Reviews of Pho Tau Bay
Louie R.P.
What a great place! Kind of hidden at the very end of eat Street, this little gem has great flavor. The egg rolls and pot stickers were amazing. The pho is generous and delicious. Our server was prompt and efficient. Everyone was so nice. One server wanted to practice her English with us so we had a wonderful conversation. The place really felt comfortable and homey. We will definitely be back.

The food is great. I love their shrimp and sweet potato appetizer. We have tried their Pho and Vermicelli before, loved it. Tried their broken rice platter with grilled chicken and shrimp, loved it even more! The only issue I have is, their service. While we were seated promptly, while ordering I felt rushed. The waitress, she seemed annoyed that she has to come second around to take my order (which is within 3mins of the first time. We didn’t even call her. She decided 3mins is enough to decide). Other than that, ambience is good. I saw some reviews with security issues, luckily didn’t face anything like that. If you decide to go there, better know what you would like to order beforehand!

Good Vietnamese restaurant. Well-maintained facility. Spring roll skin is too thick and filling has no veggies.
Pho was good.
Very friendly service.
Archer Griffin
At the south end of Eat Street, this low key place is simply one of the best Vietnamese places out there. From outstanding Pho, to excellent vermicelli salads, the large menu is all solid 👌. Do not miss this gem, you won't be disappointed.
Stephan L K
The place for pho, with many options. Quick service and you get a hot bowl of pho.
Ryo Flying
Pho was great, with lots of fresh veggies on the side. It was 10:30 on Saturday morning when I visited there for lunch, and despite I was one of only a few customers there, their service left something a little more to be desired, which is why I took one star away. I just felt I wasn't 100% welcomed. It's definitely worth trying their food, but you will also find lots of other Vietnamese restaurants along the Nicolette.

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the cities. Big menu, legit vibes, and most of all- MOCK DUCK CURRY! Perfection.
July Vang
PTB is finally opened, and their food is as consistently incredible as I remembered it pre-covid lockdown. The serving size is smaller, prices have jumped a little (as expected), but the quality of taste and experience are still the same. There are signages and good social distancing with seating arrangements.
We had pho, spring rolls, and the G1 banh mi with a small bowl of pho broth. The food were quickly prepared and served; and everything was superbly satisfying.
Glad to know they are opened again for dine-in and take out.
Lemal Hwrang
If this place was closer I’d eat here much more often. Friendly good staff. Pho is very rich in flavor. Everything else seems good. Been here many times, love the food and it’s still in my mind as if I was there yesterday.
Amy Workman
Great classic Vietnamese joint. Veggies are always fresh. Worth trying different things until you find your favorite. Fast for take out. (Mine is 41.) Takeout menu is hard to find so here ya go.
Jesse Brueshaber
A good place to have a hot bowl of Pho soup.
Parking lot a little spooky after dark due to its location at the end of a one way street. Be aware of your surroundings and you should be fine.

We have been coming to this place for more than 20 years. We were concerned when the place shut down temporarily. Things are okay now that they are open again. Food is good, service is fast. Pricing is fair. We highly recommend this place to those yearning to get authentic Vietnamese food. The fact it is a family business makes us want to support it even more.
Emma Appleman
Pho Tau Bay is our favorite restaurant. Delicious, fresh food that comes quickly, friendly staff. Our toddler loves all the bobble toys at the checkout. A gem for sure.
Mimi C.
I remember going here as a child with my dad. It was his favorite place and he would go there every morning to get his coffee and meet his friends!! I remember the food being so good also. Unfortunately he passed away and I will come back soon in memory of him.
Michael Freeman
I have eaten here so many different times I always forget to take the picture of the food when it comes.Laid-back atmosphere always clean always smells nice the tea is good the food's good best PHO in town. If you're trying out eat Street start at the beginning! this is the very beginning of the best of eat Street. Ample parking you think you know EGG ROLLS not even close! I THOUGHT I DID TOO! So many choices here haven't had a bad one yet I always go with friends we always buy more than we can eat and share it.
Jonathan Ko
Pho is good but can be inconsistent each visit (sometimes really flavorful and sometimes more bland). Price has gone up a lot in last couple years but we still go regularly.
Carol Orcutt
This is my go-to for fast, great food. Anything grilled is the best!. Try it you'll like it! I hope they never retire.
