4.5/5. Our first visit ever. First of all our server Chelsea was one of the best ever ! Me and my girl went on a Friday 6pm and we waited about 20 minutes to be seated. We enjoyed everything we ordered. We got the honey butter croissants and nachos appetizers. Both were great! She ordered the Slow Roasted Prime Rib with a Salad and Mashed Potatoes. I ordered the Ribeye with Fries and Fruit Bowl. Everything was delicious . Her Prime Rib Steak was seasoned perfectly (could’ve came out hotter) and my Ribeye had a perfect grill char to it. The fries may be the best I’ve had in a sit down restaurant. She also ordered a LIT in a jar and enjoyed it. We spent $94 and it was worth every dollar for our date night dinner and we took some home. If this service and food is consistently good I’ll upgrade to 5/5. If I had to give a con it would be that our steaks were not super hot when delivered to table

Greeter was okay not really friendly but I could tell she was tired so it's no biggie. The appetizer was amazing (pic attached) The Caesar salad has changed over the last four years and is disappointing because I loved it :( I got the original chicken tenders and loaded baked potato. The tenders were dry with absolutely positively no flavor what so ever. I DO NOT recommend. They didn't put my baked potato together which was annoying but not a huge deal. However the cheese in the baked potato was nasty. No idea why. The croissants I feel shouldn't be a "dessert" but not a huge deal. However they are not worth $7 I make better ones at home so save your money there. They did however made sure to keep our drinks filled, the place was clean. We were a party of two and they sat us at a five/six table instead of a booth. When asked for a booth they said they weren't clean and offered to clean one for us but I wholeheartedly believe in trying not to be high maintenance and declined. I used to love Rafferty's and would rave about my dining experience and the salad. But I'm guessing covid has changed this place too.

The food was great and the customer service was great! We really enjoyed the honey butter croissants! They are better than any we have ever had! We loved our entrées as well. The bbq chicken was moist & flavorful and the tenders delightfully crispy with that special sauce! 😋 yummo! We will return!!!

Wasnt real impressed with the food or prices. Ribs were 21.99 with one side. My fault, I thought it came with two sides like Texas Roadhouse and the waiter didnt say otherwise when we put in our order, but it was on the menu. Our waitress was not very attentive. Glasses ran out of drink while she walked around texting. Had to wait to pay our ticket along time. Wont be returning to this location.

Visited on a Saturday evening and the wait time was only about 25 minutes. I love the design of the dining room. Service was excellent; very attentive but not overbearing, and anticipated our needs. The food was very good also; generous portions, fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned.

Someone had told me this place had a few interesting burgers. I had also been craving some fries. I ordered the California Burger. Yummy. I was totally disappointed in the fries though. They were not cooked long enough..gross.

Food amazing as always. Best salads in the City. Service sucked but that seems to be the standard everywhere now. And building could use some remodeling. Used to love the layout of the building, now just looks old and run down

Nothing great. Definitely a place that attracts an older crowd. Wife and I wanted to try it since we never had. Pretty much every table had people over 65. That was the first warning sign for us because we knew the food would be average, and it was. Probably wont be back. Don't see restaurants like these lasting much longer. Ocharleys which was .5 miles up the road closed a few months back and that was a very similar restaurant (and imo better)

Great place to eat. We had a good meal here. The boys said the chicken tenders were just meh.., but the steak was outstanding! I have a hard time finding steak that is better than my own grilled and smoked steak, but this steak impressed me. Good service, friendly staff, and a decent beer selection. I left happy and hope to return again.

Rafferty's is one of my family's favorite restaurants because the food is consistently good, the service is always excellent, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Drinks from the bar are generous.

On the Tuesday we were there, server said there was $1 off glasses of house wine til 8pm. We thought we purchased house wine; evidently not bc this wasn't shown on the bill. She ordered small glass. I ordered large glass. When they arrived, I couldn't see much difference in the pours 😥

Absolutely loved it. Our food was delicious, hot. Our waitress was on it, she was timely, and made us feel at home. We got some food to go as well. When we are in this area, we purposely stop here and eat.

