Reviews of Kindee Thai Restaurant
akshay reddy
Even after seeing so many one star reviews I tried this out because my wife recommended and to my surprise I had good food. Not sure why they got low ratings.
The food was put on table really quick and it was delicious. I liked each and every item we ordered. There is no one item that would go less on taste. We ordered tamarind wings and they were delicious. Fried rice was spot on and drunken noodles were amazing. stir fry cashew chicken was exceptional, there was some gravy in it and I loved it. Fried spring rolls are a must to try.
The only point I would raise is- entrees portions were small compared to the price. But it’s downtown restaurant and inflations is high so who knows. But overall this is a must try restaurant.

Best meal I’ve had in a while. Fried spring rolls, drunken noodles, and Riesling were all divine and service was speedy and friendly. Great spot to hit before the Guthrie.
Lysa Price
Meh. Super disappointed. The portions were super small. Like shocking that the butternut squash curry had maybe 3 small pieces. Same with the noodle dishes. Charge me more and offer me enough food to be satisfied. The flavors were authentic and good. Zero ambiance.

Great service. We went there around 4pm and it was perfect. Great outdoor seating, and our food was brought out pretty quick.
Richard Wells
Fresh spring rolls were made in a very pretty a tight manner; I just about went nuts over the rib starter, the meat was perfect and sauce was TO DIE FOR! I tried to get that sauce ingredients but the server claimed she had no clue. She had a tofu main dish that was “OK”. I asked about what duck dish to get: they have a crispy or basil and was pointed towards the basil one. Must say the duck was prepared just right and basil was all over yet it did not have a very great basil flavor….Service was great and the room is very nice. Lots of street parking and public garages were around too.

I always go to Kindee for takeout. It's great Thai food and have a timely turnaround - sometimes hard with takeout orders spiking recently to find a place with food ready in 20 minutes. I consistently get the yellow curry and the spring rolls!
Zachary Kolodziej
Unfortunately nothing special. Curry had a meager amount of chicken given the price. My order was processed in 10 minutes which I appreciate. I’m sure there’s some good stuff on the menu but I was not personally impressed.

The vibe is casual but also a great place for date night. Our server, Esther, was very sweet and welcoming. She suggested the Mai Thai drink and it was really good! My husband tried two of their Thai beers which he enjoyed. The Money Bags appetizer was out in a timely manner; it was flavorful and crispy. Definitely a must! I got the Pad Thai omlette because it looked interesting. I got chicken and tofu (but should've done chicken or shrimp alone). The dish was flavorful and I enjoyed the noodles. My husband had the Drunken Noodles with shrimp and it was my favorite. He ordered it spicy but not overpowering. Very flavorful and the shrimp were big. Totally recommend!

Overall, I have nothing bad to say about this place! Excellent Thai tea, the best cream cheese wontons I’ve ever eaten (and I’ve eaten many!), and the green curry fried rice was to die for! Everything we ordered was great, alongside quality service and an atmosphere that was lively without being too loud. Solid 5 stars!
LittleBoyOfHope
Emily was great! She kept our waters refilled consistently and served us with a smile as well as helping us answer questions to certain dishes. Food was affordable. Place was excellent. All the dishes were exceptional!! Definitely do try out their curry and their wings!! <3 Oh! Emily even placed us right next to the outlet wall as well!! We were both super low on phone battery after a long photo shoot that day which was just excellent!!

Walked here on my lunch and was super impressed. I ordered paid and got my food within 12ish mins. Got the pad thai and egg fried rice. I wasn't expecting peanut in the pad thai but unexpectedly it was very tasty was a level 3 for spicyness. The egg fried rice though is a 10/10 you need to get.

