It takes a lot for me to give five stars. Saw this place on yelp and man it was so spot on. I didn’t put a thing in my mouth that I didn’t like. Tried the classic bubble tea. She let me sample the classic and Thai to see which one I liked. Both amazing but settled on the classic. So good! I had chicken potstickers and hubby had the half and half pork dumplings and noodles. We LOVED all of it! I also added the sesame balls last minute and I can’t even believe how amazing these little balls of goodness were. We were so impressed by everything we ate and we would so recommend this place to everyone.

The food is delicious! The portions are small so you might want to order 2 plates per 1 person. I am definitely going back. I like that they allow you to choose your spice level. The 1st time I had their taro chip they were so amazing, the flavor was evenly distributed. The 2nd time it was a little salty.

🤩🤩 everything here is so delicious I can’t even. Best part is, you can pick your protein so vegans come show them some love!!!! The vegan dumplings are phenomenal. The noodles with tofu and poison sauce (SPICY GOOD) is worth writing home about, and the steamed bun is so good order extra because one isn’t enough. On a beautiful day it’s worth grabbing a seat on the small patio. People watchers paradise tucked on a side street downtown. If I could give more stars I would!

It's sparse, industrial like Chipotle, but made to order, more or less. This was a great, welcome meal. It was very tasty. Here for a conference, and the lack of drama and just good, basic food was welcome. Dumpling wrappers were just a hair dense and the decor was concrete and hard services. The bun, served as a sandwich, was a standout, though. I could have eaten two. I may have stabbed my meal guests to keep their hands away from mine.

Amazing food and something different in Little Rock. Once you order not very fast, but the food is very very good. If you know real traditional dumplings these are too thick but not stopping us from enjoying them . Why are you not here!?

I enjoyed the half noodle & half dumpling vegan entree I sampled but the tea was a bit too sweet for my liking, although still worth a try! The parking was a bit sparse (payment required near restaurant) and the wait in line during lunch took a moment but the atmosphere was clean and the staff was welcoming. Delicious! It’s located in a lovely downtown shopping district that’s only a short walk from public parking.

First time trying Three fold and it did not disappoint. Beef noodle soup and the pork dumpling were amazing. Only thing I would have liked to be different is that you have to go back through the line to get another beer. On Friday night that was a 20 minute ordeal. I will be back for the soup and dumplings!!

Three Fold delivers a consistent, solid Asian cuisine experience that is unique to Little Rock. It is a fast casual style eatery with a stark, clean and modern interior. I have spent an lot of time in Asia at one time visiting Hong Kong every 2 months. Little Rock does not have great Asian cuisine options. This place is in walking distance from my home so it is convenient. I usually get their vegetarian dumpling bowl or dumpling soup with their hottest sauce, poison. On this visit I ordered a special they had, the hot pot dish. It was a huge portion that 1 person could not finish alone. It was a lot of fun to eat with a lot of variety in flavors and textures. Customer service at the register is always great. An inconvenience is tracking down the appropriate to go container. If you need anything else to drink or eat you must wait in line again which is a pain especially when they are busy. I’ll return out of convenience and few decent Asian cuisine options but while fun, would not order the hot pot again.

Below is part of my half and half. It was too good the first few bites to stop eating and take a picture. I got the poison level of spice and it was not at all poison. A spicy compliment that didn't detract from the dish just provided additional flavor. The noodles were all well done and the local beer I had was delicious. I'd come back here. Patio is a bit small but that's life in downtown. I ate outside and didn't regret it.

Wowza! The quality of this pork bun... Immaculate. It was incredibly soft and plush to bite into and the pickled toppings and marinated pork was to die for. Honestly, I wasn't expecting it to be so large because boy, was it filling! Highly recommend stopping by for a snack (or a full meal). Props to all the different beers on tap, too!

The environment is very clean, nice, and cozy. The sesame ball is good. The beef noodle is a little bit too salty. Beef noodles are just too popular in my country. I know it's not fair for me to say so.

Our cycling group LOVES 3fold. It is our gathering place after rides. The staff is always accommodating and goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We used to go to the Mobile location, but we look forward to trying the new location in West Little Rock soon. The menu is simple and always delicious. Soups for cold days, dumplings any time, and shaved ice for the hot Arkansas summer days. And those sesame balls... you can never get enough! 3 fold, thank you for the good food, the smiles, and your commitment to the local community.

Lovely modern eatery- all the food was very fresh. Got the half and half bowl and the dim sum set from the holiday special. Loved the variety of steamed dim sum! Good sharing set for 2. Also a way to taste some shrimp since the only other proteins offered in the bowls are chicken, pork, and tofu.

Very special Asian food restaurant. The beef noodle soup was good. I like the broth and also the tenderness of the beef. Bun was delicious but in a creative way. Dumpling were just okay. I would say the beef noodle soup is pretty authentic.

It was different. The place is very spacious. White for the decor makes it look very clean. Fast service. My beef soup tasted a little scorch. But overall very hearty and filling. Great for cold weather.

