Was here for a Bourbon Women event with my daughter they had amateur and professional cocktail contest of their own recipes. Had some very tasty and original cocktails made with Makers Mark and Jim Beam products. The venue space was also very nice and clean.

Beautiful outdoor covered patio overlooking the river. Menu is reasonably priced with a nice variety of menu options. The salad dressings taste homemade and are delicious. Fun atmosphere for any occasion.

Good bar with nice atmosphere, we really enjoyed the band show in charge of That Band. It was with awesome quality of sound. definitively we will come back again. The location is good near to downtown of the city. recommended place to go for a dance

The Levee is a great place to kick back, have a cold beer on the river, and enjoy a good dinner. The Levee also host live musical entertainment. The Levee has a variety of excellent choices on the menu. My favorite is salmon sliders.

I love this place. Everyone is very friendly. They try to get to know their customers and it shows. The atmosphere is calming. It can be too crowded. I wish they could expand. I'LL BE BACK!!!!

Great place! The bartender was kind and patient while we decided. He didn't mind when we got up to move to a little table with a view! It's a great spot for a few cocktails and conversation!

No limitz auto restoration

Would have given 5 stars but our server was lacking. Had to ask for refills every time. Only seen him 3 times.

A phenomenal experience all around. The Granny Smith Apple salad was amazing as was the cornbread and pork tenderloin. Our waitress was attentive and provided great service. Food came out in a timely manner. Great atmosphere. If you're looking for a dinner spot in Louisville, look no further than the Levee Bourbon Lounge!

Nice atmosphere. Server was terrific(can't remember his name), along with rest of staff I had interactions with. Food: I had the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin that was fantastic. Almost melts in your mouth. Substituted the squash for potatoes, and those were tasty as well. Date had the NY strip. Had a bite since she raved about it. She was correct...it also only required minimal chews. Succulent! And that's a word I rarely, if ever, use. She also had 1 of her faves...brussel sprouts. I'll take her word that those were also delicious.

Staff Absolutely Amazing! Our server Chloe was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn't have to wait very long for our appetizers or entrees. One thing that I would suggest is broadening their menu. The ambiance, the staff, the live band and the location on the river are all advantages and if they can up the quality on the food, they would really have an advantage. The food was mediocre. I was really expecting some great food for the prices. I must say the Hot Brown was very good.

This place is too good. Do not go here. It is crowded enough. I want to be able to get a table, so stay away. Seriously ... this is a beautiful venue once you get inside. The front entrance could be a bit more inviting or impressive ... but inside is awesome. I am also thrilled whenever I see docks available for boaters. Fun, fun, fun, fun!

The place was packed to see a local band called Most Wanted. The crowd was very diverse and this is what makes this city a great one. "Thanks for hosting such excellent talent." "Brittany was such an amazing server who literally could run circles around anyone." The management knows how to keep this business rolling too. She is definitely on top of her Game. We Hope to see Most Wanted there in the future. 8.17.19

Hosted our corporate party here two weeks ago. There service was incredible, food was even better, and we had the best bartender. I good write a book on why to go here but here's the reasons to go. Food. Music. River views. Amazing service.

Atmosphere and crowd were good. Drinks.....not so much. They seemed watered down and I was charged the same price for "well" drink as well as a top shelf drink, which didn't make a lot of sense. I would go back, but I definitely wouldn't purchase drinks other than beer or maybe wine.

Came here with some friends for drinks and early dinner. Even on Saturday they had happy hour, and the prices were very good! Several people in our group enjoyed the bourbon lemonade. It really started to pick up in the evening. Live music started around 9 or so. That's when we bounced. They had a nice outdoor section it seemed, but it was rainy they day we were there.

Great Views ! Awesome Menu ! Excellent Drinks ! And Kevin was totally the best ! I highly recommend arriving by boat. The river views at night are incredible, but best enjoyed satiated with good food from a nice restaurant. This is one of those.

Good adult restaurant and bar. Weekend bands provide entertainment. Nice atmosphere, I saw young and middle age. Couples when there having great time. Didnot eat when there so I cannot comment. But drinks were good. Right on water near water tower on Louisville side.

Great atmosphere. Complex knowledge of oysters. I had scallops and they were amazing. Crab Rissoto was over cooked. I've ate at reataraunt s all over the world and for the dishes they were executing they were for the most part spot on. Service was friendly and quick. Great food better atmosphere .I would eat here again!

Was an educational dinner hosted by a company that supplies my disease modifying medication. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating for those of us who had difficulty navigating to our seating. Appetizers came on several plates to allow us to share and try new things. Food was amazing. Even with all the recent flooding, the place was immaculate.

Love the atmosphere, however the "Young" band drew a Much Older crowd.... The shrimp cocktail was disappointing, wings were good but small, flatbread & pork rinds were good. I guess I shouldn't have such High Expectations...

Our server, Penny, was phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel like we were guests at her home. Got a table together for our group, opened a window so we could enjoy the music out on the patio, joked and laughed with us, but all the time, making sure that service was impeccable. We'll be back!

One of the few upscale places on the river. Live music, dancing, great patio (huge) with fire pits. Decent food (mostly appetizers), but full menu River House restaurant right next door.

I've recently been to two of Levee's Thursday Salsa Nights. They almost always have a live band, as well as a DJ. I've enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the drink specials. The crowd is smaller than other Salsa Nights I've attended in the city, but great if you like a balance of conversation and dancing.

Great place for food, drink and live music! Parking can be a bit of a bear, because the lot is shared by Levee, River House and Kingfish restaurant, but if you want to do valet parking, you can let them handle it! Food is excellent, service is very friendly.

This is a really nice place. People are exceptional. We didn't get a chance to eat, but the menu looked fantastic. Can't wait to go back. BTW the view is really sexy.

First time at one of John's new endeavors. Very nice, relaxing outdoor seating. Had southern burger, salmon sliders and parmesan fries. All very good. Good value...wednesday is biker night at Kingfish with live rock music so there is no choice but to hear them but the acoustic music at Levee was very nice.

We had a company Christmas party here. It's connected to Riverhouse but is a separate venue for private parties and live music. It's a nice setting with lots of comfortable seating inside and fireplaces inside a tent on the patio.

Great atmosphere along with fine cuisine. The view of the Ohio a river is seen inside and out. They have outside seating and firepits that is perfect for private or quiet talks or you may choose to look at the riverview from inside while dancing to great tunes from Louisville's top Bands. I will return to The Levee.

I vote this the Best Louisville Bar. The waitress Brianna takes excellent car of us and she alwahs remembers what we drink amd what our friends drink. This place never disappoints from great service, great food, and great entertainment. We've been there on New Years Eve, Halloween parties, Birthday celebrations and always enjoy ourselves. Thanks. You bar is the best way to relax from our hectic lives.

You can't beat the food or the river view. There is ample interior seating but the jewel here is the seating on the large covered terrace and the lower open patio that overlook the river.
