Ordered a few different pizzas. Everything was absolutely delicious and clearly made with love. Super sweet employees even though they were quite busy and backed up. Favorite must have been the chorizo or the bumblebee sting. Bulgogi was good but not amazing. Overall, it was awesome and ill definitely be back

Love it. Best pizza I have had in LA. A lot of veggie & vegan options. New unique flavors, must try. Decent price for quality food. Very good service. FYI, order online if in rush, takes 15-20 minutes for delicious pizza to be ready.

The sause that they put on top of 2 of the award winning sause is amazing. The pizza is not overly greasy which is typical of pizza places. The dough isn't really dry either which honestly impressed me. They use quality ingredients but takes a little longer to get the food since the oven isn't large.

Located in the corner of a strip mall you'll find some of the best pizza at 786 Degrees Pizza. Small spot with a few tables inside and outside. An insane variety of pizzas to choose from. The service was top notch, everyone working hard and very friendly. If you're a pizza lover this is a must go to!

We had istanbul pizza and tikka masala pizza, and both of them were soooo gooood! 👍🏻👍🏻 The dough of pizza was just perfect, nice and thin, crunch and chewy crust, so good. I loved the taste of our choices, it was fun and unique too. I think tomato base would be also really great with their dough. We went there monday 6:40pm and it was not busy. We also could get outdoor seating easily. Our pizza was ready in 20mins. Order online before you go. The staff was nice and kind too.

I just had best pizza of my life!! Do not second doubt this place, just go for it, you won’t regret. I had Guru, loved the creamy tikka sauce on a crunchy base. I could eat 10 of these in a seating. I love how they have a variety of vegetarian options. Will definitely come to try more. So fresh and delicious. And 10/10 on service, they serve hot and fresh pizza and care for each customer. So happy to have found this place.

One of the best pizza places in LA! :) on top of delicious pizza, the workers and owner are friendly and care about the community. During the pandemic they gave free pizzas to the elderly and those who needed it. The prices have gone up significantly, probably due to supply chain issues. But everyone has been raising their prices, including large chains and franchises. I’ve had pretty much every pizza on their menu and then some. I got the chefs special once and it was eggplant Parmesan. My friend got the chefs special and I thought it might have been meatball marinara ? Delicious either way! If it’s your first time visiting, they tell you the history and pizza making process and give you a free drink. Some of my personal favorites are the Istanbul, tikki masala, and el chapo. The toppings and pizzas are super unique here.

One of the beat pizza in California. Very good taste the bread of Pizza was very good. We have tried the Istanbul and All Fired Up. Istanbul pizza was very good, it has right combination of Sauce, Cheese and Meet. Cucumber slices has added a unique taste. It is a Halal restaurant, the guy at the shop has provided us the coke free of cost when he come to know that we are out of Los Angeles and trying his pizza for the first time. 2019.11-15 FRI/1300: Can't say enough about this place! Even though the restaurant is tiny, they pump out pizzas faster than In and Out because of that wood fired oven and the excellent staff! Because of their quality ingredients, I have NOT had any digestive issues from their dough!!! So stoked about that! We always hit this place up for lunch. The owner did a fantastic job with training his staff and it shows. I haven't seen him there since he first opened and the staff is still the same - wonderfully professional and extremely hospitable. Love it! So if you want a quick bite, stop in and see the crew here! You may think you'll have to wait a long time but YOU NEVER WILL. They are not your average pizza joint. This is delicious, wood fire oven baked pizza cooked quicker than the time it will take you to whip out your card to pay your bill kind of pizza. I swear, it's that quick. Once you try them, you'll know AND you'll be back.

This is seriously the best pizza I’ve had in L.A. and well worth the trip to the north San Fernando Valley if you don’t live in or frequent the area. The owner was extremely informative about his product and how it’s made. I ordered the Habibi, which I highly recommend, but I look forward to trying out different pizzas next time I visit.