I ordered curbside once, and they got my order wrong. I had to wait while they corrected it. By the time I got home, my noodle dishes weren't hitting, but the pork boa was delicious. I came back to dine in, and again, the noodles and broth were just missing something. Nothing here tastes homemade, just pre-made and cooked from frozen. Cute lil instagramable spot, but lacked that umami I expect from Asian cuisine. . This is not a Japanese ramen restaurant. It is a Chinese noodle and dumpling spot. I just don't want anyone to confuse the two very different types of cuisine.

Really delicious! The pork pan fried dumplings were juicy and crisp on one side. Filling was lumped in the middle, wish it were more spread out. I really enjoyed the lacy crisp on the bottom and that dumpling sauce was SOO GOOD! The pork bao sandwich was bigger that expected, though the flavors were okay. Be sure to try their jasmine boba teas!

I found some street parking just in time to try Three Fold while I was in the area. My half and half bowl with dumpings and noodles were surprisingly delicious and I will fully admit nobody was expecting such great tasting Chinese food anywhere in Arkansas.

This place is cool. Now when I say cool I mean overall. The environment/ambiance is great. The seating and the food is aesthetically pleasing. Now I ordered the beef noodle bowl (spicy). The meal was just lacking in flavor but thanks to the group I was with I was able to add some pink salt and mushroom seasoning which INSTANTLY made the meal great. I’m will to try a different dish but this experience was like I said before, cool. I would recommend this place to try out just be mindful. Stay Gold.

This is a really nice concept restaurant with a limited but tasty menu which is served at four levels of spice, mild, medium, spicy and "poison". We dropped in right after they opened, which turned out to be a good choice as it filled quickly with a lunch crowd with accompanying longer lines. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The condiment and utensil counter is somewhat inconveniently located around the corner from the ordering area. For menu choices, I had their dumpling soup which I ordered at a spicy level. I opted for the pork dumplings which I thought were really tasty. It had plenty of flavorful broth which contained shredded pickled carrots and what I believe was turnip. Maybe the shredded size of the veggies was too fine as they seemed to get tangled together in a clump at the bottom of the bowl.

The noodles were insanely great! This was the second time we tried this restaurant. First time when we were here, we ordered their Beef noodle soup. They were all very tasty and generous portion. The staff were most helpful on this, our first visit to dine in here. We didn't find anything we didn't like. While the pork dumplings were tasty, we all seemed to agree that the chicken was slightly even better. Our 8th grader ordered a small chicken noodles bowl, and it was still at least 2 meals' worth of food for her. My wife had the steamed bun, which was essentially a really tasty, full-sized puked pork sandwich. Four entrees plus an appetizer to share, with 4 waters = $65 after tax.

A delightful culinary experience from start to finish. My wife and I enjoy ordering a noodle dish, dumplings or pot stickers, and a steamed bun and split them between us to get the full spread of not just flavor but the textures as well! I'd enjoyed it many years ago, but this was an extremely pleasant "rediscovery" that is even better than I remembered it!

Laid back twist on your standard noodle shop. Simple menu with a choice of dumplings and noodle options or a combo of both. Customize with your choice of proteins and spice. Food was excellent and the service was great. Definitely a go to when I'm in LR.

We ordered their Half + Half, so we could try their signature noodle and dumpling bowls together. Hubby got pork as protein and I got tofu. It was good, but we felt the price was high for what was being offered. Portions are small too. However, their Pork Bun was the highlight for us. It was really good and we highly recommend it. I wasn't a big fan that they were out of select items at 5pm and they didnt close til 9. We all had our hearts set on the beef bowl but ended up settling for dumplings. I had what I think were potstickers and they were pretty good. The portion was very small for $13. I think there were 8. The atmosphere is very inviting though and everything looks so clean.

Super clean, well-lit, roomy, industrial-modern with an open kitchen and helpful staff. The pork potstickers are an absolute must and their chili sauce is so good they offer jars of it to-go. Casual yet upscale, I was impressed with everything down to the small details.

We ordered from the Three Fold Noodles + Dumpling Co. website this evening, and WOW!!! We both got the pork dumplings soup and pork potstickers. The staff that brought our curbside order was very pleasant. Our order was packaged really well and perfumed my truck with heavenly smells. While the pork potstickers were amazing, the pork dumplings soup was out-of-this-world!!! I even finished the extra broth from my wife's soup. Bonus for us, they used biodegradable and reusable packaging where ever possible. If you're within driving distance of downtown Little Rock and you also love great Asian, then you absolutely need to visit Three Fold Noodles + Dumpling Co.

I had chicken noodles and chicken dumplings. I was a little disappointed because food itself didn’t have a lot of flavor but the chili oil was a great addition! It added some heat to the food. I will have to try something more flavorful next time. Just the chicken noodles themselves were very bland.

It's got really good vibe and the interior is clean and contemporary. I didn't expect an authentic food, but it was not so bad until after the meal! I noticed a strong after taste, which is usually a sign for MSG or heavy use of onions or garlic. It was there until the day after!!! Dumplings had thick outer layer which is northern style, not as preferable as thin layers. Don't get the infused water, it's just water in cucumber, not worth $2.49.

