Visited Francis for a late lunch on a Saturday and there were a handful of tables available. We ordered the juicy Lucy (impossible) and a single cheeseburger with Jalapeños (impossible) both which were absolutely delicious. Anyone who’s making the switch to meat alternatives know it’s hard to make the perfect burger, but they have succeeded! Tasty, crispy seasoned fries paired perfectly. The servers were very friendly delivering waters after you order, and I liked the QR code at each table so everything is right at your fingertips without grubby menus. The vibe was laid back diner and it was cozy but the tables were not too close together / overcrowded. Looking forward to coming back here and adding a cocktail or cider to the meal!

The fries are amazing here! Service was great. The atmosphere is split between a calm, dark room and a lighter, more energetic social space. Stick with the bar side if you want a bit more chill environment. They have gluten free buns and the burgers were wonderful.

So it is really good, both friends thought, if you didn't tell me it was meat I wouldn't have known. Their food is well seasoned (fantastic fries) and legit a plethora of sauces to choose from (all were good) AND you can get beer and cocktails here. My concern is the pricing. I could go to stock and spade and honestly get something very close to this, faster and way cheaper. I'm all for giving fair wages, but sometimes the business also needs to foot that bill to a degree. A 20% fee for someone to bring me a water and food and that's it, what am I really tipping on then? You have a QR code to order food. I felt like I went to an actual restaurant for the price I paid and got less attention. Tipping in America will forever be weird even when I work in this industry.

The cocktails here were unique and so so delicious. Also, amazing food, the burgers were so good, the buns were perfect. I ordered the baconator and it was perfectly cooked and just incredible, though I recommend you order it with veggies on it! I also tried the juicy Lucy and bacon ranch chicken sandwich, which were also both just incredible. This is the best vegan burger place in the cities FOR SURE.

I am in trouble now! This place has the best vegan cheeseburgers (with optional vegan bacon), fries, and brussel sprouts! Juicy Lucy? Check. Super friendly staff. Check. Super crispy fries? Check. GF options including dedicated fryer.

Absolutely in love with this new burger joint. Atmosphere 5/5 and food 10/5. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it. They have a fun selection of cocktails and good beer/wine choices. I forgot to take photos of my food because as soon as they set the food down, I dived in and didn't stop. I will definitely be returning!

These burgers y’all! The bun is toasted perfectly, cheese is so melty, and the patty is on point. The first time I had one I said, this is all vegan?? Yes friends it is and it’s delightful. The fries seasoned and crispy and the ranch is delish!

In a world where beer isn’t beer (cider) and burgers aren’t burgers (plant-based) Francis is pretty much the best you can get. The fries are super tasty too.

This new spot in town is amazing! The food was so good and it came out quick. The service was really great, the employees were all smiles and acknowledged us on the way in and out. We got a couple drinks and both were unique and really tasty. I highly recommend the root beer type cocktail (it had some nice foam on top) and the pickle whiskey! The folks who run this business are amazing humans, so definitely check it out when you are craving your next burger. And keep in mind, these burgers are not just for vegans, they are for anyone who loves a good burger. TLDR: Go to Francis.
