last night — I ate my tiramisu with my fingers. Going here is a bit nostalgic for me. I went to the Pizza Luce‘ in Duluth many times over the years when I lived in the Twin Ports so having locations on the Cities is a comfort. Try the Athena, Maximus, or Original Luce‘; those are my personal favorites.

The pizza was phenomenal, as always. I love the cozy atmosphere. Not to mention that there are kind of different vibes in the restaurant, for example, if you are at the bar you feel the bar vibe or if you are in a booth it is more of a cozy intimate vibe and if you are at a table it is more of a casual vibe. Something for everyone. The night that I visited I saw a few groups at the bar as well as a couple of families, good mix.

Lucé always has great pizza. This location is no different in that regard. Fantastic local craft beer selection. They don't take reservations less than 24 hours in advance but are usually helpful getting small in. We went on a Saturday night with 6 people and had no trouble getting a table without a wait.

Having Celiac's, Pizza Luce has been my choice for gluten free pizza for a very long time. Staff is always great. Selection is massive. Staff is always very knowledgeable about not being able to eat gluten. The wait was not long at all to get a table. Food came out after a normal wait time. Always very tasty. Staff seated us right away. Took our order for drinks and for our pizza. Did not take long. Pizza was supburb. Atmosphere was very pleasant. Felt comfortable. Staff was very nice and courteous. I couldn't believe they had vegan and vegetarian options at first but they are incredible! I haven't tried their pizzas yet but their mock chicken sandwiches are so good. Bacon isn't vegan only vegetarian but that's okay because I'm not vegan. This is one of those places you can take everyone to and not have to wonder if there's options. Amazing pizzas and awesome brunch! I've eaten here plenty of times and always look forward to coming back. This trip I had the Tomato Florintine Benedict and it was incredible. Huge portion and while I'm not vegan I really enjoyed the vegan hollandaise-like sauce. My one complaint is that there is only one breakfast pizza option on their brunch menu. For a place that has the most incredible pizza I hoped for more pizza options.

Update: Visited patio recently during COVID precautions. They had the best precautionary steps in place of any restaurant I’ve visited since places re-opened. Food and drink great as usual, and service was on point. Looked like their take-out system was probably highly efficient too based on markings in parking lot. We love the Ruby Rae pizza. The Garden Salad always has fresh spring greens (not iceberg) and plenty of other fresh toppings. Good tap beer menu. Today, had a delicious watermelon mocktail that was totally fabulous. Customer service has been consistently good. Love this place!

This place has some of the best mixes or pizza out there. Tried the seasonal Enchilada Pizza which was amazing and came with Fritos to thrown on top. Our server put up with our dietary needs with no issue. And the gluten-free crust, though more expensive and smaller in size, still tastes good. But the amazing item was the G-free biscuits with the artichoke dip - WOW! Cocktails - bee's knees and Strawberry Gin Fizz - were well made and pretty tasty. The craft beer selection remains strong too. And the staff gave no raised eyebrows when we asked for a sling for our 12-week old. Love you Luce!

I love Pizza Luce! I have recently developed a dairy allergy which obviously sucks if you love pizza, and I really love pizza. They have multiple vegan cheese options for pizza and they actually taste pretty good, as far as fake cheese goes. They also always have a good selection of tap beers. Another thing on their menu that I was surprised by was the chicken wings, they are huge! My wife loves getting the gluten-free stuffed shells. Awesome place with great menu. The problem is that they don't have a location closer to me.

This pizza is never a letdown. The Bear is simply a beast of meat piles and deliciousness. The crust isn't crunchy or burnt, the ingredients premium and toppings liberal. Alcohol selection is good and the virgin cocktails aren't bad either, especially the cucumber mint lemonade. It is usually busy when I come here. The parking is free and in a provided lot. I've always had good service too.

We always enjoy our food from Pizza Luce as their salads and pizza are very good. It does get very busy at time, so the level of service sometimes sacrifices more than we'd like. Nonetheless, the prices are slightly on the higher side, but we attribute that to the better quality of ingredients. It is a treat for our family to eat here, but not something we could do on a regular basis when we are on a budget.

Service is decent at this location, but the food can be hit or miss. I’ve eaten several pizzas from Pizza Luce and have noticed that the quality has gone down over time, while the price has continued to go up. The worst pizza I ever ordered was one with shrimp and pesto on it. I would not recommend ordering this pizza as the shrimp tasted rotten and like it had come from a can.

Pizza Lucé has many great, unique pizzas that makes some seriously tasty meals! My personal favorite is the fire breathing dragon pizza that has a great sweet yet spicy flavor. It has a pineapple salsa on it, so pineapples on the pizza (which in my opinion is a sin to do to a pizza) but in their combo it works so well and I actually (gasp) like the pineapples! they also have super great wings too. Pekin wings are my favorite. That peanut sauce is 👌🏼.

