Happy hour menu is solid. The pineapple curry was good but no vegetables?? Just pineapple and a protein which makes it lackluster.

Wow. Delicious. Great prices and what you would expect. It was actually spicy when asked to make it spicy. Portions are huge! Prepare for 2-3 meals out of the fried rice or pad Thai. Fried tofu app was great and like the reviews said, they could sell the peanut sauce separately and pay rent that way. Delicious and quick service, we will be back.

Cute place, friendly service, but food was not great. Pad Thai was mushy, tofu option came with three little cubes of tofu, chicken option had a bit more, but still pretty thin. Some dishes had a plastic-y flavor. Spring rolls were the best thing we had, pretty fresh and flavorful. Portions were pretty large.

Great food and amazing service. We ordered the Pot Stickers, Crab Ragoon, Pad Thai, and Pepper Beef. The quality was great and we enjoyed watching the sunset over the city. The manager came over and we had a great conversation. Such an awesome place. I am looking forward to returning next time I am in town!

Best to make a reservation. Our waiter was great. They have a selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. The Thai papaya salad w/ sticky rice was perfect— fresh, spicy, flavorful, and balanced. I wouldn’t get the red curry again, but it was alright.

We went on the restaurant’s two year anniversary. My first time here, and I have to say of all my recent pad Thai experiences, that this one was the best! The Thai fried rice was also delicious! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic service, staff was very attentive. The Spring Rolls (Vegetarian) had good texture and the peanut sauce was well flavored. The Crab Rangoon (Cream Cheese Wantons) were crisp and not oily. The sauce that accompanied them was well balanced. The Chicken & shrimp pad Thai was sweetly flavored and it wasn’t overbearing. It was very tasty and fresh! Great place, good location! I recommend this for lunch, a dinner date or when you’re wanting excellent Thai!

Midday weekend date with my love. Great atmosphere and staff. Perfect location to bar hop after. Ordered the chicken satay and wonton cream cheese puffs along with drinks. Had a fantastic time. Can't wait to come and order more.

I haven't visited the restaurant directly, so can't comment on the ambience. However I had ordered food from them through Uber Eats and it was delicious. I had ordered Pho and Red Thai curry and both tasted amazing. A tip though, the Pho description says it has meatball and beef slices, however if you do not choose any meat, it doesn't come with those by default. That's a mistake I did while ordering. I had called the resturant for some clarification and the stuff were really friendly and helpful too.

Amazing red curry, good quality rice and arrived hot which is uncommon for third party delivery services, pleasantly surprised! The wings with the house sauce are great, dark savory sauce with a bit of spice. Egg rolls and fresh spring rolls are awesome here too

I went to Flamin‘ Thai cuisine with eight of my friends this weekend. It was our first time dining there. Right before we ordered our waiter informed us that they no longer served sushi. We were bummed, but the truth is we were there for the Thai food. Between the nine of us we ordered 10 different dishes and they were all amazing! We tried a seafood stirfry dish, tilapia, four different curries, pad Thai, tom yum, laab, and the calamari. We were impressed by every dish we ordered! They were delicious and packed with flavor! Wow! The service was great! We will be back! 👏🏽🎉😍

This is my first time trying this place and I really loved it. I ordered takeout and the guy who helped me on the phone, Laiman p (that is what my reciept says so hopefully I'm not mistaken), was so kind. They had my food ready in ten minutes and it was delicious! I will definitely come here again and recommend it to others !

Great service, Henry was my server tonight. He made a very good impression on me. I had the Holy Thai Basil Stir Fry. I asked for hot and got what I wanted. The stir fry sauce was absolutely delicious, served with perfectly steamed rice. I am definitely putting Flaming Thai Quisine on my go too and take out list!

Awesome food and awesome service. Has spring rolls, crispy egg rolls, red curry delight and my husband got one of the skillets - all super delicious and only $43 plus AMAZING Thai iced tea!! Our waiter was super attentive and was also hilarious and fun to have a conversation with. I wish I would have gotten his name but I know he's Filipino lol. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back!!!