Amazing pizza, good prices for the quality of the food and great service. Came here on the recommendation of a friend, was skeptical at first as there are a lot of places that boast having good pizza but I was blown away. The Istanbul pizza was amazing the chicken tikka was bomb and the rest of the menu items are pretty mouth watering. Though space and seating is a bit limited it shouldn't be a deterrent for anyone wanting to swing by for a bite. Definitely recommend to anyone who loves pizza and is into toppings other than pepperoni

The pizza is what you came for and the pizza is what keeps you coming back! Ive tried almost every pizza on the menu and the one I loved less was the pepperoni because you can get pepperoni pizza anywhere! Every pizza they have on the menu is always cooked perfectly every time I visit and the crew that works here is the best! They're always friendly and hospitable, they really make it feel like it's their Italian home and you're their friend dropping by for a slice of pizza.The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and comfortable, so it's a great place for family and friends. They don't have a lot of seating and it's very cramped but you tend not to notice once you're indulging in the food. I highly recommend coming here at least once it's a really great place!

768 Pizzeria has tons of awards for there pizza. Honestly the pizza here didn't amaze me at all. First started with the Slumdog and crust was good but lacked tomatoe sauce and pepperoni was ok. Second I got the Neapolitan that one was not bad real basic and great flavor. Overall I gave it a 3 for the great staff and free soda for first time visitors. I have tried pizza all over the world and much respect to 768 but was expecting more from an authentic style of oven.

Awesome fusion pizza restaurant - that's how I would describe this place. They have pizzas customized for countries like Istanbul, India etc. The guy at the counter was very friendly and ensured that we understood what 786 Degrees specializes in as it was our first time at this place. We ordered Bombay Tikka Masala pizza (which had an Indian flavor) and Istanbul pizza. Both of them were really good. Istanbul pizza's taste reminded me of the carts from where I sometimes buy my lunch in New York City - Halal food carts. Each pizza is usually 11 to 12 inches and is good for one person. It's pretty light as the base is thin and crispy. This place has a very small seating area... Probably good for 8 people inside and maybe a couple of tables outside. They have a small parking lot in front as well. I am not sure about the pizza prices usually in LA, but I found the prices okay given that this is a speciality fusion dish. If you like trying fusion Italian food, then this place is definitely a must go! OMG! THEEEE BEST!!! The staff was friendly and attentive. They made our pizza with intention and passion hahahahaha (I can't believe I just wrote that). A staff member explained the menu to us and offered us free drinks since it was our first time! The pizza was delicious - thin crust, not too oily, incredible sauces/herbs/seasonings. This place is a MUST TRY! It's pretty small but it works out.

I live in the San Fernando Valley but don’t know that I’ve ever driven to, in, or through Sun Valley. All I know now is that 786 Degrees Pizza is there and it’s worth the drive from anywhere in the country. A lot of places claim to serve artisan “style” pizza…this place actually serves you artisan pizza made by actual, award winning pizza artisans. Have you ever seen a pizza place with an awards shelf displaying the accolades they’ve received for pizza? No? Well head here and you will. They’ve covered every detail here…from the authentic pizza oven (taking up most of the very compact restaurant) to the uniforms the staff wear (did we mention if it’s your first time there they give you whatever drinks you want as a welcome? They care about you…they really do!)…but really it’s about the food. First off the crust on these pies was amazing. Really a perfect wood fired crust…perfectly soft on the inside, perfectly crispy on the outside. You would do well just to order a crust…seriously. We had the Fungi Lama pizza (one of their award winning pies) which came with arugula on top. I’ve been using the word “amazing” a lot in this review and, sorry, but here it is again…this pizza was amazing. We also had the Napolitana – a basic tomato sauce and buffalo mozzarella pie. (When we hit a new pizza place, we need a basic cheese and sauce pie just as a reference. This one was also very good. My wife eat’s gluten free…They import a gluten free dough from another location…it’s nice that they offer it, though honestly it wasn’t particularly special. If you’re a fan of vegan cheese they also offer one made with farmers market almond milk. My wife’s not so much a fan of vegan cheeses but she thought this was a little better than the over-the counter vegan cheeses she’s tried. Last thing I want to mention is how reasonably priced they are…the pies they’re serving would be a lot more expensive in other parts of town…they really want to make their food accessible with very reasonable pricing. Go here. Eat here. Your pizza stomach will think you forever.

