We stayed at an Airbnb in the same building and loved the place so much we went there every day we were here. The employees were all awesome and really made us feel at home, especially Ron the bartender. Best of all, the food was amazing! I’m from south Louisiana and I can honestly say the shrimp and catfish were some of the best I’ve ever had! We love y’all and we’ll definitely be back!

A hidden gem in downtown Vegas! The food was AMAZING and our server was attentive. Let’s start with the ambiance. They have music playing that keeps you tapping your foot and bobbing your head. Started with fried catfish bites that set the mood for the incredible meal. I ordered the catfish dinner with French fries. My lady had the grilled jumbo shrimp with cream sauce (Fireee) and my aunt orders the fried lobster and shrimp that came with mac n cheese. We finished the meal with key lime cheesecake that was perfect end to the savory meal we just had.

Most good restaurants close 10pm or earlier, or have a ridiculous wait time, if any availability at all. This place is open until 11 so we ubered right over. It was a Wednesday & they were having some type of interactive listening party. We were seated right away. Vibes were dope. I was def jamming . Owner is SUPER friendly. Drinks were strong but good! And when I tell you both their fried catfish AND blackened salmon were better than anything we had our entire trip. I mean, I literally spit out the salmon we had at Tao it was so damn dry. Sin city seafood has a very welcoming and homey ambiance with mouth watering food to top it off. Def my new spot when I'm in town. Don't hesitate to pull up. I will Most certainly See you guys for my birthday in March!!! Thank you for your hospitality.

This food did NOT miss! The catfish plentiful, the truffle mac & cheese was slamming (and you know you everyone can’t make it right-it’s) and the coleslaw was surprisingly tasty with the right amount of sugar & mayo. The portion was so big, I ate beyond my tummy’s capacity! Aside from good food was a great ambiance, with nice music and the customer service was on point, which is a big deal for me (thank you Bernard). This spot is a MUST if you are ever in the downtown Vegas area.

The food was very delicious and the ambience is good. My unfortunate only drop of stars is they are very short staffed (which isn’t usually an issue and I can understand) but it’s a Friday night and it took some of us in our table over an hour to get our food or even 20+ minutes to get a menu/drink. I almost wanted to hop in and help them catch up. The staff that was there bless absolutely friendly and helpful I know they were doing their best! The shrimp and lobster combo was very good and I had never had lobster fried up until I had it here.

Great little seafood joint away from the noise. Although the menu is somewhat limited, the service was wonderful, and the food was very good. I loved the catfish with fresh, hot steak fries. The crab cakes were more minced that I prefer, but the flavor was good.

The best fried catfish I’ve ever eaten, and including the one I ate in Louisiana! Huge pieces and extremely tasty! Even the French fries that come with it has such tasty flavor. Also try the salmon sandwich!!! The high prices deserve it! It has become my new favorite place to chow down in downtown! They even got a great DJ to make you feel even happier!

Wonderful lil hole in the wall. New local Black owned spot downtown. Music was great just a little loud but the food was amazing. Had the firecracker shrimp appetizer and wife had grilled chicken breast and let me tell you the rice on her plate im not even sure if she got to taste it because I dang near ate it all lol. Drinks were on point staff amazing. Will be back to try catfish I hear its the best. Thanks for a great time.

Very nice, staff is very friendly. Portions are perfect size,that doesn't leave you wanting more. Nice little walk from Freemont, nice not having people walk by staring at you while your eating. Will definitely be back when in town

The owner was very nice and did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable. The food was delicious!! Highly recommend the catfish bites. Everything was cooked to the right temp. Will be going back to support this black owned business to experience all the events it has throughout the week.

This place is amazing- what a hidden gem!! Stopped by here yesterday after a quick meeting downtown with my business partner. Walked in and sat at the bar. There wasn't anyone in there but you can tell this place gets busy at night. They have fun stuff going on every day of the week. Bernard was our bartender and was so super nice. We got the clam chowder and it was amazing! Super fresh! Then he surprised us with the catfish! I've never had fried catfish before and it was so tender and tasteful. Excellent food! The bar is beautiful and the atmosphere is cozy. If you are downtown- this is a must! Thank you Bernard for the excellent service and great conversation! We will Def be back and will bring more friends!!!

