5* purely for the exceptional customer service. Apparently their kitchen closes 30 min before close (should be listed on their Google Listing) the manager accommodated us and offered us with a couple of options from the menu. Philly Steak or Chicken Shawerma! Both were good. Good size and value for the $$. Would love try out their other items. All their meat is Halal and they have some good selection on the menu at a decent price point.

Local 💎 I'm in Milwaukee for work. I have had lunch 4 out of 7 days this week. The non-dairy smooties are a huge draw for me. My favorite is the "fly to the sky." I also enjoy the catfish. The smile that greats me by name is a huge plus! Really great customer service.

This Schwarma Chicken is the bizzzzzzoooommmmmb! Very diverse menu and cool staff. Dining area is super clean. Doesn't smell like a 4 alarm fire either which means they have adequate ventilation. We will definitely be back!

I gotta say I was BLOWN AWAY by the smell alone of the chicken schwarma plate before I even got home! The muscles 💪 smoothie was PHENOMENAL and I'm very particular about healthy smoothies with my food allergies/restrictions. It was SO GOOD that I literally wiped the cup clean with my finger bc I couldn't let the tasty leftover thick foam go to waste!! 😆 I have never done that with a smoothie before, EVER. The serving size for the schwarma plate FILLED me UP and I am a big eater. Much to my surprise there was still enough for at least 2 more filling meals! See pic below. Only minor bummer is that the potato wedges were a bit spicy, so I could only eat a few of the lg order I purchased. Other than that, it was PERFECT! I'll be back multiple times a week since I live like 5min away. Will def get my parents on board as well as loyal customers.

The food is feesh and delicious. The plates are a great serving. My shake was delucious as well with real fruit pueces in it. I cant forget about the staff... They are phenomenal and friendly. Thanks so much for the great meal.

It was my first time here and I love it already. They are very clean and friendly and family friendly The food was very good and hot. The prices are very reasonable. They also have a special that I got it has one fish a thigh a leg and a wing and fries and a drink included great deal😁

Everything here has flavour! The cheese steak fries are awesome. I wish they had sauces for the wings. Above average prices but the portions are big so definitely worth the price if you like big portions.

I was recommended the chicken breasts from a friend and for white meat, it was juicy as heck. It was very tender with a well seasoned crisp skin. Would be a great place to invest in to revamp the looks. Best chicken I've had in WI.

The most krazy thing about krazy kitchen is you cannot go wrong with any of their item. Price and portion is perfect. And it's halal too! Every item is well seasoned and that's why their cat fish fry is so yummy. I like their leg n thigh fried chicken. I didn't enjoy their popular chicken shawarma plate. The rice was amazing but the chicken shawarma pieces didn't taste so good. Their Philly Cheese Steak sandwich is a foot long, it's huge! Good for two people. Though it doesn't taste exactly like Philly's but whatever it is it's good and makes you full. This is my first time trying mangonada and I loved it! The goodness is in the tamarind stick, so make sure to let it soak in the mango juice first. Gonna try it everytime I go there. Their chocolate milk shake was good too but its a little too big and sweet for my taste.

My son and have recently made this a very regular spot for getting carryout orders as they have a great variety and high quailty large portion meals. The Chicken, Fish, Beef dishes are high quality and all of the sides are great. Middle of the road pricing absolutely worth it if you may be debating between this and a slightly less expensive option. Online ordering available and usually short wait times on orders if you order and pay attention to the projected time. (Longest wait I had here was about 10mins but it was busy and we had a larger order..still worth it.)

Was here twice. The first time I ate at the restaurant and had the 12 piece chicken and it was delicious. We went again to take it home. We ordered the 12 piece again and this time we were not satisfied. First the Fries had too much seasoning. Then they only gave us dark meat and it was supposed to be mixed. I wasn’t satisfied with that and don’t plan on going again.

The chicken and tenders are really good, the seasoning they use is great. Only thing service is very slow, I usually call and they are never ready at the time they give me but the food is fresh/hot. Only dine in once, place is a bit out dated but food still great.