My friend got the Istanbul and the Neopolitan pizzas to take home but ranted and raved about how good they were. bottom line... if you want pizza that goes way out of the lines of traditional pizzas... then this is your spot. PS for those griping about cost. 12-15 for a specialty pizza that is enough to feed 2 people is A DEAL! LET'S NOT TRY AND COMPARE THIS SPOT WITH DOMINO'S OR PIZZA HUT... (ew)... this spot sets the bar way above those cheap priced big chain companies.

I loved their pizzas but I would not recommend if you or your guests have any food allergies. They will not substitute or remove any ingredients to keep their flavor balanced (righty so, all the pizzas were yummy). My friend who are allergic to onion couldn't even smell like the pizza I bought for her. My fav is the Tuscany one. I would recommend to call in for pick up.

Delicious crust but has to be eaten fresh on-the-spot. Tough place to fit groups larger than four. Need to try the pepporni pizza next time! Great story about the oven as well. The presentation, quality and passion of the team are an experience unparalleled in the US and the flavor profiles challenge authentic Italian wood fired shops. Visited this wood fired, pizza establishment for the first time. The people making the pizzas and attending to customers were all great! There’s a Yelp Check In special. My brother and I ordered the award winning Tikka Masala pizza and an Istanbul pizza w/ a Turkish Haideri sauce, Doner, and cucumbers. Looking forward to going back to try more pizzas! Now...let me preface this by saying that my husband has been raving about 786's pizza for years now...and it took me up until today to finally go. I need to put my east coast pizza snobbery in check because 786 Degrees pizza is FANTASTIC! Freshest ingredients....Napoli standards.....celebration of all sorts of cultural cuisines...just an epic win all around. We tried the Fungi Lama and Bombay Tikka Masala pizzas and both lasted about 2 minutes before we gobbled up the pies. The Bombay is an award winning pizza and I can totally see why - the right amount of spice and freshness which marries well to create such a great homage to tikka masala. I also love that the employees and restaurant itself is brimming with pride for their craft. 786 might be located in a small shopping center in Sun Valley, but do NOT underestimate them. This pizza is more than well worth it.

We took a stop here while we were on our way to Los Angeles. Saw the good reviews on google and thought of trying this place. I must say it’s a gem for pizzas. We ordered the Bombay tikka masala pizza with chicken. The ingredients were fresh and the pizza was delicious. They did have many interesting pizza options on their menu like indian, Mexican, Italian and middle eastern fusions.Overall satisfied and highly recommend to try .Parking is limited since it’s located in a small complex but there’s a park next to it so you can park around the street and takeout to enjoy it in the park. They also have some outdoor seating.

An unassuming place in a small corner strip mall serving Napolitano pizza. The dough and the oven are the serious stars here hands down. The crust had the perfect amount of chew with a touch of char on the edges. The pizza is cooked perfectly with no substitutions and trust me when I say let them do what they do best. The Fungi llama with a creamy white sauce, dash of truffle oil topped off with arugula was my personal favorite. Yum! The Sultan was also fabulous with kalamata olives, olive oil and Za'atar seasoning for a Mediterranean twist.

One of the best pizzas I've ever had..... So I took my wife there a few days latter, and the (same) pizza I got was totally different. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!! The first time I got it, there were red and green peppers all over it. The second time, a couple of green peppers at most. (pictured) On the "bumble bee sting" pizza..... there should be some sting.

Three words: Wow, wow, wow! I cannot believe I've lived down the street for 8 years never having tried this! Thank God I finally did. Bf and I tried the Bombay. We were both so happy and so pleased with our order! The presentation was on point but the taste and flavor was even better. I also commend the nice girl who helped us. She was great on the phone and in person. She gave us info on the company, the food and awards they've won. It truly is an impressive establishment. Can't wait to go back and try more of their pizzas! Two thumbs all the way up! A few side notes: don't be discouraged or intimidated by reviews that mention its location. I've been living here for 8 years. Sure, there's homeless at the park but isn't that common at every park nowadays? * eye roll* Plenty of parking in the area. Street and residential. As with any other location, don't leave valuables in your car.

