This was a super fun restaurant to try. The food was well made, and the atmosphere was really fun. It was cool to watch the lights change color and it shifted from night to day amd back. There was also a thunderstorms where the lights flickered every 30 minutes or so. Which was really fun. There were animal noise all the time which made it a little hard to talk to each other. The tables were all cool designs, and had different animal prints on them. There was a gift shop that had souvenirs below. The waitstaff was really busy so it took a longer then normal time to get refills, and the check when were ready to leave.

Stephanie, our waitress, was great!! The host was also so sweet and kind. She even asked how it was, after we left. We had the Chicken & Waffles and the Carnitas & Potatoes Hash, from the 1st Sunday Brunch Menu they were doing. We also had the Swimming Pool drink (non-alcoholic), which is blue raspberry lemonade with mango syrup (I believe). The atmosphere is great. We had the Volcano desert a different time, and that thing is Huge! All in all, it was a great experience.

This was my daughters first time here she enjoyed seeing the animals and hearing all their sounds she said she “loved it because the elephant looked real” And she loved kids macaroni and cheese, ate it too fast for me to take a picture. Yummy drinks I did Not enjoy the meatloaf and I usually LOVE ALL meatloafs but this one was wrapped in bacon stuffed with cheese, not the best dish at all. But It was a nice atmosphere not too busy and decent service.

Elephants and gorillas and monkeys, oh my! It was my first Rainforest Cafe experience and I loved it. The setting, the thunderstorms, the food, the service. Everything was good. We had dinner here on Dec 7, 2022. They did not disappoint. The food and atmosphere and service were all good.

A Rainforest Cafe is a wonderland destination where one can be transported to the rainforest and dine on slightly pricey themed foods. You come for the experience, not a place to expect five star dining. The staff at this location were probably the most attentive and helpful staff of any restaurant I've been in for years. Constantly monitoring how I was doing and if I needed drink refills or anything else. Food once ordered came quickly. Wait times are filled with the excitement of the every 20 minute thunderstorm.

Located inside the shopping area of Planet Hollywood. Forest themed restaurant. Great for family with kids. The food was good and our waitress was amazing. The seating area was smaller than I expected for a Vegas location comparing to other locations we have been to. Overall we had good experience.

Fun family friendly rainforest themed restaurant! The atmosphere is fun and there are rainforest animals, monkeys, elephants, ect that are automated and turn on every few minutes and move and make noises. Wait staff was very friendly and the food was good. Nice sized portions. There is outdoor deck seating and indoor. Also, a fun gift shop downstairs.

Such a fun place! My coconut shrimp was delicious. The ribs and chicken combo was excellent as well. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Make a reservation so you don't need to wait!

Hands down one of my favorite places , I've gotten coconut shrimp from so many different places and it never tasted like coconut but here it tasted like coconut it was hot and so good! The drinks are souvenir cups we get to take home , they offer to take your picture and you get one free Keychain with your picture and then have options to purchase others if you'd like , hearing the rainforest is so relaxing , I absolutely love this place and will be visiting again in the future thank you! 😊

Great ambiance and show for the kids. Even for some adults. LoL. The sitting area is very accommodating. The staff are very nice and polite. The food is ok and subpar. Average at best. I was hoping for the jumbalya pasta to be flavorful. It’s was so greasy and the sauce had absolutely no flavor. No heat. And missing peppers? Save your money and get a chop salad for an appetizer instead. My daughter had a kids pizza- “its delicious”, So she says. She’s picky, so she must liked it. 2 thumbs up there. My son and wife shared a big plate of coconut shrimp, steak, and ribs. They would’ve cleaned the plate but the steak (ask for Medium!!) was over cooked. We ask for Medium Well. It was pretty much over Well Done (like a brick). My kids loved the root beer. Drank it like a cold beer! 😂 Overall impression. 3 stars at best. Great place for kids to visit. Definitely not for a foodie. My suggestion. Change the menu to reflect the jungle theme… with flavors…

loved the "volcano", thunder every 30 minutes was awesome. Food was great, service was good could have been faster but food was worth the wait. We loved our free cups with the light up bottom reflecting the sloth. Desent price for the food, would definitely recommend and go back.

I haven’t been to this place since I was a kid it was great to eat here again. The food is a little bit pricey but it was Ight. You’re mostly paying to see the jungle theme setting. It was pretty cool to see all the electronics and light show and it brought back memories from when I was a kid. I also like that they give you a free keychain with your picture in it. The restaurant also had a great view on the side .

We enjoyed our time there. We had drinks and we were able to take the glass cup home. The glass cups are free when you order cocktails. We enjoyed our food, except for my sister. She dislike the shrimp penne pasta; It was bland. The service was good.

Obviously great atmosphere. Had the poke bowl which was great. My friend had the taco salad which was not good. Also tried the dragonberry mule which was verrrry sweet. Menu didn’t say, but the Poke bowl was 23.99.