Cal P
Fast service, food and drinks come out quickly, but you probably won't see the staff until the end of your meal unless you flag them down.
If you need a refill or something you have to make sure to get their attention because they won't stop by.
Food is great. Cream cheese wontons very plain tasting and lack any flavor so I wouldn't recommend them. Vietnamese coffee is amazing. It's authentic with condensed milk and slow drip!!
Dave Cecchi
Here's the deal with Pho Tau Bay - it is for sure one of the tier 1 soup houses in town. Arguably the best of the godfather joints in Minneapolis. Super reliable and consistently flavorful, after 15 years of eating here I can honestly say I've never been disappointed.
I more or less always get the number 6 or the 42 which will be no surprise because everyone loves those two. Outrageously great. If you get the 6 get some egg rolls too because a little crunch really adds to your meal.
I mark this a 4 only due to ambiance, which in fairness has improved a lot over the years. And it kinda is what it is. But yeah.
Rebeca Ho
Quick service and even more delicious food. The restaurant is spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly.
It’s tucked away at the end of Eat Street but there is plenty of parking and right by the Greenway entrance!
Monique Contreras
Our go to Vietnamese spot when visiting Minneapolis. Everything from the rice plates to the pho is delicious.
Unbelievably perfectly grilled shrimp on the rice plate is a must try.
I ordered the #22 pho dish with seafood and bbq pork recently. The dish was brought without pork, but a plateful was brought when the waiter was advised.
Eggrolls are yummy. The food arrives fairly fast and the service is decent.
Max Well
Great food. Extensive menu. Fresh ingredients. I've been looking for a crispy pan-fried noodle dish since I lived in Austin and their's is fantastic!!
Salika Pao
It was pretty good. I enjoyed the food. Lovely cute restaurant.
Msjj820 Johnson
Love the beef lomein. 1st time trying Lemon grass chicken might be my new FAV! Delicious! LGC so good, almost forgot to take photo. Lol.
Blain T
This place is amazing. Tucked in a corner of uptown the pho is one of the best I've had. Top 2. Plenty of meat and perfect broth. Ive only ordered the pho but can tell based on how perfectly the appetizers (Vietnamese egg rolls, potstickers, and wings) were cooked that their other dishes are probably perfect.
The Thai tea was also amazing, they actually serve it blended which I hadn't had anywhere, but very flavorful and sweet and even the boba was top quality.
PG P
This was the 2nd pho place I tried when I came to Minneapolis years ago. It's a good place: their speciality seems to be 'hu tieu'. Almost everything we ordered was good. The exception is the mi bo kho. The broth is ok, but you can tell that the carrots were boiled and added rather than part of the stew. Go to Chieu Trieu for mi bo kho. The atmosphere is super casual and you can tell that the customers are regulars and well known to the owners. I love this laid back vibe. Also if you go for a bike ride, this place is right off the greenway trail. Eat and ride! No photos, but next time!
Kyle Sarr-Dietershagen
This pho has a very rich broth. The the staff was not overly friendly and the restaurant it self was a little run down but overall the food was very nice.
Jackie LaVaque
Delicious large portions, very tasty salads and pho. The egg rolls are particularly good, very crunchy!
J Hawj
Ordered take out. Food was packed nicely and it was delicious. Would recommend the flan for dessert.
Bruce Lee
Always great service and food here. Their pho broth is one of the best.
Stephen Daniel
The best Pho in the Twin Cities for many years.
Do yourself a favor, and stop by to judge for yourself.
Kelsey Skelly
Just went here for the first time. It was absolutely amazing. Best egg rolls I’ve ever had and AMAZING pho for a great price. Definitely going to become a regular here
Lady Jane (Ms. Baggins)
I love their pho and the hot and sour fish soup. I like that I can come here on the weekend at 1 pm and it not be busy like other pho places on this street.
Jason Stempel
Hidden Gem Of Eat Street. Pho Tau Bay is the best!!
Best Pho.
Best service.
Best fried pork.
Best boba tea smoothies.
Massive
Every friend I bring here is pleasantly surprised, and returns. My family craves this place. We share dishes.
If it’s been a challenging day, I know we can end it with dinner at Pho Tau Bay and my whole family mood changes to happiness. On any rainy day my kids suggest, “Can we go to Pho Tau Bay?”
