Hubby and I have been to Ref Robins many times and the burgers are always good. Pizza has now been added to the menu for more variety other than burgers. Our server was very attentive. Fries with our entree were cold, however our reorder of fries were piping hot! The restaurant could stand to be freshened up as it is looking kinda run down.

My husband and I had an early dinner here on a Sunday to have the 3 for $10 deal (which was still posted on their website). We were seated right away, but when asked about the deal the waiter said “oh no no no we don’t do that here”, which was disappointing. Our drinks and first order of fries were served promptly. We asked for straws but ended up waiting so long, I went to the bar to get them. The information on the “ziosk” is incorrect regarding cleanliness. I witnessed a table being cleaned with a cleaning spray, but did not see the high touch areas (condiments/seasoning) being wiped down. The silverware we received definitely did not look like it was “washed twice”. The fries were hot and fresh. And that is the only thing I can say nicely about the food. The whiskey bbq burger was smothered in mushrooms, it was the only thing you can taste and the bacon cheeseburger had so much mayo it would ooze out after a few bites (see attached). We were tempted to order the donut tower for dessert, but never had a chance to. During the middle of our meal, the waiter asked if we needed help paying using the ziosk. He never came back to the table. It seemed like he was kicking us out even though it was far from busy and he was still waiting on other tables. If it wasn’t for the original promptness of being seated, and receiving our drinks & first order of fries right away this would be a much lower score.

I've been to this Red Robin a million times and always order off the kids menu as a 20yr old because I really just don't eat a lot. I asked for a kids menu and the lady didn't give me one since I'm not 12, which I get is rules but man I was shocked. I ordered what I wanted anyway and she allowed it with not unlimited refills, which is fine bc I didn't want a ton of food in the first place and didn't even finish my one serving. The atmosphere otherwise was fine, and the food was great like always.

Great customer service! Our server was awesome! Food was spot on. Ordered medium rare burgers and they came out perfect temperature. Bottomless lemonades were super tasty! We ordered 3 different kinds and they were all amazing! The place was super busy when we got there. Was told 10 minute wait but they texted me in less than 5 minutes for our table. Will definitely be going back soon!

The service was one of the best post covid. The waiter kept beverages filled. Offered fry refills and got our order straight with a group of 7. They were honest with us why our kids pizza was late, they dropped it and had to remake it. Post covid alot of restaurants are under staffed and as a customer I can feel a dip in experience... this was nice.

Stopped in for a family dinner on a busy Saturday. The hostess was able to seat us almost immediately and then we were taken care of all night by Isaiah. The service was top notch throughout our meal and when we ran into an issue with one of our meals being too spicy the staff immediately took it off our order and got a new entree out to us. All in all good spot for a family night out with delicious food options even for our picky eaters. Looking forward to coming back and enjoying their stellar service again.

We never have good service and we have to hunt our servers down to get refills of anything. It never seems like they have enough servers on. But the food is hands down awesome. Never had a burger I didn't like. I highly recommend joining their rewards program. They have amazing deals.

We love their burgers from regular burgers too vegetarian. Unlimited fries are a bonus. This last time the service was very slow. We had to get up find someone to get us napkins. Didn't really come back much. Always had to hunt the server down. Don't go there for great service.

Red Robin: Red Robin (RR) is a gourmet burger chain that was founded back in 1969 in Seattle, Washington. The last time I had RR was years ago when I was a junior at UW. It’s been so long that I remember more about the night with my friends than about how the food tasted (like one of my friends getting a little too excited about the bottomless fries). RR is one of those generous restaurants that give customers a free birthday burger, so I thought this was the perfect time to try them again. My burger was a custom creation, but it most closely resembles their Royal Red Robin Burger. I topped mine with American cheese, red onions, caramelized onions, bacon, an over easy fried egg (perfectly done), lettuce, and fresh avocado slices. I also swapped out their standard sesame seed bun for a delightfully soft and chewy brioche bun. My expectations were not very high since the last burger I ate was from Au Cheval, but I was honestly impressed with RR. The only thing I’ll do different next time is eliminate the lettuce simply because it was not very noticeable. Check them out if you’ve never been. Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews

Party of 4, able to walk right in and get seated. Server would take our and ask us questions buy didn't stay at our table long enough to hear our answers. I'm guessing that he was responsible for a number of other tables perhaps due to staffing. The food came as ordered and was delicious as always.

