This was our first time here and we loved the place! Great classic pizzeria feel, with friendly quick service, and outstanding pizza. If you’re into a fantastic, down to earth atmosphere to enjoy delicious pizza, stop by Parkway Pizza! We’re not too far away, so we’ll definitely be back soon.

Just moved in a few houses down, I pass it every day on my way home. Such a cute little place from the outside. So today I decided to walk down and try a pizza to go. Patio was welcoming, well lit, (and allows dogs yay). Very good vibes. Most tables already had customers, but it didn’t feel overcrowded. I passed 3 servers on the way to the counter: who all said either “hello” or “how are you”. Very polite and courteous staff. I got the supreme pizza and it was absolutely delicious. They don’t skimp on toppings, it was hot, crispy and fresh. Seriously glad to have stumbled on this hidden gem. You have a new customer. 💯

First time going here. Ordered a large supreme pizza. The pizza is a great thin crust, the toppings were plentiful and the flavor was perfect. Dine-in service was also great and the prices were decent. Would definitely recommend.

Update 1/16/2023: incredible pizza and service. Pizzas were hot on arrival, and they found some Ranch to send home with me. Staff are so friendly and personable. Cannot speak highly enough about Parkway Amazing pizza and service! Our server was very friendly and hospitable, and made sure to space out sending appetizers and pizza so everything was hot when it got to the table. I was surprised at how delicious the artichoke dip was, and the pizza of course was delightful. Will be returning soon

Parkway has the best sausage and the best happy hour! 2 for 1 beer wine from 2-5 and 8to close. We usually host a holiday party for our tenants here as the pizza is fantastic! Servers are great. Love parkway.

Parkway Pizza Longfellow is great. We've been ordering pizza from here for years and the delivery is always easy and quick and their pizza is delicious. Also love the cheese toast and pasta too. The Minnehaha Greek pizza is a favorite. Can't wait to order again soon!

People are super friendly and spot on and keeping track of your drinks and anything else you might need before you even get up to ask. Very good! The artichoke dip was special with big chunks of artichokes served sizzling hot with pizza crust pieces. The extra large Supreme pizza and a Greek salad fed 5 of us very well. 2 for 1 beer and wine was great for sharing too!

I love that the restaurant grows their veggies and have very nice and accommodating outdoor seating for a biking family of three. The food was amazing and priced very good. Staff were nice. Inside and outdoor seating area was very clean and welcoming. We definitely recommend and will be back soon.

They made a minor mistake on our carry out order. I wouldn't have even noticed or cared, but they offered to redo it, give us both pizzas for the price of one, and they gave me a free beer while I waited. That's not good, or even great service, there needs to be a new term for what they offer here. Pizza is damn good too!

This place is fantastic!!! They claim the make Minneapolis Style Pizza. I asked what that means and was told "thin crust, cut into squares, made with lots of love." Let me tell you, that is a great description of it. Simply delicious!!!

A warm comfortable restaurant!! We had garlic cheese toast for appetiser... It deserves a special mention for the bread was fresh and delicious!! Then comes the spicy garlic chicken pizza... I was quite curious as it had sriracha sauce in the description.. A crispy thin base was topped with generous amount of soft chicken pieces and fresh tomato slices .. Along with soft mushroom, the pizza had just enough heat of sriracha and quite strong flavour of garlic .. a treat for garlic lover ;) Great comfy experience with awesome food !!

Whether dining in, doing pick up or delivery; Parkway has never been a disappointment! Always fast, fresh and delicious; accommodating and friendly service as well! When the occasional mistakes been made over the years, they go above and beyond to correct it. Inexpensive, high quality food with frequently emailed coupons on top of free delivery; it feels like stealing! I've been enjoying their food for years and will continue to do so!

Honestly this was one of my favorite pizza places in the cities. The service was AWESOME- I forgot the server’s name but she was so friendly and fun. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, I ordered a pizza with mock duck, which was delicious. The prices were good and it was a fun atmosphere to eat in. Would definitely visit again.

