We had my grandparents 70th anniversary here in their private back room and it was great! The servers were very attentive but not intrusive. The food was delicious! We even had our own bathrooms to use conveniently located in the party room. I would definitely recommend this location for parties or even just a nice low key dinner out.

You can get a lot of food for a good price. I will say that quality of said for will vary depending on the dish. This is mostly a review for the breakfast menu. I have never gone wrong with the eggs, pancake, waffle, and the toast is impeccable with multiple options, but I would be wary of the biscuits and gravy. And the coffee is good. And bad coffee can pretty much ruin any good diner experience. There’s a lot on the menu so you’ll have to learn what you like and do not like. Obviously this is a diner, you’re not getting 5 star quality, but the food is great for the price and the staff is friendly, and very capable. I never see more than two waitresses and they do counter and serving so they’re very good at what they do. If you’re looking for a hearty breakfast, this is a great option.

Haven't been here in a long time. Very impressed with the up dates of atmosphere. Food was good but felt the prices were rather high for what we had. Had neighborhood fish fry which was good but didn't realize you had to request bread. Also the Cole slaw was nasty. They should have stuck to there original. Our waitress was fantastic,spot on with everything. Will go back maybe try breakfast or lunch.

A cute little place, very unique to the area as it looked like a train station. The food was outstanding I had a dragon fruit parfait that was out of this world...and my bacon avocado egg sandwich I could have had seconds! I will definitely be back

We're in Milwaukee visiting his side of the of family. This Greek Restaurant is a place that knows his mother and gives her a fantastic greeting every time! In a quiet neighborhood and could be passed by, but don't pass by. Go in and have a great Greek meal!

Food was ok. Prices were fair. Service was good. “World famous chili” was just ok. BLT was heavy on the lettuce, slightly burned toast, & soggy with the mayo- not the best, but still good enough to eat. Fries weren’t very good. Cheesecake was tasty, but a very small portion. Menu options were extensive- greek, italian, american- lots of choices! Beers on tap- needs more of a selection. I’ll probably go back when I’m in the area to try some other things on the menu.

My wife and I have never been here before but we stopped for a quick anniversary dinner with some friends. The food was excellent and decently priced. The service was fantastic and speedy. Especially after we told them that we had to be to an art exhibit by a certain time. They gave us a coupon to use for the next time we eat there too, because of our anniversary. So all in all 5 stars for these guys. It was a great dining experience. Ibwould recommend this place to anyone.

Sensation as l value, taste, and selection of food. Chef is expert. The waitresses are personable, gracious, and major league competent. They deserve large tips. Love this restaurant. Have also used it for wonderful after funeral gatherings etc.

Love the flaming cheese!! They bring it to the table and light it on fire in a skillet and extinguish the fire with lemon juice. The Italian style grouper is the latest dish I tried and the breading had a unique taste and really worked well with the dish. I have never had bad food here and I have tried lots of items on the menu. The owner is always there and is a really nice friendly guy!

This is a no frills establishment, but don’t let that fool you! The food and service were awesome! There’s a huge variety of items to choose from which was nice . Our waitress was very genuine, very attentive and made sure we were taken care of during our visit(she was not super chipper and fake. I find those waitresses tend to mess up orders because they’re too busy trying to be nice). The food was very good as well, especially the crab cakes! What I loved most, is that our food was PIPING hot! If you’re ever in the area, be sure to give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

Always a good experience here. I came in one day after having a really bad day, and got a drink. The owner gave me a free soup to try with it and was very kind to me making my day so much better. That was years ago. Now we continue to go back. The staff is always super friendly, the owner is very nice and the food is delicious. I once called the restaurant across the street for a pick up and they were rude and very unpleasant. I called the brass key right after and they were so nice and acted like they actually wanted our business. I’m so happy to have this right next to our house! Good business to support

Went there with some friends. Waitress was nice. Small town vibe, reminded me of growing up in the U.P. Bar area looked great but restaurant needs some updating. My friends ordered from the "American" part of the menu. Smooshed buns, on the greasy side, and not a ton of flavor. Verdict: standard meh pub fair. HOWEVER the gyro I had was delicious. A bit on the greasy side, and looked different than I expected, but I loved it. Great flavor, didn't make me sick (huge thing for me, I have stomach issues) and I was more than happy with the price I paid for the food. I think like $12 for meal, side, and dessert. Will definitely return, at least for the gyro and general greek fair!

By far one of my favorite local neighborhood restaurants. George and his staff do a spectacular job on everything. Excellent menu and variety, more than fair prices. I've been eating there since 2001 and never had anything less then a great meal. And there Friday fish fry is by far one of the best in the city. Thanks George & staff.

It's hard to keep my stomach unnauseated while practically having a urinal or sink practically in my face as I use the restroom.

The food was wonderful, they had a surf and turf special that was out of this world and the price was so affordable. We had dinner after my father's memorial service so there were quite a few people. I enjoy the grouper everytime we eat at the Brass key restaurant. It seems to be the only place I'm able to get grouper in Wisconsin. A little bit of Florida right in Wisconsin. Also the soups are very good. Tonight I had the cream of chicken , rice and lemon soup. A fairly traditional Greek soup. It was so good. Prices are very fair and they have a large menu including steak and lobster. Love this place and the friendly people who work there .

First visit for me after my wife and son found it on another trip. They were so impressed that it was decided we'd go so I could try it as well. The food was fantastic and the cheesecake was phenomenal. Add to it the excellent service and it will definitely be a recurring stop on our Milwaukee visits.

A pretty well kept secret. This place has wonderful food at decent prices. Nothing fancy or showy, but very good. Spinach Pie is the BEST around and their seafood chowder on Fridays is great. One of the few places you still get soup and desert with your fish fry.

We had a group of about 30 for a party in their large separate room. Service was friendly and efficient. The variety of food, from soup through dessert, was delicious. In spite of the large group, all the food was served at the same time and everyone had a fine time. The restaurant even had lovely special cardstock menus made up for each of us. Delicious food to your specifications. Seasonal salad veggies grown on premises and at owner's home. Greek style salad dressing to die for made on site by owner. Excellent friendly family style service. Home made soups Baked French onion soup and seasonal Chili, with or without cheese, are delicious. A meal in themselves. Choice of desserts come with dinners. Ambience very comfortable and attractive. Always smiling, accommodating waitresses and busboys. Bartender always remembers and gets your drink order just right. She's a gem.

They have a big menu and the steak was cooked right and charbroiled. They have a full bar and the staff was quite good. Entres come with soup or salad and a choose of dessert. I would recommend this place. Wheel chair accessible too.

Ordered a medium rare 6 oz Filet mignon and 5 oz lobster tail for $25.95. The filet mignon was so juicy and soft as butter. The lobster was fresh and so incredible. My meal came with soup or salad and dessert. Let me tell you, this was the best meal I have ever had and will definitely will be back soon. Service was exquisite and food came out quick.

This is the CLASSIC 'old school' diner - and deserves a visit if you have the time. It is totally 'family' owned and operated from the look and feel all the way to the easy interactions the owner and staff have with new or seasoned visitors. HUGE menu selection - so go with the knowledge of "what it takes" to actually maintain a menu of that size and order accordingly for 'freshest' experience.