Great pizza. Absolutely no cheese/peppers/sides, but turns out we didn't need em, the food was that good! The owner was present and involved and kind. Was here for the first time and the crew was friendly and helped us out a great deal with figuring out what to order. Our group had the Bombay Tikka masala, Bulgogi, Americana, and fungi lama. Personally the Bulgogi was my favorite but all were full of flavor!

I'd rate this place a 4.8 out of 5 stars overall. My boyfriend and I shared a Bombay Tikka Masala pizza. Food: 4.9/5 The sauce on the pizza was the only thing I disagreed with VERY slightly, hence my 4.9 stars. It was a little thick/heavy, but the thinness of the crust and the tenderness of the chicken balanced it really well. The peppers gave it a clean touch as well to the thickness of the sauce. I also can't eat cilantro because it tastes like soap so I didn't have any, but that doesn't discredit any of the taste. I'm sure anyone who likes cilantro would've loved the taste. The ingredients were just sparing enough to feel light and not ruin the pizza's cooking but not sparing enough to want more. It was just right. Service: 5/5 The cashier was really nice, though he doesn't speak English as his primary language. It's not an issue however. They gave us complimentary drinks (not sure if this is just because we stated it was our first time or if the meal came with it but regardless it was super kind of them). Environment: 4/5 The place is clean enough, but not a lot of space to sit inside. I think most people sit outside, but it was cold so we ate inside. There's only one table that can fit a decently sized party, but the pizza show they put on TV was entertaining.

All the hype this place gets is absolutely deserved. While the pizza options/toppings might not be what you're used to, I implore you to branch out and give this place a try--you will not be disappointed! I had the Shrimp Tuscany pizza, which was outstanding. I'm not typically a fan of arugula on pizza, but they make it work on this one for sure. The shrimps are like little flavor bombs planted across the pizza. Really tasty and light. While they don't typically allow substitutions, they did offer to do half the pie with mushroom instead of shrimp so my fiancee, who is allergic to shellfish, could try the pizza. We appreciated that. My fiancee had the Istanbul Pizza, which honestly probably had my pizza beat. Which is saying something--I don't normally enjoy cucumbers no matter how they're presented to me, but slice them ultra-thin and top this pizza with them, and I will beg for more! Really refreshing pizza, light, airy, summery, and so, so delicious. Service is also top-notch. Only negative I can really come up with would be seating/room to move, but these are very minor issues. You may need to wait a bit for a table to free up, but it will be SO worth it. We are DEFINITELY coming back!

Came here today for lunch with a long time friend. He kept raving about the owner that he has traveled the world and has killer combination of spices and herbs and meats... He was right, the pizza was super bomb. I like how the owner made it a point that substitutions are not allowed because he feels it takes away from what he is trying to convey to the customer thru his flavor selection. We had the El Chapo, Istanbul and I'm not 100% sure of the third. All were so rich in taste, the location is small but very trendy/hipster like vibe. The employees were very cool, super chill customers. And from what other patrons had mentioned is that it's usually busy, we happen to make it when it was calm before the storm "rush" began. I can't say anything bad about this spot. Only thing would be it's a bit small and location is not the greatest but that's what gives it character. So like I said no issues. Free parking but not a huge parking lot, they have a plant based selection as well. Met some cool people and good food. 5*

This place is off the chart. Their food and their recepies are very unique and hi-quality. They also have secret recepies but you have to eat all their pizzas on their menu first and then you can order their secret, hidden menu. Very nice people and food are very healthy and delicious. I had a pizza that was made with cucumber and it was yum yum. I definitely recommand this place to any pizza lovers.

I went because this restaurant was referred to me. Not knowing it was a few blocks from where I stay. I ordered the Napolitana Margherita. The freshness in the ingredients was superb. I really did enjoy the whole pie. They offer a big variety of pizzas and flavors. I liked that they offer vegan cheese. The service was really fast. The customer service was amazing and very attentive. Seems like a lot of people order to go. They have a small outdoor eating area and indoor area as well. Their is also a park across the street to eat a picnic style. Will return to try different options.