I have memories of eating here as a teen. The food was always awesome. It had been years since I've last eaten here. I decided to get it to go this time. Unfortunately, it just wasn't as good once it had been steamed in the to go container. I think I'll stick to dining in at this restaurant.

Was so busy but they kept it moving!! We were headed to the show next door so we sat at the bar time with clicking by. The young lady who was tending bar when's moving like a whirling dervish and she was accurate and she was kind even when one of her co-workers was coming around the bar I eyeing her and watching her and rolling her eyeballs. This young lady just kept her moving and kept smiling. She never broke rank and everybody in that room was so happy. Plus she didn't even seem like she was rushed it was like she danced through every request in such a timely manner. This restaurant offers unlimited fries with your meal and has a wide variety of hamburgers and what looked to be pretty tasty desserts however we were in a rush and weren't able to enjoy that. Even though it was very busy and very crowded you didn't feel like you were hemmed in and the tables are inappropriate distance for people to move in and out at the tables to and from the restroom. It's almost as like the serve many people who are with Walkers or wheel chairs. If you join the Loyalty Club you get offers of different specials in this case it was buy one get one free Tavern Burger. They also run specials for movie tickets and specials for other free food and a free complete meal on your birthday. The floors and counters are very clean. The lighting is very good if you have light sensitivity issues. This is a good place for a date night a family night a girls night out or guys night out or just having coffee and dessert.

This was my first visit. I has the smoke and pepper burger. It was great. Well prepared and the service was fast and courteous. The endless fries are nice. Restaurant is easy to find and the parking is plentiful.

I love this place! lol The food is usually a great match in quality fort the prices and I've never been disappointed in my food going here. Good drink selections as well as food variety too. Almost always a friendly staff who is plenty capable of doing their jobs we and quickly. If you're looking for a place to go out to eat and you haven't been here or just haven't been in awhile then I'd stop in because you won't be disappointed and the portions are usually big enough that you'll have some leftovers to take home with you and who doesn't love that?!? lol

Severely understaffed, food is sloppy and undercooked, received incorrect order and despite ordering curbside pickup ahead of time had to wait in line inside with dine in customers and grab my own food. The kid at the front (totally swamped) looked way too young to be working even with a permit.

Buyer beware.... These lil jankee @$$ pub burgers are on the menu and I inadvertently ordered one. Wasn't informed of my choice when ordering and that the burger I ordered would be the same size as my 3 year olds but I could have grown up sized burger at an additional charge. The confusion on my face as the food was delivered, lol... All in all, not terrible, not great, a solid 3..

Decent burgers and fries. The bottomless drinks and fries are a delight. They'll give you an ice cream sundae for your birthday. Strange note: they don't seem to bring the first order of bottomless fries until your entree is ready or almost ready. Also this particular location seems full a lot so the servers are pretty busy.

*Would rate a 4.5 star if I could* I went for a late dinner with my boyfriend. I had'nt been to a Red Robin in awhile. The atmosphere was great as soon as we walked in. The staff was very friendly. The food and drinks tasted great. I didn't realize how late it was, because I noticed the waitress stopping by more frequently than I would have liked. It was closing time. Would definitely come again!

Always great food and the service is awesome. I noticed the host just goes around tables and orders drinks and fries and there are dedicated people to bring them out and fast! Genius! Update: I'm taking away a star. Burgers, fries, and service was great. Ordered their new fudge filled cookies to go. When I got home and looked at them literally every cookie was broken and only one had the missing piece to it. The one on the bottom was the worst. I swear it was only 2/3 to 3/4 of a cookie. I should've taken a picture. If I'm paying $8.29 for 5 cookies don't give me partial cookies. If I prorated it I probably should've gotten at least a buck and a half back for what was missing.

I'm giving 4 stars only because it wasn't busy at all and our food was messed up, I do know accidents happen, other than that outstanding service. The food was good I feel it use to be better though, not terrible but not what it once use to be.

The food was very good; and for as busy as they were the time it took to get our food was surprisingly quick. Our server was nice and very attentive. I only gave it three stars because the place was filthy. The outside trash was overflowing as was the trash next to the hostess station. There were napkins, straw wrappers and food all over the floor; in the aisle, under tables around the hostess station...it was everywhere. The booth where we were seated had a spilt drink and half a mozzarella stick under it and as I looked around it appeared more than most of the tables had some trash or food under it. They did not seem to be short staffed but it's possible. Either way, there comes a time for someone to grab a broom.