WHAT CAN I SAY!!!. Me and my boyfriend stopped in tonight for the first time and the food was AMAZING. Henry helped us and he was super cool and welcoming. His hospitality made us feel so welcome and will make us come back time and time again The people here are so friendly and the environment is inviting. We could chill and talk all night with the people here. I had the drunken noodle and my bf had the fried rice meal and they were both DELICIOUS. This is some of the best food I've tasted in awhile. Service was nice. There was no AC in the restaurant at the time, but I’m assuming that’s not the usual and that it was being worked on. The food was good, but nothing much to write home about. A good few vegan options, some dishes you have to specify no egg (such as the pad thai). Sushi was quite good!

We shared the red curry with Kabocha squash, vegetable rainbow medley stir fry, and drunken noodles as well as vegetarian spring rolls. The spring rolls were not very good - they tasted like the meat was simply left out and there was no main flavor. The red curry was delicious with great flavor and texture (my favorite) and the drunken noodles were very enjoyable and a good spice level (my wife's favorite).

Some of the best curry I've had! The spicy is actually spicy unlike a lot of restaurants I've been to, and Henry is probably the best server I've ever had. Totally worth it!

Best masaman curry I’ve ever had, and the spice levels are actually accurate. I hate when I ask for a level 3 or medium spice and I get a dish with no discernible spice whatsoever — that won’t happen at flamin’ Thai. Their pad Thai wasn’t my favorite, but definitely wasn’t bad and I would try it again when I can dine in (rather than delivery) so that it’s still nice and hot.

The food here is perfection every time. The staff is extremely respectful, professional, attentive and a great fun group of people. Every time. Tonight, I knew what I wanted/craving.... but I could not find it on the menu. Henry listened to me and ordered the Holy Thai Basil with Chicken and it was exactly wanted! Come visit Flamin Thai! You won't regret it! P.S. the parking lot near the restaurant has 5 spaces... but its tight, not alot of space to maneuver and its a high traffic area. (Its shared by Chipotle). If you're going to drive, I would suggest parking on the street near Town Hall Brewery opposite Flamin Thai and walk safely along the crosswalk. Or...It's within walking distance from the West Bank Lightrail; and if you're going via bus... there is a bus stop directly in front of Flamin Thai. You won't regret venturing to this establishment!

I was in for a late lunch. The wait staff was fast and friendly and helpful. The papaya salad was in the best heat and flavor profile I've come across (been on a ten place quest lately). Want to get back and go after the rest of the menu. The wine list was modest, but solid choices. Really compliments the spice.

I ordered from Flamin Thai for the first time last night and it was absolutely delicious! I had the Potak Combo Seafood Stir Fry. Generous portions of seafood and the sauce was amazing. I've never had Thai food this good. Will definitely be ordering again and visiting in-person post pandemic. Highly recommend.

Loved the Tom Kha! Curries and sushi are excellent too! Went 7/1 after a tour of UMN and it was the perfect place. Sorry I left my leftovers on the table - got back to the car and was bummed when I realized it. Special shout out to our server in the MN Viking hat! Space is clean, bright, and open. Great job!

This was our first time trying this restaurant and I give it five stars! The food was amazing and I liked that you could pick the level of spicy you want for your food. Our waitress was helpful with picking out foods and also very polite. We make a trip to the cities twice a year and I cannot wait to come back to this place! I recommend the veggie spring rolls and the red curry!

Ordered food through Uber eats and it was amazing. As a Lao person who eats homemade Lao/Thai food almost everyday, I can honestly say this tastes authentic. Very spicy and delicious. My mom caters throughout the community with similar food items and she even agrees that it tastes great compared to other Thai restaurants. The prices are not too bad either - it’s actually surprisingly cheaper compared to some Thai restaurants in the north suburbs where there are a lot of Thai restaurants. I don’t usually do reviews, but noticed this place only had a few reviews so I thought I’d help out. The food is great! I’ll continue to order from this restaurant when I don’t have time to cook.