Wow, first time here. I ordered the Supreme and Chicken and Bacon pastas, both of which were superb and absolutely delicious! Big portions at a reasonable price. I also loved the fact that I was able to customize to my liking. Very fresh on hot, just as I walked into to pick up, it was being brought out. Very friendly server and even the call to place order was pleasant. Will definitely order again....and again and again. My only suggestion would be to have the sauce that comes with it on the side for the bread to be served warm. Thank you very a pleasant and delicious experience!

I ordered a custom pizza (pepperoni, banana pepper, pineapple, and sauerkraut) and it was SO GOOD!!! I had ordered a similar one from Red Savoy’s a few weeks ago and this one blew that one out of the water. It was perfectly cooked, generous amounts of toppings - very good. I gave the driver the wrong address for delivery, but he was very nice and professional about it, and the delivery was quick, disregarding my mistake. I just moved to Longfellow and I’m very excited to have this good of a pizza place in the neighborhood.

Man I ordered a sausage, extra cheese, green olive and jalapeño 14 inch pizza and it was probably the best pizza I've ordered in months. They delivery guy was cool too. Overall great experience. I've seen this place in passing for years and never thought to order but glad I did. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I almost called the chef and thanked him.

Tied for 1st Place 🏆 (with Checkerboard Pizza on Snelling in Saint Paul), Parkway never disappoints. Whether it's eat in or carryout, the pizza is phenomenal! The Italian sausage is immensely flavorful that I normally grab a pound to take home to North Minneapolis to cook up to myself in the next day or two!

Pretty good pizza. Not quite as good as Luce or Punch (in my opinion) but still good nonetheless. The delivery can be very fast (25min) or it can take upwards of 50min/1hr. Great place to sit and eat, they have nice seating and a pool and foosball table available to use, which I always end up having fun with.

We've been in here a few times, and all of the food offered is tasty. Great sausage pizza (handmade sausage). They offer traditional crust or gluten free crust. I had the gluten free sausage pizza and it was amazing! The rest of the group had the supreme pizza which was also great. You have to start the meal with cheese bread, or pesto cheese bread - trust me on this. The happy hour is very good. 2 for 1 tap beers, and there are many local beer offerings. Thursday nights is trivia, not Trivia Mafia, which was a nice change. The staff is great! They have 2 rooms so plenty of seating. One room has a pool table. They also have a few televisions possibly for watching sports. I also noticed a nice patio for warmer weather. This is a great neighborhood place.

Just phenomenal pizza. They make their own sausage daily and its excellent. Good atmosphere, good staff, all around great place. The pizzas are a bit more expensive, but worth it. They could have some better beers on tap, but decent overall. If you haven't tried this place, you must, it's s neighborhood favorite.

Despite living about a mile or so away from here since we moved to Longfellow in 1998, we didn't try Parkway until two years ago. Wish we had started years ago. As many have stated, their homemade sausage is outstanding. We almost always order the Supreme which is overflowing with sausage, pepperoni, and a good assortment of veggies. We typically take out but when we have eaten in the restaurant, service has always been friendly and efficient. I love the "neighborhood" feel to the place as well. All in all, a fantastic place for pizza. One of these days we will have to try more menu offerings.

Phenomenal thin crust pizza! Went in on a Sunday afternoon just as the church across the street was letting out and got a table immediately, even with social distancing! The Pesto Cheese bread is amazing, as are the pizzas! Will definitely be back next time we're in Minneapolis!

I never say this about any pizza joint, but Parkway has the best thin crust pizza in the entire state! You must get a pizza with Italian sausage. It is easily the best topping they have next to pepperoni. Please give them a try, you won't regret it!

Parkway Pizza has a unique style of pizza with lots of options. I really enjoy the fact that they have a happy hour everyday, unlike some places opting out happy hours on the weekends. They have a welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff. Love having this place in my neighborhood. Just wished they offered pizza by the slice. Maybe someday?

Parkway's sausage pizza is amazing! I just got a sausage, green pepper and black olive pizza from them. It took a little while for delivery because they were slammed, but well worth the wait. It was one of the best pizzas l've ever had! Highly recommend.