Food is good, but my food is sitting there while she's in the back talking 🙄 I only get a 30 min lunch break so while you're being unprofessional, I only got to eat 2 fries for lunch thanks. The ONLY reason I gave 3 stars is because the food is good. Not happy at all

Waited to post until I've eaten here at least 3 times, over a 2 month period and let me tell you the food has been amazing all 3 times. Always hot and fresh. Clean restaurant and they have an awesome variety of things. So go get ya some.

From the old ashes of Milwaukee PC on s27th street comes Krazy Kitchen. An interesting experience that serves an equally interesting niche. Fried food and Smoothies make fresh to order. The restaurant is very well kept, and is both trendy and clean. I ordered the 2PC Catfish meal and was pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of the meal for the price. The restaurant also provides a few free spice mixes for seasoning. Be prepared to wait fifteen minutes, or longer unless you call ahead. I suppose in a pinch you could order a smoothie for dinner 😀. Update 3/10/2017 Went back and ordered a 3 chicken, 2 fish combo meal. The chicken had good flavor however was soaked in grease, Potato Wedges were solid, Cod tasted a little old, and the catfish was still as good. Overall 4/5. If you go specifically for the Catfish 5/5.

This place is a hidden gem.I highly recommend checking it out. I am assuming it was the owner that cooking and he was so nice. We both got the 5 piece chicken meal with cole slaw and potatoes and a drink for $15. The chicken was the perfect amount of crispy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside. Wish we lived closer so We could visit again.

Although I had to wait a long time it was worth the wait. I would recommend there smoothies . I tried something new which I've never had before. Shwarma I probably spelled that wrong but it was delicious. There were only 2 people in the kitchen so give a break on the wait. The smoothie contains actual fruit and ginger. And not the usual garbage of high fructose corn syrup which is refreshing (literally)

Food is very good, quite salty and big portions. However, the service super slow . We got there at 1:15, noone was there and we waited 5 mins for someone to come to the counter from the back(they dont have any bells on the counter. We ordered a philly cheesesteak sandwich and 2 peices of fried chicken, my family ordered seprately and it wasn't a big order as there were only 2 of them and we finally got the food at 1:45. Since we entered there was a table that needed cleaning and it was like that till we left. I thought it would be more busy coming closer to July. We came the weekend before July 4th, it was taking quite a while we took it to go instead of eating inside as we were also getting some food for the family, mainly children.

Delicious food, huge portions and piping hot until your last bite! The food served at Krazy kitchen was some of the best of it's kind I've had anywhere. The variety of what is served is really great given that they pay attention to the quality of it all, and don't just focus on making a few items their specialty as many other places. I was pleasantly surprised at the crispiness of the potato wedges and the juicy bites of the Philly cheesesteak. It's all halal which is what got the 5th star from me!

Tried this place out while visiting Wisconsin because the reviews spoke very highly of the food. Though the food was delicious, the staff was impatient and not very friendly. I wouldn't rate this as a family friendly restaurant simply due to the choice in music, lots of profanity. If you have young children, I would recommend takeout.

Not sure how to feel. Food was just.... good. I wasn't blown away, but it was good. I had the chicken shawarama plate, it was very savory and could have used a bit of acidity and maybe a tad less rice. I would go back and try other things for sure.

Amazing place for dine-in or take out. Went with my toddler and one friend for lunch. Everyone was full and we still had some food left for later. Milwaukee is terrible for late night food spots….. but this place was a diamond in the rough! Great chicken with a tasty seasoning added right to it. Iheb was our server. He was very personable and happy to help, even though we showed up just before closing(we landed late at the airport). Everything came out hot and the smoothies were ice cold. Very tasty spot with an eclectic atmosphere and great service.

I tried the chicken and fries and became a instant fan. This place could easily be called Krazy chicken because this chicken is insanely delicious. It's so crispy but not a hard over cooked crisp. Then seasoned to perfection that has a slight spice but not a overwhelmingly tongue burn it's really a great experience. The fries have the same taste and was a real treat but I feel the fries could have been cooked just a little bit longer to give you the crunch that I desire in my fries. Definitely 5 stars for that chicken keep up the good work Krazy Kitchen

The food is amazing that we have been going back and back! Do yourself a favor and check this this place, I guarantee you will not have regrets!