Given how popular this place is, I suspect my review is going to be a hot take! First the good stuff. The staff is incredibly nice and efficient. Now the not so nice stuff. The pizza crust is good but not amazing. It was a bit dry for me. I would've preferred a bit more oil. So then it's all about liking the toppings you get. I got the Bombay masala and I didn't like it! I'm still giving it 4 stars because I'm hopeful that I'll like one of the other flavors someday. Oh one more thing, I asked for crushed peppers and the very nice waitress said "your pizza already has everything you need on it!" That's super annoying. I don't like it when chefs have this attitude. The reason I asked for the crushed peppers is because I needed them and the pizza didn't have them!! 😡

Unfortunately when I got there they were sold out but they did call us to tell us aswell that they got a big order before we arrived and they sold out. It was a bit of a drive for me, but well worth it. The service was great. If you let them know that it is your first time, they will give you a free drink and walk you through the menu. It's neopolitan pizza, but they have some pretty different pies here. You'll see chorizo, Tikka masala, cucumbers, and other uncommon pizza toppings on the menu. I went for the slumdog and the Bombay. Both were absolutely perfect. The crust had a wonderful cracker like crispiness on the bottom, but was still incredibly soft under that layer. Just the right amount of sauce as well. No ingredients were too overpowering. It's worth it. Go check it out.

Legitimately, the best pizza I've ever had. And I say that with very high regard and confidence. They cook and create with such an apparent care and love. The toppings aren't thrown on, they are placed and deliberate. The dough is amazing and always cooked to perfection. The manager is incredibly kind and welcoming. Pizza tasted really good. Especially the crust. I can't remember any crust at any other pizza place that tasted better. It's a small place, a bit disorganized inside and so appealing on the outside. But three pizza is great. My only take on it is that ingredients were too scarce. Like the Istanbul pizza supposed to have Chicken on it. There was only chicken dust!!! Prices are not cheap but you mostly won't regret it.

The best pizza I’ve ever had, you have to come here with an open mind, this isn’t your “typical American pizza” with fat crust and loads of toppings, this is different, he has some certificate hanging from the time he spent in Italy perfecting his craft as pizza maker, the pizzas are very flavorful and light, I am big guy so i can eat 2 lol. Been here a few times now, the service is really friendly. The place is really clean (though the neighborhood is a little rough - but don't let that deter you). And the pizzas are AMAZING! They have such unique flavor combinations, the crust is thin and light, and everything is super fresh. I just tried the Istanbul pizza on a hot day and it was perfect, warm filling but the cucumbers and sauce they used still made it fresh and light for a warm day. I would definitely recommend trying this place. They make the pizzas super fast, too!

Just the plain cheese pizza is great but if your open to new experience, WOW there offerings are amazing, I know it's not for everyone but the Tika pizza inspired by Indian cuisine is sooo good. Well beyond my expectations. I had the Bombay and truly enjoyed it but I also love Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine which I believe give it it's elements and feel. What truly impressed me was the impeccable customer service. They treat customers the right way, making it a point to guarantee that you'll like their product. Delicious! This place deserves the high ratings! The service is awesome and you get free drinks if it's your first time. The place doesn't look busy but they are constantly making pizzas. Our wait was around 20 minutes and we were lucky enough to have a seat. Most people tend to just place pickup orders. There are tons if unique pizzas. We settled with two of their award winning pizzas, Bombay Tikka Masala and Fungi Lama. Both were full of flavor and the dough was fluffy and crispy. The over itself reaches 1000 degrees so once your pie gets in there it's out in under 2 minutes! Come try the place out. For around $12 a pizza it's a great deal. Nothing fancy, just good food.

Came here to see what all the fuss was about The workers are great and friendly. The food was delicious for the most part although I was totally expecting a more crispier bread crust. It was too soft. The wait time was insane. Had to wait 40 minutes for 2 pizzas. Apparently ever since they've been on the news they've been really busy so maybe consider expanding or moving somewhere bigger and adding another oven. Could use more seating and a better ambiance inside. I would go to Blaze Pizza over this though but definitely worth a shot.