This is some seriously good pizza! I got the carnivore and the sauce and crust are perfect but what was really amazing was the sausage on the pizza. The hot wings were not the best but Im still giving 5 stars based on how good the pizza and service was also it is reasonably priced.

BEST. PIZZA. EVER. Just when I thought vegan pizza options were limited and boring, I heard of Parkway and my world changed. Their assortment of vegan menu items, their friendly staff and timely delivery make this place a staple in our evening meals. I have not has a single bad item from them- full of flavor and when it arrives it is always hot (temperature wise) and every order/special request has always been fulfilled. Food is excellent, delivery is typically faster than expected, and in the years I've been eating there I've only had one mistake that I can think of which was fixed asap. Definitely a top choice in Longfellow and my favorite pizza in Minneapolis.

This place is fantastic. I'm not a fan of pizza cut in squares or toppings under the cheese, but the quality of this pizza more than makes up for that. Also they have a variety of vegan meats, which satisfies my spouse's requirements. I have not eaten at this location, but the times I've picked up pizza there, it's given me a warm, clean impression.

Best go-to classic pizza by far! Crust is perfect and red sauce is awesome! Atmosphere is cozy and homey with patio and board games. They have 2 for 1 happy hour deals, great for a decently inexpensive date night. Wings, cheese bread and artichoke dip are all really great too. We have been here several times and will be back many more!

You basically are paying the same price you would for some chain pizza places, but are getting quality that would be at a higher tier restaurant.

I still stand by my original review. I also want to state that I just had the most amazing 3lb 10” pie where no single ingredient outshone the other. I ordered veggie pie and added chicken. Each bit was perfect!! I hope they are doing whatever is necessary to keep the incredible folks who are making these pies happy, healthy and still employed!! Thank you! My original review: "A year ago, I ordered from here a few of times. Once was great, and then the others were close to the great. About six months ago, I discovered the pastas. The Pizza is JUST BEAUTIFUL :) The service we received this time was absolutely spot on!!! When staff had a question about my order, they called me immediately before starting my pizza. Like, I pushed order on the key pad and got the call through my Mac as to whether I wanted double olives or just olives on one side. Staff were friendly and kind. They JUST WANTED to make SURE. How sweet and SPOT On. Perfect attention to detail and exceptional customer service! They do not have pan style Pizza as of today.....Maybe I will be able to convince them someday, so they do not currently fill the void I have for 1988 Pizza Hut Pan Style, but they are my GO TO in Minni. Parkway serves some of the best pizza in Minneapolis. Great ingredients, good recipes, and vegan / gluten free options for those with dietary restrictions. Their dine in location is very tasteful as well. One of our favorite places in Minne for a night out!

It's not the tastiest, but there are a lot of vegan options and the prices and delivery options are great. I wouldn't get the spaghetti again as it is amazingly flavorless, but the pizza is alright.

family and I were hungry for some pizza we are from Iowa so unfamiliar with the area. Will pull up Google Maps and fauna suggestion for Parkway Pizza dot-dot-dot we walked in it was rather nice and air condition two rooms free pool table fan foosball. We decided to eat outside there was plenty of seating outside. It was lukewarm I suppose if we were walking around and exercising we would be sweating but we were sitting under a canopied table. It took quite a few minutes before the waitress came out to see us but that was okay give us plenty of time to look over the menus and decide what we wanted. What's the waitress came out we gave her our order. We had a 12-inch pizza and some hot wings wife had a salad. When the order came out the wings were very good spicy yet not too hot. Both my son and I are agreed that it was a perfect temperature for hot wings. The pizza and large pieces of sausage which my wife enjoyed. We had half carnivore pizza and the other half was Supreme I forgot that there is two different halves so I just dug into one side and started eating until they said that most of the spring was left then I realized that I had to need the wrong side ... even though that I got the Lion's Share of the pizza it was able to all get down to my belly. I had a glass of wine which the wife did not appreciate. Then after the wine I switch to a beer. All I know it was a pleasant experience if I lived in the Minnesota area I would come back here again but I don't so I probably will not.

