Sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, then another 5 at the window while the employees sat and talked amongst themselves. 4 cars behind me waiting in line too. My food was hot, that's cool.. But come on, you've got a team of folks working in a restaurant with cars waiting and you're all up front talking about last nights party laughing and joking with people on their lunch breaks waiting for food and orders to be taken.

The Drive Thru was packed but the service was pretty fast. Some new faces so bare with them. If they mess up your order they will fix it. Great for a quick bite or a family chill night.

Drive thru is above average. No inside seating which is strange to me. Makes me feel like I'm not welcomed. They give you food through a rotating tray from behind bullet resistant glass

This location only has drive through or take out service. There is no dining area available. The ordering vestibule for walk up/take out has an off putting smell as most Wendy's in the Milwaukee area seem to have and is somewhat claustrophobic and is often filled with obnoxious customers or sometimes even panhandlers. Considering it's a takeout/drive through only Wendy's the service is unusually slow. They are the best Wendy's I have gone to as far as for their execution of the baconator fries is concerned. They tend to pile on the bacon, cheese, and grease, if that's what you are going for. Considering its baconator fries I wouldn't expect it any other way. I really haven't had much more from this location other than chocolate frostys, which are pretty hard to mess up. So if you are in need of a baconator fries and chocolate frosty fix, you don't mind a little roughness around the edges with some free entertainment while you wait and have some spare change to give up this is your place. If you aren't in for a show or have any spare change stick to the drive through and keep your windows rolled up.

Poor service!!!! So i ordered and they me my food. I had the wrong drink, my fries were cold and i didnt have any ketchup for my fries. I still ate it but that's not the point! Give me what i asked for, considering its my money that paid for it.

There is no place to sit. It is take out only. The drive through is slow and the bulletproof glass up front makes you feel like a zoo animal.

When Milwaukee Bucks win a basketball game Wendy's gives out free junior bacon cheeseburger as long as you buy a medium drink. I had promised my grandson a milkshake @ the game but they were overpriced. So when we arrived @ Wendy's on 27th St near Wisconsin Ave I asked the manager if I could get a medium frosty for my grandson instead of a soda. He allowed that. I'll be back. Thanks for taking care of my grandson. Sales are easy. Ask folks what they need and give it to 'em.

It’s a love hate relationship when it comes to the Wendy’s in the hood I called and they answered the phone and I was able to order a salad and the drive-through was wasn’t packed and the food was fresh, depending on who’s working determines how good or bad your food will be
