This was our first time visiting this Red Lobster location. We've been patrons of Red Lobster for years and I even worked at another RL location down in the Atlanta area as a hostess many years ago. We were able to make a reservation for 6:15pm on a Friday for our family of 5. We are glad we did call ahead about an hour and a half ahead of time because our wait was very minimal when we arrived. The food was delicious as always. Our children had the lobster tail and popcorn shrimp entrees from the kids menu along with the raspberry bay smoothie and cherry slushie. This was a true family night out so we let them indulge a bit. My husband and I shared the date night platter which was a generous serving of two lobster tails, two sirloin steaks, two shrimp skewers, bacon macaroni and cheese along with 2 sides. We also all shared a slice of the meyer lemon cake. Our service from Brandon was good and we appreciated his attentiveness to our children when they wanted to order for themselves. The only negative I'd say we heard was 2 servers in the area around our table were loudly bickering back and forth about whose section was being seated and which table was hers. It seemed to be mainly a female server upset about either being double sat or not knowing which table what which in her section. As a guest this was definitely an awkward exchange to be listening in on as we were trying to enjoy our night and having been a restaurant manager of another restaurant many years ago, this type of thing definitely wouldn't fly with my staff. I also believe the manager was the one who dropped off our check at the end of the meal because we used a gift card to pay part of our balance and I was a bit surprised that I believe I saw 2 managers near our table that evening and neither the one who dropped off our check nor the one we saw walking through our area bothered to ask how our evening was going. Again, this didn't put a damper on the evening as a guest, more an observation from a former restaurant manager who made sure to be as attentive as possible and if I were the manager who had to run the check to the table I definitely would have made it a point to engage in some friendly conversation with the patrons. Again, overall, good experience and we would go back to this location in the future.

The food was delicious however there were a few complications. I intended to come here a few days ago but had left due to a 40 minute wait while it appeared as if the restaurant was barely running at 50% capacity (likely due to the staffing shortages). Dining at Red Lobster has always been a family tradition around the new year so we are still glad to have ate here.

Walked right in even though it was pretty busy were able to be seated right away. Our server was over very promptly and got our drink orders immediately. She was absolutely fantastic responsive, upbeat and polite definitely a huge part of the positive experience. The biscuits and the lobster and steak were very good. The stuffed mushrooms were a little greasy and lacked flavor. The Cesar salad was nice and lightly dressed. The bacon and lobster Mac and cheese was also lacking in flavor. Overall the food was pretty tasty the service was excellent and the environment was busy and exciting. People were celebrating birthdays and singing, lots of coming and going in the restaurant made for a exciting and eventful late afternoon meal.

We went here to take my mom out for her birthday.we waited 60 minutes for a table which we understood, the times we are in everyone is short staffed. Unfortunately it got worse from there, no happy birthday from staff except the bartender- he's awesome. Our server was saying how they've been with the restaurant over 6 yrs and yet items from our order were not brought to the table or not made at all. My 4 yr old was the last one to eat (just wanted butter noodles) ...my coconut shrimp was overdone and they were out of Pina colada dip. Our server had to take it from the to go station. My husband paid for live lobster and it was slightly over-cooked- tasted rubbery.
We usually have had stellar service and food but not this time.

The five stars go out to our server Donna, who made our dinner experience amazing! She was just so pleasant and kind and great at her job! She definitely should be recognized bc it’s so hard these days to go to a chain restaurant and get such great service. The food was really good too. Fresh biscuits were bomb! and Donna was there meeting our every need BEFORE I could even ask for a refill she was there on her A game!
I’m a server myself and this women is exactly what I needed tonight after a long day of Xmas shopping! I don’t do reviews often but she was too sweet not too. Red lobster is lucky to have her and I wanted her & her managers to know how much I appreciate her!

I was disappointed in the food. The 2 lobster tails per person for $34 were small. The broiled one was good. The grilled one was too salty. Furthermore, the butter was salty too, and didn't look clarified. If I'm paying for lobster, I want to taste the sweetness so I don't want too much salty anything messing that up. The cheesy biscuits were melt in your mouth. The broccoli was too salty. I squeezed lemon juice on it to tame it down. The baked potato was dipped in salt water or something before it was cooked so it didn't need any more salt. It was close to good. The server was good.
I think we'll find another place to go for lobster after this.