The food and service is good at the south 76 street location. The staff is friendly and the waiter that attended us was attentive and knew the menu. However, we have visited this branch a few times and it always seem to lack something when you compare it to say, Brookfield. I believe it is the overall appearance. It seems poorly lit in there. Also, not to shame anyone but in general, the staff is not as sharply dressed as the other branches. Shirts are not as tucked, clothes are visibly wrinkled, etc.. I didn't see any issues of cleanliness. However, in comparison, when you go to Red Robin, you expect a sharp dressed staff compared to other establishments. Hence the middle of the road rating. The food is good and the people are nice. Considering the price you pay for a burger and fries here, it would be nice if the lighting and staff better suited the price. Otherwise, very good option for restaurant .

My takeout experience here was wonderful. I walked in and my food was ready right away. I was in and out in under a minute. I ordered 5 extra sauces and each one was in the order which was impressive compared to other places. Everything was hot and perfectly made. Delicious meal!

Food was hot and tasty, but our appetizer (beer cheese pretzels) sauce came out looking like someone had eaten out of it. We had to ask our server to replace it so it came out looking as bad as it did. The whole place was clean, not too busy, and there were lots of fun choices on the menu. Campfire sauce is a must for the bottomless fries!

Yesterday 5 of us came in to eat your yummy food! As we were walking through the parking lot a family was screaming because you had a hour wait time. They also said no one wants to work 😔 . We ignored them and went in and put our names on your list. We did wait a hour which during the Holiday season in a pandemic isn't unusual. The host was getting yelled at repeatedly but remained calm. I saw every employee working as hard as they could. We got seated and our server Raven was one of the warmest servers Ever and did a outstanding job . We ordered 3 cocktails and a bartender came so quickly with them it was great to see the teamwork. Our food was very good and also very fast getting to the table 😀 Thank you for doing your best in a difficult time in the service industry!

Actually a little disappointed this time. Burger was not good at all. Ordered the burning love and it was overcooked (I ordered medium), dry, cheese was cold rubbery and half melted. Bacon was overcooked. Gave us 1 very small order of fries and never asked if we wanted refill. We usually love this place and burgers are always great but this time that didn't happen. Even more upsetting is that it was for a daddy/daughter date.

I've been to much better locations in other states, but I've also been to far worse locations than this one. For this particular visit, there was some significant disappointment involved due to a 37 minute wait for a booth in the bar, party of two. Maybe it was people out and about celebrating during New Year's weekend, but as a Chicago transplant to this area, I've not encountered a wait here in nine years. The place was overflowing with customers, yet critically understaffed. A drink refill took 20 minutes. It was understandable, though, and the staff that did show up for work that day really did the best they could in a stressful situation. The food was the same as it always is - if you like it (I do), it was solid as usual. We were visiting for my boyfriend's birthday, and our server was not flustered enough to forget his little sundae before delivering the check. I would always recommend this RR location to out-of-towners, or just to locals who have never been before. Their burgers are genuinely good, and they have some good cocktails in the Specialty Drink menu. All I hope is that these long waits were holiday-centric, and not the new normal.

Not sure what happened to Red Robin in the last couple years. The service was great -- our server was attentive and very nice -- but the food was a awful. Our sandwiches came out with like 10 cold, soggy fries. The bottomless fries were also cold and soggy. Definitely wasn't the best lunch I've ever had.

They have reduced the noise that used to be deafening with a remodel a year or two ago, and the food is consistently good. They appear short-staffed with minor training issues, but we had good service.

The service was great. We had the best waitress her name was Jillian. The food was good but the service made the experience ! We do not usually go to places like this but I had been given a gift card so we thought we would use it. We would only consider going back because of our waitress. We still prefer going for burgers at Chances in Rochester but I would say give this restaurant a try and ask for Jillian's section.

Burgers are always great, as well as the freckled lemonade. I've tried different burgers and I haven't had one that I didn't like. This past visit, our first round of sweet potato fries were a bit cold, but the second round was delicious and hot. Our waiter was great as well. He was very attentive and friendly.

We enjoyed our birthday dinner at Red Robin. We had several different sandwiches, drinks and apps like the onion ring tower. The staff was pleasant, the NFL games were on several TV's and Raven did a great job as our server. We didn't feel very comfortable though as our table was sticky, the floor was slippery and there were quite a few straw and napkins left behind. Short staffed I'm sure.