Always great service at any Pizza Lucé. This day as well. I had the Boss pizza and my husband had a custom pizza with Canadian bacon, ground beef and half sausage because he wasn't sure if it would be too spicy for him. Hannah said it wasn't necessarily spicy, but it had a little kick. The thing to remember is that those of us who like a little heat/spice/kick will never ask if the sausage is spicy, so if someone is asking it's because they are sensitive to that. You should tell them that, yes, the sausage at Lucé IS SPICY. My pizza and half his pizza was wonderful. Deserts were, too.

My favorite restaurant, because of the variety of choices they offer for people with dietary restrictions. Their brunch is positively delicious: especially all the benedicts and the tomato florentine. For lunch and dinner, their vegan pizza is good, and you get to pick between their vegan cheese and house-made rinotta cheese (tofu and cashew blend). Anyway, there’s so many options to try. Pizza Lucé composts all leftover food when you eat at the restaurant, and the service is fast. There is outdoor and is well as indoor seating in the summer. The location is highly accessible, as it is right on the bike path. Great restaurant for families, not only because of the food, but also because they offer games if you ask. Try it out sometime. You won’t regret it.

I love the food. It would be a five but I was unimpressed with the customer service, or lack there of. Was first in line and stood in front of the take out register for five minuets before someone finally walked up and greeted the person behind me. The customer had to let them know that the person in front of them(me) was first. They did not seem to care about the wait or the mix up. Completely understand they were busy, a simple acknowledgement of the wait or an apology would have went a long way.

Excellent pizzas available by the pie or by the slice! We stopped by for happy hour midway through our bike ride, and our server was extremely helpful in pointing out drink specials and seasonal items when we were dazed from miles of cycling. Service was prompt and delicious: a happy hour cheesy garlic toast option with marinara was one of the best I've tried anywhere. The slice of 'za I consumed with tomato, garlic, mozzarella, and basil was divine; my beau's choice of sausage and mushroom was equally satisfying, with an excellent cheese pull factor, and a crust that flexed without collapsing under all of the grease and toppings. A-mazing. To top it all off, after we paid our check our server offered to fill our water bottles for us before heading back down the bike trail: how thoughtful is that?! We gratefully accepted, and once we had fresh, cold water in our hands from our new friends at Pizza Lucé (along with full stomachs, of course), we were off! Whether you're getting hungry while taking advantage of good weather down a bike path or you're driving around town and feeling a bit peckish, I cannot possibly say enough nice things about Pizza Lucé. I can't wait to go cycling again so I can burn enough calories to earn another cold beer and a hot slice!

The food was decent at best for the price, two adults running up a $60 bill is ridiculous if we clear everything and are still hungry enough to stop by DQ on the way home. It was good, some of the choices are fairly unique such as the mashed potato pizza, and the gluten free options are really the only reason to go back when you have dietary restrictions, but it's incredibly expensive. Our server was wonderful even though the food took a bit to come out, but it was fairly busy so that's understandable. Will I go back? Definitely. Anytime soon? Maybe if I get a windfall.

Usually some familiar faces, but even the new people know their stuff. Good training and management mixed with skilled servers makes for a damn fine time. This. This is the best pizza in the twin cities. We always start with the garlic cheese bread with the “rinotta” vegan cheese. Simply amazing. The buffalo chicken wings are the best I have ever had. The buffalo sauce is thick and spicy and the meat falls off the bones. I always order The Rustler with the rinotta vegan cheese and I really cannot get enough. It is so good even my meat and cheese loving husband loves this pizza. The mock duck actually tastes good and everything else on this pizza just comes together so magically. Only thing that would make this place better is if they sold their rinotta cheese in containers to take home.

I ordered the fire breathing dragon, and got the black pepper is too spicy dragon. Not sure if they tamed it down for the area. Tonight I found myself in a frustrating dilemma of being stuck in a hotel with like four Pizza Lucë locations within a three to five mile radius of me, and when I tried to order online delivery every single location was supposedly out of my area. I called the Hopkins location because it was the nearest to my hotel, expecting to get shot down. The gentleman who answered had to get manager approval for my delivery order and the manager approved it. The driver even arrived fifteen minutes earlier than expected. Being from a small town, I understand that in an urban area there are plenty of customers and losing the business of one out of towner in a hotel really wouldn't mean much to a successful company like Pizza Lucë. I appreciated being proven wrong and treated well.

This location is pretty good, for the most part. The rinotta is super yummy!! Although, they could experiment with cashew cheese or something other than the tofu based rinotta. They also have Daiya cheese, for those who like that. A down side to the vegan options is what they call "drummies." These are not dummies, rather you are paying $9.99 for nuggets. Definitely not worth the price for the amount you get. If you buy them at a store, which I am pretty positive they are the gardein nuggets, it is cheaper and you get more. I recommend the veggie pizza because when they nail it, they NAIL it!