We had a great experience there, the food was amazing, the salads were huge, we loved the honey glazed coruscant with the salad. The steaks were cooked perfectly, service was great. Wish there was a Rafferty's in Okolona.

My Daughter loves Rafferty's and there is never an argument in visiting this establishment as the Service is always top notch, the food excellent (have you tried the croissants???), and any issues have been addressed expediently by their Management team.

We had a really good waitress, very friendly. My husband got a burger and fries which he said was good. I got the Kentucky bluegrass which is a bbq chicken sandwich also good. Neither would be what I would call outstanding and kind of a limited menu. I also got a side of garlic mashed potatoes loaded. They were nothing special but edible.

Food is very good. The problem is their choice of dessert. People with nuts allergies cannot have a dessert because all of their offerings either have nuts or coconut 🙁

I wasn't very pleased with my meal. However I am picky. I prefer my food to look good, as well as taste good. I ordered chicken fingers. They weren't cooked long enough. I also ordered a salad. The overall presentation of the salad was poor. To make it worse, it came with a large amount potatoe sticks, piled on top. Overall the taste was just as bad as the presentatio. This was my second time eating at this restaurant and I will not be returning. I shouldn't have came back there today, but I thought I would give them another chance. Nevertheless the service was good.

So I sat at the bar and had a to go order. My food wasn’t ready after 30 minutes and I was a little irritated, but the manager noticed without me having to say something and he personally came up to me and said my meal is free and went back and got my food! Service and attention to detail makes a place great! Nice going I’ll be back cause of this!

I travel all across the country for work and this was the best BBQ bacon Angus burger that I have ever had. Sports were on every TV. Alcohol selection was good and the price was average. Definitely a place I would revisit on my next visit to Louisville, KY.

Rafferty's is over in Dupont it's it's right it's got nice large size thing it's Rafferty's they have a carry out in the dining I went in through the carryout I told him who I was my water they said go way out in your car and we'll bring it to you they did do that yeah that's kind of a curbside service that's kind of rare anymore but I'm glad it is the food was delicious for the price it was the employees that I talk to were nice and got plenty of parking plenty of space handicap accessible it's a part years ago it was an Old farm there and it's been there for a while and it's right next to the series of other restaurants real nice place

Let me start by saying I am absolutely FLOORED. I placed an order tonight for my elderly grandmother who has dementia for the chicken tender salad and the croissants and since she REFUSES to eat anything even remotely healthy so I requested EXTRA cheese and egg so she would tolerate the salad. THESE GUYS KILLED IT! They went above and beyond to help me with special requests that with so many other restaurants around town I would be boiling eggs and trying to figure out which shredded cheese is on the salad, trying to match as closely as possible the butter and crushing up nuts all night just to get her to eat. These guys are really top notch and a HUGE hat tip to the to go waiter that filled my chaotic order. I HIGHLY recommend.. the service was truly above and beyond and she is currently eating her salad and croissants without complaint. I’m a customer for life!

Blackened Fire Grilled Salmon is the best I have ever had anywhere in the USA. I have had fresh grilled Salmon on a boat when Salmon fishing with my son and I'd say this is even better than that . Unbelievable that after eating at Raffertys probably-20+ times I have never had this before . Would Highly Recommend 5*+++

The burger was great the nacho Supreme was great too really good service quick on the food good and hot waiter was really nice had a little discrepancies where he gave me back too much money and I made sure that I hunted him down to give him his $10 back by no way I would have kept his money

Cute place with amazing food. The staff was friendly and a delight to talk with. I hate to say this but the chicken salad was better than my momma's and that's saying a lot! It's was like a taste of home. They give great portion sizes and the price is too good to not go here. Oh and don't even get me started on their delicious croissants! Flakey, piping hot and drizzled with a sweet butter sauce. Omg so good. Family friendly and they have huge TV's with every sport you can think of on. There's a little bit of something for everyone.