Flamin' Thai is a great restaurant! The owner is very friendly and recognized me after only one visit. The other staff members are also really kind and welcoming. Their food is tasty and offers different spice levels, which is awesome. I especially recommend the Thai potatoes, and you absolutely must try their Thai tea.

I have been ordering delivery through ChowNow during the pandemic, and now that I am fully vaccinated and Minneapolis is 70%+ vaccinated, I feel comfortable dining in-person. It was really fun to go for the first time in-person. I missed drinks in person! I had the crispy egg roll, cream cheese wontons, calamari, and Panang curry as the entrée. If you want to be healthier, they also have great salads and spring rolls! But when I go out, I go out!

Quick but great service! The gyoza was a good, maybe a tad dry but still delicious! The mojito was sweet but just the right amount. The spicy crab was the right amount of spicy. I didn’t have a dessert but I’m sure it would’ve been great.

We came with family on a Saturday afternoon (party of 12). Joe took care of us, making sure out water was full, food was delivered hot and we had all we needed. I had fried vegetables for starters which had great variation (broccoli, onion, cauliflower, etc) and sauce was perfect. For dinner I got the Thai style country potatoes. Holy sh*t was that awesome. Dessert (I forget the name) but it was sweet rice, banana and some sweet sauce and seseme seeds. So fantastic. The Thai tea is also wonderful and clearly made from scratch. Will definitely be back!

Some entres are better than other. Loved the fried rice but not fan of drunken noodles. Curry was ok too. Not complaining since good food was hard to find in the city.

I am so happy and excited that this restaurant is open for buisness! I ordered a coconut style soup and it came in a bowl heated by flaming gel, wow! I will definitely be going back to try more food on the menu, looks like there are many healthy/tasty options at a reasonable price.

Used the Grubhub service and was pleasantly happy! Had the pho which had a very fragrant broth and 7 shrimp, had the spring rolls and the chicken satay. Sauces that came with all items were good but beware of the sweet and sour sauce. It appears to be a combination of siracha and bbq which was good but make sure your palate is siracha ready!. The peanut sauce for the satay was like a peanut butter cookie taste and was wonderful! Would definitely try their food again!!!

Amazing fried chicken! A hidden gem in the West Bank. If you are craving any Thai food, this is definitely the place to go. Their massaman curry is my favourite dish there! You won't regret it

Flamin Thai is a welcome addition to the neighborhood! The food was so full of flavor, fresh and delicious. Easy carry-out and a nice looking space to dine in. I ordered the Green Papaya Salad (Thai style), so tasty! I also ordered the Panang curry which was thinner than expected (like soup) but full flavored and delicious; with lots of veggies. I also had the drunken noodles with shrimp; again SO tasty. They offer four levels of spice from mild to flamin hot. I ordered the "hot" and it had a good kick. So happy to support this yummy local business.

I usually don't do reviews, but this restaurant was beyond amazing. The food was authentic, especially the papaya salad. It tasted just how my mom makes it. I'm Laotian by the way, and the some of the staff was too! They were so friendly and the service was great. I would visit again if I ever visit the state again.

Honestly, the best Thai restaurant in Minneapolis (the other best being in Dtwn St. Paul) We’ve ordered from here a few times in the last few weeks and every time they have delivered. I’m very picky when it comes to Thai food (fav type of food) and I am always hesitant to try a new places because I’ve been disappointed many times. I have tried Thai food from many places in the US and these place has won my heart.

Went on happy hour and had spring rolls and cheese puffs. Both were very tasty and the sauces were great, I especially liked the cheese puff sauce. We ordered Thai fried rice and cashew chicken stir fry. Both were very good. Waitress was very nice and efficient. Food was served quickly and was very hot when it arrived. Portions and price was about what you would expect in the area. We will definitely go back, one of the better Thai places we have been to.