Food was bad for some , decent for 2 and good for one and that was Korean bowl , but the service was pathetic and the place was not busy at all. Also the place is little outdated no very sure how entertained the kids will be .. Here is what we ordered as a group 1) Fish tacos , I had 2 blackened and one grilled - was alright 2) pastalaya- was decent 3 Korean bowl - good 4) chicken fried chicken - very oily and bad

This restaurant is so much fun. Might sound a little louder than usual but that's because of the theme of the restaurant. It gives you that forest/jungle vibe :). I think if your kids love to see animals, they'd get a kick out of the Rainforest Cafe. The food they serve is typical American food, you got your burgers and fries, fish and chips, some seafood, pasta, dessert, etc. of course they have a lot more choices but I can't name them all. If you can't come to this Vegas location, they have other locations as well. The food is good but not like, sooooo good that there's a long line of people outside trying to get in. I do think the drinks are fun. My niece ordered a non-alcoholic drink called swimming hole, and they served it in a cup that lit up. My niece was excited! It was her first time ordering it. The experience in here is always fun. The staff are fun and friendly and fast service.

I've always loved the ambiance Rainforest Cafe offers. The one in Vegas was slightly different from what I recall in Aventura Florida. However, it's relatively consistent and enjoyable with a fun spirited mood.

The Rainforest cafe is what you would expect. It has a rainforest these with different animatronic animals that you would find in the jungle doing their thing. The restaurant feels a bit dated and most of the jungle could use a good dusting/refreshing. It feels like the place isn’t well maintained and needs an update. The service was exceptionally slow. Plan to spend at least an hour and a half at the restaurant. The servers are all nice. However nobody eating there know where they are. You only see them to get your drink order, again for food and the. You have to track someone down to get your bill. The food takes a long time to cook and bring to each table. Somehow the place brought my kids food out first. They finished their meal and it was still 30 more minutes for my wife and I to get our food. When we finally got our food it was warm and seemed to have been cooked right. The hamburger I ordered was a bit bland and over cooked. It reminded me of the burger I got at a Denny’s. Nothing memorable. My wife had the Fish Tacos. She loved the flavor of the tacos. They had a generous amount and you could easily make it 2 meals. If you don’t mind poor service, pricey subpar food, and your entire evening spent here, the. I would suggest going. If you want something more exciting and fun for the family, I would not eat here, since you are in Vegas and literally can go anywhere else for a better experience. Also, they like to sucker you into buying over priced light up cups by talking to your kids about it. Watch out, as the prices are not listed and you pay $12.00 a cup for a lemonade that doesn’t have any refills.

I gave Rainforest Cafe 4/5 due to the fact that my daughter loved the experience so much. You can't go expecting food will be gourmet. Although I thought my corn soup and Ceasar salad was fine. I finished it all. The mac and cheese kids meal is more of a boxed mac and cheese, which I thought they could have done a bit better. The staff were all amazing. Some of the animals are old and can use some sprousing up, but otherwise she had a blast and I'm happy about that.

Flavorful food and FAST service, what more can you ask for? The waiter was so polite and attentive. Checked in often to make sure everything was alright. I would say in terms of portions, the Mac & cheese is a lot so if you don’t mind sharing, I think that’d be the best option to finish it.

Food was okay and kids liked the atmosphere and ambient sounds. Waiter was efficient but all our drinks came into souvenir glasses that we did not ask for and they charged them on the bill. This added an extra 40$ on top of an already pricey experience. At least the glasses are nice and kids had fun.

I've always wanted to go here!! The food was really good and the servers were really nice too, a chef even came out and explained why our food took longer than usual . . . But the dishes and drinks were amazing so it wasn't even a problem. We loved all the vines and moving animals and lights!!

Great restaurant to bring the kids. Very unique. You feel like you're in the rainforest with the trees and animatronic jungle animals. Every 20 minutes, there is a thunderstorm minus the rain. The lights flash, and you hear thunder . The food was good. They have a huge gift stire which the kids love. This location doesn't appear to have rhe large fish tanks like in many of their other locations.

A very cozy Rainforest Cafe with fun decor and toys that will wow the kids, it's on the second floor and has a fantastic view of the Las Vegas strip. The friendly and helpful staff made the experience complete.

Unbelievably great experience!!!! My wife and I have a combined 40 years in the service industry and our server, Darren, is the best we've ever had! Super friendly. We had a blast. 5 years old and 3 years old had plenty of neat things to look at while we waited for our food. The service from hostess to bussers was perfect. The food was so good. We had everything ranging from shrimp, pizza, and burgers, and it was delicious. They were working on the thunderstorms, and the gentleman working on it did an extra show so my kids could see the elephants dance. This will definitely be a recurring place to eat every time we are in Las Vegas.

Burger was good, nothing special. Pasta was OK. It was worth the visit for the nice jungle set up they have on the restaurant floor. Show with animals every 15 minutes or so kept kids and adults entertained. Had to make a reservation several days up front.