The food was delicious! Went with a group, and everyone ordered different food (soups, curries, noodles, etc.); all were happy with their meal. The service was good- friendly and attentive.
Note if you go with a group: they will not split tabs in groups of 7 or larger.
M Smith
Fairly good Thai cuisine with varied menu, nice appetizer selection. We liked chicken satay, tom yum soup and cream cheese cranberry wontons. However, service was slow, they were out of fresh spring rolls, and pad thai was mediocre.
Lauren Aust
Perfect lunch spot or meal before a show at the Guthrie. Would recommend the Cream Cheese Wontons, fresh shrimp spring rolls, Broccoli & Peanut Curry, and Pomegranate Oolong tea.
Morgan Peter
I have come here often for sit down experience - both indoor and outside in the spring/summer. The service is impressive as the server handles multiple tables at once (up to 12-15) and we have never waited longer than 15 minutes for food!
We love the beef and lettuce wraps, red curry, cranberry-creme cheese wontons.
The setting is perfectly located right in downtown near the gold metal park as well!
Caitlin Sime
The cranberry wontons are delicious. Shared 4 starters and a few entrees and everything was delightful.
Laura Rose
A cute place, with delicious food, located a block from the Guthrie! The pad Thai, cranberry cream cheese wontons and plum wine were delightful!
Reuben L Correa
Great food, reasonably priced, good service, peaceful ambience, good for meetings and reconnecting with friends
Hilarie Tvedt
Green Curry and Drunken Noodles both very delicious. Also fresh spring rolls were wonderful.

Overall, certain items we like more than others. Food is priced fairly low for portion size so definitely a recommend on budget. Restaurant may or may not have a trend of closing early on slower days based on the other reviews and what we saw.
Stopped by on a slow Friday night.
Recommend the chicken satay, the peanut sauce is some of the best I've had and unique in being much more Umami than most restaurants.
The jungle curry is a unique entry we dont see at a lot of restaurants, but it is much thinner than expected , almost like a Tom yum soup.
Pineapple fried rice was a decent fried rice.
brenda s
Went there last night and had a great experience. We sat outside with a nice view of the Guthrie. The 4 of us enjoyed different meals, from a hot pot soup cooking at our table, some pineapple cashew fried rice, awesome spring rolls, a fried noodle dish and 2 different curry dishes. We enjoyed it all. If you like heat you can get it here and for me I got no heat which I like. Dog friendly outside eating. We will definitely go back and when it gets cold do take out.
Matt Smith
Tremendous meal.
Overall, great meal. Super tasty meat, perfectly cooked veggies, nicely seasoned. Not too much food where you feel bloated after, but enough where you feel unsatisfied.
They took pride in every part of the meal. The rice would have tasted great by itself, the veggies would have been great, the meat would have been great. They didn’t just pour some sauce over the meat and call it a day. It also wasn’t over the top with seasoning or salt. Perfect amount to give its. distinct flavor, but too overbearing.
Veggie egg rolls were top notch too. Haven’t had any that I didn’t like, but at least with these you didn’t feel weighed down. They seemed lighter than others, but not lighter on flavor.
Highly recommend this place, even for people who are the biggest fans of Thai food.
Don Johnson
It was just OK. I liked the seats by the window. It was noisy for a while but by 7:30 the place was empty (Thursday night). The food was good, not great. We sampled each others' entrees and others thought the Drunken Noodle was best. I thought the Thai Basil Stir-fry was better but wouldn't go back for it. The best thing for me was the fried spring roll app. The fresh spring roll wasn't worth it. Service was mediocre. There are lots of places I'd go to before returning here. It was OK but not on my top 25.
Nicholas Willette
Some of the best service I have ever had. Wish I knew the name of our waitress so I could thank her again.
Food was also pretty good!
Fresh spring rolls taste healthy
Pineapple Stir fry was delicious
Pad Thai was ok, tasted good, was mostly bean sprouts however. I'm gonna go back and have it again to make a final judgement.
Stevi Rose
I get the butternut squash curry and add chicken. So yummy. There is typically not a wait for a table. There is cool little street side bistro seating. I like the atmosphere, the food, and the staff. This is easily one of my favorites.
Hvalr Frostborne
Good food paired with excellent presentation if you're into that sort of thing.
Michelle R
When I go to a Thai restaurant I'm expecting to be blown away by flavor, and unfortunately this didn't do it for me.
We had spring rolls for an appetizer which were actually really good and the sauce complemented them very well.
The main course is where this place really fell flat for me. I ordered the jungle curry... And it came out like a soup. The curry was literally like a broth and not a curry sauce. So when I tried to serve it over my rice it didn't stick to the rice AT ALL so I basically had curry rice soup. And I didn't find the curry to be super flavorful either. It was edible at worst, good at best... But not in-your-face flavor like you expect from a Thai red curry.
My mom had a peanut curry which I tried a bit of and that was actually really good. I almost wish I had ordered that instead.
All in all I wasnt impressed and I'd rather go to Sawatdee. That place has way more flavorful food.
Charlton McCoy
The Son-In-Law egg appetizer was phenomenal. However for a Thai place the Pad Thai resembled something I'd get at any standard take out restaurant, and was disappointing. Overall not bad, but for the price I'd say this place is nothing to write home about. Ordered take-out to be fair, although the atmosphere did seem nice.
Rebecca Nyberg
Food is tasty but not exactly gourmet. Waiters have been great, at least when the restaurant is slow. Out of principal, however, I won't be going back. My salad arrived with only half the required dressing (and I am NOT one to overdress salad) so I asked for more and they had the nerve to charge me extra for the dressing that they had already charged me for! Even when I told the waiter that this practice is wrong (should be illegal) they did nothing to remedy it. Plenty of other places to spend your money downtown.
Nammy Le
A great place to catch an evening meal with a buddy. Then walk by the river. Good location and food. Thank you!
Rick Mons
We tried Kindee due to its proximity to the Guthrie and after tiring of the Guthrie restaurant and lounge. It was a good decision.
First impression of the ambience and decor was "Asian hip on a budget." Somewhat sparse but not unpleasantly so and fortunately no Asian Kitsch.
They have an interesting selection of wine by the glass and several Asian beers.
Menu has a decent range but is somewhat understated in terms of descriptions of items. You certainly knew the ingredients but a description of the origins and taste profiles etc would be great for those of us who eat Thai only on occasion.
My wife had chicken with basil and I had the ginger stir fry with chicken. We were pleased with each dish. Good flavor and temperature. My sample of my wife's order was too spicy for my Midwestern palate but the heat was fine by my wife who tolerates spiciness better than I. The ginger sour fry had a sauce that was very good and I found myself wishing that there was more to accompany the remaining rice.
We didn't try the desserts as the entrees were sufficient and who wants to eat too much before a play in the darkened theatre?
So I'm pleased with our first visit and looking forward to another in a month or so. But I'll have to train my palate!