Had food many times here and it tastes awesome specially the fried chicken although they need to figure out a better way to provide takeout as by the time you reach home the chicken gets soggy. May be a container type used by KFC would be helpful and the other problems I have is with staff not being trained. - You don’t get greeted, not even a smile, if no one is at the counter then the cook doesn’t respond to waiting customers. Keeps working with blank expression as if people are waiting to get stuff as donation. - They do not see special instructions written for online orders. Also can’t pay online. - They tend to miss stuff from order if not checked, specially drinks. - Their food is halal but they didn’t mention it on their website. Probably losing many customers for it. - chocolate smoothie is not available to order online but can be ordered in store.

I decided that we should get chicken, and not from a chain or anything, found this place and I'm questioning why I haven't ordered sooner and how I hadn't heard of them before because this was honestly one of the best order experiences ever. Website is easy to navigate on mobile and desktop, order process was quick, payment upon delivery is a nice touch. Once I placed the order I got instant confirmations and within the stated hour got my call as requested and the delivery woman was very prompt and polite. THE FOOD: I got some tenders and my partner got curds and the "Krazy Corn", the chicken was spectacular, juicy, not greasy, JUICY chicken, with a thin but still semi-crunchy breading and the universally tasty seasoning. The potato wedges were large as well as the overall portions so I was able to save some for later. The curds were very good, seasoning went very well on them, never even asked if they gave us sauce. The Krazy Corn was delicious, but the way it was sliced up to go in the container made for tricky eating, otherwise my partner gave it nothing but near-exclaimed praise. We also got the fruit cocktail smoothie, which even THAT was impressively tasty. We will be ordering again, and many, many times after. I cannot recommend this place enough

My sisters and I arrived a little early before the restaurant was open. The gentleman at the register was really nice and told us to take a seat while he finishes opening up the restaurant. We ordered the wings and the philly steak sandwich and everything tasted superb! We highly recommend both items. Definitely worth stopping in and eating here.

They have some of the best fried shrimp and catfish I have had in Milwaukee. They always have amazingly seasoned food! I always call ahead with my order and have never had an issue. Also nice to see them add more to their store anytime I get the chance to stop by. Glad to see this pandemic has not closed down a great spot like this. Highly recommend for your Friday night fish fry needs or every day cravings!

Probably my new favorite spot! Everything was seasoned so deliciously. My boyfriend and I had stopped in there and had ordered the fried chicken jalapeño poppers and okra and everything tasted great. While waiting for our food, the gentleman in the front was making a smoothie for another customer and gave us samples of the left over smoothie which also tasted amazing! Was looking for places to eat after the bucks and heat game and came across this joint. Was very surprised at the hospitality. We got there near closing and the workers were super friendly and even let us dine in (I am from Chicago). The food was very tasty. I would recommend the philly cheesesteak and the cheeseburger 😋. Would def recommend to try it out and will come again next time I am in Milwaukee!!

Really good! I ordered the chicken schwarma plate for my husband, some jalapeño poppers, onion rings, and a mangonada. The chicken schwarma plate is really great. I’m a little disappointed with the jalapeño poppers because they’re not cream cheese ones (but that’s my preference). They were good anyways. The onion rings were spicy, and that’s the only complaint that I have. My 5yo wanted onion rings and she HATES spicy food. There wasn’t any indication on the menu that they were. HOWEVER the rice in the plate is PHENOMENAL. The chicken is juicy and seasoned just right. The mangonada is really great too! They delivered to our hotel and the delivery driver was very kind.

Great food! A little slow, but that is because they make everything fresh, so worth the wait. The portion size is huge, had the grill plate and took over half of it home. Staff was very friendly and up front about the wait before we ordered. Overall an excellent lunch experience.

Seems like a nice cafe with an American type menu, but beware as its really spiced up Mexican style. Even the shrimp were coated in cayenne pepper, as was the cheese burger and fries. Yet tasty and a good price if this is what you are looking for.