I would recommend asking of the menu item you want is available. I ordered the Turkey Club to later find out it was not available so I had to decide on something else. Even with the menu items be unavailable we still had fast friendly service with a smile. Always a great meal experience for the whole family! I do also recommend having a reservation as the wait for a table seemed long for those who didn't have one.

Made a reservation for Thanksgiving dinner but they ran out of Turkey. The food was okay but for the price you pay I expected better. Our server was amazing. Considering we weren't pleased about the lack of Turkey it was great when he brought out a free slice of pumpkin pie for us.

High prices, but if the food is good, then that's OK. But this food was mediocre. I had coconut prawns and sticky ribs. The shrimp were fine especially with the sweet sauce that accompanied. But the sticky ribs were fatty and way overcooked. Too bad because the sauce was tasty. The cole slaw was flavorless. The fries were OK. I think the entrée cost $38 and no, it was not a generous helping. Service was great. Atmosphere was upbeat.

Service and atmosphere is AMAZING. I had the coconut shrimp with fries, let's just say the atmosphere and service were better. My lady really enjoyed her house salad and soup. They did provide a free picture and keychain for the picture, so that was a nice touch.

Such a cool experience for the kiddos. I haven't been to a RC since I was a youngin' and I still enjoyed it myself haha... Food was good, cheesecake was bomb! A little pricey, especially the kids menu BUT its right on the strip so? I'm sure thats why prices are jacked up a little... Definitely a cool spot! Recommend making a reservation!

Great food, atmosphere and staff. Because of everything going on you will need a reservation ahead of time and they have a more limited menu. Burger was delicious and they even offer a gluten free bun since I have an allergy which I didnt know until the server suggested it. Great job to our server Charlie!

The wait was long even though with reservations. It took for ever to sit us down and take our order. The mixed drinks were expensive and it was so sweet my molars hurt. When we received the food it was cold and the plate was hot. The only cool thing about was the experience. For a family of four it was $159.85. I will not be coming back and I dont recomend it. Ooh yeah and the waitresses scared my 3 year old daughter and they need to be drug tested!.

Omg the pastalaya is so good. It’s the right amount of spicy. The combination of shrimp sausage and chicken was so good. Also the cheese sticks literally perfection. I had to take some of their bread to go that they serve with it so good

The atmosphere was amazing.and fun for the kids. Would come back just for that. The food tasted great and served hot. Down side the service was horrible. I had to ask 3 times for a childs seat for my 1yr old. And the waiter seemed as if he hated his job and just wanted ppl out. Not a friendly face at all.. Kinda ruined the experience for us adults. The staff really sets the mood dining at a place like this and they failed big time.. Shout out to the camera lady though she was friendly funny and best part of our service.

Took my family here today. Over all if you have younger kids 12 and under they will like the atmosphere. The animals moobe and make noises every couple of minutes, but it's not distracting. You can still hold conversations. Every 20 min or so the lights go out and stroble lights go off and thunder crashes. My four year old wasn't scared but he was weary of some of them. The food was good. Not toooo expensive. No leftovers tho because this is on the strip that's perfect!

I’m from Washington State, where they recently closed down our Rainforest location. So, it was a must-stop coming here. I must say, this location was actually better than the one we had! This restaurant is 2 stories and they have more animatronic animals, and they still kept the thunderstorm in the program, which made me so happy. Food is still the same great quality and experience. I miss having a location in WA!

We had a bit of a rough start, as our friend has to use a wheelchair, and unbeknownst to us, both elevators to get to the second story were broken. We ended up being late to our reservation which was stressful for us all and it was moved. When we were sat upstairs, waiting, the host came over to our group to check in with us and noticed my friend had an elephant stuffed animal with him. Unfortunately we didn't get the host's name, but he was amazing and he got us a table facing the elephant animatronics which was absolutely delightful. Our server, Ronnie, was incredibly attentive and friendly, she made us feel welcomed and helped to turn this trip around from our sour start. The food was delicious, and the volcano was the highlight of our trip, besides all the animatronics. We'll definitely be back, and we sincerely hope that when we're back Miracle Mile fixes their elevators, because getting in was nearly impossible.

We decided to try this places for the first time today. Social distancing was implemented. We waited for 2 minutes to be seated with reservations. My 3 year old son and 2 year old daughter had a god time. Food came out hot and didn't take long after ordering. Water tasted like tap water and the sierra mist tested off other than that we had a good experience. Will be back in the future.

REALLY OVERPRICED FOR A BURGER AND FRIES! $20.00 EACH!! Great atmosphere but some of the animitronics looged torn up and very old. Some worked, some didn't. Service was very good, food was good but not THAT good! Very pretty inside but needs a lot of work.