Stopped in on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is fantastic with art and decor to transport you to Thailand. The staff was great, answering our questions and offering suggestions as well as describing the dishes accurately. The food came quickly and delighted the senses. The taste was wonderful and the spices appropriate to what was described. Service was great and friendly. We'll be back for sure.
I would suggest the Thai Basil and several of the apps.
Timeka K.
Service was okay. Food was not anything to get excited about. Got the Pad Se Ew and I wanted to sub glass noodles and they told me they were out of glass noodles. (????) There wasn't really any flavor to it either. I took my leftovers home and added more veggies and toasted sesame seeds and now it's good. :)
Jacque G
Some of the best Thai food I've had, served efficiently with beautiful presentation. Staff were friendly and had that rare ability to be there when you needed them and not there when you didn't. Located very conveniently near the Guthrie Theater, it's a great place for dinner before a show.
Adam Murphy
Great food at great prices. Always outstanding service too. No complaints here.
Karthikeyan Rajaram
This place is a haven for people who love Thai food without meat or eggs. The courtesy of the hosts at the restaurant supersedes the place's amazing ambience. Our host Rebecca was patiently accommodative to all our food requests (more minuses than pluses that we requested in the orders) and explained what could suit our needs. We ordered the Fresh Spring rolls, Green Curry Fried rice and Yellow Curry Fried rice. The food tasted well beyond what we had expected and that only made us order one more Yellow Curry Fried rice, to take home for the next day. A smiling host, vibrant atmosphere and delicious food make this place a must visit. After we were done with the check, Rebecca mentioned, "Will see you guys soon, again" and yes, We will definitely be back again - Many times!!
Jessica Fields
Came here with my family a few weeks ago. Good food - I liked the green curry and my husband liked the Massaman. I wasn't a fan of the son in law egg (had never tried before) but everyone else seemed to like it. I'll definitely go back!