First time here & the food was beyond amazing! The customer service was great, the owners were super friendly & hospitable. Lovely environment, great music & vibe. The food was greatly priced for the amount of food i received. I HIGHLY recommend this place. If I could give more than 5 stars I would give this place a 10! Food was perfectly seasoned. Definitely coming back here.

This place is definitely a must visit. It’s a bit off the tourist route but definitely worth the trip. The seafood is fresh, the service is amazing and the drinks are strong. We ordered the combo, the seafood salad and the blackened salmon. Everything was great. Flavorful and cooked perfectly. Next time we are in Vegas we will definitely be back.

Super cool vibe. The atmosphere was nice the DJ was spinning the best music. The food was delish. I have food challenges so I have to inquire how things are prepared. Keisha was so accommodating. She checked with the chef to make sure what I wanted would cause issues. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Vegas.

More details can search kirakitchennfood in instagram. This place have excellent jazz music. They also have DJ at night. Unfortunately, we went there at lunch. The veggie of the salad is so fresh and perfectly seasoned. The salmon also perfectly cooked, not overcook at all. They also come with cold ice water when u just sat down.

Found this gem while looking for a seafood restaurant close to Fremont Street. Hands down the best Mac and cheese I have ever had! Delicious catfish sandwich and fried lobster tails! Great price friendly staff! Made our day!

I don’t care for Mac n cheese but their Mac n cheese I thought I died and wet to heaven it’s so good. We got the chance to meet the owner and her vibes were EVERYTHING!!!! Great place for lunch. The catfish made me think of New Orleans. Haven't been in the evenings, but I see they have live music. The place looks a little upscale, but has prices most anyone can appreciate.

Sin City Seafood is simply off the chain ! The food is reasonably priced and has a dash of a secret recipe added to every dish. The atmosphere is relaxed and if you check out their Instagram , there is always an event taking place! If you have ever God for bid experienced a slow wait time on your food , it is because Miss Cathy is extremely selective on who she brings on board . The food is worth the wait , this isn’t Burger King or a Chilis we are talking about here . No microwaved food. Everything is made fresh daily . Mr Bernard is the main bartender. He is truly a gentleman and has been in this industry 20+ years . The crowd is perfectly diverse. You will most likely run into officials during the day on their lunch hour, or even catch your favorite DJ / RnB singer by night . There is something for everyone! Give it a go, and thank me later 🥂❤️

Only thing I have to say is, where are the vegetables? I didn't get my coleslaw with my fish, plus the garnish is really not needed. I would have enjoyed a veggie. Bernard was a nice guy. Won't be back, sorry.

This was a really nice spot. I had the catfish and it wasn't fried hard like I like it but it was still delicious. I will ask for it to be fried hard next time. I'm looking forward to visiting for dinner and drinks. They have some kind of music every night during the week from afro beats, jazz, and r&b. Sounds like the place to be!

Having just relocated to Vegas from NYC, a fellow transplant from the Big Apple invited me to have drinks, dinner & watch the NBA finals here. We share the same NY sensibilities about where we hang out. Sin City Seafood has been the best surprise since moving here! The vibe, the food, the ambiance, the people were amazing. To be in an establishment away from all the gaming influence in this town and connect with such warm hospitality & stick to your ribs, down-home cooking was a pleasure. The place is run by Cathy, another former NY'r, with a staff that's right on point with service. Can't leave without mentioning the DJ ( He's a name but I'll let you go there to find out ) & I'll definitely get back for one of their Jazz nites. It's places like this that make the Arts District happen.

MY OPINION ONLY! I was at the restaurant on Saturday 6/11 and we ordered the Colossal Shrimp. By no means were they Colossal, they were I'll say medium. We also ordered the salmon it was bland with a lot of I guess it was suppose to be a cajun sauce, no heat at all. The food was a miss very disappointing. The atmosphere was nice other than us swatting flies the whole time. DJ palyed good music.