First off. This place has a amazing view form the outside patio. Our server Oscar was very nice and helpful and helped make suggestion of good things from the menu and he didnt let us down. The appetizer was very good with great selections on the menu. But the only thing was we walked in at 9:20 PM on a Monday and no one was waiting at the front to check us in. We waited about 12 min and almost walked out. Finally some one came and we had a great experience. Will come back again

Happy hour drinks at the bar weren't bad. Both friendly, and family oriented vibe. The staff are very attentive in the restaurant, but the food came out slow. The food is pretty good. Part of my birthday was celebrated here. Unique, and different experience with the decor, and aviance inside. Helps to have a Laundry Select card because you get $25 off your bill for the birthday person.

Excellent option for breakfast. Generous portions, we both had their omelettes, it was delicious. They have great outdoor sitting. Service was very good as well. Highly recommend this place, especially for breakfast as options are limited in the immediate area. Its located in planet hollywood, near the cosmopolitan bridge connect.

We had good time. The manager and the server were hard at work attending guest. Very nice personality. Best part was that she went above and beyond and check that our steak was cooked as specified. She asked my husband to cut the meat to make sure he was satisfied. She was awesome.

My daughter had always wanted top visit a Rainforest cafe and I was able to get a show(pet circus)and meal for approx. $80. Only thing is they forgot to bring our meal and after we left I realized they never brought our dessert included with ticket purchase. Great customer service from our waiter

Ok, my only 2 complains would be, 1;waiting 45mins for a table then walking into the restaurants back room with nearly all empty tables. Just saying... and 2; a few of the animals and plants were dusty and need a good cleaning! .... otherwise, the food was good, service was nice and the BEST STRAWBERRY MOJITO! YUM!

We went to The Rainforest Restaurant about 20 years ago when they 1st opened in Grapevine Texas. The Food and service was great. The animal sounds can get on your nerves after awhile.

We were promptly sat at our table due to our reservation but it took 15 minutes for the server to acknowledge us. After that the service was pretty good and the server was friendly. We ordered fajitas which were decent but the meat could've used more seasoning. The cost was too high for the food but if you like the ambience of a synthetic rain forest go for it. On top if that we had to pay 20 dollars for parking and as locals that alone will keep us from coming back.

The food was good. The restaurant was small and there aren't any live fish like there are in the million other ones around the country. The waitress was absolutely perfect for the job and played her role really well. I was a tad let down by the experience, but the children I took loved every minute of it.

Chaotic experience. Didn't have a hostess to receive parties, instead you had to bother the sole, overworked retail employee, which was a hassle. Table wasn't ready til maybe 20 minutes after our reservation time. Kitchen was incredibly slow, even tho dining area was not by any means full. Nonetheless, the decor inside was well done, the staff was generally friendly and helpful, and food was fine. Probably won't return on future trips, especially considering the added difficulty of parking/walking through the mall, just to endure more chaos.

Family of 5 and had a great time. Food was great, atmosphere is awesome, service was incredible and they even sang happy birthday to my daughter as it was her birthday dinner. We had a really nice time. Only thing I didn’t care for was that they wouldn’t seat us for our reservation without the whole party there. Great job to the waitress, who was by herself. Great job. 13$ for a small beer seemed ridiculous. When a 6 pack of of the same beer is $11. All of the food was great!!! But better communication is needed at this place.

I am an adult , and came here to reminisce on my childhood. I was surprised at the amazing quality of not only the food, but the service and atmosphere of the restaurant . Everyone we spoke to was so nice! I got the Primal Steak, which was better than a lot of “high quality” steaks you get out here. Dinner for three was about $135. Will be coming back

$40 8oz steak was dry. Asked for another one and had to wait an additional 15-20 mins for it to be cooked. Everyone in my party had already eaten before I received my food. Not a good experience at all.

The restaurant has gone over and above to give the rainforest look but it's topped off with gorgeous food. The children loved the food as well and the surroundings which made for an all over great night. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Not the cheapest but not much is on the strip. Would still thoroughly recommend.

Nice atmosphere but wasn't too happy with our meal. Fried chicken, mash potatoes and veggies. Veggies were cold and so was potatoes. Chicken was OK but seemed to have been slightly overcooked when you know the edge of chicken was kind of like a rock... And for the price, it was not worth it. Maybe the rainforest burger would have been good but first time at this location.

Great food and environment for my baby It took around 30min for the food to come and a little pricey, but expected for the location. Finally got some healthy food for him to lunch, his 19m. We got him grilled chicken, rice/beans, mashed potatoes, 2 slices of orange and apple juice. All come in one price 8.99$. I got taco salad with grilled chicken. Delicious. My hubby got chicken Parmesan, he said it was average, not great.

We loved our experience here. The rainforest theme was very entertaining. The food was yummy with a good variety of options. Our server, Christy, was incredible!! She was fun, efficient, and attentive. Everything we look for in a server. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is location. So. Hard. To. Access. I am disabled with mobility challenges. I do not require a wheelchair, but have a hard time walking long distances. The path to this location is extremely convoluted with no easy access from parking or rideshare drop-off. For this reason, I'll think twice before returning.