Went for lunch on a snowy Saturday. I wanted to like this place more, but a few things detracted from it. We tried the chicken mo bun (rou jia mo), the noodle soup (forgot picture), and 1/2 and 1/2 meals, which were dumplings + noodles w/ pork or tofu. The soup broth was relatively bland, and the noodles were a little doughy for me. The mo bun was served like an open-faced sandwich, which made it a little hard to eat. It tasted good but the bun itself was super greasy. The noodles with pork were pretty good, but again just a little bland. The boiled dumplings were probably the best part of the meal. I'll give it another go at some point.

Got the noodle soup with chicken and soft boiled egg. I picked mild spicy since I'm a wimpy white girl, and it was delicious! I would opt for a little more spice next time. Noodles were soft and fresh made, veggies we're crisp and bright. The dumplings looked amazing at the table next to me, but I wasn't that hungry today. Soup portion was quite large. Staff super helpful and friendly. Dining area was clean and simple, restroom was spotless as well. Kitchen area is open for viewing and looked immaculate too. Overall a great experience and I can't wait to go back!

Pretty good food. Kinda pricey. I got a beef noodle soup and small pork dumplings. It was almost 25$. Good sized portion, not huge but enough. Dumplings were good, love the spicy sauce. Great find when traveling. Good beers and dumplings. Got the half and half with pork, very tasty, spicy. Would’ve preferred the side spicy flavoring to be more of a paste to pack the punch, it complimented the meal well.

I did a simple takeout and picked up from the window. When the cashier opened the window the music and vibe made me wish I had come earlier to dine in and get the full experience. As far as food I got chicken potstickers and the beef soup. The potstickers are absolutely delicious and the soup is good. Great food, quick and friendly service. Ordered the spicy pork dumplings, the sauce was a little hot for me but it comes on the side and you can easily grab a different sauce from the counter. My husband had the Chicken half and half and lived the noodles, they are coated with a sesame sauce and taste awesome when combined with the spicy sauce.

This was the mobile local at Rebsamen Road. I tried the mixed noodles and pan fried dumplings for lunch. This was a pretty full meal. The dumplings were my favorite but it was all very good. They did a good job of social distancing. An attendant came to my vehicle before I could get out. They did have some out side covered seating so they are letting people do as they are comfortable. I did not get out of my car. The attendant came back to ask how I liked the meal. So give these folks a try.

In town for work and got the chicken Dumplings for dinner. Amazing! I got the spicy dipping sauce, it's pretty spicy so watch out for that. If you're staying in the downtown area, it's pretty easy to walk to. Will be trying the other things when I'm back in town!

Awesome. It was 35* out today so nothing sounded better than a bowl of noodles. Got the beef soup special. Temp was perfect to dive right in and warm the belly. The flavor was great, just enough spice but you didn’t lose the taste of everything else in the bowl. After a few big spoonfuls of soup I could feel the heat building, a sip of bubble tea cooled it off and I was back to slurping up my soup. I thought I was back in Seattle having a noodle dish or bowl of Phó, nope it’s Little Rock! Can’t wait to come back again.

It's a pretty "hipster" location with awesome contemporary setting, simple interiors, basic elements in terms of decor et al. Just saw the menu was a little less clear unlike the other restaurants you go to that have Oriental options aka Thai places. That said, the guys at the counter really helped out with the choices . Once ordered, the food came out in decent time , say 10 mins. Food was tasty, I asked for pan fried dumplings and they made them out good with tofu as protien. The noodle soup was great as well. Wondering why I'm giving a 4 star? There's a reason for that. I wanted to order a half and half, but wanted pan fried dumplings, they refused to give me the dumplings from my half and half on the side pan fried. This made me order more food than needed and I ended up wasting the noodles soup. I really wish they were a little flexible. Another thing that happened was that my friend asked for unsweetened tea and was over, when asked, he was told they won't be brewing it anymore. Eventually they did Brew it, but wish it was done in the first go. Good place, worth visiting and enjoyable food. Just a few quirks.

I went to lunch here slightly after the main rush but there was still a short wait. I have the dumplings. Regular spice, pork. As soon as you walk in the whole place smells incredible. The menu is easy to make sense of with plenty of options for each plate. I was very impressed. I will definitely go back.

The bun is ok for me, but my son likes it. He ate the whole bun by himself. The carrot slaw tastes good, too. I like the dairy free bubble tea the most. Good place to bring family to eat here.

This place was a surprise to say the least. First, I was brought here for "ramen" but I will be going back for the dumplings. Delicious. But the highlight of the meal were the dumplings. I am from Korea and love my Asian food from any Asian country. Three fold has got it down on making soup and dumplings. You can get the dumplings fried or in a soup or steamed. I prefer all three!!! To start, Three Fold offers an incredibly refreshing and modern interior. As a welcome new addition to Little Rock’s growing fast casual scene, Three Fold occupies an interesting piece of the market. I ordered the Half + Half (dumplings and noodles, the two things Three Fold is supposedly most known for). And as someone who easily consumes thousands of calories per day, I was happy to find it satisfied even the likes of me. I ordered it “spicy,” think: perfect amount of heat for a white person. But do not be deceived, despite the not excessively hot dish and the chic interior, I have been informed that Three Fold’s chefs are as authentic as it gets. The bubble tea was a black tea mixed with soy milk and was enjoyable, though for someone like me who enjoys their coffee black, it was a bit on the sweet side. Will come again. Definitely recommend.