If you haven't had the pizza from 786, you have to try it. Every one of their flavors is put together so well! We have picked up pizza from the restaurant and also had it fresh from their mobile oven. I am lucky enough to be able to say that I have tried almost all of their pizzas and loved each one, as does every person who has enjoyed them with me. Bombay, Istanbul and Habibi are some favorites. The staff is friendly and more than willing to steer towards new or off-menu specials.

Definitely a must try if you like unique pizzas with various toppings and mixture of multiple flavors. I was blown away with their customer service, they insist that you only pay after you eat and are satisfied unlike your typical pizza joint.. they even explain about their brick oven and how they brought it all the way from Naples! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Last week my friend took me and my brother to 786 Degrees and we had the best pizza of our lives. It is a cozy, hole in the wall place with limited seating (may be 12-15 at max.) but honestly I can wait in line for hours to eat their pizza. We went on a weekday, so got a seat without a wait. Since it was our first time and may be the place wasn't that crowded, the owner - Ali Haider shared with us his passion about making pizzas the way he does. It is traditionally cooked in 100% wood fire and most of the ingredients are organic, local and seasonal (those are 3 key things I look for in my food). I tried Fungi Lama and it was just awesome. They have some of the best pizzas out there and they are way better than the regular assembly line pizza chains. Would love to visit again when I get a chance.

Not your typical pizza joint and that's a good thing! You may have to wait 30-minutes to bite into a slice but it will be worth it. ... Unusual, delicious flavors, perfect thin crust, and the service is wonderful. Give it a try, it's very likely that you will enjoy the pizza and return for more, and quite possibly take a whole pizza home to eat later... if it makes it home.

Heard this place was great and it is. We shared 2 pizzas with highly unusual toppings. One was chicken masala, the other chorizo. The crust is thin and nicely flavored. The extra hot oven helps! Great place to get a traditional woodfired oven pizza. Good menu with plenty of options for everyone. From a culinary standpoint I like that substituting or changing ingredients isn't really an option. You should enjoy how a carefully thought out creation is really meant to taste anyhow. It doesn't seem like they need another five star review, but they are really good. Like the other reviews said, this place is all about pizza pizza pizza. The first person you chat with will take the time to explain everything about the oven, the pizza, the special toppings, and suggestions as to what to try as a first timer. Doesn't matter if there are people behind you, just enjoy it! Pizzas aren't soggy and crust holds up well even with all the different types of toppings they add. Small eating area within and parking in the strip mall seems to be limited to 20 mins. We parked in the parking lot across the way for the park without issues. Super friendly, great pizza, and great prices! Can't go wrong. Oh, and no, they don't have sandwiches or salads. Just pizza.

The pizzas are really good. They have unique flavors that meshes different food cultures very well. The store is small and do not seat a lot so take out is the best option. It is located in a mini mall so parking is limited, there are street parking available but I am not sure how busy it is at peak periods. As for the food and service, there are no complaints!

This is the BEST PIZZA EVER!!!! The service is excellent every time. Sometimes the wait time is a little longer than expected because they always seem to be so busy. Unfortunately, after trying their pizza I lost interest in other pizza places like Dominos, Papa John’s, etc. The downside is limited parking and seating. The location is odd and appears random. However, the pizza is worth it every time so I am guaranteed to keep coming back. Try it once and you will be hooked.

I must say. I love this place and their pizza! What friendly customer service and wonderful flavors! So unique and the crust is one that I would actually eat!!! It is so light and is a great vessel for carefully chosen toppings! I only got to try 2 of their pizzas, the Bombay Tikka Masala and their bbq chicken pizza, All fired Up! Great pizzas though Bombay edges out the fired up just slightly. I cannot wait to try their Tuscany shrimp one and their fungi one... hell all of them! That will be the mission! Soo good and they recommend eating it there and I get it. When it's nice and hot and fresh, it is the best!!! The place is a little small. My advice would be call ahead and pick up. Moving on, the girl working the counter was great and the cooks were efficient and artists. It was our first visit so they gave us a complimentary drink for visiting. They also didnt let us pay without trying to guarantee it was satisfactory. I had the shrimp tuscony and it was amazing. Would totally go back and the pizzas were thin and perfectly cooked. The size was around 10 inches which is probably good for 1 person.