Quick stop due to extreme hunger! We were sat at a cozy booth in the bar area. Recieved fast service and had a delicious late lunch indulging on their signature Chicken Salad. Fruit melody was incredibly fresh and the whipped Orange Yogurt like fruit sauce was amazing! Ice Tea must be brewed on sight too! All around great dining experience!!!

Have wanted to stop here for a long time. My wife, daughter and I sat outside by the fire pit on the porch. Cool out but great! We all had the Prime Rib Sandwich cooked how we chose. UPDATE 1O-22. Hamburgers are very delicious!

Rafferty's is a great place to eat!!! Actually it's one of my favorites!! Tonight we had an AWESOME server named Tripp!!! He was very attentive, brought drink refills and took away dirty dishes without having to ask, was very nice and overall did a great job!!! Jeff, the general manager busted his tail busing tables and doing whatever was needed!! Every time we see him, he's busy, busy, busy! That's what restaurant managers should do... Way to go Jeff!!! Love your restaurant!!! Always happy with the servers and enjoy our meals!! Keep up the wonderful work!!! Looking forward to our next visit! p.s. I highly recommend the Chef Salad with the Honey Mustard/Hot Bacon Dressing!!!! Delicious!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

UPDATE I spoke with the manager on duty he took wonderful care of me. Remade my cold for and comped my order. Will be returning to this location ONLY because of the managers customer service. Thank you for taking care of me. Did not have a good experience here. Placed my order at 4:24. Nice gentleman said it would only take 15 minutes. It’s 5:15 and I’m still sitting outside. 5 different cars have pulled up and now have left. I understand your systems are down, but it doesn’t take over an hour to cook a cheeseburger. And if the systems are down, why have 5+ cars pulled up after me, and also left before me. Terrible service and food was COLD?! Yeah my order was definitely forgot about and they didn’t want to own up to their mistake.

It's all about the special ! Having worked in the restaurant industry I know that oftentimes managers will give the chefs an opportunity to come up with a creative idea for the menu and then list that creative idea as a special. I am not sure who dreamed this gem up but it was a treat. The Manhattan. A hearty scoop of homemade mashed potatoes surrounded by sliced prime rib on a bed of wheat bread and topped with au jus.

Today my family and I were hungry and tired after a round of MD appointments. I called the Raffety’s Deli on Breckinridge Lane from the MD office for help with an order. I could not get the online version to connect. The gentleman listened patiently and assured me he could get our order done. In 20 minutes we had our order and we were on our way home. A pleasant young lady brought our delicious food to the car and processed our card with no wait at all. Fantastic service and scrumptious food quickly. Thank you.

Great food and service! I have been to Rafferty’s many times and have always had a good experience. The staff are very friendly and the food is very fresh and delicious. I was told that all of their dressings are made in house, which certainly seemed to be the case. Everything there has always been very fresh. rarely am i in the mood for a slightly expensive sit down restaurant— but when i am- there is no better place to go, than raffertys! the food & service are both ALWAYS AMAZING! i recommend the potato soup, the pork chops, the rack of ribs & the slightly spicy cajun chicken alfredo! OH- & i usually DO NOT like the sweet tea @ restaurants, but even the sweet tea is good here!!!

The staff was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend their pineapple marinated ribeye as it was perfectly cooked and delicious. I was with a party of 9 adults and a 1 year old and there were no complaints from anyone regarding the food or service. The infant totally devoured his macaroni and cheese along with some broccoli purloined from his great grandmother. Others in the party enjoyed their Kona chicken, specialty burger and various other items. The staff had no problems serving our party or juggling the multiple tabs to be calculated.

Outstanding! Due to Covid, life has changed for us all and that holds especially true for dining out. Some restaurants have done well transitioning at a high level so that their customers can eat in their own home but have a restaurant quality meal prepared for them, others have failed because they just can't get it right. Rafferty's has nailed it! We couldn't finish our dinners tonight because there was so much food, the flavors and quality were perfect and other than having to refill our own drinks, it was as if we were sitting in your dining room. We have always liked Rafferty's and have recommended your restaurants many times but tonight was as perfect as it could have been and something else that often gets overlooked was the curbside service. The young man and young lady who processed payment and delivered the food to our car were very pleasant, professional and on the ball. Thanks for a truly perfect dining experience!