I enjoyed this place! We had the dumpling bowl and the dumpling soup. I personally preferred the soup. The food was really yummy and they don't skimp on portions. You pick your protein which is nice. We found the prices to be a bit steep but its a nice place downtown. The decor was very modern and clean but maybe a bit on the boring side for me.

Good food, but pretty expensive for what you get. My wife and I shared an order of pot stickers, and a half noodle, half dumpling bowl. My daughter got the dumbling bowls. Everything was delicious, but for the cost I wish the portions were bigger or that there would be a side of some sort, even just a bowl of white rice to dip in the left over sauce and add some bulk would have been nice.

I really loved the food and the service here! They were very helpful in recommending food to try and I ended up getting the chicken bao bun at medium spiciness. The food got to us in good time and there was plenty of seating to choose from and it was very clean. My sandwich was SO GOOD. The crispy side of the bun really made it for me and the flavour was great! My only complaint was that the medium spice tasted more mild to me, so if you like spicy food then maybe try hot instead!

I found it to be just ok. I ordered the mixed noodle and dumpling soup,.except there was only about 1/2 inch of broth, so it was missing the soup factor. The boba was ok. Not very sweet and they upcharge for extra syrup or boba. Not a lot on there. The sesame seed balls stole the show. Thos were so yummy that we ordered a second round. For two people, 2 Boba, 2 sesame ball orders, and one mixed soup it came to about $40+ including tip. Bring the money.

It's very clean, my husband got the chicken dumplings with medium spice and loved his meal. I got the dumplings/ noodle combo bowl with chicken (no spice) and didn't care for it. My food was room temperature and the noodles were served with a pile of room temperature shredded chicken which is a little stomach turning to me. The kitchen is in open view and when we arrived the counter was full of plates of dumplings out in the open that remained there throughout our meal. They weren't busy while we were there (we had a late dinner) so it made me a bit uncomfortable, because the look is that food is sitting out at room temp waiting for someone to order.

The food is excellent! My favorites are the pork dumplings and the pork noodle bowls. The dumplings are outstanding, but the noodles bowls are my favorite. The pickled veggies add just the right amount of slightly salty crunch to the noodles, the peanut sauce is mild yet tasty, and the delicious pulled pork is slow cooked to perfection. This is one of my weekly lunch spots and I highly recommend.

Behold...a God-like force in culinary abilities. Three Fold is my favorite restaurant, and I would eat there probably three times a week if I lived in Little Rock and had a bottomless wallet. The only thing I can complain about with Three Fold is that, yes, it's pricey. But when I say you get what you pay for, I'm lying, because it's actually better than what you pay for. These noodles and dumplings never cease to impress me, and a nice streetside location and friendly staff are just the icing on this flavorful cake. If you want a slightly more reasonable option, spring for the half and half bowl, which does a pretty good job of filling me up and makes it where you don't have to choose between Noodle heaven and Dumpling paradise.

I ordered my food to go through their website, the process was simple, it was ready on time and the food stayed very warm. I almost never give 5-stars, but this food was awesome and it tastes very clean. I ordered a bowl (the broth is just...no words) and a small order of chicken dumplings. Both items I requested medium spicy, however I would probably kick up the spicy level on the dumplings next time. I will be going back soon and trying the rest of the menu. Also the bubble tea is worth a try!

So I was stranded in little rock due to some botched travel plans, couldn't get a rental car anywhere in the city, so I stayed at a downtown hotel near main street. This little gem has great food, solid flavors, and a simple menu. I was a little surprised at the nearly complete lack of heat in the "spicy" level. Definitely go "poison" level if you want some heat. Dumplings were great, noodles and shredded chicken were very nicely flavored, and the sesame buns could have been straight out of a chinatown bakery.

The noodles were fine, but I was not amazed either. The shredded chicken was a joke I thought.. Honestly I think it’s really overpriced, the food quantity was not a lot, and I didn’t get the “wow” effect for a $15 meal after tax that you have to go order yourself! Just for that reason (the price) I’m not sure I will go back, unless I really want to eat that kind of stuff, but I don’t live in LIT and I can go get it in China town where I live..

So, we had a 3 hour drive and there's no way we would've seen their Instagram post, Nor do we check Instagram for updates, cause it aint the place for it (completely stupid move, and there were a LOT of people trying to get in because of poor choice of social media). Second time I've been. The noodle and dumpling dough are perfect....just a little chewiness and bite. The chicken is good, but I do prefer the pork. Not that the chicken is bad, because it isn't, but the pork is a little more savory in my opinion. The pan-fried dumplings are fantastic, too. My guest tried the bubble tea and said it was the best she's ever had. The spicy option isn't overly hot, but does have some kick. The whole meal is just balanced perfectly, no matter what you get. Can't wait to go back!

I advise one thing though from the other guy at the register. Don't know if this guy owned the place or what but we can tell he either judged us for who we are or he was having a bad day. This was our very first time eating here and I looked online prior to coming to the restaurant so I asked for the two fold noodle bowl. So he was being arrogant and stated that is the name of the restaurant but if you look at your menu you have a salad named the two fold salad right under the noodle bowl. I will not let his attitude affect my experience. Very Very Good fresh food minus the attitude. I totally recommend!!!!

