We just dined at the Water Grill while in Las Vegas for a business medical conference. We are from AZ and were excited to enjoy our first experience at the Water Grill, as we have family members and friends that have given 5 star reviews. The manager and our server were beyond amazing in their ability to make our large family feel comfortable while out of town and make this an enjoyable experience. They were able to accommodate my 8 year old with shellfish allergies and made sure her meal did not come into contact with any fish. We even were able to hold an 8 lb snow crab, which was quite heavy! We enjoyed our server being so knowledgeable about the menu and helping us to handcraft our meal. I had the Dungeness crab which was quite an experience and we all enjoying being able to crack open the legs. Knowledgeable staff, attentive, great service, flavorful food, amazing ambiance. We will be coming back!

This was our second time here. This time they had a Chinese New Year Menu which is where we ordered from.The oysters are excellent the deep fried bass was great!. The lobster on the Chinese new year menu was excellent and so was the calamari. Our son devoured the chicken he said it was great he's a picky eater so thats a compliment. They have some of the best clam chowder around its so fresh. Our waiter told us the seafood is brought in fresh everyday and it definitely tastes like it is.

This restaurant has a great location in the forum shops, and the design is also really cool! However, the wait time for our lunch was over 2 hours long. The food was really tasty, especially the fresh fish and steak. Had it not been for the long wait, I would have rated it higher. The staff was friendly and the kind, but the wait was undesirable. I would recommend any of the fish from this place because of how fresh it was!

Absolutely top-quality seafood! The flavors and textures are just perfect! We have the Oyster sampler, super delicious, really fresh. The waiter said the oysters were alive just before the chef prepared them. It's no wonder these taste like the ocean! We also had the Octopus appetizer and the California Swordfish. Everything was so freaking good! The customer service was excellent too and the atmosphere was beautiful. Well worth the cost.This is favorite seafood place ever!

The service was wonderful. The food was good, but not great. It was the usual seafood taste in my opinion and similar to others. The crab cake was good and can be shared. The mussel should be a meal in itself as the portion size was good and bread is excellent to soak up the sauce. I thought the scallops were just ok. The lobster roll was good and the cioppino was flavorful. Well done there. The evening ended with a birthday dessert of ice cream on top of three different cookie doughs.

This is a nice fish restaurant amongst the Forum Shops by Caesar's Palace. We sat in their indoor patio area, but the restaurant is huge. The food and drinks were really good, but the service was excellent! I ordered the blackened cod with soba noodles, and my fish came out undercooked. The waiter was quick to respond, and replaced my meal within 5 minutes. They obviously made it a priority because they were really busy. The food was delicious! Recommended!

Hands down, this is my favorite place to get fresh seafood in Las Vegas. Located in the Forum Shops of Caesar's Palace, Water Grill offers delicious drinks, desserts, and decadent seafood. Kumamoto oysters were beyond amazing and charcoal grilled lobster was succulent. Drinks are strong but we'll balanced. Beautiful dessert to round out the meal! A definite revisit is in store!

Really enjoyed this place. The food was so fresh and didn’t take long to arrive. The lobster was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was our waiter. It was difficult to get questions answered. We’d ask about specific menu items, but he would explain other items instead- the most expensive thing in each category basically. So we ended up getting a fish we didn’t like. This could have been avoided if he’d simply answered our questions. Overall a good experience.

Been here 2 times now. This is one of my favorite spots in Vegas. The honeymoon oyster is my wife’s favorite. The lobster roll is amazing. Also the filet was cooked to perfection (medium rare is my preference). Staff is always very welcoming and attentive. I’ll be back! I suggest you try while in Sin City.

Sat at the bar and just ordered a sushi roll here. The food was very flavorful and refined. Good drinks, the service was the highlight. Bartender, bar backs, and manager all stopped by to see how things were and help facilitate the dining experience. Really impressed, great option in Forum Shops and Ceasars!
