Finally tried famous Pop Up Pizza the other night. I had a slice of the pepperoni and mist admit it was delicious. A tad salty for me (but that’s just me not liking salt at all) I absolutely loves the crispy thin crust. The slice itself was a little small for the same price I’ve paid at other places for a slice. The service was great & friendly. It was a delicious snack at 10pm 😊 Will definitely go again.

Vegan slice is very good. The cheese is very convincing. The spinach and mushroom slice is my other favorite. About $11-12 bucks for these two slices. I’ve been eating their stuff for years and it hasn’t changed a bit with the flavor and textures. And it gets me satisfied and full each time. Good deal!

Ive seen most of the other reviews here and i suppose everyone has their own take on things, but for me and my wife it was awesome, the garlic knotts were insanely good, it will be my first stop every time we come to downtown vegas if only for that, the pizza was great too id definitely get it again. As for customer service i have to agree with what others have said, customer service sucked, very unfriendly, but such is the case for alot of fast food joints, the quality of the food made up for the bad service. I still give 5 stars though, but really improve the service and youd be worthy of 10 stars lol

Ok, full disclosure I'm from Chicago so it's safe to say, I know a great pie when it crosses my lips. Slices of deep dish, thin crust, stuffed crust, double dough, pan pizza; I've had them all. But I was blown away by Pop-Up's crispy crust and the toppings were just as delish. Hey owners: break out the shipping containers, do you deliver to Chicago? Seriously folks, props to Pop-Up as they have some serious pizza cred.

Saw a sign that said this was the best pizza in Las Vegas so we had to try it out. It was good but not the best pizza. The only issue I had was the salad, it wasn’t bad but wasn’t fresh.

Decent variety of pizza menu selections at reasonable prices. The size of the slice was nice sized. The creamy union, spinach and mushroom was awesome. I wish I would have brought some home with me. Staff was very friendly.

POP UP PIZZA! the greatest spinach and cheese pizza I ever had, and I'm from new York! At $5 a slice , you should get the eight square slices for $ 23. The cheese melted into the crust like custard,, the spinach fainted upon the the beveled blistered crust. THE BEST EVER- Even the next day cold.. The best pizza EVER

If you've ever been to Rome, this is what pizza tastes like. We had the crispy pepperoni and it was amazing! Not soggy, not overcooked just simply crunchy, flavorful and delicious. Good portion price and a great price! We will come again ss long as we're in vegas.

It's been almost two weeks since I had this pizza and I am still craving for it. The pizza was fantastic, very well balanced pizza sauce, great cheese blend, and cooked correctly in the cleanest pizza ovens I've ever seen. It's just a tiny restaurant inside a casino but we'll worth it. Prices are reasonable ( especially for vegas) and the New York style pizza was my favorite. You can get just a slice or order a whole pie. Good topping selection, although I'm more of a plain pepperoni person. Over all great experience.

Located in The Plaza Hotel and casino, Pop Up Pizza is a great pizza option regardless if you're staying at the property or not. It's a quick walk up to the counter and all the pizzas are showcased for you to select. There is seating should you need to take a break but there was plenty of to go business when I stopped by. The service is fast and the staff is friendly from start to finish. Pop Up have your classic round NY style type of pizzas as well Rectangle boutique pizzas. These pizzas are more on the creative side with a thicker crust. I sampled both styles of pizza during my two visits and both were yum. The crust is crispy and the cheeses were thick and fresh. Pop up Pizza is one of those places you keep in your back pocket when you're walking around downtown. If you need a quick pizza snack by the slice or some whole pizzas, Pop Up Pizza at the plaza has you covered!

Honestly super impressed! Vegan and the pizza we had was really so good we had it for lunch a different day. Second time was as good as the first! Hopefully this place sticks around, so it will be a regular part of my Vegas vacation.

Solid pizza, tasted great, would pass anyone first-bite test. Would rank it 3rd for pizza downtown after Evel Pie / Pizza Rock...... if I was in the Plza ot nearby I would happily order from here rather than walk to the other end of Fremont to go to the other places. Would recommend

Better than I was expecting from a constantly-busy, casino-run counter-serve joint. My NY-style pepperoni slices were very good: not tough, chewy, or soggy, and the crust was flavorful. Still, it's slightly pricy for what you get. Consider skipping the fountain drinks entirely: I expected a bit less ice and a lot more Pepsi for $3. Even so, you could do much worse for lunch or dinner.

First time we ordered we made the mistake or ordering slices. Since then we order whole pizzas only. It always seems to require at least two people to know how to ring up but it’s worth the wait. Ingredient list for create your own online is not correct per cashier tonight. Tonight’s rectangle with fresh onion cream sauce, spices sausage and extra cheese - AMAZING!!!! Customer service is the only thing lacking when you order a full create your own pizza :)

The pizza was so good I got the square slice the crust was perfect! The French fries were crispy seasoned and cooked to perfection. Do not get the wings they were a waste of money 😒

One of the best pizza slices I've had in my life and I've lived in NY, Los Angeles, Florida, etc. I would say some of the best customer service too. Kind and courteous and patient. Definitely try them, they deserve higher reviews for sure.

Had pizza here on two occasions and we ordered a whole pizza and the freshness was fantastic. The crust has a perfect crisp with it being softer on the inside. Very good value for being in Vegas.

I ordered the fried pickles, mozzarella sticks, garlic knots, two pieces of pizza and a salad. Everything was really good. Fried pickles were my favorite. Price point is right where it should be for being in a Vegas hotel. I would recommend this place.

This is a solid choice for a quick bite. The New York style is, while greasy, satisfying with crisp crust. Along side the Detroit style which is soft and filling.

Good pizza but the cashier has the personality of a wet noodle. She (chunky Hispanic woman) is pretty mean, too. I think her name is Venuz, because it was on the receipt. Fortunately were polite.

We visit Las Vegas every year for a trade show. Each time we are there we make a stop at Pop Up Pizza. The vegetarian mushroom spinach pizza is mouth watering. The pepperoni pizza is fab! Their version of a supreme (meat and veggies) is always good. The deep fried pickles, mozzarella sticks, and hot wings are not to be overlooked. Great food and worth the cost.