I've been to the first location many times and always gotten the dumplings with a couple of each kind. Ex: 2 veggie, 2 pork, 2 whatever the other one is. Today at the new location they would only let me get one kind and were not very friendly about telling me no. I actually thought he was joking with me, but he wasn't. I also work downtown in the food industry and customer service is very important. Our veggie dumplings were cold when we got them, but other than that the food was good. New location is nice.

The place gets a lot of business but they seem to handle the workload nicely. Parking normally available on-street and it's free on the weekends. I ate here with a Chinese family and they assured me it was good--but not the same as what they ate in China. Believe they're recently from Guangzhou. I got the chicken dumplings. Nice flavor but too subtle for me. The spicy sauce was a necessary complement for my taste.

Excellent, authentic-tasting noodles and broth with traditional-style boiled dumplings reminded me of Asian cooking that I enjoyed growing up. The restaurant and bathroom was very clean, the staff was very attentive, quick, and friendly, and the food was delivered almost too quickly to be true! I personally enjoyed the extra added spice from the "poison" sauce and the spicy soy sauce mixture used to dip the dumplings in was the same as what I have used for years at home, which was very much appreciated!

The food and service is better on the weekends than on a week night. Without a high turnover, I've seen noodles and dumplings pre-plated and waiting/drying out on week nights. The quality of the meat (pork full of fat) is usually not as great during the week either. That being said... The food has great flavor and good portions. Don't be intimidated by the rather pretentious looking clientele. The staff is usually friendlier than they look as well. I recommend the pork over chicken.

Let's start with pros: broth had a good flavor noodles had a good texture. Service was fast Place was clean Nice staff Big portion Cons: I was missing some acidity in the broth and they had no limes or lemons to amp it up. Chicken while the seasoning was ok it tasted like it had been reheated (hopefully you know what I mean ) Taro chips were covered in too much sugar and I had to try to dust them off Medium heat was more like no heat 18 dollars-- kinda expensive for soup I took my leftovers home and added some extra seasoning and the dish was much better Overall I would go back and try something else but I wasn't to impressed. Definitely not 5 star worthy

I've been here a couple times and the steamed pork bun is my favorite. They have a pretty limited menu but everything is good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Cool vibe, it can get busy but totally worth it. Ramp for ADA access, vegetarian, and dairy free options. Great place to meet up with friends after work or a night out.

Let me make this simple: I have never had a better pork bun, dumpling, or noodle bowl than Three Fold. A friend recommended this place to me for my trip to Little Rock. After a long MTB ride at Pinnacle, we really needed something tasty to replenish and Three Fold over-delivered. The pork bun was crispy on the inside and delightfully spongy on the outside, sauced to perfection, and way larger than I expected it to be. The half and half bowl was scrumptious. I did pork dumplings with noodles and chicken and I'd do it again. The dumplings were plump and juicy, perfectly paired with their dipping sauce (medium wasn't very spicy, but I was too spooked by the highest spice level they called "poison"). The chicken and noodles were the biggest surprise. They were wet flat noodles in this awesome sauce, the shredded chicken paired perfectly. Last thing I'll mention is the potstickers. We got the pan-fried chicken and they were so so good. Crunchy, droppable, and hearty. My friend recommended all kinds of places and I was hesitant that they'd be any good, but now I guess I need to listen more carefully to his recs.

One of the best noodle and dumpling places I've ever been to. I have been here over 20 times and have yet to have a bad experience. The staff is never rude but they could seem a little more on the friendly side of life than the almost robotic style I've encountered so far. Maybe it is just their style and I'm totally cool with that as well. All-in-all, good food and love the new location.

First off, be sure to check the little kiosks in line to see what all the dishes look like. The place is unique and I enjoyed checking it out. That said, the food is definitely good but not great. With just noodles and dumplings it feels like something is missing. The atmosphere is also totally fine: tastefully modern to a fault. And that's pretty much all there is to it.

This place is amazing. The food is DELICIOUS and not expensive. The employees are so nice (love you, Spiro), and it's decorated really pretty. Sometimes there are fresh tulips on each table. My go-to is the tofu noodle bowl (medium spice), but I also love the pork dumplings. The tofu is made in-house and it's the best tofu I've ever had.

So the last thing I expected to eat in Arkansas was Asian, but OMG!!! sooo good! I ordered the half chicken dumplings and half chicken noodle bowl and it was delicious! The dumplings were generously filled with chicken and the dipping sauce was quite tasty! The shredded chicken and noodles were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in the door, but I will most def be coming back!

By far the best dumplings (and delicious sauce!) I've had anywhere. Clean, modern place with decent noodles too. There was a small issue with something in my friend's food, but the staff was very apologetic, brought a whole new meal, and refunded everything. Really a solid choice for dumplings and noodles.

Great food at a cheap price. The Dumplings are cooked perfectly every single time. Pork is my favorite with the Spicy sauce. The noodle bowls are also excellent. They Also have a half and half bowl if you can't decide if you would rather have dumplings or noodles. Large order of dumplings comes with 12 delicious dumplings which is a good amount of food. I love this place and highly recommend it for someone looking for good food in a short amount of time. Great value!