We have been dining here since they opened. Service can be hit or miss, not consistent. The building is great, really love the remodeled look. But they seem to have forgotten the bathrooms. Last several times we were there, the bathrooms were a mess. The food is good, it brings us back. 8/1/19 huge shout out to our server Jillian, she's the best! Very polite and attentive! 2/13/21 Anyone looking for a great take out experience should try here. Ordered easily online, food was ready when we got there, order was correct and everything tasted great!

Capacity was 50% yet service was subpar. We were seated and moved twice for no apparent reason. Took 10 minutes to get a menu and drinks. Food was pretty good. Burgers and fries great, chic sandwich greasy and tasteless. I'd much rather have one person serving us rather than the committee approach? Took forever to get drinks refilled? Not the cleanest. Bathrooms were disgusting..

Went for my niece birthday. The food was mediocre at best. Like the timing was off. The fries were cold. The burgers were decent. We typically come for birthdays. Something was just off. Our waitress was awesome though. She was fast and remembered all the orders without writing them down.

Red Robin is always delicious! I love the seasoning they put on their burgers! I got The Master Cheese burger and my man got the madlove burger. They were both incredible. I love that they have bottomless fries and bottomless drinks. Yum! Now I'm hungry and I want Red Robin 😂

I don't know what the statistics are for turning around a 1 star review to a 5 star but this place did it. The last three visits to this location had been TERRIBLE like we will never go back bad. Its been a year or so though and some of my family gave us a gift card for the place not aware of our distain for it. No birthdays or holidays coming up where we can re-gift it either so we cringed and decided to take the family. Honestly what I saw and experienced was incredible from start to finish. The host was actively attentive and working diligently(almost running) to make sure tables got opened and that they gave us a real timeframe for our wait. (commonly lied to about) Then when we got to our table COVID-19 friendly (my father appreciated) spaced. Emily was our waitress; I want to say it was just her because she was the main face and force behind our experience but it was the whole crew. She was at the table quickly and fast to get our orders in the pretzel bites arrived just a short while after they were ordered the drinks came around almost instantly. The kids meals were right on time the adults meals were fantastic, well prepared and cooked as ordered! My family and I were simply blown away by the experience enough so that I am even here changing my review. So I want to say thank you to everyone at this location for making my wife's birthday with the family an excellent experience had by all! Emily you were fantastic and one of now 3 waitresses in my life that could keep up with the my refills. Thank you again EVERYONE there that evening perfect score above and beyond any of my wildest expectations!

The only thing that I saw today that Disturbed me a little bit what they have extra chairs for one they have larger groups to add to the tables which are piled up in front of the emergency exit. That does not make me feel 2 safe. if there's a fire by the other door are the customers going to get out. Or there's so many crazy people out there what if somebody comes in the front door with a gun and you want to get out

Even though they offer endless fries, the portions in our first serving were generous and we didn't need more. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers are my preferred burgers. I've had most of them. Of those, they taste good, except, I've noticed that they give hardly any sauce on the bun. The last time I ordered the Whiskey Burger, it didn't have any whiskey sauce. Burger was dry. I'm sure that was by accident. Their fries,onion rings and appetizers are by far the best! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I've been served less fries over the past year and there's less to no sauce on my burgers. I will continue to service Red Robin. I do enjoy their meals.

Fair warning, I’m a vegetarian so my review has a particular focus. But speaking of vegetarians, they serve the best Impossible Burgers in town! And you can put that Impossible patty on any of their gourmet burgers. But this particular location is more than great food! Their waitstaff is top notch! Everyone working their greets you warmly and engages you like you’re longtime friends. And if you have any problems, your servers are all to happy to rectify it to make sure you have the best dining experience possible! Seriously, this isn’t just good food at reasonable prices. I wasn't satisfied with my experience at all. I mean our server was cool actually very pleasant but everything else took away from that. My husband ordered the Fish dinner with sweet potato fries. It was served to him greasy, burnt and totally disgusting. Looked like the bottom of the pan. Why would anyone want to serve that (our server didn't bring our food, I don't know if you have food runners but it was another person) . He had to send them back and wait on them, now he no longer has an appetite. So we pack what ever was left totally turned off. We order the bottomless root beer float, my problem with that was he brought us a refill before even halfway finishing the first, that was a waste. I asked if we could have a Togo cup he gave me this little 8oz cup I thought that was very disappointing. I couldn't believe it. We usually enjoy our service and meals there but tonight it was very discouraging and I don't know when if ever we will return. Very disappointing