A friend of mine lived really close to their first location. This is the only Pizza that I order up into the present time. The best sausage the best cheese and the best sauce that I've ever had on pizza I would love to see anybody produce something better. Good luck

Parkway has really great pizza. Normally I'm a Neapolitan style pizza person, but when Punch shut down for covid I had to get my pizza fix elsewhere. I'm glad I found Parkway! The sausage really is very fresh and tasty. The specialty pizzas are spectacular, too. They're quick for take out and have an outdoor dining space for covid.

This pizza is delicious (even if you're an anti-square cut kind of person)! The ordering process is fast and easy, and in these days of COVID-19, the pickup (we ordered to-go) was safe and with minimal contact. I'll for sure order from Parkway Pizza again, and am excited to have to exercise away these calories :)

Well I've now had Parkway 3 times in the past 8 days, so that should say enough. What else can I say, pasta is great, and not over loaded with sauce like most places, really lets the ingredients shine. The pizza is hands down delicious, and the cheese is absolutely top. Delivery takes a bit, but it's so very worth it. Loving this place.

Heard good things, had an ok-ish experience. Party style cut thin crust pizza, but too much sauce and not crispy leads to good edge pieces but a swamp in the middle (supreme & artichoke 12 inch). Would recommend ordering extra crispy or less sauce, not clear the oven is set at an adequate temp or cooking times are too short.

This place has a small, but strong beer collection with some really flavorful pizzas. The apps are pretty good, but the salads are hearty. Overall, the service, environment, the food, and your friends make this a great little place to grab some quality grub and a pint or two!

I love Parkway Pizza! I cannot believe the pizza arrives still too hot to eat immediately every time. The drivers know what they are doing, and they are also doing their best to maintain safety (masks, gloves). So glad I live near the Longfellow location!

My boyfriend is vegan, I’m not. Typically I think vegan food is so-so, but their vegan artichoke dip…..OMG was the best vegan dish, ever! I couldn’t get over how good it was. Ooey, gooey, a touch of spice…amazing! With it being so good, we couldn’t stop there, we went onto order the vegan supreme pizza. I’m not exaggerating when I tell you it was sooo good. Could’ve fooled me with both being vegan. I told my bf, the chef must be some sort of magician.

We enjoy Parkway Pizza. It’s a good, family dining choice. The pizza is good, the atmosphere is laid back and there’s plenty of stuff to keep the kids entertained. They give money and other donations to area schools. The artichoke dip is also amazing!

I believe we’ve been ordering or occasionally eating at Parkway Pizza for at least a decade! The delivery system cannot be beat-NO matter what type of MN weather is tossed at the people who bring us our pizza (sometimes w/a side of a yummy Caesar chicken) to us w/a smile; on time promised,w/the correct toppings we ordered, a fresh pizza that’s hot & to eat. When I was younger, I always thought, I’d be able to eat cold day old pizza made from anywhere, no more; maybe it’s because I’m now called a grown up, maybe it’s because I can pay a little bit more for a pizza that’s built on & topped up w/fresh true ingredients or maybe it’s because Parkway Pizza is so TASTY-there are no leftovers. We usually finish an entire pie in 1 sitting, but don’t worry if there’s a slice or 2 leftover, it reheats well!!

Must try local pizza place if you are around Minnehaha Falls. Their garlic cheese bread is one of the best in the city, it's served with the homemade marinara sauce and seasoning is just perfect. The ambience is lively but laid-back and relaxing at the same time. It was fun.

Delicious Pizza, free delivery, wide variety of options on the menu, and great weekly deals when you dine in. The beer selection is small, but good. I'd recommend the Supreme. Moved here from the Chicago land area a few years ago. Have been searching for a place with similar pizza to the small neighborhood thin crust pizza shops in the suburbs surrounding Chicago. Parkway Pizza is the place.