We love the chicken shawarma in sandwich or their platter form. Never had catfish before, but the catfish here was delicious! Chicken and philly steak sandwiches are very good. If you’re a first timer, definitely try the “our special” to try just about everything they have and then add on as you go or how hungry you are. As you can tell, never had food here that didn’t taste bad! Usual wait time is max 20 minutes which is awesome for the quality of the food. We come quite often now, and the staff notice!! If you ever have a question, the staff can recommend anything or answer any of your questions in a friendly and honest manner. Very professional and transparent in their interactions with you, which I appreciate. Dining area and kitchen are extremely clean. Every time we are in here eating or getting it to go, someone is wiping tables or sweeping. If you’re looking for a wide menu from fried chicken to catfish to smoothies - you won’t be disappointed with this place!

This place is a hidden treasure!!! I always forget about it, and each time I go back I remember how much I love it. Absolutely everything I've had there is delicious. Love the chicken shawarma , the fried chicken, fish, and so many others that I can't remember the names of. Staff is amazing. If you're intimidated by the menu, ask the owner (who is always there) what he recommends. I tell him what I like and don't like and he chooses a meal for me .

The staff is super friendly and accomodating. The food is delicious and made fresh to order. And the portion sizes are huge... you will for sure have leftovers. I've never had a philly cheese steak with pickles. I wish the description would have said something so I could have told them to remove them. We ordered 5 meals and got sodas that tasted like it was just seltzer water. The potato wedges were really good. That's the only thing that saved them from getting one star. Update: I'm happy they reached out to me immediately after the review. They are correcting the menu on the philly cheese stake and offered to fix our meals. Just had to go on here and thank the young lady at the cashier. I went on Thursday July 12th after work at 5 and was not having a good day and this young lady, I think she said her name was Abby was so nice and sweet. I was in a foul mood and she was so kind and understanding and I have to be honest I wasn’t in the best mood and yet she served me with a smile and took good care of me. Definitely going back! First time here. Chicken was amazing! It was just crispy enough and they add a little spice to it, but not hot spicy. I usually don't eat potatoe wedges but these are fried to perfection and once again spiced just right. We also indulged in shakes which were very delicious. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Yes we waited for 15 minutes approximately, but it was so worth it for fresh restaurant quality food!. 2 piece Cod was flaky and crisp on the outside, definitely fresh fish and hand breaded. Pieces were very good size. Daughter had chicken tenders, which were also huge in size, fresh and hand breaded ( no frozen food found here!!!). Chicken was tender and practically melted in your mouth. Potato wedges were large, fresh, crispy and also hand breaded. Definitely will return!

I wanted to acknowledge the young lady who works at the cashier at this establishment. I went there on July 10th to get some food because a friend recommended me because they said the food is good and when I went in the first thing that I noticed was the young lady at the cashier. There were several people ahead of me in line with not much of a good attitude might I say and this young lady although she was getting a lot of negative attitude from clients I was surprised to see that she kept her calm and handled each one with a smile on her face. When I got to her her smile and her attitude were amazing. She treated me so kindly and professionally. I was surprised at how fast my order was taken care of and it was wonderful to have such a young lady know how to handle people without being disrespectful. I wanted to let her know that I appreciate her time and her beautiful smile. Thanks for the fast service with a smile. Will be coming around more often as the food was awesome! We visited Candy Cane Lane in West Allis, so it was about 10 pm. Literally googled "best fried chicken in Milwaukee" for spouses' appetite and Krazy Kitchen was first. Pleasantly surprised. Excellent spices, large menu and large portions! I wanted fried cod and it was the best I've ever had. I am from Wisconsin and have had a lot of fish from many places. BEST FRIED COD! Great breading and light. Fries were also seasoned nicely and tasted great. Spouse really enjoyed the chicken and thought it was the best he'd had. Not skimpy pieces or greasy. What's interesting about this place was, they offered fried foods, burgers, possibly gyros, actually a large selection of dishes, but also offered fresh fruit smoothies in many different flavors and combos. We did not order the drinks but will next time, they looked wonderful and very fresh! There were three of us and we ordered a LOT of food because we wanted to put some in hotel fridge to eat later. It took about twenty minutes but we were in no rush and I think cooking time is a little more with the fillet/chicken size. They don't give out tiny, shriveled, over fried pieces. We enjoyed the extra time talking and never felt rushed even when more patrons entered/ordered. Employees were super nice and friendly. Dining area clean and comfortable. We pushed two tables together, spread out our feast and enjoyed! Located in strip mall on East side of 27th. It will be hard to choose another restaurant when in the area for me now because I am already craving the fish again. Also, it was a Saturday night and had late hours. Will definitely return!