I went there for my son's 27th birthday. My son, daughter, and granddaughter (7 yrs. old) seem to have enjoyed what they ordered. Me, on the other hand, was not impressed at all by my order. I had the French Onion soup and House Salad. The soup was salty and the salad tasted like it had just been washed. I ordered a second one, not only did it take a long time to get it, but it tasted just the same. Needless to say, I didn't eat it! Unusually slow service, especially on a holiday (Veteran's Day) where they should be fully staffed! Took almost 45 minutes from the time we placed our order to receive our entrees (no apps, just entrees), only to discover they had clearly been sitting under the heat lamps a while and were down to lukewarm temp at best. And we were there after the dinner rush. The most crowded we saw the place the whole time we were there had a total of only ten tables with customers at them. The server's only return visit to our table once the food had arrived was with an armful of fry refills that we neither asked for nor really wanted since it was literally a few minutes after the food had been delivered by that same server, and much of those refills went uneaten. What a shame, to waste food unnecessarily like that. Besides the slow service and lukewarm food, we had to suffer through the eye-watering and stomach turning bleach smells wafting through the restaurant as they mopped the front entrance way. This made NO sense at all given they had a few more hours left that they were open. And everybody coming in was tracking in the same snow and salt combo from our overly early winter weather we've been forced to deal with. Such a weird combination of unpleasantness tonight. Very disappointing. I'll stick with the Brookfield Square Red Robin if I can help it from now on.

FOUR employees came out into the lobby area, and NOT ONE asked me if I needed help-didn't even acknowledge me! I guess gossiping is more important than helping a customer. I was about to leave when a friendly waiter named Chris came around the corner and cheerfully said "Have you been helped?" He took my order, submitted it, and I was out within minutes. Not a long time at all, which tells me they weren't all that busy. LOVED Chris, the rest of them need to get their act together.

I had the Southwest chicken salad and asked for a sugar free raspberry tea that was on the but didn't have so I asked for ice water. Not many choices for diabetics. The salad was pretty good but the chicken was prepared with a seasoning not associated with the Southwest style and much hotter, it ruined the salad's taste. This was not a good visit. I go here with some regularity and it's usually much better. Service was very slow tonight. My burger came with tomatoes even though I requested it without and had no pink even I requested it have some. We could see to the kitchen and at one point there were at least a dozen meals under the heat lamps waiting to be served. It got so bad kitchen staff we're wrapping burgers in foil to keep them warm. The manager was walking thru the restaurant but not talking to any patrons and he wasn't helping the wait staff get out the meals. In short he was doing nothing! If I didn't know this restaurant better I probably would never go back after tonight's experience.

My sever gets four and the half stars for her service. But the restaurant over all was dirty. The other customers where rude like they were the only one in there for the server to cater too. She handled her self and her customers with grace. She never dropped a step or left anyone hanging waiting for service. The other things that was on the salad was not even evenly proportioned for all the lettuce they gave me. My avocado was so brown and shriveled up It looked like when I take a dump. I have eaten several times at Red Robin before but my wife an daughter had not. This is one great place to eat if you like burgers and steak fries (my personal favorite cut for fries). I have always had a perfect burger at Red Robin. One time I even had just a salad and that too was terrific. The prices are more than you would expect for "a burger" but well worth it. The location on S 76th St at Southridge has plenty of parking, low wait times in my experience, great food, friendly staff, and last but not least a great selection of beers while watching the game.

The waitstaff is usually cool except on one visit the joke of a waiter tried to impress my wife with some odd chivalrous behavior, interrupting me when I was asking her what she wanted. "LADIES FIRST" Yes dude, that was the point. We both realized that you work out at the gym whenever you aren't making mad $$ as a waiter at red Robin. However she thought you were hilarious and I felt bad for you as you don't seem to have that much going on for you that you felt you needed to overstep like that. She wasn't interested btw and did you honestly think a married woman would jump at a stranger? You need to think more of people, especially women. The rest of the delicious meal was spent with your strange passive aggression towards us as you fetched our drinks and cleaned up our table. I tipped you 20% because you did do this well even lacking common courtesies in the hope you'd spend it on some class or manners but I think we all know what you're going to spend it on. There was no need to bring it up to the manager as you seemed to be having a bad day and we didn't want to make it worse. 4 stars for food and atmosphere -1 star for the painfully awkward muscle bro waiter.