My friend took me der for a late night dinner. First impression: Great ambience. Next impression: Very good service. Next: Very quick Service. Final impression: awesome taste. Finally, a very good restaurant close to stone Arch bridge. Closes at 10:00. But, they made sure that the customer has everything he or she wants from the kitchen before closing the kitchen.
Sanjay Singh
A coworker recommended Kindee Thai to me for dinner while I'm visiting from out of town. It's in a great part of downtown, close to the river. The red curry with chicken was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable.
Kastina Morrison
So I went there on a Monday by myself for lunch because I was waiting to set up for an event at the Guthrie that evening- it was the only place open in the area on a Monday for lunch- so already I was annoyed with everyone else and happy with them. I'm also happy to say it exceeded my expectations with the lunch service! My waitress was one of the most genuine and gracious waitstaff I've ever come in counter with. She needs a raise. I was so happy they let me take up a table with my laptop and sit for a few hours. So friendly and I had a pretty good salad and coffee as well.
Jamie Ulferts
We had a very large takeout order today. Everyone really liked it. I wish I had gotten the chance to enjoy it as well but my order was not included. When we called them they said they specifically remember putting it in. There were 23 orders given and only 22 received. No attempt was made to make it right. Also with an order that large it would be nice if the name of the dish was written on each order to keep from having to open each one and pass it around to figure out who it belongs to.
Derek Erlien
I have never had a bad meal here. I try to sneak over for lunch during the spring - fall. Usually there is a table and sitting outside is nice. If you are going in the evening I would call and make reservations. The first time I showed up for dinner it was PACKED! However, we still ended up at a table after a short wait.
Hans Christenson
Great restaurant. They have a pretty extensive menu and have the option of adjusting the spice of any of their dishes if you want something spicier or a little less spicy than they normally make it. The open design of the kitchen is really cool and you can get a glimpse of them making the food is you're interested. Definitely recommend checking this place out!
Whitney Marie
Loved! Came for happy hour before going to see a play at the Gutherie. The food was delicious, especially the calamari, the sweet potatoes, and the ribs. Oh, and the wing sauce, yum. And a quick nod to the peanut Thai sauce for the chicken skewers.
Our server was very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. She also keep our glasses full....and plates coming.
Katrina Davis
Went here on a Monday at 3 pm. It was happy hour and I ordered the fried calamari and tempura sweet potatoes. Both were half off for happy hour and both were delicious. I also had thai iced tea which was excellent and ordered pad thai to go for my dinner later. The parking garage next door was convenient, and the service was excellent. Very attentive waitress and the food was great. Of course I was one of 2 people in there but they did an excellent job nonetheless and I'll be back. Pad thai looks great, but I haven't tried it yet.
Alador Yemaneab
Food was delicious. Try the sparerib
Elizabeth Campbell
I think it's a tragedy that people have been so harsh on this place. I suspect that it's because some people are price-sensitive. Prices are comparable to all those in the Mill City district and the food here it really fantastic! The ingredients are better than most Thai places that I've been to all over the Twin Cities and across that country. I really love it and would rather pay a tad more for quality.
Eric Colón
Went for mothers day. Mom really enjoyed the food. Aesthetic was lovely. Cool view of the Guthrie. Had the Rad Na with tofu. Great flavor. Would go again.
Stephanie Heppner
Great food and service! We had cranberry cream cheese wontons, which were crispy and deliciius, but a little sweet,, garlic brocolli with shrimp and Jasmine rice was very flavorful, Drunken Noodles with fresh veggies, chicken and wild rice noodles had excellent flavor, and Braised beef curry dish with potatoes, onions and Jasmine rice was perfect. Small downtown place, cute, but not much for atmosphere.
Jennifer Blair