Chicken Shawarma sandwich was outstanding and very large, (nearly a foot long) which made for two meals. It was super tasty with a hint of heat. The garlic sauce on it was great. Website lists wrong price, however. It was a dollar more. Fried chicken was extremely crispy and had great spice flavors. Potato wedges also were extremely crispy on the outside but soft and warm on the inside. Perfectly done. Located in a small strip mall with assorted businesses, which is fine. Took about 25 minutes, however. I thought it was a bit too long since they were not busy when I ordered. Chicken strips not nearly as good as the fried chicken. Fries are not great either. Rather soft when they should be crisp. Stick with the potato wedges. Definitely specify the wedges. Would definitely go back many times for the shawarma and fried chicken with wedges.

I ordered based upon the reviews. We ordered catfish and chicken. I was warned when I called in that their seasoning has a little spice to it. That was great to advise me. Truthfully, for meat to be good, (in this case) less is more (seasoning). My dislike is the breading was wayyyy too much for catfish. I would recommend the owner/chef try another places catfish for an example or different outlook. All the breading is unnecessary. The chicken wasn’t the greatest either. I’d rather have had Popeyes. I gave it a whirl. I’m willing try another dish/shake based upon customer service ALONE.

I just came from Krazy kitchen(Tuesday May 28,2019 11AM) it was my first time being there after searching for the best fish/chicken soul food restaurants and boy I'm glad I stopped in. I stopped in when it first opened at 11AM and I ordered the 2 catfish meal for $8.99 I had to wait for 15 minutes because everything is served up fresh and hot I really like that, now mind you I didn't know what to expect because I thought I was gonna get some regular sized catfish that other fish places that I usually go to like JJ fish and Chicken and Hooks Fish and Chicken have but boy when they called my name, gave me my food and when I sat down to open it up I was amazed at what I saw. First I tried the fries now although I thought it came with wedges when I taste the fries I didn't mind because that first big bite of the fries the flavor and the seasoning hit my mouth and it was a joyful flavor my favorite fries was Kentucky Fried Chicken wedges, checkers, and five guys cajun fries well that all change today because Krazy Kitchen beat them but they're tied with Five Guys Cajun Fries. Krazy Kitchen has the best fries I've tasted in a long time I can't wait to see what they do in the future with their fries because they can only go up from there. Fries gets a 5 out of 5. Now for their Catfish when I open the container in which the Catfish was in I was shock at how big they were those two catfish pieces were huge. And brought out so much flavor and fried to perfection and to think I grabbed salt and pepper for both the fries and the catfish well I didn't need it because everything was perfectly seasoned. But that catfish was off the chain and I was literally full off of one piece of catfish it was so filling I was literally fighting myself to eat the other piece of catfish and my stomach telling my brain no Ajala your full no more but I mustered up the strength and ate that other catfish bad news is I couldn't eat the fries but no worries I took my fries with me. That meal will make me full all day untill dinner around 6:30-7PM and I got sleepy afterwards so you know the food is good and filling when it makes you sleepy too bad I got a doctor's appointment to go too. Krazy Kitchens food turned out and tasted better then JJ Fish and Chicken, Hooks Fish and Chicken and this soul food restaurant Place called Daddy's on 24 and Wells yes Krazy Kitchen fish and chicken is better then all three of those places because they do not skimp on the seasoning and they give you your money's worth. The Catfish gets a 5 out of 5 and the customer service gets a 5 out of 5 great customer service the overall experience (in my Daym Drops Voice) Krazy Kitchen gets a 5 all day but it really deserves a ten because food experience I had in a long time to the guys at Krazy Kitchen keep up the great work and keep exciting the customers with your unique food ideas that can suprise the masses you just got yourselves a brand new customer I will definitely be coming back soon. As for people who are looking for a great soul food experience for fish or chicken try out Krazy kitchen you won't be disappointed and their food is worth the money.