Food and service from James was amazing. Only issue we had is the online App glitched and never made our reservation. So we had to wait 45 mins for a table. And then when we were sat, there were so many open tables. In my head I didnt understand why we couldnt have been sat at an open table, even if it meant waiting a little longer for service, rather then having to sit out by the waiting area for 45 mins. But food was awesome and again James made the experience wonderul.

SO disappointing! I've eaten at the Rainforest Cafe in San Francisco, it was really good. The food was passable, it sat under heat lamps too long! Dried film on the beans and sour cream? Make a table wait for 45 mins and bring luke warm steak fries? The animatronics were mostly damaged or broken, (gator completely trashed) the lighting is bleak and depressing. Saving grace was the waitstaff, they very positive and tried hard.

While staff went out of their way to get us the perfect seat, it did take longer than acceptable to be seen by a waiter just to put in our drink order. Notwithstanding this is the 4th of July, the restaurant is not busy enough to justify a 15 minute wait after being seated, just to get drinks ordered. The wildlife coming to life every 15 minutes or so was interesting more than entertaining. Mall of America has a better animation show, in our opinion. Food came a bit later than we had anticipated. About 23 minutes after ordering. The food was exactly as expected, and piping hot. Taste was on-point. Recommended? Depends on your budget and if you feel the low-level entertainment are worth the price. If you are on a budget, the prices may make you flinch. Average dish was $20. Drinks started at $8.

Our server Anthony was awesome. The host wasn't all that great. Food was alright. I got the beyond burger. The buns were so hard they scraped the roof of my mouth. I removed the buns and ate the meat instead. The environment was cool for the kids. Definitely recommend Anthony if you do go.

I will I could say more about the place, because the atmosphere was delightful, but overall, it was just mediocre and not worth the trouble if going all the way to the strip, finding parking, and then waiting forever for a table.

They won't seat you until whole party is there. Even with reservations and 1 person missing because they're stuck in a ridiculous line in the parking garage. We all hung out in the store for about 30 minutes (large party split to two tables) which I could tell was beginning to bother other Diners due to the store being right where people were eating. We didn't really have a choice. Upstairs dining is sectioned off so you don't get the full experience with the "sky" and other animals. Menu is limited. Mac n Cheese was delicious, even the adults were raving about it.

The kids loved it, shame they didn't keep the aquarium from the old location but all the animals are still there. A must visit every time we are in Vegas!!

We came for dinner tonight. Our server was awesome (I believe her name was Ashley). Food portions were large. We ordered the Awesome Appetizer Adventure w/a side of pork spare ribs & that was fantastic. Hubby even liked the artichoke dip. We ordered the pastalaya, creole mac & cheese, coconut shrimp & fajitas. Everything was pretty tasty. I loved the mac & cheese! I wasn't a fan of the pastalaya, the noodles were overcooked & crusty, but since we had other dishes to choose from it wasn't a big deal. Our son had a wonderful time & that was our goal. My husband and I love taking our Littles to every rain forest Cafe we can. They are a kind of different I'm their own ways. This one was 2 stories which was super interesting and we really enjoyed it. We sat on the inside but when we were leaving we noticed there is even sitting on the outside where you can enjoy the view of the strip. My kids love when the storm comes. As always a super cute restaurant to visit with your gremlins.

We come here for our kids and the ambiance! They have a thunder and lightning show every like 15 minutes or so and animatronic animals that move and make noises! Food is not bad, but I wouldn't come here for the food, it's kind of pricey. Recommend if you've got kids obsessed with thunder and lightning, animals, or you just wanna feel like you're eating in a jungle :)

Really neat space. Oscar was our server and was absolutely incredible. While serving us, other tables, and a party of 20 or so his service was amazing. The wait for food was not long at all and tasted amazing. Would definitely recommend great for families. Would not recommend for people with light sensitivity or with the possibility of a seizure. Light flashing to mimic lightning was cool but be aware if you or someone in your party has a condition that this could trigger.

I had the blackened fish taco and enjoyed it. Park your car at planet Hollywood/Miracle Mile on the third floor and walk outside towards Las Vegas Blvd. The restaurant is on the second floor.

It was a different experience, I enjoyed it. The food was good, nice size portions. I had the creole mac and cheese, the only issue I had was alot of bread crumbs, so if you don't like too much then make sure to tell them. The Korean stir-fry was good as well (I didn't have meat). It was delicious, needed more rice to compliment the sauce.

Was told 45 minute wait but when told hostess we had a Landrys select club we were seated in 1 minute. It pays to buy the membership. Showed I had 50.00 credit but was told only 25.00 could used? Food was ok menu really reduced be prepared for that. Couldn't understand the 45 min wait when we were seated there was only 6 other parties seated nearby.