There is something special here. They have created a restaurant that emanates a warm, family, positive community vibe, and the food is nourishing and delicious. That combination is rare and special. Go and see.
The owners and staff are welcoming and make conversation. The ambience is comfortable, and clean but not fancy at all and not pretentious. There is a lot to notice and enjoy.
Tom MacNabb
Always a good meal, easy to get a seat quick service reasonable prices.
Megswede B
I had Com thit tom nuong (grilled pork and shrimp broken rice) and Pho Tai, gau (Pho with fresh beef and brisket). The pho broth is outrageously good and rich, fresh vegetables are impressive and beautiful. The pork and shrimp broken rice platter was just delicious. 5 stars. You've got to go there! Now! 😂 …
Samantha Ann
Best vermicelli salad and egg rolls, It has gotten much more expensive then it used to be but I guess most places are now a days.
Ceandra Alarcon-Hernandez
1st time this evening! What can I say but AMAZING FOOD HERE. We ordered spring rolls for appetizer, and I had chicken with lemongrass and my husband had fried rice. Everything was so fresh, and they don't skimp on anything. The service was top notch; owners/staff so friendly, 22 years in business. We will be back again soon. Great hidden gem.
Noah Bergan
Incredible flavor in all the food! Spring rolls, cream cheese wontons, and Pho were all DELICIOUS! Staff was friendly and shared how some recipes they use were from their grandfather who used to cook in Northern Vietnam!
Joel Abrahamson
At the south end of Eat Street, where it runs into the Midtown Greenway, there's Pho Tau Bay. Get ready for ample portions of all the Vietnamese staples: pho, banh mi, bun salad, and more. A few Southeast Asian curry dishes as well. The pho's flavor is deep and beefy, but the extensive menu also has a vegetarian section. I can recommend the authentic Vietnamese coffee, served with its own small pot to slowly pour over condensed milk.
Usually ample space between tables since there are many inside.
Lina Kay
Super fast, good pho. Parking is a huge plus as well.
Jessica Torrez-Jerkovich
I love this restaurant. I am always pleased with the food and service.
Dee Noree
A family own and service with variety Vietnamese food menu good for family dine in and take out.
Parker Alton
Went here to try something new, and I wasn't impressed. The pho was bland compared to the other shops down the street.
Paxia Her
Service was fast. Portions are a bit smaller than other pho places I've been to.
Emily Winters
Some of the best Vietnamese food I’ve had in the Twin Cities. Fast service, fresh food, super clean, and a ton of flavor. You can tell their ingredients are fresh and everything I’ve tried has been delicious! The meatballs are my favorite and a lot of places mess these up. Don’t be turned off by the exterior—definitely check this place out!
Liz Dominguez
I lived in Minneapolis for 6 years and this was my go to restaurant. The people are nice, the food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places of visited. I live a little further out now, but still plan to make the drive and continue to visit.
Jay Finn
They have the best egg rolls in the Twin Cities hands down. I took my whole family there wife, kids, and aunt they all loved it. The pho was excellent and the some of the best around. I can’t wait to go back again!
FJ R
My go to for Pho in Minneapolis. I love this place. The staff is efficient, there's never a wait (at least not when I typically go), and the food is always out quick. It's the ultimate comfort food for me, and I will never say no to a basic lean beef pho and an order of egg rolls. The restaurant itself is bright and open, not noisy, even when it's busy.
Zack Paul
Needed Pho and was in a part of Minneapolis I didn't know we'll and found this place. What can I say I would definitely go here again if im in the area. Unfortunately I live next to University where you can find amazing Vietnamese restaurants every few blocks. I think I had a bowl of Pho with everything and egg and spring rolls. I remember the egg rolls being the best I had tasted in a while while the Pho was fine but but nothing special compared to what I have had before. Price and service was fine for these types of places.
Carol Orcutt
I've missed going to pho tau bay during the pandemic and was concerned if they were coming back. I jumped for joy when I saw they were open again!!!! I loved the grilled meat that others don't offer. A4 was a must. The soups, noodle salads, sandwiches, lo meins, all are truly yummy!!! Going there for my birthday to celebrate them being open again and how much I love their food.
Please update menu and prices on your website.
Still love ya.