Good food fast and very caring personnel. Placed a "to go" online and it said our order would be ready in 30 minutes. Manager called just a few minutes after we received the confirmation to advise the order would be ready much sooner and we did not need to wait. Can honestly say I've never had carryout with that level of personal response. Great job, Rafferty's.

I had the bbq burger, which was pretty good. My wife had the chicken salad which was also reasonably good. The draft beer selection wasn't great, but I am getting used to that these days. Our server Brian was excellent, friendly and efficient, and made it a very enjoyable night out on the porch.

Came here tonight after the Kentucky Derby, and It was thee best experience!! Manager Brady was hands on and very attentive along with our great waiter Scott!!! They were the best!! Totally random that we ended up at Rafertys and hadn't been there in a long while. We were super impressed, it felt like we were dining in 2019 pre-covid as the place appeared to be fully staffed, servers were very friendly and expeditious. Probably the best service and possibly meal we've had since 2019. Very impressed...the manager was on the floor the whole time making his rounds bringing drinks, clearing tables and checking on customers. Will be back soon for another trip back in time !

Good menu, and each thing we had was high quality and perfectly prepared. Prime rib and filet were wonderful, and the chicken dishes were great too. House salad is much more than a pile of lettuce and comes with a signature fluffy croissant.

There was a 30 minute wait. Waiter was great, but you were aware that they were short on servers. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food. This was 3pm. Not the sunday lunch crowd. Food was fine, once we got it.

We love using their curbside carryout - the service has always been quick and friendly and they pack everything really well. A few of our favorites are the supreme nachos, house salad (must get the house dressing - you will not regret it!), prime rib sandwich and baby back ribs.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had! They were accommodating to our large party last minute on a holiday weekend, quick with the food and efficient making sure we were taken care of. The place was clean and warm on a cold night. I have never highly recommended a place but this place takes everything and the kitchen sink when it comes to giving you great service and delicious food. It was truly a blessing for us. Thankfully for this Rafferty's near me.

Rafferty's was very clean. The hostess sat us within minutes of our arrival. The decor is pleasant and relaxing, and there are tvs everywhere for watching sports from nearly anywhere in the restaurant. Our waitress was friendly and courteous. She was very attentive to us even though it was very busy. She took our appetizer orders and brought them to us shortly after, and took our orders when she brought the appetizer. When she found out the appetizer was too spicy she was nice enough not to charge us for it. That makes for a good employee, putting the customer service first. I was very pleased with our visit, as was my date.

Came to visit here with my grandmother for some good food and was surprised at how great the salmon tasted, I honestly didn't expect it. Our server was also really nice and constantly refilled our drinks. My only complaint is the waiting area just outside the restaurant. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated under this vent that was blowing really cold air, it was very uncomfortable. Also, there was a really foul smell that came from the side of the restaurant we parked on. Other than that, we were able to enjoy ourselves.

If you are in the mood to splurge on savory comfort fare, this is a good choice. The service is excellent and the place has a nice layout. If a mistake is made, they are good about making it right and then some. The ingredients seem to be of good quality and the portion sizes are large, which might explain the slightly higher prices than one might expect for the type of food. All in all, I've had consistently good experiences here. The fried mushroom appetizer is a favorite.

Ok, this was not a good visit. We came here for lunch after a medical appointment. I ordered potato soup which did not taste good ( very strange, as I love their soup) manager came over to talk to me after I told waitress I couldn't eat it. The manager, an older man, was quite abrupt with me, saying others were eating the soup. I went to Rafferty's with the expectation of a TGIF type place, I was greeted with a more upscale version. I had a ribeye, my partner had the cowboy sirloin, both medium rare. The ribeye was slightly overcooked but nothing too rubbery. The cowboy sirloin was perfect. Both were marinated perfectly and did not require any steak sauce. I had a Knob Creek mule which had a change of raspberry syrup in it. The drink didn't need the raspberry addition, and it changes the flavor entirely with the raspberry overpowering everything else. I understand the want to have your own twist, but this was one where the original is just fine. I would revisit at some point in the future to try something else but it's not very high on my list any more.

