The MKE burger is top tier! 5/5 definitely recommend. And the fries are so good. The brisket grilled cheese was good, but definitely needed a sauce since it was kind of dry. But the brisket on that sandwich was phenomenal. The cauliflower buffalo taco and the steak pita wasn't as good as everything else hence the 4 stars. Other than that I will be back.

Everything here was wonderful! I would strongly recommend anything from the menu here. The brisket here is very good. The waitstaff here was very nice and the inside has plenty of seating and is comfortable and in a good spot with bars close by. I’m sure I’ll be back here in the future to try out some more of the food here!

This place, The Truck Stop, is located inside the bar, The Garage, across from La Masa on Brady. If you put it in Google maps, it will take you to the corner of Van Buren & Brady for some reason. This place is definitely worth a stop. I wanted to try the waffle wrapped sausage ($10) and it was delicious. Their steak taco ($4.50) is 💥 especially if you like chimichurri. Also their $6 mimosas were mostly champagne in a big glass.

This is One MASSIVE tasty meat 🥩 filled egg 🥚 filled potato 🥔 filled cheese 🧀 filled and EVERYTHING ELSE THEY USE FILLED 😆😁👍🏽 Burrito 🌯! So very yummy ! And I ACTUALLY got good quality food tasty 😋 and enough for lunch 👌🏽 It’s not easy starting up a restaurant and hoping people love your passion as much as the owner /chef does . I encourage this specific Owner to keep going ! Milwaukee is in DIRE need of little Gems 💎 hidden throughout its City 🌆 The Truck Stop is officially one ☝🏽 in my opinion (and yes my opinion is a worthy one TRUST me 🤗 cause this Cuban lady can cook can and does throw down in the kitchen lbvs 😁😆) I definitely appreciate a place where the food is the quality 👌🏽💎💣

We randomly stumbled upon this place when looking for lunch because Up-Down wasn't serving pizza. Thank goodness we did. I ordered sweet with the Pancake flight (brunch on Saturdays apparently), which contained a blueberry, a s'mores, and a pineapple upside-down cake...1 each. Of the three, somehow s'mores was the loser (and s'mores, mind you, was f'ing amazing). The blueberry was a step up from that, and pineapple upside-down cake was nirvana on a plate. While already stuffed to the seams (I got to the pineapple last), I was still forced to cram it down my craw to ensure I didn't miss a morsel of it's beautiful taste. My wife went savory, ordering a Bloody Mary (which for some inexplicable reason was free...because we ordered food at lunch time on a Saturday...hey we aren't complaining) and the loaded hash browns. The damndest thing was this, we couldn't figure out which entree was better. Gravy + potato + bacon + egg = *drool*. Again, we found ourselves gorging well beyond the point of full. The free bloody was the best bloody we've ever had served in a plastic cup... All of this is to say that we haven't touched their normal menu, but if brunch is any reflection of the overall food quality, I see a lot of door dash/future visits coming... Update: we went back to the new location inside of The Garage. Although the pancake flight is gone (super sad!), we found alternative options for brunch. I had the "How High Chicken & Biscuit", a chicken sandwich on a homemade biscuit with baked parmesan cheese, bacon, an egg, and some maple sauce. It was HUGE, and amazing, and left me full with plenty to spare. It came with a side of tots which were crispy and delicious (my wife LOVED THEM). She had the sausage waffle sticks, which were sausages wrapped in waffles covered with maple syrup and crumbled bacon. These were a great sweet alternative to the missing pancake flight, and did NOT disappoint. Truck Stop MKE remains near the top of our brunch spots in town

I came across PigTailz at a food truck festival and I was hooked. I followed their truck all around the city. I hated that I was not able to enjoy their food during colder months. I was so excited when they opened a restaurant! The food here is absolutely delicious! I have never been disappointed with anything I have eaten from The Truck Stop. The portions are nice and always the same. The steak tacos with extra chimichurri sauce is my favorite with the braised pork tacos coming in as my second favorite. My daughter loves the Buffalo cauliflower tacos. My husband always gets D.T.E nachos. The food is very flavorful and I have not tasted food like this anywhere else. On their Facebook page their share specials and limited dishes. Tip: Call ahead so your food is ready when you get there! They also have added online ordering.