Very friendly staff and amazing food! Only downside is it is very small (3-4 tables). My partner and I went recently and were warmly greeted. The employee at the register asked us if this was our first time (it was). Every "5 star" pizza place will only be worth 4 stars in comparison. We got the Bombay tika malsa and the shrimp Tuscany. Wow - what a hidden gem. We were browsing for a new restaurant nearby and the pictures and review drew us in. It's super easy to miss the restaurant and its very unassuming on the outside. You definitely wouldn't know this awesome restaurant was here. There' a couple parking spots in the lot but the park and residential is next to it so parking should be easy. When we walked in, the decor was a pleasant surprise. It was thoughtful, clean, and full of character. You could definitely tell that someone had individually picked those pieces and that there's pride in the store. Also, the pizza oven is front and center and let's you know that it's really a wood oven. For such a small place, it's a great sight. Additionally, I also liked that they showed you the type of flour they used - it looked pretty authentic to me. The guy who greeted us was fabulous. It was definitely a rehearsed pitch but he clearly explained the pizzas and you could tell he was passionate about the shop. Pizzas tried: Bombay (chicken tikka masala) - really good! Not too strong of a flavor to overwhelm and feel heavy. The fresh vegetables added a nice crunch and fresh feel. El Chapa (? might be the wrong name) - This was there Mexican inspired pizza. It was beef chorizo with pepper. A hint of spice and lots of flavor. It was a great pizza. They used beef cause they're a halal place. Best part of this pizza was that it tasted like real chorizo but without any of the extra grease. That crust! OMG. It was light and airy but still chewy. My boyfriend said it was the best crust he's had yet Stateside. Pizzas range from $10-13 or so. They also have unique finds for common soda brands - cherry 7up, green tea ginger ale, lime/raspberry ginger ale, root beer, etc. 100% would recommend. We're looking forward to going back and trying some of the other pizzas. TLDR: The pizzas are delicious! It keeps you wanting another slice.

The building is old, the space is kind of small and the floor could use a new epoxy coating, BUT everything related to pizza making is in pristine condition. The staff is friendly amd informative. Doesn't really look like much from the outside but the interesting oven (which has a cool backstory to it so ask about it!) and decor inside looked different from what I'm used to, and makes the place seem more authentic. The people here are energetic and it truly seems like they love what they do, you'll find it shows in the pizza. Creations from around the world displaying a great variety for people who have diverse interests from Indian inspired to Turkish to Mexican there's a lot to try here. The Istanbul was the most amazing out of the rest I tried, but honestly everything here is good. You'll be eating two or three before you know it.

Don't want to tell you of this place as it is busy enough as it is, but, HOLY MOLY!!! THIS place is amazing. Ate til I was stuffed then was still craving more. Don't know what kind of crack they put in this stuff!!! Amazing dough reminded my of pizza from Rome, super light but filling, and super fresh ingredients. The basil was pulled out of a small Ziploc bag, which meant it was either purchased from a farmers market or home grown. Otherwise, they would have a big bucket or bag of the stuff. Great job guys! I saw this place a long time ago and loving Indian food my mind was blown that there was a pizza with my favorite Indian food "Tikka Marsala" and as a pizza. You take the best things from two counties Italy and India and mix it together in this together, throw it in a wood fired brick oven and you are instantly transported to another dimension. It doesn't even make sense how good this pizza is. I have tried several times to get something else and every time I get the Bombay Tikka Masala. The food is a 10. I can only leave 5 stars. I still need to try all the other pizzas on the menu and will definitely be back more than once. As a caution, when you see it. You will think, there is no way this place is great. The outside building is a little on the meh side. You almost expect a trendy building for the goodness that is with in. But instead you are in a run down part of the Valley. BUT don't let that stop you. The food is well, well worth it. I more wanted to tell you that so you don't get steered away. It's like tacos.Some of the hole in the wall places have the best food!