Visited on Memorial Day this past Monday. We were told by very nice young man when my father and I arrived there would be approximately 15-20 mins wait. We elected to go to the bar as it is full service, serving all complete meals from menu. We sat down and ordered drinks and before bartender returned the young man said a booth had opened on other side of bar which we were thankful and followed him. We received our drinks immediately but that is where the impeccable service stopped. We waited 15 maybe 20 mins and I finally went to bar to ask for our waiter. We noticed people running around, some seemed frustrated, as if they were slammed and 4 bus loads just pulled in. I'm sure they were short staffed but not sure. The bartender told me she was just heading over to take our orders. We both ordered the potato soup, outstanding, and asked it be brought out 1st. I ordered the chicken finger salad and opted for their homemade blue chess dressing, my father had the chicken salad croissant. Our food was delicious but was brought almost back to back. This really was not a problem since both of our meals were relatively cold dishes but cramped plates and bowls and I was nervous I'd knock something over. Paying our bill took a little extra time but bartenders ARE busy! We will return and hopefully the server issue will have been resolved.

I always get the prime rib sandwich, which is $7 cheaper than the actual prime rib entre and it's almost the same portion size. I just discard the bread. I give it 4 star The Fries what brings the downfall. The edges of the fries show over cooked as the center soggy and undercooked. Tried to hide taste with the spices that they went from freezer to fryer. For a better evenly cooked result make sure they are thawed while cooking the others. Good try but sadly this I must say is a 1 star. So today as for the waiters performance they were very nice and did well with team work 5 star

I enjoyed a pleasant dinner today at Rafferty's. My little one and myself decided to have dinner here. From the moment we sat at the table the staff was very attentive. Kellie was very friendly with my child and consistently checked on us to make sure we had what we needed and everything was ok. Kellie was also good with drink recommendations. Once our food came to the table she made sure everything was up to par. I am a person who refuses to send food back and wanted to deal with my medium well steak although I ordered medium. Kellie insisted I return it so that I am satisfied with the meal that I ordered. The manager and another waiter came out to inform me they would remake my meal, then once out came and made sure everything was well. Good customer service is very hard to come by, I have had a very intense and stressful day and the staff at Rafferty's made it better. Thank you.

When it comes to medium-priced chain restaurant steaks, Rafferty's gets my vote. Their prime rib and prime rib open faced sandwich are excellent, the filet is well seasoned, but not overly seasoned, and unlike other chains, they actually cook to the correct temperature. Burgers are flavorful and juicy. Other food I've had there has all been great. Including their out of this world hot bacon salad dressing... For kids, I'd recommend the Mac and cheese. My kids love it.

This is one of the best places I have ever eaten in my entire life. The Alfredo was amazing they had croissants with honey butter on them and candied pecans. This place all around is delicious and there is no complaints on my front about any food related items. The only complaint I have is that the booze have very little space for legs so I ended up checking my mom the entire time. May be expensive, but it's definitely a place to go when you're having a birthday celebration or a big party.

We arrived during a busy time on Sunday with a party of 15. We were promptly seated, our server arrived promptly to take our order. The remainder of service was great and the food too. The only suggestion I have is if you have little ones, do not order macaroni and cheese plate from kids menu. We ordered three and all three children did not eat it. The portion is nice and large but the big noodles are dry, the pour a cheese sauce over it, then smother it in melted hard cheddar cheese. Kids want to eat what they are use to seeing at home, when they are ages 3 to 8 years old.