Food was good and our server was kind. However, service was also very slow. About 4 tables in our area were standing and looking around for assistance because our area hadn't been attended to for so long. I'm not sure if it was a low staff situation or if our server just happened to be slow. I might have said something to the manager, but the server was so pleasant and I wasn't in a hurry.

The food was delicious. If in my posts I forget to show a picture, it's because I ate it before I remembered to take a picture. It was that good! So stop in for yourself and take your own picture. I had the coconut shrimp. 😋😋😋

I was there about 8:00 p.m. on a Saturday. Service was quick. I ordered at the bar for takeout. The person helping me did not understand my gift card. I thought the manager made a snide comment to him she was able to put the code in. It was okay that he didn't understand. Her job was to teach him.

Went for dinner. Everything was fine. But for whatever reason, I got sick off of the food..I ordered the sirloin and lobster. Steak cooked fine, lobster was fine. I'm not sure what got me sick. I got the salad and mashed potatoes. Salad has tomatoes, I got Bleu cheese dressing. Then, the mashed potatoes were a lot of butter and the butter for the lobster. The cheddar rolls needed more cheddar and didn't seem cooked all of the way.service was excellent. She upsold, she gave ideas, and she was extremely polite.

Possibly the only Red Lobster in the greater Milwaukee area. So we eat here after visiting Boerner Gardens. Appears to be an older model. Like many restaurants of our times: there will be a short wait due to staffing issues, prices have gone up, and smaller items. Food and service was consistent with this franchise.

We realize they are still understaffed and wait times can be a bit long but the quality of food and ambience are not what they used to be here. I used to crave coming here. Further I don't know why restaurants don't have a policy of no sound or use an earpiece for phones and devices. We were next to a group of middle aged men listening to the bucks game on their phones loudly and the children at next table were loud and whiny and had play devices that should have been on mute.
I felt like I was in an arcade or sports bar while dropping over $80 on dinner. We won't be back till we hear things improve. Our servers were great, pleasant, and did what they could. Restaursnts really need rules so everyone can enjoy their meals. You don't allow some people to have their way at the expemse of others enjoyment.

Update 09-19-22. What's still not to like about Endless Shrimp Mondays, except for a limited time now it is everyday. New is the Argentine Red Shrimp splayed and roasted on skewers and them boys is tasty while still hot.

You know, if you're not coming here for seafood they really don't have much to offer. I ordered the blackened chicken pasta. I love blackened food. I just thought it was going to be on the chicken. They have blackened seasoning mixed into the Alfredo. I really felt like it was too much.

I really enjoyed the crab. My friend had the salmon. The Cheddar biscuits are delicious. We also had the lobster spinach dip which was amazing as well. The service was fast and friendly.

Good Food. High Price. Lame Service. So this is my second review of red lobster. My impression overall is that the food was excellent but I dont think that the price is justified, perhaps if the experience was better but it's really not. This used to be a higher class place but it's not as much so anymore. Our server this time was very very slow and inattentive. We had to ask for our biscuits in the first place, then when they were empty she took the empty basket and never brought us more until we asked. My friends drink was empty for a very long time before he had to flag someone else down for a refill. Everything was very slow to come out to us, and we were hardly ever checked on. After we were done we asked for a box and 10 minutes later had still not seen our server once, so we flagged down someone else and at that moment that we asked the other person for a box, our waitress saw us talking to her and was like oh yeah, sorry I forgot that you wanted receipts, which we told her we didnt want in the first place, the other waitress we asked brought us a box right away though. Honestly the food is very good, but for the amount of money and the less than stellar service I've gotten the few times I've gone recently i doubt I'll be back for a while. The only reason i went this time was because my girlfriend wanted to go.

It was my first time going there and I recommend it for anyone. Definitely worth the money. You get a side with your dish and both are quite big. Oh my goodness the biscuits were to die for. They were delicious. I enjoy going to restaurants that are attentive and I'm all about getting good service. Red lobster has really great service. Our waitress was continuously checking up on us and making sure everything was good. She was on top of the drinks. Take someone you love there.

I would go more often if the crab was prepared with the shell "snapping" when cracked. It's one of two things; left sitting in water and the shell is rubber or crab meat dried hard in the shell..Crab preparation consistency would be nice.