The food is great, and I will definitely go back there. But I do have a couple nagging issues. 1. The noodle portion size is not consistent between servers, and if the server thinks you are cute you will get more noodles than the next person. They portion out the dumplings evenly, so they should also have a scale for the noodles so everyone gets the exact same amount. 2. On a weekday if you get there before their second batch of noodles is put out then your noodles will be cold. Every single time I've been there before 11:30 my noodles are 99% guaranteed to be cold. 3. The meat is dry. Maybe not the meat in the dumplings, but the meat that is portioned out with the noodle bowls is usually dry and doesn't seem to add much flavor to the overall taste. 4. Most frustrating is someone puts in a large to-go order. I've stood there while they made 20 orders... it took at least 10 minutes. I shouldn't have to wait in line for them to fill those orders, most places have a second employee making the to-go orders in the back. Or they could bring another employee to the front to assist.

This place is an absolute gem. I did the half noodle/half dumpling bowl, spicy. It is just packed with flavor; the spicy is just right, not overwhelming. I'll come back next time I'm in town for sure. Everything is served to-go due to COVID, but they have some dining options inside as well as on the patio if you choose to eat there.

Pork dumplings were simple but amazing. The taro chips hit the spot! Update*** Visited this restaurant for the second time on 6/20/17. The last time I ordered dumplings as spicy, however, it wasn't enough spice for my taste. This time the server recommended the "employee poison" level of spice. This place was awesome. My only regret was not trying to noodle bowl. I got the pork dumplings with the spicy sauce and it was delicious. The sauce was about a 5/10 on the spicy, 10 being too spicy to eat. The flavour of the sauce and the dumpling was amazing. We are in Little Rock on a trip and next time we are there I will go back to Three Fold.

Nice little restaurant. The dumplings with spicy sauce are divine and it's a subway type buffet so you get served quickly. My only issue is that the proportions are small for the price. You pay a little over $8 for about 7 dumplings with cilantro. Everything else on the buffet is extra. Food is good though.

This was my first dumpling experience ever and I am already craving to go back! One thing I always do when I am eating at a new restaurant is ask whomever is taking my order what they would recommend. The staff member at hand, was extremely enthusiastic and eager to guide me towards a decision. I loved that...and what she helped me chose was fantastic. I had the chicken dumplings with medium spice and it was delicious. When I first got my bowl I didn't think it would be enough but dumplings are very filling I guess because I was very full and happy. I do not suggest the orange carrot slaw I got that and it wasn't enjoyable to my taste buds in flavor or texture. I would recommend this place though because it is fast, their menu is simple (which is something I really like about a restaurant) and the food is good. Next time I go I am going to try the noodles they looked pretty good when the person in front of me ordered it.

We were visiting Little Rock for ATA WORLD EXPO and so many people recommended this place. We decided to go check it out. I was a little nervous because honestly dumplings and/or noodles are not my thing. However, the restaurant is so clean, modern and has such an inviting atmosphere that I was super excited to try it out upon arrival. We ordered the dumplings and they were seriously it was amazing! My kids enjoyed them. It was not like traditional slimy dumplings. The spicy sauce they gave me (on the side) was perfect to dunk them in. The price is perfect, too! Check this place out!

I decided to try Three Fold Noodles today due to my love of Asian cuisine. I had the half & half bowl, with the pork dumplongs and medium spice. It took them about 5 minutes to get me my food out, which is a nice plus. The food itself was pretty good. However, the flavors, in my opinion, did not mesh well on the plate. There was an overpowering taste of salt, and the "medium heat" had no heat whatsoever. On another positive note, the noodles and dumplings were cooked beautifully! The reason that I'm giving three stars is because the price for the food does not correlate to the taste. I got 4 dumplings, a small order of noodles, and a drink for over $18

Literally BLOWN AWAY by the quality of this food. Don’t let the smaller menu keep you away, because the taste and high ingredient standards of the menu choices make each dish offered phenomenal. The food was good we had the dumpling and noodle bowls. You order at the counter and pay then they bring it to you. It asked for the tip when you pay so we tipped 15 percent then saw we had to clear our own table so I'm not sure what the tip was for other then them bringing the food to our table (fast food places do that). So. Damn. Good. This place is in a really cool part of Little Rock, and the food was awesome. You can tell that they’re good at what they do. Something I really appreciated was the simple menu and minimalistic design. It’s nice to see culinary innovation in a city where there’s mostly southern food. Try something new and for sure get the tea. Make it spicy too, they’re spicy is pretty mild so don’t be afraid to kick it up a notch. Get the noodles.

I was looking for a vegetarian-friendly place for a quick dinner one evening and found Three Fold. The young man thoroughly explained all of the options and I went with the tofu and noodles while my husband had pork dumplings. Both were excellent even though my dish was quite salty and not as spicy as I had hoped. But the real jewel was the ginger tea. Both of us would drink that homemade tea all of the time if possible. It is the perfect compliment to a cold winter day.

If you need a good protein meal this is not the place. It's lots of doughy noodles/dim sum with a little protein. It's a unique location with lots of diners and a nice staff, with the fast casual dining experience. They do a good job with what they offer...it just isn't what I like. The Taro Chips are good and addictive.