Please do yourself a favor and don't take it to go, enjoy it on the spot. 3 hungry guys ate 4 pizzas but we were stuffed. We would have been fine with 3 but we wanted to try the different pizzas. We had the margherita, a "Slumdog" (aka pepperoni), a Bombay, and the shrimp Tuscany... All were fantastic in their own way. My brother thought it was so good, he started laughing; he laughed so hard that he started tearing up. Yes it really is that good... Stop reading these opinions, go get some for yourself and find out that I'm not exaggerating. The staff is superb... The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom. Since I don't decide where to eat based upon the bathroom this place still gets 5 stars... And the shortcoming of the bathroom is more than made up for by the food.

This is one of the best pizza places I've visited in the US. It is a small shop on the corner of the shopping complex. As we entered, we were greeted by a smiling face on the other side of the counter. The host told us about the philosophy of their shop which impressed me a lot. He then explained to us about the stone grill that they have over there and how it could bake a pizza in very little time. We ordered a Fungi Llama, Bombay Tikka masala and an Instanbul. I loved all the pizzas, but I like Bombay Tikka masala the best. This was a little different that most of the pizzas I've had. It was topped with an amazing specially made sauce and it delightful. The Fungi Llama was topped with Truffle oil and mushrooms and the perfect combination of it made it lip smacking. All in all, it was full of good vibes and tasty food. I would strongly recommend this restaurant to everyone and would definitely visit again the next time I'm in LA.

Well, they say it’s the best pizza you can have in LA. I was so excited to try 786, yes it’s delicious, but not the best in LA in my opinion. I tried the Bombay Tikka Masala, the mushroom one and the All Fired Up options. I liked them, except that I think the chicken pieces were few, or maybe they could make smaller pieces with wider distribution. I’ve been to Italy and tried their pizza, this one is close to Napoletana pizza. I forgot to take pictures because I was so hungry LOL! I’ll make sure next time I’ll take some photos. The staff were friendly, but the place is a lil bit small.

786 Degrees is an easily overlooked, hole in the wall pizzeria that sells the best pizza in Sun Valley. The owner, Ali, hustles the pizza lifestyle. He enters competitions and has a traveling oven he brings to street fairs and takes great pride in his cooking. The food reflects his efforts. The pizza at 786 Degrees is wood fired Neapolitan-style which means the crusts are thin and crispy right out of the oven. The toppings are all fresh and all Halal. 786 Degrees has two weak points, though. The first is that since each pizza dough is hand-stretched to order and each pie is artisan it can take a while for food to be made – worth the wait, but still involves a wait. The second is seating. The dining room can only accommodate around ten people and even at that number it's a bit too cozy. Your best bet is to get the food to go. All pizzas are 12" and with their thin crusts one hungry person can down a whole pie. I recommend the El Chapo. 786°Degrees accepts NFC payments.

This place is sooooooo good. There isn't one bad pizza. My favorite is the Bombay (chicken Tikka masala anyone) and the Tuscany (shrimp Alfredo). Runner up is the El chapo. Great service and good food. 2 thumbs up!

The reviews here and elsewhere convinced me to stop by this hole in the wall on my way out of LA this past weekend. My daughter and I have been on a 6 month quest for the best NY/Napolitano style pizzas we can find. We ordered the award winning Tikka and Tuscany pizzas. Two perfectly executed world class pies so distant from each other in taste you'd think they came from different restaurants. Full but needing some for the house I added the NY to my order and one bite was like being teleported to Manhattan. Ali, the owner, is very accommodating, maybe too much so for some as he sincerely sells his accomplishments, Italian oven made from Vesuvius, and the list of pies on his menu. This isn't a place to build your own, but a place to trust the chef has created a menu sure to provide something not just satisfying but simply outstanding. We enjoy trying new pizzas every chance we get so it's not too exciting to go back to the same place, but we will be back to 786 degrees, many many times.

Is just a large pita bread tortilla with very little spreading of ingredients,should cost $5/ may be $6.the chapo pizza with chorizo ,the chorizo is raw is not precook before put in the oven for 1 1/2 minute. Still tasted raw . I will only go back if they lower the price at $3/$5 that the price for a tortilla with spread.

It's a cool place that I would always recommend to one of my friends if they are down in Los Angeles. Yet, it's kinda annoying on how if it is your first time and he gives you a break down on what they do. To me, the best part is the free drinks if it is your first time but the rest, kinda time consuming.