Ate at the Greenfield Red Lobster food and service were good…Hannah was delightful…but as we left we noticed the American flag they had flying on the pole was shredded very disturbing how can the staff and managers allow this!!!!??

So I went for a birthday lunch with my mom, I hadn't been there in about a year. I'm glad I gave it another try! Staff was friendly and the service was good. Reasonable prices and combination platters. Best coconut shrimp EVER. My one and only complaint was about the cheddar bay biscuits we have come to crave when you know you're going to Red Lobster. They now only serve 3 at a time 🤔 and they're not as on top of refilling your basket as one would like. If they'd keep those coming they'd get 5 stars.

Food was okay but nothing to write home about. I miss the nice touches of customer appreciation. Server was adequate but no warm fuzziest for a better tip. No funky bibs anymore. Lucky to get a lemon wedge. Lots of money for a plate filled with noodles and rice. Ill go back but miss the days when they were so busy you had to wait in the parking lot

I’m giving this location 5 stars because not only did they correct the mistake of a few missing items for our curbside pickup but they also made up for it. Mistakes for pickups happen at every restaurant but not every place shows a good attitude when this is brought to their attention.
The Food was warm, tasty and exactly what i expected from Red Lobster. Staff very friendly and the manager had shown me excellent customer service. Btw the last few times i came for curbside i had no problems either. Generous portions.

We went on a Monday in the very beginning of March, Lobsterfest was on but we wanted the all you can eat shrimp . We have been to this RED Lobster many times and always great food, great service. This time, not so much...,no wait staff, half of the dining rooms were closed down. We waited over an hour for a table at the bar which was piled high with dirty dishes. I didn't blame the bartender, as she was trying to tend bar plus wait tables. Our waitress was frazzled, a bit rude, and complained to us about people not showing up for work etc..The food was still good which is why I gave 3 stars, but the atmosphere was awful.

When we got there, the parking lot was PACKED, we had our doubts! We walked in, and were seated right away, although i was sad they were out of tap Blue Moon!!! Our waiter was very polite, nice and respectful! The food came out very quickly, and it was DELICIOUS!!! The only complaints i would have (2)is that 1. they still charged me for a 20oz blue moon even though i ended up getting a bottle of beer, but the service was so good i didn't even say anything! 2. I have noticed this at many places, not just this particular chain, or establishment, that when the waiter/waitress brings the bill, they set it down, and very often, this time included, slide the bill towards me. It always bothers me, the assumption, that the man is paying for dinner. In our relationship we always go back and forth on who pays, and who tips! I don't really care if i did pay every time, it just rubs me the wrong way when servers make the assumption that the man will be paying! End of rant, great food and great service, get some more blue moon on tap though!!! 😛

Making a good Samaritan run for hospitalized veteran friend. Was visiting at time of order and went to pick up at the appointed time 15-20 minutes; arrived but order was not ready. Waited an additional 20 minutes!!! The place was not crowded at all but as with most places adequate help is a problem.

The food was better than expected. But on a mixed platter, shrimp and fish excellent but the scallops and popcorn shrimp not good at all. The service was poor but it was obvious they were lacking staff. We Ate at the bar as the table wait was too long, even with the resturant mostly empty. I have not been here in the last 5 years. This was the first time trying it out again. Food quality is not as good as it used to be many years ago. This used to be my favorite place to go to. I took a break from going here because of the food quality. This time it was just okay! The service was just okay also. Waitress never came back to the table until she brought the check. Glen was our server...very friendly & efficient. A real asset to Red Lobster. The Waygu burger was wonderful. Stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer...YUM. my husband's shrimp dish & mashed potatoes...very good. Of course the cheese biscuits..a favorite. One thing is we wish there were more of a selection on the menu as far as non-seafood entrees.

My wife and I ate at this Greenfield Wisconsin location on 3/6/2022. Despite being understaffed our Waitress and the kitchen staff did a fantastic job in serving us and our meal preparation. We will definitely be back. The short wait to be seated was worth the small inconvenience. Thank You

It's been years since we went to this location, and I was concerned seeing the recent reviews about our experience. Turns out, my fears were unfounded, as we had a very enjoyable dinner tonight. Our server was super attentive and came back to check on us multiple times. The drinks were great, food was delicious. No complaints, I think they are doing the best they can with the current labor shortages. We also came on a weeknight, so maybe that's why we had a better experience.