Lee Switzenberg
Cozy family run restaurant. At the end of eat street. Make sure to go the extra block. Ample parking, and affordable delicious soups, rice noodle salads, Bahn mi sandwiches;and a range of other Asian dishes. I love this place
Tonii G
Staff is the best, kind and always attentive and they know my order and it’s FAST, you order and seconds later they come with FRESH amazing food! I love the V1 with mock duck and mock duck spring rolls, wontons, my latter like the combination pho add brisket and egg rolls. And bahnmi!
Thankyou always Pho tao bay
Brice Christensen
Best Vietnamese restaurant in the twin cities!! I recommend the egg roll and grilled pork vermicelli salad with fish sauce (#42). I add spicy red chili sauce.
Vincent Pope
This is some of the best Vietnamese food I've had since my trip to Vietnam. Service was excellent. The location is a bit difficult to find.
Ryan Klein
Huge menu and consistent quality. Super delicious egg rolls, good bún, báhn mì, and spring rolls. Food was also ready super fast when getting carry out!
Peter Nguyen
If you're looking for somewhere in Minneapolis for good pho, I highly recommend coming here! Personally for me, I like the pho and the atmosphere here much better than Quang. The broth tastes really rich and flavorful, and a good amount of beef with your pho. If you have a craving for bubble tea smoothies, definitely try it!! Service here is good, and the employees here are easy to communicate with.
Kocica
Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Attentive wait staff. Nice run family business as all people there were helping each other. I ordered a chicken curry dish, good indian dish but not spicy enough for me. I should have ordered soup instead. However, I am not a fan of eating out of plastic bowls.
Jason Yorek
I absolutely love this place, and it's my go-to Vietnamese restaurant on the western half of the metro area. I've tried a decent variety of pho and also noodle dishes, and everything always tastes great. Prices are very low, especially considering the quality of the food. I go here on a regular basis and always love it. Service is fast and friendly, too. What's not to love?
Aunt Mustard
Wasn't sure what to expect as I have had some very very bad and bland food in Minneapolis but this place really nailed it. The food was amazing! The they don't have alcohol and the sauces in the table were all dirty and sticky that made me kinda weirded out because of covid and all but over all the food is spot on.
Ami
Really great place overall and pho is one of the best I've also tried. The service is good, and the waiters/waitresses are welcoming. This place definitely has some of the best vermicelli salad bowls and egg rolls too if you're into that.
Teeter Dean
Not open as of March 2020, I hope they reopen soon! Pho Tau Bay has nice char on some of their meats. Also the seating section of the restaurant is roomy, cozy, and more private feeling than similar restaurants down the block.
Chlo Chlo
Honestly one of my favorite restaurants in Minneapolis. I’ve been coming here regularly for about two years now, and have had nothing less than amazing food each time. Definitely try their pho. They have great banh mi as well (try dipping it in the soup - it’s to die for!)
Like others have said, the service isn’t great, but it’s not terrible either. The servers are always quick to take your order, and the food comes out incredibly fast.
K G
Food is authentic and better than a lot of Vietnamese restaurants, I couldn't feel the msg like I did at the other places, they have a good variety on their menu, they are not stingy with the vegetables and accommodations. Their quality is also great, I feel like they could have been more popular with a different location because to be honest they are not lacking in anything, from quantity, variety, service to the price. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants authenticity and qualilty.
Yasmin Banishoraka
Not sure why this place was not busier when we ate because that was the best Banh Mi and Pho we have had.
Brett Hebert
I haven't fully made the rounds yet, but so far this is the best Pho I've had in MSP. The restaurant has the classic "Asian eatery kitsch" that really adds to the atmosphere. Friendly service and plenty of parking. If you're going to travel for Vietnamese in the Cities, this is where you should go.
kat vaj
I've been going to this place for 10+ years. The decor is not great but there is a lot of room inside. I like the food. Its one of they most fastest serving Vietnamese place I've been too. Its a family own restaurant. They have there own parking lot. It can be hard to find because it's at the end of Nicollet and 28th st. Also it's facing away from the main street.
Jamie Mohler
I absolutely love this place. Some of the best Vietnamese food I've ever had. Authentic, fast service, plates to table in mere minutes and some dank Vietnamese coffee. It's making me hungry just typing this.
Neal Lewandowski
Spring rolls are very good, so was the vermicelli with beef and shrimp. The portion was good, meat was tender, veg was balanced. We also ordered the broth soup with meat that is mixed in, also very good. I'd go back and try some of the other styles of food.