Last time I came (pre-pandemic) it was much better. The prices were already pretty high and are obviously now even higher. But the food quality went down hill. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was almost well done, maybe you could have claimed medium well. But not even close to what I had ordered. And the ribs were worse. They needed at least another hour, it was really tough and none of the fat was even close to being rendered. It was like whoever was cooking had no idea how to cook meat. The restaurant seemed about half full even though we had to come early at 4:30 to get a reservation. The waitress was nice but basically admitted they had staffing issues. I understand tht staff are hard to get, but how can you charge $30+ for plates with over and under cooked meats?

Parking validation is not available at any of the shops or restaurants here so you'll probably have to pay for parking. We were in a group of about 12 people with a reservation in advance but still had to wait about 45 min to get our table.

Brought family from out of town. The environment is what this place is about. Jungle theme that has animatronic jungle animals that move and make noise through your experience. The food was pretty good overall. The kids and guests liked their food. I thought my chicken sandwich was a little dry, but to their defense, I asked with no sauce they put on there. They did give us free pictures for the memory, and of course offered to purchase more, but we declined. The waitress was very nice and did a great job with service. It did seem like it took awhile to get our food, but she kept us updated and made sure everything was good. Slightly pricey, but for the environment, it was good for the kids. I would recommend as a once a year or special occasion visit.

Definitely will return here! My Safari Guide Guadalupe was amazing and really nice and helpful! I ordered the Rasta Pasta which was pasta with chicken, bell peppers, broccoli, tomato, and spinach along with garlic bread! I really enjoyed it along with the atmosphere inside the restaurant. I sat near a monkey and elephants and a couple birds over me. About every 10-15 minutes or so the room would darken along with flashing lights as if there is a thunderstorm which is pretty loud so consider that if you have little ones with you. There are a few tables nearby the giant butterfly that the lights stay on during the storm if you do go with children. Overall Rainforest was a pleasant experience and it was a great way to cap off my weekend.

I was undecided between the Amazon fajitas or the creole Mac n cheese. Our server Charlie was nothing short of amazing. They suggested mac n cheese. Let me tell you, the mac n cheese was so silky smooth, cheesy, with just the right amount of seasoning (not too spicy, nothing close to bland). The shrimp were cooked just right, and the sausage.... I truly enjoyed my meal. My husband had the Island trio. Let's just say it was devoured in under 5 minutes. We absolutely loved our meal, and our server was excellent. They checked on us, not too much and not too little. You will find not one complaint from me. I will definitely make this one of my regular stops when I am in town. It is a must you eat here. I have been to the Rainforest Cafe at Disney World and San Francisco. Their food is good too, but here...it was exquisite. Don't delay; make your reservation today!

Definitely get a reservation right now. The food & drinks are decent, & it's one of the best options for a family friendly restaurant on the strip. Yes, everything is Vegas-priced. If you can't afford it, just say that, instead of insulting the chain food. We showed up an hour early, & they still managed to seat us within 30 minutes. Our sever was incredibly friendly & great with our kids.

Very glad we came here on way to California. The food was excellent as was the service. Our waiter, Dominic, was top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable and personable. He took great care of our family and helped our kids have fun. The steak and coconut shrimp tasted delicious. We will definitely come back when in the area. There is a public pay parking garage just to the south making it easy to get there if you're not staying in Vegas. Well worth the trip.

Not for sensory kiddos. There are sound and light triggers everywhere, FYI. This was not a problem, just worth mentioning. Reservations are recommended but people aren't coming here for the food, more the atmosphere. Fajitas were dry, and the pasta wasn't anything special. The vegetarian or vegan options are practically nonexistent. Waitress Mindy wasn't great. Nice enough, and super great at her disappearing act. This is a fun "gimmicky" place for the kids to see, nothing more in my opinion.

The ambiance is fantastic but the price of the food is particularly high for what you are served. I was disappointrd with the fact that they had no soup and no salad due to "delivery" issues. You are a restraunt on the strip of las vegas theres really no excuse to have an entire portion of your menu unavailible. Seems like management needs to step it up. I was having major stomach issues from the heat so I really couldnt order anything since everything om the menu is of a heavy nature. Soup and salad was exactly what i needed and couldnt get it. However the waiter was very nice although he was too busy with the front part of the establishment to make sure our drinks were kept full. He showed up 1 time ready to refill. I had to pass my son my drink twice because he was out of water and soda and we were unable to flag down the waiter because we were in the far back. However rainforest in generalnis a great place to enjoy the atmoaphere as long as your child is not scared of the growling animals and the lound thunder. Food always taste wonderful in the past. But again extremely over priced for what yoy recieve. Cheese cake factory is actually my go to for perfect price to portion and quality.

Booked reservations for a specific time, arrived half an hour early but the hostess did not allow us to go in until our time. Once in the restaurant; it was not busy as I observed; confused. Hadn't been to this restaurant in a long time; knew what to order before we arrived. Lava nachos and the taco salad. Took a long time for the food to come out as the manager came by and told us they only had two cooks. The food tasted great and while this was the only draw back would like to go back once everything starts rolling again.