Had reservations. We got there on time and a manager (?) yelled to everyone in line "wait time is 2 hours!!" and walked away. We had reservations so we figured we're fine. Let the guy know we had reservations and he said "I feel bad, but it'll be an hour and a half before they can get to u". We left. What's the point of reservations if you still have to wait an hour and a half? Really disappointed

We asked for a table and were seated at one under a vent, blowing cool air. We were in a back room with only one booth that was occupied and there were other tables. A person who appeared to be a manager walked by and we asked if we could move. He rudely replied that there were no other avaiable tables. He walked away never even bothering to offer us a booth. However, our waitress more than made up for him, by telling us we could move to any open place in the section we were in. So we moved to a booth. She was very attentive. We never ran out of beverages. And while we had the endless shrimp, she checked back often enough so that we never had to wait between reorders.

Snow crab was excellent. House salid was very good. French fries were somewhat soggy and undercooked. Shrimp waggoo was excellent. Lemmon cake was excellent as well. Except for the French fries I had a very good experience at red lobster.

Know of all the staffing shortages so didn't mind waiting in the bar for half a hour. BUT would have liked to get more than one of your expensive drinks. The bartender was the slowest one I've ever seen and ignored us completely. You lost money on not serving us.

This used to be my favorite location, but things have changed. Server was slow and inattentive to details to start, but host did seat us quickly so that was nice.
The new calamari appetizer was quite delicious with the banana peppers served on top.. went really well together! So much better now than when they used to serve it with breaded bell peppers & broccoli mixed in. Great job on the change! I'd double order that next time.
The shrimp cocktail had very small shrimp. They shouldn't call it "jumbo shrimp". They had good quantity at least, but weren't served with any lemons at all, even though I asked for extra lemons.
The Ultimate Feast I ordered had all burnt fried shrimp. The shrimp scampi had some undercooked shrimp in it and the lobster tail was undercooked & still quite attached to the shell which isn't at all how they used to serve it. The snow crab legs were perfect & very tasty though.
For my 2 sides, I ordered the green beans and the broccoli which was clearly a mistake. The beans had so much fresh garlic in it that it was totally unappetizing & I was unable to eat it. I should've taken a picture. There's no reason to have that much fresh garlic in green beans. The broccoli was beyond dry & most of it wasn't even cooked, so I didn't eat more than a couple pieces of that before giving up trying to eat that either, sadly.
On a side note, the ladies restroom was beyond filthy and I've never seen it like that in all the years I've been visiting this location. There was ample staff so this should've been much cleaner in my opinion. Not sure if this is a management issue or staff problem or what, but it needs to be addressed.
I hope that next time I visit things will be much improved overall.
Granted, it just might have been a rough Wednesday night for this location, but I did witness many other customers complaining about their food around me, too. Sadly, a few went without eating dinner at all due to sending things back & getting a credit instead because their company at the table was already eating their food and they didn't want to wait for their meals to be re-made. I don't blame them.
Please work with the kitchen staff to ensure better food quality and proper cooking for the future.

The food was good but the service was very very slow. Went for dinner and found out they were doing the all you can eat shrimp Monday special but with 10-15 minutes between order and only getting one order (approx 6 shrimp) at a time to eat all you could eat you better show up at noon and be prepared to sit there till midnight. Server was ok but obviously overworked and understaffed cause when she did show up it was one or two words before walking off.

Food was pretty good service was not good unfortunately. We waited for over an hour and a half for a table and our server was so slow getting to us they had someone bring water's and biscuits until she came. I'm not sure if she was just so overwhelmed with it being mother's day but it really put a damper on our celebration. My wife loves red lobster and it was supposed to be her day to enjoy. The food was good but took awhile to come and it wasn't hot when it arrived so I'm guessing it sat for awhile before they had someone other than our server bring it out. Overall we were a little disappointed but we also understand it was a busy day for them. We still tipped well and made the best of it.

lets start with the food, The food here is like that found in Boston. the decor is nice, the plates are well balanced. The interior is comfortable, however, when we has sat down we both noticed how dirty (yes dirty) the seats and table where, i don't remember this happening before so I am going to keep the 4 star rating and consider this a limited event. Even so, I would return her again, the staff is very friendly and polite, the options are good and the price is decent. If however, I return and see more dirt or filth on the seats and tables I will be dropping this rating!