ILZE Klavins
They have the best pho! I've had other menu selections and all are very good. The desserts are not what i am used to, but I've liked every one that i have tried. Noodle selections come in wheat, rice and egg.
You don't get a check at the end of your meal; go to the cashier and tell them your table number.
Eamon
New in town and researched where to get the best pho in the area. Pho is something I ate almost weekly in my prior location and is one of my favorite dishes to eat and make at home. Was sadly disappointed to experience the pho and banh mi at Pho Tau Bay as they were average. I'm generally pretty lenient on ratings but feel that after reading the other reviews and eating here, this place is highly overrated. Will explore other pho places in the area and if I don't find a better one, I will adjust the rating provided to make a relative scale.
Mistal
Pho is good but, I feel the proportion to money cost is a bit high. The bowl of pho is about $9-$10 and the size is roughly about small or regular at other pho restaurant, a Vietnamese ice coffee is $4 and a fried rice is $12, that's pretty expensive. Just my opinion, but I feel like the price isn't worth it. It's good to eat it once or twice but it's not exceptional to me to keep eating here.

A4. Grilled Pork Spring Rolls - You will never find a rival.
Most places only offer the shrimp spring rolls (and they're good and all), but inferior compared to the grilled pork spring rolls only offered at Pho Tau Bay; that I know of.
They offer a vast variety of dishes ranging from soups, bun salads, banh mi sandwiches, to the broken rice dishes, and Vietnamese Iced Coffee.. so delicious.
I've been there enough times that I am recognized by the core staff, and have always had fantastic service to match the food. The atmosphere is like coveted locals favorite; somewhat camouflage on the outside, but lovely and clean inside.
It is my absolute favorite Vietnamese Restaurant and maybe it can be yours too.
Peter Lamm
This medium sized restaurant has been at this location more than twenty years for very good reasons... They serve excellent Vietnamese cuisine in a comfortable setting with a remarkable consistency and continuity ie. You can count on your friends experiencing the same good foods as you did, time after time
Justin Dybedahl
This place was very nice and clean. Was kind of confusing due to the number of people at the register when I walked in. The lady seemed to be helping everyone at once and talking with someone in the kitchen (?) over an intercom. I got the grilled pork banh mi (G3). The sandwich had more meat on it than most places which was a plus but the sauce/seasoning and sheer amount of meat overpowered the vegetables which there was very little of. The vegetables were drowned in the same seasoning/sauce as the meat which made them loose the pickled/fresh flavor. Not sure if I'll be back since I prefer to taste the vegetables on the sandwich.
Ngoc Nhu Tran
The place is decent, not terrible. The pho was mediocre but not anything worth remembering. I came here because of all the great reviews. Did not live up to my expectation. The appetizers are mediocre at best. I'll try other places next time I'm in town.
Robert Snell
Have tried all the Pho restaurants in St. Paul and Minneapolis and this is our go to spot. Not super fancy, but the food is top notch and always delicious. Just tried the Mi Hoanh Thanh and it was amazing.
Michael Gorman
By far the BEST Pho in Minneapolis. Awesome staff and cozy environment! A little sketchy at first glance outside, but its a different story on the inside! if I could give it 10 stars I would! My new Pho SPOT!!!
Greg Kondrasuk
Probably the best pho we've had on Nicollet. Decor is not fancy, but everything was clean and orderly. Very good attentive service. We ordered spring rolls and they brought us each our own small bowl of peanut sauce, which was much appreciated--bite and dunk with no worries! The only very minor complaint was that no one mentioned we were supposed to go up to the front desk to pay. We waited and waited for the bill for longer than we would have liked before we found out. Pretty minor quibble though.
Sitha Kim
UPDATE: they will reopen 3/18 when I called last week and the nice lady picked up
This was always our go to place. We ordered the same thing every time. The nice lady that would ring us out and she would tell us to sit anywhere bc we were there every week. Keep calling to see if they’ve opened or if someone would answer. Super bummed that we can no longer find the A4 and no 22 like they do it here anywhere else. Waiting for them to reopen.
Mr Burr
Pho Tau Bay is the place to go when you want great food with a more low key setting than Quang. They have a big lot so parking is never an issue. I've been coming here for years. Great Pho and not too expensive.
Quentin Smith
Used to be the highest rated place for pho in the cities. I think now most people say to go to Quangs.