The only downside is that the kids menu felt like it was just frozen nuggets that were put into in a microwave to warm up....for the price, I expected a little more than microwaved-like food. I loved this place so much! The hostess was a doll. She sat us outside in the corner overlooking the strip and it was so perfect. Our server was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious. And! They took pictures of us as well, you have to purchase them but I thought that was a very cute touch to the entire experience. Loved it.

My kids love the place! At the end it was a good experience! Kids love the animatronics, the rain, the stared ceiling! Very average and over priced food, the hostesses kind of rude, but our waiter Charlie was pretty good and always checking on us and the kids! Thank you!! We came on saturday and not space until monday!!!!! Highly recommended to make reservations! Be on time, not later nor early!! Early birds will receive a NO as an answer without any explanation from the hostess!

If you are looking for a fun and family friendly place to take the entire family, then this is the place to for you. The food was great, but the zoo like atmosphere was a one of a kind experience. It was my daughter's 2nd birthday and she just couldn't stop saying, look mommy, or wow mommy. I felt like I did good since we couldn't celebrate with family or friends. It was a little pricy but well worth my daughter's reaction to all of the animals.

Visited with my son. I got the beef lava nachos, they were amazing, so good I spoke about them for a few days. My son got the volcano cake which was delicious and gigantic. It was enough to feed 4-5 people! Obviously we couldn’t finish it and left with tummy aches. It was our first time there and will definitely return.

My wife and I went there on a whim, and we are so glad we did. The ambiance was incredible, the service was terrific. My wife had the taco salad with beef, she loved it said it was the best she's ever had. I had the steak and shrimp, very delicious overall. We were in Vegas for our anniversary, and this was a great place to close out our trip.

After an hour of hunting around trying to find the restaurant I was hoping that it was worth it, and it was! Kid friendly, good food. The drink menu wasn’t overly big, but we managed to find something good. Prices are on the higher side when compared with the all you can eat establishments nearby but definitely an experience to be enjoyed.

Well the fry cook knows how to do cheese Stix, chix straps and fish and chips. All were perfect and sauces were supreme! The thunderstorm was fun and I'm sure kids will love it! And no one should worry about loud kids as there always seem to be noise from the surroundings. So perfect for the kiddos. The atmosphere is pretty neat and the food was also pretty good. We had the Rock Shrimp Tacos and Rasta Pasta. Both were very decent. Also, the happy hour shots were only $3. They had some other happy hour stuff too, which is nice. The regular menu is a bit pricey, but it's the Strip, so you should expect that. I would definitely go there again.

The food is seriously some of the best food I’ve ever had and the staff was absolutely amazing on top of that. It was super busy so they were a little behind but they make up for it with the scenery and atmosphere. It’s amazing for kids and also for adults. I will definitely be back!!! ETA: for being in Vegas and having a really good meal it wasn’t too pricey either! We have 3 of us eating and got alcohol and a few souvenirs cups and it turned out less than $100. Awesome!!!

Great staff and nice new location. They take reservations and asked about any special food allergies when making the reservation. I have peanut allergies so I informed them. When we got to our table to order our food our waitress was accompanied by a chef who informed us about what menu items were safe for me to have. It was a very nice consideration and gave me some peace of mind.

More of a place for families with kids but an enjoyable place to eat. Annimated jungle animal presentations were fun to watch....seems kids really enjoyed. Parents who think their kids have a basic right to run wild, with no limitations whatsoever, did manage to find this place. I think the staff should have made some effort to restrain these few kids. Especially when they crawled into seating occupied by strangers so they could yell at the animals. That aspect of the place deserved a -1 rating.

Loved the view the outside patio area provided. Waitress was real nice and even undid the umbrellas upon request so that the sunset could be viewed. Food was great, and pricey, but that is to be expected. Was our first time eating at a restaurant like this and have to say that eating outside was entertaining! Even if we did miss the loud, noisy rain forest show every 20-30 min.

There isnt really a good food selection here but the salads have big portions. This would be a good place to take your family to if you have kids. Every 20 minutes they simulate a thunder storm with sounds and lights. There are animatronic gorillas that also move around which ads to the rainforest atmosphere.

Typical Rainforest Cafe experience. The waitress was super friendly and quick to get us what we needed when we needed it. The restaurant was clean and the restrooms were as well. The only drawback was the $200 bill we got at the end of the night. Lol. But what can you expect when you feed a family of six at a place like this.

Location is excellent, the food is excellent and the service is five star. A great place to take the kids if your on the strip and need a bight to eat and a break from the mall or the ding ding ding of the "machine." Plenty of trendy toys and souvenirs are moderately priced in the gift shop to keep the kids happy and six bucks for a beer to keep you happy too😎.