It was a nice place. Good game out quickly, but servicer was not very warm/welcoming. I felt like he was trying to rush us out the door, he didn't bring spices out or check back to see if we liked our dinner. I asked for mushrooms in my dish, it looked like one mushroom was cut up and added and that was it. He didn't offer any desserts, when asked he told us what they were and then asked what we wanted. I asked for some time to think about it since we were in the middle of a conversation and he came back literally 30 seconds later and asked if we were ready more than once. I have it 3 stars because the food was good, not amazing but good.
Deanna Vang
We came in a hour before closing. They were very accommodating and friendly. All the food we ordered was great. Highly recommend the chicken pad Thai. I like it with a little kick so i ordered it spicy.
Robert Schmotter
Took my sister and her husband there for lunch. Everyone enjoyed their dish. The food was light, flavorful and fresh tasting. Best $10 lunch special in town and yes I was a real customer.
Justin Lee
This is a yummy spot
Sitting outside enjoying the beautiful weather and enjoy the sights around. Preferred fried spring rolls with chicken. Ordered snow crab with rice and cucumbers, this was a delightful combo that highlighted each other. The snow crab was great. This is an order made to perfection.
Carole Fredericksen
Great food and service. Definitely recommend.
Jeff Hagen
I've been going there weekly for lunch. Nice patio, kiddie-corner from the Guthrie. Street parking during weekdays is cheap and available. The servers are solid. And the food is always delicious. I get their kung pao shrimp lunch special. 4/5 heat is perfect.
Richard Goerwitz
Nice venue, very near Guthrie. Tired staff. Ordered green curry (menu lists no meat), received it with chicken. Asked for vegetarian, and received another serving back with most of the chicken picked out. Bland (for Thai) but decent food.
Stephanie Rocafort
Thai food is dear to my heart as I grew up traveling to Thailand my entire life because of my dad having to travel for work constantly. I consider Thailand a second home and the one thing I miss the most is the food. This past weekend I was visiting the downtown area and my friend told me I had to try Kindee. I ordered the drunken noodles and I wanted to almost cry of excitement b/c it was exactly what I was expecting. I haven't had drunken noodles that tasted just like what I grew up eating until now. My friend ordered the tamarind wings with the tempura sweet potatoes and I liked them so much I ended up ordering some to go to eat them the next day. This place is amazing and affordable so if you are in the downtown area STOP BY! You won't regret it.
Joe Rice
This is quite literally my favorite restaurant! I go here as often as possible because the food is just so damned delicious. Nothing else compares. Location is also very nice, near the Stone Arch Bridge and Old Mill ruins. If you like Asian food at all, you must come here!
Michael Collard
Food was decent. Weak atmosphere. Very overpriced for the quality. Quite impolite service.. With other great places around like Amazing Thailand I probably won't come back. Not a bad experience, just not worth the high prices.
Cole Dubbels
Would definitely come back! Very nice of them to let us dine in with slightly less than an hour before close. Great curry and chicken.
Nancy M.
I go out to eat 1-3 times a week on lunch break, eat there and usually order a to-go as well.
My food is always hot, fresh and fast!
Kindee has amazing taste, great prices and the service is A+++ every time!!
They have gotten to know me and what I like, make good menu suggestions and always have my to go order in perfectly . ( unlinke most places)
I have been to other restaurants in the area on lunch break Service at Wasabi was horrible each time ( even telling the server ahead of time i was on a tight schedule, both times server was rude to me.) Spoon River gave the same result (slow, got my food 45 min after ordering) and an attitiude to go along with it. I cant believe how rude servers are downtown!!
Sawatdee slow unless you order buffet food.
Cyrus Zielinski
Very good food. Good prices for what you get. Very nice interior.
Jessica B.
3 visits in the last month for a great lunch deal! The food is always superb (ordered something different each time), and the waitstaff is always friendly and helpful. Plan on about an hour for lunch.
Rebecca Asheim Keller
We got take out from them for the first time tonight and were absolutely blown away. Delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely be making this a staple in our places to order from.