Service was slow. Total time there was about 3.5 hours. When someone FINALLY got to our table she took our order and had to be reminded about our drinks later on. Ok first of all the hostess, he look to be about 10 yrs old. The food took a long time to get but when we finally got it was very tasty. The waitress was rough around the edges. But she was upfront about how long the food would take to get saying they were short on help and was mostly all new help. But it wasn't too long and it was good. The biggest disappointment the unclean appearance of the whole place. Booths, lights, booth dividers, walls were dusty and grease was everywhere which made me think they are not cleaning between sittings or even a good daily cleaning every night before or after closing. With covid re-emerging its ugly head this should be a priority!

When we first arrive which was around 1pm so mind you at this point they had only been open for 2 hours but the aesthetics of the outside were far from appealing. One would think they would clean the outside up because there is no way that after 2 hours of being open that there should be over a dozen cigarette butts laying on the ground, a dirty mask, a bud light can, a empty juice bottle, and a glove laying on the ground. Even if all that did occur after they opened they really should be checking and cleaning up because it’s not appealing.
The food was average but the menu is cut in half so not as many options. Our server was okay but wasn’t really personable. Then when it came to payment they make you pay on the machine at the table which is fine by me I rather do that than give my card, however our machine wasn’t working and we couldn’t find anyone to help us so we sat there for 15 minutes until we finally could get help.

Went for New Year's Eve dinner; about as busy as one would expect, so we used the app to reserve about 90 minutes before we left the house. We were promptly seated upon arrival, which was nice. The table cleanliness was satisfactory, and the waiter was friendly and persistent. We ordered drinks which were sloppily presented, leaving us to clean up the mess left behind. Without napkins, of course.
The food met expectations, but we had to remind our server about multiple things which we did not receive: mashed potatoes and scallops.
Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but it wasn't anything I'd brag to my friends about. We would consider another visit to the Greenfield location, but it wont be at the top of our list, and especially not for that price.

Our food was excellent. However our service was sub par. Had to ask for our biscuits, drinks came out slow, no refills were offered. Our server was not friendly and very inattentive. At the end off our meal, after the check was paid, we had to wait about 10 or so minutes just for a box, and it would have been longer if we hadn't flagged down another server. My son and I have never had lobster and he was very excited to try it. We came here for his birthday dinner. There was a group of 4 of us and our bill came out to $140! I was not expecting it to be so much, only one of us ordered lobster and one of us ordered steak which had way too much pepper. All of our mashed potatoes were hard and dry. My green beans were way too crispy it was almost hard to eat. We were also charged for an upgraded side that we never received- the server ended up giving it to us to-go because he couldn't take it off the bill.
Our sever was great though! It was extremely busy and he still made sure we had what we needed. He and 3 other servers also brought out a dessert and sang happy birthday to my son so that was really nice.
All in all I will not be returning. I don't think the quality of the food is worth the price.

I love Red Lobster and I have been to several around the country. I find this location tends to have amazing service and a really great staff of cooks. Sometimes there is a wait - it is a small location in a very busy area - but it is worth it. They never rush me when I go with my older mother and they are patient and willing to make adjustments to their food to suit you. I've never really had a problem at this location and I've been going there for as long as I can remember.

Food was good, but service was lacking. The waitress rushed us through ordering and appetizers, like the place was on fire, then we had to wait quite a bit of time for our entrées. My mother didn't get her Lobster tail and they had to make her one, because it was forgotten. Most of the food was good my mom's long awaited Lobster tail was a little rubbery. Also, on a side note, the place could use a bit of a cleaning and freshening up.

It's rare I go to a chain like this, but I have been here twice in the past three months. Both times, the staff has been very helpful and fun. Food came out very fast both times, with meals arriving before we finished our app (mussels both times; my 9 year old daughter adored them).
This place, like the Olive Garden, is always busy. I recommend going online and 'getting in line' there. I did it this past Saturday night, 50 min. before we left the house, and ended up waiting only 5 min. to be seated upon arrival. Do not make the mistake of showing up, getting in line, and then getting angry every 5 min you aren't seated (I saw this a bit). You have a smartphone; be smart and use it.