This was my second visit there within the month. First time I enjoyed delicious salmon. This time I enjoyed a delicious 10 oz sirloin medium. Green beans were a little crunchy and tasty as was the salad. My date enjoyed a filet mignon. Her apple martini was not tasty and I don't know if it was because of lesser grade ingredients or the mix, but if I'd ordered it I think I would have returned it. Love this restraunt. Wonderful service and amazily delicious food. My favorite is the spinach salad with hot bacon and honey mustard dressings. So yummy! The seasonal grilled asparagus are out of this world great. Everything I have tried from their meal has delicious and exquisite!! The Jackleg cocktail is really fabulous too. Always a pleasure dining at Rafferty's!

The food was great! The crossaints with the glaze and pecans was so yummy and the klondike chicken was good. The service was fast and friendly. There was about a 5 minute wait but it was during lunch time. We were in and out in less than an hour. Only thing I disnt like was im 5'2" and the baby changing table is high up. If I changed my son on that it could have been very dangerous. But everything else was great!

It's been awhile since I've been here. I had forgotten how much I love the house hot bacon dressing it would make a average salad great and paired with a ribeye steak topped with blue cheese butter plus a loaded baked potato fullfiled my hopes for a great dinner. The open faced prime rib sandwich my wife had was a nice large portion unlike some restaurants that skimp on sandwiches. our waitress continued to check on us thru out our dinner. I'm looking forward to a return trip soon.

Food is great. However, service was terrible! Last 3 times in a row we have had horrible service and each time we had to find someone to get us drinks. The last time my wife and I went we had to get the manager to refill our drinks. We waited 30 minutes for our waitress to come before we asked for help. Found her in the corner sitting down with a trainee doing paperwork. Customer should come first before training, poor service.

Ate lunch here with my wife after her leg surgery. We had about a 10 minute wait to be seated. We got seated and placed our order and received our side salads. They were great as usual, seems imo that Rafferty’s has the best house salad you can get in a Restaurant. The ingredients and croissant roll just seem so fresh and the taste is just mouth watering. We ordered the Filet well done and Butterflied along with a loaded bake potato . We received out Entree and from the looks to the taste, the Entree and baked potato were awesome. I swear, you could have cut the filet with your fork, that was how tender it was. Plus Rafferty’s gives all Active, former and Retired Military personal a 10% Discount on their entire meal purchase. Now that There is only one Rafferty’s Resturant left in Louisville, located just off Breckinridge Lane. We’ll be going there a lot more to eat. Too bad their Restaurant location out on the East end near the Westport Road was closed down. To me the Restaurant that was closed seemed to be the better of the two Restaurants, from the service, to the preparation and overall taste of the meals they served there.

It is a scoop of their homemade chicken salad that is served with one of their warm buttery croissants that's been honey drizzled on top for all of that ooey gooey goodness. This light yet decadent dish also comes with assorted fresh fruit and an orange dressing for dipping that tastes just like orange sherbet punch! I don't know how they did it but, OMG, it's amazing! Service was amazing too! I just love this place!

The food & service was good. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the ranch dressing, which our waiter said was "house made". It has chunks of onions and eggs in it. Yes, I did say CHUNKS OF EGGS. My daughter & I did not like it.

I don't know if I'll ever make it to Louisville again. But, this restaurant was a fun end to a frustrating last day on a business trip. Great menu and a nice steakhouse setting. The biggest adventure, if you're staying at the Breckinridge Inn, is taking your life in your hands trying to walk from the hotel to the restaurant. The steak and beer made a great consolation for the adventure. The rest of our group took the safe route and all they got for their trouble was Taco Bell.

I had lunch today at the Breckinridge location. Though this was just lunch it was a 5 star experience. I had just left a Drs office before coming in. Having a problem walking along with shortness of breath Inas the young hostess for any table or booth as close as possible she got us a table just off front lobby. Thank you. I love your prime rib open face sandwich though thr menu says after 4:00 pm my sever said sure you can get one. His name was Curtis he might have been young but he handled my table like an old pro. He kept our drinks filled and got us one to go. He kept a eye on his tables and kept them serviced. He was not smothering us by a constant interruptions just inquaring only a couple time how food, did we need anything. I had never seen him working here before but he is a great server.