Becca Pitan
I have tried Pad Thai at many different restaurants and this one takes the cake! It is my ultimate favorite. The location of Kindee is absolutely ideal- I love coming here for dinner before hitting up a show at the Guthrie Theater.
Ashta Covino
I absolutely LOVED this restaurant, it was worth the long wait, but the only reason there were so many people was because it was during KCACTF when I was in Minneapolis, so the food bars in the Guthrie and near the theater were all very jammed packed with college theatre students. However our waiter was very nice and the pineapple rice dish I got was SOOOO GOOD. When I move to Minneapolis I will definitely be eating here often.
Joel Rogness
Meh. We had the calamari - over priced, but fine. The massaman curry and one of the noodle dishes. The curry was pretty bland, though the noodle dish was nicely complicated with some subtle bitter greens. I was hoping for an upscale Thai experience, and didn't find it.
Whitney Smith
Conveniently located close to the Guthrie Theater. Good food, good service, and surrounded by windows- great for people watching. Highly recommended!
Amber Gallaway
Just got back from Thailand and craving some Thai food already. Food was legit, and our waiter was amazing! I didn't get his name, but he was really nice. I'll definitely be back!
Shadi Wadi-Ramahi
Great service. I had fried spring rolls & yellow curry with chicken. I asked for spicy and you can select 1-5 on spicy scale. I finished with sticky rice & mango good ending when you have spicy food.
Cari Rivan
Very good thai food! Cute ambiance.
Grace H
No free parking nearby but meters aren't too expensive. I liked how it wasn't far from gold medal park so we could take a stroll after lunch. Dishes were good but smaller in the portion size end but that could be because they were lunch specials.
John D
Enjoyed watching a lady throw a temper tantrum cause she was busted for being on a tinder date for the 2x in a week at this location and trying to send the same food back she did earlier in the week. She then threw mints like a 2 year old made for a good laugh. Food is passible staff was nice and accommodating.
Augustin McLaughlin
Great service, nice diverse menu. I ordered the duck curry and it was easily the best sauce I’ve ever tasted. It’s also really affordable, highly recommend it.
Michelle Fernandez
I absolutely love Thai food, especially after befriending a thai chef. Given this, my standards on what thai food should look and taste like are better than before I befriended him. I was in Minnesota and craving thai so I ended up at Kindee. First, the decor was beautiful. I love feeling comfortable and entertained with all the things around me. I recieved this here. The one dish I always order at a thai restaurant is the papaya salad. I love it spicy, especially since the first time I tried it was from my thai friend. Generally I go to a thai restaurant and even when I say hot it comes out a little over mild. Kindee stays traditional and brings what you order. My eyes were watering but it tasted sooo good I couldn't stop eating it. I had the pad thai as an entree and my friend had the drunken noodle; both were so delicious. For desert, we tried the fried banana. Honestly, I've had a frozen banana but never a fried banana. I recommend everyone to try one. Our server was so nice AND funny. I love going to a restaurant where the server is easy going any funny because it makes the experience better. I want to thank Kindee for not only making my dining experience but my trip a little more fun. I will definately return to Kindee when I visit Minnesota again. Excellent!
Matthew Gramlich
Prompt, courteous service. The basil duck was fantastic. If the kitchen staff weren't busy making delicious food I would go back there and give them a hug.
Laura Valencia
Nice local atmosphere, service was attentive!
Rob Johnson (Livedownline)
Super yummy! Had calamari, chicken skewers, cranberry creme cheese (must have) appetizers, Beef Pad Thai and chocolate cake. Great service...
Ryan S
The service was alright, but we went during peak hours. One member of our party had to ask twice for their drink. Food was fairly good and I couldn't complain about it.
Spencer Chandler
Terrific food with almost full gluten free accommodation - nice servers - happy hour food specials at great prices - kitty corner from the Guthrie yet not too pricey or upscale - I think they need a dedicated lunch menu, though, like a smaller entree with soup/salad - seems to be the same menu from lunch to dinner