I still really enjoy this one. The pho is delicious and reasonably priced at around 7 dollars. The bun mi sandwiches are great to go (around $3). The other dishes are also very nice.
I feel you really can't go wrong with any Vietnamese restaurant in the twin cities. They are all of decent quality and are reasonably priced in most places.
If you are in the area, definitely check this place out but if you live far away, find a Vietnamese restaurant more local to you.
***If it makes any difference my mother's side of the family is Vietnamese and I have been eating these types of food since I was a child!
Sophie Sampson
This is the best pho in Minneapolis! Plus, the rest of the menu is so cheap, I don't think any appetizers cost over $5. Great date place, always has open tables.
Sasi Lee
The staff are poorly train and run the joint how ever they want lots of yelling across the floor and rushing. They have like these old guys just come and sit and drink coffee and talk at the main table towards the front all day long and to top it off one of the main lady who takes order just sits in the front and sleep with her feet on the counter! If you call to order for pickup up make sure you make then repeat back cause sometime they accidentally put in different numbers. But the food is so good! One of those hate love place.
HairyNevus
Good food. Very authentic. Very nice interior but low-key. The Vietnamese coffee is really good, but degrades quickly; the first sip is really good but the last sip is very bitter
Gary Hallberg
Wonderful,, 4 of us for late lunch. Everyone had something different, including appetizers.1st time for 3 of us. I want to go back tomorrow lol. So good. Spotless restaurant
Adam Fedor
The best pho in the city. Consistently amazing. I wish I lived there. I want to live in a bowl of their broth. I could be one with the pho. This is my nirvana. The final level. Pho'king mindblowing.
Karen Wang
~$8 for a bowl of pho. They have tendon as an option!
It's located in a random corner where Nicollet ends and then continues on the other side of the block. But it has a nice parking lot and the restaurant itself is pretty spacious with lots of booths.
Really liked their broth, not too many onions.
Dave Campbell
Love this place!
They recently re-opened. The pho is truly authentic and flavorful. They could use the business so do stop in.
K non
Excellent tucked away place right (as in, across the parking lot) off the greenway. I highly recommend the egg noodle /duck soup it's great. They sell bang mi's during the day - pro tip: get the stew/bank mi combo for lunch when you're hungry. 5/5 will eat here another 100 times next winter 🤤 …
Carmen Liu
This is one of my favourite Pho places.
They have lots of vegetarian options, including pho and banh mi, which is difficult to find in the cities. The service is fast, and they have all the traditional drinks like 'avocado milkshake' and 'vietnamese coffee'. I had vegetarian pho and it was great. The noodles were top notch (perfect) and the tofu and vegetables were fresh.
Wifi - no
Vegetarian options - yes (pho, banhmi inclusive)
Parking lot - yes
Wait times - It's never been crazy full
This place also looks like an authentic pho place.
Tri Vo
Dinner with colleagues. Had the yellow egg noodle soup with duck meat - super full and easy to eat. Big fan of the egg sodas at Viet places, and PTB's is sweet and rich.
Don MacLeod
I have been intending to stop here for years when a friend suggested it I was happy to finally go there. It's one of his favorites and now I see why.
Food was out quick and very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back again. I have added it to one of my favorites now.
Andrea Tomasek
Love their Pho! I ate this takeout 20x during my first pregnancy. Their broth is perfection and they're very generous with the basil.
John Eldridge
Pho was OK. Unfortunately broth didn't have much flavor or else it would have 4 -5 stars. Spring rolls were good and more than enough basil and bean sprouts.
Phoenix Goodboy
Awesome Low-key Asian restraunt; Great delicious tasty food like a secret place to go eat!🙂😃 …
Blake Johnson
My favorite noodle place in Minneapolis. There is better and worse in the world, but this fine restaurant is my standard of excellence any pho must best to be worthy of true praise! Dont let the outside decor fool you, genius awaits within.
Phi L
Stopped by and had a bowl of Pho plus a Banh Mi sandwich. Pho was at my table within 10 mins. Very few places that all I needed to add was Sriracha but this was one them, base was that great for me. Banh Mi was great too, bread was softer than other places I've gotten them from. Recommend for anyone into Pho and Banh mi.
Believe Lark
I was really impressed when I got in. They have a BIG parking lot. The outside of the building looked a bit old, but the inside's beautiful and really spacious.