Reservations: great!! Greeted by 2 friendly staff, walked another employee pushed the elevator button for us. Young gentlemen that seated was so kind and courteous. Food: over priced, precooked microwave food. Chicken tacos $19.00 drink $7.00 without refills Kids meal 99cents with a $10.00 cup with Apple juice..yikes!! Server: somewhat pleasant but inpatient, I realized after I ordered I became a bit taken by the fact that she literally took over our order. She had given us one napkin for a toddler and tacos. I had to ask another server for a straw and more napkins..I wanted the pork tacos but she steered me towards the chicken for $19.00. I had to suggest her to wait or come back for the check, as she stood there waiting inpatient.. I didn't appreciate her inpatient mannerisms. She only had 3 tables outside and the flow was off key. Overall she was ok because she wasn't rude or negative. I will return next time I will be more in control over my order and the food. I will never pay for overpriced microwave restaurant food again. Especially if it is unsatisfactory. I should have returned that bland off balance food choice or my money back. Live and learn.- request: please rethink your pairing of taste and flavors, your over all food prices that matches your food items. Start serving refills as everyone else does. Unsatisfied customer.

We only visited the bar, but downstairs is full of atmosphere including a thunderstorm! We loved the frozen drinks and the price! The bartender was excellent and friendly. We did go back and have dinner. The food was good and the actual rainforest atmosphere was enthralling even as an adult. Yes, we had to have our picture taken by the elephants. The restaurant would be a great place to take the kiddos.

You paying for the experience. I loved hearing the sounds of rain, thunder and the animals, to me was relaxing...until the thunder and rain effect comes. It becomes too loud and dark. Beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly. Pricey but I went home with a full stomach. Good to go and experience it once.

We waited in line for who knows how long, 30-45 minutes. Our server was friendly and on top of it but a nearby table wasn't so fortunate. He brought out our drinks and we had a long wait ahead of us. The animals in the "jungle" come to life every 15 minutes with fake lightning. We came to celebrate a friends birthday. They got the brownie dessert. It was huge and really good. We got the volcano nachos. They were really yummy! The prices were just super high!

Found the food and servers were excellent. Food took forever though only half the tables had patrons. The new location at Planet Hollywood corner was much better than MGM with better animatronics. The gift shop was completely forgettable like so many other similar attractions and zero interaction with staff so we purchased nothing there. Overall a great location but the kitchen took painfully long. Maybe the kitchen was too far from our table. For a local the prices were 50% more than I would pay off strip for same thing but the entertainment for the kids was fun.

We love eating here for the food and experience. There is a tropical rainforest storm that happens while your eating and is amazing. Their food is beyond delicious. You gotta try their anaconda pasta, we get it almost every time. Staff is very friendly and informative when it comes to allergies.

We went for the "experience." The experience is the real selling point. You get to eat in a rainforest that includes sounds and animatronic animals. Outside of that... our server was excellent. Food was ok. Nothing particularly special. It was good. Well cooked and seasoned, but to be honest I wouldn't come back for the food. It was also overpriced. If your looking for great food worth the money choose somewhere else. If your looking for an experience then give it a go.

I visited this place during covid time. The ambience was cool. All the animatronics model suddenly popping out and making sudden noises with occasional sounds of rain and lightning. The sound may get annoying and overwhelming at times. The kids may get scared too some time. Being back to the food, The Pastalaya tasted good and hot. Although i hardly found 2 shrimps on my plate. They were generous with chicken pieces though which i was not that interested in. The Mai Tai drink was okey. Nothing special. You can take the glass with you. But they don't offer to clean the glass or give a new one like they do in Bubba Gump. As i had a lot in my bag already i had to just leave it behind. It was an okey one time experience.

Great Food! Fun Place! They have moved from the MGM onto the strip, and their store is quite a bit smaller, which I was disappointed by. It seems mostly aimed at young kids toys and things. But the food was amazing. I had the club sandwich, and that and the fries were very yummy, and huge portions- I could have just done with 1/2! They let us come in with our drinks from the strip- Chili's turned us away. We eat here every time we come to Vegas. It's not just a place for kids!

The reason we love this place--aside from the good food, decent prices, great drinks and wonderful ambience--is that the staff remembers us: remembers us after six-month breaks. Our service here is invariably excellent: we're always made to feel very welcome. One thing--try to get a seat more towards the back for a better view for the lightning shows (I recommend the booths near the gorillas): sure, it's kiddy, but it's fun.

This is a nice place to have a dinner. The service is good and quick. The overall ambience of rainforest is really awesome. The food was of good quality and served really well. The only thing is this place is located inside the mall and not on the main street which makes it a bit difficult to navigate to this place if you are approaching from the outside street.

Quick and friendly staff. Food arrived quickly. Ordered the Tonga Toast, which is french toast with banana and strawberries and bacon or sausage. Was very filling, so back to the hotel room it goes. Great variety on the menu, reasonable prices.