First meal we had in Milwaukee and the only reason we had it was because both Thai restaurants we wanted to eat at were closed. Probably the only time I will say I'm happy we didn't have Thai because the food here is insanely delicious. Not only is the food amazing, the interior is decked out with dope Hip-Hop gear + sparkling clean. Thanks for the unforgettable food and food recs that were also on point.Coming here immediately when we're back in Milwaukee

The Brisket Burger from the ROLLMKE truck was phenomenal! The burger was juicy and the brisket was extremely tender and flavorful. The Garlic Aoili on the toasted Brioche bun is what sold me on ordering this from the menu. I didn't get the pickled onions, they just aren't my style. The side of chive fries were extremely generous and the entire meal was well worth the cost of $$. The portion was huge, which my husband was thrilled about being able to scoop up my leftovers. 10/10 for sure the best food truck I have ever had and I highly recommend it. ** This was at the Corners of Brookfield on 8/17, the female at the window was exceptionally kind and had fantastic customer service skills**

Top tier street comfort food. I had the steak tacos and cannot complain. Didn't try the fries, but other reviews say nothing but s-tier. The interior has a modernized, old school hip-hop theme. Seating is far and in-between, so get there early or order to-go and walk down Brady. If you're on the lower-eastside, this is definitely a spot you'd want to try.

We ate here today for brunch. Everything was great. My wife said the hot chicken sandwich was the best she's ever had. I had the breakfast tacos which were also very good. Great experience.

We stopped by for a lunch and it is a nice little taco burger place. The interior is really neat, except the restroom was out of service. I got the MKE burger and my husband had the brisket burger and brisket tacos with chive fries. Everything had good flavor and good portions of food.

I had the steak pita and the flavor was good. The sauce and Pico tasted fresh, but the steak was tough and a little dry. The fries were average. I regret not getting the loaded fries as I am sure they have more to offer than what I experienced. I will return and try something else in the future.

Damn good loaded pork fries!!!! Meal is a must eat! Music on point! Place is clean (kind of wanted that biggie with the crown poster). Just make sure when they turn on the TV, that they don't put it on kitchen nightmare. 👍🏿👍🏿

Best tacos in America! If you dont agree then you're wrong! Update, they now serve just single tacos so if you want 2 like they used to serve you need to specify! Still an awesome place for tacos and Friday fish fry!

We just tried their food at Taco Fest. Absolutely blown away by the flavor combinations. The korean chicken taco is one of the best things I've ever eaten. Cuban a very close second. Looking forward to visiting their brick and mortar

Excellent food and service. Great vegetarian menu available. We had a terrific time with the owner from Stephens Point. You cannot go wrong having a great meal at this former food truck owners brick and mortar location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant!!

I've had Pig Tails food from the truck before and it was delicious! I made a point to remember the name, and was excited to hear the same group opened up the Truck Stop on Brady. I just went and got a breakfast burrito, it was packed full of goodness. Their flavors are on point, the restaurant was nice, their staff was friendly. It's a fantastic establishment and others should definitely check it out. Best breakfast burrito in MKE if you ask me.

Found this place by accident and I'm so glad we did. I had the korean chicken tacos and the sweet potato portobello tacos as well. I could probably eat 100 of these tacos! My husband had the brisket grilled cheese and he could not stop raving about it. You definitely need to check this place out, but go early as seating is limited.

Brady street Breakfast Burritos where the Bomb. We had the veggie and a steak and both did not disappoint. Today was their first Saturday (11am-3pm) trying it out and I hope they keep it up. For years I've been looking for a breakfast burrito in Milwaukee that could compare to my favorite spot in So Cal, and I belive I finally did. I'll be back.