I had pho and fresh spring roll (with shrimp and pork). Both were delicious! I did add a little extra salt to pho. The proportions are pretty generous.
The service was extremely fast, but I went in at 3:30pm and everyone else probably was at the state fair. My server, Thanh was awesome. They didn't check up on me on how I was doing or if there was anything else I wanted though after I was served.
When leaving, don't turn into one of the nearby neighborhoods to get out of uptown. Instead use the main street. The neighborhoods driving intersection around there are CRAZY and dangerous. A fight broke out right by my car at a one way stop sign with cars blocking view. OMG, not making that same mistake again.
Keng Thao
Great Viet food here. Pho is delicious. If you dont feel like pho, they have great rice plates.
The beef spring rolls are delicious

Good food, especially the pho and springrolls. Service was amazingly fast, staff was helpful and present, but not overly. Much bigger place than I thought it would be, got immediate seating at noon. Easy parking in an attached lot.
Mark Esslinger
Some of the best soup (and the largest selection of soup) in the state. I am happy that they have several seafood and fish soups but I know the pho is well known here. Good parking and quick service.
Omar Garcia
Great food and service! Their pho is super amazing and very cheap compared to other restaurants in the area. I'd love to take some friends here some day.
Tom Parker
Really authentic pho at a great price. The large is really huge and under $8. I've had a lot of pho over the years in Vietnam and elsewhere, and this place was one of my favorites.
Pita Loopa
Super delicious, fast and friendly service. Just note they don't drop a check at your table when you're done, you just walk up to the front counter and pay. I think the lady at the desk knows what table everyone is at, but you can just tell her the table number posted where you sat, right about eye level.
Giuseppe Mendolia
Love this place...very authentic
Tiffany S
Love getting appetizers and Pho for take out.
Dining experience is a quaint and cozy experience.
Just wish they updated their menu prices online, though.
Mahina Reyes
The. Pho here is really good and inexpensive. Great place to eat on a cold or muggy Sunday. Haven't dealt with a long wait either seated or take out order.
Dia Thao
Decent place. My egg roll vermicelli bowl was good. However, my Egg roll and fried chicken wasn’t good. The chicken had lumps of flour in it.
Susan Mercurio
Fabulous! I wanted pho to come off a fast, and theirs hit the spot! Huge bowl, too.
TheFucYeah
best pho in town!!! the only complaint is the bowl too small - lol (want more:)) the eggroll is on the hard side but ok... great service - definitely my favorite place to eat...
Deborah Uhlemann
Great Vietnamese egg rolls, fried rice, & pho. Fascinating paintings & collectables all around. Authentic, comfortable atmosphere. Easy to park. No wait.
Cường Unlimited
They have very good BunBoHueNoodles. PhoDacBiet noodles is awesome too. So is their papaya salad. I get takeout from this restaurant every week & eat my foods with Kangen_Water_Panacea at instagram
Minh Nguyen
Authentic Vietnamese. Spacious and gave a very home kind of feeling with the music and decoration. Definitely would recommend for anyone to try out this restaurant.
Kris A

Kelly Xayanha
Love this place and stop by any time in in the area... this is a gem with culture and great food!!
Sharon chang
Food was good. Prices have gone up to $10 for a bowl of Pho and portion sizes have gone down. Sad that it’s going in this direction.
Duy Nguyen
Personal favorite pho place. Food is awesome, for very good price. Friendly staff. Never too crowded.
Huan Le
Reasonable price for really delicious Vietnamese food. The service is undoubtedly great. I am amazed by the speed of serving here. Really worth it!
Justin Perry
The pho was delicious and the price is appropriate. I had the pho with sliced beef, tendon and meatballs. I also shared the spring and egg rolls and these were also good.

Pho soup is pretty authentic and good.

Ryan Rydberg
Good price for a large portion. Broth was a bit bland - and I ended up over doing it with the Sriracha(not their fault but it needed it.)
Ahmet E Akal
The second Vietnamese rest i had been to in Twin cities and it is the best one. Pho is best in the area maybe even better than in HCMC ones.
Luke Hennigar

Khanh Nguyen
Very poor service!! We went on 3/11/2014. We asked the server for a water, and she asked us "why"?? Reason why is that the water was dirty!! And no one bring us water!! And we asked the second server, still didn't bring us! We told the owner, she said why didn't we asked her!! This is not the first time!!
bearinmpls