Amazingly helpful staff! Great boba tea(1 flavor) soup is great spiciness is actually spicy! I didn't finish my huge bowl because i ended up finding the baby(i am pregnant) wasn't too glad i was eating certain veggies. HOWEVER it was absolutely delicious. Pork was tender and just right for a soup bowl. Veggies were not overwhelming in flavor broth was not watered down crud. All and all if you are hankering for a good asian noodle soup bowl go here

If you can't decide on the chicken or pork fried dumplings, go pork! I not a huge fan of pork by any means but they NAILED IT with the pork fried dumplings. The Poison sauce is very flavorful with a good heat, and not just "f*** you hot". The steamed buns are fantastic as well. I highly recommend coming here, you will not be disappointed.

SO SALTY!!!!! This would have been a five star review if not for the INTENSE levels of salt in the soups. We ordered pork dumplings, which were delicious and NOT too salty, but we also ordered a noodle soup bowl and the beef noodle soup and both of them were salty beyond belief. And I am a salt lover! I come from a long line of salt lovers - my dad even salts pizza - and this was too much for me. Honestly, it's why I'm writing this review. I wanted to love this food, but I couldn't because it was chapping my lips and requiring me to drink gallons of water. Maybe it was just an off night? Hope so!

The flavors that come from this food is incredible. I got the half and half and it was a lot of food! The slaw isn't like other slaws that I have had and it was quite good. I used the leftover slaw to soak up the flavorful juices left over. The noodles or pasta are obviously handmade and it shows with the quality and taste. I will be back!

I love everything about Three Fold. The food is simple and delicious. I love the favored water. The menu options are simple so the line moves pretty quickly. The atmosphere is clean and simple. The patio gets a good amount of sun which is great this time of year. It's right on the Creative Corridor and a quick walk to the pubs, bars, downtown businesses, and several of the downtown lofts and apartments. Eat here if you get the chance.

where to begin this place has always been a delight to come to. Fantastic atmosphere great seating great food. Now the only reason that I am dropping to 4 stars is the simple fact that everytime I go in I get the poison sauce which is there hottest hot sauce and some times its fantastic has that bold flavor that I love other times tastes nothing more then soy and some korean chili sauce. If there was a consistency in the sauce id say 5 stars the fried dumplings are a great addition to there menu. The steam veggie dumplings have great texture unlike many others which become a veggie paste these hold up very well. Furthermore the half and half bowls really are the perfect portion size and over all best bang for the buck that i have found in downtown for a quality meal and a reasonable price

This will really push your hipster button. The food was good. Subtle flavors, but good. Small portions so don't go here if you're really hungry. Unless you're prepared to spend a lot and have a lot of people look at you funny. One thing that was interesting is I didn't see even one Chinese person working there. Everything was still good, just not something I'm used to coming from Southern California.

Fantastic food, but when we went (albeit it was late on a Friday) they were out of about 1/4 of what we ordered. No taro chips, no buns, no meat except chicken. What we did get to eat was incredible; noodles and dumplings were cooked to perfection! The bubble tea was surprisingly good, never would have guessed that I would be able to drink bubble tea in the middle of Arkansas, what a pleasure.

This was our 2nd time there as we visited Little Rock again. I remember the food and service being much better. With COVID-19 affecting businesses, I'd expect service to be top-notch. While the food came out quickly, there was an error on our order that the staff got snippy about. And we had to ask for the plastic forks/spoons which are now behind the counter understandably; they should have come with our food trays. The women's restroom had no more hand soap so I notified the staff and they just said OK. The situation everywhere is tense currently, but I still expect better service. But we got our dumpling craving in so that's that.

The noodles were good. Unfortunately, the place definitely didn't live up to it's reputation for me. So far it's the best ramen I've had in Little Rock, but it's a far cry from what you can get in bigger cities like DC, Sam Francisco, or Nashville even, let alone Tokyo or other Asian hubs. Can't believe this place exists in Little Rock! I've been working in China the last 4 years and this is the most authentic Chinese food I've had back in the states (except maybe NYC Chinatown). We had the pork noodles with mild sauce and a bowl of mixed dumplings with spicy sauce. If I closed my eyes I'd bet we were eating back in Hunan. The flavors are all there. The only differences I noticed were the dumpling skins being a little too thick and the pork being shredded instead of chopped (which I honestly like better). Aside from the food, the atmosphere is cool & comfortable and the folks working behind the counter are wonderful to converse with. I really can't recommend this place highly enough.

The food was awesome! I really enjoyed the noodle bowl and fresh cucumber water. It was a little crowded and extremely hard to find a seat, however after waiting a bit, we were able to get a seat by the door. It’s a seat yourself place.

This place was SICK! So glad we stopped in here. Had a very hipster vibe but didn't go full hipster. Food was super good but very salty just a heads up. I couldn't decide what I wanted so I said can I have one of everything just kind of joking. The lady behind the counter said yeah to my surprise and I couldn't have been more happy. We tried the pork bun, the new noodle special - spicy bean paste and tofu, and both the chicken and vegetable dumplings. Everything was absolutely spectacular. As good or better than any Chinese dumplings I've had in Manhattan or both Chinatowns in San Francisco (and I lived in SF for 12 years!). The pork bun was the star of the show - it was like a southern BBQ joint meets China. They are now open on Saturday, too!