Usually always excellent service but on my list visit I was treating my mom to a birthday meal and it was just terrible. Terrible service. We had to constantly keep asking and reminding the server to bring us stuff that should've came out with the meal. But the bad thing is, THEY WEREN'T EVEN BUSY that day. So there was no reason for the service to have been so poor. The only reason I give a 3 star instead of a 1 star is because the manager was nice enough to pay for our meal. Like my mom was literally crying in Red Lobster on her birthday... That's honestly ashame. We probably won't be going back for a while now.

I just wanted to say that I had a very different experience today than a month ago. My morning wasnt going so well. My son had lost my car keys so he missed his dentist appt. Had to reschedule and the lady wasnt to happy. I mean what can you do?? It was out of my control. For dinner tonight my son wanted lobster. I told him i didnt want to go back to Red Lobster because of the terrible service I received last time. I gave in. The moment I sat down a waiter came over to my table. He was very polite the whole time. My food came out perfect. Both my kids and I loved it!! My 11 month old daughter loved their crab cakes. As my time was coming to an end there I wanted my bill. My waiter told me it was paid for from someone???? Wow!! At first I thought he was joking. No, it was the truth. I didnt want to just leave. For his kind service vs last time I wanted to do something for him. Since he didnt show me my bill I had to estimate it. I gave him around the amount my bill was. For me and my son it had to have been around $60. That was his tip. Thank you for the great food and service. I will come back again. I mean one person shouldn't ruin my fav restaurant. :)

Since I was a teenager my Mom and I would go out for "special" lunches and dinners at Red Lobster. Some people prefer fancier seafood restaurants but I am hooked on Red Lobsters fare and now both my daughters are too! It is a chain, yet we always enjoy the atmosphere and service. All in all ok. It seems the portions are slightly smaller. We had to call the server over several times for missing items. It was on the cold side in the restaurant, cooling off the food almost to the point of it being chilled and making us want to keep our coats on. Not too bad, but my 75 dollar lobster was very cold by the time I got it. It seems that the kitchen didn't know how to properly cut it before plating. When I sent it back to be split they returned it to me completely deshelled which was a huge turn off. Someone had their hands all over my food. Might have been improperly cooked too, tasted stringy. Bisque was amazing, not enough shrimp to a side order and it was a little scorched. Staff tried very hard to make it a pleasant experience. At least the lobster looked good in the tank.

Easily my favorite restaurant chain, in general. This location does stand out as being one where excellent service and cleanliness can be expected, too. We were there for my birthday & I hadn't known about the newer option for "call-ahead seating", so the hostess was very kind and really worked with the 6 of us, as best she could to get a table asap (during the Sunday dinner rush)! Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, & attentive. Everything came to our table, just as ordered & was delicious - even my filet mignon surf n turf was done just right (that's a great thing to see)! Our poor server was kept busy with drink & biscuit refills, as well as my 4-yr-old's spill. *sigh* My bar order was quite delayed, but it was easy to understand - our table really had her running! The new menu option of a *reasonably priced* ROCK lobster tail with 2 steak choices was a major delight!!! I've always had a tough time trying to decide what to do with my pricey preference for the rock tail over the Maine, so I was just thrilled! :) Lovely experience.

I just visited tonight Jan. 24th 2020. My waitress was excellent & very kind she was an older lady. The food was sooooo good & this is coming from someone who hates seafood restaurants in general because they tend to mix up the landfood flavor with seafood flavor which is gross to me but here the 7 oz. Sirloin prepared by Chef Polo was sooo good. I hadnt had a steak like that in years. I ordered mashed potatoes & asparagus as well & they were too good. I mean everything was so great. The ambiance...just everything. I truly rate this a 5 + star place to dine.

They have good food, the price is ok depending on what you want. The stuff mushrooms were amazing. They have a variety of seafood platter. I went with my mom for her birthday celebration. The place is clean and the staffs are friendly.

Food is as good as always, but service was a bit sparse. Our server forgot the cracking utensils for the person who got a whole lobster, and it would have been much too though to crack open without it. Additionally, it took twenty minutes to flag someone down to get one.

We came for the endless shrimp. I ordered the honey siracha,and teryaki. The honey siracha was great and the rest of my party ordered it soon after. Our waitress MOLLY was amazing. She was happy to serves us and right ontop of things. As well as being pleasent to the guest around us. The biscuits were fresh, the shrimp was good, and the server(MOLLY) was truley the best. There is usally a wait to be seated, so keep it in mind.