Great pizza and vibe! Get the Minnehaha Greek--you won't regret it. It's almost always busy especially on Friday/Saturday nights and weekend days during the summer. It's definitely a great little neighborhood spot to grab a tasty bite. Beer and wine happy hour is a good deal and applies a lot of the times that aren't primary lunch or dinner hours. Service is pretty reliable if you dine in and if you order for carry out, your order will be ready fast even when it's busy. I haven't ever ordered for delivery since I live close so I can't comment on that. Never personally tried it, but I have heard good things about their vegan pizzas, including from a person who isn't vegan but shared one with someone who is.

I’ve learned that “Minnesota-style pizza” is not exactly a blessing, and this place seems to be true to the style. It’s fine ... but their are lots of other pizza joints in the Cities that I’ve liked much more. I feel kinda terrible about this review. You’ll have a nice time and great service if you visit, so if you *also* like old-school square-cut Minnesota schoolhouse pizza, then this place is a big win. On the other hand, if you’ve arrived from “away” as I have, then this ‘za may take some getting used to.

Honestly, I don't care if it is the best pizza ever (but it is), I also don't care if they have great happy hour deals on some yummy beers (but they do), I also don't even care if they have free pool and foosball tables (oh, heck yes they do). Parkway is a staple in our household. Their fresh ingredients, sturdy crust, and generous cheese makes a mean pie every time. My only grievance would be that we are a few blocks out of delivery range, but I can't complain about eating a slice or two on the road after picking up, as it is always worth it. Ahhhh, so good. We live about a mile away and we’ve been going to parkway since the old location. The guys who work there are super nice, fun people (shout-out to Magic the Gathering Night) and the pizza is the best in the twin cities. The party room has been the site of my last three birthdays, and I have not regretted it as every time we all have fun playing foosball, pool, and hooking up a console to the tv (which they gladly let us use). Great service, great management, even better pizza.

Parkway pizza excels at providing a great modern restaurant experience while still feeling like a neighborhood joint. Service is always great, and the gluten and dairy-free options are excellent. If you can have dairy, try the spinach and artichoke dip(gf optional), it will rock your world. If you can't, get some hot wings or a pizza with vegan cheese both are awesome.

I do love their pizza but it is ridiculous that if I wanted to "make my own pizza" it will cost be $25 for a 12inch. Most pizza places advertise that you get up to 2/3 toppings with your pizza and all additional toppings will cost extra, but parkway pizzas start at $15.96 (for 12 inch) and every additional topping other that cheese is an extra $1.60, so my normal pizza at comparable restaurants costs me faaaaaar more. I would love if they would change this, there is no way they put $1.60 worth of toppings on their pizzas when their house combos (with multiple toppings) 12in cost roughly $5 less...please rethink this!

Tried Parkway Pizza for the first time in preparation for the upcoming St. Louis Park (SLP) opening. Well I have to say the haul from SLP to the Minnehaha Ave location was not worth it... The space is great and the service was awesome but the pizza was plain. Had small sausage and onion to get a feel. The sausage is amazing as advertised but the sauce tasted like tomato paste from a can. Well now that I know, I can wait to try the new location in SLP, as this pizza is basic and not on say a Broadway or even Dulanos level. But will be better than SLPs current 🍕 offerings!!!

They had great vegetarian options! The UNmeatball hoagie was extremely tasty. The alternative meat was sliced and not in the shape of a meatball; not what I was expecting, but it made it easier to eat. We opted for inside so we could play pool while waiting for our meal. This restaurant experience was really enjoyable.

Upon arriving at this quaint neighborhood pizza restaurant, I was greeted by wonderful smells and a friendly staff person, but unfortunately the pizza I had pre-ordered was not ready. After waiting 15-20 minutes, it was brought out and the staff said something about a problem with it. When I left the restaurant, it was dark and I tripped and fell over a retaining wall brick that was just outside the door and totally obscured by the large pizza box I was carrying. I arrived home with a black eye, bruised knee, and scrapped palms. When I opened the pizza box, it was overcooked and when I contacted the owner about my accident, he seemed fairly unconcerned. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this local restaurant and will not be going back.