When I want a burger for lunch, Red Robin is my go to spot! The staff are always cheerful and friendly. I suggest the campfire sauce with the fries and both are bottomless! I like sitting in the bar area as it isn’t quite as loud as the rest of the seating so we can actually talk. Food is pretty good, I got the bbq ranch pub burger with the large single patty and a basil Maragrita that was recomended by the waitresses and very refreshing. I went there last night for the first time. I highly recommend it. The service was perfect and the food was great. I wasn't even hungry but my burger was so good I couldn't stop eating it. Absolutely delicious!

Red Robin is a weird combination of bar and fast food. The food was fine. A little salty. It's a bit on the pricy side but you get bottomless fries (if you can eat more after your first batch). So, I liked it well enough.

My food was hot...I greeted with the door held...only one thing... my drink was really weak and instead of offering to make it better he said they use jiggers again I didn't taste any liquor....the waitress staff was on point they are the reason they get 4 stars... Management well....

Burgers are good. Many different types of toppings and mixes. My favorite thing here tho is not a burger it's the bruschetta sandwich. Yum! Ciabatta bun with cheese and bruschetta topping with a garlic aioli. Very good. My kids LOVE this place and we go for their bdays a lot. All you can eat french fries. Not that expensive, about $10 a burger with the fries included.

Good food, the server was excellent, but the hostess was not very personable. Went in at a slow time with dozens of tables vacant. Took 10 minutes to get seated. Also the parking lot was extremely icy. I almost fell.

Red Robin on 76th is really great. Friendly staff and the food is always good. They also have some good keto options for those interested. They can replace the buns for lettuce wedges and give u the option for endless salads instead of fries!

Food is always good. But they need to improve their cleaning and I don't mean just because of Covid. Menus are damp and smell dingy. Tables are streaky and you can smell they've been reusing whatever bucket and water for far too long.

Great place with a casual family-style atmosphere, although it's usually very loud at peak hours, so be warned. Obviously, as its name suggests, Red Robin specializes in burgers, and there are many of those to choose from. Price-wise, you get what you pay for. The burgers on the cheaper side are thinner and prepared much more akin to fast-food restaraunts, while the more expensive burgers can get quite thick, juicier, and have great presentation. Either way, you get unlimited steak fries though, so you can't really go wrong!

Just okay. Tried to call ahead for our large group and no one answered the phone. Host said that they were busy and phone was ringing a lot so didn't answer. Hour wait for table. Saw our food under heat lamps for at least 10 min before it was delivered to us. Cold fries. Not impressed at all.

Excellent service, excellent food. I went on a friday night and there wasn't too long of a wait (5-10 minutes). Once we got out seat we got our drink orders in and were given plenty of time to order. Even thought it was busy we didn't feel rushed to eat and go so they can bring more people in. Extra plus, they have Ziosks so if you pay with Samsung Pay you get $5 off if you spend over a certain dollar amount.

It's a good place to eat. Similar to the atmosphere at Chili's, TGI Friday's, & Applebee's. My only complaint is that it took the waitress 30 Minutes to bring my Root Beer Float. I had to remind her 3 Times. Other then that, it's a good place to eat.

(Review from 3/10/15) I love Red Robin's burgers! It's always a great option for my friends and I when we are looking for a spot to eat before a movie or our darts league. Some of my favorites include the Royal Red Robin with the fried egg on it. Soo good! Also the Banzai Burger with the pineapple on it is probably my all-time favorite burger from RR. I really like the contrast of the sweet and savory. My roomate and I just stopped in here last week and I saw they have for a limited time, a crab cake burger. I had to try it as I love seafood and crab cakes! It was everything I had imagined and more. The only gripe that I could find with it was the initially shocking $15.00 price tag. Over all I ended up being ok with it since the crab cake was so good and I was leaving happy after dinner!

Corporate policy is to discriminate against families with children. My family and I went there to celebrate my sons birthday and since my wife does not like their booths, we asked for a table. Upon being told there would be a 10 to 15 minute wait, I said that we would sit at the community table in the bar area. I was promptly told that the bar area is only for guest 21 and over. After I pointed out that there were 4 children in the area, the manager apologized and let us sit there. Companies line is that they are trying to have an area for adults to be able to relax with out kids. My response is, you are a family restaurant, stop trying to be a bar where adults come to hang out.

For one the place could have been cleaner. As we we were talking, my husband sees a big CENTIPEDE run across the wall next to us and than disappears. I freaked out. A little while later, it comes crawling out along the wall towards him. He killed it. The health dept will be notified, as who knows what other bugs are around there. Waitress was rushed, service was slow, food was good. I sure hope they really spray that place down , it was disgusting!