The food is good here and the lobesteritas are the best drinks. However, it is absolutely FREEZING in this place, be sure to bring a sweatshirt or jacket to wear while eating here. Both times I've gone and sat in different places and it has been exceptionally cold.

We went to Red Lobster to celebrate my mom's bday. I ordered my favorite, coconut shrimp, & it was ABSOLUTELY delicious!! Everything was great... the salad, the cheesy biscuits, the baked potato...YUMMY!! My parent's food was great too! For it being my mom's bday the waiter brought out this HUGE hot fudge sundae...it was scrumptious!! I haven't had ice cream that silky, that creamy in a long time!!

The menu changed since I was last there. There were 3 in my dinner party. We ordered the endless shrimp feast, create your platter.Shrimp/linguine Alfredo. Seafood stuffed mushrooms, crispy dragon shrimp over quinoa and broccoli. Caesar salad and 2 Garden salads. Plus endless cheddar biscuits. OMG, everything was good. We had enough to take home and enjoy the second day. The Dragon shrimp was spicy, in a good way! The salads were crisp, although the croutons could be softer. The linguine Alfredo was tender and cheesy. The biscuits were warm, buttery and "cheddarry". Everything washed down with
Strawberry lemonade. We never order desert, so not an issue. Our lovely waitress, Graciela was wonderful and sweet and clearly overworked. They were short staffed. We wished we could have tipped her more, but we don't tip from our cards. We were generous though, even though our cash was limited. Graciela delivered service with a smile.

Service was ok the new Caribean shrimp is not that great. They actually drop honey on top of it and becomes very sweet. We waited 15-20 min for our drinks and it was simply not to expectations. I would doble think it if this is what you don't want in service... All the other entries on the all you can eat shrimp is the same old same old things!!!

The all you can eat shrimp feast price is reasonable; however I didn't like the fact you could only chose 2 types of dishes to start with and then only 1 dish afterwards for your next refill. A lot of sitting around and waiting until the next dish arrived. Could have minimized the wait time by allow a 2 dish refill at a time.

Slow Slow service. Food is okay for chain restaurant food. Typically takes an hour plus to get the main course with large gaps between drink, appetizer, salad, main, desert. Sometimes you get cold food. They need to hire more and better staff. Only come here when others want to.

We were at your restaurant yesterday 3-2-19 and everything was amazing except your TV was tuned into the CPAC convention and from my vantage point every time I looked up I had to see Trump. I am not a supporter. I found it really affected my opinion of your place of business. You should perhaps consider keeping your programming neutral. Your business should not be tuned into anything political. There are plenty of sports on the air on a Saturday afternoon. I won't be back for a while, there are plenty of establishments to spend my dollars where I won't be uncomfortable while I eat my meal. You should know this, shame on the management of this establishment.

Went for daughter's birthday -her choice. She had the Lobster Lovers Feast (somethin like that). Her meal was $37 and I have to say to get two lobster tails, a seafood pasta of sorts, and two sides you probably won't find a better price on that kind of dinner.
Wife and I had endless shrimp. It's OK but the shrimp are SMALL. Shrimp in grocery store are considered Large when there are 26-30 of them per pound. These couldn't have been barely half the size of those. Taste OK but for $18 you'd have to eat 3 plus pounds to get your money's worth.
We DID try a lobster & langostino pizza as an appetizer and for $12 that was BY FAR the best value of everything we ordered. I enjoyed a top shelf Long Island Iced Tea but honestly didn't remember to look at what they hit me for that. All in all for 2 adults and a 10 year old girl to have a "nice meal" it cost $130 with a 16% tip. Took 15 mins to get our drinks after they were ordered and that was a disappointment. We had to ask for the cheddar biscuits and by the time we had each choked down a half of one of those with nothing to drink we had given up on the biscuits (which used to be one of my favorite things about eating at Red Lobster). My daughter's kiddy cocktail had VERY little grenadine and wasn't very sweet and it was served WITHOUT maraschino cherries! Who does that to a kid!?!
Wait staff was friendly, polite, and attentive and they sang my daughter happy birthday and brought her an ice cream Sunday which made it a success.
Oh yeah, tried their new brussel sprouts side (also available as an app) and that was good. I said good, not great. That's all I can think of.