Caleb Goodew
Best tai food in the Minneapolis, Saint Paul area. Chef Sota is incredibly talented in his taste combinations. Servers are attentive and well educated on the menu. I would highly recommend to anyone new or experienced with Thai cuisine.
Conway Reese
Great food, nice atmosphere, friendly staff; perfect place to stop for a bite before going to the Guthrie. The only draw back was they were out several dishes.
Evik James
We showed up at 3:30 pm on a Saturday. There was lots of street parking and available seating. The service was excellent and the food was really fresh and tasty. Great value!
dubbe035 University of Minnesota
Loved the curry and the chicken. Hoping to come back soon. I'm happy they have indoor dining again.
Adam Suedkamp
Good variety of Thai dishes and a casual atmosphere. Great location very close to the Guthrie Theater and the Mill City Museum. Busy on theater nights!
Andrea Batt
Food is okay but overpriced. Service is very hands off. I can't remember what my friend had but she couldn't finish it was so bad. Mine was much better, considering, but still not my go to spot. I'd much rather go to other places in the area, Zenbox or Wasabi.
Noel Voss
Amazing Thai food at great prices! I loved their tea! The yellow curry fried rice was so tasty and savory!
Adam Belz
Had lunch here. Yellow curry with chicken and potatoes. I give it 7 out of 10. Tasted fresh. Pretty good, not spectacular. Service was slow but whatever.
Sam Jacobson
Absolutely delish Thai food - not too sweet like other “American” Thai places
Blafm
The food honestly isn't the best but the service is absolutely amazing! Everytime I go, the servers are very kind and my water glass is always full. Highly recommend
Brian Ferdman
The food was delicious but my waiter was rushing me through lunch, trying to get rid of me on a day when the restaurant was not at all busy. I would've preferred service that matched the quality of the food.
Grand Gao
Nice service & food, decent service! Ordered the noodle & curry as recommended, very tasty and authentic indeed! Thai Ice-tea is a must-order.
Annie Shao
I went here awhile ago, but loved the food and presentation! It is perhaps a bit pricey, but I haven't gone to many places in downtown Minneapolis, so it could just be normal pricing for the area.
Sara Mills
They were very busy, but still courteous. They have excellent prices for such good quality food. the cranberry cream cheese wonton are to die for!
Jeff Olson
This was our first time eating Thai food. It was excellent food. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely eat there again.
Quentin Ikuta
The food is pretty good and the staff are friendly albeit somewhat slow. You’ll have to ask for chopsticks and additional hot sauce otherwise they won’t be offered.
Steven Peer
Great menu, very pleasant staff, and a kick-butt $3 Thai Iced Coffee we nick-name "Liquid Crack" Luncheon prices excellent; not much more than Fast-Food.
Hasith D
Good food, good location, patio seating on a sunny day is excellent. Their calamari appetizer and Thai iced coffee are our favorites!
Collin Malaney
Eat the wontons and fried spring rolls, you'll thank me. The Pad See Ew and Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles and Yellow Curry are also favorites... Needless to say this place is worth visiting.
M.O. E.
Very delicious Thai option. Food was fresh and the flavor was excellent. My only complaint is the small portion size!
Elanor Riley
Service was slowish but food was good
Dave Campbell
Love coming to this place. Feels like a home-owned operation. Great neighborhood feel.
Food is always right-on.

I called during their open hours, was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I occasionally order from here, the food is decent not the greatest but good. Penang curry is good

Food and service was subpar. Would describe as adequate at best. Only reason for three stars is due to the proximity to the Gutherie Theater.

(Translation) This Thai restaurant is just opposite the Mill city museum. The interior decoration is very modern and the space is very comfortable. We ordered Pad thai Thai rice noodles, fried beef rice, Thai milk tea and Thai coffee, all of which taste very good good! There is no difference in memory from what I ate when I traveled to Thailand, and the portion is very large, you will definitely be full! The service staff is also very kind, I like it very much
