The staff was fun, engaging, and professional, and multiple times at our table, the words, “this is the best steak of my life” were shared. Would recommend and will be back! The environment is modern and well decorated, but I found the chairs to be uncomfortable for a 2+ hour meal, and the place was SO LOUD—on a Wednesday night even. We had to *yell* across the 4-person table to have conversation. Certainly not an intimate steakhouse ambiance, but more tolerable if you have a few drinks in you.

Booked a reservation for my brother’s birthday and it was a great experience. Our server was helpful and patient, given that it was our first time. Everyone was so attentive to our table. My glass of water was not empty for a single moment and the staff was very professional. I highly recommend Carnevor, not only because the service was great, but because the food was too! Hands down one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! I got a well done Filet Mignon and I can’t get over how delicious it was. I’ve eaten a lot of steak in a lot of different places and Carnevor is at the top of the list. Literally the best steak ever!!

Carnevor is hands down one of the best (arguably the best) steak joint in Milwaukee. We went with the Australian Wagyu Filet and the Dry aged Rib Eye and both were amazing. We also had mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and butternut squash soup to go with it. The atmosphere in the restaurant and bar are both great, making for and all around unique and enjoyable experience. The prices are on the higher end and they match the quality of the food and the experience. I would highly recommend giving Carnevor a chance if you can. Enjoy Local!

The best lobster bisque anywhere in the country! They specialize in high end Wagyu from America, Australia, and Japan. No one else offers cuts like these so don't even bother looking. Cocktails are awesome, the people are great. The shrimp cocktail is giant, desserts are made from scratch. Truly an amazing steakhouse. The first and second pictures are the A5 kuroge strip from Hokkaido. Bet you can't eat more than 4oz 😉

Had a wonderful time. They put my wife's name on the menu for her birthday. I didn't have to ask for a thing. Water, soda, plates everything was taken care. The owner Mark came to our table to see if everything was satisfactory and talked with us. I wish i remembered our servers name but she was a sweet heart. Definitely loved every second. The new Manhattan drink was fabulous. The Moscow mule the steaks the little donuts. Just divine.

What an awesome experience! I wanted to take my boyfriend out for a nice dinner on his birthday. Absolutely exceeded my expectations and the staff was amazing! Can't wait to return. The valet parking is also extremely nice for only $7 so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. Next time we will venture into the more expensive cuts of meat as we now have something to compare it to. We got the filet mignon, bone in filet, lobster bisque, bone marrow as a starter, Mac and cheese, and the creamed corn for sides.

Amazing steaks! Lobster bisque is a must try! The restaurant is beautiful on the inside and it was the perfect spot for an intimate date night! Creme Brûlée was the best!!!

The bone marrow is a must. This was the first place I have gone that served it and I have to say it was to die for. Absolutely amazing! We hoth had a 16 ounce ribe eye as well and they cooked to perfection!