The food was fine for the price (I suggest getting dumplings pan-seared), generally authentic, and health conscious. I'd definitely consider going again. The three things I would point out as not being in its favor are: 1.) The setting is stark. I really didn't even know if I was in the right place at first because it looked almost like a clean, but abandoned space until I got to the front. No art, no fixtures, no color, just wall-to-wall white tile. 2.) Ordering isn't straightforward. If you haven't been here before, you probably won't really understand what you're doing until you get there. 3.) Selection was limited. I understand doing one thing and doing it very well, but it should be something to consider.

I really dig the atmosphere and the service here, but the food is just a little bit lacking in flavor. The spiciest option (poison) somehow just isn’t very spicy, and ordering anything less means your dish ends up a little bland. Still a good choice for lunch downtown but could be improved.

Uniquely styled, this restaurant offers a truly unique experience in Little Rock. The food is impeccable. This is one of the only places in Little Rock that you can get bubble tea. The poison sauce is not that spicy and is good on anything they serve.

The wife and i love this place. The pot stickers ans soup are amazing. If you love bubble tea, absolutly try theirs out. The menu is simple and easy to makr a choice. If your not sure, get the half and half. These guys put out food fast and are extremly friendly and will answer any question you have. Only down side to this is the parking. Its downtown, so its what you would expect. Other than a small walk, its well worth it.

Clean, modern atmosphere.. this is a welcomed replacement to Yo Momma's... which is what was at this location before. Yes, this is a small menu place, but worth it if you are a fan of Asian cuisine. If I had one hopeful menu edition.... a yummy noodle soup! The workers are sweet, and will help you navigate your choices. Price seems higher than most lunch places... but I usually have leftovers for an afternoon snack. All in all... a welcomed, clean, non-snooty place to grab lunch, or take-home dinner.

You've never had a dumpling done right until you try a Three Fold pan-fried dumpling (available after 1:00pm). The pork is my go-to but chicken and tofu are also available. The staff is great and even with a busy lunchtime crowd, it is a fast lunch.

Don't let the unassuming sign outside trick you, awesome food and flavors wait inside. Tried the pork bun, fully expecting a tradition steamed bao- was floored when a huge open faced shredded pork sandwich came to my table. Upon closer examination, I found the "bun" was a steamed bao, cut hamburger style and grilled on the slice, but with same soft steamed texture inside and the chewy outer skin on top. The shredded meat was loaded with flavors, I picked out ginger and cilantro immediately. It was so good, I ordered a small noodle bowl just to enjoy more food from here.

Modern clean atmosphere. Helpful staff. Simple, clean, easy menu with just a few things that they can make the ‘stars’ of the show. Sustainable utensils and napkins. Very ‘green’ restaurant. But the food - whoa whoa whoa!!! One bite of my chicken noodles and there was a party in my mouth that I️ can’t even begin to tell you what all was included in this delectable dish !!! Peanut or cashew sauce , cilantro, garlic, soy, noodles, and chicken - that’s about all o can be sure of - the rest was just more expansive with each bite and I’m very happy my boyfriend and I️ visited there the other night. I’ll def go back.

It was our first time and we were rushed by this man to order and I was told to make up my mind so he wouldn't have to walk back and fourth to the kitchen. The people behind us were treated so much better and he even came up to their table to chat, while my friend and I were not even acknowledged. The food is okay but be aware of all the hidden cost! They charge for water and any little bit add-on that is usually free in other restaurants. I ordered a dumpling bowl and the lady asked me if I want to add any green. She sounded like it's free. I asked for a pinch of cilantro. That makes it a "customized" bowl and additional 10% was charged. It's very unreasonable to me. Would not go again.

I was curious about this restaurant before I came to Little Rock due to its rating and ranking. I was disappointed due to quality of its food. The food is salty and the dumpling skin is too thick. If you want authentic chinese food, this is not it. The waiter and cashier are very friendly and helpful.

Three Fold is delicious, that's factual. Aside from that, they're a great business. They evolve quickly with customer needs, so now they offer curbside and online ordering. They also have take home and reheat meals, which is fantastic.

Traditional Sichuan dumping joint. I want to like it but they are a bit heavy headed with salt and grease. The salted brine cabbage need to be soaked to washout the salt before it is served. The bun is too greasy. The dumpling meat did not stuck together the meat was a straight fatless mix. Dumpling meat need to 3/4 no fat grind and 1/4 fatty grind in a Chilli grind. Otherwise it just falls parts. Also it us home made dumpling but the skin is too thick.

Take whatever you know about 'American-ese' and throw it away. This is REAL, traditional Chinese food and it is delicious. No MSG. All natural and locally grown ingredients. If you want to know an 'off-menu-secret', ask for the Half-N-Half with noodles and dumplings. Half a bowl of noodles and protein and five dumplings. It's the perfect meal. Also, the staff is friendly, helpful if you don't know what to get, and always fun to talk to. I almost died from the deliciousness of the sesame balls.
